This place is a joke. Dropped the truck off yesterday for service. Was told they would probably have it done today. Stopped in today because we hadn’t heard anything and was told the diagnostic would be done by NEXT FRIDAY. We are talking nearly two weeks for a four-wheel drive diagnostic NOT actual repair work. 1) When we drop off, we expect a fairly accurate time frame for the initial service to be completed. 2) If the time frame changes, we expect a phone call with updated information. Neither of these basic requirements happened. Instead, we got excuses and attitude. This vehicle is WORK EQUIPMENT and needs to be back in service in five days. Honesty and transparency are needed for us to make informed decisions about how to manage the limited time it can be out of operation. For those wondering if this place is worth coming to: Find another GMC service to take your vehicle to because this one is nothing but excuses.

Updated to 3 starts after I waited 3 1/2 hours for a tire rotation and oil change. Don't know if they're under staffed or what, I was only apologized to for the wait. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in my experience. They went over my 2009 sierra which just hit 100k, and serviced all that need serviced, and were very punctual and professional throughout the time vehicle was there.

Very friendly and helpful place..had about three or four people asked me if I needEd help upon arriving— not looking for sales— just making sure I had direction. my salesman Jose’ was wonderful in navigating through the tricky aspects of purchasing a vehicle and the finance lady Jana was extremely helpful and charming in her direction to help me lock down a good warranty for my high end used vehicle. BAYTOWN GMC BUICK they are amazing we visited the dealership on the 4th of July we went in with no expectations because we knew we had not so great credit and every car we have gotten has not been exactly what we have wanted we always had to settle for whatever we got approved for but not this time. We entered the dealership and we were approached by a salesman named MAURICIO MATA, he was extremely polite and made my wife and I feel very comfortable we sat down and he asked my wife and I how we were doing and how could he help us today so we explain we were interested in looking at the GMC TERRAIN he said ok he offered us a bottled water and asked us to come back to his desk, as we were sitting there we still had no expectations because we knew our credit was not so good, well contrary to what we believed MAURICIO MATA, was gonna get us in our new vehicle no matter what and he did just that. We were thinking oh we would get just the basic GMC TERRAIN but he had us test drive the GMC TERRAIN SLT which was one step down from Denali TERRAIN needless to say he did not make us feel like we did not have a lot of options and we absolutely appreciate him and BAYTOWN GMC BUICK for getting us in the car of our choice not something we just had to settle for. We will definitely be referring our family and friends to BAYTOWN GMC BUICK and referring our family and friends to see Mauricio Mata he is the best salesman we have experienced ever. Once again, Wayne went above and beyond the call of duty. He was upfront about time frame of repair. He worked aroundd my schedule. He kept me updated on part delivery and work done to my car. While waiting I let him know I was going to walk over to local starbucks, he didn't have any of it and made sure I had a ride over and even paid for my coffee. Small things like that go a long way! The last visit I had for warranty work, Tim asked if I wanted to purchase 3 oils changes, 3 tire rotations, and 3 car washes for $160.00. So I went back for this deal. My 2015 Acadia had 2 issues, the airbag light had turned on and my back door wasn't shutting right. I took it in to Baytown Buick GMC and they had it ready in 3 days time. They also provided me with a rental vehicle so I could move around and run errands while my suv was being serviced and changed my oil as an extra. I would highly recommend anyone having issues or even in need of an oil change to bring it in to them.

Came in for routine oil change and to discuss ordering a new bumper for my car. Had body work done there and part of bumper keeps popping out so was told that there is a defect in the bumper so they are going to order me a new one. I didnt have to wait very long at all. The Service Writer and the Cashier were super nice and helpful.

I needed to put 2 tires on my Buick Lucerne. I had checked with Tim a week or so previously, called him to give him the go ahead the day before I wanted to come in to make sure the tires would be in. Well I totally had forgotten that when I purchased my vehicle I purchased the Titanium Package which covered tires. I had a nail in one tire earlier that week and had to purchase a new tire and two days later a nail in another tire which could be repaired. Anna Rodriguez in Service mentioned to me that I had purchased the plan and now I can be reimbursed for the new tire and the repair. So very grateful. Every one in Service were very helpful and friendly.

I took my 2009 Acadia to have 3 recalls taken care of. While there I was told that it needed the timing chain recall done again for a second time. I asked why and was told because GM sends poor parts and I did not use synthetic oil in the car. I was never told to use that oil. After the car being there 5 days I got it back and it ran terrible. I took it back the next day and was told it needed front struts. They were so rude they would not even drive the car to understand what i was talking about. There was no problem with that before I took it in. During questioning the service manager he was very rude and told me all the problem with be car was because of me. This car only has 70,000 miles. I would never take my car back to dealership or buy another GMC product. There is no reason a car with 70,000 miles should have 5 recalls done and need major front end work. Very disappointed in this dealership.

The worst car buying experience ever!!! First off I was told the used vehicle I wanted to purchase was in great condition and ready to go.. When I got there the vehicle was in service having repairs. Should have walked away but my son really wanted this truck.. We purchased this vehicle and have not been able to get all the repairs that were promised done... Sales people are rude after the buying process is done. Still trying desperately to get issues resolved and it has been over a month!! I have purchased two other used vehicles since at other dealerships and everything has been smooth and no problems getting issues resolved. I would not recommend GMC BUICK BAYTOWN to anyone!!!

This was a horrible car buying experience. I visited the dealership, picked out the car and negotiated the price the next day on the phone. It was going to take three days to sell my car, so I gave them a deposit on my credit card to hold it. My husband dropped me off around 11 a.m. They left me waiting in the lobby two hours (I had no car to leave); they even had a sales meeting while I waited out there. Then when I got in to see the sales manager, the price had changed. He said I told them I had a trade-in and that if I wanted the price promised I better come up with a car to trade in. I explained they had my deposit because I was selling it elsewhere and the salesman confirmed this to him. We had to negotiate all over again - another hour. Then when I went to sign the contract the computer system had added a new charge they couldn't explain. Another hour went by and they couldn't figure it out. They sent me home with the car, telling me they would deliver the contract in two days. Two weeks later i had to call to get the contract sent to me. The sales manager emailed it and had changed the price again. He called and I told him he needed to go back and look at our agreement. He hung up on me. He emailed a revised contract and called back as though nothing had happened. I agreed to the second contract and he had the nerve to ask me to honor my word to sign it when they mailed it to me. Two weeks later he called me at work to ask for my credit card number. They had never used it to run the deposit and couldn't find it. I should have just returned the car then! After all that, the license plate took nine weeks to arrive. In spite of the sales manager's rude behavior, the salesman who introduced me to the car, the finance manager, who apologized and sent me home with the car that day after I'd been there four hours, and the customer service representative, who arranged my second set of paper license plates, were very polite.
