I went into Beck's because they were close to my home. I had bought my Nissan Versa from a different Nissan dealer in St Augustine. The Versa has an issue with the heat shield over the catalytic converter coming loose and rattling very loudly. I had it replaced twice by the dealer I bought the car from and each time I had to take it in, then wait for the part to be ordered, and then take the car back in. Also I had to pay for the repairs. So I was ready for the same experience from Beck. I went in early in the morning expecting to have to wait and fully expecting having to wait for them to order the part. There was one other man in the service department getting his oil changed. At the same time his car was done they came in to talk to me about my car. To my surprise they had actually fixed the problem, and even more surprising they did not charge me a thing. This type of service is rare in today's world. They have won me over and I will buy my next car from Beck's.

Ed Osborn made my buying a new car a very pleasant. I had wrecked my Jeep Liberty trying not to hit a dog. The dog survived but the jeep did not!! I usually hate car shopping. It just all seems to be more of a pain if anything. I did look at the Nissan Rogue and ended up with one. I wanted a specific ext color and int color. When he found out that we did not have it here in Palatka, he sent some guys to South Carolina for it! I thought that was pretty great. It had a few hundred miles on it but it was the I wanted I kinda wish u would have gone with all the fufu you can get but opted not to. Not sure why. ?? All in all the experience was simple and very pleasant. Thanks to your employees I was dealing with. That would be Ed Osborne. Thanks again guys at Nissan. !!! ??????Tina CArter.

I had a good experience buying a used car from this dealership. They had a good selection and we were able to negotiate a fair price for the car. Anita is a friendly and personal saleswoman, and was more than happy to keep going back and forth with the negotiations for me. Overall, I would return to this dealer to purchase in the future.

Finally decided last week to upgrade my older Nissan Altima and I am so glad I went to Beck Nissan. I had spoken with Anita Spears late last year but was undecided about purchasing a new vehicle. She kept me updated every time they got different cars in or had a good deal on something she thought I would like. She contacted me last week about two different cars and met with me last Thursday so I could see them. I left with a brand new, beautiful Sentra and I love it!!! Anita was wonderful and made the entire process stress free and fun. I had already used their service department and have always had the best experiences there. I would highly recommend Beck Nissan to anyone looking for a new or used car. They were all so friendly and welcoming. Thank you Anita and Beck Nissan!!!

I recently switched my business back to Beck Nisssan in Palatka, FL and that has been one of the best decisions I have made lately. Beck has always treated me with excellent customer service but recently Brittany Mitchell who sold me my 2015 Nissan Sentra went above and beyond excellent customer service. She genuinely cares about her customers. I've been back for a flat tire since I ran over a nail and because she as well as her finance manager Shane offered me road side service I was able to replace my tire at no cost to me because of this offer. The service department is very polite quick and has great customer service as well. I can't thank Beck Nissan and the employees there enough for giving me great customer service as well as getting me into a car I am finally happy to be in.

Our family has purchased several vehicles from the Beck dealerships in Palatka, Fl. I personally love Anita Spears that's at Beck Nissian you won't find a more honest person. Anita goes the extra mile for her customers, .after buying my Nissian Rogue I had to make an unexpected trip up north and hadn't had time to go over my manual for my car. It was extremely cold up north and of my car had lights flashing about the temperatures being so low outside. A quick call for Anita Spears at Beck Nissan and all my fears were gone!

Anita Spears rocks! I found a very nice used Mazda CX-9 on another Beck dealership's website and called Anita to get some details on it. She called me back to tell me that she had it on her lot and that it was in excellent condition. We went for a test drive and within hardly any time at all I was switching my belongings out of my old vehicle into my new ride! For curiosity's sake, I checked with cars.com after the sale, only to find that I paid much less than the average buyer of comparable vehicles!Extremely pleased with Anita! Will buy from her again!

I just bought a 2013 Pathfinder, starting having an issue with the transmission just several days after. I called my salesman, John Upton, he got me in touch with the service department and they have been nothing short of great to deal with. Come to find out there have been a few issues with the '13 Pathfinder transmissions. They did not hesitate to tell me what was wrong and what they were going to do to make it right. Work is going to be done this weekend.

Staff at Beck Nissan go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and taken car of. Recently needed an oil change. They were super busy. Adam said: Michele, I will come get your car while you are at work next week and get everything taken car of for you and have it back by lunch so you dont have to wait here. That is EXACTLY what he did AND wahed my car inside and out !!! I couldnt ask for anything better. Very respectful of my time.

If your in the market for a new or used vehicle, you will not go wrong with seeing Anita Spears. She is by far one of the best sales representative at the dealership. She goes above and beyond to make the car buying experience one of your best. I have personally bought 2 vehicles from her and I have brought family and friends to her. What has made our experiences so great is she does not hide anything and will tell you ALL the fine print up front and will explain every detail to you in a way that you understand.

I have purchased 2 cars from Brittany at Beck's Dealership in the past 4 months. One new Pathfinder for myself and a used Rogue for my daughter. I live in Jacksonville and less than 10 miles from a Nissan Dealer but would gladly drive or do business in Palatka when it comes time to buy a car. The dealership is very small town friendly and works to put you in the best possible vehicle. Brittany is so awesome. She is t one of the best car sales people that I have ever dealt with. She follows up amazingly, does not give up on finding you the perfect car and is so pleasant to deal with. Having had such an AWESOME experience at Beck Nissan, it's hard to even know where to start! First off -- I hope these folks know and appreciate what an incredible & irreplaceable asset they have in their salesperson Anita! She is a gem!! I had been doing some very extensive research for the vehicle I wanted (Nissan Altima SL), and I came across TONS of great reviews for this dealership. Being the type that puts a lot of stock in customer feedback, I had to call and find out for myself. Not only are the prices great, the customer service is truly unmatched. Anita offered to drive to Jacksonville for me to see the vehicle, but since they had two I wanted to look at, off we went to Palatka! I had no idea that a car buying experience could be so easy -- let alone FUN! (...yes, I really said fun)... I think I was smiling or laughing the whole time I was there. Although I don't think I could ever really sing Anita's praises enough, I must say that the entire team over at Beck Nissan were friendly, helpful, kind & very knowledgeable.....and, as far as I'm concerned, they have a customer for life!.....oh, and I would be remiss if I didn't mention that my dear friend who drove me to Palatka had just purchased a vehicle for herself at another (far less awesome) dealership and kept remarking about how incredibly jealous she was that she didn't have this kind of experience. Take my word for it -- it's worth the trip! Beck Nissan can't be beat!

I just want to start with how amazing my sales person was. Buying cars suck, the new car part is awesome, but the process, for me, has always sucked. Brittany was incredible. She didn't pressure me, she didn't try and put me in a car that wouldn't work or that I didn't want. She listened, she asked questions, then she showed me cars that were exactly what I was looking for. My hardest choice was what color car did I want to drive away in. I have bought most of my vehicles from Anita. She is a pleasure to deal with and always gives excellent service and is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot. I plan to always return to Anita for all my vehicles purchases and I'm totally in love with my Nissan sentra that my daughter will be taking in a year to college.:( So in a year we will be looking for another car. I bought a beautiful Altima from Anita Spears at Beck Nissan. It was my first Nissan ever and she helped me pick the right one! Anita also drives an Altima and she just raved on and on about them! I asked her a question about a bar in one of the pre-owned Jeeps and without hesitation she said "I don't know, but I will find out" She did not try to feed me a line but was totally honest! I purchased tires for my vehicle at Beck Nissan because Anita Spears' service is so woderful. She even made sure the tires would be in stock before I came. Everyone was very pleasant and accomodating. Even with a credit card machine outage due to the heavy rain Patty was very calm and even sent me a handwritten thank you note with my reciept in the mail!

The treatment we received here was completely superb! We had visited and called numerous car dealers in the midsize car range and found our experiences to be frustrating and annoying to say the least!We could write a book! I will refer anyone/everyone to this dealership in the future. They are a completely honest, upfront, no hassles, pleasant to deal with kind of dealership from the minute you walk in; all the way through financing and out the door with your recently purchased vehicle! I went to dealership to purchase a vehicle due to mine being totalled in accident. so did not really want to be there. despite my frame of mind, they were understanding, courteous, friendly, they were very patient with me and they helped me to get a brand new vehicle and it did not take all day to do it like other dealerships. They were quick to get your pw done and out of there, but to check with you afterward to make sure all was ok with purchase and that i was happy. Eric Porter was my salesman and he was awesome!!

This is second car purchased at Beck Nissan of Palatka. I have had good experience both times. They are understanding, nice, patient and friendly and work with you to help you get the vechicle you are looking for. My salesman was Eric Porter and he was awesome. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends. Go check them out, ask for Eric.It did not take me all day and half the night to get it done. THey were very quick with the paperwork.
