I was referred here by a friend. I worked with Jeff, he made the buying experience painless and very fun!! I walked in and told him what I was looking for and my budget, we drove around the lot, looked online at their inventory. I wasn't finding what "I Loved". We looked at all of Baxter's Inventory, I found one I like online. Had everything I wanted, but it was at another Location. Jeff did want he could to get it here and made an appointment for me to come take a look after work. It was perfect!! Jeff did a lot of research to be sure I was getting the best deal and getting what I wanted. I would recommend if you know what you want but can't find it on any lot, go see Jeff. He will find you want you are looking for, and his energy makes the experience so much fun you forgot about the stress and everything that comes with purchasing a new vehicle.

Incompetent, inept, sleazy, disorganized; just a few words that commonly describes the Baxter Toyota Lincoln sales experience. They add hidden fees after the deal is negotiated. They only had one key available at time of vehicle pick up. The interior was hardly clean, dog hair covered the seats. They fill out DMV/title paperwork incorrectly to the point my in-transit stickers became expired before they can get it right. This dealership reinforces the industry stereotype that they are unscrupulous, professionally deficient scammers.

When it gets down to buying a car the relationship you develop with the sales person is key. The vehicles should be the same or similar on Toyota Dealer A's lot as they are on Toyota Dealer B's lot. So what makes the difference between a Great experience and a so-so experience? The People! At Baxter's, we were treated with respect and class. Each person knew their job and were very pleasant to speak to. Bob was a great communicator and put everything in motion. I thoroughly enjoyed the process.

Bob Gooding, salesman, was excellent to work with...no pressure, very knowledgeable and responded to all my questions. Worked hard to find the exact car I wanted. Loan process was relatively easy, with sharp person explaining terms and responsibilities. Following that, another person demonstrated all of car's features and answered questions. This dealership has had a long history [previously Performance Toyota Lincoln] of marginal service [at best]]. I bought a new 2008 Tacoma from them and they couldn't install the Truxedo cover so it didn't leak. They supposedly undercoated the vehicle at our cost, but you really can't see any benefit, there's rust all over the undercarriage! One of the times I took it in for routine service they neglected to fill the washer reservoir, I went on a road trip and found out the hard way, no windshield cleaner!My latest experience was with my 2014 Prius, when I got it back from service it appeared that they had let air out of the tires. When I checked pressure, it was about 26 l bs on all 4 tires. These are some of several examples of why I don't trust their service!!!!

I was dealing on a new 2015 Highlander and the Toyota dealership down the street from my house kept changing the price on me for the same car within the same month. I was tired of getting screwed around so I called Baxter Lincoln and talked to Jeff Styskal. Within 5 minutes, he gave me the price I wanted to pay on the car I wanted. We finalized our trade in with them shortly with a really fair price and easy process. Sine I am an hour away from the dealership and we have a terribly busy schedule, Baxter drove the car to us, we signed the papers at our house and they drove our trade in back to the dealership. I've never had such gold star service in buying a car before. I will definitely be a repeat customer!! Thank you Baxter Lincoln Toyota and Jeff!!

Had about 10 people help me today with my frustrating "dent". My insurance did the inspection. Toyota was super great at explaining that vehicles are constructed of special metals that meet toyota standards.Ran into a "butt". They don't have a machine shop to do the proper measuring and structural repair system required for the warranty I purchased that entitles me to not have to pay a $500 deductible from my insurance. The people were great . They walked me through the process of equipment used to warrant a filing of Geico paying out funds and supplementing that taking off body parts that indicates warranty specs.

I worked with salesman Dan Marshall when I recently purchased a 2015 Rav4. Initially he responded promptly to my inquiry about a particular vehicle and worked with me through the entire process. Dan spent a great deal of time explaining the features of the vehicle and followed up after the purchase to see if I had any questions. Before I took possession of the vehicle Toyota staff made sure I was comfortable with the lights, wipers, etc. and then set up the bluetooth with my phone which I greatly appreciated. kids- laughed when i said i was looking for a car. you can't afford it i wanted the cheapest new hybrid. bob gooding- then the Prius C is what you want. thats what we did. the paperwork went quick. i knew my credit score could of been better. the money man jumped on his computer and did the math. plus the con job of giving me a $1000 discount to not get a loan from another worked !! repairs- thats the job of the warranty. i wont afford repairs while making a payment. facilities = my car. delivery coordinator and i had a good laugh over definition of "forward" of lever. push or pull

Traded in my toyota vehicle which my kids grew up in for a new vehicle. Wanted to purchase a two year old vehicle but ended up buying a one year old vehicle that was priced at less than $500 to buy a new one! My mistake was I went at the end of the month and was sold a vehicle that we didn't want because they needed to make a sale. We were not given a good deal with the trade in price and the price of our vehicle as well. Worst buying experience we have ever had. Finance employee was a nightmare. We were not given time to read the contract and kept pushing his pen towards us to sign the contract. These guys are professionals in selling you a car that you don't like just to make a sale and talk you into warranties that jacks up the price and you end up going home with a vehicle that your stuck paying off for the next 5 years. I was warned not to go here but still went to purchase because our toyota vehicle was serviced here and we had no problems then. BEWARE OF THE FINANCE PEOPLE!

I had traveled over 300 miles for work in my car, only to find an issue with tires my camry, from a parking lot accident I was not aware of. I wasn't sure where to go, since from out of town, so I called for an appointment here. They found the issue, Did not have the parts available. They had the parts overnighted, and fixed it Saturday morning, so I could be on my way. What stood out on their outstanding service, was they handled talking with the insurance company I made a claim with, took photos, and faxed information to them. Since my stay was extended another night. They called local hotels close to their location, to help me find a room. They gave me a loner car for the evening, even though I was willing to walk to restaurant to eat. They were truly a pleasure to deal with, and made the complication of my issue, less stressful. Thank you!

Believe it or not, I had not purchased a car in over 15 years. The dread of the process always won out and luckily my old car continued to run like new. I couldn't find what I wanted in my area or were auction cars priced too high. Looking online was only for research until I found Performance in Lincoln via the Toyota website. They had certified cars at reasonable prices. Made contact with Mark Langston and the rest was history. No one, including myself, could believe I bought a car via the Internet. We graduated to the telephone, and I asked many questions, requested more pictures, and Mark was very accommodating. I leased a Rav4 from this dealer in July and was given 2nd tier financing at 3.9%. At that time I was told that future purchases or leases by me would be given 1st tier financing regardless of credit score as long as payments to Toyota were all on time. Right at the end of October I stop by there to look at a new Tundra pickup to replace the 2007 Dodge I was using for hauling. I was told, by Courtney that Nick the Financing guy said they could quote me at the same 3.9% if I wanted to buy a pickup. When I finally got set down with a financing guy it was Tim. He insisted on writing up the paperwork to "get me on my way", even though I was not rushing anyone or in a hurry at all. He wanted to write up my papers at 2.9% which would have been Tier 1, but he did say that 3 months was not long enough for me to be guaranteed Tier 1. I insisted on pricing the pickup based on Tier 2 rates (3.9%) because my credit is not perfect and I knew I got that rating before, and that was the rate that Nick quoted earlier. I also told him up front that if they were to try to change the rate of the contract later that I would not agree and would just bring the pickup back. A couple days later Tim calls me up and says Toyota wanted a Co signer, I told him that was fine and my wife would do that. I also offered to put my business on the loan. After my wife fills out the form for co applicant I get another call from Tim. He claims they can only do the deal at 10.9% now. My credit has not changed at all since the first time. I will be bringing the pickup back on Saturday if they don't get it straight tomorrow. It is a textbook Yo Yo scam and I don't need the pickup bad enough to put up with this type of nonsense. The worst part is that I live over 200 miles from Lincoln and bringing it back is not the same as if I lived there. I was not given a copy of the spot delivery or conditional sale agreement, or any denial of the original terms. I have no issues with the sales people, they have done great. I will not deal with them in the future unless they straighten up this mess.

I initially sent online requests to the four Toyota dealers in the greater Omaha/Lincoln area. All of them replied with differing levels of attention. Courtney from Performance Toyota of Lincoln paid the most attention to me and eventually got my business because of that. She was very helpful and friendly, made the process fun, and has done a great job of follow-up after the sale. She was the only one to quote me a price without meeting in person--which I liked. I tried to get the other dealers to do that with no such luck. Go there and ask for Courtney! I had very specific requirements for the model and color. Although the Lincoln store did not have it, they were very willing to obtain one from another dealer. I also asked about an overnight test drive. They were more than willing to let me do that. (I will never buy another car again on just a ten minute test drive.) Thanks! My only complain about my buying experience is that the finance guy was rushed. He had people waiting for him to finish with me. I got a great rate, but only after I agreed to the extended warranty. I should have questioned that one a little more... Lastly--and this is aimed at Toyota, not the dealer--the check engine light on my brand new truck is on! I've already taken it to a dealer. They cleared it once, but it's back on now. Something's obviously not right and I'll have to take it in again this week. ...a little disappointing.

I happened to meet Mike Maguire one Saturday afternoon as I was beginning my car search. From the minute I met Mike he was "no pressure". After telling him I was just beginning the process (I was afraid to talk to him given the reputation of most car salesmen). But Mike seemed to understand and only asked if he could have my contact information so he could be on the look-out for the car I was looking for. He called me a week later to see how I was doing and again with no pressure seemed so easy to talk to. I appreciated that since I was doing this process by myself. When I finally talked my husband into going to look, we looked at the car I was leaning toward I asked if Mike was around. I wanted a hybrid and thought since Toyota had so much experience with them I would check them out. I was so surprised by how comfortable the Prius was to drive. I had talked to people at red lights etc. and more than one said they loved their Prius, and one couple told me how pleased they were with the dealership. So the real clincher for me was my salesman Greg Marshall, I just trusted him and knew he would not steer me wrong. I usually don't make decisions like this so quickly but I just knew it was the way to go and there was no pressure from Greg. I wound up choosing a 2006 Prius and I really love it, I have driven it for about 3 weeks now.

My car before was only a 2 wheel drive and I'd really like to have a 4 wheel drive for snow but it cost more. So when I went to visit Toyota for change oil. I talked to Rex Viola who is my agent for more than 3 yrs now, He asked me if I'm interested again to buy a new car and I said Yes but not the new one. I told him I want a RAV 4 with low mileage. But during the time they don't have one yet. He told me he will give me a call if they have one. And he did after a week. They gave me a good deal.I'm very happy about it. I am glad that I bought a highlander. I let the tire's go to long and they were too bald to drive in snow and they were just too worn out to drive and we hit a snow storm and cars were going in the ditch all over the road. I think that if we were not driving the highlander we would have been in the same place that every body else was . I had been looking for a Prius for a while, as I watched my hard earned cash dwindle away filling up my beloved Camaro. I stopped into Performance Toyota and was assisted by Mark Groh. He pointed me to where the car was at on the lot and did a VERY thorough test drive with me, teaching me how to drive the unique car and showing me all the different modes that it could drive in. After driving with him, I knew that I liked the car but was unsure if I could afford it. Mark sat down with me and helped me calculate gas savings and payment options. I was a little extreme and did tons of research and had lots of questions to ask. I couldn't make up my mind if I wanted to buy the car or not (I really just didn't want to get rid of my Camaro!!), so Mark allowed me to take it home and drive it around for a little bit. After talking with my fiance and showing him the car I went right back and told Mark I wanted the car, the gas savings was something we couldn't pass up. Mark worked with me for literally 4 hours (maybe more!) trying to help me secure a deal on the car. While I was deciding whether or not I wanted the car another sales person attempted to show the car to another customer who had stopped in to see it and Mark told him NO...which I appreciated because I was being really indecisive and needed extra time to not be pressured into a sale. Mark took his time to show me all the cool features the car came with and was not pushy at all. He was supportive and offered facts that were helpful to my decision making. If you're in the market for a new car, stop by Performance Toyota and ask for Mark, he was great to work with! :)

The agent I worked with was great. The dealership experience overall I consider as very poor. On the Website, the information they posted for the Prius I bought was misleading and outright wrong. They took the information from a new Prius and posted the same "AS IS" for selling a Certified Toyota Prius. They did not mention that they don't have a second Smart Key and they never mentioned that they don't have the spare tire. The second day after I bought the car and when I didn't find the second key in the glove box and coffee cup holder, I called the agent. He said they don't have the second key, Today, when I opened the trunk, I came to realize that there is no spare tire either. I expected honesty and correct information from a Toyota dealer and unfortunately, I did not get this from this dealership.

I had the worst purchase and service experience with this dealer. The story started in 2010 when I bought my Venza brand new as the color I wanted wasnt available, however, I was told if I pay an extra $1000 they can get me one from Minnesota. I paid the extra $1000 and on the delivery day I was shocked when I found out that my car has more than 500 miles on it, and they were acting like there was nothing wrong!! When I asked about it they said oh yeah, didnt we tell you that we drove it from Minnesota!! No absolutely you didnt tell me and if you have told me that I wouldnt agree on that deal. I had a rental car for more than 2 months and I desperately needed the car and had no time to argue so regretful I didnt with that 500 miles on I couldve at least got my $1000 back because they simply sold me a used car as a new one. After that, I serviced my car there every 5,000 miles without missing one single service until it reached 45,000 in the last few months when I requested the wiper blade to be changed for the first time because it started to make noise. When I picked up my car I was surprised by the cost of the blade, more than $45, as they didnt tell me about it and I thought thats ok for a quality blade that would last for around 3 years. It didnt rain until two weeks later to find out that the new $45 blade makes noise and it doesnt wipe well in the lower part. I returned it and asked for replacement and it was replaced. Again, it didnt rain until two or three weeks later and I found out that the new blade has the same issue as the previous one which I didnt expect from a $45 blade. Because this blade wasted my time, I returned to the dealer and asked for a refund. After more than an hour of waiting, the service manager who didnt even want to talk to me said no refund we only can replace it for you unless we go for a test drive and see the issue. I said ok lets go for a test drive, even though it wasnt raining, I used that washer and the maintenance guy did hear the noise while spraying water on the windshield and it WASNT dry. For some reason, they said we wont refund you unless you come back when it rains and show us, even though they heard the noise and like if I have nothing to do in my life but to wait until it rains to go to the rude manager to refund my $45. I contacted Toyota customer care who referred me to Cindy just to waste another 2 hours of my time. She called me and we met, she has all the information but she asked me to tell her everything and I did until she said I will see what I can do. Well, what she did is that she told me the same thing, no refund or come back when it rains!!! Their justification is that its been more than a month while, in fact, when I replaced the first one it was 2 weeks ago only!! I will never step in that dealer again and will never buy a Toyota again (I had a 2008 Avalon and now own 2010 Venza both bought brand new) Thank you for deceiving me from the very first moment, an extra $1000 for a used car, and it was my fault to do business with you after that incident. FYI, I referred 4 friends to you in the past 3 years and they bought 4 cars from you but not anymore, its not about $45, its about how you treat your customers and try to deceive them as much as you can. By the way, it didnt rain since that day; it snowed very professional.

On Saturday we visited a number of dealers and by the 3rd visit we were ready to call it a day. Seemed like no one wanted to help us!! We decided we would stop at Performance Toyota after hearing a radio comercial about the Big Tent Sale they were having. Soon as we pulled in James Colombi came out with a very nice welcome!! I told him i was young had no credit and wanted a new car! i work hard and can afford to pay for it. Seems like every other time i said that today the salesman lost any interest in dealing with me. Not James!! He took us back to his office and explained lets see what you qualify for so that we dont waste any of our time. After a few min he said that i would need some help on the loan and that he couldnt help me by my self. So he asked if i had any family that can help, my grandfather who was with me said he would certainly help! He took a credit statement from him and said I would qalify for a loan with him. He pulled up a New Toyota Corolla S for me to look at. After the test drive i knew it was for me. He got all the numbers worked out with a payment i can afford and even got me 0% financing. I love my new Corolla and will send everyone i know that is looking for a new or used car to James Colombi!!!! Thanks

I went to the dealership because they have a large selection of vehicles. A friend had worked with Mark Groh and referred him to me. Mark was great and even though the dealership had a large selection, they didn't have the color I wanted on the lot. Mark worked through the evening to secure the vehicle I wanted from another lot the dealership owned and eventually we agreed on what I felt was a fair price. The next day, the truck was delivered as promised and the paperwork was completed in a very timely manner. Mark was great to work with and the sales manager and other employees were very friendly and easy to deal with as well. The dealership has a very professional appearance. I did have a bad experience in the finance office. The employee gave the sales pitch for the extended warranty which I had some interest in at the time. The pitch was that it would increase the monthly payment by $18. I took some time to run the numbers myself and it turned out to be a $30/month increase. The employee said he had some "bad math" but I saw it as dishonesty. The "bad math" secured my decision to turn down the extended warranty. Overall, my experience was very good.

We really had a great experience working with Mark. Upon stepping out of our vehicle Mark asked us if we had been helped. He immediately began helping us sort out what we wanted/needed in a vehicle. No pressure, just excellent questions that helped us make our decision. Mark is extremely knowledgeable about the product we bought and he answered every question (and we had a lot of them!) we asked him and he gave us so many helpful tips along the way. Mark spent the better part of a day with us and he has offered to be right there for us when we have a questions about the vehicle we purchased. Other dealers always seemed to find "good" reasons to up their price once they thought I was truly interested in their product, not so with James and Performance. Their word was good! Preston Block was the technician for my visit and explained what he did and what needed to be done in an appropriate manner. He did not use "mechanic language" that would be difficult for an average person to understand and did not pressure me into buying anything that I did not want to add to my service. Also, Evan Meyer, the service adviser was very helpful and had a great attitude. Overall, my experience was wonderful. My husband and I went in to simply test drive the new Toyota 4runner We had no intentions on purchasing a new vehicle that particular day Robert was not at all pushy he was super fun to work with! His laid-back personality made us feel very comfortable! Robert was very eager to show us every make and model and every color possible, he even took us inside to compare the specs as far as how much legroom and headroom the 4runner had versus the highlander. My experience with Performance Toyota is a great one! I was searching for a Prius V and few dealers were willing to work with me as it is a new model for the Prius line. I searched a 4 hour radius from where I live to find what was out there. James Colombi had the best communication and after putting a deal together online I was a bit nervous driving almost 3 hours to get it assuming that I would be in for some sneaky salesman games upon arrival at the dealership. Once I got there I found that the car was ready to take delivery. James had the paperwork ready and everything was EXACTLY as quoted, NO games!!

They tried to give me significantly less than fair value for my trade in. They wouldn't even give me half of what KBB, Edmunds, or Manheim, say. They even printed up the reports that showed my vehicle in "good," condition was worth more than twice what they were willing to give me on my trade. They tried saying they felt the transmission was slipping. I drive that car every day and have never had any issues. I think they are very unethical. This should have been the easiest sale they made. I was paying asking price and I was asking dealer trade in value, but they tried to maximize their profits at my expense. I think them making a few thousand dollars for an hour of work was worth their time, but they didn't agree. I went to another dealership, the used car manager drove my car for a few miles and didn't notice any transmission issues. I would stay away from this Performance. I feel it was very unethical of them to make false statements in an attempt to "steal," my trade. Oh, on another note, they were trying to charge me a few percentage points higher than the rate my credit union has posted. So, if you need to buy from them it is best to arrange financing first and sell your car outright.

I had some alignment problem with my certified pre owned vehicle which I bought less than 2 weeks ago. I requested for an alignment check as I thought the problem is with the road surface and not with my car. They told me they have complimentary alignment check up. I DID NOT ask them to perform any alignment service. When I got my car, I was charged $79.95 as they have performed the alignment service which I did not ask them to. They should have asked my permission to fix the alignment as I can do it in other Toyota dealer for $69.95. Very disappointed with the overall service received. Also, I just put on less than 2000 miles on my certified pre own Toyota and there is alignment problem. What is the point of buying certified pre owned vehicle then if they don't work as promised? Seems like all dealers are similar, they just want your business and don't care about any thing else. I am quite disappointed with them.

I have been to this dealer multiple times to assist a friend purchase a car. In each case, they exhibited textbook shady tactics. So how did you arrive at this handwritten figure you want me to initial? Oh, you lost the keys to my potential trade-in eh? I guess I will spend more time in captivity with your sales guy. The manager played the intimidation game with me, I ended up buying a Honda. Sir, this may be the way you have sold cars for the last twenty years, but that lousy sales approach is just tapping additional nails into the coffin of a once dependable brand. Get with the times! By the way, I have owned three Toyotas and probably won't buy another. I love my Honda!!!

I bought a overpriced, Nissan used car with really low miles from this dealer, they got greasy, Armor All behind the instrument panel with no way to remove it, I didn't get any intransit stickers, I had to go to the manager to get my problems resolved since the salesman wouldn't do anything to help me. They washed the car and said it was ready to go, it still had the stock number decal on the front windshield, and it had a nasty film on the inside of it. Talk about having a bad experience, I won't be back, if I buy a new vehicle it will be either a Honda or Nissan, Not a Toyota.

My husband & I bought a used car from Performance Toyota over the internet. We found very complete information about the vehicle from Car Fax and Consumer Report,so we were fairly sure the car we were purchasing would be reliable. We were willing to drive the 200 miles to the dealership to pick up the car, however when we got there, things were very difficult. Performance was offering a $500 lower price if we agreed to finance the car through a Toyota program. Try as we might we were unable to get the exact terms of this offer until we had practically signed & paid for the car. We were passed from "suit" to "suit" and all the while getting more& more skeptical about what was going on. It was like the proverbial pea and shell game. On top of that no one in the place could locate the keys to the car so we could test drive it before we signed all the paperwork. Wouldn't you be a bit wary? Well, the nail in the coffin was when we discovered a couple of days later that the rear seat headrests were missing. The dealership told us that they had the headrests & they would mail them to us. Since we happened to be driving close to Lincoln the next day (unfortunately a Sun.) we wanted to pick them up. He told us we could call him when we got to Lincoln & could pick them up. Getting him on his cell phone took over an hour, and when we got the head rests they were not the ones that belonged in the car. Three weeks later someone managed to contact the former owner & get the headrests, but not effort was made until we contacted the dealership. Once again we drove through Lincoln to pick them up. We had previously purchased a RAV4 from Performance Toyota in 2004 and had a good experience. After deciding that we wanted to purchase a replacement, we filled out the pre-qualification form for credit online. Shortly after we were contacted by Kurt Rinke with information about our pre-approval (with a better interest rate than anticipated) and with questions about what we were looking for in a vehicle. That afternoon we dropped by the dealership to look at was in stock. Kurt was great. He was not at all high pressure, he didn't try to steer us into a car that we didn't want, he answered all of our questions, and was very direct with what they could deal on. After looking at our options, we actually traded in our other car as well and bought two RAV4s. The business and finance part of the transaction was very smooth and was taken care of quickly. From hitting the door, to taking a test drive, completing all of the business paperwork and through vehicle delivery we were at the dealership for just about 2.5 hours. The rest of the staff at the dealership are all friendly and professional. Having dealt with the service department on my previous RAV, I can honestly say that they are great as well. Plus, they have really convenient hours which is a big help.If you are looking for a straight-forward and hassle-free experience, I would recommend this dealership. Some people may be put off by the fact that the sales people are not the overly-friendly type that will say or do whatever it takes to get you into a car. Personally, I found it a refreshing change that they treated buying a car as what it was, a business transaction. That is not to say that they are not highly concerned about your satisfaction, its just that rely more on delivering what you want rather than trying to convince you that you got what you wanted.

All the above employees were exceptional in addressing the prompt scheduling for service and follow up with service regarding correcting the problem with an accessory that was purchased for our 2010 Rav4 which was a different rear view mirror with a compass due to the fact that the first mirror that was installed did not work.

3 years ago when we initially when to Performance Toyota, our intent was to use this dealership to take a look at Toyota vehicles and go elsewhere to actually purchase a vehicle. We had a very bad experience with Performance Dodge and swore we would never buy a vehicle from a Performance Dealership again. Kurt Rinke is the only reason we leases/purchased a truck from Performance Toyota. Kurt helped us resolve our fears about purchasing from a Performance dealership. Kurt is a very friendly and knowledgeable salesman. He went above and beyond expectations to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I was pregnant when we first leased our Tunda and Kurt made sure the Tundra was as easy as possible for me to get into (he added running boards at no extra cost, this was the only way I could get in easily) and be comfortable. Three years later when our lease was up, Kurt helped us in the purchase of our Tundra. We really liked our Tunda and Kurt did not pressure us into a new lease or sale. He is very understanding and went over the top to always make sure we were satisfied. We would highly recommend this dealership, and especially dealing with Kurt Kinke. He is the only one we will work with. We will still never buy from Performance Dodge, but Performance TOYOTA we will definitely be back to buy from because of Kurt.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Darius Bennett and Issac (Detailer). The service was prompt and friendly and both of them should be recognized. I had the car in for routine service and asked about having a couple spots removed that I could not seem to get removed myself. Thanks to Issac and his hard work and detail knowledge, he was able to remove the spots and the car looked like brand new again. We have purchased two Toyotas from this dealership and because of the great service we have received, we are likely to patronize this dealership again when buying a new vehicle.

This was not my first visit to Performance Toyota. I visited once before to help a friend buy a new Prius. That experience was awesome. They did not have the vehicle that he wanted on the lot, but they were quick to locate one and have it shipped to him. They gave him a great price right off the bat with little negotiating. So when it was time for me to purchase my truck I first went to the dealership that was closest to my house (Bellevue Toyota). My experience there was HORRIBLE. The sales staff was rude and not informed on the vehicle and management told me that they did not want to deal on that truck, because that was their last one and they were sure that they could get a better price. That is when my wife and I made the trip down to Lincoln to visit Performance Toyota. I called on my way down and talked with Pat Riley. Over the phone he asked what type of vehicle I was looking for and with what options. By the time I got down there (45 minutes later) the exact vehicle I was looking for was sitting out front with the keys in it so I could test drive it right away. Once we returned from our test drive, Pat had two cans of soda for my wife and I. That was something I did not expect, but just goes to show the level of customer service that he provided. Once we started the negotiations it was very pleasant. They gave me a better price for my trade than what I expected and discounted the Tundra to match USAA pricing. From there we had to wait a little while on the financing department (they were down to one person because the other one called in sick). But the wait time was used by Pat to go over every inch of the Tundra and show me all the features. He even took the time to sync my BlackBerry to the trucks Bluetooth system.If I am ever in the market for another Toyota, Pat Riley will be the only salesmen I use. The people and service at Performance Toyota was TOP NOTCH and have set the standard by which I will judge all others. Thank you Performance Toyota and Pat Riley.

I can not say enough about the customer service of Dustin Buss as a sales rep. He went above & beyond expectations to find the car I wanted. And Dustin hung in there for several months as I first thought I wanted a new vehicle & after almost buying one, I decided to go with a used vehicle. So Dustin just started over with me & we began looking for the vehicle I wanted with all the requirements I had. Even when I thought he did find it & I changed my mind & wanted to change a little thing like cloth seats to leather, he still hung in there with me & did it with a sense of humor & great respect for me as the client. As a company fleet manager, I often have need to buy vehicles locally and then move them to another location. I've driven lots of makes and models, and my experience with Performance Toyota of Lincoln has always been exceptional. I haven't felt the pressure to buy like I have in most other dealerships. Allen Gill, the new car manager, has always answered my questions quickly and found me the vehicle I was looking for... even if he didn't have one on his lot. And I have never felt like he was trying to sell me something he had on the lot if it wasn't exactly what I was looking for.And when I pick up my vehicles, Jim Knievel has been wonderful in explaining how each vehicle works including things like the navigation systems and the integrated, hands-free bluetooth audio.

This is my first time to Performance Toyota, I wasn't for sure if I want to go to Toyota dealership due to all the recalls Toyota's been haveing on there vehicles, I have alway's know that Toyota has very good vehicles. My daughter is graduating from collage and needs a good car to travel with her new career, so her and I went looking, Dustin Buss was the dealer that helped us and he was so helpful with everything he answered all of our questiion with no hesitation and really sold us on the vehicle that she ended up getting. I would defentely recommend Performance Toyota and Dustin Buss for anybody that want to get a good vehicle.

I was very impressed with Dustin Buss, the salesmen who sold me the vehicle. He was always around and helpful when I had questions. I was happy with the price I got for the vehicle but it was a nightmare from then on out.I was charged for etching ($600) and warranty services ($2180) without being told that I could decline these charges at any time. By the way, the etching that was supposed to be done to 6 windows was only actually on 5 windows.I was also offered a specific APR but it was not a sure thing (banks closed at the time) and I knew I could do better than what they were offering (6.8%). So I told them to call me when they got a figure set in stone and I would tell them if I would be financing it on my own or take their offer...never got a call and now I'm being told that I'm stuck at 6.8% instead of 4.5% that I can get on my own.I was also under the impression that there would be two keys for the vehicle (you spend $20,000 on a car...you'd think they can give you 2 keys right?) and when I was handed only 1 after filling out paperwork I brought this up. I was told to call back in a week and they would let me know what they could do for me.I called back...only to be told to call back in ANOTHER week. I call back, but they were out to lunch (no complaints there...people have to eat). Next day, I call at 12:30 and people were busy so I asked to be called back. 3:30 rolls around and still no call so I call in again. Same thing, they'll call back before they close at 6:00. I never got a call so I showed up on Monday to talk to them. At that point I was told that I could get employee pricing on a 2nd key but people were out to lunch and I would get a call back while I was at work. I missed the call (I AM at work) and called back but couldn't get anybody so I call back the next day. Dustin, who I'd been working with this whole time was gone so I asked to talk to the manager (Biff). He told me he'd pull up my information and call me back with a quote in fine minutes. Julie called back 2 minutes later asking what kind of key I wanted. I told her nothing fancy, just something that I can drive the car with. She called back again 2 minutes later with a quote of $180! How does it cost a Toyota Dealership $180 to get a key and program it?!?When I called and asked to talk to the manager and told him this whole story of the poor customer service I was receiving. He offered to split the costs of the key. $90 for a key still wasn't going to satisfy me at this point (it takes less than 5 minutes to program a key and as a Toyota dealership you'd think they can get keys pretty cheap right? So why should I still pay $90 for a key?). At that point he became very unpleasant and didn't want to talk to me anymore and just kept saying "You know where I stand and how to reach me"...well I also know about 100 friends who all just graduated college and I'm sure they would love to hear about this before they go car shopping.If I do end up satisfied I will definitely edit this review but at this point I do not see that happening with the poor customer service I've been given (even by the manager!?).----------- nearly 4 weeks after buying the car -------------I finally have a 2nd key and didn't have to pay for it. Dustin was awesome and said that he would take it out of his commission since the dealership wasn't willing to get me one. I was told that I was stuck with the window etching price of $600 since it was already done (still only have 5 of 6 windows etched, which I would like to get resolved but I REALLY don't want to go anywhere near that building again)Now, I've just received a confirmation for a Visa credit card through Performance that I never even signed up for. How do I get a credit card balance in the mail if I don't even have a physical credit card to use!?!?! I ended canceling this card but when I asked them how I would've gotten signed up in the first place they said that sometimes people who do financing through them (which again, I never actually agreed to...I wanted to get this done elsewhere for a lower APR) they sometimes get a free credit card...The person I talked to couldn't tell me if I ever agreed to get a card and I KNOW that I didn't.I HIGHLY recommend that you go down to Columbus or Omaha if you want an trustworthy dealership. Toyota vehicles are amazing but you shouldn't have to get one at the cost of atrocious customer service. After talking to a few co-workers I know that I'm definitely not the first to be screwed over by Toyota...If you do want to go through Performance Toyota then definitely ask for Dustin. He's been great, calling me on his day off, paying for my key...everything. Overall the staff there was quite friendly but that really don't do much for them when they can't get anything done right (paperwork, etching...etc...etc).I only rated their price a 2 because I got charged $600 for that etching that I didn't even want. Otherwise it would've been a 3 or 4.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own and i will purchase all my vehicles from Performance Toyota staff and Dustin Buss. They were extremely helpful when it came to helping me achieve the payment i was looking for by recommending the college grad program which gave me a free $1000 to apply to the purchase of my car. I sought out Tim Stohlman because he was recommended to me as someone who would find me a good deal on an inexpensive, but safe and reliable, car for my daughter. I wanted to purchase a vehicle for her when she turned 16, but could not afford a new car. I explained to Tim what I was looking for and what my price range was. He kept an eye out for trade-ins coming into the dealership that might work for my situation. I know my purchase wasn't a big one, in terms of dollars spent, but Tim treated me like I was one of his most important customers. He contacted me when a car came in that he thought would meet my needs. In fact, he went above and beyond to find me, not only a good used car within my limited price range, but a sporty-looking one that made my daughter's eyes sparkle when I gave it to her, as if it was brand new. I trusted Tim to help me with a decision that was very important to me, both financially and personally, and he came through. All I had to do was tell Tim what I wanted and he did what was necessary to find me the perfect vehicle.

I've purchased my last five vehicles from this dealership and have dealt with Tim every time. My girlfriend also bought her vehicle from Tim, and so has everyone I've ever told about him. I've probably recommended seven people to buy from Tim, including my best friends and my parents. He's the best salesman on the planet. I always feel like I've received a lot of value for my money, and Tim makes the process smooth and enjoyable. He always fills the tank and buys lunch or dinner too... a real class act. Tim has been my salesperson on my last four car deals. I am someone with a low tolerance for the back and forth that car deals often result in, and Tim keeps the process simple and up front. I am currently enjoying my 2008 Toyota Tundra, which Tim helped me get, while also helping dispose of some negative equity from my previous vehicle. I have found him to be courteous, well spoken, and knowledgeable on the products he sells. My fiance and I are now in need of replacing her vehicle which was recently totaled in an accident, and are planning on making the trip from OK back to NE so we can work with Tim. I have to say that my experience in dealing with this salesperson and this dealership was one of the best I've had in my years of purchasing cars, and that has been many! I have driven Mini Coopers for several years and although I loved driving a Mini, it had become necessary to find a car with a bigger back seat area as my grandson had outgrown the space in the Mini. Tim Stohlman's knowledge and experience showed when offering me several options at the Toyota dealership. He took the time to learn my needs and was very knowledgeable about the different makes available. I drove several cars and became especially attracted to the Camry Hybrid. Tim explained the differences between the models and showed me how everything worked, and was even happy to take my calls afterward when I had forgotten how some of the options worked. Because the car I traded was still fairly new, the deal that was made to me offered cash back, as well as making it possible for me to not have any car payments for three years. I believe that was a very creative way to consummate the purchase of the new car. All in all, this was a very pleasant experience. I will purchase cars in the future from this salesperson and would highly recommend him and this dealership to others.

Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful; they brought the vehicle we wanted from another related dealership so we could see it; we got the deal we wanted and the tradein price we wanted. No hard sell. Financing was explained completely and clearly. We received the vehicle with a full tank of gas and fresh wash job.

I was looking for a new vehicle. I also had one to trade in. In speaking with Biff, he gave me a great trade in allowance and was extremely competitive with the pricing of the new vehicle. That was just the initial correspondence.I put them under pressue when I showed up before the anticipated time I was suppose to arrive. The car was still ready and waiting when I got there. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. I really liked the gentlemen that introduced me to my car and went through its operation with me, reassurring me I could contact him at anytime to answer my questions. I have had some car purchases that left me feeling that I really did not make the right buy.
