Overcharge my mom by a lot of money? Fine, whatever. Say a price over the phone and then when my mom goes to the store with that money, say you never said that price? Okay, cool. But scream and act so aggressive to my mom and girlfriend, calling them liars or deaf because of a mistake your company made. Extremely unnecessary and rude. We were customers and sure, we expected a price other that what was given, but there are ways to talk and treat people with respect and the owner of this shop did not show that at all. There are ways to have civil conversations and talk about the problem instead of raising your voice and calling your customers names. The way the owner acted was frightening to my mom and girlfriend and just another example of men acting aggressive towards women to hold power over them.

I needed a tow as well as alternator replacement. I spoke directly to an employee and was given a reasonable estimate on a simple fix. I was later on given a bill asking for over twice the amount I was originally told I’d be paying and when I asked why my bill was so high, the employee became aggressive, accused me of lying, and started telling me to either pay or leave. I never had someone treat me so disrespectfully the way they did. There were no new issues found to the car, so the charges were simply inflated. This also became clear when I was able to knock down the cost slightly, but still was expected to pay well over the original pricing. I don’t appreciate the price gouging, deception, and outright disrespect I experienced at this shop and I will not be going back.
