The salesman was one of the nicest and knowledgeable salesman I've met in a long time. Everything went smooth and painless. Had been truck shopping at many dealers and though some were friendly enough, others were almost disinterested in my business. The clean Carfax on my vehicle also revealed complete servicing with all recall issues addressed when Balise took the vehicle in. The truck was thoroughly cleaned and waxed went I went to pick it up. Needless to say I am totally happy I bought my truck there.

I grew up in Warwick however currently live in New York. From my initial conversations with Eddie, I was certain I would make the trip up to RI. He's extremely laid back, however more professional than any of the 3 luxury dealerships I've dealt with in the past. And beyond all the details, he's just a great guy to speak with. I just recently leased for the first time a Chevy Silverado 1500 from Balise in Warwick. I have always financed my vehicles so the lease thing was something new to me. The sales consultant Eddie Sherman was awesome. I have never experienced a sales person take that much time into explaining all the options available to me when leasing. He never tried to get me to lease something I didn't want. Only showed me trucks that had the options, and color I had desired. After all said and done, when I finally took delivery it was close to closing time for the dealership. Eddie stayed extra time with me to help show me all the features my new truck had, and how to use them. I highly recommend this dealership because of employees like Eddie they have on their staff. I am a single mom and I desperately needed a safer vehicle for my self and my girls. I went there with zero expectations. My credit wasn't the greatest and I thought it would be a disappointing waste of my time. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and introduced to my sales rep Eddie Sherman. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. He was honest, kind, informative, and very reassuring. Eddie made the whole used car buying experience painless and less intimidating. He is wicked funny too and has a genuinely great personality. The hours I spent there with him flew by as we talked and laughed while the financing and application were being processed. On top of buying my truck here Allstate and Taylor the agent who works in the Chevy store ended up saving me $100+ on my insurance too. I had an issue with the power steering which had been a recall and it was acting up so I made an appointment and I was not happy about the $134.00 diagnostic fee which I told Dale and because it was a recalled item he waived the charge and they fixed the problem (blown fuse). I am glad that he exhibited common sense and talked me off the ledge and I am 100% happy and would recommend them whole heartedly.

I purchased a 2015 Chevy Tahoe from Eddie Sherman at Balise Chevrolet in Warwick. Admittedly, when I went into the dealership, I had my claws out and was ready for battle, as this was the 4th dealership I had been to in search of a full size SUV that would t break the bank but still had all of the features that I was looking for. I was introduced to Eddie upon arrival and I think he could sense my angst and was extremely professional, wanting to know everything that I was looking for and needed to purchase. He treated me with respect and explained everything in detail about the truck and the financing options that I had available. Even with my extreme sarcasm, he handled the transaction professionally and put me at ease with the understanding of what a big purchase this is. I really can't say enough about Eddie. He outdid all of the other car salespeojple that I had dealt with thus far and I look forward to making future purchases at Balise with Eddie.

I looked for a new car for a very long time and when i did find a car last year i was turned down due to my financing situation (bad credit) . After looking on CarGurus.com i narrowed down my search to a Chevy impala 2LTZ and there were 3 in was interested in , in a 75 mile radius from where i live (massachusetts) and the best looking and best priced one was a Balise Chevy in Warwick RI. I didnt think twice about it and went straight to the dealership one evening with my girlfriend. We looked around the lot and saw the Impala we were looking at and immedietly fell in love with it. Ben accompanied us on the test drive and i couldnt believe how many features the car had and how well it drove. After getting back to the dealership we began to talk financing, i knew it was going to be difficult but they assured me they would get something done one way or another. We got the financing approved after searching many lenders and i picked up the car a couple days later. The whole process was insanely easy..Ben was such a pleasure to deal with, he treated me and my girlfriend like we were his only customer-not pushy at all. This dealership is absolutely great , i cant say enough about how well they treated me. This was my first american car in 14 years and i can say its the best car i have ever driven. Great experience, 5 stars! I would like to thank Ben and Beau for getting the deal done, without them i probably wouldnt have a job right now because of how bad my current vehicle was!

Emily was more than a pleasure to work with, pleasant, non intimidating and very knowledgeable. it was nice seeing such a different way of doing things. environment here is very very relaxed. she wasted no time and even went over the car with me to guarantee i enjoyed it to its full advantage. got a great deal on the car and my trade and then my insurance too!! I typed the title of my review and I still can't believe it! I just drove off the lot with my new 2016 Chevy Sonic and I couldn't be happier. I've been to this dealership before and, for some crazy reason, I went elsewhere for the 2007 Impala I just traded. I will NOT make that mistake again! Balise Chevrolet will be my car dealer of choice from now on. The staff was as friendly as I remembered and Shawn Gallagher, the representative who assisted me, was absolutely terrific! He did everything he could to get me a vehicle in my price range. Not for an instant did I feel pressured or swindled.

Eddie found what we wanted, exactly...he went to CT to pick up the model we wanted, because we had been waiting since November for our car to arrive...of course, the date after we made the deal the care we had ordered came in, but we now have its twin from CT!

We were met with enthusiasm on our first visit. Eddie Sherman was attentive, interested and humorous. We were looking for the smallest model Chevrolet makes, a Spark. But he treated us as well as if we were shopping for a Cadillac. Every detail was addressed thoroughly. We ordered exactly what we wanted. My intention was to go and just look at cars to see what was available and what the dealer had to offer. My salesman, Kyle Blackmar, was helpful, yet not overbearing. He listened to what I was looking for, worked with what I could afford and closed a deal when I was only going to look. He was able to get me a payment I could afford with a lease that I was comfortable with. He was very personable, had a great sense of humor, yet still got me through the leasing process without any problems. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to Balise, and I would definitely tell them to ask for Kyle. Sebastian Mavrides was also extremely pleaseant, clearly knew what he was doing as he went through the mounds of paperwork needed for the lease and explained everything so I could make informed decisions. This my wife and I's first experience leasing a car and Josh was patient and helpful throughout the entire process. My wife and I tested three different models, ultimately choosing a Traverse. At no time did we feel any pressure to make a decision until we were ready. While we were waiting to speak with Josh, we found a car that was just listed and not yet on the lot. Even though delivery took a couple of extra days than expected it was well worth it.Sebastian took his time to explain all of the paperwork we were signing. We ended up finding a small error during the review and he fixed it without any issue. This was the first time we felt we weren't rushed into signing paperwork.We want to thank Dan and the rest of his staff for the no pressure approach. We walked into Balise "just looking". Salesman Ed Sherman greeted us and asked what we were looking for. He didn't try to push us into a car, he listened and explained in detail to each of questions. He offered a test drive, did't push us toward a car. We drove, we talked we bought. They got us the financing we wanted and made all the paperwork easy. Ed and the entire staff at Balise were courteous, friendly and 100% professional. I would recommend Balise Chevrolet to anyone wanting a new or used Chevy. I was interested in a Honda Civic and I received a call from Jason the next day. He was really informative and also beyond friendly. I went into the dealership that day and was placed with Jen H. And she was able to explain everything in detail from my options to other vehicles. I was able to test any vehicle I was interested in and Jen H. Was friendly and we were able to talk as regular people versus regular dealer and customers interaction. She helped me work through all the steps and by the end of the day I walked out with a great deal on the Honda and a low insurance payment as well. This was my first time in a dealership for me and purchasing a vehicle. This place with work all day for you to ensure you have the best experience and walk away with your car. This dealership has changed how I feel about car buying! There was no preasure, no haggling and they were extremely transparent. I have purchased an Impala, a Cruz and a Silverado 1500 all in the past 3 years.Dan & Paula were extremely professional and upfront! There was something else I noticed, everyone who works at this dealership has fun and it seems like they really love their jobs. Can't say enough good things about this place. Was hesitant about getting a new truck because of my credit and whenever I would go anywhere for information they would pretty much brush you off and go on to the next one. I found a truck I liked that they had online so I went in to see it and right off the bat the vibe of this place is completely different from any of the other dealerships I had been to. I met Emily who instead of brushing me off was eager to help and overall probably one of the most pleasent sales people I've ever encountered. She really knew the ins and outs of the truck which I was actually pretty impressed by. She took it slow with me to help me understand the process and I can't thank her enough for HELPING me buy a car instead of just trying to sell me one. From the very start Josh Joseph was helpful, professional and easy to work with. Negotiation was quick and simple, no back and forth. Once being in auto sales myself, I am aware of the entire process first hand and it has never been something I looked forward to having to do. well I guess you can say this was my fourth Blaise purchase! its always a pleasure coming to Blaise when you know your going to be taken care of. The most recent visit, I referred my parents into a new vehicle from Balise. As always Paula was very helpful in the process, I reached out to her a week prior to throw some ideas to her, she gave me some options that I felt my parents would be fine with, drove my parents up to Warwick and they drove off proud owners of a Chevy cruze. Paula is always pleasant to work with. she takes the time with you to really make sure its the right vehicle for you. Sebastian is also always a pleasure working with as he always makes the closing process very smooth and easy. The sales staff-Emily and Jason were great. Took me two weeks with lots of research and conversations with many sales staff in state. But I ended up at Balise because they had the used car I wanted. I would say the only issue I had was I needed my monthly payment to be a t certain amount. The manager came over and had me sign off to what I wanted, but when I got to sign the purchase and sales with loan person it was $15 a month over what I had asked. I didn't bother to haggle as I had been there for over 3 hours and wanted to go home. I would recommend the dealership, it wasn't as bad as it was a few years ago. I didn't feel pressured at all.

Ive been to this dealership a few times and not wanting to get into a payment was my fear. Jen made the best of a terrible situation that's for sure. in the process of getting my 2012 cruze I had to leave for a little while to take out my dog and feed her, after leaving and only making it a few miles down the road, my car completely died and here my boyfriend and were stranded on 37 she came and got us brought us back to the dealership and then back to the my car for triple A to tow us back to the dealership. and still gave me a trade in value from my none working vehicle. needless to say Jen and her crew stopped at nothing to find me my car that I love minus outside color. and got me out as fast as they could because I had to be at work for 8. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the car, always kept me informed of what was happening in the process, never hit me hard on the sales push, and had an engaging personality. Instead of giving me a sales experience (which does carry a negative connotation) she gave me a superior customer experience which was genuine! I purchased Chevrolet Cruze on November 16, 2015. Our sales person was Josh. We had been in to the dealership approximately two months earlier and looked at the Cruze and told him when our Granddaughter got her license the end of October we would be back. Josh was absolutely wonderful. He was fully knowledgeable, no matter how many questions we asked hm he was very patient and answered all our questions. He made my granddaughter very comfortable on her test drive and even called her to wish her luck on her road test. Because of the excellent service we received on our first visit, we called Josh and told him we were ready and told him what we wanted and could he have some figures ready..When we arrived he greeted us at the door and had the numbers ready. he explained all our options, no pressure at all. My granddaughter decided on a 2016 Cruze. Fits her perfectly. Sebastian Mavrides was great, gave us the best financial service. Bottom line, I bought a Impala 2LTZ last year and because of the excellent service came back this year and bought and plan to go back next year because my Husband wants a new car. Highly recommend this dealership. The sales people are knowledgeable, answer all your questions and make you feel comfortable and satisfied with your purchase, Best of all, no pressure into buying something you don't want. They listen to what you want and do their best to accommodate.

My husband and I found ourselves needing another car a little sooner than expected. The idea of two car payments at the same time was something we were not looking forward to at all. Once Jason understood our situation he figured out a way to get us in a great new car with out strapping us financially. He found a perfect solution for us, and it literally felt like a weight was lifted. Once we knew what direction we were going Jason connected us with Kyle. All I can say is if you want a Chevy...Go. I after being promised as written terms of the sake a few things to be fixed on a car I financed over 40,000 for, I am being called a lier. Chris and kyle blackmar are refusing to fix the issues as promised and are calling me a liar. I purchased the 4 door car 3 days before giving birth to my newborn. I was in desperate need of a 4 door car to accommodate my growing family. Kyle knew just what to say to get me to by the car and now they are being extremely dissresctful and abusive. All I want is what was promised to me as terms of the sale. Now i have contacted a lawyer and the attorney general. I can't beleive human beings would treat others this way. I would never recommend balise to anyone

I don't work well with the typical good cop bad cop pressure of most dealerships. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised here. There was no pressure to buy. I was able to take my time and not feel rushed about my purchase. After looking for a car for 2 months and having some very bad and aggravating experiences I was happy here. Joel took great care to making sure we found a car that I would love. The complete experience from the time I made a phone call to Balise Chevrolet,till the time we took delivery of our new Equinox, was an absolute pleasure. The sales associate Ahmad answered all our inquires and was very familiar with the product and he never pushed. The most complete dealership I had been in. Inventory, product knowledge, management team, finance manager, and even an Insurance Department. It was like I had been invited into someones home.A GREAT and easy way to buy a car. I had a very positive experience with this dealership, they were honest up front and really helped me to find what worked for me. Emily was so helpful and personable. She even gave me a ride to the dealership to pick up my car and took the time to show me everything that the car can do. Everyone I worked with, was very nice and helpful, even staying after closing hours to get all the paperwork done. I would definitely recommend this dealership and ask for Emily when you get there.

I recently bought my car at Balise and was very satisfied with the service. They were pleasant, made me feel comfortable, and treated me with respect, which as a young woman, can be hard to find at some dealerships. Eddie took care of me, and he was great, he makes you feel at ease, which means the world considering the investment you're making. I went in with the mindset of "great, another dealership", but the team there is anything but. Everyone we interacted with was wonderful. From Eddie, our sales guy, to Taylor who handles insurance and accounts, was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all my new insurance questions, to Beau with my million finance questions, he explained everything to me in a way that I could grasp! Then there's Jason....the first contact I made with Balise. He helped make the whole experience so much fun, from that phone call to confirm they had the car, I really felt comfortable. We even had a visit from the neighborhood Ice Cream man! Overall, I'm very happy with the price, service, and the entire team at Balise. I will definitely return!

Accompanied my wife to Balise this past weekend to look at a car she'd seen online and wanted to look at. Joe Marzilla took great care of her and as we chatted I mentioned I'd be looking for a truck sometime soon. She bought the car and while we were waiting for financing to be completed, Joe took me out and showed me a couple of trucks that he thought fit what I might be interested in. It was such a great deal I ended up buying myself a truck! Joe was very knowledgeable with no pressure. I've been a GMC/Chevy customer for a long time and the whole experience was great. This is a great dealership and the sales and service staff here are top notch. Beau Saad was very friendly, professional and explained the financing thoroughly.

I came to balise looking for a truck and met Benjamin. Right away he made himself available and was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He made me very comfortable and answered every question with a smile. He put me in the suv I wanted and didn't stop until it was mine and affordable. I had gone to several other dealerships and left disappointed, but Benjamin didn't see me as just commission. He is the reason I would recommend balise of ri. The entire staff was pleasant and even stayed an extra half hour to help and answer my questions. I am very happy with my new trax, and will not be going anywhere else in the future.

I'm 22 years old and I just recently graduated from college a few weeks ago. For the past eight years, I have been using a hand-me-down vehicle and decided it was time to purchase a new truck. I had my eyes on the new 2015 Chevy Silverado but I was very unfamiliar with the process of buying a new vehicle. Luckily, the sales staff at Balise in Warwick understood my position and walked me through the process step-by-step. Jason Guilbault was in consistent contact with me from the 1st email to appointment meeting. He jumped, smiled, and greeted me upon arrival. He then proceeded to introduce me to Joe Marzilli who allowed myself and friend to test drive without him which was great as it gives you a real experience of how it truly drives. The vehicle driven was 2 Chevy Equinox both 4 cyclinder but completely different on its drive. The one I wanted was a LT2 fully loaded however during negotiations we couldn't come to an agreement that worked for both us. Therefore, I ended up in Imperial Cars Mendon MA where I purchased my vehicle which was a HUGE mistake as what was promised was never provided during the negotiations. I regret not purchasing a vehicle from Balise as I know that they would have met my expectations and should have worked better in meeting them on cost during the negotiations. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends/family as the experience in just being a walk in prospect was beyond the search of all 6 dealerships I visited in the past 2 months including the one I purchased from. I look forward to someday working with Balise :)

Ahmad was very pleasant and professional, which speaks volumes to the level of customer service provided by Balise Chevrolet. There was no pressure, there was clear and concise negotiations, and the ENTIRE process was stress-free. A few other members of the sales staff were also friendly and engaged in conversations while I waited through the buying process. Beau in financing was also great to work with; again very clear and concise discussions about the car buying process, and a genuine interest in being pleasant and professional. He had encouraged me to come in and look at their inventory of silverado's because there were good incentives. I came the next day. Had a bad time buying a car. Saw this mini online in Rhode Island, called talked to Paula who got the facts and said "I will wait and of course we can do this!!" Guess what...yes we did it!! Picking up my mini tomorrow!!! I cannot begin to thank the staff there enough. All so helpful and made this an awesome experience. Why yes not only will we travel over the bridge to get a car, but into another state as well. They are even getting everything set with MA plates and everything!!! How awesome is this dealership. Jenn was a great sales associate. She was friendly and honest with me the entire time. If I had questions and she didn't know the answers she would find out for me as soon as possible. She was very helpful when it came to filling out the paper work. She doubled checked everything and made sure I put in the correct information to ensure I got the best possible Outcome. One of the best parts was she never pressured me into buying the car but instead she took the time to see what I was looking for to better help me make a decision. Overall the entire team I worked with to get my new car was great. They were all so helpful and friendly I'm glad I went to them. it wasnt about the money with them but more customer satisfaction.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and a tire check for slow leak front right. It was determined that the tire had a nail in the side outside of the repairable area. I purchased the new tire as recommended and the tire was installed on the rear right. When I received the car back the rear right tire had 35psi, the front right had 48psi and the front left and rear left had 45psi. All tires should of been set at 30psi. This was noticeable as soon as the car was on the road as the ride was extremely hard. Not only was this a ride issue it is a major safety issue as the tires were over inflated up to 37%over. At 60mph the car developed a shimmy which it never had. When I brought the car back 5 minutes later I was told the battery in the tech's battery operated gage was low and gave him a false tire pressure. The I was told the balancing weight had fallen on the new tire which caused the shimmy. Excuses for poor workmanship is what I see and this will be the last time I return to this dealer

I almsot purchased a 2010 Dodge Avenger R/T from a smaller dealership. They hassled me around for 4 hours on a Saturday when they informed me that they wouldn't be able to honor the price of $8,000 listed online oppose to the $10,500 listed in store. (that was after hours of paperwork and adding it tot he insurance) I called Balise about a 2012 Dodge Avenger I saw online, and the sales representative I worked with and talked to was very helpful. She mentioned the car being in the shop for its final cleaning and immediately went to pick it up for me. She was very helpful, friendly, informative, and almost motherly in this situation. She made me comfortable buying my first car and was very explanitive through the process. I was driving out with my new car just 3 hours after arrival.

We LOVE the Equinox!! Great experience with Emily. We initially just went in on our way to an event and ended up buying an SUV we weren't even considering until that day!! New Year's Day and she was gracious, not pushy and let us decide on our own this was the vehicle for us. Emily was super knowledgeable about the features and we walked away from the test drive knowing this was the one. She took care of everything and was so pleasant and easy to work with. With the tremendous amount of snowfall this winter in RI, it was time for an AWD vehicle. I fell in love with a GMC terrain, which for some reason I was under the impression it was AWD, but after another snowstorm it clearly was FWD. Going fourth balise and Benjamin my sales rep have been nothing but amazing through this situation. They located an AWD terrain and are taking back the FWD. They let me keep the FWD terrain in the meantime through the transition. My payments will be a little higher but the price point was made within means of my budget. effortlessly bought my new 2010 tundra here. emily was great and honestly so was the entire experience. visited quite a few places before hand but landed at balise because of the price on the tundra i bought. called ahead to make sure it was available and emily got it all ready for when i walked through the door. it was nice having a dealer that respects your time. dealership was very relaxed and it was unlike any of the others i had visited. EVERYONE from reception to upper management was friendly and happy to have you there. overall had a great transaction with these folks and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone i know.

Was looking between a rav 4 and a rogue came into this dealership to test drive a used rogue they had because the price was right. It was a base model so it really didn't fit all of my needs. Myself and my family are all very tall so it just wasn't something we could all say we were comfortable in. After talking with emily a little bit about what I wanted in my next car she came up with the solution I hadn't considered. The equinox was a perfect fit and she knew exactly which one to show me. Not only was it priced very very fair but it was exactly what I asked her for. I visited a few dealers on my journey to find my new car and it was here where I felt most comfortable. Emily was delightful and so knowledgable. She was funny and treated me and my family with respect but turned the car buying process into something we had been dreading into something i had fun doing. I absolutely love my car and can't thank emily enough for her hard work to get us where we needed to be. I stopped at a number of dealers for a used larger sedan. I stopped at a few, and had a very BAD experience at Herd Chevrolet. I won't get into details, but I had to walk away from the sales person mid explanation due to his poor word crafting... Maybe it was because he was showing me an unwashed trade in. Maybe it was too cold for the poor fella'. Don't care. I don't fool or joke around with my money. Skip them and keep driving down to Balise.Later that day I met Josh at Balise and told him what I wanted and he brought me to see a 2010 Impala LT. This is exactly what I wanted, and listened when I told him what my limits were and didn't try to sell me something I did not want or need. He treated me with respect, explained everything clearly, and was a truly a friendly person. I'll see him in a few years when I get my 9th gen Impala... Hopefully its not during a blizzard again!Go see Josh, if you don't want to be jerked around, want an honest hand shake and a smile, then he is gonna be your main man for the day!

Even though it turns out it wasn't the best time for me to be getting a new vehicle throughout my search I visited many Chevy dealer. Paul masse actually had me sign paperwork before they even got me approved and still wont admit thats why i couldnt take the truck the day i signed.This is the most straight up dealership. Their prices are fair and the people who work here work really hard and are overall just a great staff to do business with. Emily was awesome and i couldnt have asked for a better person to help me find my truck. She always communicated with me and was always very up front and kept me informed on the process the whole way through the whole time with what was going on. Can't wait for my taxes to come in so I can get my truck! They treat people with respect here and are very honest so if that's what you're looking for make sure you give them a shot.

The whole experience started off on a positive note with Emily my salesperson. I told her exactly what my budget was and what I wanted in a car and she found me one that I absolutely loved. she was friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and also quite funny. Im a little bit of an old man and she made sure she went through that car in detail so that I knew how to use it and I appreciate her patience. I never expected buying a car to be like this. I wasn't even planning on taking the car that day either, but she made everything so easy and for the first time ever, I felt comfortable at a car dealership. Everyone at this dealership even down to the finance and insurance people, are great. the building, while still working out the kinks of construction, is beautiful and I will definitely be taking advantage of it when my car needs servicing. I got maintenance and payments where I needed them to be all in one price . My salesman, Yorjis Gomez also had my new used car washed and cleaned and put in gas so I would be ready to roll. Ben really new his cars and was helpful in getting me the car I wanted and was instrumental in showing me all the new cars bells and whistles. I spoke to Patric via telephone on 5/9/24 and planned to meet with him the next morning. He phoned me this AM to confirm our appointment which I found most professional. He greeted us with a warm and friendly smile! His personality, his integrity and professionalism won us over. We were so pleased with "the bottom dollar." Rhonda Crossin assisted us with our car insurance transfer and she is so gorgeous and excellent at her job. When she told us that our car insurance was going down, I smiled!! Then, onto Beau Saas, the business agent for our truck purchase. Usually, I dislike these guys so much... But, he made it painless with his knowledge and skills in this market. We were never expecting to go home with my husband's new truck today!! Well, tomorrow is Mother's Day but is looking more like Father's Day! My husband and i had been searching one Saturday for a truck. We went to a few different dealerships before arriving here. When we did we were greeted immediately and the salesman was very enthusiastic. Patric Saad was our sales rep. He talked to us for a few minutes and figured out what we wanted, as soon as he knew enough he went to grab the keys for us to test drive. At first he pulled up a color truck my husband didnt like at all but with no hesitation he went to get a different color "I'd rather you test drive something you like then something you don't". He was awesome about it and we loved the truck. When we got back to the dealership my husband then said some other options he wanted in the truck and they had one on the lot that fit everything. They helped us out big time and we loved the service we got from the entire team! if we want another chevy this is where we will be going!!!!

Patric came out of the dealership and introduced himself to us in the lot and gave us a brief overview of what Balise had on the lot. After browsing around I test drove the Chevy Malibu and the Hyundai Tuscon. I went home to think about what I needed and wanted in a vehicle and weigh my options. I ultimately decided a car would best suit my needs right now and went back on the following Wednesday night to test drive the Chevy Cruze. Between the Sunday and Wednesday Patric did not call or email once! This was a large part of why we felt comfortable going back a few times, because we didn't feel like we were being bullied into a purchase. Patric is NOT your typical pushy salesman. When we left Wednesday I was pretty confident we would be back to purchase the Cruze, but we went home to do some research on Loan Rates and get some Insurance Quotes. We returned Friday to close the deal and take home my new Cruze! No loan or insurance rates we found were as low as the ones Balise could get for us. With the Help of Rhonda in the Balise Allstate office we even switched my husband insurance when she was able to get us a better rate than we currently had, by bundling with Allstate. We may even switch our homeowners insurance to Allstate! All in all everything was great at Balise, the dealership and shop is clean, the people are friendly, and the service was great. Patric was SO patient with me while I sorted out what vehicle would be best for me, and kept calm while my husband grilled him with 1,000 questions. He had a great sense of humor and understood that we were just trying to get as much info as possible to make an informed decision. If he wasn't sure how to answer to one of our questions he was quick to get us an accurate answer. He is a great asset to Balise and you are lucky to have him. We have left other dealerships in the past due to pushy, uninformative salespeople, but we were pleasantly surprised that this was not the case with Balise. We would refer any of our friends and family there and will return to Balise next time we need a Chevy!

Made us very upset then left the building. They do not care what they sell you and do not go out of their way to make customers happy. He was by far the worse GM I have ever seen running a company. I initially went to the dealership with the intention of just getting an idea of the cars that were available. Patric came out with a warm smile on a very cold day and asked if he could help. We test drove a couple cars and he was able to answer any and every question my father and I had. After some thought later in the day I called back and told them I wanted the 2011 Cruze that I test drove. A couple days later I went in to finalize the purchase and he made everything very clear and comfortable for me. The man who helped me with the loan was also very clear and helpful. August 27, 2013 I wanted to take the time to express my gratitude towards Balise Chevrolet in Warwick, RI. I often find myself writing to warn people about eating at certain places or shopping at a particular store but these past few days have me doing the opposite. My wife was looking to upgrade her current vehicle but owed more than the car was worth. I spent hours at various car dealerships explaining our situation. I am a father of 2 young children and my wife and I are teachers, so safety and a budget were very important to the both of us. After being told due to the negative equity in the current car leasing would still be expensive. I found myself at Balise Chevy; I had bought my last 2 cars from Balise Nissan and Balise Toyota (great experiences). However this time my wife was in love with the Chevy Traverse. Our salesman was helpful and understood our situation after coming back with the first offer we explained it was out of our budget. We felt defeated and thought this was not going to happen. Within a few minutes a sales manager come over. I was already thinking, great I have to listen to someone explain to me why they cant help usand we needed to come up with $3,000 we didnt have. I was shocked when the sales manager (Dan Good) spoke to us. He couldnt have been more down to earth and understanding. His idea of leasing a 2013 vs. 2014 would save more money was great. He also was well below the 4 other dealerships and the only one willing to work with our budget. While Dan was locating our car I must have called him over 10 times with numerous questions he not only was professional, he never seemed as if I was a bothering him it was just the opposite we talked about our families. I know there are so many other car dealerships around and most people hate the car buying experience but you MUST stop by and talk to the Balise family because my last 3 times have been nothing short of amazing. Thank you Dan and your entire sales team for making my families experience stress free and enjoyable. After ordering a truck, and leaving a deposit so truck can be ordered thru the factory. Balise changed the pricing, and would not honor the original price. The salesman along with other staff members lied several times, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, people should stay away.

After shopping around to several dealers we landed at Balise. The dealer we dealt with gave us the best price out of every dealership we had been too, at this point a sales contract was filled out because the vehicle we wanted had to be ordered. To have the order placed they needed a signed sales contract along with a $1000.00 deposit. and the "SALES MANAGER" would have to submit the order. We waited 8 weeks for the truck to be built. During this time made several phone calls to the dealer for information on financing. Always given the brush off saying that Finance would deal with that. We show up at the dealer the day the truck is delivered, sit down with the the dealer and sales manager ready to make payment and finance...that is when the shock hit. All of a sudden the price that was agreed to on the contract is now $3000.00 higher. At this time the sales manager stumbles all over himself saying he just realized the dealer made a mistake with the numbers. Here in lies the issue....you the sales manager sat in the same office with us the day the deal was made and shook our hands....also you, the sales manager had to place the order because your sales people aren't allowed. Now 8 weeks later you suddenly notice there is an issue with the price that was agreed to. It's called bad business.Per the Attorney General's office in RI this seems to be common business practice with this dealership. The Automobile Dealers Board of RI is also aware of the practices. An investigation is on going.PLEASE BE WARE DO NOT SHOP AT BALISE!!!!!!!Personally it should be 0 stars but that wouldn't registered on the board After posting this issue to the public I am getting a lot of feedback on the same tactics done to other consumers. This is the epitome of BAD BUSINESS!!!!!

My husband and I had been to other dealerships and they consistently tried to sell us cars that were not in our price range or budget. Then we went to Balise. We told Jason how much we could afford and the payment that would comfortably fit in our budget. He listened and knew the inventory so he knew exactly what to show us. He never tried to upsell us and never tried to push us into anything. The payment we ended up with was lower than we expected. The whole experience was very pleasant (a word I never before associated with a car dealership), from Jason straight through to financing. I bought a 2006 Mustang from them. Everything went very well at the beginning but when I came to pickup the vehicle they did not have a front bumper plate mount for the mustang and put two hole in the bumper just to get it on the car with out asking me first. I took the car off the lot with out looking and called them the following day to let them know I was upset with the way they hang the plate on the bumper. They where polite but saw that they did anything wrong and appaligized for my unfortunate situation that they caused me. Now I have to get it fixed, all they had to do is ask me.

I was in the market for a new 2012 Tahoe. They had the LOWEST price within 500 miles of Rhode Island. And that was with no bargaining at all. They gave me a very fair amount on my trade in (also without the hassle of bargaining) right off the bat. They were quick, to the point, even got me a soda while I was waiting. I purchased the car after about 40 minuets of discussing options with the sales person. Literally the only hassle free auto deal I have been involved in (involved in 5 in the last 10 years). Never had that "greasy used-car salesman" feeling. Left there feeling happy and amazed that there are still car dealers out there who don't just try to "talk the talk" and actually want you to be happy.I RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO EVERYONE

Sold me a 2005 Cadillac CTS that was clearly a lemon. Few days after buying the car would not start and they were not willing to pay for the tow expenses. Turns out the battery had no life left. Also the finance manager shook my hand then wiped her hand on her pants. Very bad customer service. Please save your self the time and headache.

My sales associate Paula was the ONLY positive part of my experience. It took them hours to run numbers for pricing. I eventually bought a new car and thought everything was going to be fine. Two days later the radio broke so I drove to the dealer. They told me they can not do anything today and will pick my car up from work and drop it back off. However, I use my car for work and told them that when they pick my car up then they have to leave a loaner. I told them this several times. When they picked my car up they did not leave a loaner and I was stranded at work. I called their service team right away and they told me their was nothing they can do.About two weeks later Balise called me and told me that I owe an additional $150 for my registration. I came in to discuss the additional fees and they did not even have a reciept. They told me that there was hidden fees they did not calculate in my final offer. In my terms and agreement contract these fees were not mentioned ANYWHERE. After talking back and forth I finnally told them that I will never do any buisiness with them ever again. I also told them that I will not even do my routine matenance with Balise Chevrolet. The manager told me "well that not enough for us to eat $150". So I will take all of my buisniess to their competetors from now on. I will not even go back for my complementary oil change!!!!

I found this dealership to be awful. They are pushy and don't take no for an answer. We tried to run some numbers and they didn't want to hear it with what I was looking for. I asked for my keys back after they took my vehicle to appraise it and we sat there for 10 minutes waiting which in turn made us get up to go get my keys ourselves. As we walked out and got in my truck we were followed out by another sales associate to find out what was going on. Then the man we were working with came running out to try and get us to go back in. He told us he quit and threw his name badge on his bosses desk. Well he still had it on his shirt. He then opened the drivers door of my truck to get my boyfriend and I to go back in. Who does that??!! I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. STAY AWAY!! Not a good experience.

I highly recommend this dealership. Rob Sullivan helped us buy our new Chevy Cruze Eco. It was obvious that he took pride in his customer service skills and was knowledgeable about what he was selling. We had done a lot of research before we went to the dealership with the fear of getting ripped off. It was a breathe of fresh air that Rob didn't try to over price us or offer us an unfair amount for our trade in. He was upfront and honest. Of course, he is a salesman and used techniques to sell the car but he didn't put any pressure on us and gave us straight forward, honest answers to questions we had. Once was got to the financial side, Edwin was a HUGE help. When we had questions for him he thoroughly explained all the financial information and warned us for the future of what to ask for from financial managers to ensure not getting ripped off if we used another dealership for our next car. He was friendly and very informative. He gave us time to ask questions and was thorough in his explanations. He didn't rush us and actually cared. Overall, working with these two people was a great experience and we are completely satisfied with our new car.

Agreed on a price after three visits and 2 hours of waiting on the third visit. Granted, it was the end of the month, but they sent me to the finance manager before I had actually agreed on a price, thus the wait. After agreeing on a price, an incorrect purchase and sales agreement was sent to my outside credit union on at least three occasions. While there was some reason for confusion (I was registering out of state and was told that state tax and registration fee would be my responsibility and not on the final dealer price), all was sorted out with Steven the manger. For the next two days I fought constantly trying to correct multiple errors in the price (on all occasions, price was more than I had agreed to pay, at least two times there were previously unmentioned fees on the Purchase and Sale agreement). After many phone calls to attempt to resolve the issue, the staff could not seem to present my CU with a correct sales agreement. There was also an issue with the Title. My CU requested a copy of the title be faxed (not the original copy) so they could confirm it was clean (no rebuild/salvage issues) and it took over 24 hours and several calls to get an answer. Perhaps pure coincidence, but there was some incredulity as to why they should have to provide the title prior to completion of payment which raised both my and my Credit Union's suspicions. I utilized the "provide feedback to the owner" feature on the website and received a call from another staff member of the same dealership that I had the issue with. He spoke with me briefly before forwarding my call onto the person with whom I was having an issue for 2 previous days. Upon asking for a refund of a $500 deposit to hold the car, the manager who helped me reach the agreed upon price, I was blamed for changing my requests to them for the final price on the purchase and sales agreement. I could not believe that after all that I had gone through the previous day to try and defray the issue that I would be blamed for causing the disparity that had held up the deal. Let me repeat that...they blamed me for trying to hold up the deal. I spent 7 hours of an off day trying to correct the issue to appease my credit union only to be blamed as the cause of the deal falling through.The lack of communication at the office is truly amazing. In a 7 hour span, I recieved and placed 34 calls to the dealership and my credit union, not to mention the calls that my credit union made to the dealership (many going unanswered) to try to resolve the issue. Never can I imagine it being harder to SPEND money at a dealership. As of the writing of this review (Wed. 7/6) I still have not recieved a refund on my credit card deposit of $500 requested on Saturday 7/2. I am hopeful that it is a delay in the banking systems and not that the dealership has dragged its feet again in providing promises to a customer. I will try to correct if the money is refunded in the next day or so.All of this is in addition to the first car I looked at at their dealership having no CarFax prior to arriving at the dealership (a 3 year old car with 32,000 miles), perhaps I should have learned my lesson.I would be happy to answer any questions expanding on the situation.

I saw all the ads that they advertise so I figured I would give them a chance, I purchased a 28,000 used suv and was told that I would get two sets of keys after signing all the paperwork the salesman brought me to the service to get a extra key and then found out that they would not pay for the key and I would have to pay over 80.00 for the extra key also there were two chips in the windshield that I told them about and they said I would have to pay for half????????What!!!I was so mad 28,000 for a used truck and the sales manager would not deal with me at all, never introduced himself during the whole deal.Be very careful with this dealer because they have you sign a paper saying you pay half of repairs and there doc fee is crazy and they nickel and dime you with other fees. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience at this dealership was an excellent one. I was referred to them by a friend who purchased hi car with them a few months prior. Billy was an excellent salesman and worked with me through the whole process. He even went so far as to throw in personal floor mats that he purchased and didn't use. Billy was friendly, accommodating, relaxed, understanding, and professional. I will definitely be back to see him if I decide to purchase another chevy in the future. The only complaint I had was, when signing the final paperwork, the gentleman forget to have me sign the loan agreement and I had to make another trip to the dealership a week later. I wouldn't normally complain about this if it hadn't happened again to another customer while I was standing there. But really, when you are signing that much paperwork, I suppose you are bound to forget one or two things. Definitely not a deal-breaker. Thanks for everything Billy and Belize. You are doing an excellent job!

Not only was I able to get a deal completed- which as they assured me..."If it couldn't be done anywhere else, it would happen at Balise." True to their word...They were able to get me into a better truck than I had origanlly hoped for- for much less than a competing dealership (PM). I am very thankful for Paula's help and the rest of the team for staying until after 9pm to ensure I was driving that truck home. I had been looking for a very specific used vehicle for several months, primarily using the internet to fuel my search. I saw online that Balise had a very competitively priced vehicle that met my criteria. I made the trip over and Mike happened to be the salesman that I met up with. He is a car salesman and has a job to do, but at the same time he was polite, friendly and not "pushy" in the least. After the test drive we sat to negotiate price. The typical "Let me go see what they say....(5 minutes later)...they can't do that price" went on for a while which was annoying, but then finally we came to terms. Several days later I returned to pick up the vehicle and was told some of the "extras" that we had negotiated were not ready yet and they would take care of those things asap. I left with the vehicle, kept in contact with Mike and eventually after about a month had all the items we had agreed to. Balise took care of registering & emissions testing my vehicle which was nice. My primary reason for going into Balise that day was because of the competitive pricing of their vehicle and that will be the single determining factor the next time I walk into a dealership. That said, as unpleasant as buying a used car can be, Mike did a pretty good job of making it as smooth as possible. When my wife returned with me to pick up the vehicle he went out of his way to show her all the features and answer any questions she had. Like I said earlier: Mike is a car salesman and definitely has a job to do, but at the same time he is polite, friendly, easy to interact with and follows through on his word. If I am ever in the market again for a vehicle and Balise has it competitively priced, I wouldn't hesitate to go to Mike again.

Everybody at Balise was very friendly and proffesional. They have in their showroom, a tv and internet and comfortable seating while you wait. I feel that 4 and a half hrs is a long time too spend at any dealer but it was worth it. I purchased a used 2008 Saturn Outlook and it is by far the nicest used suv I could find. Thanks Balise!

I am from Massachusetts. I went to this dealership because they were the only ones to advertise a rebate for chevy vehicles. This made me believe that the dealerships in my area were not being totally honest. I dealt with Mike Essig and told him what I needed in a new vehicle, what I needed for my trade in and what I wanted to pay per month. Although it took some time to work out the details he was very patient and understanding and had a sense of humour as well. We came to an agreement on all of the above but some of the dealer "to be installed items" had to be ordered. Mike followed up on the items and kept me well informed. I went back to Balise of Warwick, met with Mike and he took full charge, bringing the vehicle over to the service department, inventoring the parts to be installed and giving me an estimated time of completion. When it comes time to purchase another vehicle (which won't be far away)I willgo back to Balise of Warwick. It was a pleasure doing business with them. A great experience.

I travelled far and wide looking for a decent used SUV. I was particular about mileage to price ratio. I also wanted a vehicle that had the appearance of being well cared for. I had seen plenty of trucks with good mileage that looked as if they had been run through the woods. At Belise I managed to find the truck I was looking for. Salesman Mike Essig took great care of me there. He made sure to have the vehicle ready for me when I arrived. We took it for a test drive. He answered all my questions and dealt with me on my terms. It was no pressure and and made the moment enjoyable, (unlike other dealers I had to deal with). I would recommend Belise to anyone looking for a car regardless of new or used. I Needed a second form of transportion so I decided to do some on line research. I started Friday evening browsing dealer's websites when I came across Balise. To my surprise there was a car listed that looked nice and in my price range. It was Sunday evening when I sent a email to the dealership asking about the car, and if it was still available. The very next day, Monday I received a call from Carl Passarelli. He explained that the car was still available, and If I wanted to come down to take a look at it. Now this is the thing, I really didnt want the stress of the back and forth that can normally takes place when buying a car. I wanted a hassel free experience. Monday after work I took with we all that I would need to possibly finance a used car and went to the dealership. As I walked in the door I was greeted by a sales man named Carl. Very pleasant man I felt very comfortable talking with him. He had remembered me from our phone conversation earlier that day, so he knew what car I wanted to look at. He didnt insist on any other car, and I didnt feel at all pressured, a real refreshing experience. We test drove the car and I loved it. I explained that I was in a hurry and I didnt want to spend alot of time on the transaction, he said "no problem" so we went in and started the paper work. Not long after I was financed and given the keys to my new car. A very plasant experience, thanks again Carl I am very happy with my purchase.

I went to Balise with set parameters. And man, did they ever match them, and exceed. Not only did I get the Car I wanted, with the payments I wanted, but even the color. I explained what I wanted when I came in to see Carl Passarelli, and he made the magic happen. Edwin Alfaro got the rate I wanted, and explained some extra coverage, which I did happen to purchase a few. The tire coverage, total loss protection, and car care elite program just made good sense. They were friendly, not pushy, met my needs, and more than fair. I can't stress more than fair enough. They even gave me a trade on my old car that was being serviced. Wasn't expecting that. My experience at Balise was a pleasant one. Carl Passarelli was my car dealer. I felt totally comfortable without any added pressure. Which was very reassuring. Carl was very nice and friendly, it felt like I made a friend in the process. I really had no intentions on buying a car, just doing the Autotrader curiosity testLOL. So I ventured up to Balise to check out the car I was interested in. I was kind of nervous because the dealer I corresponded with via email had the day off. But Carl came over and introduced himself and we chatted a bit and went for a test drive. We did everything afterwards, checking the car over, doing the Carfax and assisting me with any question I could possibly think of, and etc. Honestly this was probably one of the best experience that I had with a car dealership. Right down to financing with my man Edwin Alfaro. Both of these guys were straightforward and honest. Very key! Even thou it was a used chevy Impala that I brought, it was very sharp and clean. I had been looking for a GM extracab 1500 for the past two months on the internet and every dealer would say the same thing when I would call on a truck. There list price was there lowest price and they wouldn't give me much for my trade, but when my father-in-law went Balise he talked to Joe told him which truck I wanted, what I had to trade, and what I wanted to pay and he made it work. When I walked into balise I asked for the general manager and joe came right out to see me even though it was the last day of the month and he was very busy. My overall experience was excellent. I was never rushed or pressured into any immediate decisions or actions. One experience I had that I will remember most of all is that I arrived at this dealership with the thought of purchasing an Avalanche and Paula really had a concern in my decision of a new vehicle and went above and beyond in accommodating me in every facet possible. They also were very patient with me because I forgot to mention that I had GM points to apply to the vehicle before the contract was printed and required them to re-work the contract.

I received a call from Mike Essig stating that he was aware of my lease coming to an end. He stated he could work a deal for a new car if I were interested. I advised him that I received the same call a month before, and after spending more than 3 hours there no deal was reached. He stated that he would work out a deal and promised me that I would not waste my time. I found Mike to be honest genuine and sincere, and decided to give it a try. Mike not only worked out the deal but did a great job. I was looking for a new Silverado for the second time at Balise Chevrolet. My salesperson Rob recommended the Silverado with the All Star Edition. There is an impressive list of additional features in this truck and when my wife drives it she can adjust the power seat as well as the power pedals closer for her. The silver and the chrome is awesome looking ! After the test drive it was cleaned and ready to go the same day! You will do better at Balise like the commercial says. Edwin did all the paperwork the same day too. I will recommend Rob and Balise Chevrolet to my other co-workers at UPS. We drive trucks all day and nothing beats the ride home in your new Silverado at the end of the day.

I had done my research on a new 3500HD Silverado through USAA. When I was ready to buy, USAA directed me to three dealers. Balise Chevrolet was one of the dealership directed by USAA. William Ely was the first salesman to respond to my questions. All other took three days or more. Since Mr. Ely was very helpful by phone, my wife and I decided to visit Balise of Warwick. Mr. Ely was very instrumental in helping us choose the options we needed for our purpose in the new vehicle. We were very pleased with Mr. Ely and Balise Chevrolet.

I usually don't trust most dealers and car salesmen. But I have to say that Balise Chevrolet change my mind completely, the salesman I met ( William Ely), was incredible.I did not feel pressure or confused at any time, there was no games of talking to the managers for approval on lower prices or any other trick.William was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and with the assistance of the support staff made my experience very pleasant.I strongly recommend this dealer if you are looking for a new truck or car. Specially William Ely (Billy) the best salesman I have ever met.

Before visiting Bill at Balise Chevrolet I had made a couple of phone calls first. He was always very courteous and pleasent and new his product thru and thru. I worked with Mike he was very nice but the car i was looking for had sold and he tried to get me into another vehicle but i didnt like it. He told me that he would keep me in mind if he came across a vehicle that might fit my needs. I would love it if the prices were on the vehicles.

Two words - NEVER AGAIN will I purchase a car from Balise Chevrolet. When I purchased my car I asked that all emissions testing/registration be done before I took possession of the car. I was informed by both the salesman and the business manager that it was not done that way. I was to get the emissions testing done on my own, paying for it out of my pocket; bring back the receipt and then the dealership would send someone to register my car. When I left the dealership the salesman removed my license plates from my old vehicle and put them on the new vehicle no temporary plate nor registration. I was told I did not need a temporary plate or registration. I was not comfortable with this information and called the dealership the following Monday, I spoke with a woman who told me to carry my bill of sale with me that I did not need a temporary plate or registration. I received a call from the driver that registers cars for Balise to set up an appointment to register my car at that point he informed me that he was responsible for the emissions testing not me as I had been told that the emissions testing was part of the registration process. I had to call the DMV for another matter and while speaking with the representative mentioned that I was driving with my plates and no temporary registration. She informed me that not only was this illegal but if I were stopped I would be charged with misrepresentation of plates and the car would be towed on the spot. I called the dealership and since my salesman was not available asked to speak with the sales manager. I had to leave a message which took him close to three hours to return my call in the meantime I had to call the driver and leave a message for him not to come for my car. When the sales manager finally returned my call and he told me to come over and they would give me temporary registration and plates. I went over and was given temporary plates and registration. I had to reschedule the driver to complete the registration process and we agreed on April 22nd for the date (the temporary plate expiration was April 24th). The evening of the 21st I thought that our local government offices were closed on the 22nd for Good Friday and wondered if the State offices were closed as well and went on the website discovering that the DMV is ALWAYS closed on Good Friday. I called Balise first thing in the morning and was not able to speak with either my sales person or the sales manager. When I finally spoke with the sales manager was told in effect oh well. I asked what he planned to do as my temporary plates expired on Sunday and was told that he could not give me another temporary registration as that was illegal. I told him I would once again go to the dealership that I wanted everything I needed to register the car myself on Saturday, was told this would be done. The driver in the meantime called me and informed me that this was in effect my fault. Why is this my fault shouldnt the person who registers vehicles on a daily basis be informed as to the closings of offices! When I arrived at the dealership and asked him for the necessary packet I was told he couldnt do that because I had a lien against the car.I paid by check for the car, hence there was no lien. He then told the salesman to put a temporary plate on the car, I questioned the legality of this and was told it wasnt illegal for me. He then told me to set up the appointment for the registration with the driver, I told him I was not going to do this because of the attitude I just encountered with the driver and for him to please set up the appointment for Tuesday and I would arrange my schedule to accommodate. On Monday I called the sales manager to confirm the appointment, he never returned my call. I rearranged my work schedule to accommodate the driver on Tuesday and he NEVER SHOWED! I called the sales manager at noon was once again put into voice mail and the return call was received at 4:00 PM that afternoon. I was told the driver had to attend a funeral, I am sorry that is not my problem nor was I showed the common courtesy of a call on Monday to reschedule this appointment. I was then told for me to call the woman who schedules the driver, again voice mail. The driver called me back to set up the appointment for the next week at around 11:00 am. Day of registration 11:00 no driver, 11:15 no driver, 11:30 no driver, 11:45 no driver, I called the driver and he told me he was on the street with the same name, however he was in the wrong state. Never once through all of this did the salesman nor the sales manager even offer an apology. Customer service definitely not included in the cost of the car.

I had an amazing experience with this dealership! Steve was wonderful, so professional and really went the extra mile for me! Sean was our sales man, and although he is newer at selling cars, he was knowledgable and really worked with myself and my husband. Edwin was our finance man, and he was wonderful!Overall, I couldnt say enough wonderful, postive things about this dealership!

I was never so insulted by a car dealer in my life. I first came to the store looking for a new Equinox. John the salesman was helpful, but wouldn't let me know what kind of pricing I could get on what I wanted. When I was leaving, Joe Simon approached me, and pretty much told me I would'nt be leaving without buying. After I explained to him, I was never given any clear pricing options, I had no intention of buying there. Joe kept on persisting, telling me he could give me the best deal anywhere, And still I wasn't told what I would be paying. After I finally agreed on what I thought was a great price. I was told in their finance office, I had to finance thru them, and at a really high rate of about 15 % Believe me, I left there and never will go back, or recommend anyone to shop there.

I HAD BOUGHT A 2008 CADILLAC SRX ABOUT 7 MONTHS AGO FROM BALISE CHEVY AND I'VE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR. THE SECOND WEEK THAT I'VE HAD THE CAR IT HAD TO GO INTO THE SHOP TO GET FIXED. NOW THE CAR HAS GONE BACK 10 TIMES TO GET REPAIRED FOR SEVERAL ISSUES. I HAD CALLED BALISE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES STATING THAT I WASNT SATISFIED WITH THE CAR THAT THEY HAD SOLD ME AND THEY WOULDNT RETURN ANY OF MY CALLS. I'VE EVEN LEFT MESSAGES WITH THE MANAGER AND STILL IGNORED MY PHONE CALLS. I FINALLY WENT DOWN THERE AND THEY STATED THAT IF I WANTED TO RETURN THE CAR I WOULD HAVE TO PUT MORE MONEY DOWN ON ANOTHER CAR WHICH IN MY BOOKS IT'S NOT RIGHT WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PUT MORE MONEY DOWN IF THEY SOLD ME A CAR THAT KEEPS BREAKING DOWN. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB BECAUSE TO ME THEY SOLD ME A LEMON COME ON NOW I'VE ONLY HAD THE CAR FOR 7 MONTHS AND IT'S BEEN IN THE SHOP 10 TIMES. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND BALISE TO ANYONE. THEY JUST WANT TO SELL YOU A CAR THEY DON'T CARE IF THERE IS PROBLEMS WITH IT.

I recently started the daunting task of shopping for a new truck. Faced with so many options, I turned to the internet to help narrow down my search. After doing some research I decided the the all new Chevrolet Silverado HD was the perfect fit. I sent out several email inquiries to the local Chevrolet dealers looking for some basic information such as price, available inventory, and hours of operation. The replies I received were not what I expected. They were very slow to get back to me, even days in some instances. They didnt answer any of the questions I had asked. Just when I thought all hope was lost I tried one more dealership, Balise Chevrolet. Before I was done typing my email Robert Sullivan had already pick up the phone to contact me. Maybe Im exaggerating a little, but he was fast. Rob willingly answered all of my questions and invited me in to take the truck for a test drive. When I arrived on the following Saturday afternoon you would have thought they were giving something away. The show room was packed and you could feel the energy in the room. I was promptly greeted by Joe Simon. who we later found out was the general manager, and offered a cup of coffee while he pulled up the truck I was there to see. Rob was helping out another customer at the time. Joe took the time to go over the truck in great detail and make sure he answered all of my questions. When Rob was free he took over and handled the rest of the transaction. Things couldnt have gone any smoother and the team work that I saw on that Saturday afternoon was impressive. As busy as they were Rob and Joe always made me feel like I was the only person in the showroom. They gave me there undivided attention and for that I am grateful. I love my truck and thank those other Chevy dealers for being so lousy at getting back to me because if it werent for them I never would have had this great truck buying experience. I dropped off my 2007 Chevy pickup truck for service the entire staff was friendly and helpful through the entire process.Being a female and trying to get answers can be difficult at times the man Joe Papa explained in great detail what needed to be done.I would recommend service to my family and friends at Balise.

I found our experience at Balise in Warwick exceptional. We were greeted by Mr Simon who had extensive knowledge on all the vehicles and was extremely friendly. We often went to the dealership with my three young children and the staff was great. Shaun and Joel's help after the purchase was top notch. Best of all I never felt pressured once during any of our visits. I would recommend Balise to anyone.

Tammy was so down to earth and saw that we needed gas for the test drive insisted on pumping it herself. I wasn't planning on buying a car on the last day of the year, but I thought that it might be in my best interest and we worked out a hassle free deal and I left with the new car two hours later.

Sales Manager was very rude and arrogant, refused to negotiate price. Staff had very little experience. Never returned my phone calls. My overall experience was horrible with Balise Toyota & Chevorlet and would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
