Came in to have my car serviced first for a sensor that went bad and then my brakes. The service department was very prompt and knowledgeable. The two times that I came I dealt with a man named Nick. This experience I have to say has been the best I have had in a long time. Also the mechanic explained everything to me and showed me which I thought was awesome. Been to several different places in the past and you guys top them all in my opinion. I hope to continue to build a good relationship with you in the future for all my needs. Had body work done on my 2015 Buick Enclave because of hail damage it received several weeks ago. My vehicle looks like new again! I especially want to mention how nice it was to work with Jeremiah. He was friendly, organized, and very professional throughout the whole process. The men who helped me were very efficient and respectful. After I leased my verano, I had concerns with the equity for my trade in and was handled with empathy and a genuine interest in resolving the questions I had. The purchasing experience was expedient but convenient. The attitude and demeanor of the salesman made me feel comfortable and cared for. The air conditioning on my GMC 2500 truck stopped working, then it worked, then it was not very strong. I called the service department, and so far so good. It is working again. Courteous staff who listened to me and fixed the problem. They also oiled my tailgate which was not opening as it should. Great service!

Normally I would not fill out these reviews, however in this instance I was compelled to share my experience. Fortunately, I had the privilege to have my first encounter be with the GM Gary Langkau, from my first interaction to my very last Gary went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. I had a unique situation that Gary was not only able to work through, but he also did so in an extremely timely manner. He was able to get the whole process facilitated within 24 hours. Secondly, when I went to sign the papers for the vehicle I had to the chance to work with Tyler and Kyle, again a terrific experience with them as well. Very professional and expedient with the entire process, not to mention the truck looked amazing upon delivery. I would highly recommended Gary, and his team to everyone. Thanks again for a terrific experience.

As always, every time I bring my car in everyone is great. I have not had a bad experience with this Saturn Dealer and that is why I choose to drive from Oshkosh to this dealership where I bought the car to have it serviced. From the time you are in line to have your vehicle serviced to talking to the customer service rep (who listens and accurately indicates what you need serviced) to being presented to the waiting area (showing you what beverages and snacks you are offering) to the cashier (who explains to you exactly what was serviced to your vehicle)...you feel as though you were the President of the U.S. if not better! Recently purchased a new 2014 GMC Yukon XL Denali for my wife as a surprise 40th Birthday present. As I shopped for a vehicle, I found that the sales/finance staff at Bergstrom Appleton were knowledgable of the vehicle, open and honest about pricing, and made it a comfortable environment to objectively think about such a large purchase. Bergstrom Appleton made the purchase not merely just a transaction, but instead an experience/event. The staff was extremely engaged and supportive in suprising my wife to make it a special and memorable event for her. They placed a poster on a door, and 'strategically' moved a wheel display in front of a window, so the vehicle was not in her view until she opened the door leading into the car staging area. The Staff went on further to have a few people present to video tape and sing happy birthday........and then to my wife's further suprise, they placed flowers and a cake in the back cargo area of the Yukon. Thank you to all of the Bergstrom staff..........and we will never buy a vehicle from a different dealer again.

Used Buick,Lucerene(2008). Found vehicle in an on line search, 37,000 miles for great price, sent an e mail inquiry; immediate response with information. Actual vehicle was not available to see but stopped in on Tuesday AM and Sara had me test drive other lucrene to get a feel for the car and other cars I was interested in. Told me car we wanted to buy would be back on the lot later in the week. Sara K was awesome, no high pressure; called us Thursday night at 1830 that car was ready to inspect and drive, drove home with car on Thursday at 2000, did not expect this to happen so quickly....excellent service, professional, friendly. Allowed us to write personal check .Vehicle was in EXCELLENT condition Sara sat with us in auto and went through every button and switch....

I brought in my 2008 Saturn Aura for an oil change. On the drive to Bergstrom a piece of metal fell off a truck in front of me and I ran over it. I asked the service people to check for damage and do the oil change. They told me I was also due for a tire rotation. They needed extra time and gave me a ride home, which was fine with me. They called me two hours later and I picked it up. Mitch noticed I was charged for the tire rotation, which was an error, since I purchased the tires and rotation is included.The charge was dropped. I left knowing my oil change was done, my tires were rotated, and there was no damage related to running over the road debris. I am a happy camper. Thank you.

Problem with parking assist. Service chimes continue to sound that system needs service. As I am very disappointed with the cause as well as listening to a service alarm sound every 30 seconds for over a week before parts would arrive, along with a grossly inflated part charge, the excellent service and understanding by Jake and Jay made it easier to swallow. Note.... I loved my 2010 LaCrosse as the best care I ever owned...until...reaching 50,000 and the electrical system problems started. I may consider passing up paying/opting for these options in future car purchases.

Our car wouldn't start, so I called your company. They sent out a tow truck and brought our car to be examined. The outcome was that the battery was dead. When I got there I pulled up to an empty bay. I thought, "yay, I won't have to wait long." Nobody came out to my car, which was unusual, then I waited over 45 minutes in the lounge for a standard oil change. When I commented on how long I had been waiting, all I got was a shrug and a smile.

I have been coming here since we purchased our cars through Bergstrom. Normally service is very quick- not sure if it wsa just an extra busy time but I waited almost over an hour- close to 1.5 for an oil change. In the future it would be nice to be told of "potential wait time" if it is going to be longer than normal. Otherwise everything was fine- as always!

A part on my leased GMC needed to be replaced. I was greeted warmly, and the part was replaced in just a short time. Mitch always gets my vehicle washed, walks me to my vehicle afterward, and treats me with dignity and respect. I leased my GMC from Bergstroms because of Mitch. My Buick has 125,000 miles on it but the mechanics keep it running like it was new. Some people think it is a new car but don't recognize what it is. It is a 2003 Park Avenue. Most of these miles were from trips of 1200 miles or more; I don't like to fly. It has traveled West to the Pacific, South to Oklahoma, North to North Dakota, and East to Indiana. Grandpa/drives a Buick but Grandma makes him drive slow so he doesn't pass the teenagers. My last Park Avenue (1995) had 185,000 miles on it when my son replaced it with a Toyota Prius.

I don't recall the name of the female team member that greeted me and took care of everything but she was so friendly and took the time to take me in and show me where to sit, and she came in to let me know when it was done at the time she predicted it would be ready. Chris Meilahn, Tyler Berenz and Robin Auth went above and beyond to help me purchase a new 2012 GMC Terrain. They did everything they could to make my puchase enjoyable. They understood that I needed to finalize the deal that night. In fact they all stayed till 9 pm to get it done. We could not take the vehicle that night because of paperwork on my end, so they gave us a rental to take home. I brought the paperwork in the next morning and then they delivered the Terrain to my wife's work in New London. They are an awesome sales team. Thanks again for everything they did. I will definetly refer people to to your GMC Dealership.

My husband and I were very happy when we finally found the exact vehicle we were going to buy - everyone at the Bergstrom facility was very polite and courteous, the waiting room was nice - it even had warm chocolate chip cookies! BUT we were there for 6 hours. I could have driven home, made cookies, and brought them back to my husband before the car was even ready to be detailed. WHICH of course we don't understand, if a car is on the lot - it should already be detailed right? Usually a seller would want the car to be perfect BEFORE the buyer even looks at it?! Bottom line - we were there for 6 hours and we feel that it was unnecessary time that could have been avoided by the dealership.

I had sent a request for information on a vehicle since I live over 50 miles away from the dealer. I got an e-mail back from the dealer several days later stating they were trying to get ahold of me and could not. If they did call, they did not leave a message stating so. I never got a reply back from the dealer, so I never went through with anything from them. From the experience I had just trying to get in touch with someone there, wasn't very good. I can't say they are a bad dealership, since I was never able to get help and actually look at a vehicle. I would suggest if you are interested in a vehicle they have, go see it during business hours so you are able to actually get help with everything.
