The details we spoke about were exactly the same (and I mean to the penny). The place is clean state of the art, friendly people and finance manager. I could not be happier. When my wife's ready to upgrade her Ford Escape we will be taking a trip back to Ambler PA to deal with David and his crew once again. Thank you again guys. The trip was well worth my time. I bought a USED car from Bergey's Ford and dealt with Vince Saracino. The car was in great condition and the whole process went seamlessly from start to finish. Since the car was at another one of Bergey's dealerships they had it transferred down for me to do the purchase. When we did the deal a few days later I went in and they had all the paperwork done in advance. It was great I didn't have to spend my whole night there. He answered all of my questions, went over the car with me and made me feel like I was apart of the family at Bergey's. Its rare to have such personal attention. This dealership surpasses any stereotypical idea of a dealership. My husband went in with negative equity and low credit scores. We were greeted and welcomed with warmth. You walk in and you automatically feel comfortable and like you are part of their family. Instead of it being the buyer verses the dealership, the experience was more like they are walking along side you to make sure you get the best fit for you. Vince was amazing. He worked with us and was very attentive to our needs. He made sure we not long go the car we wanted, but beat our desired monthly payment. We had to wait about a week before you could take the car home due to the trade in being registered in Florida. Vince kept in contact with us through the entire process and was patient in answering all of our questions. If you need to buy a car, look no further. We visited this dealership first and the decided to shop around. We only went to one other dealer and automatically new we had to go back to Bergey's Ford. Their customer service was a beacon in the midst of candles.

Bergey's and Keith Godshall were not only professional but very customer conscious. My wife and I decided on a 2013 Ford Fusion and after I drove the car home. When I got home I realized the car had body damage on the right side of the vehicle for which I didn't notice at the dealership. I notified Keith of the problem and immediately Bergey's accommodated by repairing the damage for us at no charge. Much appreciated and without question great customer service. Was searching for a low-cost, low mileage, reliable used car for my daughter and I found it! I located the car online and was very pleased to see that it looked exactly as pictured. My salesman, Joe Davis was extremely personable and helpful. He made sure I was well informed about the condition of the car, even going the extra mile to make sure it was properly inspected and ready to go. Rick in finance was also helpful finding a loan well within my means. The only downside was I had to wait 9 days until the car was ready to take home because it was new inventory when I purchased it and hadn't gone through the inspection process yet. It was worth the wait though! My daughter is happy and so am I! Awesome experience!!!

We looked high and low for the vehicle we needed, and could only find what we needed at Bergey's. This was our second purchase from the Burgey's dealers. When we started considering our next purchase, we didn't consider Bergey's right away because of the distance. It is 1.5 hours away from our house, and we have a baby that hates car rides. But, we have purchased from them before, and we couldn't find what we were looking for around us. We checked them out again, they had what we needed at a great price, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase!

I bought a new 2013 Ford Focus back in 2014 and I've regretted it ever since I drove it off the lot. Go google Ford Focus and you'll find a slew of issues with the 2011-2014 models - transmission issues resulting in stalling, grinding sounds when turning, and jerky driving. When I brought it in to Ford, they claimed nothing was wrong with it. 6 months later, I get a letter saying my car needs a cpu upgrade due to a recall. Go to schedule the service, they won't do it on a Saturday, and they won't give me a loaner. Worst customer service ever. Don't waste your money on a Ford. I know I never will again.

We visited a couple months ago to test drive a specific car (CPO 13 Explorer - what're the chances). Keith came recommended and was very knowledgeable and personable when helping us, even while juggling multiple other clients (test driving and pick up). We spent several hours there, my wife eventually decided on one, and we bought the car that day. The dealership itself was also impressive - clean, new, and had a waiting area with toys and refreshments while we waited for our car (we thought bringing our 1 yo was a good idea :) ).The end result of buying a car is great - you end up with a new toy. But the actual process is one of the worst things, ranking below visiting the dentist, imo (no offense, car salesmen out there). However, dealing with Keith (and Scott) went better than we expected; we didn't feel like we were being taken advantage of, and felt the process was fair. We plan to use Bergey Ford for our service/maintenance and future car purchases.

My salesman was Keith Godshall, he at no point tried to keep me there with a sales pitch that I have been through my entire life with going back and forth to his manager with lower prices and the line at what price will it take to buy today. He went over all of the car and told me the price was firm and let me walk to my car. Then got an email with a basic thanks for coming out. It was a no pressure experience from start until two later when I drove off the lot with my 2015 Ford. And then it got even better when a day or two later he emailed me a video of how all the car features worked. Keith Godshall is the one I advise you to ask for.

I had been shopping for a used car when I sent an online inquiry to Bergey's Ford about one of the cars listed on their website. Keith Godshall responded very quickly, even on a Sunday! I had been to other dealerships but Bergey's had the best selection. Since I'm an hour away, I needed information before I made the trip and Keith called me Monday morning to answer my questions. He was honest and complete in his information. Drove to the dealership to find a great selection of very nice used cars. Not your typical used cars, very nice quality cars in various price ranges. In particular, we worked with Joe Davis who was very to the point and got us the best deal that we could have. He was completely honest, down to earth, professional, and knowledgeable about the product he is selling. I must say that I was honestly impressed on how organized he was. As a younger female I've experienced a lot of condescension with salesmen and auto repair, so it was a relief to feel so respected. I also had issues with my trade-in's registration, and they (Keith and Kristin are who talked with about it) were extremely friendly and found a work-around for me that enabled me to still buy the car that day. This is our 2nd purchase from Bergey's & we had yet another great experience. Keith Godshall, our salesman, was wonderful & patient while we looked at vehicles in the rain. They say rain is good luck, right? We walked away from the dealership & analyzed all vehicles alike within a 150 mile radius of our home & this was by far the best deal. 7yr/100k certified warranty, all of their vehicles go through a certification process, which is always reassuring. Bergey's Ford is the best car dealership that I've done business with. When and if I need another car I'll certainly visit them first. When I say best I mean: good cars at good prices, but most importantly they stand behind their cars so you can have peace of mind that when something goes wrong they will work with you until the issues are resolved and until you're completely satisfied. Here's my story: after an unfortunate accident in which our car was totaled, my wife and I needed a car. I was looking for something used but with very low mileage, and at the same time affordable - kind of a contradiction in terms, since low mileage doesn't come cheap. After browsing the web for a couple of days I found a 1-owner practically new Focus at a price that actually matched to the dollar the Kelly Blue Book value - something unheard of at a dealership. I went there, drove it, paid and took it home. After about 2 weeks, one sunny morning the car simply stalls in the middle of an intersection, seriously endangering my wife's life. I go pick her up, I am black with anger and want to give the car back. The sales manager Scott - and this is the guy you want to talk to, he's a gentleman - says "Let's take it to service and see what they find and how serious it is and we'll go from there". I can't dispute that it's a reasonable proposal, so he gives me a rental for the day, and in the evening I get back the repaired Focus, after apparently a very minor fix (battery contact). After less than a week, again on a Mon morning, same thing happens: car doesn't start. I lose my temper and contact Scott, he promptly sends a towing truck for it, and a rental car for me, and agrees that there can be no question about my taking this car back. I browse his inventory, choose something else (unfortunately more expensive) but he is even kind enough to let us drive it for a few days so that we're completely satisfied with this second one before we purchase. That's exactly what we did, and it turned out to be a brilliant idea because at the end of a few days I realized there were some things I hated about this new car so we didn't take it. We took a few more cars for a test drive and finally decided on one, and today we're very happy with it. I was impressed with Scott's integrity, cordiality, the promptitude with which he helped us and his unfaltering support throughout the whole process - I sincerely recommend him and his dealership.

From the moment I walked in the door I was immediately put at ease by the friendliness of the staff, from the receptionist to the salespeople I encountered. In particular, I worked with Sales Representative Keith Godshall on the details of the vehicle purchase. I found Keith to be extremely knowledgeable, fair and courteous. This is the second truck that I've bough through Bergey's Ford in Ambler. Now mind you, the last one was almost 12 yrs. ago. But when I started shopping for a new one I felt no loyalty, I was just looking for the most truck I could buy within my parameters, for the best possible price. I stared shopping online at all the popular search engines, within a 50 mile radius and all my local Ford dealerships, wanting to really stay close to home. What I found was that all the other dealerships were starting out higher in price then Bergey's, for what I can only assume is to make you have to come in and "bargain" with them. "Aint nobody got time that". My wife and I did a lot of research online before finally going over one cold, and rainy Monday morning in Feb. to look at one particular truck they had advertised and I had talked about with my salesman. Dreading having to go through the "bargaining process" left home with a price in my head that I was willing to pay. After taking it for a "spin" just me and my wife, we sat down to do the part I hate the most. You know what I'm talking about, the back and forth, what will it take to get to drive home in this vehicle, we got to make some money to, there's not much meat on the bone, let me talk to my manager, we'll give you this much for your trade-in, let me get my manager, I'll leave and go over there and let you and your wife talk it over. NONE OF THAT! The salesman said this is the price of the truck, we can do this and this, this is how much we'll give you for your trade (more then expected), taxes, tags, blah, blah, blah, this is the price "out the door". Well it was $700 less then the price that was in my head when I left home that morning. Couldn't ask for a nicer experience, no bargaining, no back and forth, no manager, no hassle. Left feeling like both sides got a FAIR deal, not like I just got taken. And really, I think that's what most people are looking for, a fair deal without all the other junk.

After visiting several dealers in the area I went to Bergey's. Doing Internet research, I found they had a nice inventory at a fair price relative to others in the area. The building and grounds are immaculate. Vincent Saracino was professional, courteous and helpful while we looked and test drove some vehicles. He wasn't pushy, just gave me the facts answered questions and what we could do to make a deal. We made an easy deal both compromising but never to a point of frustration. I feel I received a great vehicle for a fair and very reasonable price and all the paperwork was handle efficiently. I was out the door much quicker then previous car buying experiences. Robert was very professional, courtious and honest with me which I greatly appreciate as I have only received that once before in my life. I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion from Robert Mcfadden at Bergey's. I have been in the automotive business over 30 years and my biggest challenge is finding a dealer and salesman I am comfortable with and feeling that there are dealing with me in an honest way. From the first inquiry which happen to be on Roberts day off (he responded to me and gave me his cell phone number), he made me feel comfortable and that he was at the least being truthful with me. After several Email communication we spoke and I made the 75 mile trip to his dealership. I was not disappointed and I purchased the car that night and returned 2 days later to take delivery of it. I had not purchased a new vehicle for some time and was a bit nervous going in. Joe Davis made me feel immediately comfortable. We purchased a certified used 2015 Expedition in June. Joe is an extremely helpful, no pressure guy. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked into. Each step of the process went smoothly thanks to Joe. It is January now and I happened to be driving by the dealership so I stopped in to thank Joe once again. He remembered me without any hesitation. I certainly recommend Bergey Ford especially when you can deal with a guy like Joe Davis.

Purchased a vehicle from bergeys ford in spring house and bought a total lemon. I have owned this vehicle not even a year and put less than 1000 miles on the vehicle and have had transmission problems from day 1. Thank god I have a warranty but the in and out of the dealership has made purchasing a pre owned vehicle a nightmare. I went to the dealership to get inspected and they tell me I have a low tread tire and need it replaced? Seems when Bergeys sold the 2014 vehicle to me the Bergeys quality assurance team must have missed that someone put a 9 year old bald tire on with the existing tires. Dealing with Spring house ford in Ambler doesn't numb the pain either. I will need great customer service for me to change my review. As for now I'm making another call to Bergeys to bring the car back in for possible transmission issue again. I will edit this review once my issues have been addressed.

We Just recently purchased a 2013 Edge, this is first time we went to a different dealership, but 18 yrs and 3 chevy cars later but we wanted to try a this Ford product. Our experience was great we mainly dealt with Mike Thompson and he was great, no pressure and easy to talk to. We test drove the car came to a deal that we wanted and all in less then an hour. After having the car for 3 days we had one small issue that was not covered under warranty and I contacted them and they got back to me within 5 minutes and they told they would take care of it. I would absolutely recommend Bergey's Ford to anyone who was interested in purchasing or leasing a new or used car. From the time I walked into the dealership, I found everyone 100% professional. This was particularly true regarding Pat Clarke. He was totally thorough regarding my needs. I was interested in leasing a Ford Escape, and he not only matched this need but worked with me concerning my payment limitations. He also took the time to explain to me thoroughly the workings of the vehicle I was going to lease(It turned out to be a 2016 White Ford Escape.). Pat also made sure I understood what was going to take place in the future regarding payments, servicing, and what would happen at the end of the lease. He gave me a hands on session and showed me the ins-and-outs concerning the most important points about my vehicle. Pat took the time to set up my cell phone to be hands free in the car, and he not only showed me the service department, but also gave me options for leaving my car for service. From beginning to end, I found that what I was anticipating to be a trying experience turned out to be wonderful. This is the fifth vehicle I've purchased or leased from Bergey's Ford in Ambler. Pat Clarke was, once again, great in assisting me in my choice of a new Explorer. In this case, "my car" was not in their stock, but Pat was able to locate an Explorer with all of my desired options, and have it ready for me in a couple of days. The process was enjoyable and efficient. Before leaving with my new Explorer, Pat walked me through all of the options and how they operate. All of my questions were answered. I know I'll be back at the end of this lease for my next Ford.

This dealership used to be a decent place to buy a vehicle. Not great, not horrible but good. Three years ago I bought a Ford Fiesta and got a pretty good deal and decent trade in. Back then; they had an old sales building, low volume and were friendly. Now this dealership is just plain lame. They spent all this money and built a new facility; and now it's low volume with high prices and terrible terrible terrible trade in values. The old place would never have tried to low ball me with a ridiculous trade in offer. If your going to buy a ford, go to a higher volume dealer who isn't trying to recoup their new building expenses by over charging their customers. It's a shame that I wont go to a dealer that I could actually walk to. I like to give the local businesses in my community my patronage. But I wont be totally ripped off. I miss the Old Bergey's Ford, with the old building, and friendly people who gave you a good deal.

Bergey's was great! They were very good about getting back to me quickly with information about their inventory. They also worked with me to make sure that I could see every possible option. I was looking for a used Ford Escape and Pat was able to show me all of the options they had at their location and even brought over an Escape from another Bergey's location! I was looking at one particular vehicle and when I came back the next day it had been sold. It was disappointing but Pat showed me another great car that I ended up buying! Pat worked with me and was able to help me find exactly what I wanted and needed. He was amazing and I would 100% recommend him and Bergey's.

I originally contacted the dealer via the internet- I had contacted other dealers in the past and asked that they only communicate via email, no phone calls. This was the first dealer that actually respected my request. Step 1 of earning a customers business- listen (or read in this case)!Nick S responded with what I felt was a reasonable starting price, and then made a visit to the dealership and their BRAND NEW building! Nick walked me thru each step, fully explaining everything. Felt the bottom line could have been a little better, but still OK (not wowed) with the final price. Bergeys Ford in Ambler PA is like the home town variety store, the staff are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely glad to see you when you walk in.They just built a brand new center, which is ultra modern, with all the bells and whistles !! a state of the art waiting center, with WiFi, TV, and free beverages.My sales rep. in Nick Saracino, Nick and I go back some 15 years, with my personal cars, and company vehicles at the Healthcare center I work at in Ambler. To me Nick is not a salesman, he is my friend, who is completely looking out for my best interests, whether is a personal vehicle, or a company van. I trust Nick in such a manner, that i have no need to test drive a vehicle, i look on-line, ask Nick the availability of it, and typically give him the go ahead and start the paperwork, there's no shopping around, because that is how Nick does things honest, upfront, and real life. I picked up my newest vehicle this past week, and already told Nick what my next car will be, and that he will be making my 8th purchase from him, and Bergeys Ford.

After finding the car i was looking for online, i came to look at the car. It was a used 2005 that they had only for a week. When I got there, the car wouldn't even start. So i couldn't do anything and had to go back home (I live about an hour away). So this first was very disappointing. After two days, I came back to finally test drive the car. Test drive went fine and had no problem with the car. However, a few things were wrong with the car, even though it was sold "as-is". The car had a leaking water pump, a leaking rear strut, and no working a/c. Now they were not going to fix any of these problems with the car, which seems very suspicious. I was still interested in the car though, and after over a week and a half of phone tag because they wouldn't call me back anytime they had new information (I always had to call them in about 2 hours to get a response). I was approved for a loan. I sent them all my information and was STILL playing phone tag with them. Finally after all the paperwork was sent and they had copies, i was told that they aren't selling the car anymore that it had a bad "motor".

After a long negotiation at Montgomeryville Nissan, I went down to Bergey Ford to look at the 2013 Ford Focus that I saw online. As I was walking around the lot, I was approached by a sales associate who asked me if I needed any help. Within minutes he helped me find the car I was looking for, and he grabbed the keys for a test drive. The car was in showroom condition, after a snow storm. It was amazing how they detailed the car and made it look just about brand new (19,000 miles on it). On the test drive, the car rode smoothly and I couldn't feel any defects under the hood. When we got back to the dealership, the dreaded negotiation was about to begin. We spent an hour getting to a price that we could both agree on, and now I have the car that'll easily take me into the 2020's. I highly recommend this dealership!

I worked with Nick in January of 2014 to inquire about a new vehicle. I put in an on-line inquiry and then my husband and I visited the dealership to test drive a few vehicles. Nick was patient with me as I wasn't sure exactly which vehicle I wanted. After leaving the dealership he was consistent in his e-mail follow up's to inquire how I was making out in my search. A few weeks later I let him know I was not ready to move forward. Finally, in December I was ready and had decided I wanted the Explorer. I put another email inquiry and Nick reached out again. I let him know I could only communicate via email for a few days as work was very busy. Once we got to speak the vehicle I wanted was not in Bergey's inventory but he was able to secure it for me. Earlier this week we decided to buy a 2007 Toyota RAV4, V6 Limited Edition 4x4.After doing a search on the internet for the desired model, cargurus.com identified Bergey's Ford as one of the dealers who had the car in the area at a price well below that of local competitors.We emailed Bergey's late that evening hoping to get more information by the following morning as we needed to get the car no later than Friday this week, but were pleasantly surprised to receive an instant detailed response from Vincent Saracino within minutes of our inquiry.Satisfied with the answers obtained, we made an appointment to see the car on the morning of 11/21/14. Upon arrival we met with Vincent who greeted us and took us out to the lot where we inspected and test drove the car. We had a specific budget for car purchase which was slightly less than the already low advertised price of the vehicle. Vincent took the time to understand our situation and worked diligently and professionally with us and Bergey's management team to come up with a creative way to help lower the vehicle price to get us where we needed it. We made the deal 20 minutes after arriving at the dealership as we felt we were in trustworthy hands and knew we got a very good deal. This was our first experience buying a car where we felt a salesman was actually on the side of the customer!!!To add to our positive experience:Even though the car was already extremely clean when we test drove it, Bergey's ran it through a full detail. Once we got home and opened the hood to familiarize ourselves with the engine compartment we noticed that the car had a brand new battery installed in it.Turned out, Vincent overheard us mentioning to ourselves during the car inspection on the lot that a car battery may need to be replaced in a year or so and surprised us by having a brand new one put in right after the detailing at no charge.I would recommend this dealership to anyone seeking to buy a car!!!Thank you

Both my wife's car and mine were in need of being replaced. We found a 2011 Dodge Journey at Bergey's in June and called down to see if it was available. We spoke with Nick Saracino and told him we were an hour away. He had the car ready for us when we arrived. Nick was very attentive to our needs and even addressed some minor body damage that was on the vehicle. When we took the vehicle in for it's three month service. Nick and the Bergey's staff were awesome. Complete service with brake and rotor and body damage repairs at no cost to us. They even provided a rental car for us for a week. I then went back to Nick in November to replace my car and explained to Nick what monthly payment I needed. He worked with me and got me in a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee at the payment I needed.Nick and Bergey's has made our car buying experience great! I drove over 5 hours to purchase a SUV from Bergey's and the experience was outstanding. There was no hidden prices, no need to haggle, and customer service before and after the sale was awesome. I called Vince early and he had all the paperwork ready to go before I made it to the dealership. I spent more time test driving the vehicle and going through it than I did signing paperwork. My wife bought a 2013 Ford Focus from dealer Nick Saracino at Bergey's Ford in Ambler back in May of 2013. Nick was a very fair & honest dealer! In the 8 months that my wife has had the car she hasn't had any problems! As a matter of fact, the only real problem that she had was in early December when we had a small snow storm. My wife took her spare key with her when she went to work in Perkasie. When her shift was over she put her phone, pocket book (with the spare key in it) and her lunch bag on her drivers side seat as she warmed up her car with her main key. It had snowed while she was in work so she shut her door while cleaning off her car. Unfortunately she must of hit her lock button accidently while getting out to clean off her car! To make a long story short, I had to drive up there and after 3 hours with her car still running a locksmith finally got her door open without damaging anything! I told Nick Saracino about her dilemma and he and owner Luke Bergey felt bad for her and cut her a check for $95 to reimburse her for the locksmith fee!! Now how's that for great service and for being absolutely thoughtful!! When they say; "We are driven by a history of customer satisfaction at Bergey's" they truly mean that! My wife is very happy and you know what they say; "happy wife happy life"!!! Sometimes the best way to judge an experience is by what a dealership does NOT do. I sent an inquiry about a vehicle and I selected "email" as my preferred contact method. They auto-replied with a "Thanks for your interest" type email. A day later, I received an email from a salesperson saying the vehicle was still available. Five days after that, I received an email that the price of some of their vehicles had been reduced -- including the vehicle on which I had requested more information. I think that was just the right amount of communication...not pushy, not disinterested. I haven't been to the dealership yet, but I hope to visit them soon.

I had been searching for a used Ford Fusion for a while and couldn't find a decent deal near my house. I had a business trip to PA and on a lark I tried a search in the area. I found a remarkable deal on several Fusions at Bergey's through Cars.com. I went to their website to get more details (very well organized), I spoke with Laura Pfeiff through their integrated chat feature and she provided all the information I needed. I made the drive down a couple of days later and she happily took me around to see the different vehicles I was interested in. We sat down and worked out a deal that was very straightforward. Just price + state fees + tax. No extra fees, no window etching scheme, nothing. Since I bought out of state, they took care of all the cross state registration and taxes for me. Now let me tell you about the deal. I left with a Fusion that had all the features I could want, a higher trim level, lower mileage, and better condition than my local place, and all for less money. I would highly recommend both Bergey's Ford, as well as Laura Pfeiff. I'll make the drive back once my wife is ready for a new car.

When I arrived, the Dealer, Michael, was incredibly rude. It was obvious that he didn't care that I was there to buy a car and when we went to view a car, he was really rude about it. It wasn't until we decided to go somewhere else that he was incredibly nice. Not worth your time unless they learn, "first impressions." Also don't go with the 2004 Saturn Vue. Its not worth it if you're not getting a warranty.
