I made an out of state purchase from Auto source which requires a lot of trust and honesty. I was a little nervous buying without seeing the vehicle, but they made everything very easy and everything went smoothly. Steve was very accomodating and met all of our needs. We even had an issue with a puncture in a tire which appeared to be from the shipping company (who was not at all helpful) but Steve got us set up with a new tire. The customer service was phenomenal. I would gladly do business with them again. And if someone happens to be making a purchase out of state, you can trust this company. I am more than satisfied!

What you will find there is a friendly staff no pressure to buy and cars that will not disappoint. I can not say enough about how nice the staff is and how smooth it all went ..

I had an excellent experience here. No gimmicks or gaming sales tactics. Professional behavior. Low prices. Reasonable salespeople. Friendly staff. They worked hard to answer questions and address any concerns. They represented my vehicle well. It's been two months, and I'm just as happy with my car. They don't really haggle/negotiate here, but that's because they have the cheapest prices (for the quality of car) in the state. I had my spreadsheet of 52 used vehicles of the make/model I was looking for, and they were at the top for a low-priced, quality vehicle. I was surprised to see at other, bigger dealerships in MIlwaukee/Waukesha, how they actually go through that nonsense of "let me go talk to my boss" or trying to trip you up with numbers on four-square sheets. There was none of that here--you just walk in and buy the car without the pressure, and they're flexible within reason.

Drove 2 hours to see one of their cars. It was ok but they would not budge on price. I can't help but feel this is because they knew I made a long drive to see the car. Just wanted to mention this so out of towners know this. I'm sure they make deals if you are local. Typical sleazy used car dealer.

I travelled from Detroit to buy an Infiniti G37 sedan. As promised by Nate a ride was at the Milwaukee airport when I arrived. Prior to my purchase (by email and phone) Nate and John took the time to answer all of my concerns about the car since the distance was so far and it was sight unseen, I was somewhat nervous. When I saw and drove the car it was exactly as Nate described. They had already prepped and detailed the car.The price was below others with similar miles and options and it had an excellent Carfax. John took a significant amount of time going over the extended service contracts and I opted for a 4 year 100,000 mile full coverage, which he discounted for me. Although the contract didn't initially include a hi tek option as He said it would, when I noticed it a couple days after getting home and contacting John about it, the next day he called me and said it was added,at their cost and the corrected paperwork was Fedexed out immediately. Also the car had no owner's manual,which I mentioned to Nate and he said he would order one and send it to me. I received it by mail within a week. In summary, everyone I dealt with kept their word. The car was as promised, the price discussed and advertised was never in question, no added fees and both Nate an John came through 100% . Thanks for the pleasureable experience!

This was my first time purchasing a car long distance, and the whole purchasing process went a lot smoother than I can ever expect. BIG thanks goes to Nate, Rory and anyone else I've missed. I've never had such an easy time buying a car before. Nate the salesman and John in Finance were excellent. Their pricing on the car I bought was well below what I found anywhere near me in Chicago for a comparable car. Picked us up at the airport, let us drive the car and look it over thoroughly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for Excellent friendly service and nice cars at a really good price. There is no need to negotiate or "haggle" on the price ,as their pricing is already better than anyone else for comparable cars. The title and taxes were explained thoroughly by John since we live outside of WI.

I saw the car on Saturday morning on the internet, went up to Milwaukee from Chicago on the following Tuesday and bought it. I was really lucky the car was still available. 2012 Porsche Panamera in near perfect condition, and a price that was extremely fair. I don't know how they do it. After 5 months of looking for a Maserati Quattroporte here in Chicago, I'm so glad I waited for this car.The no haggle pricing is great, they are very friendly, accommodating, thorough and made the buying experience better than any other dealership I've ever dealt with. Completely explained to me the title and Taxes are taken care of in the city/state I live in.I would definitely travel 85 miles to Milwaukee from Chicago to buy another car from them. Nate, and John from Finance were absolutely the best. Highly recommended.

Nate (The GM) also excels in understanding the product and what the customer needs to deliver a good product. They also understand out of state buyers, how sales tax is collected by the home state and the like.

I test drove cars in our home state and looked for cars online for about 2 months. After determining the brand, make, and model of our new daily driver I kept coming back to Autosource for a car I saw on Auto Trader. Purchasing something this expensive, sight-unseen, would normally never happen for someone like me, but after emails and phone calls with Nathan (plus a great deal of available information about this car online, including on the Autosource website) made me decide to go for it. Everything from the paperwork, to the title, to the shipping, to LOVING my car after two months let me know this was the best decision I could have made. I also got a great deal!

I spent 3 weeks doing price research on all of the major car buying sites, and every time I found a car with low miles and loaded with the features that I wanted, the lowest price came back to Autosource. The atmosphere was totally no pressure and it was explained to me that like Carmax, they did not work on commission. But unlike the Carmax at the auto mall where there was a twenty minute wait to speak with a sales person, I was greeted when I walked in the door and looking at cars within minutes. They were patient, well informed and easy to work with. It was a truly enjoyable experience. Thanks again Autosource

We search for a vehicle for months and had gone to several big dealerships in the area. We had heard very lie in the book - "we will lose money if we sell at this price", "we have $1000 into the vehicle", etc. etc. Then we went to Autosource and were so pleasantly surprised. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, including the fact that no salesperson drove in the car during our test drive. In addition, I never heard one of the typical lies the big dealerships had told us time and time again. They were open and honest and made our buying experience absolutely wonderful. The price was the best we had found and the car came with new tires and brakes. In fact, there was a light on relating to tire pressure when we purchased it. I told them I would take it to get it checked out that week after I bought it. Without hesitation, they sent us a check immediately for the 2 tire sensors that needed to be replaced. No big dealership would have done that. Finally, the dealership is itself is very nice. We watched the Badger game on a big screen while we waited for our transaction to be completed. Please save yourself the pain of other dealerships and go to Autosource!

My son and I traveled all of southern Wisconsin looking for the right car at the right price. This was his first car. Nathan made this so easy we couldn't believe it. The perfect car at a price that other dealers were charging for cars that were 3 and 4 years older. We hadn't gone 3 blocks on our test drive when my son said "this is the one". We didn't even haggle over price because we knew this was a good deal. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Look around and then go to Autosource. You will be pleasantly surprised that there is a no pressure, honest used car dealership.

I am a first time car buyer and AutoSource offered me a comfortable experience. Being a single, young woman they treated me with kindness and respect. I never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn't want to buy. I was between two cars and they offered me two different kinds of car history reports, Car Fax and an additional one. I was wondering which car was a better value, so they went online and printed me reports of which one would have a better resale value and what would be covered for each car if I were to total the car. They offered their opinions about the car but stated them as opinions and gave me room to form my own. They said at one point, "the goal is that you're comfortable with what you're buying". After I bought the car, I noticed the windshield wipers weren't great and they replaced them the next day. Their prices are some of the best in the area and the actual experience of buying is effortless and stress free.

My wife was looking for a BMW Series -3 as a gift for me and she was looking in some other Dealers and she didn't find none like this 328i 2007 in such perfect conditions and with such low mileage ( 494300) and a different color as the ones around , it was so easy to make the correct and final decision. You can look around and you will not find a great deal like in Autosource dealership.

Let's start with a fair price. It was worth flying in from Washington DC. Having all materials at my disposal (Carfax etc) eased my decision-making process. I knew I could trust the team at Autosource, and they delivered in full. After my arrival at MKE (of course an Autosource team member picked me up at the airport), I was able to sign prepared papers and be on my way. I did receive a few suggestions to enjoy Milwaukee while I had the chance (and did take advantage). Overall, the process was streamlined, the team was friendly, knowledgeable and diligent. The car was perfect, as described, and was detailed for my arrival. I would certainly do business again.

Started looking around for a good used car at several dealers and came across what I was wanting for at Autosource, a Lexus RX. I stopped by and tested it and we made a deal that day. They were honest about how much room they had to work with in bargaining and I believe they gave me a great deal. They detailed the car and checked and fixed a few minor issues in a very timely fashion. They carry a nice selection of quality cars including luxury brands. This is a great place to buy a car!

I did not buy a car from this dealership, and I'm kind of glad it worked out that way. I had been interested in a car here since I found it on their website. Before it was on the lot and even before pictures were posted on their website, I was calling to express my interest and inquire as to when it would be available for a test drive. After being told multiple times that they would call me as soon as they had it on the lot I never received a call. When I called, they said the car needed detailing and a minor fix at their mechanic. Then after about a week and a half, I received an email informing me that pictures had been posted and the car was available. I made the trip down on a Saturday only to be told they were actually still waiting for a part at their mechanic and the car was not there at all. Disappointed, I almost gave up on it. Then it got interesting. I called multiple times the following week to figure out exactly when the car would be on the lot. Through persistent calling, I determined it would be there on a Thursday afternoon. I went Thursday evening for a test drive. Great car, but still had a few issues. I was shocked that the radio completely didn't work. This wasn't included in the description of the car, and was not addressed by the mechanic that already took so much time. After test driving the car, I talked with the salesperson and informed him about the radio issue and a couple other little things I noticed. He said it would be off to the mechanic again and he'd keep me updated on the repairs and when the car would be back on the lot. After no update, I called again the following Tuesday and was told it just went to the mechanic and he would check with them and get back to me with details, probably in 30-45 minutes. No call. So, after giving him a couple days to get things in order, I called again on Friday and the car was sold! I had been expressing my interest in this car since before it was on the lot, informed them about issues that needed fixing, was promised multiple calls and updates on the car and then they pulled the rug out from under me by selling it to someone else. The horrible customer service gave me the impression that they either really didn't want to sell this car or, more specifically, that they didn't want to sell it to me. I wouldn't recommend dealing with these guys. Additionally, be aware that the listed price is the price you will pay, there is no negotiating.

We had visited several dealerships but hadn't found the right vehicle with the combination of miles, year, price, features, etc. that we wanted. We happened to find a vehicle that AutoSource had advertised online that met all of our criteria. We visited the dealership to look at the car and met with Steve Johnson to get more information. AutoSource had Wi-Fi and TV to keep our kids happy and entertained which was a bonus! Throughout the process Steve was helpful without pressuring us to purchase. He reviewed the car history reports and answered our many questions. We had financing lined up in advance but Steve found us an even better rate. AutoSource made sure to go over the car again including washing it and filling up the tank before we picked it up. I would definitely recommend AutoSource and plan to visit them again for our future vehicles!

I had a very good experience w this dealer. They made all requested repairs upon inspection prior to our purchase of the vehicle (near luxury mid size sedan). This included leaky struts, and alignment. They were even willing to have their mechanic look at faulty cigarette lighter nearly 90 days after purchase. Price was attractive relative to other dealers in the area for same make/model/year/miles and correspondingly negotiation on price was not really an option. Showroom and salesmen were very busy and a bit of a challenge to engage at times. Overall very equitable, respectful, and willing to stand behind their sale.

Nate was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me select the best vehicle for my needs. He even went so far as to show me a calculated true cost of ownership, including depreciation, of a new car I was considering (from another dealer) vs. the used car I was considering from them. Very low pressure. He just told me to drive both cars and buy the car I liked the best, as he felt they both were good cars. Pricing on vehicles is fair to all parties - got the car at a good price. Would definitely buy another car from them.

Sold a car that needed over $2,000 in work. Was lucky to get the car back home due to all the problems the car had. There warranty only covers THERE COST for Parts (cheap eBay knock offs) Not OEM Parts. So They wont even pay 50% Of the total repair cost as there Warranty stated. Had no Coffee or drinks available. The whole team ate there lunch in front of us while we were waiting for the car to come back and did not offer us anything. Avoid this dealership!

Steve was GREAT, attending to all our requests before we drove our car off the lot. After a few days, we found out the battery was dead and had to be replaced. After contacting Steve, he immediately sent a check out to us for reimbursement. No hassel at all any time I've come in to test drive, buy, or if something needed fixing. It's one of the rare dealers where I haven't felt like I didn't get the best price possible without losing quality of a vehicle. No haggle and no need. Very fair. Picked up my 06 Escape today and couldn't be happier with the entire process. I was able to have my mechanic inspect the vehicle prior to purchase. Everything checked out great, brakes and tires were the only things in need of replacement. Steve gave me a couple options and in the end I paid half for brand new, really nice truck tires, and Autosource covered the brakes and rotors. This saves me time, money, and future headaches. Financing was easy, zero pressure, super friendly staff. I will absolutely recommend Autosource to all my friends and family in the market for a vehicle. Autosource Motors makes their money off of volume; prices for individual cars are excellent. The car was in wonderful shape, considering its age. There was no pressure at all in the sales process. Test drive was solo, extended warranty pitch ended immediately after I said I wasn't interested, and the words "underbody protective coating" were never mentioned. I was in and out in about 75 minutes, including the test drive! Nate was helpful, pleasant and laid back. They probably just earned two customers for life!

I inquired about the a vehicle I saw on Cars.com, received no reply. I followed up with a call and was pretty abruptly told that yea, the car is out there to come take a look. Seemed like the person was in a hurry or pre-occupied. I was taking someone to the airport the next day and decided to stop by. The car I was looking for was out front and after about 20 minutes looking around an no one came out, I walked in. Stood around for a few minutes as people walked around me and then one person actually asked if they can help me. Upon telling them what car I was inquiring about, I was told it was sold. That was the extent of my communication. Did not have the feel that this is a trustworthy place, but more of a fast talking place.

Well Nate what can I say. You and the team there are top notch.I have worked with you guys on like 6 or 7 vehicles. Each time the experience was better than the last. I had some challenges with a few vehicles and each time I was taken care of in a manner that wet above and beyond.For example two weeks after I had purchased a vehicle the battery went dead at the post office. I called Nate and about 30 minutes later one of his guys was knocking on my window with a new battery in hand. He installed it and off I went.......Another car had a challenge with tire. Called Nate and Boom new TIRES.......amazing.On this last car when I went in the car needed jumped because it had been sitting. Did they just charge it as it was not discussed in the negotiation.No again they went above and beyond and ordered a NEW battery at no additional cost to me.How on earth can you complain about guys who think ahead. Ryan says we were trying to help you out........really what company today does that happen in.....I will tell you where. Autosource ~ that's where.These guys are a class act. Very caring and thinking about the customer. I appreciate the effort and the result.You will not be disappointed in your car buying experience. Nate and the Team you know what I think of you and your dealership. This is the 6 or 7th vehicle I have worked with you all on and I can't say enough about you and your service. It is by far the best I have ever seen. I drove in from Salt Lake City to make a car change. That is 1400 miles just to work with you all. So why is this so great...... If you have a car that has a battery go bad two weeks after getting the car...............on a freezing day......call Nate...........Battery on its way and replaced in about 30 minutes..no problems, no bickering, no stress. Just a friendly interaction and a new battery. Buy a car and have a small challenge with a tire......boom Nate is all over it. Tires replaced......no problem. Trade a car in and they want some original parts. Do they ask me to bring them in..........NO! They come and get them. From the word go these guys are world class. I had been looking for a used Volvo XC90 for over a month and had terrible experiences with three other dealers. I saw a car online at AutoSource over the weekend and called about it Monday morning. By the time I arrived 90 minutes later it was already inside and being detailed. The car was very clean with no mechanical issues. I worked with Ryan and Steve. When we first arrived to see the car we were interested in, Nate had the car in the heated workshop for us to look at. (all we had to do is give him a 30 minute notice) I had many questions about the car and Nate, our sales professional was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. I was impressed by how honest and upfront he was. I have personally been in sales for 21 years and do not like having games played when negotiating. Nate gave us a price on the car with the trade in value of my exsisting car and that was final. It still beat competitors pricing for the same liketype car. I was very impressed with the incredible service we received and I cannot stress enough how nice is was to have a sales person who is honest, upfront and straight forward...no games...no gimmicks! I drove off feeling good about my purchase. I would highly recommend using Autosource for your future car purchase. We will be purchasing another vehicle in the next year and will make the 2 hour drive to Autosource....it is well worth it!

A great car buying experience. Found and bought the car over the internet. Talked with Nate and found him to be very forthright and helpful. We flew in and he picked us up at the airport. The car was ready. Inspection revealed it to be as represented by the pics and our conversations. Test drive went well and we went to do the paperwork. Nate had everything ready for signatures. It all went very quick and we were on the road back to Colorado. It's easy to see why they received 20 out of 22 rave reviews. These guys are good and their cars are all top quality. I was looking for a specific vehicle for my wife, Infiniti G37x. We found several at area dealers, but the right car just wasn't there, price, miles, color. I found several on the auto source website and called an hour before close on a Friday. Nate answered the phone and answered all of my questions and was upbeat and friendly. We made arrangements to drive down the following morning. After an hour drive we arrived to find Nate waiting with the car warming up. We were impressed with all of the inventory, all very nice, clean cars. We loved Nate's low pressure approach and took two test drives. We then bought the first car we drove. Steve handled the financing. Steve made it not only painless, he made it actually fun! We were in and out of there in no time at all, with the car we wanted and smiles on our faces. Me and my soon to be wife both bought cars from Autosource and we couldn't be happier the salesman aren't annoying and are very down too earth and will show you a car-fax or any information you need too know about buying the car you want ,with out even asking. I would recommend this dealership over a lot of other dealerships because they aren't all in your face bugging you an pushing you too buy a car. I am very disappointed with this dealership. Spoke with Nate over the phone told me the car was in good condition and had been inspected with there mechanics I drove 5hrs to the place only to find the vehicle was faulty :-(. The wiered thing is that the guy Nate whom I spoke to over the phone never showed found two other guys Jason and someone else who will try hassle you every buck out of your trade-in. If they give you promises like "we will get back to you" be sure that you are being lied to. This has happened to me twice. Even after giving them a second chance the were still not truth full. I am very dissapointed and I would not recommend this dealership.

The whole buying proces was relaxed, easy, and friendly. There was no pressure to purchase. Nate initially greeted me on the lot, answered a few questions I had, and then pretty much let me look around on my own. He gave me the keys to several vehicles on the lot and let me look at the cars on my own. When I had questions, he was right there to assist me. I test drove 3 vehicles, and again, there was absolutely no pressure to buy. I researched the cars and prices at other lots, and Autosource had better quality vehicles at better prices. The pricing was no haggle, and I felt it was fair. I feel I got a good deal. Steve helped with my trade-in and financing and was excellent to work with. In a couple of hours, I was on the road in my "new" car. Overall, I would highly recommend checking out Autosource if you are looking for a used vehicle. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had (and I have purchased a number of cars).

I purchased a 2011 Audi R8 Spyder from Autosource in Milwaukee. I was a little nervous about buying a high value exotic car over the internet but the dealership owner, Rory Oppenheimer was great and provided me with all the assurances and comfort I needed to make the deal. Prior to purchasing, he provided me with a copy of the original title, CARFAX reports, Audi Service History report and a Recall status (all closed) letter required for import into Canada. Despite having only 6200 miles (based upon time interval not miles), the car had just had a full Audi service completed. Rory also helped set up the transport company so that I could get my car ASAP. The car arrived exactly as described. Immaculate condition, clean with all the original documents, keys etc. It drives beautifully and I am very pleased with the purchase. I highly recommend Autosorce and Rory Oppenheimer without reservation.

I researched buying a car for 10 months, and broke down to purchase a 2006 Saab 93 from here. Its has been one headache after another. 2 months into owning it the transmission blew (under warranty) great. Then a few months after that the Axel needed to be replaced, and 8 trips to the repair shop later *yes that is the number 8* (they use) they still cannot figure out what is wrong with the car. They now tell me they have to take it to a dealer to get a diagnosis. I have emailed Ryan, and he forwarded the email to the owner on how unhappy I have been with my purchase. The response was (typical) all the apologies then how much he has enjoyed his Saabs and never had problems with them. I guess I was sold the worst lemon ever then. Its not easy trying to make arrangements to bring it to the shop when you live 50 miles away, and they will not offer a rental (them or the mechanic they use). Basically I was told that nothing can be done, and I do get their price at the repair shop as long as I own the car!! Really EXTREAMLY DISAPOINTED

My vehicle was garaged and ready for the drive inspection which went flawlessly...I was ready to sign papers and the vehicle was filled with gas by Nate and Team. The next morning unfortunately while preparing for the drive back home, the battery was dead. Once jumped I decided to take my SUV to a local Cadillac dealer to run an inspection incl. battery check. I was delighted to know the vehicle inspected 100% good with the exception of a new battery needed and headed home for my 7.5 hr drive. I mentioned the experience to Nate and to my PLEASANT surprise he had asked me to fax him the receipt and 4 days later a mailed check was in hand for full amount of battery including the inspection expense. Overall, I'm really enjoying my new vehicle and I could not imagine a more enjoyable/ professional overall experience than the EXCEPTIONAL service I had with AutoSource Motors and Nate!

The real judge of a car dealership is not so much when everything goes perfectly. Sure, it's great when you buy a car, you get a good price, and don't have any problems. But what happens when you do have problems after the sale? From my experience with AutoSource, I can honestly tell you that they really truly want the customer to be happy with their car. I did run into problems, the details of which I won't bore you with, but they fixed the problems immediately and had the work done by a first-rate repair shop nearby. No questions asked. They couldn't have been more helpful during the process. I can't say that my purchase went smoothly, but after some moments of worry, I can tell you that it came out well in the end, and the whole process wound up exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend AutoSource - I've told this story to all my friends, and I plan on buying my next car from them.

Nate, Steve and Ryan did a great job taking care of me when I bought my Lexus IS 250. After buying the car I brought the car into a Lexus dealership to complete a recall. Lexus inspected the vehicle and found some issues that needed to address, adding to several thousands of dollars. I called up Nate and explained the issues...he told me to take it in and they'll take care of it. After a few days I came back to pick up the car and the issues were resolved as promised (free of charged). Inventory selection is great and even though prices are non-negotiable, the deals are more than competitive and in some cases outstanding. Entire staff is pleasant and exercises no pressure to make a sale. Don't have what you want(?), they'll do their best to get it for you. Facility is top-notch and is nothing like the typical used-car lot. They take pride in their service and are professional all the way. This was a great and easy experience. Nathan was very friendly, and was very honest about all the different makes of cars I looked at. He helped me choose which would be best for me. Nor was he a "pushy" sales person, which makes it easy to approach for questions. I have been looking for a car for 6 months. It was a very long process dealing with dealers who just wanted to make a sale, and very high pressure. I contacted Autosouremotors to ask about a car I noticed on line. The day I went to look at the car they were great. I walked up, asked if I could look at the car, and they handed me the keys. I took it for a ride, and bought it that day. I did not get what I though I could for my car, and I had no idea you could not talk them down in price at all but over all the experience was great! Since I took the car for a test drive the brakes have been sqeeking. I mentioned it but they thought maybe it's because the car has been sitting for 2 weeks on the lot. I called them back after a week of having it because they will squeek a little, and they were offered to take a look at it. The only thing they did promise me a full tank of gas when I left but did not deliver on that. Over all when I need another car I would absolulty go back to Autosource motors.
