I bought a Ram truck from Chad Rose, best experience ever! When I went to pick up the truck, the service engine light had came on.Chad made sure the vehicle was fixed before I took it. Since I live 2.5 hours away, he told me they would deliver it when it was fixed! I am so happy with the truck and for Chad being honest about the issue. I would definitely recommend this place for buying a vehicle.

Oh I’m LIVID. Today I was stranded on the side of the road waiting for a tow. We are fine, except for the steam coming out of my ears. Shame on Battle Creek Honda for avoiding the advice of THREE OTHER REPUTABLE MECHANICS WITH BUSINESSES. I took my car to them twice telling them that it was a low engine knock, and twice they sent it back saying that minor repairs was all that was needed. And now my car won’t move. it never stopped making that low engine knock. Even called BC Honda today from the side of the road and got almost no help, concessions, even empathy—except the offer to provide us with numbers for towing companies. So now I’m towing it to Kalamazoo hoping that they know what they’re doing. From my communication with Kalamazoo it already sounds more positive. Do NOT go to Battle Creek Honda for service.

Service desk is a joke. They can't accommodate normal services without scheduling way in advance which defeats the purpose of a service provider in auto. Service attendant doesn't care, she's just there for the paycheck sort of deal. I've dealt with it over the phone a few times and ignored it.

I had a Good Experiennce with Battle Creek Honda. Josh Alger sold me my first Honda and I love it. I was not sure what I wanted so he let me test drive a couple of different types of Hondas until I found the one I liked the best. He was friendly and very informative. The owner Matt DeMaagd thanked me for coming in and buying a car. When I picked my new car up it was spotless and ready for me to drive. I would highly recommend Battle Creek Honda to anyone.

My recent visit(1-27-16) was again flawless. I had previously called and made an appt. I was treated professionally when I arrived. The transmission & radiator fluids were changed in a timely manner and for the estimated price.. While waiting I had an informative and non-pressure visit with Chad, a salesman. Everything came together in a timely manner with the trade-in of my 2011 Honda Pilot and the three year lease of my new 2016 Honda Pilot. I did not plan to get the car serviced today, only washed. When I inquired as to when I should have it done, John stated that they were slow and could do the service that day. He offered me a car so that I could continue to run errands for the rest of the day. The loaner car was a very nice new car and John took the time to explain the operation of the car. I came in to turn in my old leased Accord and came away with a new lease on a CRV. This dealorship has never disappointed me and I always walk away very satisfied. I have been coming to this dealorship for over 14 years even though there is a Honda Dealorship closer to where I live. The entire sales staff and service department is friendly and knowledgeable. If the Subaru dealership where I bought my Outback was this good, I might consider another Subaru in the future. The price on the oil change/tire rotation was very reasonable. The service was fast. Every associate I talked to was friendly and personable. Will definitely be looking here in the future for my automotive and service needs.

My '08 Accord was due for a major service, and the brakes also needed replacing. I drive 25 miles to get to the dealership, and the staff did all that they could to minimize my stay. The whole thing took about five hours, as opposed to a whole day. Staff also kept me informed as to progress. I'm very satisfied, and will be back.

We are always receive a warm welcome, they know why we are there, ask if there are any other concerns they can address, and get right to the job at hand. You have a comfortable waiting area, and the work is completed within the time period expected, all at a reasonable price. I don't expect or would ask for anything more.

I just went in for an oil change and I was pleasantly surprised to see the service manager. He was a previous service manager that I had interacted with a lot in Marshall with a past vehicle that we had. This manager -I think his name is John, is always very friendly and very fair. I have never felt that he is trying to have me get things done for my car that are not necessary which is greatly appreciated. He is easy to interact with and a joy to work with. Thank you!

As I mentioned to Kevin on our test drive, we live in Houghton Lake and have our Hondas serviced in Bay City. But this is the 5th Honda I've purchased from BC Honda (I used to live in Kalamazoo and worked at Kellogg before moving up north in 2005) and I will continue to drive 3 hours to get the trusted/no pressure service, quality, and general peace of mind I get from the sales staff in Battle Creek. I'll be back in another 2-3 years to trade-in my hybrid... hopefully, for a CRV hybrid :)

Per usual Battle Creek Honda provided a friendly and efficient day at the dealership. This is my second purchase from BCH in the past 28 months and both times the deal came in somewhat below the price I expected to pay. Alex did a fine job and was quite reassuring. Over all, I'd have to say BC Honda rates a top of the heap.

Sunny was great and so was Bill. No nonsense guy. We saw the car we wanted, we took it for a spin, we negotiated on price and we got the car. They took a while to detail it when I came in to pay for it, but I am very satisfied with the car.

I had a great experience at Battle Creek Honda! I felt all of the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to make sure I was completely satisfied. I had a negative experience at Capitol Honda in Lansing, MI., they seemed to be pushing me to quickly purchase but withheld important information, the price seemed to change and their numbers were not adding up. I was feeling discuraged and refused to buy a car from or even go back to Capitol Honda. After speaking with Ben Snyder I quickly felt comfortable, he gave me thorough accurate information and was in no way pushy. I recieved an invite to their facebook to see customer feedback which I thought was great. Once at the dealership I was able to see first hand that I was right to trust Ben and Battle Creek Honda. Everything went excatly how it was laid out and there was no unexpected changes. I had a great experience with everyone I met. I love my Honda Fit and would definately recommend this dealership to family and friends. My brother is looking to purchase a Honda Accord soon and I have already told him about my wonderful experience with Battle Creek Honda.

I've purchased 3 cars from Kevin. The first (Honda) now has 234,000 miles on it & is still in good shape. The second was a Toyota Corolla that already had 93,000 miles on it. I was hesitant but Kevin assured me it was a good deal & I'd get lots more miles out of it. About a year ago, I asked Kevin to start looking again....no rush. When he called on Monday & described the car, I had to go look. I turned in my 98 Corolla (which now had 191,199 miles on it) for an 09 Corolla with 43,000 miles. I've referred other people to Kevin and will continue to depend on his honesty if/when I need another car.

I got a bad tank of gas. My tank had not only water but some type of gunk that fouled the entire system. John stayed with the progblem to find out exactly what it was and then to correct it. He kept me informed each day of the status and what was being done. I can' thankd him enough!!

My mom owns a Honda and her car recently had a problem with the transmission( i think). She went to the Honda dealership get a check up on her car, and they declined any of her service. In the previous maintenance, they put a small dent on the car and declined. My mom isn't American and her English is hard to understand, although she have a very good credit score. so what kind of service is that.

took car in for service paid 1,500.00 and car runs like crap, Mel said it had to much power now. The car had a new timming belt and belts, plugs plug wires dis.cap and so on. now the car shakes very unhappy. where do I take my car if I can't trust my dealship?

BattleCreek Honda is a wonderful place to buy a car. The service was professional and the staff courteous. Battlecreek went out of their way to help us. They drove to our home the help us as my husband can not drive and took us back to their dealership and worked with us in order that we may trade our car for a Honda pilot 2005 that they had on their lot. Every interaction with the staff their was wonderful and we had an amazing experience. We will in the future go to them when we are looking for another car and we highly recommend that others do the same. Not enough room to explain but the bottom line is that in my opinion Honda Civics have a problem with rear wheel alignment that Honda refuses to fix. I contacted everyone I could at the service department of Battle Creek Honda, they told me that the problem is a Honda problem and that the dealership is going to do nothing to assist us with our vehicle. The car had 18,000 miles when it started having problems with rear wheel alignment, the rear tires are shot and of course the car is out of warranty after 12,000 miles. Battle Creek Honda told us that we should have rotated the tires. Matuschka and the service department associate both admitted that rotating the tires "probably wouldn't have helped."I will never again purchase a Honda, and I will most definately never again purchase any kind of vehicle from Battle Creek Honda or any other dealership owned by the owner of Battle Creek Honda.Beware of this dealership if they won't help with a $285.00 repair on a one year old vehicle with an issue that has been a problem with 2006, 2007, and hybrid 2008 Honda Civics than what would they do for you if it's a more expensive problem.

I'm an internet shopper and price means a great deal to me. What means more than that is a dealer that is willing to give his best price right at the start. A car shopper doesn't want to have to putz around with dealers who will overcharge you unless they can steal the deal from someone else.Kevin Bartlam at Battle Creek Honda gave me the best quote right from the beginning. I didn't have to dicker with him or experience all the other unpleasantness that I had gone through with previous vehicle purchases. He beat every other quote by $500 and some quotes by more than $2000. Of course, YMMV.He didn't have the color we wanted though and Battle Creek is over two hours away from our house. I told a few other dealers the price he quoted and the response often was "Ha! Let me know what happens when you get out there! Then give me a call and I'll sell you a car." Well, the only thing that happened out there was a pleasant experience with no high-pressure sales. Kevin was able to get the color we wanted, everything was negotiated before we even went out there, and there were no surprise charges or crazy discussions about warranties and rust-proofing.I'm really glad we took the drive out there and bought from Kevin. It was a pleasant experience.
