Beechmont honored its deal after another dealer stiffed them. I purchased a 2016 Passat from Beechmont after they called a Norwood dealer while I was in the showroom to confirm the car I wanted was available for a dealer trade. When Beechmont went to pick up the car the other dealer told them sorry, the car I purchased had been sold - days before they said it was available for a trade. Beechmont tracked down a similar car in another city and offered to honor the deal. They did this during a holiday weekend. Jesse and Todd stood by their word. Despite the problem caused by the other dealer, Beechmont's staff made an unfortunate situation bearable if not pleasant. They are honest and dedicated to satisfying their customers. This is the third car I purchased from this dealer group (not counting the one they got stiffed on by the other dealer). Jesse is a consummate professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products he sells.

I needed a tire replaced on my car. I called and was told the tire was in stock and I could get it installed on 8/20 at 3 PM. I called on 8/19 at 1:42 and read off the specs of the tire I needed, and was told by the service department that exact tire was indeed in stock. I drive 30 minutes to the dealer for the appointment and *surprise*, the dealer does not have that tire in stock, not only that, but I am told the dealer NEVER had the tire in stock. I am now going on a 800 mile road trip on a damaged tire. Thanks Beechmont Volkswagen!

Did my research on both the dealer and the car I wanted, before I walked in to Beechmont VW. Being prepared was to my advantage. Beechmont VW was not what I expected, and I mean that in the most complimentary way. No pushy sales. Delightful! I told them the exact car I was interested in and Jesse Storm looked it up on internet. When he confirmed the car, the next moment he was out the door and pulling up the actual car, it was on the lot!! From there, my entire experience at Beechmont VW was pleasant. Jamie Southwick and Jesse Storm made the entire car leasing process painless. When Debbie Wilson, the F&I manager went through the paperwork, she explained it in detail. I never intended to buy a VW. It wasn't even in my top 5 cars to look at. The VW dealer is less than a mile away from my home, so I thought I'd stop in and see what they had to offer. When I compared my top cars (which I researched and test drove) and then drove the VW Golf Sportwagen, there were pros and cons to each vehicle, but the VW won out with fit, finish, horsepower (which blew away the competition), road hugging, and a no-pressure sales technique which made the choice easy. It has a Car-go maintenance system which keeps things from sliding around in the back and is truly out-of-the-box thinking. You'll never have to worry about bringing that lawnmower gas container back from filling it up any more.Jesse's knowledge of all the vehicles (including those not available in the U.S.) is impressive. When we went to take a test drive he was genuinely enthusiastic and said, "Let's take it for a spin!" with a sly grin. He knew the car would impress us based on what we had driven in comparison. I've only had it for a week, but I've really enjoyed this car (especially accelerating up the entrance ramps). I can see us enjoying it for many years to come. Yes it's a station wagon, but it's also a sports car which is truly "under the radar". If you need a second opinion, Google what Car & Driver said about it.

I went to Beechmont to buy a car and I went in with a ton of questions and a list of expectations I wanted in my next car, how much I wanted to pay and put down. I test drove with Beth and she was so easy going and knew a lot about the VW Passat I wanted which made picking the car simple. Then between Todd the manager and Rhonda the finance guru they did their magic and I drove away in my first brand new 2016 Passat! The whole thing was easier than I thought it'd be. They were patient with my questions and expectations and they delivered! I'm glad I went there! Plus... Free oil changes on my car for as long as I have it!

Last month our Audi A4 was involved in a hit and run and it was totaled. Not ready for a new car and looking for a specific model (Passat) my husband and ended up at Beechmont VW. This is our third VW purchase and I was not excited about the prospect of buying a car. But, Tom Skeen was great. He was patient informative and attentive. He worked with us on pricing and we got a great certified used car (2012 VW Passat SE V6). I walked into Beechmont Volkswagen about a week ago wondering what options I had and trying to get rid of my gas guzzling truck. I first dealt with Tom Skeen who was very helpful and understanding of my situation, being a young professional living on a budget. They were able to take my truck off of my hands and got me in a 2015 Jetta SE TSI with absolutely nothing out of my pocket, and I love it! I did not feel once like I was being rushed with my decision or felt like they were trying to sell the best car for them and not for me. Since the Golf R is an extremely rare build I was put on a waiting list. This was provided to me and the young man (Jonathan) who drove me was very polite as well as a conscientious driver. I am not really good at negotiating and what a relief it was to find a dealership where I didn't have to. From the first email to the time I picked up my Volkswagen Beetle I always felt that I was being dealt with fairly and professionally. I went into this dealership because I had been looking at jettas online for awhile but wasn't sure if I was ready to buy. Everyone was friendly and helpful, Tom was able to pull up the car I had been looking at online right away. He was happy to pull around multiple of the same car in different colors some could compare which I liked best. He was very straight forward about finding out what he could do to make the sale happen which I appreciated. After test driving the car and getting some questions answered I knew I wanted to buy and everything was pretty smooth and painless compared to what people had told me about buying a new car. After the car was ready to take home Tom showed me how to use all of the new technology and was even willing to wipe off any spots or marks still left on the car after he had it cleaned. I am very satisfied with my experience at Beechmont VW, thanks Tom!

I am always grateful for the work this dealership provides for my Passat, but I am frustrated when I make an 8:00am oil change appointment (that I scheduled a month in advance) and my vehicle wasnt ready for pick-up until 11:30am. When I asked why this happens they tell me that if someone "drops in" for service, scheduled appointments get put aside while the customer waiting in their lobby takes priority!? I essentially wasted 1/2 my morning without a car. Lesson to be learned: just drive in to get an oil change and you'll get right in.

I have visited Beechmont VW twice since buying my 2009 Volkswagen Jetta Sportwagen TDI used from a private owner in January of this year. Knowing that the car had been serviced at another VW dealership, I wanted the peace of mind of continuing to have VW techs service the vehicle. Coincidentally, the CEL came on just before my first service, and Tammy in VW Service was able to assist me with getting a repair completed under warranty. She made the whole process very easy. On my last, most recent visit for a 70k serivce, Tammy was so helpful and informative, even getting me ready and informed about my 80k service--which isn't for another 10k miles. I feel good knowing I'm in good hands and will always see a friendly face when I visit.

Beechmont Volkswagen, without all the details, is simply superior to any other car buying experience I have ever had. I'm not new to car buying (5 in total for me now), however with a young face, I was treated with mixed attitudes the first couple cars I purchased. Entering Beechmont Volkswagen 3 years ago (age 27 at the time), I was greeted by Jesse Storm and respected as though my age simply did not matter. He won my business with fair pricing, respect, and a tremendous understanding of both my needs, and the VW lineup of cars.I was excited to take my wife to Jesse last week in hopes of getting her into a VW and have her experience the benefits of working with Beechmont Subaru/Volkswagen. Jesse would go on to work with us for the next few evenings, discussing the different packages in Jetta and Passat offerings, explaining the benefits of TDI, and of course, being beyond friendly and energized to see us get into a car we wanted to drive. Long story short, she's still pondering, and I'm driving around in a new GLI.While my wife considered her options, I asked Jesse and Rola Henson to price out a GLI for me. We ran the numbers, got an appraisal for my car, and came to an agreement on price very quickly. This is largely thanks to Rola taking as much time as she did to explain in detail whenever I had a question. It took them only a day or two to find and get the car I wanted into the dealership, and once again answered any concerns or questions I had about the new car. The process was fast, and Jamie in finance was great to work with, explaining everything I needed to know.I could sit here for an hour typing up how much I enjoy Beechmont Subaru/Volkswagen. While I've only listed a couple of names here, every face I met this week and over the course of the last three years has been pleasant and helpful to me and my family. We are loyal to those who treat us fairly, and Beechmont/Subaru will ALWAYS get the first chance to put us in a new car when we go shopping in a few more years (assuming they retain their excellent staff). I always receive good customer service when I bring my car in. They give me a good timeline as to when my car will be finished. They will take me home or pick me up when everything is complete. I recently leased a VW Tiguan from Beechmont. Helpful does not even begin to describe the top notch attention and assistance I was given. I had visited two other dealerships in the area. Each time they gave me the parameters of the "deal" it would change one hour later. My primary salesman at Beechmont VW was Tim Sizemore and I also received assistance from Todd Gray. Rola Henson in the finance dept spent almost an hour on the phone with me on her day off, after work hours, to get me into the car I wanted. Rhonda Silbiger was incredibly efficient and helpful explaining all the nuances of the deal. They were all straight shooters, never wavered from a former price quote, and made me happy on MY TERMS!!!I strongly recommend anyone in Cincy area contemplating the purchase of a VW START at Beechmont!!

From the time I walked in the door to the time I left with the keys to my new car, everything was smooth and easy. Jesse Storm was a great salesman. I told him I wanted a GTI and what features I wanted, and he pointed me to the exact GTI. I had a trade-in that was going to have some negative equity but Jesse and the financing team did a great job finding me a lender that would take on that negative equity and for a great rate. There was no headache involved at all. Jesse gives a fairly lengthy demo of your new car but I do appreciate it, as there were many features on my new car that I have not seen in a car before.

Phoned dealership and spoke with Caleb Ervick, who was most helpful and told me to bring in my car asap and they would get right on it. Window was repaired in two days with minimal charges as stated and I picked up my car. This dealership is always helpful in repairs for my VW as I purchased it used. The previous owner had not done many repairs car was sitting a lot. Caleb Ervick has been most helpful each time I needed repairs.

Took delivery of a CPO 2014 Jetta SE yesterday. Had originally found the car online and the coordination of that inquiry to our test drive was excellent, even though we changed the day/time on the dealership. They were eager and accommodating. Everything from the online inventory to the visit, test drive, financing, and delivery went exceptionally smoothly. We really felt like everyone was on our side. The car has 38K miles on it, and the 40K maintenance has already been performed (bonus #1). There are also four new tires on the car (bonus #2). I'm looking forward to taking it back for the 50K mile maintenance (the oil changes are free for the life of the car (bonus #3)). Thanks Jesse Storm, for an excellent experience!

After driving many different cars at many different dealers we decided on a VW Beetle. However we didn't want a new one, so we looked online and we found a 2013 VW Beetle with only 617 miles at Beechmont VW! I was skeptical about this and thought it was to good to be true. Jesse worked with me through several phone conversations and in person to assure me that the car really was what it appeared to be. He checked on the cars history and service records, he fully explained the fact that the car had been Certified Pre-owned and as a result we actually have a longer term warranty than if we had purchased new! The last time I serviced my Volkswagen I had a bad experience with a male servicer, so I was pretty much dreading coming in for this oil change appointment. THANKFULLY Tammy redeemed that past experience and treated me like gold. I really appreciated that she was upfront with me from the beginning, giving me a realistic time frame of how long I'd be there and telling me to "make myself at home" in the lobby area. It ended up taking about half the projected time and she was sure to explain everything they did to my car. Since I'd been having trouble with my tire pressure light, after checking the tires she walked me through step-by-step on how to reset it and even quizzed me afterward to make sure I felt comfortable doing it. Finally, she said multiple times that if I had any questions at all to call her and she'd take care of me. Because of this experience I will continue coming here for service and will always request to work with Tammy. Thank you!!

I I like to do as much online as possible, so when it was time for me to purchase a car I did as much research and contact online as possible. I did all my research and decided to purchase a GTI and I knew the exact color, trim level and package I wanted and decided I wouldn't make any compromises. I went to a local dealer to test drive a GTI on their lot to see how it handled and fell in love with the car; however, I left that dealer with only a quote. I then went online and contacted all the remaining Volkswagen dealerships in the area, since I was ready to move on purchasing the car. Beechmont was the ONLY dealer to respond to my inquiry in a timely manner, before 10:00 AM Monday morning I had 2 emails saying a quote would be provided shortly, an email from Jesse with a quote followed up with a phone call and voice-mail. After weighing my options that night I decided to move forward with purchasing the car from Beechmont. I sent Jesse an email the following morning with some questions. Since he was out that day, Scott responded on behalf of Jesse to answer my questions to help me determine which route I wanted to take to get the exact car I wanted. That afternoon my questions were answered and I had emails with all the necessary paperwork for me to review before giving the Okay to get my car. I then received a phone call confirmation from Jesse, confirming everything I agreed upon and confirmed the day I would be in to pick up my car. The first time I stepped foot into the dealership was on the day to pick up my car, I was only at the dealership for 2 hours and the process couldn't have been better. Jesse immediately took me to my new GTI so I could look around and check it out before going over and finishing all the paperwork. They had all the paperwork ready to go when I got there; I just had to sign it all. At no time did I feel pressured into getting any of the additional add-ons to the car, and any questions that I had were answered. When I left the lot I was extremely happy with not only my new GTI but with the experience I had with the dealer. I couldn't have asked for a better process, especially since this was my first new car buying experience.

I am a very picky customer. After hours of research I was able to locate a car that was priced to sell. All of the options I wanted, for the price I couldn't believe. I live in central KY and didn't necessarily want to drive an hour and a half to just look at a car, but it was the perfect car for me and the price was amazing. I checked out some dealership reviews and decided, because of the reviews and the car's price, I had to at least go look at it. So I called and set up a test drive, they texted me directions to the dealership --- AWESOME!! And upon my arrival had the car ready for my test drive, which was nice since I had just driven an hour and a half to look at it. No waiting around. The car was perfect, absolutely perfect and again priced to sell. It was my car. Tom Skeen was my sales rep, he did great. I toured the VW with him so I was familiar with the service department and I met some of the main managers so I knew who to call if I needed anything. They made me feel like I was there buying a $100,000 car, but I was just getting a used car. My boys were with me, they got plenty of hot chocolate and wifi!! It was not hard to sign the deal that night, Tom stayed late and even helped me bluetooth my phone with my new ride!! If your in the market for a car of any brand or price point, give them a chance and at least stop by. They will find what you want and you won't be sorry!!

This is my second Beechmont purchase, both have been flawless and worth the +hour drive. Tim had all my paperwork completed before my arrival with just a phone call (had me pre-approved for a loan before I arrived) . Finance department took less than an hour, car was clean, tank was full, and car was ready for delivery while I signed. Pricing was up front and fair. Total time in and out two hours flat. how they trick an international studentThis shop is unbelievable. You cannot believe how they trick an international college student around the Thanksgiving. (My apology, I am not good at English) A few days ago, I tried to find a new Tiguan, and I find this shop. I discussed a new 4WD Tiguan with them by the e-mail with the manager just the week before I get the wrong car. I checked this with them if this car that you show me by the e-mail is a 4WD or AWD. They said yes and come to see it. I went there on the second day, and a dealer, Tom came and see me and let me try a 2015 Tiguan (no more information about that car, except the year). When I finish my test drive, he said: lets get a seat. At this time, another dealer, Bill, came and said: Are you Lin? I got the e-mails from Scott (the manager) and let talk about your Tiguan. (Before this the e-mailed me this information, I just wanted to check in with you again. Scott told me that he has been in contact with you about 2 different Tiguans on our lot. Please let me know which one you are most interested in and when you would like to see it and I will be happy to have it ready for you when you get here. When do you think you might be coming out to see it (them)? Then he printed the information paperwork for me from the e-mail which Scott show me, the 4WD 4MOTION NEW Tiguan. And we started to discuss the price, at the end of the discussion which I discussed with Bill, I am clear remember what he said:" 30,675 dollars, we have saved you about 3,000 dollar, no lower price for the car."(Something like this)After this, I went back home, because I think the price is too expensive. At that night, I e-mailed Scott, I said 28,000, I will take the car. He replied back, 30,000 (After I find they tricked me, I find Scott changed a number of the car from #TI00540 to #TI36520, and I CANNOT KNOW ANY DIFFERENT JUST BY THE NUMBER, and they use this to trick me.) Then I went back to the shop on the second day, I started to discuss about the price I lowered the price until 29,700. Scott started to prepare the paperwork for me. What makes me feel angry is, until this time, THEY HAVENT TELL ME THIS CAR IS A 2WD CAR, NOT THE 4WD WHICH I DISCUSSED WITH HIM BY EMAIL. Then Scott let Tom do the paperwork for me. When I do the paperwork with Tom, I was also try to by an insurance for the car, I asked him, which insurance should I get for my car? He said, the 2WD one. I asked him, I get a 4WD car why I need a 2WD insurance? He said, yes, but your car is not 4MOTION. (I got his voice in my phone that the tired time I checked with him by a call) I havent realize the problem at this moment. After all the paperwork, I drove back home and start my afternoon class.At the day after I get the car, I find the information paper in the back of my car which they did not put it in the front of my car, I saw the Front Wheel Drive on the paper. I couldn't believe this and I start to check the VIN of my car, thats it, the same as the paper one. Even I cannot find any paperwork which I did with them shows the car is a 2WD car, except this paper. I feel so angry that they tricked me like this. That day is thanksgiving. I did not find any one in the shop. Then I drove to the shop again at the day after Thanksgiving. I argued with Scott about 2 hours. The points that he tried to contradict me is, I said, you just change the number to me and didn't give any information to me, who can know the information about the car just with the number? Why didnt you tell me the data of the car? You wouldnt believe what he said to me: Because you didnt ask me. The car you tested is a 2015 2WD Tiguan (In fact, I know nothing about the car which I tested except the year, 2015.) I said: In the e-mail, I always talk about a 4WD Tiguan with you, why you trick me and gave me a 2WD? He just said: The e-mail is weeks ago. Who can remember that. (In fact, from the first e-mail that I talk with him is just 7 days ago, he said, that weeks ago and he cannot remember them) I told him: Dont play a number game with me, because I am not good at your language and I am not good at your business. He just said: The car you drove back, is your car now, you cannot return it except you can resell it back to us, because its your car now. I owe you nothing. I couldnt believe that is how they did to a foreign student like this way. I am going to find a lawyer to protect me. As what he said: Just go and do it. Anyone who want to see the evidence just leave your email and I will show you.

We purchased a 2014 Passat at this dealership recently. Initially we came in to look at a Jetta but ended up deciding on the Passat which was a better value and had more features. Our salesperson was very straightforward + helpful and didn't pressure us on making a decision. I just had the 120K mile service done on my 2007 Jetta. I've had all my services done at Beechmont VW and Tammy Hartman has been my service writer on each occasion. The one drawback to dealer service is the dealer service prices and that's the one thing that is sometimes hard to swallow when having my car serviced at the dealership. The service however from both the service writer and the technician is top notch and Tammy always does her best to make the service as affordable as possible. Hopefully this service means many more miles of trouble-free driving for my Jetta.

A friendly help from a sales person who just had been walking buy was the first step just in the door. He helped me to the used sales lot area and was able to guide me through the rest of way. He showed me the few certified used cars of my liking and it was very convenient to move on from their quickly. I was able to explain where I was coming from and some expectations which made the salesmanship work easy. It was my second time buying a used car from a dealership and their upfront work to make the whole service center package and competitive low price made a no brainer. I had a great trade-in value which unexpectedly made me want to finance a low amount. They worked with their financing banks for a low price but also the expectation that I would pay it off within the year. I had spent 5 hours at the dealership on the process but it was because of myself being detailed in my questions during the sales process. Otherwise, I know they would had processed my request and sale promptly. Excellent Overall Experience. Purchased a new 2014 Passat TDI SEL from this dealership. When we got it home and after washing the windshield we noticed that there was a very tiny crack in the front windshield. We contacted Beechmont VW about the situation and they told us to bring it back and that they would have the windshield "fixed". So I brought it back to the dealership and they had the windshield repaired and not replaced. After the repair was made, the windshield still looked like it had a bug smear where the crack had been and the repairman who did the repair told me that that is the way that windshield repairs always look after they are completed. I told Beechmont VW that this repair was not satisfactory and that if I bought a new car I should have a car that looks like a new car and not one that looks like it has a defective windshield. Beechmont VW told me that the repair to the windshield did not compromise the integrity of the windshield and that it would not leak or continue to crack so they would not do anything else to rectify the situation. Be careful with this dealership. They will give you an excellent price on the car that you choose, but after the sale is complete things are different. I will never buy anything else from this dealership and would not recommend it to anyone. A new car should be a new car. I did not buy this car from a second hand store and I should expect that my windshield should be first quality and not a second or irregular which is what it is now. Buyer beware - stay clear of this dealership.

In for my 10k service, including an oil change, and tire rotation. '13 Golf-R at one year later I barely squeak past 7400 miles, but a year is a year, and Beechmont VW took care of my car. Friendly service tech and other staff including the service manager. He remembered me from 12 months ago when I'd brought the car back in to remove a dried substance from the windshield (Glue?). Not bad at all. I have only one area of concern about the facility itself, and not the crew. That is the restroom nearest the customer waiting lounge. It's a public toilet with one "facility" in it . customers and employees were in and out; one at a time. Man. Woman. I could imagine most guys missing the mark, and women wondering who left the seat up! Separate facilities and room for more than one at a time, please. BTW, the service tech is to be congratulated for taking the time to thoroughly answer my tech questions . Nicely done

After determining that I had an appointment, I was asked to go on to the waiting room rather than stand and wait while she finished with another customer. I was in the market for a new Jetta Autobahn and was unable to come to an agreement with my local VW dealer in Huntington WV. During my visit to my local dealer(where I had already purchased 2 Jettas in the past) I never got a second payment pass or so much as a folIow-up call. I started looking online and found a similar Jetta Autobahn (actually more equipment and $1000 more expensive). BEECHMONT VW was able to meet my lease payment requirements with no problem or hesitation. I really appreciate the fact that Tim Sizemore and the BEECHMONT VW sales team was willing to work with me via email and over the phone to get the details worked out. Definitely worth a 2hr and 45 min drive. I always feel my 16-year-old Volkswagen is in good hands when I take it to the Beechmont service center. Tammy, Matt, and all the service people go to great lengths to make sure I know about my car and its care. If something is due to wear out, I'm informed and can plan for service ahead of time. They are honest about it, and that's very important to me! If something major needs repair, they go to bat with my insurance company to get the best pricing. I've never had to take the car back to have it re-serviced for something they should have done. When it's fixed, it's fixed!

I was looking for a car that got good gas mileage for a fair price. A friend of mine has always driven Volkswagens and I found on online that had low miles and was a reasonable price. When we got to Beechmont Volkswagen, the car that I had seen on the internet was already gone. Tim found us another on the lot with just a couple thousand more miles for around that same the price. Once I test drove it, I was in love. It was the care for me. Tim did all that he could for us to make sure that we walked away with that car and my payments are the same as what I was paying with my old SUV. I can't begin to say enough good about this dealership. From the beginning, we have always felt comfortable making our own decisions on what we wanted in our vehicle without pressure. Since our purchase, everyone we've continued to come into contact with has treated us like close friends. With this most recent encounter, we were traveling 200 miles away and after hitting a nasty pot hole, were left with a flat tire and scuffed wheel rim. Went to a dealer where we were and they told us our wheel was ruined and would need to replace it (which they had in stock) but they did not have our tire in stock, so we made the decision to get back to Cincinnati to have it fixed at our home dealer (beechmont vw). They ordered what we thought we'd need replaced, but when we took the car in, they did a thorough check and found no structural damage to the wheel. They also went above and beyond and found gashes in another tire wall (likely from the same pot hole), and were able to replace both. Fortunately, all were covered due to the extra tire and wheel insurance/warrantee we purchased with our car. Tammy, our service advisor, kept the whole visit as an open book and made us informed through the whole process. I thankfully have yet to find anything negative about this dealership, their service department, and their customer service!

After falling on somewhat hard times it was time to trade in my vehicle for something a little less expensive. I found a slightly used Passat TDI on line and came for a visit. Bill Simmerman was very professional and understanding of my situation. After talking things over about the car I was interested in and talking with the used car manager Sam Mounce, a price was negotiated. I feel they were very fair and pretty much offered me everything I wanted and then some. The entire experience was painless and no stress at all. No pressure sales or hassle which is pretty rare in the car sales industry. After thinking about things for a day I decided to stick with my car and not make a purchse. This was a very difficult decision for me at the time but want to say that I really appreciate the time and effort these two guys gave in trying to make me happy. When i told them of my decision they were, again, very understanding and did not pressure at all after the time they spent with me. When I am ready to make a purchase I will for sure be looking these two up. I would and do recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a pleasant car buying experience. I had a terrible experience with this dealership. After visiting, I sent 4 emails and a phone call to 3 different people that I interacted with on my first visit. There was no response for over 48 hours.Once the response was finally received, the sales manager invited me to come and view a car that was listed as available on their website. The next day, shortly before I was to drive up for the visit, the sales agent said the car was not available due to it being a 'loaner' car.The lack of response was unacceptable, and made me wonder if this was the way they treated potential customers, what would happen if/when I had opportunities once I bought the car and had any problems.I would run for here. ... Not walk!

I have a 2000 VW Jetta, my 16 year old son rear ended someone. I was referred to Beechmont VW for their body shop since they are VW certified. At first the insurance company said they would cover the repair,this was with an eyes only assessment,the hood wouldn't open. After further assessment the repair estimate increased with more damage discovered. The insurance company said"No,too much for this age of vehicle". John Kirker who had been overseeing my cars repair went to bat for me & my car! He pointed out that I was the original owner, had all my maintenance records,the car had new tires,windshield wipers,& battery. He let the insurance company understand that this was not a typical Jetta of 13 years of age.Long story short, John Kirker got the job done & very well. I can honestly state that I do not think many Shop Managers would take a personal interest & invest the time & effort that he did. John took a huge problem for me & made it disappear. He was kind, understanding, professional, and timely during the entire process. The work done on my car is beautiful! The Tornado red paint matches perfectly & reds are very difficult. Sadie, yes I'm one of those, the car has a name, is once again her true beautiful self ready to serve our transportation needs.Thank You John Kirker for saving Sadie & enabling me to provide my son with a reliable consistent friend to take him where he needs to go!

There was no manipulation or coercion tactics Our salesman, Jesse Storm assisted us to look at and test drive as many cars as we needed to in order to come to a decision which we were able to do in two days. Everyone was professional, polite and were willing to work with me to meet my needs. I felt they were honest and not pushy and made me feel they were glad to have me as a customer.

Before going to Beechmont VW I had talked to other customers, as well as, called other dealerships. I recently purchased a 2007 Passat and had never been to Beechmont VW for service. The service representative was very helpful and gave detailed explanations to my questions during our conversation over the phone. When I arrived for my appointment, Tammy Hartman greeted me with a friendly smile and introduced herself. Tammy told me exactly what services I would receive, as she had told me by telephone. She escorted me to the customers' lounge and made me comfortable. My service was very lengthy and from time to time she checked on me to ensure that I was comfortable and updated my vehicle's service. When my service was complete, Tammy explained what was performed, reviewed my bill with me and escorted me to the cashier. The cashier was very nice; I do not remember her name. Tammy escorted me to my Passat and thanked me for allowing Beechmont VW to service my vehicle. I will return to Beechmont VW for services. I will recommend Beechmont VW to others.Harolyn Walker

I really enjoyed working with Jesse. He listened to my concerns/needs regarding price vs what I was looking for in my new car and I believe we came to a great compromise! I am very impressed with the service department; the accommodations in the waiting area will also allow me to work while I wait. I recently made my first visit to the service dept, due to a nail in my tire. Since I had actually picked up my new vehicle only 4-5 days prior, volkswagon kindly covered the bill, which further demonstrated their great customer service. Overall, very pleased with the experience.

:I want to again state how helpful both Tim Sizemore and Rola Safi-Henson were throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to make sure that I received the car that I wanted. Tim was attentive, but not overly intrusive during the process. The follow ups were nice and did not feel like pressure. When I did come back to purchase a car, Tim and Rola both did everything possible to find me the car that I wanted as the original one had recently (within days) been sold. When we found that the car would take a week to arrive and as they knew that we were in need of a car sooner, they were nice enough to loan me a car to use in the interim. This was not something that I would have ever expected from a dealership, but was a lifesaver for us as we were trying to get by with one car and with both of us working, a son moving to college, and a daughter in a musical production it was very hard on us with only the one car. They found the car I wanted (through an extensive search and I am sure some favors asked) and helped us out while we waited - that is a personal touch that is not seen much any more in any sort of customer service. If we are still in Cincinnati when I am looking for another car, I will definitely return to Beechmont Volkswagen due to this experience ther

If I was not satisfied with the service at Beechmont I would go to Fairfield it is much closer since I live in Indiana. Matt is the only reason I come to Beechmont because of his friendly personality and tries to help me in every way possible. If they made the new VW Beetle in a lime green I would also buy a new VW so until they do I guess I will have to keep the one I got. Thank You Penny

Good Afternoon Dan, I had a hassle free experience working with Jesse and your staff last night. I came in the day before and Jesse helped me and answeredall my questions. I test drove the Jetta and then left and went out shopping at some different dealers only to be hassled and at sometaking over 10 or minutes to even be greeted by anyone. You staff and Jesse were great and I am hoping the Jetta will be the same. Youtook a guy from a Toyota that had 242,000 + miles and was still running, except the air went out so the search started and ended withyou guys. p.s. you guys should switch your tele-a-coms needs from Cincinnati Bell to Time Warner!!Better rates, I have worked for both. I just purchased a 2012 Beetle and love my new car! Everyone at Beechmont VW was wonderful to work with, especially William Robles. He spent a lot of time on the phone and via e-mail answering all of my questions and making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Best of all... No Pressure! This was definitely one of the best car buy experiences I have ever had.

It has always been a pleasure dealing with Matt. Tom is a very knowledgeable and experienced technician. My last visit was handled by Tammy Hartman. I am happy with the folks I deal with at the Beechmont VW. Though I know I could have taken my certified 2008 VW Jetta GLI to Kings VW (which is about a mile from my home), I've chosen to always go back to Beechmont VW (which is about 25 miles from my home - one way). As long as they all keep up with the Great customer relationship, I will continue to travel the distance.

Refreshing low-pressure approach and willingness to let us test drive the Jetta and Passat as we were in between the two cars.
