The review I never thought I would write! I just had an amazing buying experience with a used car dealership! Marc Diaz, my salesperson, deserves the credit. He took my experience personally and made it as good as it could be. Thank you Marc. I was treated with respect, received quick and efficient service and the entire transaction took less than an hour. That is nothing short of amazing. Not only that, when I discovered a few defects in the 4 year old car I purchased, Marc did what was right and immediately got my car into the service department to get those things fixed (alignment). I'm really happy to say that I would recommend AutoNation Toyota South Austin to anyone looking to buy a car. I've purchased dozens of vehicles over the years, many from dealers and this was my best experience by far.

I’ve been a Toyota fan for many years and all with my family too, I decided to go with me Nissan To get a car I will never go there again. The people Customer Service don’t give you a break for nothing wanna charge you for every little single thing It’s all about money in their eyes. I walked out on the Toyota company with a brand new car, Trading my Nissan and walked out of there with a 2022 with a great bargain. The manager was excellent and is a people person that you would want to go back and tell everybody to go there to do business. I was so happy with the deal that I wanted to cry. They treated me like a person and customer service was excellent to the sales person.. They seem to be more concerned about making you happy instead of seeing dollar signs. And now I’m back with my Toyota family and never leaving again!!!! Thank you Toyota, Very happy and very satisfied.

I’m super happy we came here to get my car our sales rep was Ruben G. was super nice and so helpful with everything! He made our experience go super smooth, he was so laid back and chill and went over everything with us and made us feel good about our decision he went explained everything and answered all questions that we had I’m so glad we had him as our sales rep! He went above and beyond to make us feel at ease! And we didn’t feel any type of pressure people usually get when shopping for a car and we didn’t feel like that at all he did a good job helping us find the perfect car! Vincent was great and super nice and very helpful he explained all the paperwork to us and made sure we understood everything and answered all our questions before we left he really made us feel at ease when leaving there he was awesome! I have never seen better team work customer service when purchasing a vehicle as I experienced at AutoNation! I had a negative experience with another auto dealership a few days before and my car buying experience with AutoNation is what I wish every car buyer could have when considering the purchase of a vehicle. It wasn't just about making money. I truly believe they were looking out for me and my best interest, from my salesperson to my finance department and the bank! I will start by saying that Autonation Toyota South Austin's customer service is the best customer service I have ever received. They made me feel like I was the only person buying a car that entire week. I called Scott Foss at the dealership and he worked with me on every detail over the phone as I was located in Houston, TX. We worked everything out and just as he said I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours after arriving there around 15 minutes before opening on Saturday. On the Finance side, Cody was absolutely informative and a true partner to the customer. He was clear, concise, and extremely personable. I highly recommend buying your car from Autonation Toyota South Austin, if you're in the market. I'm still trying to wipe off the "I just got a new Tacoma" grin haha.

I previously purchased a Prius from this dealer and loved the customer service. When I inherited my Rav4, it came with several recalls. I called and scheduled the required service. I was promised that 3 out of the 4 had fixes and could be done in one day. Was give a piece of junk loaner. When I went to pick it up, I was told that one of the recalls was on back order and they would only order the part if my car was left with the dealer. Please explain the logic to me. Very dissatisfied with the communication and service. This was a first for me.

I walked into AutoNation Toyota Scion South Austin to trade in my 2011 Highlander to get a much smaller and more efficient car last week. In one short visit I found the perfect 2016 Corolla LE ECO with Jarred's expert advice, and had my BEST new car buying experienced ever! I was treated with respect for all my very specific needs, was encouraged to take the time to do a test drive the way I wanted, and I bought extended service to keep my car running at its peak throughout the time I expect to keep it which is six years. I received top dollar for my trade in plus got an excellent deal for this car that's just right for me for Austin traffic!. Everything went smoothly and everyone there was just perfect. The best thing is that I bought exactly what I needed from people there who quickly earned my trust. This is my 2nd new Toyota and I'm thrilled with it! Took my wifes Prius in for the 25K service. Since this is the last service under the factory warrenty ( they only rotate tires and check fluids at this interval) I wanted to get the oil changed also. I filled out the online appointment for tire rotation and oil change, told the service advisor the same thing when dropping it off and picking it up. At pick up asked how much I owed and advisor said "nothing". That this was weird, checked the oil and sure enough it had not been changed. Went back to advisor and he said we don't due that on the 25K service, but I told him I filled out paperwork and told him to due it . Then he stated he could get fit me in. I wasn't charged for service that wasn't performed but then again I didn't get the service that I requested either.I tried calling the service manager, but after a couple of rounds of phone tag I never heard back.

With the exception of the incredibly long time it took from purchase agreement to driving away, the experience was much better than I expected. I doubt I'd have a better experience at any other dealer in the Austin area. JC, the salesperson, was terrific - and he was new to the dealership. JC was pleasant, patient, accommodating, and knowledgable of the vehicle, He didn't push us to make a decision today or treat us with typical car salesman tactics. He made sure we had what we needed to make an informed decision and we decided to purchase the car. From then on, the process was painful. I would estimate it took 3 hours to get the paperwork done - totally unacceptable to waste a customers time like that!!

Avoid purchasing anything at this dealership at all costs. The customer service here is the worst I've encountered. Sure they'll be nice at first to get you to purchase, but afterwards they could care less about whether they help you with anything. It's been over 60 days and my vehicle is still not registered. They love to pass on your phone calls to a variety of people and even then you'll most likely end up to a voice mail which has its mailbox full. Again, if you expect any sort of customer service after a purchase go somewhere else.

Late Thursday afternoon after work, near close of business for most people, battery light on, no AC. Discovered belts had shredded. Pulled in to first repair place I found and was warned not to drive the vehicle, to leave it for the weekend, too busy to get to it any sooner than Monday. Said all repair places were unusually busy at this time, would let me use the phone to call a cab. Chose to take a risk and try to make it to the Toyota dealer on the motor mile. In spite of being busy, they were able to check it out right away. The folks were friendly and confident. They even introduced me to the man who would be responsible for doing the actual repair work. The belts were replaced within minutes and at a surprisingly fair price. I decided to have some other much-needed and long-overdue work done, since the service advisor offered to pay for a loaner car and discount the additional repairs by the cost of work already done. By the next afternoon, I was back in my car feeling pretty good about my luck.

I brought my land cruiser to the service department for the 120k service that was a $1500 job. It was a simple service job that involved mostly fluid swaps and a spark plug change. I was promised to have it done in 1 day. When I went to pick it up, they were unable to complete the job. I gave them the chance to make it right and brought it back and was out my vehicle for another full day. Upon my return the second day, I had to wait for a full hour because they couldn't even find my keys or paperwork. Come to find out, the truck was parked all day and nobody touched it, despite me making an appointment and being assured it would be done. In addition, the service advisor ignored all my calls/messages during the day and hung up on my the one time he actually answered the phone. Since I already paid for the work in full, I was forced to bring the vehicle back a 3rd time where they gave me a free detail for the trouble. They were able to complete the work and all seemed well until I picked it up and saw their detailer tore my weather stripping. After a lengthy conversation with Keith, the service manager, i was promised they'd replace the part for free and he'd call me to schedule the install. That was 3 months ago and I've yet to hear anything. I've since moved all my business to Charles Maund toyota. Charles Maund has very friendly, and more importantly, competent service people.

I'm a first time Toyota Camry owner with no purchase regrets 7 months later. I was worried about the repair and maintenance cost. Toyota has adequate maintenance fees compared to other auto repair shops. They are a little higher, but the work will done honestly and recommendations to keep the vehicle in top shape for resale value.

Sales staff is great - I've bought 4 vehicles in the last 6 years at this dealership. Service is all over the place and seems to be directly tied to the service writer relationship. I've had good service and really crappy service. Lately it has been bad and the service department doesn't seem to currently care about developing client relationships. Based on the frustrating service experience I can't say I would recommend these folks.

Very disappointed when you have a 9:45 appointment and go home to wait for advisor to call . Problem was check engine light was on and oil change. I called 4hrs later and advisor didn't have no clue or where was our car in the lot. Finally they called 2hrs later that it was ready to pick up , the advisor who took the car in for service never let any one know about the car.

Spent almost a day driving, talking options and prices, and left with a car on order. Four months and a week later, it came in. They called us before the dealer-installed options were installed, or even into the dealership, but we were fine with that (would have been better had someone reviewed the options they needed to have in hand, and had them the day the car came in so they could have done the work before we picked the car up, but...).Finishing the purchase took 5 hours, which was longer than we preferred. And, in negotiating the deal, we figured the dealership wouldn't budge much on a special order, so we hoped for a better trade-in value for our immaculate 4Runner, and had to hold very firm to our trade-in value to get what we wanted. In the end, the dealership not only gave a little on the new car price, which was a nice surprise, but they gave us a little more for the 4Runner than we wanted to feel comfortable.I negotiate for a living, so I was perhaps better equipped than the average person to feel my way through the process. But, in the end, our willingness to sell our 4Runner in a private sale was perhaps the catalyst to a very good deal with A.J. and Craig. We weren't going to walk away from the new car, so all they had to be was not-greedy, and they were not greedy and we were satisfied. The extra for the 4Runner was icing on the cake.

Frank was great...low key, not a typical stalker like some of the guys hovering in the lot.Finance department is completely out of control!! Took over 4 DAYS to get my paperwork ready to sign, and only then after a call to the store GM.It''s like losing your luggage. I expect the airline to get me there. And I expect my luggage to get there with me. Basic expectations. Make a deal on a car. Sign and go. If you can't meet basic expectations you're business won't be in business for long.

I had and issue with a low beam light housing that was resolved at no cost to me. Mr. Witherspoon my Service Advisor was also helpful getting the housing replaced and getting me in touch with the Service managers.This was best service I have had at any dealership.

Our 2003 Sequoia broke down and AutoNation helped us out with towing, rental vehicle and ultimately, purchasing a new 2016 Toyota 4Runner limited. We did most of the negotiations over the phone and felt like they gave us a good deal so that when we walked back into the dealership following work related business, we were already at an agreed price and completed the paperwork so we could get back on the road back to our home in the West Texas area.

I had been looking for a Miata for a long time and I saw a 3009 6 speed HT on line so I sent an e-mail. The sales rep Jordan got me to go see the car and while we were driving I said what I would give him right them in trade, what Ibeiuld think about, and what I would walk away from. I walked away and the manager, Cesar called my house twice Friday and Saturday. Saturday he said, "ok we will take your offer call me". I called and he convinced me to come and take the car for the week end to see if that's what I really wanted. After much thought and having my tech check the car, I have 3 roadsters MB, BMW and now a Miata, I called the bank at 9 and by 10 I was closing the deal for the Miata. I said the car needed some work, Cesar accepted, took off the cost and O drove away with my "dream commuter". Today when I picked up the plates I asked Zcesar why he accepted a fair, fair for both of us offer, and he responded "I wanted you to have the car". What can I say, my dad owned a small Mercedes dealership and that is exactly what he would have said and he was 100% sincere. Yes the car has it's quirks, all brands do but to find people like Jordan and especially Cesar is a rarity these days. Odd, I would have to say Lewis and especially Cesar have s good heart if you just give it a fair chance:-)!!!

I went to look at used cars since mine had been stolen. I ended up buying a new car because it was less expensive and fit my budget better. Nassir Admed was very patient and showed me a wide range of cars since I didn't know what I was even looking for. I ended up deciding on one car that I was going to pick up the next day and keep overnight as a test drive. During our conversation I mentioned that if he had a black one I'd rather have one. Before I got there the next day he found me a black one with the same features as the blue. I took it and fell in love with it. I went back the next day and bought the car. Everyone was pleasent, not only did Al make it clear what needed to be serviced on my PRIUS, but he gave me options so it wouldn't hurt my wallet or the car itself. The waiting area is spacious, with a dedicated hook up area for your computer, or not. Plenty of room to roam with a very strong WiFi signal! I decided to stay there instead of getting a ride home, and I got a lot of work done, so time went quickly-:) Very satisfied! I should have never purchased my car at Cavender Toyota in San Antonio where the service after the sale hardly exists. No, it doesn't exist!! I should have stayed home and purchased my PRIUS at Autonation. I won't make that Cavender mistake again. Autonation is the kind of service you would expect from one of the Icons in motor car history!

Waiting time and comfort in the waiting area were great. Unfortunately, when my service advisor called me to the cashier's desk, he had the wrong key. When I told him so, he looked at me like i was crazy. Then we went out to check the car, Itold him that was not my car and told him my license plate number. He still didn{t seem to believe me. After he went back to [check the paperwork.[ Then there was a question about the air filter not nneing replaced. Again, communication problem. Sheesh.

I was in by appointment for 36 month maintenance. Robert Walls was my service adviser, and my experience with him was excellent. He went over the scheduled items and answered questions that I had. Later he showed me other items that were due, which I went with. The waiting room and facilities are very nice, with free wi-fi, , TV's, etc. The overall experience was fine.

My wife and I leased a 2016 corolla from Daniel Storie on April 16, 2016. We had an appointment to pick up our car at 9 AM. We arrived early by twenty minutes and Daniel was waiting for us. We went thru the initial paper work quickly. Then we completed a review of the features of the car and Daniel answered all of our questions and concerns. When I arrived my service advisor Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable. Their facilities were very well maintained and their staff were very accommodating. I wasn't offered anything I didn't need however their staff and technicians were very forthcoming with maintenance that I would need in the near future. I was very glad at how convenient everything was and that was no pressure to buy or use their services in addition to what I requested or in the future. This goes a long way to keep me satisfied as I do the majority of my vehicle maintenance myself but also builds trust and shows character on the part of their great staff. I brought my car in for a recall that Toyota Corporate denied me even though I was having the same issue with my visor that was acknowledged as a flaw in Camrys manufactured in the same year as mine just because my VIN number did not fall within the suggested range. I called Austin Toyota Nation and spoke with Mr. Kupp who immediately sought to rectify the issue by paying 3/4 of the cost of replacement. When I took my car in for the actual repair, my service adviser, Jared Jones , advocated for the dealership to absorb the total cost of the repair. I am glad I purchased my Camry there. I am also very pleased with the way they all work together from sales, to service, to parts, to management - to make me feel safe , secure and valued in my Camry. I inquired about a 2012 Toyota Sienna at the Autonation facility in South Austin. During the correspondence with the salesman I was never told about the actual condition of the vehicle. The pictures posted online were far away enough to hide the real condition of the vehicle. Once I arrived I walked around the vehicle and took it for a test drive. Was I returned I inspected the vehicle further. There were pieces of paint missing from the drivers door that had been painted over. There were so many dents and scratches on the roof that it looked as though a tree had fallen on it. I understand that a used car is in fact "used". But these things could have been mentioned to me BEFORE I made the 1 hour and 15 minute trip to the lot. On another note....I made an appointment with the salesman and he had two other clients he had there as well. We waited about 45 minutes before we even began the negotiations. Very unprofessional in my book. Bottom line: ask specific questions about areas of the vehicle. I should have left immediately when I wasn't shown that my time was valuable.

That has only gotten better through the years.Jared Jones is our service consultant. If you've purchased a Toyota from AutoNation or any other Toyota dealer you should have your service work and routine maintenance performed by AutoNation and DEFINITELY ask for Jared Jones to handle your account. In our 5 years of experience with this dealership, Jared has always been professional and customer service driven. He's always listened to our concerns and has never once haggled about an issue or asked us to pay for a single thing that wasn't our responsibility. Cecil (I believe that's his name), the Service Manager even paid for a audio item that was out of warranty because it was an issue we'd had off and on for several years. He sent us directly to the supplier, who discovered it was their error and picked up the bill. Now that's customer service.

My initial contact with Toyota Autonation-Austin was to compare prices with a Houston dealer. I spoke with Raymond Ponder who was very knowledgeable. He was professional and patient. He answered all of my questions no matter how many times I called. I traveled 150+miles to pick up my new vehicle. My only recommendation would be that the finance office schedule appointments..the multi hour wait to sign paperwork was downer, especially since I had a long drive back to Houston. This had to be the most pleasant and easy car buying experience I have ever had. The service was great. Most of the transaction was completed on the phone or by email. Everything was exactly as I was told it would be when I arrived at the dealership to complete the purchase. The salesman was honest and gave us the deal he said he would. We bought a Sienna AWD to accommodate a specific wheel chair lift. Lots of dealers promised they had the car on the lot but they didn't and then they tried to sell us something that didn't meet our needs....we needed an AWD. Then we contacted Auto Nation and met Bob Moore. The car was on their lot and availability double checked by Mr. Moore. Mr. Moore was able to provide us with a price we needed, the vehicle we wanted.....and he was able to complete everything over the phone. All we had to do was to inspect and pick up the car. Mr. Moore was very professional and AutoNation restored our faith in "honest and fair" auto dealers. Kuddos to Bob and AutoNation.

This is really the place to go to get a Toyota in Austin! It is well managed and they do a good job of providing you with what you are looking for. They could be a bit more organized with their presentation of what they have, particularly with regard to options, so you know exactly what you are paying for. The extended warranty is a little too expensive, given you won't really need it till much later in the life of the car and Toyota's reputation for high durability. Overall, it was a very positive shopping experience.

I bought a used car from these nice people only to drive it home to later discover that there was some electrical issues. I took the car back the next day and there were no issues or questions about returning it. No hassles at all, they agreed to the return with no problems. It just so happened they had gotten another car in on trade just the day before that I was very interested in. They worked with me and helped me get as good a deal on this car, yes it was more expensive, as they did on the first car. Overall, I am extremely happy with my car and they way I was treated throughout the whole process. I highly recommend these guys when looking for a car, either new or used.

He was the ONLY dealer, of all the dealers I spoke to during the month of February, that actually called and left a message ! He wasn't the 'pushy' car saleman you feel cornered with...he was respectful. EVERY other dealer at Auto Nation was also very nice. My experience was very good and I felt like I was taken care of and considered. If I could offer anyone a place to buy a car...hands down I'd recommend AutoNation Toyota. I want to say that Jim Lee and AutoNation Toyota make it a joy to purchase a vehicle. I relocated to Fort Worth 2 years ago and I started looking for a Highlander Limited with the Driver's Technology Package in a Creme Brulee. All I kept hearing from salesmen in the DFW area was that there aren't any available in the area, or you need to order that from the factory. Well after buying 2 vehicles from Jim Lee and AutoNation in the past 9 years I called on them again. Within a few days Jim made a deal with another dealer in Louisiana. Jim's team at AutoNation installed the extra Items I wanted on the vehicle and I drove to Austin on a Saturday morning and I was home in Fort Worth by 4pm that same day. I'll have to say that Jim Lee is the best sales rep. I've ever had the pleasure doing business with. When it comes time to replace my Tacoma or the Highlander I won't hesitate to call on Jim again. I would also like to mention that the sales manager, Craig Otsuki, is very personable and professional. I showed up an hour ahead of my appointment time and Craig got the ball rolling by getting my trade-in vehicle appraised before Jim arrived. This helped expedite the whole process. Once again I want to say that AutoNation and Jim Lee are the best.

I came to AutoNation Toyota looking to buy a used car. I have always been a little uneasy going to car dealerships, but I felt comfortable as soon as I started talking with Alan. I told him exactly what I was looking for and what I could afford, and he showed me exactly that. I asked him a million and one questions and he answered every one with patience and honesty. If he didn't know the right answer, he found out for me. During the buying process, I filled out my credit application wrong and the finance manager saw that it was fixed and that I got a fair and lower interest rate. Jose Reyna was a great salesman. It's my job as a consumer to know the sales gimmicks and what to pay for a car. Jose did his job as a salesman trying to maximize profits. He was very personable, and I would purchase from him again. I had two frustrations:1- Shortly after I left, the low tire pressure light came on. I had no money in my pocket and had to go pick up my kiddo at school. I called and was told it would take 20 minutes to get the machine ready to put nitrogen in my tires. The car should have been drive away ready- especially given the length of the purchase process and when there is a chit in the car stating the tire pressure had been checked. Not cool. 2- Up-sales on in the form of long term warranty option. It's pretty disconcerting to go from a salesman who is saying what a great car this is, no problems, long life, etc. to a "closer" saying how expensive the repairs are going to be. Again, both doing their job, but there is a serious disconnect. Which is it...a great car or one that's gonna cost me? It's an industry problem...not just this dealership...but ya'll gotta work on it.

Negotiating was painless and he went the extra mile (or two) when I needed transportation while waiting for my car to arrive. He also secured EXACTLY the car I wanted and not one that was "close" with coincidentally included thousands in options I did not want. Would absolutely work with him again and will tell any family or friends to contact him when they are in the market. Have not needed service or parts so I cannot comment on that part of the dealership. Delivery, or "make ready", was helpful even though I thought I already knew everything about the car.

The lack of an appointment has not stopped me from getting same day service, and a free car wash twice! My car runs much better now than when I first purchased it. This is no exaggeration. The entire purchase experience was great. Barry did a very good job at finding the vehicle I wanted and at the price I wanted. Barry was persistent in communicating with me and always did what he said he would do including beating my truecar.com cost. Even the experience with Finance and warranties was good. I was not going to buy the extended warranty but better financing was found and I was lured in. Don't remember his name but he did a great job too. The only problem I had was when I drove the car off the lot the low tire pressure light came on. Also, the wheels were not balanced so there was some vibration. All that has been fixed and I am very happy with the truck!

They are also sincere in their dealings with you; no hidden details. They also provide you the chance to negotiate with them and when you are still not sure about the deal, you may choose to back out without being coerced. I like this aspect about them because it gave me the liberty to decide for myself. I met their Salesperson called Rafael Martinez. This guy is just great. He is one of the very reasons why I finally bought the vehicle. I wish Toyota will employ more guys like that.

My Toyota Prius is almost 13 years old, I bought it new from what is now AutoNation Toyota Scion South Austin, and I still get great gas mileage (44-45 mpg), the car is comfortable, and it runs like a top! Much of what I love about this old Prius is due to the service (rare and, in most cases, scheduled maintenance including free oil changes and a long checklist of could potentially need looking at) I get from AutoNation and now Jared Jones. But, to tell the truth, all of the service advisers at AutoNation are fantastic! The job is always done right, on time, and is done in a very professional manner so I am also happy with the actual mechanics at AutoNation South.

I experienced a major breakdown of my vehicle and drove directly to AutoNation. They put me into a rental immediately and the repair took several days to complete. They were always in contact with me on the progress, which was very much appreciated. They went the extra mile in detailing my car and did some other items when the repair was completed and I am very pleased with the repairs and having my car back. Everything went smoth in and out with a new car in about 2 hours. Could be less but were looking as many options as posible. The dealer was recomended to my by Costco I mentioned, showed proof of membership and Bang!!! a discount of $1,184 from the original price. Of course my nextcar will be from this guys.

I was fortunate (blessed) enough to have just recently purchased a new Toyota. I initiated contact with Toyota through an online contact form, and within the hour I had a response from an actual salesperson. I responded back with what I was looking for, and the salesperson responded with pricing for three options. In addition, because I indicated that preferred to be contacted via email, the salesperson respected that, and did not bug me with repeated phone calls. Actually, he sent me an email entitled, "OK, let's do this your way", and that's how the buying process began. He was able to keep up with me via email/text, and it just so happened that he was off on the day that I could actually do a site visit. This factor did not hinder the process at all. Without skipping a beat, my original contact named an alternate salesperson, and the buying process continued. The alternate salesperson was able to continue the "flow", and the buying process was completed. Because I had done my research beforehand, I know that I ended up with a pretty fair price for the new vehicle and my trade-in. At the end of the day, I feel really good about my purchase and my experience with Southpoint Toyota. A shout out to Teddy L. and Roger S. for making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

They will tell you anything to get you buy a car. Found what I wanted quickly...then things when down hill. Was told it would be a 30 min wait for a finance officer. I watched people come and go for over 2 hours.. Was giving a bunch of bull....I was there long enough to see not every one in finance was busy all the time. I want my cargo net too.....It is standard equipment for this car and was listed as such... They just don't give a flying flip. Find your self a different dealer ship. Toyota makes great cars they should be more selective who they let have dealer ships.

While my wife and I had pretty well defined the car we wanted, we still had some open questions/ decisions to make. Laura was most helpful. I believe she truly was interested in meeting our goals and expectations and not just in closing a deal and on the the next. She was on time for the appointment, stayed with us throughout the process, followed up on the delivery of the vehicle (which was the following day). We do not regret the 1 hour drive to this location to make my Highlander purchase. Jesse Jimenez is a EXCELLENT Sales Manager. He is very knowledgable and makes excellent recommendations based on your individual needs. We never felt pushed to make the purchase. Jesse also made us feel at home during our wait to finalize financing options especially with our child. Jesse provided a thorough overview of the vehicle to make sure we were comfortable with all the technology and other features before leaving the dealership. Based on other dealerships, this transaction was by far the best. The outlook of a dealership is very dependent on the Sale associates and managers involved. Had a wonderful experience yet again at AutoNation Toyota, this time for the fourth vehicle I've purchased at this dealership. Though the name has changed over the years, the impeccable service and professionalism of absolutely everyone who works here is unparalleled. They've done a great job with a complete remodel and the showroom is fabulous. The new service facility is also topnotch in terms of customer comfort and shop efficiency. I've never had to wait more than a few seconds before getting a friendly greeting and being taken care of. My salesman this time was Raymond Barlowe. He promised me that he would find the vehicle that I wanted, despite the fact that my dream Tacoma (my second-- a 4x4 Crew Cab Long Bed V6 Automatic with TRD Sport package) is apparently hard to find. True to his word, he called me in about a week, having found my dream truck in the factory, and arranged to get it delivered to AutoNation in Austin. I got to see it in a big clean garage where new cars are delivered and new owners were walked through the basics of their new vehicle, shown how to hook up the blue tooth, etc. It was everything I wanted, and I was absolutely thrilled! The purchasing process couldn't have been easier. Robert Ray, an Aussie nicknamed "Kangaroo" who handled my paperwork, was sincerely friendly, and I trusted his integrity pretty much immediately. Once I mentioned that this would be my fourth vehicle purchased from this dealership, he jumped out of his chair to go speak with his manager. I could tell he took a personal interest in making sure I got the best deal possible and that the dealership appreciated my loyalty. (Hey, if it works, don't fix it, eh?) And he did get me a great deal. I bought the entire package of protection, which he explained very well, and he was able to save me a lot of money on the deal. The protection deal means that, though matter what goes wrong, from a ding in the body to a stain on the fabric to a $1200 electronic part malfunctioning, it won't cost me a cent, and they'll give me a loaner car while the work is done. In short, if you're even thinking about buying a Toyota and live in Central Texas, you can't go wrong taking your business to AutoNation Toyota in Austin.

Because I was busy working, I asked my husband to relay to Jim the model, color, and one special feature that I had always wanted in a car. 2 days later Jim called for us to pick up the car. When we got there, the car Jim picked out for me was everything I wanted and more! 2014 Toyota Corolla, red, sunroof, touch screen, etc...it was load. Thank you so much Jim, I love my new car. Nick was the perfect finance manager, very personable, "a little ocd about the paperwork" HA!, but it makes for a very well organized, easy to understand, quick trip. I had called Jose, one of the sales associates, prior to coming in and told him the specific car I wanted to test drive when I came in. When I arrived, he had it pulled to the side for me and ready to go. We came to an agreement on the price very easily and I was in and out of finance quick too! I thought I needed certain product and was ready to buy.. Instead of letting me buy pointless product, Brad, in finance, explained exactly what everything was and pointed out which products would be beneficial to me and which ones would not.. We are repeat customers of AutoNation Toyota in South Austin, Texas. This is our 3rd vehicle purchase from this dealership since 1995. We have always had good to excellent service at this dealership when maintenance is required and its for this reason that we wanted to continue conducting business with AutoNation. However, our most recent experience with the sales staff I would have to rate no better than fair. In regards to the sales management, we selected a Tacoma truck and the salesperson put our name on the vehicle prior to the Christmas holiday. We agreed that in four days, after Christmas, we would return to purchase the vehicle. We needed time to coordinate pre-approval for a loan at our banking institution and due to our scheduled holiday obligations. The salesperson noted that he would be out of town but that a fellow salesperson was scheduled to take care of his customers while he was away. We live an hour and half away and upon our return found that the truck had been sold out from under us. We were upset. We had spent so much time with our salesperson getting the right truck at the right price and then learning that some other sale person removed the tag on the truck with our assigned name, was unheard of. A courtesy call is the least they should have done. This caused a lot of undue stress in what should have been a pleasant purchase experience. Larry Mills

Our salesperson, Walter Rozier, allowed us to test drive several vehicles and compare them side-by-side, feature-by-feature. Walter was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. He helped us decide on the model that would best fit our needs. He found just the right car on the lot and we were able to make a satisfactory deal on a 2013 Highlander. The only unpleasant aspect of the whole experience was the long wait we experienced to get in to see the financial person. However, I am sure this was due to the fact that it was the last day of the year and there were many other people trying to buy cars. We really love our new Highlander and look forward to many years of good service from it. We would recommend this dealership to anyone.

We set out to replace a 2007 Sienna with a 2014 Sienna to take advantage of the many new "bells and whistles" available on the '14 that weren't there when we bought the '07. Don't know if we just got lucky and got their best salesman or not but Jeff was very good (and I should know because I spent 15 years of my career training salepeople for large companies). He listened carefully to what we wanted and then found just the vehicle that fit our wants, no big sales pitches, no pressure. The car came in the next business day and the purchasing process went very smoothly thanks to Rachel who handled all the paper work. At 73 years of age, I've bought a lot of cars in my lifetime and this was one of the most positive experiences I've ever had.

When I pulled up there were at least 10 salespeople standing there ready to descend on my car. I felt like prey to the vultures. I just wanted to hear more about the Toyota Corolla and test drive one. He barely said 3 words the entire time he was walking us over to the cars, and I had to prompt him for questions. It was incredibly awkward and uncomfortable. Then when he took us into the office to look at the used cars they still had available the office smelled so strongly of urine. If felt very cheap and unwelcoming. Lastly, when I told him I wanted a car with low mileage he pulled up a two year old car with almost 30,000 miles and said it was very low mileage simply because it was "under" 30,000. When after all the research I had done it said that 12-15,000 was AVERAGE, so I was expecting something under 24,000 to be considered LOW, not a car right at the top of the average limit. Then when I mentioned this he vehemently disagreed. I left right then and ended up buying a completely different make and model two days later.

Originally I wanted to buy a used Prius, but thanks to Max I started looking into a new car. He was the perfect salesman. He did not pressure me at all. He didn't try to haggle and he gave me a brand new perspective about "car salesman." Max was the perfect gentleman. He gave 110% to find me exactly what I was looking for. He was responsive and reliable. He made the car buying process extremely painless and simple. I felt he truly had my best interest at heart. If you are looking for a new or used car, you need to go see Max G as soon as possible! Last but not least, it started pouring down rain when I was at the dealership test driving cars. I wasn't even going to buy one that night, but Max showed the most incredible customer service I had experienced in a very long time - He actually drove to meet me at the test car I was driving so that I wouldn't have to walk across the parking lot to my car in the pouring rain. That is true customer service and that is the reason this dealership got my business.

I drove in from South Texas (2.5 hrs) after talking several times to sales reps and a sales manager about a 2 year old SUV advertised in an autotrader ad and craigslist. The AutoNation website also had this same car advertised with many pictures depicting this suv as great condition, leather interior, etc. Both the rep and the sales manager agreed to come off the listed price $500, and also verified it had leather, exact mileage, etc. When it came down to it, the vehicle was not even there but being loaned out to an individual, so I could not come see it that day. Took off the afternoon today, got my husband to take several hours off to drive me there only to find that this vehicle had a dent in the bumper and no leather anywhere. Both the rep and the sales manager were off today, even though I told them yesterday I would be there today. False advertisement and a sales staff of snakes. These guys give used car salesmen the reputation they deserve.

Feel I got the best deal both times on a vehicle that isn't easy to buy below MSRP. Alex was very helpful and since I went in on a Monday it was laid-back and the buying process went quickly and smoothly. After test driving a Prius v and a Matrix, I then drove a "regular" Prius and just loved it. The mpg was a big factor in my decision. I had 2 cars to trade in and do wish I had held out for a little more for the Sienna, but overall, I believe I got a fair deal. When I pulled up to the sales office, I was greeted by Mr. Barlowe. From that point forward we both treated each other with respect and hit it off as a salesperson/consumer. They had the truck I wanted and it was a matter of pricing from then on. I had in my mind the price I was prepared to give and he beat that. I can't say enough about Ray Barlowe.The remainder of the stay led to some consternation. The Finance Manager did not provide reasoning, why he put me on a finance schedule when I was paying cash or that he did schedule my truck for the first scheduled service. He did offer a litany of insurance with regard to the vehicle. Coverage for this and coverage for that. All in addition to the Toyota warranty. For cash in addition to.I will recommend Ray Barlowe/Sales Person, but not the Finance Manager.

We went to the dealership, saw the car, discussed the final details and the vehicle was ours a week later. Cece made my life so easy. She was super professional. Came through on everything she promised and more. The day of the purchase took a bit longer than we had hoped but our wait was pleasant as the entire staff there is super nice, loves to chat about anything and everything and truly takes an interest in their customers. When Cece wasn't available (which wasnt often), another rep or her sales manager stepped in to help too. Nothing but excellent marks for this dealership. My Tundra was rear ended and totaled by an 18 wheeler! I had a 2004 double cab and loved that truck. It saved my life that day, and, I had to replace it with another Tundra. No matter how bad I felt, I had to catch this Memorial Day deals. Went to AN, even though it was raining and I have pneumonia, and met a very impressive salesman, Adam Shotwell. Adam listened to what I wanted, gave me a truck to test drive, then asked me what I could do without in that vehicle. My first statement was "The Navigation System". What an annoying distraction! This led me to the Texas Edition which was 25% off! I had to settle for white ( I prefer Red or Green) and a 4 x 4. This truck didn't have leather and the rear cam, but, they cut me a little deal on those additions, plus I got a nine piece Milwaukee Tool Set. I returned at a later date to have the leather and rear cam installed. I asked for a loaner truck, and, without hesitation Adam said sure. The next day Adam calls me and tells me my truck is ready. I could hardly wait to see it. WOW! What a beautiful job with the leather. I'm sure I will enjoy this 2013 Tundra for many years to come, provided I'm not rear ended by another 18 wheeler! Thanks Adam, and, thanks Toyota!!

My husband and I visited the dealership on a weekday evening around 6:00 and did not get out of there until around 11:00 P.M.. Needless to say, we were weary and decided to return the next day to pick up our new vehicle. This was our first time to see this dealership and we were impressed with the volume of vehicles,however; it took too much time to locate the various cars with their respective keys. We actually did not really see as many cars as we might have liked to have checked out. I was willing to go ahead and make a decision, though, because I was totally " carless" because of a severe hail storm in Marble Falls on April 2nd. Laura Deen was very nice to work with. We would have appreciated a little more bargaining, but we were tired and gave up trying. Having to sit with the financial guy, Korey Dupree, so late in the evening was a little bit tortuous. I have been enjoying my new car. When I returned to the dealership a few weeks later to have my tags put on I felt a little bit hurt when Laura greeted me like I was just meeting her for the first time. I understand that people can look a little bit different at times, but she had just recently spent a great deal of time with us. I forgive her.

The only reason the "quality of repairs" section isn't 5 stars is because I've not even had the car long enough to go in for repairs. There was however, the little issue of getting the protective coating on the windshield of the car, of which I was assured by the dealership did happen, just only that with the heavy Texas rain of the past week it seemed (to me) that it wasn't really doing what it was supposed to. But that's about it, besides that I am a happy-happy camper and I love my new vehicle. I spoke with John Rector who was exceptionally attentive and professional (big plus) and I found that even the rest of the staff (including next door in the new cars section) were very friendly and I was happy to be around them since I was so nervous as to whether purchasing would turn into an ordeal. Albeit yes on that Saturday they were frantic with so many customers (a good problem to have) to attend to but I still was able to make some friendly small talk with the staff while making myself some very strong and tasty coffee and sitting in the comfy chairs they have in their waiting area while my paperwork was being processed. Such a smooth undertaking and good wifi (for passing the time on my smartphone)!! I had horrendous experiences at dealerships prior to this (I unfortunately also found those kinds on Cars.com) who were so pushy and aggressive, you'd think their jobs were hanging on by a thread or something, but NOT HERE. If you know you want a Toyota and you want to see quality cars, then come here!!! They have a number of add-on bundles to choose from too, and they worked with me to give me a lower interest rate (love) while still staying well below my asking price for a monthly payment (double love). I already know 4 other people who have purchased their Toyota's from this dealership and I am happy to be among them. Free oil changes for life? C'mon gimme a break already, yes please!

The processing of the finance documents bordered on harrasment and almost killed the deal. First, the finance person, Korey Dupree tied to tell me that the deal that was struck between me and the sales manager and salesman was not possible, something to the effect that Toyota was no longer giving 0% financing and reductions in the MSRP for the 2012 camry i wanted to purchase. He insisted that the sales manager and salesman could not make such a deal. Not until I told him that would kill the deal and started to walk out, did he relent and say he would check with the sales manager. I ultimately got the deal promised to me by the sales manager and salesman, but not until after I spent at least 30 minutes listening to Mr. Dupree and his sales pitch on all the additional warranty, window treatments, etc. that he wanted to add to the sales contract. I told Mr. Dupree before he started his sales pitch that I did not want any of the add-ons but he insisted that that I could not get financing through Toyota Financial Services unless I listened to his whole sales pitch. I knew beforehand what he was going to say since I had bought my 2011 Toyota Camry from Champion and Mr. Ben Bennatt had made almost the same sales pitch. Moreover, Mr Dupree had no creditability with me since he had just tried to up the sales price on the car by $1000.Were it not for the fact that this was my 5th or 6th Toyota I have purchased since 1992, and the third from Champion, I would not deal with Toyota or it's dealers. The sales experience was pleasant until I got passed to the financial processing guys. My experience suggests that the financial salesman deserve the reputation that used car salesmen used to enjoy.

After much research and consideration I finally decided on a 2013 Toyota Highlander Limited and set out to find my vehicle with certain specifications AND a certain price range! Went to my local dealership, Toyota of Midland, and was told that I could not have the vehicle I wanted for the price that I wanted it for and that I would need to lower my standards! Boy was that Sales Manager WRONG!!!! I jumped on the Internet, started a search and landed with Champion Toyota Dealership in Austin, Tx.. I then found a vehicle with the specs I wanted and submitted it along with my contact info and BAM!!! Jim Lee responded the very next day and the cost of the vehicle was just right! Within a couple of days he had my vehicle with ALL the specs I wanted! I just had to say yes and That I did! I am extremely satisfied with the service that I received from Jim Lee and I LOVE my Highlander!! The vehicle was actualIy everything that I had asked for and more! Before now, I had never shopped online for an auto, nor had I corresponded by phone with a salesman. I must tell you, if you have never personally done it, it can be quite.....hmmm, scary is a bit over dramatic, but I think you can imagine the feeling. You are actually trusting someone to give you accurate and solid information about a vehicle that you cannot actually see. And you hope that person does not " take you for a ride!" Excuse the pun!! :) Through the entire process Mr. Lee remained professional, informative, punctual and NEVER ONCE did he make me feel unimportant or pressured!!!! Maybe that's what made me nervous? I even wondered if he really was a salesman?! Lol. The entire process was very pleasant and completely painless and stress free!! Thank you so much for making this experience a great one and AGAIN, I LOVE my SUV! And best of all.......I didn't have to "Lower my standards!!" So, after 15 months of driving my car and comparing notes with the car my wife planned on getting, I wanted to get a hybrid car with the color I have wanted for the longest and the new safety features that my wife's new car will have. Long story short, once I made up my mind what I wanted (2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid), the rest fell into place rather quickly and smoothly especially with the help of Jesse who is the Internet Sales Manager at Champion Toyota. In sum, I would definitely would recommend Champion Toyota to my friends both for auto sales and auto service. Even my wife is planning on getting her car (Lexus 300h) serviced there once she gets it.

I was very impressed that John spent so much time helping me gather the resources I needed to purchase the car going through the list of items needed and helping me find them or giving me access to his computer in order to be able to purchase the car that day instead of having to rent a vehicle and come back after I had gotten all of the information. My only irritation was getting a call from the financial lender leaving a message that they needed to talk to me but not telling me what it was about or telling me that if I did not return the call by a specific date that the deal on the car might be withdrawn. If a more detailed message had been left I might have been able to or would have made a more intense effort to get back to them as soon as possible. ( I work at a place I can't really take phone calls and I was in jury duty and unable to use my phone until an hour before the deadline.) This has nothing to do with the dealership or the salesperson but I hope this information can be passed on to the financial institution/ dealership financial person as an area of possible improvement.

Today I purchased a Camry at the used section of the dealership. Even though I was purchasing alone and though I would just be pushed around because I was a woman shopping, they really worked hard for me! The sales man was very kind and patient letting me sit in and "smell" about 10 cars before I made my decision. I am picky and very determined when I want something and they did not fall through at any part of the process. The salesman, the sales manager and the accounting person took very good care of me and did not pressure me into anything. I told them what I wanted, what I was willing to pay, and they gave me the car and so many extra services for the price. I got FREE synthetic oil changes for life, at their dealership. I purchased the platinum certified 100,000 mile used car warranty along with the windshield protection, and they worked it into the price so that I would not have to raise the amount per month. They had it all washed up, the tank full, and ready for me when the paperwork was completed. I drove away feeling great about my purchase, payment, and the service I had received. I would definitely recommend to a friend and would purchase here again.

Of course, as a single woman by myself I went into the dealership with much apprehension about meeting the stereotypical used car salesperson. But, I was very pleasantly surprised when I met salesperson Bob Moore. I felt no pressure, no "lines" and most of all, he was a true gentleman. When negotiating the purchase price, I was also pleased that Champion Toyota was more than willing to "haggle" over the RAV4 vehicle price, along with the value of my trade-in value car. Bob's Manager (Wayne or Wade, sorry) was more than happy to please me straight down-the-line without making me feel as if I was asking for too much. Additionally, I liked the overall sense of respect for potential car buyers that Champion Toyota eludes...they were professionals in every sense of the word but also showed a "human side" something that I regard as being lost these days in the high-tech world we reside in. After shopping almost every Dealership, make and model around Austin. I was pleasantly surprised by the sales support of Laura Dean. I had only seen the Prius on the road but was very interested in learning about the car and it was so nice to speak with someone that actually knew a lot about the product she was selling. I also appreciated learning about what makes Champion Toyota stand out from other Dealerships. The small but useful perk of lifetime oil changes was a huge plus and the fact that they have a special drive through bay for that so, the wait is very short is nice.I am still looking at cars but if the Prius with the 56mpg is the one I pull the trigger on it will be through Laura.

Purchasing my new Camry was a simple process. I used the Costco Auto Buyer's Program and was contacted quickly by Stephen Moe. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and helped me find the perfect Camry. The price was fair and the 0% financing through Toyota Motor Credit made it even better. When the staff in Finance were backed up and I was afraid that I'd miss a meeting at work that afternoon, they arranged for me to borrow my new car for a couple of hours and then come back to complete the purchase process. For seven years Champion Toyota, Austin, Tx has done super servicing my vehicle. They have given me comparable prices on repairs of my 14 year old vehicle and kind service. As a female owner, I have compared their work and prices. I dicker costs and the men work with me. I was trying to decide whether I should keep my car for another 100K or retire it. The accessment I made, after going to 4 auto repair places plus Champion was to invest $2500 in my car, get 100K more miles, let Champion do all the repairs since they price about the same as everyone else. Where can you go and get honest council, adjust prices, tell the mechanic what you want to do first without any grief, get a loaner car, have your car done in one day. Only at Champion! Plus a maintenance advice schedule. 200K and were going for 300K because of the best mechanics in the world. Thanks Champion! I won't go anywhere else. They treat me like kin. Want Honesty, Integrity and top customer first service...go to Champion! The guys tell me go 400K, with them I probably could. Keep your oil changed and the liquids changed. I just did the Timing Belt and Drive Belt. You cannot find better. Check their work...I have!! It is GREAT!

I happen to drive out to the dealership and just so happen to find the truck that I was looking for. I came back home and did some more research only to find out that it was online at a particular (excellent!) price. I began to email Jim back and forth whilst on a business trip getting all the specifics about the truck. He responded to every one of my questions in a timely manner. I told him that I would be coming back at the end of the week or early the following week. After coming back the following week, the truck was already to go with my name on it. The entire process was a pleasure from start to finish. There was no pushy salesman, they opened the truck and left us alone to make our own decision on buying the truck. They would only come over if asked, this was the greatest experience I have had thus far when buying a vehicle. I would highly recommend dealership the customer service is outstanding.

I used the internet option to have four dealers quote what I was looking for and indicated reply via email. Of the four, two called my home with just a 'call me'. One never replied. Jon Porterfield, however replied via email almost immediately and began asking what I was interested in. I gave him a more detailed wish list and within a day he responded with a decent quote. Set up an appt and found my visit very pleasant. Nicholas Drake, financial, sealed the deal with us and was also very helpful. My wife and I overall were very pleased with Champion. It was based on his suggestion coupled with my research that I was able to grab a great deal with them. Scott, who help me when Nassir was on vacation, was very patient and accommodating. He showed us all types of vehicle configuration that we wanted to see before we finally make our decision. My salesman, Mike, was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in my process of choosing a vehicle and starting the purchase process. The finance manager, David, was also extremely helpful and patient. David let me take my truck home for the night while I worked to produce some paperwork necessary to complete the sale. When I came back the second day with the truck, ready to finish everything, David had gotten me a better deal, 0% financing to be specific. I was prepared to buy the vehicle with a much less attractive rate but David still worked to make that happen for me. Overall, I had an amazing experience. I was prepared to deal with the usual horrors of buying a car but instead left with the vehicle I want, an unbeatable (literally) loan, and no pain or frustration at all. I have already started recommending Champion Toyota to my friends and coworkers and I can't wait to start using my free oil changes for life there.

We recently purchased our second Camry Hybrid from Steven Moe. He was very helpful and cooperative about our crazy schedule and made time so that we could come in a bit later than he normally works on Saturday. When we got there, he noticed a small scratch on the inside door (I would never have noticed it or cared), but he wanted to have it fixed. We took a loaner car out that day and once the scratch was fixed, Steven had the car driven out to us in Pflugerville. We were completely happy with our purchase and have loved working with Steven. We will go back when we need a new car.

Buy at your own risk!!!! They only care until they get your money and then you become a nobody to them. I had problems with an alarm system that was on the new Tacoma I bought there and they were TOTALLY useless and didn't care about my situation. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and I'm 45 years old!The finance manager lied to us about the cost savings associated with the LoJack (?) that he sold me. He said it will (not "might", but "will") save $120 a year on car insurance, when it actually saved me $6 a year. Yep, got swindled on that one too, pure and simple, and no mater how they may try to spin it, they are simply dishonest at Champion Toyota!Only upside is the Tacoma itself seems to be a good truck...everything I had hoped for from a Toyota, but the problem here is they have apparently evolved to be a business that feels they no longer need to be honest and offer good customer service because they do have a great product (Toyotas). That's my take on it.

If I could give higher than a 5 I would! This was the first time in my 19 years of car-buying that I actually enjoyed the process and walked out still enjoying it after all papers were signed. Charlie was a super representative for Champion Toyota and made the whole experience fun and stress-free for my mother and me. He never tried to tell us what we wanted. He just asked, listened then brought out what we had described for a test drive. Then Jesse did the same thing for the whole paper signing ceremony! Both of these individuals have continued to follow-up with us to make sure we had what we needed or knew where to find them if we didn't. In the past I have been used to being forgotten the moment I drove off the lot. I wonder if either of them knew I wasn't even looking to buy and had planned to drive the car I drove in there with until the wheels fell off. Yep, Jesse and Charlie are that good!

I had been trying to purchase a 2012 Sienna XLE AAS since December--On Thursday, Feb. 22 I contacted Champion Toyota of Austin and spoke with Jim Lee. On the Friday I signed the papers and on Saturday my Van was delivered to me--450 miles away with trailer hitch attached for my wheel chair lift!! I am totally thrilled with the entire experience--On Saturday night I had a problem and everyone tried to help to no avail (Roadside Assistance, the delivery guys, etc.), but Sunday Morning Clifton Long called me with the EASY fix--take the AAS out and reload it listening for the BEEP at the end of the cycle--Viola--problem solved!!Such dedication and resolve to help is wonderful in today's world--They have been in contact with me each day since my purchase to be sure I am taken care of and pleased. I will recommend this dealership to many people as the AAS is a specialty product that many people need in my circle of life. My Mom who is 84 is the reason I needed this van and everytime she sees the AAS she tears up. This gives her the ability to comfortably get out of the house and go where she needs/wants to go to improve her quality of life. THANK YOU CHAMPION TOYOTA--you guys are my new HERO!!

I had been waiting for the Scion IQ to be released for months the day after the dealership received it I went for a test drive. I was greeted promptly from a salesman he seemed just as excited to go for a test drive as I was. After sleeping on my decision I returned to put a deposit on a car that would have to be delivered from another dealership with exactly the options I wanted he was patient and thorough to find what I wanted. In less than 48 hours my car was ready to be picked up at the dealership. I never felt pressured and there was a lot of follow up to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I felt I knew a little more about the car than any of the employees because I did alot of research before it's release in my area but it was a new arrival for the dealership so it was understandable. The staff was very friendly and made sure I was being tended to; overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

Bought Previa van from this dealer in '93. Drove it until 11 April 2011, at which time I finally had to give it up for dead with about 390,000 total miles. Service Reps have been outstanding, especially Steve Farber. Steve's work was a big reason we shopped primarily Toyota. The sales experience was managed by Walter Rozier with lots of information and very low/no pressure. Walter's suggestions, knowledge and willingness to resist closing the sale quickly led to a far better decision in terms of important features. One day prior to delivery, Walter agreed to upgrade to another non-stocked RAV4, which delayed closing an additional week. GREAT JOB!!! And my wife and I remain convinced that this particular vehicle/configuration and dealer were the best possible value choice.

I drove both 4Runners and Highlanders. I'm very happy with my choice. At no time was I under pressure to buy something I didn't want. All members of the staff involved with my purchase did their best to make things happen even though I showed up at the dealership without a title in hand for my trade in, and only $42.00 in my wallet. I did my new and used car pricing homework via www.edmunds.com, and then used an online buying service that requested quotes from 4 area Toyota dealerships, so I was able to compare not only price but sales approaches. Champion earned my business in both categories by having a broad inventory, giving me the best price on my new Toyota, a fair price on my trade-in, and by doing it up-front without hassle or pressure. Scott Foss was able to search his inventory and give me prices on several vehicles ahead of my visit, and then handed me the keys to a potential vehicle upon my arrival. By the time I returned, he had a price ready on my trade-in. I was ready with my pricing research, but I didn't have to argue, because his price matched my estimate. I was able to complete my purchase in several hours the same day. I haven't used their service dept yet, but my sales experience was very positive. They are a high-volume dealer so they had a lot to choose from on the lot and can be more flexible on pricing. My advice is to do your homework ahead of time and use the internet to compare what you can get from various area dealers.

Went with girlfriend to purchase a Corolla. Nothing too expensive because she can't afford it and her credit wasn't that great. Took us half an hour to get a salesman to even acknowledge our presence. The salesman didn't show any interest in selling us a car and gave us the keys to a Corolla to test drive. He never showed us the options or highlights of the car. We said we were interested and talked to the finance guy. Finance talked to us for almost an hour about how her credit was not good and how it was going to be a problem to purchase a car. Showed us paperwork with 18% APR. Needless to say I told him what I thought and we went to Howdy Honda where she purchased a new Civic at 1.9 APR. Champion is the worst dealership around, so don't waste your time.

I bought a new 2006 4Runner from this dealer in 2006 and when the time came for the oil change I took it to them because they have the "free lifetime oil changes." Well when I had come back to pick up my car, my ipod, all of the cables and a voice recorder had been stolen from my car. I am not sure if it was someone from their service department or the fact they left the car unlocked. Either way when I asked the service manager about it he blamed me. He thought that I could have left it at home. Now I know that "things left in your car are your responsibility" but I have been to numerous small oil change places and dealerships and never had a problem like this before, much less from the dealership I just just spent over 30K with. Needless to say I told them I would NEVER do business with them again and well I just bought my new 2010 4Runner Limited from Round Rock Toyota. Hope that $100 ipod was worth a good customer.These folks are your friend until the deal is done!

Purchased a new 07, 5.7L, double cab Tundra in August. Sales handled by Matt went smooth and fast. I got the truck I wanted at the price I offered.After about a month, the truck had two minor problems; a stuck tail gate and a inoperable tire pressure sensor. Both were fixed with only a minor glitch with the tire pressure sensor. It took them two tries to find it. My first free oil and filter change set up by appointment went smooth with a courtesy ride both from and back to the dealership. All-in-all, a pleasant experience with this dealer.

After purchasing a new Highlander the cargo mats had velcro tabs w/ sticky glue that would not dry. That was March18, 2004.
