I recently purchased a vehicle from Charlie at BMG. Everything went smoothly, from the test drive to the final paperwork. I actually was in town for a meeting that day (I don't live locally) and the team worked around my schedule to make the purchase timely and convenient for me. Their entire team there met me with a firm handshake and were quite personable. I also found that they were very organized. Lastly, and importantly, I felt I was given fair trade-in for my vehicle and the purchase price on the pre-owned vehicle that I bought was fair as well. Overall, good experience.

When I walked into Baraboo Motors I was under a great a deal of stress having to deal with insurance agents, adjusters, and many other dealerships that day as my car had been declared totaled. In a pinch, I needed a vehicle and I was exhausted. I was greeted immediately by Bart Kocieck (sales). He had asked me what it was I was looking for and what he could help me with. Unfortunately for Bart I only knew what I didn't want, which was plenty enough for him. Without hesitation Bart took me right into the lot and began showing me not one option or the "best" option, but ALL my options that had fit into my criteria (which was not all that exact). The entire time we were pacing back and forth from one vehicle to the next and back to the previous, then back to the first to only walk to a completely different model, Bart stayed positive and continued to answer all my questions. Not only were all my questions answered but he did not hesitate to print out side by side comparisons. Once I decided on a vehicle the finance team along with management were able to handle everything from there. Literally, everything. As the process of getting approved, getting the loan, switching over insurances, ect. everyone was sure to keep me informed and continually answering all questions (as the process seemingly took forever). All said and done the task at hand was effortless on my end. They even had offered to talk to my insurance company for me! Not necessary, but absolutely amazing to have had all the help I needed. And if that wasn't enough they were able to plate my car on the spot and filled up the gas tank to truly go above and beyond. I would refer anyone to Baraboo Motors and will definitely be dealing with them for all my services.Thanks, Baraboo Motors!

Once at the dealership the process of finalizing the sale went smoothly and quickly. Immediately after purchasing a used vehicle the check engine light came on. I scheduled an appointment and the morning of the appointment the light went off. Then it came back on and went off several times, ultimately coming on to stay. There was a repair needed and even though it had been a couple of months Baraboo Motors covered the expense of the repair. A reputable sales person and dealership.

I use the service department for maintence on my new Dodge Dart. When I call for an appointment, I can get in that same week and usually within a day or two. The prices are competitive and you know the mechanic working on your car was trained to work on your car! The ladies at the Service Desk are great. They seem to know the answer to every question I've asked and if they don't know, they'll look it up. Best customer experience.

We stopped to "try on" a new Jeep Wrangler, but it didn't work out as we had hoped. We discussed with Charlie Simmons what we were originally after for a good part of this year...a new, regular cab, pick up with a short bed. What a surprise when Charlie directed us to a Dodge Ram 1500 that had a special rebate. He told us all about it, took his time in explaining the features, all the electronics, and the special rebates on the truck. After a test drive, we went in to talk more about the possible "sale". Everyone we dealt with, was courteous and knowledgeable. Needless to say, we drove home with a new vehicle, and are very happy with our purchase and the experience overall.

We broke down on are way to a wedding and had to be towed to a dealership. The service department were so very helpful. They had to do some searching for the parts that they did not have in stock. Also they were able to get us in on a Friday afternoon, and had us back on the road by the end of the day. They kept us up on the progress of our repair I have had some bad experiences at dealership in our area so being that we were not local I was a little skeptical. I had to take the vehicle back a few times to get repairs and each time Baraboo motors provided me with excellent customer service. Having to take the vehicle back over and over became a hassle. Baraboo Motors understands how frustrating it must be for me as a customer, so they're putting me into a nicer, newer car. I really appreciate that Baraboo Motors never stopped working with me. I was in for an oil change and asked for my headlights to be adjusted up a little. I was charged $15 for something that should have been a couple minutes job that i would have thought been part of the service since i bought my car from your company. I had read on line about other Chrysler 200 drivers having the same issue so to me it is a matter of correcting an issue. First time in my live of owner vehicles thst i have ever had to have headlights adjusted on a new or used vehicle. Technician wrote that he check my air pressure in my tires and set them to factory specification at 32 lbs. I check just shortly after i left and they were at 42 lbs. I called back to the dealership and told them that he infact had NOT checked and adjusted the air pressure yet his shop report says he did. Had a light out on the tachometer since day one when i purchased it and told Charlie my sales person about it. Charlie had said to bring it in so here i am. Shop looked at it and Mariah says that it isn't just a bulb that can be replaced its the dash cluster andvthat she would look up the price. Um this shouldn't be my expense as it wasn't working properly when i purchased it.

I was looking for a specific setup within a vehicle and Baraboo Motors had one on their lot. I located it using Cargurus.com and I worked with a member of their sales staff (Charlie) to settle on a price. I took a little bit of a gamble because I live 1,200 miles away from Baraboo, WI and needed to take their word for it as far as the condition of the car etc. They were honest about the condition of the vehicle and even helped me get from the airport to their dealership. Both owners of the company met with me briefly to introduce themselves while I was filling out the paper work and they were not "pushy" at all when it came to warranty extensions etc. I was probably at the dealership for less than hour before I drove out of there with a FULL tank of fuel. Great guys, good environment, if only it were a little closer to me!

We traveled from Indiana to Wisconsin. After arriving our Jeep Grand Cherokee would not start. We called Baraboo Motors Group and spoke with Samantha. We explained we would only be there for another day and a half and could not find a rental car anywhere in the vicinity. She was extremely calm (even though I wasn't), courteous and helpful. She got our car in right away and found us a loaner car so we could still see the sights. Marvin K. quickly diagnosed and repair the car and a day later we were on the road. As we were driving home we received a phone call to make sure everything was ok with the car. Could not have been happier with the team at Baraboo Motors Group. I had an older model Jeep Patriot that needed over $1000 in repair, so I stopped in to talk to a salesman just to see if anything else could be done. I didn't really expect anything to happen with my credit and how much I owed on the loan for the Patriot. Charlie Simmons is the salesman I talked to. He talked to me to see what I was interested in and what I could afford. I had to go to work so I left him to work on it. He stayed in touch with me as they got different offers. They managed to get me a brand new version of the same vehicle with almost the same monthly payment. They were very considerate to what I was able to afford and worked with me to find a vehicle I was comfortable in. There was no pressure to get something I would not be able to drive or afford. I appreciate all their work. I love my new vehicle.

BMG provided excellent service for me when my Chrysler T&C van had to be towed and serviced for a engine shuttering fault condition. Since we were travelling from out of state it was a little more stressful. However, Samantha Faul was very courteous and expedient in getting the problem looked at and repaired even though the repair staff was low this week. Also, she was able to get us a dealer car to use during the repair which allowed us to enjoy our vacation without too much inconvenience. The van was repaired in less than two days. I am extremely impressed and thankful for the service I received from Samantha and all of those involved whose name I do not know.

I drove up from Chicago for 4th of July weekend and lost the keys to my 2012 Chrysler 300 while at Mt. Olympus. From the initial phone call this place was A+. They recommended a great tow truck company. They didn't have my key in stock but they went and got it from another dealer. By the time I got my car towed to the dealer the key was ready already there. They got everything programmed for me and I was out within an hour. I can say this place is great !

Our vehicle broke down while camping at Devils Lake. Baraboo Motors was kind enough to squeeze us in on an already busy day, look at our vehicle, and give us an honest quote for needed repairs. I do not recommend this dealership or the sales reps they will sell you a vehicle, but if you have an issue, they refuse to help. The sales rep actually said, I don't feel comfortable because your upset! I will tell everyone I know about the sales rep I used and the unwillingness to help. Go somewhere you can trust.

We have had the opportunity to purchase a new car from Baraboo Motors Group a couple of times over the years. We have always had great customer service and Mike Eberle is a wonderful salesman. We are not ones that like pushy salesman who try to get you to buy the car that they think you should have instead of the one the fits what you are looking. Charlie made sure everything was ready for us when we arrived, which shortened the time we had to spend in the dealership. Most information was gathered through phone conversations. He even contacted our insurance company, so that was ready when we drove off the lot with our "new to us" vehicle.

We had such a great experience with this dealership. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We would definitely buy from them again. Within seconds of looking at the car we were interested in, Charlie came out and greeted us and was so nice and friendly. He also went out of his way to help us in a small mishap we had, (I had accidentally locked the keys in our car when we took the Mitsubishi for a test drive). He let us use a loaner car to drive to our home to pick up our spare key. Such great service. Eric in the finance department was just as nice, friendly and helpful. Just stopped to look at some Challengers, but they were all sold out. Bart Kociecki was very friendly and he mentioned that they were cooking brats and we should help our self to one. Bart stayed with us and asked if we wanted something to drink. My wife and I felt this was more of a cook out than a dealership. Bart was very professional in showing us the different makes of cars and SUV'S. Bart mentioned he had a blue charger in the show room . I told Bart I really don't like the color blue or the charger. He said I should take a look at it and I did and I fell in love. I decided to buy the charger and Rick Schwandt was fantastic to work with. He was able to get us a very low rate and was very informative in all of the paper we were signing. Also we met Pete Steinhauer in the end when we were all done. Everyone was very relaxed and made you feel like you belonged and you were part of the family. We are glad we stopped.

Our Sales Representative was Bart Kociecki and he was brilliant! We had viewed this used car on line and had driven out to Baraboo Motors Group to take a closer look at it. When we arrived Bart was with another customer but took just a second to let us know that he wold be with us to help very shortly. We explained what car we had been looking at and he went in and got the keys to open up the vehicle, Bart was very informed about the gadgets and gizmo's on the car and let us know all about the extra's that came with the vehicle, he immediately offered us a test drive so that we could see how it drove. Did my homework online before heading to Baraboo Motors. The week before I was given a quote for a replacement sensor and when I had the work done it was $40 more than quoted. I paid it because it was for a check engine light. Nor really happy about that though because I had come to the appoint with a certain amount of money and when the amount was different ibeas not happy. I had a great experience at Baraboo Motors! I pulled into their parking lot to look at a GMC Terrain. As soon as I stopped and was looking at the vehicle for a few short seconds Charlie walked up to me and introuduced himself and asked if I wanted to take the car for a test drive and asked me questions about my vehicle that I would be trading in. In just a few short minutes he had me all set up for a test drive and awnsered every question that I had. Being a petite woman I was very worried about being able to see out of all the windows. He reassured me and pointed me torwards more vehicles that have less blind spots and better safety ratings which was my biggest concern! He was honest about every vehicle I was interested in and showed me the carfax's. He asked me my concerns and wants and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I ultimately ended up with a 2012 Chevy Equinox and I am very happy with the outcome. All the staff was very friendly and showed compassion for what they do. Very happy that I chose this dealership and I will definetley be back for the next one!

Well lets see where to begin...bought a Dodge Durango then was told that it was an out of state title that was recently bought on a trade from Florida and it would take around 5-10 days, ok I waited and waited finally I called and talked to a supervisor and was told oh i'm sorry the salesperson should have never told you that out of state titles take a bit longer. All I was wondering is why would they offer a vehicle for sale if it wasn't ready to be sold. In the meantime I had all ready sold my truck going by what my sales person told me so they did give me a loaner vehicle but it was almost a month later before my truck was ready to go. My wife is going to by buying a Dodge Charger within the next year and she will not be returning to baraboo motors. Just be aware

If they estimate a two-hour wait, my car is ready in two hours. Other times they have provided a loaner car so I can go shopping. If there are any issues while working on my car, the mechanic comes out and explains the situation to me. Cost estimates are spot-on ~ no surprises. I'm very happy with the Service Center and the customer service the ladies behind the desk provide.

We bought our first car from Baraboo Motors in 2003. Before that day I hated buying a new car, and then the staff at Baraboo Motors changed all that. So friendly and cooperative in every way. I now get excited about new car shopping because I know we will always be well taken care of at Baraboo Motors. Last winter I had gone online and designed a Chrysler 200c that was pretty much my dream car. In April I stopped in at Baraboo Motors on a whim and spoke with Bart one of the salesmen there. He showed me some of the 200's on the lot which were nice, but not like the one I had designed online. Then he showed me the one in the show room. It was the exact one I had designed. All the bells and whistles with 19" rims. It was awesome. Bart was as perfect as a salesman could be. He and the staff went out of there way to make that car ours, and stayed well within our budget. All the while giving us a great trade in price in our 2006 Jeep Liberty that was also purchased there. That was our 5th car we had purchased form Baraboo Motors. I just recently went back and bought our 6th car from them. Working with Bart again and getting top dollar on our trade. This time I got a 2013 Ram 1500 quad can, trading in a Ford Focus we also purchased there. We now have two awesome vehicles that we LOVE!! I made an appointment for service on Friday, to come in the following Monday. I received a call after 8 asking if I had forgotten. I called back at 9:10 to say I had indeed forgotten. They did not berate me, but said they could come by and pick up my car in order to do the repairs right away. I was surprised and very pleased. They picked up the car, fixed it and returned it before I was done with work. No extra charge. What a great service department.

My friend needed a used car and we stopped by BMG to see their used car inventory. She found a very nice and clean 2008 Malibu. Mike, our salesman, went out of his way to make sure she could drive her new car home that day. Unfortunately, the car developed a loud exhaust leak that night. Since it was a used car with no warranty, she was a little nervous about taking it back to the dealership. Long story short, Mike, Sam (Service Manager), and Pete (Owner) assured her that they would make things 'right'. Well, not only did they fix the exhaust leak (at no charge), but they inspected and replaced several other suspension components as well. While I was fully prepared to pay the bill, Sam told me they would take care of it. We simply cannot express how grateful we are for EVERYTHING they did! They went over and above any dealership I have ever purchased a car from. I will definitely being buying my next vehicle from BMG!

We've never purchase a car before it was hard at first and decided to go to every car dealers in town, we decided to go to BMG since the car dealers we've been were not accommodating. It is important for us first not because we've worked to a Hospitality Industry but to make us feel very welcomed. Bart gave us a welcoming smile when we came in and helping us in finding the best option of the car we need since we don't know what car we're looking for and he went through of everything and we appreciate it a lot. It was an easy process, it may have some complications but they gave their very best to see options to help their client that what makes them above and beyond of their service keeping their clients very happy when they step out to the door. I just had some recall work done on my 2014 Ram. Just my luck a blizzard hit when they were fixing my truck BUT Baraboo Motors Service Dept. Saw to it that I had a loaner car so I could get to work. I had another issue.with my drive train. They had both of these issues taken care of in a couple of hours. I still need to bring my truck in for the drive train thing but they told me that it wasn't anything to really worry about. I'm pleased with my interaction with the Baraboo Motors Service Center. P.S. I didn't get caught in the storm.

I was looking for a 4x4. I emailed about a vehicle. Charles called me back right away. I went out and looked at a couple of vehicles. I decided on the Jeep Cherokee. My vehicle was done ahead of schedule and I was kept informed (by phone) regarding when my vehicle would be completed and so forth. Driving into a dealership is intimidating. Car salesmen have the stereotype of being pushy and untrustworthy. I've been putting off trading in my car for fear of being rejected and not satisfied over the final outcome. Finally, I decided not to put anymore money into my car after hitting a deer. I pulled in the lot and was greeted by Charlie. He was very welcoming and cracked a joke about the appearance of my car. I went in with an open mind but still being a very picky person. Charlie was very patient with my demands, and very accommodating. He showed me several options in new and used cars that would be in my price range. After test driving a few, I had made my decision. Throughout the whole process Eric was finding the perfect loan for my situation. I am very grateful I came in that day and these two gentlemen changed my perspective on the stereotype. I love my used (new to me) car, it is everything I didn't know I needed!

We were in need of a newer/safer car before winter hit. We had done a lot of research on cars and dealers before being directed to BMG & Mike Eberle. We went in with the intention of looking at a Dodge Nitro but given my recent bankruptcy Mike steered us to a Chrysler 200 they had just gotten in that he felt would better fit our needs. Turns out it was exactly what we were looking for, right down to the color, options and within our budget. I believe they are a bunch of crooks. I have taken 2 vehicles to them on 2 separate occasions for diagnostics. First was a Jeep Liberty that was having intermittent problems with the battery going dead. They ran a diagnostic on it twice two weeks a part and both times they said there is no problem. Second was a Dodge Avenger that was dying out whenever it came to a stop. I had taken it to my mechanic and he said it was either the cam positioning sensor or the crank positioning sensor. I told this to Baraboo motors and they called me say it's contaminated oil and they wanted to due an oil change. Their report listed the 2 sensors but the oil problem was at the top of the list. So I said fine change the oil. Then I got a call saying that the car was still having the same problem and they had to run a second diagnostic test. When the test came back it read the cam sensor like we told them. I really think that with the Jeep they shouldn't have charged me for the tests since they couldn't come up with a problem. Especially since they saw for themselves the problem with the battery. With the Avenger I strongly feel they owe me a refund for one of the diagnostics because the problem was exactly what we said. I also think they owe me a refund on the oil change that didn't need to be done.They ripped me off and didn't even have the decency to have a respectful conversation with me regarding the charges. Nobody should EVER go to them they are thieves!!!!!

Having experienced a problem with my vehicle while in Baraboo I stopped in late in the afternoon. I was promptly and courteously treated. The problem was quickly diagnosed and explained. The lateness of the day made it impossible to complete the repair then, but extra effort was made to provide me with a loner so that I could get home and back. Brought my Ram in for a wheel bearing replacement. Fixed it fine. A day later there was a scraping sound like bad caliper or something with rotor on same wheel. Brought in and they fixed it no questions, no charge. A misshapen dust cover or had slipped out of place

I called Baraboo Motors and spoke to Samantha Faul to arrange for an oil change. At that time I also asked her if she would check the records to see if my car was due for any other procedures. My car is 7 years old with mileage just over 21,000 miles. She did as I asked and called me back the next day. She suggested that in addition to the oil change a tune-up and brake inspection would be advisable at this time. This seemed like a good idea to me so she set a date for service on Sept. 15th at 1 PM. My car received a thorough inspection by David Radtke and I was handed a bill for $188.05 instead of the original estimate of $637.00 for the work done. I had received a detailed report from Sarah Pate on all the work done on the vehicle.. I wish to express my appreciation to all involved for a job well done!!

When I went to look at a car Charlie came right down and introduced himself and told us the perks of the car I was looking at. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the vehicle and was easy to get along with especially when something didn't sound right he brought it to another person's attention and didn't just let it go and not worry about it. Richard stayed after closing on a Friday afternoon to allow us to test drive a vehicle when a mishap with our previous vehicle required an immediate replacement. After doing a dealer trade the new vehicle was delivered in 3 business days.Vehicle received was exactly what we wanted except for 1 minor detail. The radio was missing some features we thought we were receiving.I did score the price 3 stars only because as I went to Jeeps website I could build the exact car for $2000.00 less than the sticker price.

Bought a certified used car a few days ago. Charlie was very chill. He let use test drive a few different cars and gave his honest opinion on the vehicles we were looking at. We used a pre approval from our bank and the finance group took car of everything. Even slashed the price to make sure we got the best deal possible. Baraboo Motors Group is an awesome Dealership. Love their realistic "Human Side" of selling. They listen to the customer and sell them what the customer not only wants, but what their needs require. They tell you all the great things about a vehicle, but they also let you know the "downfalls" that may not fit into your lifestyle. The sales staff is not your typical "Hard Core" salesperson. They really LISTEN to the customer, his/her needs, wants, and lifestyle. Our salesperson, Charlie Simmons was absolutely awesome. He listened to what we wanted and needed in a vehicle. He listened and understood the handicaps that my husband has and we walked away with a really great car. We bought a used vehicle and I wanted a few things added. He immediately took care of that for me (roof rack rails, and a new cargo tie down clip in the back). I also mentioned that I wanted a cargo shade and Charlie got on the internet and called me to tell me what he had found, on his own time. When time to pick up the car, I not only had my roof rack rails installed and new cargo tie down installed, but he also had gotten his hands on a cargo shade and had it installed free for me. That kind of personal service does not go unnoticed. I most definitely will be recommending this dealership as well as our salesperson, Charlie Simmons to everyone we associate with. My husband and I could not be happier. Awesome job Charlie and to all in the dealership that support him and helped him to make our dream of owning a Jeep Grand Cherokee come true.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Baraboo Motors on my purchase of a 2012 Grand Cherokee. I dealt primarily with Mike Carney. I was very specific about what color and what amenities I needed for my new car. Mike found me exactly what I was looking for in a very short period of time. The price was good and he gave me a very fair trade in value for my old Jeep. After driving my new vehicle I discovered that the air conditioning did not work properly. They immediately scheduled it for service and gave me a loaner. The problem was fixed along with a few changes that I also wanted done. Overall what I can say about BMG is wow! Wife and I went to look at a pre owned vehicle, it wasnt what we expected so we declined politely. Our salesman asked in depth exactly what we looking for we told him and he said hed be right back and to our surprise he pulled up in exactly the jeep we were looking for. Now to financing, we meet talked about where we were comfortable on a payment plan and guess what there able to find us a lender willing to work with us in our budget and a very low percentage rate. Noticed a leak of some kind of fluid from my Chrysler Town & Country. I have never had any major repairs to a vehicle before so I was concerned. Initial thoughts were that there was a leak from a faulty transmission gasket. After Baraboo Motors was able to begin the repairs, they determined that a couple of interior parts to the transmission were faulty and the full repair was covered by warranty. I can't tell you how good that made me feel: not only did they repair my vehicle but they took care of me in an honest fashion. I am a loyal customer of Baraboo Motors Group and will remain so just because of this excellent treatment!

This is our third vehicle purchased from baraboo motors. We were quite pleased with our experience. We felt the financial manager really went above and beyond in helping to finalize our loan. The only negative part of our experience was in the detailing of the car itself. We did purchase a used car, but don't feel there should be food or loose change under the seats and sticky hand prints on the inside of the hatch. We also found the "robo" call thanking us for our purchase to be very impersonal. We will certainly consider baraboo motors in the purchase of our next car.

Baraboo Motors is definitely the place to purchase a new vehicle from. The showroom has great lighting, a friendly and clean atmosphere, and very welcoming! The staff is very friendly and professional from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave. During my visit, I worked with 3 wonderful, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Mike Carney was very helpful in locating a Dodge Journey and also pointed out a Dodge Durango they had on the lot. Mike's knowledge of the options each vehicle has is very impressive. Also, I love his personality. He is so charming and happy it makes it fun to work with him, unlike other sales professional. You can tell he definitely enjoys his job. After deciding on getting the Dodge Durango, we starting working with Pete Steinhauer as well. I know between the 2 of them, they gave me the best deal I could ask for. Pete is great and considers all reasonable offers I made between the price of the new Durango and the trade-in value of my Dodge Journey. Once we settled on price, I started working with Eric Johnson for financing. I knew this was going to be a stretch because of my credit score but Eric knew what he was doing and how to handle my situation. He got me the financing at a rate I was really happy with. All 3 of them are like having a prince charming at your side. I love all the help they gave me without the high pressure sale. I have purchased multiple vehicles through Baraboo Motors over the past 13 yrs. Just recently, my wife & I came across a used vehicle on a Saturday morning that we decided to purchase. The staff at Baraboo Motors were very polite and honest in all aspects regarding the vehicle we were considering. As we were finishing the purchase, they noticed something that needed to be fixed, that nobody had been aware of. It was a minor issue but they went out of their way that day to fix it, but it still remained. On the next business day, they promptly came and got the vehicle, completely fixed the issue and returned the vehicle to me at work. It was done in an extremely timely manner, at no cost to us. We were very impressed by their honesty and professionalism the day of the sale, but even more impressed by them after the sale! They honestly came through with everything that they said and more, and these days that is not easy to find anymore. First off, I want to say thank you to Bart and Rick over at Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep-Ram for the excellent service they provided. I went in expecting to be let down and I got the exact opposite. They worked with my girlfriend and myself throughout the day to make sure we could leave with a dependable, safe, and not to mention snazzy vehicle for our family. We originally wanted a used SUV but after doing some chatting it just wasn't in the cards. However, Bart turned us towards a brand-new, showroom floor 2015 Dodge Dart for the SAME PRICE with 150,000 less miles. My credit is nothing to write home about but Rick and Bart did some finagling, crunched some numbers, and came back with a reasonable solution to help put us in that Dart. Bart helped me initially find a car that fit what i was looking for only to have my bank turn down financing for it, debt to value ratio was too high for the amount of down payment i had. I thought that would be the end of it... but no, to my surprise Bart called a few minutes later and said they had another car they could make work for me. Well two weeks and four test drives later I am a happy buyer of a 2012 Chrysler 200 . In my 60 plus years I have purchased more than a few automobiles, I have worked for dealerships and I have never been in a store like this; very relaxed and professional. No hype! In this particular circumstance after having a phone conversation with Mr. Richard Beyer I traveled more than a hundred miles to look at a used vehicle and to my surprise and satisfaction the vehicle was as described. Maintenance records were provided and reviewed and I inspected the vehicle at my leisure with any questions or concerns answered. It should be noted that Richard Beyer if he was unable to answer a question had the integrity to say so and went so far as to pull a technician from the maintenance floor. As an aircraft maintenance technician myself I appreciated the time the technician took to explain the functions of systems I was unfamiliar with along with providing me with some maintenance tips. Will I do business with this dealership again? Yes.

We spent a night in the Dells on our way last month to the state bowling tournament.When we came out of the casino, our front passenger tire was VERY low. It had just been checked a week before the trip, and since it was late at night and nothing was open to help us, we filled it with air and hoped it would still have some air come morning. In the morning we took it to an auto service place that told us that we had driven over something and that it had ripped the inside of the wheel wall and that they did not carry our tire size so they sent us to another place as no one else was open yet. I started making calls on my cell and found after calling 4 other places, that NO one had our tire size and would have to order them and since it was Friday, it would not happen until early the next week. I called Baraboo Motors and talked with Samantha Faul who I again explained about our situation and she told me that she had 2 tires that were the correct size, but did not see how they could put them on our car because they were that busy that day. She directed us to her business over the phone and told us when we got there that they would also be able to put them on for us. In about one half our we had to 2 new tires on the front of our 2013 Dodge and were back on the road headed for the tournament that we were thinking we were not going to be able to make. We really appreciated all Samantha did help us get new tires and get them on and be on our way in such a short time. The business was very clean and comfortable and the staff, especially Samantha, were very helpful and friendly. We appreciate all they did that day to get us the tires we needed and to get them on our car so we could make it to Appleton for the long weekend of bowling tournaments. Baraboo Motors helped make our trip a good one. Thanks again for all you guys did so we could get back on the road and continue with our plans. We recommend this business and think that you will be as happy with them as we were.

It was a routine visit, with oil change and 16 point inspection, plus a wheel/tire problem to be fixed. The staff were very nice, responsive to my requests, and I used their free Wi Fi while waiting. The only unpleasant part is being charge $21 to look at the broken antenna and order a new base. Really? Did that take a half hour of labor?

We worked with Mike then and when I decided to get a newer Dodge Journey, I wouldn't go any place else. I knew I made the right decision the minute we walked in the door. Mike and Pete remembered us even after not seeing us for 2 years!! I knew exactly which Journey I wanted to purchase because I saw it on their website. We worked again with Mike and between him and Eric Johnson I got the best price for my trade in and the financing I was looking for. While vacationing in Mauston for Christmas, our minivan broke down. I walked to BMG on Saturday afternoon, and they called a tow company and had our van towed to them. The Service Department was not open until Monday (nothing was open - not even Enterprise Rental). They loaned us a service vehicle, so we could get back to our cabin. When we came in Monday to talk to Dave, he informed us that our transmission was completely gone. We made the decision to buy a new car to get home, rather than repairing our 13-yr old minivan. Everyone in that dealership was so kind and sympathetic to our unfortunate situation. We were allowed to look at all of the vehicles, and we were not pressured in any way to choose one car over another. They were ready to run numbers on any vehicle we chose. The team did their best to move quickly so we could be on our way. We are very happy with the level of service and compassion they showed us. We even had several laughs over football (Bears and Packers fans coming together!) I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the area. If you are vacationing in the area, and run into problems, you cannot ask for a better experience! Thanks from Chicago! I cannot single out just one person to thank, as this was a TEAM EFFORT!

I have been working with the Baraboo Motors group for quite a few years now. I originally bought a Jeep liberty new in 2004 and was very pleased with the service and the deal was awesome. I have been working with them on my repair work on most all of our vehicles and they never disappoint. Last year I bought a used 2004 Silverado from them and again exceptional. I worked with the service department for the maintenance. It came time to buy a new truck. Even though I have been a GM man most of my life the dealership stuck out and made me take a serious look at a Ram Truck. I am so glad I did. Once again they did not disappoint. It is amazing how comfortable the Ram is and how well it is set up to serve my needs. There is also certain benefits to working with a small home town dealership that you just don't find in a big mega dealer. Shopping for a car can be a real chore, especially with the internet lurking over your every move. I thankfully came across Baraboo Motors Group, after arm wrestling with several other dealers. Nathan Weyh (Nate) came out to greet me, Jimmy Johns could take lessons! While traveling out of town with two ten year olds and my wife I found that the headlights of our 2003 Chrysler Sebring would not turn on. Arriving at the dealership early the following morning I was greeted by service representative Frank Eveland. Frank immediately assessed the problem, checked the parts department for replacement parts, provided a timeline of repair (two hours) and estimate of cost. I was able to join the family for an afternoon of fun at a Wisconsin Dells water park and pick up the repaired car later in the afternoon. Stopped at a different dealership first, the sales person there was not willing to work within our budget limit. And tried to push us to go $1500.00 over what our budget would allow. NOT Happening!Stopped here and Charlie was great to work with straight forward and honest. He had no problems with our budget limit. Financing was a breeze. I have been working with the Baraboo Motors Group people since 2010, and I am yet to own a Chrysler vehicle. I purchsed a GM vehicle from another Chrysler dealer and purchased an extended warranty. After owning the vehicle for about 18 months it started to have a recurring problem. Nobody, not even two different GM dealers could figure it out but they just kept fixing it and eventually got it right, then my other vehicle started to have a recurring problem (maybe it's me) so I took it to them and this time they fixed it immediately. If possible each and every time they came up with a loaner vehicle for me. When the time came to buy another vehicle, I didn't go anywhere else. I told them, I want to buy from you and this is what I am looking for. Within a few weeks they had found what I was looking for... 18 days after I bought it the transmission failed. They replaced it no questions asked. You can't put a price on that kind of service and commitment to the customer. As long as these guys own BMG I will be buying all of my cars there. And quite frankly you should too.

We came to pick up the car 3 days after looking at it, which was Richards day off. He was there all smiles willing to help us out with anything else we needed! I have been working with the Baraboo Motors Group people since 2010, and I am yet to own a Chrysler vehicle. I purchsed a GM vehicle from another Chrysler dealer and purchased an extended warranty. After owning the vehicle for about 18 months it started to have a recurring problem. Nobody, not even two different GM dealers could figure it out but they just kept fixing it and eventually got it right, then my other vehicle started to have a recurring problem (maybe it's me) so I took it to them and this time they fixed it immediately. If possible each and every time they came up with a loaner vehicle for me.When the time came to buy another vehicle, I didn't go anywhere else. I told them, I want to buy from you and this is what I am looking for. Within a few weeks they had found what I was looking for... 18 days after I bought it the transmission failed. They replaced it no questions asked. You can't put a price on that kind of service and commitment to the customer. As long as these guys own BMG I will be buying all of my cars there. And quite frankly you should too.

I have never been successful in buying a vehicle in Baraboo even though I have lived here for over 20 years. The dealerships never had what I was looking for, their staff was not friendly/helpful or their prices were a lot higher than dealerships in the cities nearby like Reedsburg, Portage, Sauk City or Madison. I had been researching and looking at new SUV's for more than 9 months. My SUV at the time was going on 10 years old and 197,000 miles. I never had one day of problem with that SUV in those 10 years and was apprehensive about trading it in and getting something new. I had decided that I wanted a Jeep Patriot. I had test driven a few newer used ones at dealerships in Madison and in Sauk City. I really liked the way they handled. The sales staff said the 2014's would be coming in and I should wait and check one of those out. A lot of differences in the 2011, 2012 and 2013 Jeep Patriots compared to the 2014's. I was all set to fill out paperwork at the dealership in Sauk City for a 2014 Patriot and decided to hold off and try Baraboo Motors group. I had been hearing positive things since the ownership had changed hands. I liked the idea of shopping locally, being able to use a local garage for routine maintenance/repairs and access to a loaner vehicle if needed. I worked with Pete Steinhauer and Rick Schwandt (two of the owners) as well as sales person Mike Carney. Pete and Rick answered any questions I had. I was not pressured into buying anything. I felt a good connection with both of them and that is what I needed to find in buying a new vehicle. The 2007 Chrysler Van had even more features than what we were looking for. It did have all store and go seats that my husband really wanted so he didn't have to deal with taking seats in and out since his health can't take it any more. The features in the van that we didn't expect to find were DVD player, tape player and CD player which really was a surprise that it was all included since we come from a generation of tapes yet in our possession. After we got the van in our possession we did find a few minor things like the am part of the radio didn't work so we called them about that and when they got the part in my husband took it back and got everything taken care of the same day. Charlie Simmons was very friendly and very helpful along with Pete and Eric Johnson who wrote up the financial paperwork we were very pleased. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Stopped into the dealer late on a Saturday after seeing a Caravan on the internet that I wanted to investigate more. Was not really looking to purchase that day, but Charlie and Pete did take the time to come up with some rough numbers for me to ponder. I left their lot to look at another dealer and then decided to phone back Baraboo Motors to make an offer. It was after hours and they still answered the phone! We made the deal over the phone and I picked up the vehicle as promised the following week. No surprises. They also made good on some minor repair work we had discussed on the phone. After the parts arrived, their service center got me in promptly and completed the work in on day, saving me a 80 mile round trip. Overall, a very good experience

We were concerned that the Jeep Liberty was out of align. Service checked to make certain it was okay. It turned out we need new tires. We were NOT charged for the inspection service as they guaranteed their alignment work from a month ago.. Their computers were goofy, so the service rep will mail us all the tires that are on sale for the rest of the month in order that we get the best deal possible. He'll also review those he feels would be the best for our Jeep.

While they quoted me an "ok" price on a new vehicle, they were not going to give me anything on my trade which was a 2014 with only 4400 miles. I ended up buying a vehicle at another dealer that had more options for $1500 less than their best offer. Less money, more options.

I have always been a truck girl and knew I needed something more fuel efficient. I do not like small cars, had my heart sent on a Dodge Challenger ever since they came out. I looked for months, drove to 10+ dealerships and had the best experience with Nate at BMG. My biggest need was fuel efficiency and who would think that a Challenger would be fuel efficient, crazy right! Nate filled it up took it for a ride and called me with the good news, 23 MPG! For most people that doesn't sound good, but from what I went to 11MPG to 23MPG I was sold.

I spotted the Jeep that I purchased just by luck on a random car finder site and it was at Baraboo Motors. I immediately went to look at it. It was so new on the lot that it hadn't even been detailed yet from the previous owner. Charlie Simmons, a sales person, came up and asked if I would like to look at it even though it wasn't ready for sale quite yet. He grabbed the keys and we went for a test ride. On the test ride Charlie was explaining things about the Jeep and pretty much knew it inside and out. Very impressive! My wife and I ended up financing the Jeep and Charlie made sure it was in line to get detailed and checked over for the next day to pick up. After we picked it up, I noticed just 1 little thing that wasn't working correctly and got a hold of Charlie and he got it right back in to get checked and fixed! Very satisfied with the Jeep, Charlie and the service people! We will definitely be buying from Baraboo Motors again in the future!

I stopped in on a whim and left with a fantastic car the same day. Nate and Eric went above and beyond anything I could have expected. On top of the great service, they had put in about $2,000 worth of work on the car before selling it, including new brakes and tires. As the car was being cleaned up for me to take home, they found a chip in the windshield and are fixing it without a problem. I will definitely return for all servicing on my vehicle and purchases in the future.

The folks at this dealership, whether it be the sales people, the management, or the service department, always try to give a little extra to their customers. They do not take their customers for granted. In this transaction our salesman, Nate, worked hard to make sure we got the vehicle that suited our needs the best. Although the salesman (Nate) was very nice courteous and seemed to at some point had an ounce of honesty in him, this place is a joke! They have three owners,one in the service dept ,who does the "inspections" one in finance , who, by the way falsifies documents, and one who when confronted with the facts, that aren't in his favor ,hangs up on you. This place has been a nightmare to deal with. Each department covers for the other,not that you can expect more from a car dealer ,but one can hope. I was offered to correct the problems with the car I just bought,but when I told them my private mechanic found the problem and it may be a costly one,I was then quickly denied that repair and down came the iron gate and the legalities.Stand behind the vehicles they sell? Ha! Only if it can be covered with a Band-Aid long enough to get you off the lot. Buyer beware! Don't say you weren't warned.
