My wife and I wasted multiple hours trying to get a deal done we left the dealership were supposed to get a call the next morning when papers were ready they never called. I got home that night called the salesman said it was a done deal and he would call me in 15 when everything was ready to sign. Never got that call he never answered my calls so I called the dealership he ran out the door and all the lies he told finally came to light by the manager and sure enough everything he was selling was complete b.s.

This was one of the BEST buying experiences in my life! I woke up one morning and decided to go online and check about getting some quotes. After getting an idea of what I wanted I was set up with a VIP appointment a few hours later. Upon arrival I was immediately introduced to my salesman (Ken Mack). Mr. Mack was very friendly and professional. He listened to everything I had to say and was helpful beyond words. He found a perfect new Nissan for me (which I'm in love with) and after test drive we were straight to final paperwork, and then introduced me to the financing lady Mrs. Shameka Montgomery. She also put forth extra attention to get me the best financing for my needs. Both Ken and Shameka made my experience one I'll never forget and will appreciate for a lifetime. This car purchasing experience was the best I have ever had. Travis Payne was knowledgeable, and worked diligently to get me the car that I wanted, in a way that I could manage, with the best interest rate possible. Everything about the car I purchased was explained to me before I left, the car was detailed, and filled with gas before we pulled off the lot. We were given information for contacting the dealership in case of questions or problems, as well as had our first maintenance appointment scheduled. I have purchased 2 cars from Mr. Payne. He is not out to just sell one a car, he actually cares about his customers. I'm very pleased with his service and will continue to do business with Nissan as long as he is around.All in all, it was the least painful experience I have ever had purchasing a car, taking less than 3 hours from start to finish, and now I have a car I can count on to transport my family on a daily basis. I have yet to get a return call from the salesman that sold me my car or the sales manager. The car was sold with bad tires that were supposed to be replaced but they were not replaced and that is very hazerdous to me the consumer. I have left numerous messages and was given bad numbers from the sales assistant. Shady workers.

I had been looking for a new Xterra for sometime. I had talked to and visited several places and was becoming more and more frustrated. It was always something either they were trying to sell me something I didn't want, I didn't like they're attitude, etc. That changed when I went to the Crown Nissan website for information. I got an email and a call back shortly after from Jay Bradshaw. He listened to what I was looking for, told me about what they had available, what incentives I might qualify for. When I told him I couldn't come until I got off work he offered to stay as long as it took. Jay was great. He didn't try to sell me things I wasn't interested in, helped me with my trade in, explained the entire process, showed me where everything was and made me feel comfortable. Jeff Perkins also assisted me greatly. He looked at several financing options for me to make sure I got the best deal. Jay, Jeff and the Crown Nissan Team (It was a team environment) could not have been a nicer friendler group. I recommend going to Crown Nissan.

Jay Bradshaw went out of his way to help me and make my buying experience the easiest and best experience possible. Along with Jay, the Sales Manager Paul Patrick also assisted in helping to insure I got exactly the car I wanted. These two salesmen are a real testament to Crown Nissan Birmingham. I cannot say enough about the exemplary customer service I received from these two men. Because of them, I will return to Crown Nissan when I buy a car again. Jay understands the time constraints that customers are under these days. I didn't have time to do a lot of shopping around at the dealership. I needed to explain what I wanted and the requirements I had for a new vehicle. Jay listened to everything I had to say, came up with suggestions, and even brought a car to my office for me look at and took my trade in back to the dealership to be estimated for me. Without his perseverance and willingness to help, this deal would not have happened. I will recommend everyone I know to Jay Bradshaw at Crown Nissan. All the other Salesmen could take a lesson or two from Jay.

My husband and I drove in from Dothan, AL on Saturday March 16th, 2013 which is a four hour drive just to look at the Nissan Armada's at Crown, not realizing that when we got there the dealership was just about to close for the day. Jay Bradshaw came out to greet me with a smile on his face and asked if he could help me. I could clearly see it was closing time but I said yes I wanted to look at the Armada's but I see the store is closing. He said no we don't close until the last customer is waited on, so we began looking at the Armada's starting with the top of the line! I realized I didn't really need the one that had the steering wheel warmer so I moved on to the next one which was an Armada SL. Jay was great, he explained every button on the vehicle to me and my husband. I test drove it and of course I loved it. Jay invited us into his office to discuss a purchase. By this time the store was long closed. A finance person Jeff Perkins stayed late as well just in case I wanted to make this purchase. Jay worked hard to get the price that I needed to stay under. He also wanted me to get the Saint Patricks Day sale deal as well as the dealeship rebates. Jay worked diligently and was sucessful in getting me what I needed for me to be able to purchase the Vehicle of my dreams. I bought the Nissan!! He didn't mind that it was late by the time we finished up. He went through the whole demonstration of the vehicle so that I would know as much about everything on it that I needed to know. Another thing that impressed me about Jay is that he called me on Tuesday just to make sure I am still happy with my purchase and to let me know that if I had any questions about anything to contact him anytime. I thought after I purchased the vehicle I would be forgotton about but Jay actually cares about his customers. I will definately reccommend Crown Nissan and especially Jay Bradshaw to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle.

Purchased a new Nissan Pathfinder SL (I'm in love with it!) yesterday and could NOT have asked for a better sales person! Excellent knowledge, even helped me compare other SUVs I was considering. My sales guy even went out of his way and took my car across the street to have the windows tinted as I desired. Not only that, but he even stayed late going over every single aspect of the car so I would have no questions when leaving, however, would of course answer any future questions I may have. I live out of town and my 1st visit to Crown Nissian on Dec. 3rd started out with just killing time while waiting on my mom to finish chemotherapy. My sister and I drove on the lot and was greeted by Mr. Travis Payne the exact sales person my daughters God parents had recommended. I must say Mr. Payne really believes in customer satisfaction. I told him that my husband said he would try and buy me a car in 2013 but Mr. Payne said claim it because God said it is already done. Mark Shearer was my sales rep. Mark contacted me after I made an Internet price quote request. Mark gave me the "out of door" price that I requested. This was especially satisfying after I had visited a dealership in Tuscaloosa who refused to give me a price even when I visited them in person. When I came to Crown Nissan Mark accommodated me despite my uncertainty about which Altima model and color I wanted. Mark pointed out the good value of the SV vs. the S, and I decided to buy the SV, and I am very happy with me decision. Mark is likable, professional, and patient. Title app wasn't done correctly, had the run around just to get a tag. Also key fob was promised, to get it had to go to Toyota Dealership and wait an hour + for key fob. Unnecissary process to get whats suppose to come with vechile. They should have had all this together before selling the vehicle.

I had a great experience here. Mark listened to me and then showed me options that fit my needs, culminating in a sale. He is very friendly and personable, and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process, from test drive, through financing, and then the post sale walkthrough of the service dept and guiding me through initial setup of electronics and location of necessary controls (trunk, wipers, hood release, etc.) I will recommend him and Crown to any of my friends when they are looking for new cars.

I currently own 3 Nissans and went to Crown Nissan looking to trade my Maxima for a more economical Nissan due to travel and children who are reaching the driving age. This was my first time dealing with Crown and I was met immediately by Mark Shearer. When I explained what I was looking for to Mark, he took me directly to the Sentras and was very familiar with the features and how it would fit into what I was looking for. Mark took his time and showed my wife and I several cars. Mark never tried to upsell us and was more than willing to show us any vehicle we were interested in looking at. Mark did show us other cars in the same class and allowed us to compare each to our needs. At the end of the day, we ended up buying the Sentra and are very pleased with our decision. I would recommend anyone to go see Mark at Crown Nissan if they are looking to purchase a vehicle and would buy my next Nissan in the future from him as well.

I being the husband, stopped by Crown Nissan to do a preliminary search for a Murano for my wife. Met with Mark and explained the procedure and he advised me that it was a waste of time for me to pick out a car for my spouse. Sound advise for sure. He was rude and condescending to me because I am a 21 one year old first time buyer female. He withheld information, lied, and tried to manipulate me. Then he grabbed my arm at one point and rubbed on it in a very weird manner and wouldn't let me go and it was was very close to sexual harassment. This happened at night when the person I came with had walked off to make a phone call. He was very unhelpful and was trying to force me to buy a particular car that I did not want. When I didn't take the bait, he made personal comments and basically implied that I was a stupid girl who was playing and he was pissed that he couldn't get my hard earned money. If I had been a male, or if I had had a male with me this experience would've went completely different. He was not there to help, he was there to abuse. He wouldn't tell me the truth about how much my student incentive should've taken off, he kept over talking me, and he acted as if I was a waste of his time and all he wanted was my cash for that overpriced death trap he was trying to force on me. He was rude, disrespectful, insulting, and he touched me in a manner that could merit suing. He ruined my first experience with car buying and I will most likely never step foot on Crown Nissan's lot again. Yes, I want a Nissan in the future, but it won't be from this dealer.

Several months ago I brought my Murano in for an oil change and tire rotation. This was not my first time using the service department at Crown Nissan. I have owned 3 Nissans over the past 20 years and all have been purchased and/or serviced at Crown Nissan over the past 20 years. A couple of months after I brought the car into the shop, my father was replacing my battery and realized the engine cover was missing. Because the last people under the hood were from Crown, I called and spoke with a young lady in the service department. I explained the situation and she told me she would have the service manager call me. A couple of weeks went by and I had not heard anything, so I stopped by the dealership and spoke with the young lady again. She and another member of the service department looked at the car and saw the cover was gone, but told me the service manager would have to make a decision. They told me the manager would call me within a couple of days. Another couple of weeks went by and I still had not heard anything from anyone at Crown. I stopped by the dealerhsip again and told the young lady I had not heard from the service manager. She found him and brought him to my car (I think his name is Jeff). He acknowledged that he had been given my information but he had been too busy to return my calls. He explained that there was no reason based on the previous service ticket for them to have removed the engine cover, so he would not replace the cover. I explained that they spoke to me about two leaks they saw that day and maybe that was when the cover was removed. He became very condescending after that and began accusing me of trying to get something for free and having service done at other places. As I tried to continue to talk with him, he refused to listen and continued to talk over me and treat me as if I had done something wrong. As a customer that has not only purchased vehicles from this dealership and had vehicles serviced at this dealership for more than 20 years, I was very offended at the accusation of fraud. I have referred several people in the past to Crown who have purchased vehicles and used the service department but that will never happen again. The fact that it took more than a month to get a response from the service manager (which would not have happened if I had not gone back to the dealership)is unacceptable. If the service manager is representative of what Crown now stands for, there is no reason for me to spend my money there in any capacity.

I took my daughter's vehicle to Crown Nissan for repairs. The first mistake I made was telling them it was my daughter's car because they used that to their advantage. They were aware that most parents would do whatever it took to put their child in a safe and reliable vehicle. The first visit was in June 2011 and the repairs were performed for $189.00. To make this review short, I ended up at Crown Nissan two additional times with the same problems I initially had in June 2011. The second visit was in July and costed $700. These repairs lasted until December 2011 and needless to say they wanted to make addtional repairs for $800. The service advisor Angella, who was not knowledgeable, could only tell me that the machine gave a different code each time. How do I know if the repairs from the first two visits were not performed correctly? The vehicle was doing the exact same thing it was doing in June but Crown insisted that it was something different wrong each time I returned which required addtional repairs and of course more money! This is definitely not an honest dealership! I would recommend the Good Year on Hwy 150 located next to the Shell Service station. They have been in business for over 20 years and have performed all of the service for my company's vehicles. Very HONEST repair shop and if they can't repair your vehicle they will let you know and also recommend a place. I only visited Crown the first time in July due to time restraints which in the end was NOT a good idea! Also, Crown please DO NOT waste your time replying with your apology because it is only ment to lure in more customers.

I couldn't believe it when I found out she was new to Crown's Service Department. She was so knowledgeable! Not only did she know her stuff, but she was so kind and helpful. I have been to some places for service that were less than friendly to me and I was afraid of being taken advantage of. Michele's personality is great and she really put me at ease. Crown has a real asset in Michele and I will definitely be bringing my Altima back. Ask for Michele. You won't be disappointed!

I am not pleased with my experience at Crown Nissan, Hoover AL at all. This was my fourth and final purchase from this dealership in under 10 years. I bought a USED car June 2011 and less than 30 days later this vehicle required MAJOR mechanical work. When I approached the management staff I was informed - that this is what I get for purchasing a vehicle with high milage and an expired warranty. I was degrated for being a woman and talked to as if I was something under the bottom of one of the managers in particular shoe. I even went as far as speaking to one of the owners and was also advised that a deal is a deal. They werent going to assist me at all with the $2k in repairs and this is exactly why they make you sign their contract while being video taped. They can replay you getting screwed repeatedly! Loyalty doesnt count here and their customer service is low budget. My other three purchases were good enough for repeat business because their sales staff is top rate but wouldnt you be too, if you worked on commisson? The upper management team, is however a different story all together. They sit in a climate controlled office with a comfy chair all day, smile for the cameras and treat customers like they dont matter. Im not normally one to complain but this experience was the worst. If I wasnt already shaken from the wreck which totaled my third purchase, this one was a complete disgrace! Do not believe the misadvertising of "quality used cars and we will take care of you when you need it" - its all, L-I-E-S!" They dont take care of you - they just want that check from your finance company...

I was more than happy when I left CROWN NISSAN IN HOOVER ALABAMA. Clyde was exceptional. He was able to answer all of my finance questions. He was very friendly and when I asked him questions about the cars, even though he is in finance, he was able to give me the answers I needed. Now Travis took the cake because I had my daughter with me. Not only did he ask me several times did I need anything while I was waiting but he talked with my daughter and was very attentive to her. The salesman,TK, made me feel important right from the start. He was concerned about making me happy. Which is very important as i am rather picky. We were looking to buy a car within the next year but decided to go ahead and buy now. This is because our salesman assured us we could get the car with all the features we wanted. Which is exactly what he did for us. All within a few hours,(which really didn't seem that long because the offices were very comfortable), we have a beautiful, brand-new vehicle. This is my second vehicle from Crown Nissan. I love my Nissan Altima but was not impressed with my salesman Tim. Jeff actually helped more getting me the deal I wanted than Tim. I was very happy with Jeff until I recently noticed something about the warranty he sold me. He gave me a flyer that talked about the maintenance plan that showed a 36 month 36,000 mile plan that covered oil changes and other routime maintenance. On the flyer he gave me he had written 36/36,000 $359/ Well I was charged $359 but when my warranty came in the mail I just put it in the glove box thinking I didn't need it right now. Well when I got ready for my first oil change I pulled it out and the card that came with my maintenance plan says it expires in 5000 miles not 36,000. So I pulle dmy contract because I was sure there was an error...but no my contract also said 5000 miles. I was not happy. I went online to see how to contact the manager but there is no contact info for that...so I will have to try and call or write a letter unless this review helps it get resolved. My first experience with Crown was much better than this one. While Jeff was very friendly and helpful in many other ways I do not appreciate being shown one thing yet sold something different. Yes I am at fault to for not noticing it on my contract before signing it but I expected him to mark what he showed me and what we discussed not something else. As far as Tim Provost my experience with him was bad from the beginning. He was curt and almost rude. If it had not been for Jeff working out the purchase I would have walked away definitely. I hope Nissan will correct this maintenace plan issue so I will purchase my next car from them. Noone likes to be taken advantage of.

Great Service again! I bought my first Nissan Maxima in 1992 from Crown Nissan and my father is still driving it. I was looking for a new pickup truck and when I searched for a particular model, I didn't see any on the Crown web site. My wife called just to check and they had just received a truck load that morning. I spoke with Mickey Miller with Crown Sales and told him specifically the options, color and package I was looking for in a 2011 Titan as well as the price range I was wanting to stay within. Mickey and the Crown team not only met my expectations, but surpased them. When I went back the following day to purchase a bug deflector, Randy in parts was very friendly, helpful and gave me a great deal. I really am happy with the service provided. The price was right where I wanted it to be and we were even fortunate enough for Crown to make us a great deal on trading our 2000 Patherfinder in. I visited Crown Nissan and Dennis Montgomery in particular to talk about the end of my lease of a 2008 Nissan Altima and to explore my options for a new vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, Mr. Montgomery was available to meet me at the time we had discussed. We talked about different options, and then he took me to look at different models, including the Altima 2.5, the Sentra, and the Versa. We went for a test drive in the Sentra. It was nice, but in the end what I really wanted was another Altima. As it happened, there was a Navy Blue Altima on the lot that was equipped with everything I needed/wanted, plus it was exactly the right color. The icing on the cake is that Mr. Montgomery and Troy (Finance Mgr.) were able to work out the lease so I could get the lower payment that I needed. Everyone at Crown Nissan, from Mr. Montgomery to the General Manager, made the transfer very easy. This new Altima is the third vehicle I have leased through Crown Nissan. Based on my previous experience, I will also continue to come to Crown Nissan for service on my vehicles.

Tim Provost was the most knowledgeable salesman we had come across. When we left the dealership for the first time, my husband and I both admitted that Tim certainly knew a lot about the vehicle we were interested in. We could both tell that he was "schooled" very well about the product he was selling (we did not find that with some of the competitor dealerships). Upon making "the deal", everyone that we were introduced to at the dealership were extremely friendly and very welcoming. We would devinitely recommend Crown.

We contacted Crown Nissan before we made the drive from Oxford Alabama to Hoover Alabama. We had visited Family Nissan in Oxford and they wanted to wholesale our trade in which means we lose a lot of dollars on our trade in allowance. Crown Nissan assured us that they would do that with a vehicle as nice as ours and that it would go right on their lot for sale. After driving to Hoover in Friday evening rush hour traffic and sitting in the salesman office for 45 minutes, he came back and told us that they would indeed have to wholesale our vehicle because of the miles. We informed him that the miles had not changed much in 24 hours and did not understand why they were going to wholesale our vehicle. We were trading in a 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer with 69,000 miles and they informed us that nobody would want to buy a vehicle with 69,000 miles on it no matter how nice it was. I was very mad at this point. They then told me they would see what they could do and they would call me the next morning. We had just wasted over 6 hours of my wife's and my time combined, 3 hours of driving time and our gas. The next day we never heard from them so I called at 5:00 pm and they informed us that there was nothing they could do for us. I told him I appreciated the call back. He told me he had forgotten to call. I then contacted the senior leadership and they assured me they would take care of me and we would come up with a solution to fix this horrible customer service issue. Over the next few days I was in touch with the General Sales Manager and the Sales Manager and neither one of them would keep their word and call me back when they were suppose to. I waited for over 2 and a half hours 2 nights in a row for a call back I never received. I called the General Sales Manager from his cell phone number listed on their website and he was mad at me for calling him. I do not recommend Crown Nissan to anyone who is looking for an honest car dealership. We had a horrible customer experience with them. We were lied to and deceived and they wanted us to just hand over the keys to our trade in. Our bank and 3 websites had told us what our trade in was worth and what our trade in would sell for on the lot. They offered us 8,000.00 less than it was worth so they could wholesale it and make a quick cash turn around. Way to go Crown Nissan for leading the way in great customer service leadership and experience. You guys are the best at the GAME!!!!! Say No to Crown, shop elsewhere!!
