I came in for a service on my 2016 Tacoma 14 Nov at 0930. I told the technician that I was past due and the dealerships where I have gone before told me to have it changed at 5000 miles since I pull trailers all the time. The technician told me that a service is done at 10,000 miles and if I wanted it done I would have to pay for it. It would of been nice if he would of told me this first before I unhooked my RV. I left very upset and called the dealership to speake with a manager about this. The first thing out of the operators mouth was did you buy it from us. Anyway she said someone would call and never did. I guess this is the sign of your crappy customer service and I will make sure I spread the word out about this dealer ship and quality of service.

Two weeks ago my husband and I went to Baxter to purchase a 2008 Toyota Camry, Tim Tietz was our guy, even though it was a rainy day he took his time to take us round the yard till we found what we fell in love with without complaining about the rain or how indecisive we were in the beginning, he worked very hard to make this experience really pleasant for us so please if you need a vehicle Tim is your guy you won't regret it. I have been coming to Baxter (performance) Toyota for service since I moved to Omaha 3 years ago. Since then I've regularly dealt with Jim and he always delivers excellent service. This last visit I was in and was greeted by a younger Hispanic man and he left a sour taste in my mouth. He was the most rude, pompous man I've ever dealt with in my life. This man felt the need to argue with me on everything I had to say when I was only trying to express my concerns with my vehicle. I was close to getting back in my vehicle and driving away until I saw jim walking from the back area. I will return to this service center, but I will no longer be pulling my vehicle into the center garage until that man has is anger issue dealt with. Baxter is an excellent company and has always been a tremendous help with servicing my car. Simply put, great dealership with a bad egg employee.

I have brought my vehicle into this dealership since I moved here 3 years ago. I've always delt with Jim and he has always delivered perfectly for me. This last week I came into the dealership and delt with a younger Hispanic looking gentleman who is easily the most rude, pompous man I've ever had a conversation with in my life. I had a couple small concerns with my vehicle and on every sentence I completed he felt the need to argue with me on the issue I was having or even with the way I felt. He made is obvious that my concerns were no concern of his. I will still return to this dealer, but I will not speak another word to this man and will only deal with Jim.

I bought a certified Rav 4 from this dealership 13 months ago and loved it! One week ago my Rav was totaled by an uninsured driver who had ran a red light. I returned to this dealership because of the great service we experienced one year ago. I am happy to report that they did not disappoint this time either! One week to the day after my accident they have me in a Rav 4 SE! Bill was our salesman and was very low pressure but was able to show us all of the great features of the newer Rav 4 SE. The finance department had us processed in one hour and were low pressure about offering the "extras". And we got a very fair deal! Thanks Baxter Toyota!

I recently went to Baxter Toyota to look at & test drive, a well maintained 2006 Honda CR-V SE. Katie was there to meet me & we took it for a drive right away. She was pleasant & very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Her manager & support staff was very courteous & friendly as well. I did not purchase the CR-V SE, only because it was my first test drive of an '06 CR-V SE & it wasn't in my first color choice, on the exterior or interior. I told Katie what I was looking for, as far as options on this vehicle, and asked her to keep me posted. She has already emailed me back & she'll let me know when Baxter Toyota gets a well maintained '06 CR-V in stock, with my preferred mileage & color options.

We live in Kansas and drove all the way to La Vista, Nebraska to Baxter Toyota to purchase a 2015 Camary because they had the model and color we wanted. After coming to a agreed upon price they wanted to add a $279.00 paperwork fee which we refused to pay. After that was settled our salesman stated to my husband and I "Dont forget you have that 750.00 rebate from Toyota. All you have to do is make your payments on time to Toyota Financial for 6 months and you get a 1.9 % and the 750.00 rebate will be mailed to you." Those were his exact words. After 11 months we contacted Baxter in September 2015 and they said we'll check on your rebate and get back to you. No call back. On Jan. 12,2016 we called Toyota Financial were transferred to Baxter and got this answer " Oh we took that rebate off the asking price." That is simply not the way the deal went down and contradicts everything our salesman said. This was our 6th New Toyota. Will never do business with this dealer again and if you do better tape sales talk and get everything in writing. We intend to follow up with Toyota on this.

We recently bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla Sport Plus edition from salesman Dan Ostrom. .Excellent customer service from start to finish.The whole experience was no pressure and everything along the way fully explained to us.The whole deal was overseen also by two great guys General Manager (Joe Martin ) and Lawrence.We were treated so wonderfully that a week later we returned and bought another 2015 Toyota Sport Plus from Dan.We absolutely love both vehicles ! I am a fleet manager for 51 vehicles. We have Toyotas and they do need repaired but a 2014 with under 5,000 miles on it, it does happen. When the battery continues to die there is a problem. In April I took our 2014 Sienna in because the battery was dead. The service writer plugged in and said something got left on it should be fine. In May it took it in again for a dead battery I left it there picked it up the sameday. They gave me the invoice no charge and replaced the battery. In July took in to get serviced for the 5,000 mile check up. Found out at that appointment did not take our fleet card. In August took back to Perfomance because van would randomly not start. They kept for a week and said the battery was fine, just drive it more. Really!! What kind of answer is that!! I have a 2010 that is not driven til the weekend and even then its not very much but still starts. So now its October, I took the Sienna to Village Pointe they had it an hour said the battery was bad and replaced the battery with new. Never again will I go to that service department! I refuse to be treated the way a few of your service writers did. VERY anti-woman!

Not a very good experience. The salesman was nice enough , not pushy, answered our questions. We then were introduced to the sales manager. My wife mentioned a price to him on a used vehicle and he said that if he would say yes would we take it. I wanted a night to think it over and asked if that price would be good the next day. His response was that he did not play those games and he would honor that price the next day. Unfortunately, when I called the next day it was not the case. Unfortunately, even though that dealership is close to my house, I will never purchase a vehicle there ever. I proceeded to go to another Toyota dealership on Dodge that was very professional and got me into a brand new car for only a couple grand more than a 3 year old one at Baxter. (Something they never even offered).

They put me and my family in DANGER. My truck had a recall for the frame, I took it to the dealership. They made some excuse that it was "not bad enough" to replace and told me if it gets worse to bring it back. It got worse - WAY WORSE! I took my child's car seat out of the truck it is so unsafe IMO. The frame leaves big rust chunks when I park, the frame around the gas tank has rusted off (scary) and frame sounds like it going to crack in half. I scheduled to take it back to the dealer, now they tell me your repair window has expired. xxx! I bring it in during the correct time frame and you refuse to fix it, now I bring it back and you refuse to fix it. This vehicle is crash hazard waiting to happen and I can't afford to correct Toyota's faulty frame(google Toyota frame recall). Guess I wait until it gets into the inevitable accident and sue Toyota and the dealership that said it was OK to drive! I've had Toyotas for ~ 20 years. If this is how they treat long-term customers imagine how bad they will treat you! I did purchase this truck from the same dealer. Toyota & Baxter = we don't stand behind our products or recalls!

This is my third lease with Toyota. I upgraded to a Highlander and am just loving it so far. Mike Miller and Bob Stienke were the people that helped me with my lease deal. That darn Mike had to leave early to vacation in Vegas so poor Bob got stuck with us. He was so kind and even brought our daughter M &Ms' to passive her since she was getting cranky. Sergio Rangel helped do our "official" papers and even let our daughter watch Mickey Mouse on his phone. I've never seen a place accommodate with a child so well. She was so tired and happy that she passed out face down on Sergio's floor while doing papers. Thanks Toyota!!

Not a pleasant experience. As soon as you park and get out of your car a salesman attaches themselves to you within about 1 second. The salesman we worked with (I forget his name) was very pushy. He talked incessantly for the entirety of the test drive, and asked a lot of personal questions. He also tried to pressure us to buy that day even when we made it clear we were not looking to do that. I will avoid this dealer in the future.

I totally recommend Performance Toyota. The customer service was great from all employees there and they were really friendly. When it came down to buying our vehicle, they were fair on their price. They went above and beyond to get us the exact vehicle we wanted even traveling to go get it. I set up an appointment to look at a Toyota Tacoma truck. The salesman was 25 minutes late for that meeting. When he did show up he had the wrong truck. I called him before I left to make sure he still had the truck. He was not in and I left a message to call me and he never did. I did get a call from the used car salesman. He told me that they sold the gray Tacoma. I told him I was looking at the dark gray truck. He said that they had a black truck but it was really dark gray. I told him it was a 2013 truck and he said that must be the truck. When I got there it was a 2012 black truck. I told them that was the wrong truck and they said that it was already sold. I told him that is why I called to make sure they still had the truck. He said let me look. We went inside and was told they had a gray truck but it says black. We went and looked at the black/dark gray truck and it was a black short bed. A wasted trip that could have been prevented. Poor communication on the Used car manager part and on the salesman part. Very poor way to run a business.

I'm a pretty difficult customer, and very indecisive, but Kevin was very patient and listened to all of my concerns. He let me try out just about as many vehicles as I needed to and didn't push me into purchasing any particular one. From my experience, I was worried about just how long it would take to make the deal but it went by surprisingly fast, even the financing portion! Will certainly be doing business with him in the future!

I was in the market for a new Avalon, found one at another dealer, contacted them via internet sales and was contacted by a salesman. I advised him that i wanted to make an offer on the car ,he seem disinterested and told me he was going to be on vacation the next day and he would give me a call the following day. Unbelievable! I did make a cash offer and he came back with a higher offer which I declined and then contacted Performance Toyota via the internet and described the car I wanted and my cash price offer. Clayton Grice got back to me immediately and accepted my offer. They did not have the exact color, but I directed him to the other dealer and they acquired the car.I was very impressed with Clayton"s professionalism and quick no nonsense response to my inquiry. I would certainly recommend him to other buyers. I do have a few post purchase regrets: 1. I intended to pay cash, but inquired about a lease and decided to lease the car. I don't believe the lease deal was as attractive as the cash offer and I should have negotiated the terms. But that mistake is on me. 2. I initially purchased the GAP insurance option and changed my mind the next day and called the finance dept to report that. They failed to return my call for a couple of days and when I contacted them again I was upset to learn the refund would be tacked on at the end of the lease. What a crock and not happy at all. Three years later I receive a refund.Anyway, it is a great car and I learned a lesson. Keep emotions out of the buying process and pass on the add ons.Doug P

We bought a 2014 camry in January and were treated very well. My wife and I shortly after became pregnant with out third child and were forced to upgrade. We shopped around to village pointe and bellevue just to be sure we were at the right dealership. One of the dealerships didnt want to discount the Sienna and the other we felt was neither knowledgeable or pleasant to deal with. We just want to thank the 2 salespeople we worked with. Abe thanks for showing us the van he did great and Justin for help in us through the financing and helping us get as close to our budget as possible. If anyone is reading this Performance has our vote and the service department is just as straight forward and easy to deal with as the professionals on the showroom. Be ready paperwork takes some time!

If you are a single female, be advised that Performance Toyota Scion of La Vista may quote you for work that does not need to be done to your car. I came in for a simple oil change and they came back with over $700 in estimated damages that they recommended to be fixed on the spot. Skeptical, I traveled to a different shop my parents have trusted for over 25 years and they found nothing wrong with my car. They explained since the economy has slowed, many dealerships have been adding on additional charges where they can to boost sales. I feel this dealership took advantage of my status as a younger woman with seemingly little knowledge about cars, to earn extra cash. Ladies, be wary of using this dealership and seek a second opinion on big ticket fixes. While they seem like a friendly group, their ethics do not seem to be aligned with the Toyota business model "to attract and attain customers with high-valued products and services..."

They lie on the valuation reports. In fact when I caught them listing options for the car that it did not have they apologized and acted embarrassed, but the car is still here with a sticker price that is $4,00 over book value on it for the options it has, and they are also still listing the car with those nonexistent options here, you know they are crooked. So it would be one thing to claim it was a mistake, quite another to have that mistake pointed out and continue the lie.

When arriving to pick up my new car we noticed body damage on driver door and driver side back door. We were told that they would repair it. It was supposedly an easy fix. The salesman that we purchased from left Performance and went to another Toyota dealer. When we attempted to get them to fix problem we were told that they had no recollection of this and would do nothing. We purchased two cars from them in one month. We will never go there again. We will now go to the dealership that our salesman is at. Extremely disappointed!!!

I went in about a month ago to test drive the new Highlander. I brought my two children along but not my husband. The test drive went well and my salesman was very informative about the car. When it came time to negotiate they gave me an outrageous price and a crap deal for my trade in. They didn't even want to think about coming down/negotiating, I was truly offended. They treated me like a dumb woman. I then went on to a Ford dealership and a Dodge dealership and was treated way differently. They ACTUALLY worked with me and were both WONDERFUL to deal with!! I ended up purchasing a Durango. Sorry Performance, you missed out on a sale, I was truly serious about purchasing a new vehicle.

The sales side is definitely not the caliber of the service side. After a follow up call from service for the problem we were having we decided to trade in our 1 year old Sequoia. The inventory manager called immediately and offered to make it right and wanted to earn our business. After that I called but interrupted a meeting. Two days later- no follow up call since they were busy with the end of the month followed by an apology 2 days later sent by someone else. Finally, I thought it would be better to stop in. He ignored our page and a salesman that knew nothing of the situation tried to help. After an hour they shot a lowball trade in value based on regional wholesale auctions that completely wasted my time. Never again. You would think that trying to spend 60K on a new car would get you a little follow up and some decent service. Not here. We will go back to Bellevue or Village Point.

Still have gotten no where with this months later- I filed a complaint- talked with Mike he offered me a 500 dollar rebate (even tough they ripped me off over 2500 dollars- but he says it isn't their fault- not their intention to rip me off)...they closed the complaint and said they sent me the rebate- which they never did. They are unbelievable- this was our 5th vehicle through Performance- and our last!!!! I have spent so much time on the phone being passed back and forth and getting no where. This dealership takes advantage of young women and does not live up to what they promise.

My husband is a very thorough, very particular (even picky) shopper and can frequently test a salesperson's patience as he works in sales as well. My husband will study the market and can sometimes take months before he will buy. Mike has always been very patient with my husband and keeps in contact. Mike watches for the type of vehicle my husband has been shopping. He answers all of our questions and is very knowledgeable about the vehicles. On a recent test drive, Mike put up with my irritation with my backseat driver husband with humor and calm. As a consequence, we have bought three (at least) Toyotas through Mike at Performance even though my brother worked at a Toyota dealership in KC during that time period. (We are very much a Toyota family.) We would like to thank Mike for his help and professionalism and hope to continue to use Mike's services at Performance Toyota in the months and years ahead.

Since purchasing my Camry in 2005 (one of my best purchasing experiences) from Performance Toyota, I have had my Sienna and Camry maintenance done by this dealership (oil changes and brakes done by myself). The one thing that separates this dealership FROM ANY OTHER IN OMAHA is that you can TRUST THEM. They do not try to sell you on extra stuff or talk you into anything that is unnecessary (although they do take the time to explain things that are on the horizon and the cost associated for future planning), which is refreshing from every other auto shop I have been to. I recently had my radiator replaced and transmission worked on and the service manager actually took the time to take photos of the problem and work being done. Where in the world do you see that happening in Omaha? Is their hourly rate higher than their competitors? Sure. Someone will always do it cheaper. But this is Toyota and their staff KNOW the Toyota lineup better and go above and beyond to get you in, fix it fast and do it right. Worth every penny in my humble opinion.Rob - Omaha, Nebraska

Bought a 2011 Prius III from this dealer on 1/10/12. The salesperson was friendly. We opted to lease the Prius and was convinced by Finance that we should sell our 2009 Corolla outright to the dealer since we owed nothing on the car. We were told that we would have no problems in receiving our check since nothing was owed. The check was supposedly cut on the 11th, it is now the 17th and have not received the check!! Numerous calls have produced nothing. THey have the car and we have zero.

Our salesman, John Morrison was great! No pressure, no haggling, and he got US a great price. (We had been car shopping for a few weeks and had done MUCH price research on the web, so we knew it was a good price.) He also made sure that everything on the used 5 yr old van was fixed so it was in near new condition - did far more than I expected they would for a used vehicle. The dealership didn't have some of the parts in stock needed for repair, so we had to go back another day (we live out of town). That was my only reason for the 4 star rating on repair instead of 5.

I made 2 trips to this dealership, the first trip was to test drive a Camry, the second trip was to actually discuss the price and the paper work. When we managed to start looking at the numbers, I informed the sales rep and his boss that the car was 5K over my budge, and I would have to take the weekend to think over my options and my finances. The sales rep informed me that the dealership was having a contest that day on who could get the most deposits down, and tried to convince me put a deposit down for a car I already couldn't afford. I told the sales rep I'll get back to him the following week after I thought about it. The whole time we were discussing the price I personally felt both the sales rep and his manager were both pushy and also undermining my intelligence, needless to say I was happy to get out of there.The following week, the sales rep calls me asking if I thought about the car, I politely told him that I wasn't interested anymore and I found a car that was in my price range, he then said, "unbelievable" and hung up on me.I ended up going to a KIA dealership to purchase a G6. Luckily, I had the nicest sales rep there who actually LISTENED to me and my budget. If the Toyota sales rep was nicer on the phone I might recommend this location to others who are looking for a car, but because of how he handled the final phone call, I will not recommend this location when searching for a car.

We just bought our first vehicle from a lot for the first time after 11 years of marriage. We were very aprehensive of the process, but left feeling great. Mark was very informative and after giving him our criteria, he showed us numerous choices that fit what we wanted. Once we settled on the one we liked best, he really helped guide us in deciding what extras we wanted. We would not only go back to this dealership, but we would also request Mark to help up find what we needed. After the vehicle was purchased, we had to return for detailing etc. and the vehicle looked great and was finished even before promised. We are very happy with our purchase and experience. The only issue we ran into was we had trouble reaching financing later on due to some changes in financing staff, but those issues were quickly taken care of.

Of the three Toyota dealers in the area, I chose Performance Toyota mainly for their online inventory, compared to the others. I'm glad I did. I was greeted by my salesman John as soon as I arrived. Since I knew I wanted a Prius, he promptly brought one up from the lot for me to drive. Before we even started, he went over many of the features of the car, even explaining some of the technical aspects of the car. We then started the test drive. He answered all my questions without going overboard, allowing me to pay attention to my drive and the car itself. After I decided to purchase the car, John worked with me to get what I think is a decent price and a good monthly payment. It was a Saturday, and the dealership was busy, but they still took the time to make sure I was comfortable and asked if I needed anything to drink. They went over the aftersale options, such as rust proofing, paint treatment, ect. There was no pressure to purchase anything, which is always nice. The dealer was short a financial person, so the wait to finish the process was a little longer than it probably usually is, but, once again, they made sure I was comfortable, and stopped by often to apoligize and let me know approximately how much longer the wait would be. Overall,it was a very pleasant experience.

The sales rep was VERY PUSHY. My wife and I felt a lot of pressure to buy. She demanded that I sign a handwritten piece of paper stating that I would buy the vehicle before all the details were agreed upon. We felt very uncomfortable. After going through this signature ordeal several times my wife and I walked out. It was a very stressful experience, one I will never forget. We then drove to Bellevue Toyota and within a few minutes of arriving we purchased a new vehicle without any pressure or stress! I presently own 4 Toyota vehicles, 3 are trucks and one is a Highlander. I will be buying another one with a few months for my daughter for college. I would highly recommend Bellevue Toyota.

From the time he greeted us at the door, through the test drive, price discussion, and finally held the door for us as we left, Chad Anderson made our car buying experience much more enjoyable than I had ever anticipated. We had done our research and Chad was willing to listen to us and easily answered our questions, pointing out somethings we hadn't considered. We were often given time for private discussion. We felt no pressure only respect, and in the end both my wife and I feel we ended up with a very fair deal. Our entire experience at Performance Toyota was surprisingly enjoyable; from the offer and delivery of coffee and cookies by Patti Kurgan, to the discussion of after purchase products with Kevin Wamsat, and financing with Andy Singh. Even Mr. Fisher, the new car manager, stopped by to introduce himself and offer any assistance. We knew we were going to buy a new car, we weren't sure which one, or if it would be a Toyota. I used to take my vehicle to one of those quick oil change places for my routine oil changes because I was under the impression that the dealerships cost too much. Two times in a row I took my car in and they told me that I had moisture in my oil and I needed to buy this $40 additive or I would have major engine problems. I told them not to put the additive in, that I would think about what I wanted to do. They also said that I was due some other pretty high priced services. I decided that I wanted a second opinion so I made an appointment with Rusty, they took a look and couldn't find any evidence of what I had been told at the other place. He also told me that the other services that they told me I needed were not necessary at that time either. I now only take my car to Rusty, he could have followed their lead and sold me things that were not needed, I mean they already opened the door. I appreciate his honesty and value his opinion. It's a great feeling that I know my car is always in good hands with him.

When I spoke with Brian Schmidt he took the time to listen to my needs within a short time he called me with everything I wanted. He did not miss a single thing I said. It was everything I wanted and more. While I worked with Brian he was very knowledgeable, professional, and it was a very relaxing calm sale. I was very lucky to get Brian as a salesman but my personal view of Brian is he is over qualified for a salesman position and would benefit Toyota Perfomance more in a management position. Brian knows everything about this business from customer service to extended sales, financial, plus ideas to better a business. I hate buying cars I get tired of the fake 1/2 listening salesman and it is what is the most money they can make not what the consumer needs and I chose with the superior service the knowledge and everything Brian presented me with to buy from Toyota Performance. It was the most fun I have ever had buying a car. I walked away knowing every little detail nothing was left out. I just want to give a great big THANK YOU to Brian Schmidt for everything he did for me. He was able to answer all of my questions and was able to get it in the next day. He was very friendly and courteous. I have purchased two cars from Phillip. Now he works in the shop. Phillip tells me upfront what needs to be done and how much it will cost and I like that. If the mechanics find anything else that needs to be done Phillip comes the waiting room to talk to me about it. I save the coupons that Performance sends me and Phillip will look through them to see which one will best fit the service. I believe him to be honest and I trust him. I admire those quilities. I brought my Jeep in to get some brake work done on it, and had a great overall experience. The reason why my experience was so great, is because i was treated very well by the representative there (James Kucera), was explained the whole process, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. Much to my surprise, everything that James told me, as far as pricing and the amount of time the repair would take, was very correct. I was very satisfied with my experience, and would recommend Performance Toyota to my friends and family. The employees were very polite, it took less time out of my day than I thought, and most importantly they were straightforward, honest, and I am very happy with my choice. I will definately be return customer!

I have always driven s10 blazers, and I came across a really good deal on a 4runner, I figured either way I could make money on it by reselling it. I brought into to the shop to have it looked at and make sure there wasnt anything major wrong with since I want familiar with these at all. The service writer, James Kucera, was very helpful, and told me that he himself had one these 4runners, and expressed how much he like it. He told me some things I could look for myself and seemed to be very honest about possible problems that these vehicles may have, but for the most part they were minor..I respected his honesty escpecially being at a Toyota dealer..the vehicle checked out ok with only minor issues..and I actually ended up keeping it.

I called up with a little problem. Twenty minutes later The truck was in the shop getting fixed And on the road an hour later. They saved my weekend. Also any other service I have Its No Problem bring it in, even on a Monday. All the guys there treat you good, all the time.

I had the wheel bearing replaced in my pickup. I dealt directly with Mr. Kellams who gave me what I thought was a reasonable price for parts and labor. I was told it would take aproximately a week to ten days to be completely because parts delivery and other vehicles being worked on. Four days later I received a phone call saying it was done. I was very please with the work and how quickly it was done.

I bought a 2010 Toyota Tacoma Doublecab 4X4 in November 2009. After six months of ownership, I had a list of approximately 6-7 minor problems that I wanted addressed. The biggest issue being that the rear leaf springs were bottoming out with a light load in in the bed. I figured that I would have to drop the truck off for a day, just to be told to bring it back once the parts were ordered, if the replcement was approved. I gave Performce Toyota of LaVista a call, and spoke with Rusty Roseberry. After listening to my list of issues, he went ahead and ordered the springs without me having to drop my truck off. He actually trusted the customer. I dropped my truck off once the springs arrived, and was even given a loaner vehicle to use, while the repairs were made. I received my truck back, to find that every single problem I had reported, had been fixed. I like to say that my truck is better than new now, since all of the bugs have been worked out. I've been a customer of Performance Toyota of LaVista now for several years. During that time, I've purchased several vehicles and had all of my repair work completed there. Even though there is another Toyota dealership that is much closer to my home, I still go back to Performance for my sales and service needs. I can't say enough good things about the dealership. Thanks Rusty and Performance for the great customer service!

Rusty explained things thoroughly before any work was done and made sure I had all of the information needed to make a good decision about the work needing to be done on my Tundra. This was the first time for me to lease a car. Brian, and the rest of the staff, made the experiance the most enjoyable purchase I have ever made. From the moment when I first stepped into the dealership they made me feel very at ease. Brian showed me several differnet models and even suggested a few cars that I would never had considered before. All of my questions where answered in a very honest and straight forward manner. Never was there a time that I felt uncomfortable, or pressured to buy something that I did not want.When it came time for me to do the paperwork everything was explained to me in terms that anyone could understand. All the guys in the service department were very nice and quick to assist me. I needed a recall done on my Toyota Camry that I love and would not trade for anything. They did the work in a timely manner and even had fresh coffee and donuts. I think there are a lot of other dealers in town that could take some lessons in how to treat a customer.

Dropped off my '06 Toyota Tundra SR5 for a 5,000 mile service inspection, including lube, oil and filter, tire rotation and to fix the right rear tire with a big ol' nail in it on 10/07/09. Paid $73.69. A couple weeks ago, while driving home, my right rear tire blew out. Come to find out, the right rear tire has a nail in the same exact spot and the same right rear tire as the one Performance Toyota fixed in October! Well it shouldn't be the right rear tire if they rotated the tires! I check the right front tire because I had this stainless steel stem cap on it before I took it in to be serviced. And there it was. After I get the tire changed in the rain and come home, I check the oil filter. Imagine my surprise when I find the Napa brand oil filter I replaced a year ago. So what did they do exactly I asked myself. $73.69 to park the truck outside? That's exactly what happened, much to everyone's surprise. Since I wrote this review, a public relations representative contacted me the next day, followed up by a phone call from Scott, Service Manager. Scott was very apologetic and offered several different solutions to remedy the situation, including refunding the money paid, plus a credit for future service work (hand delivered to my door the next day!) After speaking with Scott I am satisfied with his scenario that my pickup did not get serviced due to miscommunication between the mechanic and service manager and was mistakenly released to me prior to any work being done. We all make mistakes and I've made plenty. I've changed my initial bad review to a good experience, due to Scott's attitude and attempts to make this right, this is a perfect display of exceptional customer service when it's hard to come by these days.

Mike called me at work with an amazing lease deal on a Toyota Camry. After listening to the deal, there was no way I was going to pass it up. I surprised my wife with a new car for Christmas. Very nice! The dealership had everything ready for us when we arrived to include a big white bow on the car, which was in the showroom.

When my Avalon needed service, I took it in to Performance Toyota of LaVista. Rusty took great care of me, giving me answers and information in a timely manner. He discussed all of my options with me along with pricing for the services we discussed. The wait time was minimal, and the work was performed as discussed with no problems. I didn't feel that Rusty was trying to sell me any unnecessary service,and the pricing was definitely fair. I highly recommend Rusty and will definitely visit him for any future service needs.

I went To Performance to buy a new car. While I was test driving the vehicle I Was interested in, I noticed that there was a car that I had been watching for a long time on the lot. I was looking for a certain color and certain finish level for about 2.5 years. I asked if I could see that used car and the salesman who was helping me said "Sure!". It was exactly what I was looking for. We sat down and negotitiated afair price. I am extremely happy with my sales process and my vehicle. The financing process was smooth too. I WILL be buying all my vehicles from Joe Martin at Performance.

This place is not that different from many other car dealerships, it takes a certain kind of person to sell cars and these guys fit that description perfectly. The staff seemed friendly enough, but i never sensed much sincerity behind it. WATCH OUT if you go over trade in values before you are ready to buy a car. The salesmen do NOT stick to their word. I was quoted $1500 for my trade in first time i was there, and when it came to paper signing time it was somehow only worth $500. (i had to fight for a long time to get it up to $1200)But, how much can you really expect from a huge dealership that would love your money...but doesnt really need your money. I only ended up purchasing from them because the car i wanted was no where in the state and they could get it in the fastest.Bottom line this place is worth a look, but maybe write down everything the salesperson says about money and values. these guys are sharks.

Terrible experience. My wife and I went here about 3 years ago to replace a small truck in for a x-cab Tundra. Wasted 2 hours there listening to their lies and when we finally got to doing the numbers. They would not budge an inch and all the promises by the salesman during the test drive and wandering the lot became a lost conversation. He "forgot" everything he told us. So we tried to leave, but they "lost" our keys to the Nissan we brought in. Never again will I ever go there. We ended up going to a Chevy dealer and purchased an used Tahoe instead, which we traded in for a minvan 3 years later.Don't waste your time here unless you like to be annoyed. Their salepeople stand outside near the entrance to the building like vultures and make you feel uncomfortable.
