Do not trust the service department! - My 2013 Ford Fusion was in need of a new engine in June 2017 and due to a recall Babb Ford put in a new engine free of charge. We were extremely happy with how smooth the entire process went. Fast forward to June 2021 and my car showed the same overheating issues as before. We took it to our usual mechanic and they said it needed a new head gasket. We took it to Babb since the engine was only 4 years old, but they told us they found zero issues. The service manager Jamie Wilson assured me he didn't believe it was actually overheating at all. My car was in and out of their service department for 2 months and every time I was given the same speech. "I don't know why your car keeps telling you it's overheating, it's not overheating." We decided to take it to Johnson Automotive who confirmed what our first mechanic said, that the head gasket is bad and the engine block is cracked. It will need another new engine! The warranty ended last year and there is nothing Ford can do for me. What I'm wondering is why Jamie at Babb lied to me for 2 months. The 1.6l engine has known overheating issues as well has been reported to catch fire, yet the Babb Ford service department thought it was fine to have me and my two young children continue to drive it. The sad part is, had they been honest with me from the start I 100% would have bought a new fusion (with a better engine) from them. We went into this experience trusting them completely and for no reason, they put my family in danger. I do not recommend doing business with them and I'm still waiting for an apology and an explanation.

We were traveling 4 hours for the 4th of July when our F150 started acting up. One quick call and we found Babb Ford Service Dept. With a dog, a 9 week old baby, and my wife they got us in quick and empathized with our distress in our road trip troubles. They got us in and out quickly and efficiently with friendly service and a smile. Could not have asked for a better experience and we were back on the road within 1 hour! They are especially attentive to details, provided fast service, and were exceptionally professional in all aspects. Plus, my total charges for this visit were far less than expected. While getting my oil changed I was also able to have the Body Shop Manager check and estimate the damage on my vehicle. He also faxed the information to the insurance company who has now responded and I'll be scheduling the repair soon.

I called on Friday late afternoon to find out about getting my vehicle in for service, they got me in on Monday at noon. When I got there on my lunch break, they told me it would take approx. an hour and they had me in and out in an hour so I could get back to work. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Jeff worked with us and found a vehicle that he thought we would like, that would meet our needs and that we could afford. (and it had a hitch!) Monica helped us get our loan through and answered any questions we had. You serviced the vehicle so it was in the best possible condition when we took it off the lot. You gave us a loaner, (our old van) while the Journey went up to the Dodge dealership for service. You were friendly and caring through the whole process. Thank you. We love our "new to us" vehicle!

When I went to pay for the service, the cashier and service attendant didn't even know if the tires had been rotated when I asked. the attendant had to go ask the mechanic. Seems to be a disconnect between the mechanics and the the personnel that interface with the customers. I prefer to know exactly what's been done and the results of all inspections. Work was done well and I had a good coupon so the work was at a good price. The waiting area was among the salesmen so the eavesdropping was interesting. Small town dealership made you feel at home.

Mike Roper is the greatest! When I called him because I needed a new car after my Escape was totalled he immediately put me in contact with another sales person because he was out of town. Mike followed up with me and both he and the salesman I purchased new lease through, went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted.When we moved to this rural area from a busy urban area we never thought we would be able to get the models of cars we wanted but Babb Ford has been great at seeing that we are very happy with our new leases!

I bought a 2113 used Ford Escape in February. By mid March I had contact Dermatitis on my arms, my back, chest, the back of my thighs and worst of all on my head. I was losing my hair. After some time trying to figure out what was happening, a skin biopsy, and a trip to a dermatologist and an allergist, we figured out I was allergic to my car! Babb Ford was very accommodating! After driving a loaner car for about 6 weeks, my dermatitis was clearing up, my hair was coming back, and I was driving a 2012 Escape with cloth seats and it is mine.

I have a 2014 Escape. I go to Babb Ford because I can trust them. It's as simple as that. Buying a vehicle is an expensive purchase and having a dealer you can trust to take care of it is a huge part of why I go to Babb Ford. I know they are going to be honest about any needed repairs. I don't believe you can put a value on trust.

The salesman was very patient with us as we asked about terms, features, and different models. He also told us to come back with any questions on our new car. We bought a fusion s. They seemed to take our loyalty into consideration with the final offer. We were given information about rebates but not pressured into buying. It was a BIG decision to make in retirement but we were comfortable making it. I even made them brownies. Smile.

We purchased our 2015 Ford F-250 in November. This was our first service (oil change) performed on the truck. The staff was so helpful. Jamie in the service dept. explained what would be done that day and answered all our questions about the different features on the truck. Monica got us information that we needed. And Jeff programmed the sync feature for us and explained how it worked. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and told us to come in any time if we had more questions.Buying our new Ford at Babb Ford has been a thoroughly wonderful experience.

The staff was very nice, however, the deal I got on my Ford Edge was not good. I was charged with an extremely high selling price which brought the good deal on my trade-in way down. I bought the 2014 car at the end of the year, hoping to get a good deal, but I might as well of purchased a brand new 2015. I don't know if I'll be convinced to buy another vehicle there. The service department, however, is great. I think that's the first reason I decided to buy a vehicle there, because of the excellent service department.

During our stay in the comfortable lobby we were greeted by staff and made to feel like family. Babb Ford is a most unusual dealership. I do have a problem with a past service issue on my 2001 Ford Ranger, the vehicle is having problems now since the work was done last on it and I do hope we can get this resolved since this vehicle has been excellent until now. The work I had done on my 2012 Jeep Liberty was done quickly and very efficiently and the gasket that had become loose was fixed also at no cost to me. I have recommended Jeff Babb as a great guy to work with, and have also referred my family and friends to your dealership for new and quality used cars and trucks as well as great service too.
