After having been a Honda owner since 1984, I bought my first VW from Luke Andrews. Luke is so knowledgeable and was able to answer any and all questions I had. He went out of his way to get the exact car that I wanted. His service does not stop after you sign on the dotted line. His follow up is wonderful. I bought my VW in 2013 and he called me again just yesterday to see how things were going and if I was satisfied with my car. I have recommended him to everyone I know looking to buy a car. When I explained a problem a family member was having with a different car lease, he immediately offered to help in any way he could. I have complete trust in Luke. My sister, brother-in-law and niece have also purchased their most recent VW from Luke. I feel that you can't go wrong when you are working with Luke.

I just purchased a 2015 Jetta, Joe was my sales person. Joe was prompt, courteous and I feel got me a great deal. My one beef is the push to sell the "protection packages". On the plus side, when I said I wanted no interior or paint protection I wasn't bombarded with a hard sell. Overall this was a great experience! I should have also mentioned, that Joe was very cognizant of my time...he was always quick to respond to my email questions/negotiations and when I was ready to buy I was in and out in just about an hour.

I was looking to trade in my current vehicle for something more fuel efficient. I found performance Volkswagen to be the perfect combination of both affordability and luxury. We bought our 3rd Volkswagen from Luke Andrews last week, and as in the past, I couldn't be happier. We are now the proud owners of a Passat and I think we will be keeping this one for quite a long time.....sorry, Luke! The sales, service, management, credit and all others we have had the pleasure to deal with have always gone above and beyond expectations to make sure we were comfortable and pleased with our purchase. We recently purchased our 3rd vehicle from Luke Andrews and couldn't be happier. The entire staff, whether sales or service, are professional, friendly and so helpful. All details are explained thoroughly and Luke took the time to walk me through the set-up steps (more than once!) As much as I love my new Passat, I know when the time comes to trade, we'll be back to see Luke at Performance.

I want to first say that I cannot believe how rude the service people are.... I cannot belive how I was treated. I went there to fix my daughters car. I went there with no check engine lights on and left with more issues and a nice yellow check engine light on. Which there service managers says I came in with because one of his people noted on my services 24 hours after the car had been there and service was almost completed. Which he even said that doesnt make sense but proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and that his service people checked it when it came in. WELL my car was already there for 24hr and being worked on. Then I take it in to tell my why the check engine light is on and then proceeds to tell me the service that I had denied the services. Some how I denied services that I NEVER KNEW ABOUT AND WHY WOULD I COME BACK and complain my check engine light was on if i came in with it on... He said he would wave the 49.99 service fee thanks but I paid that on Saturday. Why would they run the test again. Since supposively they knew the answer on Saturday and I denied the service. So I am the liar and stupid one for bringing the car back when I supposively already knew the answer which make no sence. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! The only nice thing I have to say is Bill the guy who sold my friend that I brought in the same day all this happened. IF I Knew My car WOULD COME OUT WITH more issues than I came in with I WOULD have NEVER suggested getting a VW. Bill Tried to help but nothing got resolved except I will never come back. Thanks I get for bringing in customers.

I have owned my car for 14 years and it was time for something new. I selected a 2014 Jetta as a lease. Sign and Drive and it is really sign and drive. A very affordable way to get a nice, luxury, solid, safe, good looking car. I am pleased with the car and love driving it. The dealership was clean and shiny like a new car. There are plenty of folks on hand to help you. Joe was my salesperson, no pressure but helped me over time select a car, that was best suited to my needs. The information he gave at delivery was precise and concise. He also made a follow up call and I was able to ask a few questions I had. Sam in the finance department made that process painless - It was EASY! Thank you all for a pleasant experience.

Great service at volkswagen performance. My friend and I like the sales atmosphere a lot. Sales man know there car well and don't push buyer. Highly recommend here and sales man Bill.

I would not recommend going to Performance Volkswagen for business of any car. The sales department and service department are never on the same page and they make it the customers problem. After buying a used car TWO months ago, the service promised on the car has still not been complete. This is also after bringing the car up to the service department SIX times. One time the car sat on their lot for almost two weeks with not a single thing done with it, because they were "waiting" on parts. Then when the parts came in they STILL didn't fix their mistake. Then they sent the part back because they waited too long to put it in the vehicle. The Service manager, Keri, she is extremely immature and unprofessional. Only answer she gives is that it isn't her problem and to talk to sales. Then will hang up in the middle of the conversation because she doesn't have answers and is frustrated. Since when is it OK to treat customers like this?!?!? My family has done many years/cars of business here, well NEVER again will another dime be spend to this company. They lost a few good potential return customers. I would recommend to go somewhere where you will be treated much better and somewhere they don't make their lack of fulfilling promises your problem!

Even though, I just went in to test drive a car with no intentions of leaving with it, I did. The buying process took awhile, but was pretty painless. A few days later, I noticed some issues with the car. I took it back and explained what was happening to my salesman. He took care of the issue without any hesitation. A few days after that, I noticed the issue was not resolved. I took the car back and they have gone above and beyond to make sure the issue is resolved, as well as that I am completely happy with the service I am receiving. Great experience as a first time car buyer!!

We worked with Allan, he was very nice and a great story teller! We didnt end up getting a car cause of my credit issues but they did EVERYTHING they could and were very kind and professional at the same time. We will be going back when we are more prepared financially. Thanks

I took my Beetle in because of a brake issue. They tried and tried to repeat the failure but couldn't. But instead of "trumping" up the repair bill by useless repair and/or replacement. They honestly told me that everything in my system was okay and returned my car at no charge. This is absolutely wonderful. As a woman I probably would have okay all that un-nessecery repair out of a personal lack of knowledge. But they held true to an honesty policy and did not charge me for repairs that my car did not need. I applaud Performance Volkswagon, yoou truely operate a customer friendly business.

This dealer's facilities were very nice, they had the car we were interested in, and we were able to negotiate a reasonable price for it. Some aspects of the purchasing process were misleading: the salesman tried to tell us we had "won" the negotiations when still offering a higher price than we had asked, and he made some promises about factory warranties that the financing department debumked later. Probably nothing you wouldn't find at most other dealerships.

I was looking to buy my first car. I had a friendly salesperson text me in the morning and help me tons before I even got there. Once there the service was friendly. I felt very valued and respected. I was impressed by the facilities and how quick the process was (so were the people who came with me). They gave me an awesome deal! I even got an extra set of keys and a full tank of gas! I loved buying a car from them and my salesperson has kept in contact and answered all of my questions.
