ordered a new xt5 but tit never came in on time . so i called to ask why and was told the sales person i was dealing with got sick and left the dealership . so i guess he never got the order in that was why it was so late . then i find out he did put the lighting i wanted on the order so when a new sales person took the job over he told me he could get me the xt5 i ordered with all the things i ordered on it . he found me a very nice caddy xt5 but it was missing the lighting i wanted all because the first sales person never put it on the order sheet . to make a long story short now i got a 2017 xt5 with bad lighting and i can not see that good at all in the night time . i tried to get things worked out with baierl but it went no were . they did offer me another vehicle but it was not as nice and did not have all the options i have on my vehicle . the whols thing was a big mess all because no one checked up on my vehicle once the first sales person i was dealing with quite ! if someone quites i think someone should check up on he past dealings .

My Uncle and father bought their first new car, a 1980 Chevy Monza, from Baierl in 1980 and my mother's first new car came from Baierl in 1982. They have bought their cars from Baierl ever since, so naturally that's where I went for my first car, and I have never owned a car that has not come from Baierl Chevrolet. My Uncle still buys his cars from Baierl, as do my grandparents. Now that I have gotten married, my wife has also gone to Baierl for her car needs. My family has been taken care of my Baierl Automotive for 34 years now, first purchasing cars from Gene Fedor, and now Iffy Ali. I honestly could not imagine buying a car from anywhere else, and with the service we have we have gotten, I do not think I will ever have to. Everyone from sales to service has been polite, honest, and more than accommodating. Baierl went out and got the Equinox that worked for our budget from another dealer, and they also have gotten one of my mother's Impalas from another dealership to have the exact options she wanted. Most importantly, I have never felt pressured when expressing interest in a new car at Baierl, which is the biggest reason I tell anyone looking for a new car to go there. If I wasn't comfortable with a payment, I was always helped to find the model that would work for me. This is what happened once again, with Iffy Ali doing everything he could to get my wife and I the right car at the right price. Mike Rossi was also great and really took care of us with the financial side of things. I cannot say enough good things about Iffy, Mike, and Baierl in general. We will definitely be back soon, as my wife only has one year left on the lease of her Honda. Thank you very much for everything and for making the stressful process of buying a car as relaxing and easy as possible.

Had some scheduling issues with the person answering the phone about service consultant was full. Also I marked on the drop off envelope to have an oil change and tire rotation done, neither was done. I did not ask for that on the phone, but had it marked on the envelope. Can I assume nobody reads the night drop envelopes? I did not realize it until I got home and read the bill.

was concerned about the loose cover on the roof antenna so the service advisor took me into the new car showroom and showed me the same thing on the new ones, and said these are not installed at the factory. this is why this is the way it is. I think that this is a shame that this is like it is on a top quality automobile., my husband antenna on his chevy is not loose.

Nothing different. I arrived about 8:10 am was quickly and politely checked in and given a shuttle ride to my home. I requested the car by 12:00 noon and received a call about 9:30 that the car was done but Since it has 54000 miles on it I should consider the complete transmission liquid replacement. I thought this was a good idea and said to please do it. They said the car would be ready in half an hour and I told them my wife and Were running errands so she would drop me off at the garage to pick up the car. I have bought all of my cars both business and personal from Baierl for over 20 years and have had my service done there as well. They have done an excellent job for me.

Good afternoon, Baierl. As I've stated many times, the reason I've been with Baierl so many years is because of the Service Department. They are 5-Star. They tell you what's wrong, they give you exact service times, they fix the vehicle properly. However, I'm now wondering about my last purchase/lease of my Equinox where I sent an email with a question in December about a billing charge which was more finance/sales related than service and was told in an email in February/March Baierl was right on top of it and here it is almost May, five months later and still no response. Probably, through the course of the last 25-30 years between myself, my wife, my then existing business, my son-in-law, my daughter-in-law, and my brother-in-law we've purchased or leased plus/minus 25 vehicles at Baierl. I placed neutral in the box above because I sit on the fence with the inability to get a past (small) question answered. And I wonder, at times, if because of the overall growth of this dealership if "customers" are not as important beyond the bottom line signature as they once were.Just me whining. And they beat every other Dealer price by several hundred dollars. The delivery of the truck was flawless, the salesperson explained the options in detail. I have been dealing with Baierl Chevy for over 50 years; their service has always been exceptional with Mike and Francis always being most helpful. On Monday I picked up my new '14 Impala and appreciated the guidance given to me by Iffi Alli. He was most knowledgeable about all aspects of the sale and I left very pleased.

I received a phone call from the service manager asking me to fill out this survey and give ONLY top rated responses. I also received a letter in the mail stating I should answer "completely satisfied" to all questions. What good is this survey if you are pressuring me (the customer) to answer it in the way that you would like it answered?

service was excellent. had car inspected. time it took was great. i have a cobalt so they had to order the part for the ignition. I will stay with baierl cheverolet because i love my cherolet cobalt. i just wish they had let us know about the problem sooner.

We are very happy with the service and attention we received at Baierl Cadillac. We worked with Tom Holderman to purchase our XTS. He went out of his way to put together a good deal for us. Tom is a pleasure to do business with and a professional in every way. This is the second car we bought from him, and we'll definitely be back to see him again when we're in the market for another car.

My wife and I knew we wanted a SUV with a 3rd row. We did a marathon tour of GMC Acadia, Nissan Pathfinder, Ford Explorer, Honda Pilot, Dodge Durango, Toyota Highlander and the Chevrolet Traverse. We are long time Bairel Subaru customers having purchased are only two new vehicles from there in 2003 & 2011. Having visited so many dealerships in one day, two major details stood out: 1) The terrific customer service & 2) the look, feel and comfort of the showroom and service lounge. We were immediately greeted by a receptionist and salesman Cory Branch quickly followed. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and asked thoughtful questions to learn what we valued in a new car. Hands down the most professional salesperson we dealt with during our dealership tour which is especially impressive given that he is relatively young. Overall, we had a great buying experience from the moment we step into Bairel Chevrolet until we took our possession of our new car.

When we arrived on a Saturday before 8am there was another customer that had gotten her Chevy from another dealer. We told her the wonderful things we have experienced at Baierl. Bought a brand new Cadillac SRX off of Tom "Duke" ......he was very professional and knowledgeable. The manager (I forget his name)....worked well with us. Everything felt right about this dealership. Everyone that worked there were so friendly....we felt so relaxed and Comfortable and it eliminated the normal stress of dealing with shady car salesmen you deal with most places.

Everything was done as it was told to me-no mess, no fuss, no nonsense. In addition, the gentleman who talked to me on the telephone (Francis?) apologized they couldn't washmy car-the car wash was down-and invited me to stop by anytime I'm in the area for a free wash. Plus, he didn't need a coupon for the oil change special. Further, the actual price for replacement tail light bulb was cheaper than the quote. Congratulations on major improvements to the 'service' side of Baierl's Service Center.

I called regarding a leak from my car - was told to bring the car in - one problem was the water pump which was fixed within two hours so that I was able to drive back to work. Saved me alot of grief, time and money. Thank you.

Was seen without an appointment for "service engine" issue on my 2013 XTS. Within 2 hours the issue was resolved and I was back on the road. Very accommodating, friendly and helpful service representatives. They also took time to care for my comfort while I waited by offering to drive me to a local restaurant or coffee shop. Actually all amenities were available in the waiting area. Nicely done folks!

The Salesman / Managers / Finance Agent were all TOP SHELF. It does not get any better. All explanations were immediate, outstanding and completely understandable. Unlike other dealerships, with Baierl Chevy there were NO Surprises. A really enjoyable experience buying this car from Baierl. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Everyone was nice but it would help to have you go a little faster when you replace a tire.Also I had no idea I did not have a donut tire. I still have not have an answer to what it will cost to purchase a wheel with a tire for me to put in the trunk. I am too old to go with what General Motors is doing with today's tires. I see where GM is going to receive this. Tell them these new tires are for the birds. I realize now I had damaged the tire during the time of our "snow rounds". I kept trying to find the time to call Joe to ask what I was doing wrong or if I had summer tires need to replace all the tires. I had driven from Philadelphia during a blizzard and had no problems till I hit the snow rounds on 279. I could not avoid them they were little baseball sizes everywhere. It was like running over glass. I soon noticed that my car kept wanting to slide to the left. Normal tires would have let me know I need to get a new tire right then. Our weather has been so bad since so I did not go out. From what I understand the tire would have had 50 miles. I probably did not drive even 50 miles since then. I only went to Butler about 4 or 5 times (8 minute drive). I wish I would have know all this garbage before not after the fact. I would have replaced the tire in February and would not have gotten cabin fever. TELL GM that little old ladies NEED spare tires or donuts. No way am I going to get that machine, I found in my trunk instead of a donut, out of the trunk to put air in a tire. In case they are wondering, Do I like their new tires.....No Way! Only good thing about them is that when they disintegrate the steering wheel allows you to have control of the car without spins.

My sales person Donald Bell was very professional. He had demos of the models and equipment packages I requested clean, ready and waiting for me when I arrived. He was informative, but didn't use high pressure tactics. He took the time to explain the features of the cars before and again after the sale. I received a reasonable trade in value and fair offer on the new car. Overall this was a very pleasant experienc.

When I arrived to drop the car off for scheduled service everyone was helpful and cheerful. I was dealt with in a very prompt manner. My loaner car was ready, clean and this helped me to quickly get on my way to work. I was contacted by the Service Rep later in the day to tell me what was found. This allowed me to choose the work that I wanted to have done. I was contacted when my car was finished. I then arrived to find my car clean and ready to go. This is the reason I have purchased my last 3 Certified Cadillacs at Baierl. Service

I visited Baierl Chevy located in Wexford, PA 15090 where my Malibu bought to replace my side mirror which had broken. Service rep told me that they will order a side mirror and it takes about 2 weeks. After 2 weeks later, 22nd,Oct,2013, I visited baierl Chevy sevice center,(actually reservation confirming e-mail received one day before service appointment) but NO side mirror arrived, even they did not ordered it. I was told form service rep, I have to wait until side mirror arrive. He promised me that once mirror arrived, he will call immediately. Until I visited service shop, 5th Nov 2013, they did not give any call to me if mirror was arrived. When I visit that day, they look for a side mirror and service manager said that it can be replaced right now. What's puck it! Mirror was not ordered first, and no phone call even mirror was in their shop. I as customer am waiting and waiting....Do I really customer? Only one side mirror replace takes more than one(1) month. How can I believe Baierl Chevy and all Baierl group to buy a car or taking care of my car? I will not buy a car from Baierl nor friends. Totally disappointed. I will leave this comment to Chevy Head Office and all other websites as much as I can.

I did my research on the Kia Optima and was very pleased with the experience at Baierl. I had been to 2 previous dealerships and it was awaful so I was skeptical going to Baierl. They handled everything with the best customer service. On the day that I was buyiny my car, there were 2 other deals taking place.
