We were there just to explore our options and got out of there with a brand new car. James took the time to work with us, he was patient, attentive and work taking, all the time, our needs in consideration. He did not rush us while we were looking on different options. He was not working with other customers but us. He did not hesitate to act every time we requested a different options. Once we chose a car he continued to work to take us where we wanted to be regarding payments. It was late night when we took the decision and James decided to stay with us after hours until we completed the paper work. We were last the customer and he stayed until he saw us driving out in our new car. He called us next day to make sure we were satisfied and to make sure everything was ok regarding the new car. We are very impressed!

I can truly say we had an excellent experience at Barbera Auto Land due to the knowledge and experience of our salesperson, Sam Halwani. Sam took us inside to determine exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle, and then said "Wait here while I go pull one around on for you." Sam interpreted my words of luxury and technology conveniences expertly. We only pulled one more car because I had given him two color choices, and after looking I decided I wanted the other color. Sam has an expert and unique knowledge about vehicles. We really enjoyed talking and learning with him while never feeling pressured. We got the deal we wanted and even had a great time laughing with the finance guy which is rare. I would definitely suggest asking for Sam Halwani when visiting Barbera auto land. Whether you purchase a vehicle or not, you will have a great experience!

Sam Halwani was attentive and listened to all our concerns. He walked us through the process of determining the best vehicle for us without pushing us or leading us into something that we might not be interested in. When we had questions on specifications of each vehicle, he had the answers and allowed us the "space" to discuss and determine which way to proceed. This process we believe is important because if we would have felt pressured, we never would have bought a vehicle from Barbera Auto Land.

We were looking for the new Jeep at a fair price, no money down, lease. We went to another dealership and decided to give Barbera Autoland a call to see if they could beat the price, they guaranteed us they could so we headed over. We got a nicer model, no money down, and a great monthly payment with Sam Halwani. There was no haggling, he knew what I wanted as a Mom of 2, and he made it happen! The whole process took 2hrs from start to finish. This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Sam was very friendly and knowledgeable, I would recommend him and Barbera Autoland any day!

We actually were going to go to the Cherry Hill Dealership to look at Jeep Wranglers. Saw one I liked on the website for the Philly Dealership, so we went to check it out, not expecting to actually buy it in Philly (8% sales tax and all!). We were met by Andy, who was friendly and welcoming from the minute we stepped out of our car. He took us right to the Jeep I saw as well as other options they had on the lot. Got the keys and out for a test drive we went. Andy was so not a "car salesman", felt more like a friend, no pressure, no hype, and didn't try to sell us something outside of our price point. We felt he was looking out for us through the whole process. Got the history of the Jeep, Carfax report and worked out the price. They even let us take the Jeep to the bank to get the money (paid cash)! Came back about a half hour later, Jeep went to get detailed while we did the paper work with Jarvis (who is a sweetheart), 45 minutes later out the door with my Jeep!!! Will definitely be back to Barbera's, especially Andy for our next vehicle to replace my husband's. Highly recommend!!! FYI the bell ringing and handshaking and congratulations put them over the top!!!

John knew his stuff! I was a major pain in his rear end, but he stayed patient even tho i kept bothering him on the phone. We eventually worked out a deal we both thought was fair(though I feel like I made out) When I eent back to get the car he had everything ready and we got out of there quickly! Barbera was the third dealer we tried and I wish we came here first. I understand they need to make money but the other dealers we visited were really pouring on the sales tactics and putting pressure to steer us toward what they wanted to sell not what we wanted to buy. Went in to look at Ram trucks. First off the dealership is like a bee hive and incredibly intimidating, as salesman are all running around, talking with each other and starring at you, but I worked with Manny on the deal and he was very helpful, polite, and professional. He did what he could so he asked his manager to step in and talk to me. He offered me almost three grand less than other dealers for my Trade and was not willing to try anything else. I left there after about three hours of time wasted feeling like I did something wrong. Manny is great, but the dealership is not.

Seems to be a very busy, high volume dealership. They did have the truck I was looking for listed at a fair price, in very nice condition. So far so good. Would have appreciated more on my trade-in but they worked with me to help get the price down a little - I was looking for a better deal to pay for it in cash (which I was prepared to do). I did do financing on the spot to get the truck which was slightly over my budget, and am not dissatisfied with the overall process. There was a lot of waiting involved, and with two kids there that part is kind of excruciating, but I believe the dealership was trying their best to move things along. The guy handling the finances was having some difficulty getting their system to reflect the cash out the door price we agreed to, and it took some intervention by their management to get the numbers corrected before I signed the order. The only real complaint I had is that there were a lot of "handoffs" from working with the sales guy to working with the finance guy to finalize the deal, and when the numbers I agreed to with the sales guy didn't jive with the numbers the finance guy had, it was rather frustrating. Would have been nice to work with one primary rep throughout the process.

Came in to see a Subaru Outback that I had seen on line. I was greeted by Mr. Silver outside explanated what I was interested in. He retrived the car and I test drove it. I told him I needed some time to think about it and he was very patient. A couple of days later I contacted him and advised him that I was ready to purchase the car. John is amazing. I bought my second car from him on Wednesday and the experience was great as usual. Most sales associates either look for volume (in and out with poor customer service) or value (stick you with the highest priced car to get the commission). What you'll find with John is that he treats all of his customers the same. You tell him how you want it to work and what you need and he'll make it happen. He treats you like family and when you leave you have no doubt that you got the best deal possible. I have to admit that this time around I had some issues because our schedules didn't line up and I had to deal with somebody else at first. That experience definitely was not positive, but soon as I got to talk to John he got me what I needed & got me out of there before rush hour.If you need a good deal, just ask for John... he will not disappoint.

Bought a BRAND NEW 2016 Dodge Durango on July 12, 2016. The model we bought has the 8.4 uconnect package in it. The dealer Jim Burke, told us that this radio has everything In it, including backup camera. Come to find out after we had it home, it didn't have a navigation system in it. Fast forward to today, they called my wife to ask how our purchase was, when my wife explained her displeasure to Jim, he hung up on her after saying "I don't make mistakes like that!" So we went to the dealer to confront him and he called us both liars. We will NEVER step into that place again. If you are thinking about buying a car or truck, I suggest you use somewhere else. The truck is beautiful this is not Dodges fault. But if you don't want to be lied to or insulted, definitely go somewhere else

After spending an hour at the dealership trying to simply get a price on a vehicle and test driving the one I wanted only to find it making a loud rumbling sound in idle, the car screaming LEMON. After my carsaleman, Jim, talks me into considering a different one, both men refused to give me a firm price on the car. When I directly asked this man why I would not be given a price, I saw that they had deemed me "not serious" and determined that I was not interested in buying a car. Not one man could make eye contact with me and spoke to me while looking at his computer screen. I asked the other two managers if they would give me a price and they all sat quietly avoiding eye contact. If you have done your homework, gotten prices and want direct answers and can bargain intelligently ,DO NOT use this dealership or manger ESPECIALLy if you are a woman. The worst customer service I have ever received. This happened last night after the Internet salesman Arthur told me he would give me a price if I drive down. Shameful

Brought my car in for warranty repairs get it back and now the key fob has to be pushed several times to unlock doors and it won't lock passenger side door ( hit or miss with unlocking also). Bring it back and was told it has nothing to with the warranty work done but we'll charge you a hundred and nine fifty to check it out. Next car will be a ford!!!!!!!!!

I put an cosigner application on Saturday and had to keep calling him for updates. He said that he needed to finish my application on Monday. I've never heard back from him. The salesman Rich was respectful, courteous, and very informative, it was such a pressure free experience, and he made the process fun. Let me start by saying Bruce Horner is the best car salesman we have met! He is a people person, professional and respectful to the customer's needs. He took the time to get know us and understand what we were looking for since we came all the way from NJ in the rain!!! We are extremely happy that we were able to "Make a Deal" at Barbera's and while the sales manager Dave Hamilton didn't negotiate with us at first (he came off as arrogant to us which was a huge turn off) he did however come back out to get us and said that he got approval to make the deal. We reconsidered and came back. I'm really not sure why David had to get involved in the first place! Regarding the environment at Barbera's, it has a family feel, when a deal is made the bell rings and your names are announced along with the car you purchased-everyone stops by to congratulate you!We are happy with our new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland! My wife and I had our kids with us, and they brought out coloring books, snacks, etc. They were extremely knowledgable about the vehicles we were interested in, and were upfront and straightforward about the pricing. We couldn't be happier with our experience. We will definitely be repeat customers at Barbera's in the future.

Just leased a dodge journey last week. After knowing i could pay less at another dealer we liked the one barbarra had it was the right color something i care less about but wife really liked it. No problem. After a bit they knocked another 10 bucks per month off lease payment. We were there several hours it got really late signed papers pick up next day. The journey is very nice but 2 days later i look over paper work i see 30000 miles at end of lease all i ever wanted was 36000 miles at endvthey switched it . Now i am paying about 15 bucks more a month than reedman wanted for 36000 miles at end. After calling of course salse man knows nothing about it have to talk to someone else. He claims of i go over 30000 miles a bit they wont charge 25 cents a mile i find this hard to believe. The whole transaction is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I also doubt i will go over the 30000 miles but feel i am paying for the higher milage. I even asked sales man to get them to throw in extra oil changes to make up for it but of course he cant do that. Reedmantoll had a 39 month lease Barbara acted as if I was over paying and would be charged at end of lease for it. Acted like the 3 more months but failed to understand I would have the auto for those 3 months at same price. Willing to bet that at end of my 36 month lease my payment will be higher. Got screwed in first lease of a different vehicle this my second lease it's looking like 2 for 2 won't know for sure till 3 years pass.I would definatly look at reedman and david dodge they were both a bit lower in price only choose barbarra due to living nearby. Will shop better next time

Color was great, my husband liked all the room inside and it rides like a dream. Bob was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and got us a fantastic deal! The atmosphere while you're waiting to go through all the paperwork is very comfortable; they bring you a drink and the snack(s) of your choice. Purchase was great sales staff worked hard to get a deal done but service since has left a lot to be desired. Have taken car back for all service but always seem to have an issue. Recently received a mailer how they wanted my car and offered free oil change and lube if I came in for an appraisal. It says to call Bob Johnson by 2/29 since car is due for oil change figured would call to set it up and see what they have to offer. Called them to get transferred and put on hold 6 times before someone finally says just bring car down if we have opening we will do the oil change. Really? You sent me the mailer you want my business but can't take the time to schedule an appointment? This was last straw I have finally had it with with being treated like they are doing me a favor! You don't want my business don't ask for it! Bye Bye Barbera won't be bringing my car back!

The customer service in the service department is terrible. They are rude and not welcoming. The service advisor could not tell me what they did to fix my problem. She just read the codes from the paperwork. She would not explain what they meant. I had to wait behind 5 people to drop the car off.

Contacted by Internet through Costco car program. Stephanie was very slow to respond if at all and apparently can't read either because she did not answer any of my questions. I had to go into the dealer to talk to a salesman and the jeep I was looking at and promised was available was sold day before. Long story short, I tried rhem again for another vehicle and got her again and this time she wouldn't even respond. I called in, got a callback from a salesman for more info, called back and never heard from them again. I called twice more, no return anything.

Today I had service for my 2014 Dodge Challenger; I have never had any problems with Service in the past. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Today after an Oil Change "Only" on the car the Man who brought my car out was very rude. Before I had a chance to get in the car he stated "How I was speeding when I can up to the service area and that there are children here, etc." (Which there were not). He kept rambling on about my driving. This I found is extremely inappropriate for a dealership and if I had been a man, he would not have said this to me at all. Not to mention embarrassing.Therefore, I am having second thoughts about dealing with this Dealership again. If I am going to be lectured too I will go elsewhere. This I feel is a reflection on Barbera as a dealership. Perhaps they need psychological evals on their employees.

I came in to have a remote start installed in my car. They called me 4 hrs later and told me the car was ready for pick up. Drove there to pick up my car and they could not find my keys!!! Told me to go home and get my spare set.(I told them they will not work it is a whole new system with remote start)Came back with the spare set and what do you know they did not work. Hmm I would think someone working on cars would know that the old keys wouldn't work. Was told oh well your beat til Monday. It was a Saturday, I had to move my son in college that day and work on Monday morning(I work in Jersey). Asked to speak to a manager and the guy came and told us he was the manager(LIE) he was not. Finally a sales manager came out(very nice guy) and least someone was listening and cared. Gave us the name of the service manager and to call him Monday morning. We called they found the keys and would drive the car to me. I said ok but what are you going to do for my aggravation. The VP Art is an xxx!!! Told me you have your car back so shut up and then hung up on me. I buy a car from here every 2-3 years and have never had an experience like this. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER EVER AGAIN!! WILL BE FINDING A NEW CAR DEALER TO DEAL WITH!!!

I'm a 19 year old receptionist who makes about $1,600 a month. I'm paying close to $1,200 in car payments and insurance. This man had no remorse. I came into Barbera Autoland looking for a Caravan. They had several listed on their website and NONE on the lot. I worked with a sales person who was nice enough. He showed me everything but what I asked for. I was so disappointed. I came in with a trade, money down, and decent credit. I was able to get Chrysler financing for everything but what I asked for. I just don't think they wanted to sell me a vehicle. They kept trying to push a lease. I wanted to purchase. I asked for a van. They showed me a Jeep and a Journey. Then I get a call from the sales person 5 days after I left the dealership, saying, 'We may have something that works for you in transit if you are interested'...Umm, no. I went to another Dodge Dealer and bought my brand new Dodge Caravan. And there is no way I would go back to that dealership. I drove more than an hour and they acted like they couldn't sell me what I asked for.. Why would I trust that something was truly in transit. You can't believe their website. What a mess!

Made an appointment for a recall on my Jeep. The paperwork on the recall notice stated the fix would take a 1/2 hr. When we called to make the appointment, we were told 1 hr. When I arrived, Carla asked if I had a ride because the appointment would take 3 hours. When I explained the amount of time I was told it would take, she gestured around to indicate that they were very busy and it would take 3 hours. My entire exchange with her was rude, she frequently interrupted me, and rolled her eyes at me. I will be finding another dealer to work on my car from now on. Barbera deserves not one cent of my money on service.

I have to be honest and start off by saying when I first thought about buying a car from Gary Barbera's I was extremely weary as I heard a lot of horrible things but from the moment we walked in we and were greeted by Ed Rouda we were treated with nothing but respect and great customer service. It wasn't the fake kind either it was more the I want to help type of attitude. I was a little embarrassed because of my credit but Ed made me feel extremely comfortable and kept reassuring me not to be embarrassed. Let's just say I came in looking to buy a jeep and went from,Jeep to Dodge then back to jeep then back to Dodge :) I kept apologizing to Ed but he kept saying," Listen, don't apologize take as long as you want this car is something you need to be 100% comfortable in this vehicle." That right there was what had me buy from Gary Barbera's. That type of attitude was nothing like the attitude I had received in the past from other dealers who rushed me and pressured me into buying. We went to Barbera for a Jeep Wrangler. Just sitting there waiting for a sales person was truly an experience in ways that people should not conduct business. I witnessed people trading in vehicles that weren't paid off; and thought to myself, "gee, do these people realize that despite the fact the monthly payments may be lower -- they are pver-paying for a vehicle." One couple traded in two cars for one car. Does something not seem right to you about that situation? This is a high pressure sales game these people play. They do not want you to walk out without completing a credit application or purchasing a vehicle. Their focus is "low monthly payments" despite the length in years on the auto loan. We were pressured to provide Personal Identifiable Information -- i.e., SSN, Drivers License information and so on. We refused. There is NO privacy until you are shuttled to the finance person, in which case you have already purchased the car and they are reeling you in for your final dollars. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. When people asked us did you go to Barbera -- because they advertisements they run say the lowest price; we advised that we did and we will not purchase a vehicle from this dealer at all. Their tactics need to be reviewed. While we did not experience fraud, their business practices need to be reviewed by the Automotive Manufacturers they represent.

Me and my fiancee went here in search of a car either used or new. we fell in love with a brand new dodge avenger. after a test drive we were told we got approved but would need 1,000 down. We came back 2 days later with the money. After hours bryan tells use we can get this chrysler 2005. I asked him what happened to the offer we were told we would get and he blamed the fiance manager. I was only there to co sign as i didnt have a license and a care to drive. After like 5 hours there and when its time to do the paperwork he tells us that he put the car in my name and that was the only way to get it done. I was furious he wasted too much of our time and didnt give us what we wanted. We take the car in my name and had to pay extra money for insurance as progressive was the only ones that would insure me without a license. The whole exeperience was the worst. My sister was going to go here and i steered her away. I wouldnt recommend this place. I know its their living to sell cars but it isnt right to lie to people to do so.The staff was nice and welcoming when we walked in and we were offered snacks and drinks. Bring a meal as you will be there for hours.

I enquirer about a 2008 dodge viper for sale on the internet. I first talked to the sales manager.very helpful. He then sent me to the VIPER expert. We made a deal. They took a $1000.00 deposit over the phone. He said he mailed me a receipt. This all took place about 2:30 Friday afternoon. I contacted the VIPER expert on Saturday about transport co.he said he would give it to me on Monday when I called to get an account number and routing number to wire the payment. Monday morning I called to get the numbers for payment. The VIPER expert informed me the owner did not want to sell the vehicle out of state(why was it on the internet)? I then called back to the sales mgr. His story was the owner had a friend with the eagles that he had promised it to. I explained that we had a contract and money was taken for a deposit. Gen mgr (managing partner) said he was sorry but that was all I was getting out of them..no one would give me the owners phone number. For these reasons I would not recommend this dealership! Also I live in Oklahoma.

The overall sales experience was pretty pleasant. I come from Roxborough where Barbera's was originally located and to say the least does not have a very good reputation. I only decided to come over to the new location upon learning that it is no longer owned by Gary Barbera. I was hesitant at first but they told me things were different now so I gave it a shot. I wound up trading my truck in for a new 2014 RAM with the 3.6L V6 and it is great! I already almost doubled my gas mileage that I was getting with my 5.7L Hemi and I don't feel like I am sacrificing any power, It actually seems to have more "get up and go" then the Hemi!! Overall everyone that I dealt with during my sales experience were very nice and helpful.

Returning my vehicle with that nearly-showroom shine, inside and out was really nice. I brought it in during the worst of the winter weather, encrusted with salt all over, and got it back looking almost like it had been detailed. I brought it in for repairs and got it back better than repaired. That may be a minor touch to my $2000 repair, but it was much appreciated and shows true attention to detail in customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Barbera's.Autoland. From when I entered an inquiry online about a vehicle, to being greeted when I entered the facility, to meeting with the product specialist and meeting with the finance person, I had really good experience in buying my truck. Everyone was helpful and friendly. John Pagano was who I worked with on reviewing what I wanted, test driving and providing pricing. John went out of his way to see exactly what I wanted. Then when I was ready to purchase the truck I mentioned the truck that I had originally inquired on was not available. He drove me over to thier warehouse. We walked through and found the exact model, type and color of truck that I had originally wanted. I never felt pressured and feel that I was offered a decent price.

I made an internet inquiry to see a 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland Edition with V6. I spoke with Pete Shelton on the phone and upon my arrival he handed me over to Bryan Bell. Bryan started out well, working diligently to pull the vehicle out of a tight spot where obstacles were in the way. However, once on the test drive he seemed completely disinterested in my wife and I as customers. He did not talk much about the vehicle or appear to be interested in "selling" it. After our test drive Bryan shared about the vehicle and showed me the engine, to my surprise, it was a v8 HEMI, which is not what I requested to see. I was told that it didn't make sense to get a V6 Overland model because it was too heavy for the engine. I was also told that the gas mileage was only a few gallons difference and if I wasn't going to get a V8 because of a few gallons, I shouldn't be shopping for a Cherokee. I test drove a V6 model and when we returned Bryan asked me what my next steps were and I said, I'd like to see the numbers re: payment. He stopped and said, "Are you buying my car today?" I was taken aback as I didn't know I had to decide to buy the car before seeing what payments look like and I was not going to be pressured into saying "yes". He then told me that he did not get paid by the hour. The basic message I was getting was, commit to buying my car because I don't want to waste my time running numbers if you're not going to purchase it today. After sitting at his desk and waiting for him to return for 15 minutes, he comes back and says, "If you were buying this car, we would work with you on the numbers, but . . . (as he hands be his business card) call me when you're ready to buy." I was shocked . . . we were asked to sit at his desk and he apparently decided we were not important enough to spend the extra 10 minutes to see what payments would look like for us. I was flabbergasted and my wife and I were both offended. Bryan told us he was gone for such a long time because his manager told him to see another customer. So we left Barbera's dealership. This is by far the worst buying experience I've ever had. Bryan was a bit disrespectful after our test drive and he also gave bad information regarding the V6 versus V8 models. To tell a customer that you don't get paid by the hour is ridiculous . . . We went to Reedman-Toll dealership in Langhorne and we were treated with MUCH more respect and dignity. Having said that, we will be picking up our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland edition tomorrow afternoon. Unfortunately, Bryan's attitude and lack of customer service lost this sale for Barbera. I hope someone reads this and actually addresses the issue. I very rarely write these "reviews" but what happened yesterday was unacceptable for someone who is in the business of working with customers.

I will try to keep this short. I contacted Barbera online and spoke to a man named Pete Shelton about a 2014 Overland (V6) Grand Cherokee. Upon my arrival I was handed over to a man named Bryan Bell. After spending about 15 minutes to pull the car out of a tight spot, which I appreciate, as there were obstacles in the way, we went for a test drive. Bryan seemed disinterested in engaging my wife and I in a dialogue about the vehicle. We had to prompt him with questions and probe for additional info. After we returned, he showed me the engine, which was a V8 HEMI (not what I asked to drive). I told him I was not interested in a V8 and he told me that the Overland was too heavy for a V6 and he didn't understand why Jeep would even offer a V6 in the Overland edition. I was also told buying a V6 would basically be a waste and the V8 is the way to go. Since the Overland edition is only 109 lbs more than the Limited, I didn't see Bryan's point, but we test drove a Limited to see how it rode. Upon our return he asked what I wanted to do and I said I'd like to see the numbers on the car as far as payment is concerned. He responded by saying, "Look, are you buying my car today?" I was shocked and didn't know how to respond . . . I told him I needed to see how much it would cost. He then told me, "Well, we don't get paid by the hour." As we entered the dealership, I felt disrespected but I tried to be patient to wait on the numbers. He told us he would be back shortly and left us at his desk. After 15 minutes he returned and said, "Look, if you want to buy the vehicle, we can work with you on the numbers, but until then (as he hands over his business card), call me when you're ready to buy." I thought to myself, how disrespectful to have us waiting for 15 minutes and you haven't even gotten a brochure or told us the price of the car. We left the dealership . . . I am utterly and completely floored at the service we received. What customer can say, "I am buying this car", especially after their first visit, without seeing the numbers at all? I did not appreciate the comment about not getting paid by the hour . . . I'm sure Bryan is a nice person, but during our visit, he was rude, presumptuous and he lost a sale for Barbera. I went to the Reedman-Toll dealership in Langhorne, later yesterday evening and met a nice gentlemen who allowed us to test drive the vehicle I requested and without argument, he ran the numbers and met me where I wanted to be . . . I pick up my 2014 (V6) Overland Grand Cherokee tomorrow evening. I hope this review helps Barbera to address this situation effectively as to avoid other customers running into the same scenario. Thank you.

The entire experience at Barberas was great. My salesman, Joe Kerrigan was awesome. He was very knowledgeable with respect to the vehicle and its features, he was very professional, and was more about getting me the best deal and finding the vehicle that was right for me rather than just making the sale. The sales manager Frank Barros was also very personable, professional, and offered me a great deal. Barberas had the best pricing out of the 5 Jeep dealerships I visited by far. And Sheena Riley in the finance department was also awesome, I went in with a loan secured from my bank, and what I thought was a great APR and she was able to find me and even better rate. The entire process was streamlined and efficient and I was totally satisfied with everyone I dealt with at Barberas, and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle!!! And by the way I love my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee!

He also alerted me to Dodge's commercial van advertising rebate.As a new customer I have one suggestion in making the experience better: stop the fanfare when the deal is complete. It was both embarrassing and patronizing for John (my salesperson) to make an announcement on the PA system and have every salesperson shake my hand and congratulate me on the sale.

From the moment I ordered the car, my salesman, John Pagano, kept me up to date on the status & the anticipated delivery. He followed up on a regular bases. The purchase process was very streamlined & he personally handled the trade-in process & moved "everything" into my new vehicle. My new Jeep was delivered freshly washed & all window stickers removed. He then spent about 20 -30 minutes going over all the features & buttons in the car. He helped me pair my 2 phones w/ the U-Connect system so I was able to get back on the road & not miss a beat from my old car's routine.

Let me tell you something about, Marc Buschel. First of all I'm 59 years old, and I always had a bad experience with car salesman. Then three days ago I met Marc from Barbera's Autoland . Marc was able to answer all my questions that I had for him without hesitation, because there was a few things I looked up when I got home, because I forgot some of the answers. When I looked them up and saw the answer to the two questions I asked him. He made my wife and I so comfortable the time flew bye! Mark is very friendly "out of the gate"', also The Man has integrity, very smart and also he is a computer whiz! He made us feel like family! The reason I say that, he reminded me of an uncle I use to have! When I don't understand something I have been calling him on the phone and when I told him I feel bad for calling so much, he simply put mind to rest about that! I have never ever felt like this in all the years in buying cars! Marc is a great guy, he loves people and it shows! I will never deal with anyone else ever again! Gary Barbera's Autoland Gary Barbera and Dodge intergrityGary Barbera use to be a car dealer that negotiated in good faith but they have lost that integrity today. We have purchased many vehicles from Gary Barbera in the past so when my son and daughter wanted to look for new cars I took them to Gary Barbera's Autoland. After a test drive my daughter was not set on the car she wanted and wanted to come back another time to test drive other vehicles. My son was ready to negotiate. After about an hour and a half my son negotiated a price of $24,097 with Dave Hamilton. We tried to get the price lower but Dave said "That was it" and even wrote, underlined, and exclaimed this on the negotiation sheet. Purchasing a new vehicle is a big decision and my son was not sure if he should buy the car at that price so he decided to leave. When leaving we were told to think about it and to let them know if we change our mind. After a few hours of thinking about it my son decided to accept the offer so we went back to Gary Barbera. When we got there we were told to wait. When Dave finally came over he said the price is now $25,297! That's $1,200 more than the negotiated price. To our surprise Dave said there was no way he could go lower. When ask about the price quote earlier he refused to acknowledge his hand writing on the offer sheet he presented to us. He claimed we were confused. The only thing we were confused about was in trusting the Gary Barbera name as a reputable dealer in the Philadelphia area. I am not sure if all dodge dealers are negating like this but to me this is far from Good Faith Negotiation. This has definitely swayed me away from Gary Barbera and has left a negative feeling for the Dodge/Chrysler brand. The Gary Barbera slogan should be "Is Gary Barbera the best? I wasn't impressed!"

His boss called me to bring in the car that was sold to me, and compare it to the stock number I wanted.*****************what did you just say, cause that is impossible it is sold to a someone before I bought mine. The Boss say that isn't true, and he is sorry the salesman lied. I have been complaining to everyone, so that this same thing doesn't keep happening to other that come in and are looking for their dream vehicle, and what the dealership thinks you need. Buyers beware they are liars here. Today i was told that i was giving free fabric coating and paint sealant. with in two minutes he changes it to we gave you 2900 off which was the fabric coating, next week it will be the brakes.One thing that they will also tell you is items installed at the dealership, and are on the window. They are not installed, until you agree to pay extra.This place is a scam The salesman had to give the the different car, as it was on the lot longer by a month.GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING BEFORE YOU SIGN. IF THEY TELL YOU IT COMES WITH TIRES, GET THAT IN WRITING. THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF EVERYTHING.The boss tells me we gave you a car for $2900 of sticker, and a $2000 discount. The window sticker was 31878 we put $5000 down and the final price was 316000.00 We paid every dime for that car, even with their discounts removed.Best of luck I hope our salesman get fired he was so lazy.

Brought a challenger great car waited three hours ready to leave with the car and they it was not the one i pay for. The one i was about to drive away he said was $1000.00 more. Already had heart set on that car so went back in side to redo paper work 30 minutes later and $1000.00 more and i had the car of my dreams love the car. But felt i was taken for a ride. had the car two months engine light on only has 800 miles on it so will call and take it all the way up there see whats wrong. also decal on console is coming off

Had a horrible experience at this dealership.. came in to purchase a car cash..Test drove the car for 20 really couldn't get a feel 4 it..plus my wife wanted to see the car and was unavalible that day. .So I called Monday and spoke to the sales manager Bob explained that I would like to get a feel 4 the car and before I spend 28,000 on a car would it be to much to ask to keep the car out a few hours. He agreed that was fine. .I show up to the dealership as agreed n then I'm told no you drove it for 20 mins that's enough time to see if u want the car or not

We went to Barbera's after a poor experience from another local dealer. When we arrived, we were greeted by Sheldon Price who was the friendliest no pressure salesman we have ever encountered. He was sincere, really listened to us and found the best car that had all the features we were looking for and then some. Sheldon made us feel very comfortable during the entire sales process, After the sale, Sheldon called us to ask if we were satisfied with our car and if we had any questions. This made us feel we would receive support from the Barbera dealership even after the sale was completed. Just one week later a friend wrecked his car and was looking for another car. We gave him Sheldon's contact information and recommended that he go to Barbera's Autoland. Sheldon Price is a great saleman and an even better person. We are sold on Barbera's Autoland!

We purchased our Jeep back in October of last year and were very disatisfied with being mislead on the price of the vehicle from online. After purchasing the vehicle and receiving an email asking for a review we gladly explained our experience in a review we had held back from writing for several months in hopes the dealership would make right on the situation. We gladly received a post attached to our review stating they would like to take care of problem and make the customer happy, unfortunately this could not have been further from the truth. We received a call concerning the experience we had from management at the dealership who stated they will take care of the error and submit a refund for the incorrect sales price of the vehicle. Finally we could feel good about the purchase and the dealership in general taking care of their customer. Months of calling and questioning the status of the refund we were told the check was lost in the mail, check was not processed, and we do not do refunds, all while management is stating otherwise. Months later we finally received a check dated over 120 days prior and it DID NOT clear at the bank. So we unfortunately are back to making numerous calls weekly and again several months later we are truly getting nowhere. I am sure we will recieve call and post on this review so it looks to the readers that this is being corrected as Barbera did on the last review, however as we all know looks can be deceiving. In coming from a customer based industry myself I understand reviews and I do not enjoy having to explain my experience, however I am truly concerned this may never be resolved or may happen to other customers. I can hope to eventually post that Barbera has a truly satisfied customer.

I went to Barbera's and wanted to write a review on how extraordinary they are in dealing with their customers. I went to a couple of Dodge dealerships in the area and still drove an hour based on a price I was given over the phone. When I got there, I was pleased to see that all of my information was ready and the price was actually lower than what was quoted. Jarvis was the salesperson and spent a good amount of time answering all of my questions. Then, Will worked out the finances and again took the time to ensure all of my questions were answered. What surprised me most was that after making the purchase, Jarvis stayed with me rather than going to other customers. He made sure that the car was ready and all of my paperwork was complete. I can't speak highly enough of how professional the people are at Barbera's. The best part is that their price was a thousands lower than any of the other 5+ dealers I called in the area! I highly recommend Barbera's and thank them for helping me with my car purchase!

Because I was not buying a new car like alot of the people who were there and because I was financing throught my credit union it seemed like I was being overlooked and pushed to the back. I waited for a couple of hours talked with two people who bpth tries to convince to my finance with Barberas (very presurring and annoying) and each time they walked away and went to help other people who were purchasing new cars. Ive been to Barberas in the past which is why I came there again but that will be my last time.

The Sales side was ok, Will was good. Once the financial side took over, 4.5 hours later, it became an entirely different story. This was my second purchase from G.B. but I can not say for certain that I could be a repeat customer or a service customer either. I felt betrayed, and left out of the communication loop which caused me to make a completely different financial decision with only moments to think about it an hour after they closed, and pushed along by the Finance Manger telling me "either you buy the car, or your don't buy but I have three other people waiting for me."

I've bought lots of cars. I enjoy it. I shop for friends and family as well. The hardest part of that process is finding a good salesman. I can save you a ton of trouble, go to Barberra and talk to John Pagano. Lets face it, there's a stigma associated with sales, it's usually due to high pressure tactics by car salesman. As a salesman myself ina totally different industry it gets attached to me as well...I hate that, I'm a great salesman. Why? Because when I tell my customer I'm working for them I mean it. John means it too.

They did not pressure me into buying the car. They didn't say this deal is only for today. They were constantly stopping over to make sure I didn't need anything. The Finance manager also didn't pressure me into buying any extras. WHen I said I didn't want any she moved on and finialized the deal. It was a great experience.

I went into the dealership looking for a 2013 4 door jeep wrangler. Terrance was very nice and helpful as well as knowledgable about the wrangler we were looking at. We did not buy the vehicle that day. We left and went to shop at some other dealerships but came back and bought the jeep from Terrance because of how nicely we were treated by him. Will was friendly and worked hard right from the get-go. I stopped in to look at a Wrangler that was comparable to another Wrangler being offered by Reedman Toll. Will was patient as I was on the phone with my salesman over at Reedman and always came back with better counteroffers. After some going back and forth, Frank came over and once again and gave a better offer, putting the final nail in the coffin for Reedman Toll. I have to admit I was skeptical at first with coming to this dealership after hearing some bad reviews and other horror stories from some friends and acquaintances but after the experience my mother and me had with Will and Frank, I will not have any bad things to say and will definitely recommend them and the rest of the Gary Barbera team to anyone I know looking for their next vehicle!On a side note, all the people I worked with were: Will, Frank and Sheena. I'd like to say that they all deserve the prize of a weekend off in the contest you guys are having. I had come in to get my truck inspected at the service department on a Saturday morning and had forgotten my registration card and could not get my truck inspected. In trying to figure out what to do, Will had come over to see if I needed help. I explained my situation and Will had helped me print out the proper documentation that I needed so I did not have to drive all the way home to get it. In talking with Will, I had mentioned that my lease was almost up on my truck and that I will be getting a new car soon. As I had some time while my truck was in service, Will had taken the time with me to go over my options and start the process of getting into a new car. With no pressure and in a very conversational manner, we had agreed on a deal for a brand new Charger in which I am very happy with. Will worked hard to make sure I got the car that I wanted and treated me with great customer service along the way. It has been a few weeks since my purchase and Will has touched base with me a few times to make sure everything is going well and if need anything. It means a lot to have the "after the sale" customer service that Will has provided and will definitely dictate where I go for my future vehicles. Worst car buying experience of our life. Our salesman, Mark bruschal was very unfriendly and rude. The paperwork took a good 3 hours. The car had no gas upon leaving the dealership with it. The first week we had the car we got about 50, yes 50 phone calls thanking us for our purchase. Then they started calling about how they messed up our paperwork. Our salesman started then to harass my mother in law, she was a reference for the credit company not the dealership. They call her everyday. Our car that we just bought the check engine light has come on 6 times, and feels like something is slipping while driving. Biggest piece of junk ever. Since they messed up the paperwork they are threatening to report the car stolen. Please buyer beware, go somewhere else! Its all to good to be true, obviously.

After spending a few months looking and researching a new Jeep, we had found the perfect one while talking with Carl. We drove three hours to the dealership and we were in contact with our on line sales man Carl stating we were traveling down to hopefully purchase the jeep. The sales price we received from him and online was not the same as what we were given at the time of arrival at the dealership. There was a $2000.00 difference in the price of the vehicle from online to the price at the dealership as well as the price of our trade was not the same as given by Carl. When we arrived we proved to the salesman that the price was as we stated on line. But were still not given the price of the jeep and our trade. We were told they had been in contact with our internet salesman Carl and who stated a price was never given to us, which was a lie since Carl contacted us a few days later to see how we liked the jeep and he stated that no one had contacted him regarding us purchasing the jeep. We would not have traveled 3 hours to a dealership to purchase a vehicle without getting all the information and numbers first when there are jeep dealerships in our area. We were concerned the deal was too good to be true while traveling to the dealership and unfortunately it turned out to be just that. So after spending 6 hours yes thats right 6 HOURS at the dealership we left with our jeep and a wasted day of traveling for a price and deal we had previously been offered at our local dealership. So if you are thinking of traveling far to the Barbera dealership please think again, it would seem they will say whats needed to get a customer to the dealership and not hold up to it. We have been in contact with the dealership who has stated they are trying to make right by our expereince with them yet we have seen nothing nor even gotten a phone call back. We have repeatedly asked for the contact information for the owner as well and have not been provided that either. We are repeated asked where we bought our Jeep but unfortunately we had such a bad experience with Barbara we cannot confidently send anyone down considering our experience. Unfortunately our group of friends is a large jeep community

Called to see if an oil change is taken on a walk in basis. never really got an answer to that but no biggie, it was late in the day and she had to check if they could do it. Got an appointment right away about an hour later. Waited an hour with no word of what was going on. Walked to the serviec window to see the weather and if I could see my van and the girl at the desk immediatly said let me se if your van is done, like she was surprised I was still there. Here they decided to fix a recall on my van without letting me know first. I was there an hour and a half. It was really no big deal only because I had the time, which usually I do not. But if I was in a rush, I would've been ticked. Should give somebody a heads up on what your doing when it's more then what was asked for.

I was concerned that the internet price was just to get me in the door. Jewel (internet sales) assured me on the phone that even if I did not qualify for the rebates, the price would not rise more than $1,500 above the internet price. We ended up at $1,000 over the internet price. All around, a square deal for my trade and the purchase price of the new car. Sheena was able to find me a good loan. John was a pro, and did a great job answering my questions and making me feel comforatable. Everyone was very nice and treated me and my daughter (12) like a customer should be treated. Thank you.

My wife and I have bought our last two vehicles from Barbera's, both times dealing with John Pagano. In both cases we got the car we wanted at a great price with outstanding service. When we had an auto start installed in our new 2013 Town and Country, the auto shop was backed up and we weren't able to pick it up at the later time. I called John and he actually drove our car to our house in Willow Grove so we wouldn't have to wait another day! Great place to buy a car (they do such volume they really know what they are doing) and John is great to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend going to Barbera and working with John before you buy a car anywhere else.

To be honest I wasn't in the market to purchase a new car until my car was totaled in an accident. I had a Dodge Stratus previously and was always very happy with its reliability. I owned it for 5 years, and never once had a single mechanical issue with it. I wanted to stick with what I knew was a strong and sound brand, and Dodge was it for me. I choose your dealership, because I can't tell you how many times I have heard your ads on KYW 1060. Guess what advertising works! However as it does go on to tell you how incredible to prices at your dealership are, it does not give the same level of awareness to how amazing your staff are! I wasn't even on your lot for more than 30 seconds, and I was greeted with a smile and a handshake! John himself, went out of his was to provided me with an OUTSTANDING level of customer service. I work in the retail market, and while car sales aren't just like retail, I'm sure we can both agree we live by a very same motto - "a unhappy person will tell and average of 10 people about there experience, while a happy person will go and tell 20." well I have to tell you I've told more than 20 people, and posted on my Facebook all about my car, and the experience purchasing itThank you so much for making my experience one to remember!

I had been shopping online for a new vehicle for about a month trying to decide what type of vehicle to purchase. I had previously owned Chevrolet's, Fords, Pontiac's and Buicks but never a Jeep. I enjoyed driving my father's Jeep Patriot but preferred a little more room. So when I came across their website a Jeep Liberty caught my eye. Especially the e-pricing. I entered my information to set and appointment for a test drive. I received a phone call to schedule the appointment but was a skeptical in answering the call, fearing that I would be harassed into the appointment. So, I let it go into voicemail. I received the most professional, energetic voicemail which made me feel welcomed just to stop by. After allowing my husband to hear it, he told me to call to schedule the appointment. When we entered the showroom we was surprised a the warm vibe the filled the room. We was greeted like family, with a willingness to help without being pushy. While we waited for the salesman, we offered items to drink and snacks to eat and continued the entire time we were there. We test drove a the Jeep and was impressed. I was provided financing approval within a matter of minutes and when we accepted the offer, we was congratulated by the entire team. We felt as though we was on a pedestal. We had a tour of the facility and was impressed. Since it was a Saturday evening, the Service and Parts Departments were not open. But with our overall experience with the Sales Department, we have decided that it will be worth the drive and toll to travel from NJ to Philadelphia for servicing appointments, even though we have a Jeep dealership within 2 miles of our home, but it does not have a good reputation. While at the dealership we met a couple that were from Reading, PA whom stated that the prices at Barbera's Autoland are worth the hour trip to purchase a vehicle. I have to agree. We are so impressed by our experience and will never go anywhere else.

I brought my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in for a problem that almost got me in a few traffic accidents that ANOTHER FACTOTY DEALER could not find or fix after leaving it with them for 3 days and paying an expensive diagnostic fee. So I was forced to go to a 2nd factory dealer-Barbara's on the Boulevard. I got very lucky- Hector Rivera was my service advisor-and he was great in every way. He was very knowledgeable and experienced which led him to make smart recommendations as how to diagnose & fix my unusual safety problem (an intermittant failure for a runaway engine to slow down when taking your foot off the gas pedal!). I'm 57 years old and have been to many car dealerships over the past few decades- and no service advisor has ever been as good as Hector. He listens carefully and treats you like a friend. He quickly went & brought the shop mechanical foreman to talk to me so they could both get an idea as how to repair my vehicle(who does that in this day & age?) Within 2 hours Hector called me to state they had finished diagnosing my problem and what it would take to fix it. He located hard to find parts and had them Fed-Ex'ed overnight and the entire job was completed the next morning. I am really pleased to get my vehicle back fixed quickly and properly thanks to Hector Rivera's service and the mechanical crew at Barbara's. You can be sure I will be recommending this dealership to my wide circle of friends. Thanks a million Hector!

It is always a pleasure to come to Barbera's even though the circumstances (car trouble) are not so pleasant. The service staff are friendly and helpful and even though I had an appointment the next day, it was not a problem for them when I asked to come the night before when my car acted up, and I received an early call the next day to tell me the issues and seek approval to go ahead. Service was prompt and efficient. Even the cashier helped with a credit card issue that worked out fine. I applaud the good attitude of all the staff I encountered there.

I found Mike Balasa very easy to work with during the buying process. I wanted a new Charger (had a 2006 Charger), and they had the best selection of Chargers in the Delaware Valley. We looked at several until I found just the right one. I am very happy with the car. Most importantly they did what they said they would, when they were supposed to. They worked with me in a professional manner during the price negotiation phase and did not feel pushed as I have in the past in these situations. The entire process with perfect. They also didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff that one really doesn't need. So 5 stars for Barbera's!

Hello,The ratings for this dealership are likely dishonest. This dealership has no morals. I purchased a vehicle and have had many warranty issues. I've complained to the PA dept of Insurance & PA Attorney General. I honestly do not even feel comfortable wasting my time writing this review. I would highly encourage you avoid this dealership at all costs.FYI - Unfortunately for me, I purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership months apart.Update: I want to add my recent and relevant interactions have triggered that I provide feedback on this dealership. I called this dealership to alert them of an issue with my gap coverage on 2 vehicles and was advised to come into the dealership to handle (called them in early January of 2012). Once I got to the dealership, I was advised that the finance manager was not available and that I needed to make an appt. I verbally expressed displeasure with their response, thus the finance manager did allow me to voice my concerns. Needless to say, my concerns were not addressed. I followed up with a letter faxed on 1/20/2012 that went unresponded to (It was faxed & mailed).I was recently offered a $450 credit by the dealership, which I declined as I feel a sense of responsibility to share this experience.Best,

Although Frank was very good in dealing with, the installment sales contract I initialy signed was wrong. They had the wrong price of the vehicle listed by $10,000 and therefore the monthly payments on the loan were wrong. It was my fault for not discovering this until I drove home to Delaware County and read over more carefully the loan note. I had to drive all the way back to the dealership and waited an hour before I signed a proper loan note with the right payments.I would still recommend the dealership and Frank as a saleperson to deal with.SincerelyTimothy Nestor

I am from the Scranton, PA area and had broken down in the middle of the night in Philly. I had no choice but to have the car towed for service in order to get it back home. We left it at Barbera Autoland with a note and I came back to Scranton. When I called the next day to discuss the car Hector was so courteous and understanding of the situation. They had the car ready for me the next day but I could not get there until the day after. This was not a problem at all and again Hector was absolutely outstanding. I don't expect to be in Philadelphia any time soon but I highly recommend Barbera Autoland service. And thank you Hector for being so very gracious and going above and beyond.

I own a jeep and go in for routine service every 3,000 miles. The atmosphere is always pleasant. If you wait while they work on your car they have fresh coffee and a women walking around offering bottle water, breakfast bars, popcorn, or pretzels. And its always free.

I was truly impressed and very appreciative of the service I received during my visit. From the moment I drove onto the Autoland property, Hamid Ibrahim was most helpful! He did an excellent job explaining everything to me about the vehicle, listening to my concerns, and then seeming to come up with a plan which allowed me to purchase the car. He was patient and had gentle spirit which made me definitely want to recommend him to my friends who are also looking to buy a new car. He seriously made this customer feel valued. I was equally impressed by several other things at Barbera Autoland including the encouraging quotes that were on the wall of the room i was sitting in, the offer of hot pretzels, chips , water and, the other employees congratulating me on my new car. Its the little things like this that makes all the difference.

I went to this dealer for a new Grand Caravan. I bought the van I saw on the website, However they didn't tell me until I arrived that the van had a badly dented back door. They offered to fix it by ordering a new door and we could set up a time to have it done. After we signed the paper work and traded our car in they told us that now we could not have the van now they took it to fix it. They had now gone back on the agreement. Now with no choice I had to rent a car from them (I have a diabetic son and needed to leave for insulin) and the car they gave me was not a family friendly car, it was a small sports car. After all this trouble they told us we could pick the car up on Monday, this being a Friday evening. We did not get the Van until 10 pm Thursday night. To make it worse they did not match the paint on my Van, the new door on the back in an off color. They way they wanted to make up all the hassle was to say "I am sorry" And give me a free oil change. I would tell anyone to avoid this place at all cost, as you will be cheated and lied to just to get your money.

From the time we walked into the agency, everyone was willing to help out with any help we needed. I asked for Walaa and the salesman said he would be glad to get him for us. Walaa, was very helpful in showing and telling us everything we wanted to know and see. I thought I may have had a problem with the car two days after I had it home. I called Walaa, and he told me what to do over the phone, which corrected the problem. It was something very simple, about child safety windows. Walaa told me any problems I think I may have with the car just give him a call and he will try to help me out anytime. I think he is a very good and conchious salesman. One of the worst things I did in my life was buy a car from this place!!Sales rep stated there is nothing wrong with this car "I guarantee it, we go over these with a fine tooth comb". Well.. after feeling some clunking in the front end I noticed the whole underneath was smashed. When I went to confront them they said, oh well... we bought it from another dealer and they said they checked it out!!!! What??? so you dont check the cars you buy? you just throw them on the lot?? My mechanic said this wouldnt even pass inspection.. ugh.what a pain in the a**!Also, they stinking drill right into your damn bumper for their stupid license plate logo..Thanks for ruining a perfectly fine bumper... idiotsNever again.

My husband and I went to Barbera's with the family after many other dealers and found that this dealership was not only family oriented but was willing do make the best deal possible with our budget. From prior car buying experiences, I have dreaded the long waits in the dealership but our time spent in Barbera's was less than an doctors appointment from picking the car out to driving it out of the parking lot. It really was an enjoyable experience. As a highlighted note: When we were there buying our van, I counted 5 car purchases (they ring a bell when a car is purchased and greet the new owners) within the time spent there. That says a lot to me about the dealership and there family friendly service. We will buy our next car there without going through the process of internet buying and window shopping.

Stay far away from the dealership, I mean stealership. I brought my Jeep there three seperate times for the same problem, and they still could not fit it. On top of it all, they took off my custom license plate holder, which I paid extra for elsewhere, and put on an ugly Gary Barbara license plate. Like I would advertise such a terrible place! Plus the put holes in my bumper to mount their stupid front license plate. When I asked them, they did not even say they were sorry! I cannot state how far you need to stay away from this place. Never trust them to do anything right the first time!

I just purchased the chrysler 200 at the all new Barbera's on the boulevard! I walked in Saturday without my husband and I was helped right away. I definitely got a great new car, price, service and my two young children had a place to play while I was finishing up my purchase. This is a true family store and I give the new owners excellent marks!

I have been a barbera customer for a quite a few years and bought 3 cars there, i had my 07 liberty in for service recently because 2 of my windows stopped working,(this had happenened twice before), they told me there was a new repair to take care of the window problem and it would be no charge because jeep extended coverage.i also had a couple of other things taken care of. hector took great care of me and made the experience awesome, I highly recommend barbera service to anyone. great job, keep up the good work. thank yousean miller

Took my '06 PT Crusier for service of a bad headlight (rt). My neighborhood mechanic, with 42 years experience, told me he traced the problem back to a "controler module" of some sort that controls the cars electronics. He told me it was proprietory and would have to go to a dealership to get fixed. I told them I was only going there for the headlight and an oil change that was due. Much to my shock I was told of the critical front end problems that would have to be addressed since I could have a catastrophe if I drove it without the repairs. I needed to have the car since my job depends on it. Much to my surprise and anger, when I went to get it my bill was over $1400 AND THEY NEVER FIXED THE HEADLIGHT!!!! When I went back to my mechanic and showed him the bill he just kept shaking his head and saying "Wow".
