Purchased this vehicle in a cash only deal - easy for the dealer and only took a couple phone calls. Had it delivered. However, even though I provided a cashier's check in full payment, the paperwork by this dealership was held almost a month. This caused a big mess with DMV that it took 3 visits to the DMV to correct. The dealership also made an error by not obtaining proper signatures, which further complicated the issue. Additionally, they made a error in calculation, which I remain unclear about. Finally, they sold me a car with listed options that it does not have. One of these is a very expensive high tech option. However, this is the most important thing. The dealership staff is virtually unresponsive. They did not return calls or texts or emails until I started to make threats to talk to the GM, bring the car back, etc. Even now, they have not followed up on making right the discrepancy between listed options and sale price contrasted with the lack of some of those listed options. All I can say is buyer beware. I would never visit this dealership again, and I would caution any prospective customer to keep his or her eyes wide open, and probably simply shop elsewhere.

We've always bought cars with cash to ensure a quick and easy transaction. Additionally, we prefer dealing with honest sales people and customer-centric businesses. We were set to purchase a 2015 Toyota Sienna minivan at Benson Nissan, and brought a check for the full amount we agreed to pay in addition to trading in our existing car. We worked through all the details of the purchase, or so we thought. We even agreed to foot the $200 bill on a paint repair on the bumper of the vehicle (that Ron had originally said would be no more than $50). As we were completing the paperwork, Ron tried to pull a fast one. Since our primary attraction to the Sienna was being able to open the doors and trunk from our key remotes, we were shocked when at closing, he said "oh and by the way, you only get one key because that's all we have." Then we learned it was $400 for an second key, and Benson Nissan wouldn't pay for it?!?! What a disgusting lack of integrity by Ron and the dealership. It is asinine to sell a $30K family car with only one key, and incredibly deceitful to knowingly omit that information from customers until the eleventh hour.Had they been upfront about the additional cost we'd incur, we might have been okay with it. But the last-minute snake-like move was incredibly distasteful. On principle, we walked away from the dealership, because we didn't want to give Benson Nissan any of our business. I would strongly encourage others to look for vehicles elsewhere.

The weather stripping on the roof of my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder was coming loose and flapping in the wind. I have been asked: why would I drive two hours from Charlotte to go buy a Nissan 370Z when there are plenty of dealers in and around Charlotte. My list:* Vehicle was listed $4,500 less than the lowest price in Charlotte:* Their dealer fee is $165 where in and around Charlotte it is $595 to $695*No pressure sales: listened to what I wanted and expected. I requested their lowest best and final price on their web form and they replied back to me with it in an email. All of the dealers in and around Charlotte wanted me to come in and meet with the sales person first. *GM is a man of his word.

I needed a car because I'm a courier, so I need reliable transportation. I found a 2010 Mustang Convertible v6 for a good price, with low miles, and, sent an info request on tuesday night. Wednesday morning Derrick Hill contacted me at 9:00, and, after over 5 hours of talking on the phone, we worked out a deal and I was able to get a price that worked for me. I was driving from Augusta, GA, and, after a 2.5 hour drive, Derrick had all the documents ready, the car was in the great condition that was promised, and, we were out of the dealership in an hour. The only frustrating part of the entire process was the car was being bought via refinancing my dad's truck, and, I was told I could drive the car home that day without his signature-- this turned out to not be the case, but, I found a solution and still bought the car that day. We began communicating at 9a.m. and I got to the dealership at around 7:00p.m. Overall, a good experience. Derrick, the internet manager, did a great job communicating over the phone for several hours,

Duck and I almost made a deal on a 2013 Titan in late March 2015. $400 separated us. I stood firm, and they eventually sold the truck. During the time that passed from my offer to buy and the actual sale of the truck, I contacted him several times (questions about the warranty, was the truck still available, etc). In April, they listed another Titan that caught my eye. When visiting the dealership, Duck approached me and upon discovering who I was, said "I've WASTED ENOUGH TIME ON YOU" and walked off, back inside the dealership. Funny - I never knew that looking over a vehicle I might purchase was wasting the time of a car salesman. I spoke with a manager named Victor who assured me this would be "dealt with", but I don't think much will come of it. Buy here if you like....I might still buy their truck. But I can GUARANTEE I'd not buy from Duck Emory if he had the last running vehicle on the planet. In fact, even if I ended up spending a little more somewhere else, it'd be worth not to have to deal with Duck.

Couldn't be happier with the car buying process at Benson Nissan, a major part of that is Lyndsay my salesperson! Lyndsay was fantastic to work with and very friendly and not pushy or pressuring you at all. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly unlike several other high pressure dealerships in the area. there were no hidden fees or services and the price I paid was the price I was quoted, no tricks. Lyndsay went out of her way to help me even using her own time to drive my truck back to my house and then had to drive back to work, felt bad for her but she was happy to do it. I can't recommend her enough,she was fantastic and friendly, highly recommend you see her if you are at this dealership! I had submitted a review earlier but it didn't seem to go thru so if this double posts I'll remove one of them.

i was shopping several different dealers for the best price on a Nissan Frontier and Benson Nissan of Easley was by far the best experience and value. They were able to get me out of my current car with a very good trade in amount and applied all applicable rebates to the new vehicle meeting me at my desired payment. After visiting another Nissan dealer that supposedly had the "lowest price" according to their ad on Cars.com only to find that when I actually went in to buy the car, they added $1300 to the price, I was pretty disgusted. How could they false advertise like that? I called Benson Nissan and they assured me that the price you see is what you get, and they were right! Not only did they not raise the selling price when I got there because I didn't qualify because of where I worked ( what the other dealer said) , but they were a pleasure to deal with. Everyone was friendly and seemed like they actually cared about me. Highly recommended and don't be fooled by the other dealer's "lowest price". These guys do what they say.

Before making my new car purchase (Nissan Altima) I went to the Nissan website. After deciding exactly what I wanted, which included almost every available option and what I later found out to be a very hard-to-get color, I began contacting Nissan dealers within a hundred mile radius. As you can imagine, I recieved a lot of response to my inquiry and I visited a number of dealerships. Although all of the dealerships told me that they could get what I wanted and that no one could beat their price, I found that the selection at many dealerships was very limited. Benson Nissan of Easley came through by locating exactly the car that I wanted. Almost all of the paperwork was completed when I walked in the door. In less than one hour from the time I arrived at the dealership, I was on my way home in my new car. This was by far the easiest new car purchase I have ever made.

Terrible customer service. Would not even offer anything exceptable for our trade in and wanted to bump up the sticker price $500 on the vehicle we were interested in if we did not use their finance company. They also were not helpful at all in getting our vehicle to the dealership which was broke down at the time. A competitor of theirs helped us and went above and beyond for our needs. They were not very interested in doing business with us even though we were pre-approved and had cash in hand.

My initial sales consultant was a great guy, he was very helpful and laid back on his sales tactics. When I returned to purchase my car my original sales consultant wasn't available so the new one given to me must have been their "deal closer" associate judging by all the sales awards in his office. After the typical long drawn out purchase process I drove home. After one 1/2 months of ownership and I had to have an oil sensor replaced, front brakes replaced, will soon have to do rear, and a transmission leak discovered by my mechanic.I also had to detail my own car later on. What kind of inspection and repair process does the Benson group have for their used cars?! I realize it's a used car but they could have at least resurfaced the brake rotors and put some fresh brake pads on it.
