I had the pleasure of buying a TITAN King Cab from these folks in 2010.It's not only the best truck I've ever owned,but the toughest.I was treated so very well,and I'm a car salesman hater.These people did nothing but treat Me right.When I tell other dealers what I paid for my truck in March of 2010 they don't believe me.But I did get a great deal and when(if ever I wear this one out)I will go back and buy from them again.

They estimated wrong and instead of putting that $1800 in the financing we are stuck with paying it out of pocket. Also, when trying to figure out a solution with the dealership they were rude and pretty much said it's not their problem and refused to help and continued to hang up on me. If you deal with this dealership don't go through the delivery process and get everything in writing. If anything does not seem right, down to the littlest thing, don't do it!

Whenever I call I get in right away and this time it was urgent and I got right in and fixed up. Marty is very attentive and knowledgeable and helpful and always can answer my questions. I needed a ride back to my office and then again picked up at my office to get back to get my car at 5pm and both drivers Jerry and Bobbi were on time and fun to ride with. I used to work with Stacy all the time and I'm sorry she is gone but Marty is now my guy! Thank you!!!

My wife and I had been in research mode for a few weeks. We devoted an entire Friday to shop various local dealerships with the hopes of making a final decision. We rolled into Berlin City Nissan of Portland one half hour before they typically closed and Eric greeted us with a smile. We were not rushed, or made to feel that we were an inconvenience on a late Friday afternoon. We had a lot of questions. We also had a lot of requirements. The Berlin City crew was patient and detailed and we were able to reach an agreement pretty quickly. We feel confident we made the right decision with the right dealership.

I'm a very skeptical car buyer so this experience was better than I expected. Nick Nadeau was great to work with - low pressure, provided lots of information and good communication. He took a full video of the car I was considering when I couldn't make it into the dealership. I got to take the car out for a test drive then a full day of use so that was very convenient. I did finance through them at a slightly better rate than I could get at my credit union. Overall a good car buying experience.

Our purchase of a 2016 Nissan Frontier could not have been easier. We researched small pickup truck on the internet. Nick Nadeau's personal YouTube of the truck we were considering made our decision easier since we did not even have to travel to the agency to see all views of the truck and its options in a video format. All I gotta say is these guys are all about scamming people. They even tried to take advantage of my mom who really needed to trade in a vehicle due to being really really sick. When they tried to change their minds, because another dealer got them a way better price they tried to make them pay a restocking fee on a car they hadn't even picked up yet!! Tom Hayes and Dana Hurrell are crooks!!!!It's funny you use the words held hostage. First off I never called anyone to return the cars. My father called and said he changed his mind after not actually taking delivery of vehicle. Eric Burnheimer told him well we have to charge you a restocking fee if you decide not to purchase vehicle. That's right a restocking fee on a car he hadn't even picked up yet!! Sounds very hostage like to me! Then when he got the better deal from Bill Dodge Nissan in Saco, and he was gonna take it, Tom Hayes threatened him that they would not give my sister the better deal as she already had picked her car up the previous day unless he agreed to the deal as well. Hmmm sounds very "hostage" like as well. And yes I am angry at the fact they you aren't paying out my 200$ referrals that you guys promised to me in the showroom in front of both sales managers and all the salesman (my fiance and sister were standing there too). We both know why this isn't getting paid out and it's because you are upset about the poor survey my dad did because of the empty threats both your manager and salesman made to him.

typical used car dealer called back all the time until after the sale then wouldnt answer once deal was done . car was delivered and the delivery drive(who was very nice and polite) couldnt even get get in touch with salesman. finance guy was nice until we said no to the extended warranty 20 times then he would barely talk or even look at us.car was delivered with new muffler to pass inspection which had a dent in it. and the car still had cleaning rags and trash in it i had to clean the car inside and out including the windshield which was nasty.i wouldnt even drive by this place again let alone walk in to look at a car

Went in for a remote start installation on my wife's mutant, service light was also on and needed air in the tires . Got the oil change for free and a puncture repair free as well as a car wash voucher. To top it off I got a nice Altima as a courtesy car to drive home and wait for the work to be done. Took the car in at 9am and was called at 2:00pm when work was done. All round excellent friendly service.

I brought my 2007 Nissan for a sticker and tire rotation. My front tire seemed low and they were going to do a tire rotation, balancing and tire pressure. When I left after paying and was driving out of their driveway, I noticed my low tire light was still on, thinking it was an electrical malfunction, I drove home.Three weeks later my tire was almost flat. I drove to the nearest VIP and the tire was ready to blow out. I had to get four new tires. The tires were never checked or rotated, yet I paid for that service. I e-mailed Josh Blanchard twice and have gotten no response. I thought I found the perfect place to bring my car to be serviced. NOT !!!

I had a wonderful experience at Berlin City Nissan. Steve Kenney was my salesman and he made this process simple and straightforward. I called on a Saturday to express interest in a vehicle on the lot, and Steve got me approved that day. My experience with the repair dept. was beyond horrible. A part that costs $30 online and takes about 20 minutes to replace wound up costing $350. I directly asked them about their techniques and was treated very rudely and was not given any breaks when I explained exactly why I couldn't believe what they charged me. This was all because I was afraid I had a more serious problem. They also tried to up-sell a $500 brake job (I passed inspection with no issues exactly 1 week prior). Oh, and I asked for a quote on new door actuators for 2 doors, they put this into their extremely expensive diagnosis and wanted $330 per door! So, if I hadn't been somewhat knowledgable, my $350 mistake (to be fair, the local garage would have been $100, so a $250 mistake) could have been a $1500 mistake! Yikes! No more Nissans, no more Nissan dealers, I'm done.

SCAM!! Took my Nisson Frontier in for simple repair, asked to do safety check as my sticker expired in 5 weeks. Berlin City tells me that I need front and rear breaks and rotors. Strange, since I had just replaced front pads and rotors 8 months ago!! Then the tell me that I need a new radiator because of a leaky seal. 2 other dealers tell me that the radiator is not even a part of the safety check. They handed me a suggested list of repairs for a simple $1500 - none of which was needed. Took my truck to Sullivans and it passed with nothing needing to be done. BEWARE! as pleasant as they were.

Ted at Berlin City Honda gave me several options and actually listened to what I had to say about what I wanted in a car and what I could afford. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough without being pushy or overbearing. He even stayed late to make sure that I was comfortable with every step of purchase and with my new CR-V. I was also impressed with Patrick in Finance/Purchasing who took the time to go through each step of the leasing process with me. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood all of the paperwork and any leasing options available to me in the future.

Recently when our 4 year old Saturn started costing us more and more in repairs, I decided it was time to start looking for a new car. With all the recalls from GM and nothing helping us with the problems we had with our car, I came to Berlin City Honda. Ted was very friendly and was very patient with me! He treated me like a person and did not pressure me to make a sale. He had no problem when I wanted to go with a smaller car to better fit our budget. Ted bent over backwards to help us, and I am happy to say I am the proud owner of a new CR-V. When my Toyota gives up the ghost, I will be coming back to get another Honda from Berlin City!

Just bought a 2014 Honda Accord and had a fantastic experience! First of all, I went through Steve Gendron at Berlin City Honda in South Portland which made all the difference. Even after multiple test drives with all different types of cars, he was patient and wanted me to make the right decision. Never once did he push or seem anxious to get a deal done. I ended up not being able to decide and came back 4 months later once I figured out what I wanted. We did a lot of our business over e-mail, which really helped save time. He was always available for a test drive and he genuinely cared that I was happy with my purchase and purchase price. I would highly recommend buying through him for a great car buying experience.

I just bought my used Mazda Cx-9 tonight from Berlin City Auto of Portland, ME. The experience was awesome. I called about the car last night (at 6pm.) I spoke with Stefan who gave me a top dollar appraisal for my old trade in ($600-$1000 more than other places) over the phone. I was able to do most of the paperwork over the phone including texting pictures of our licences/insurance paperwork. They were almost unable to deliver the car today but being a holiday weekend, but I really wanted the new car for my family trip. Tracy in financials worked hard and got someone to drive it down 2 1/2 hours to NH today at 515 pm. I met him at my husbands work so we could both sign the paperwork and 15 min later I drove away in my new car and they drove away in my trade-in. They were able to beat USAAs financing rate with no headaches! I also got extended coverage at a great price. I love this dealership and won't go anywhere else in the future. Berlin City really does = easy. I love them and recommend them to anyone!

After being talked into trying to get rid of the vehicle i am in........being honest about my credit history and trusting in this salesperson I am very hurt and disappointed. I was told that this guy could get me out of this car and bring my interest rates down and after giving him permission to see what he could do he promised he would call me the following morning and he didn't....the very next day I called him and left a message on his voice mail he refused to call me back one way or the other. This is unacceptable to me and he will never earn my trust and I will let others know.

But from the moment I walked into Berlin City and met Stewart, I knew this would not be the dreaded experience I expected. Even though my husband came to test drive the car with me, I had told Stewart I would make the car buying decision. He directed his questions to me, not my husband. When I told him what I was looking for, he didn't try to up sell me out of my price range. And I know I came away with a great deal, and a great car. The sales staff was fair, honest, and direct. If you need a car, I would highly recommend Berlin City, and Stewart in particular.

I recently bought a 2013 CR-V from Berlin City Honda of Portland. It was my first time working with them. I shopped a bunch of dealers in Maine and New Hampshire to help negotiate a good deal. They weren't the lowest price but they are my local dealer and were close enough that we decided to go with them. I did all the negotiating by email and had the price and financing agreed before going in. My salesperson was Ted Hanson, he was excellent - knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and patient as I was working my way through offers. My F&I person (can't remember his name) was also great - he did his job trying to sell me extras but in an honest and un-pushy way. We arranged a time to go in and complete the sale, and this all went great. Since buying the car I've had a few emails and calls checking in to see how we're doing, including a call from Ted to wish me a happy birthday. Great service and above what I tend to expect nowadays. Couldn't be happier with the experience and we love our CR-V!

Our salesperson, Andrew Fossett, is great! He really listened to what we said about the features we wanted or didn't feel we needed in our new Accord. He didn't try to sell us a specific model; instead he helped us find one with just the features we wanted. He was very responsive and helpful with great follow up but no high pressure. I think we got a great buy on our new Accord. The financing person explained every detail, but we did feel pressured into purchased extended insurance which we said from the outset we didn't want. The lease on our Toyota Rav4 was soon to expire and we looked at multiple vehicles (Subaru Outback, Chevy Equinox and a 2013 Rav4) before we made our decision to rejoin the Honda family (we used to own a 2005 CRV that my wife loved and I used to have an Accord). On 1/18/13 I agreed with Chris Genest on a price for a 2011 Maxima and gave him a gredit card as a down payment until I could get to Maine on 1/21/13 to pick up the car. I live in NH.As I was driving up to Maine to grt the car I got a call from Chris telling me the car was not available that over the weekend the owner came in took the car and sold it at another of his dealerships.There is nothing he can do about it.The only thing I can think of was that he got more money from someone else. Chris did tell me that he placed a sold sticker on the car after he got my credit card.This is what gives dealers a bad reputation.I don't know who the owber is but he has nerve to take a sold car and sell it to someone elseChris called it an "executive decision"

I purchased a 2012 Honda Civic for my 16 year old daughter to drive. With less than 500 miles her car was hit head on when someone ran a red light. She walked away from the car with no injurys. The cars airbags went off keeping her safe and she did not even have to go to the hospital. The car was totalled. I decided safety was key and decided to purchase the same vehicle. The people at HOnda are very helpful during the whole process.

Purchased what I thought to be a certified used car with a clean accident report. Staff was friendly throughout sales process, but once I got the opinion from another mechanic and body shop, was advised to not purchase car due to unreported damage. Overall experience seemed shady, they knew about the damage, but waved it off as not a big deal. The upper management has a pompous attitude. I have already had an issue with Berlin City Honda service, now I wouldn't recommend sales or service to anyone.

They have to be the worst ever! I purchased a 2001 Highlander ValueSmart (not really) car.Traded in my wife's 1996 Rav 4.They told me the Rav was not worth much because of it's age and mileage.Just barely gave me 1700 after I was going to walk. Now its in their showroom for 6900.The Highlander so far has been junk.Brought it back twice for exhaust leaks,washer pump not working and the tires just barely pass inspection, if you put the spare on and measure the middle tread at 2/32.Bet those tires would fail if I came in off the street for an inspection! Now the airbag light is on. I dread even calling them again.Had to tuck the fender skirt back in after the washer pump was replaced..no quality control? There is no such thing as over the top care.There should be a disclaimer under that caption. Thought we'd be ok with Toyota.Guess I was wrong.

I was very reluctant to go to a dealership. The reason for this is because I went to a dealership in the Route One Saco/Prime Dealership area. I can't express my frustration with that place. The salesman were so very aggessive that they actually scared my daughter and I, needless to say- we walked. I still needed a car but because of this experience I internet shopped for a very long time. When other dealerships pitched an aggresive "sales pitch" I would not go in. That is when I met Mike Meyer of Berlin City Nissan in South Portland. At first I was still hesitant, but I agreed to go see the car I was interested in (2008 VW Beetle- LOVE IT:) Mike was so very helpful, not aggresive at all. He calmly told me the facts about the car- NO sales pitch- NO pressure, very matter of fact and he has a laid back personality. I bought the car- we were out of there financed in an hr, and I drove the car home!! I also should add that my credit rating is 567- I got financed at an affordable payment. I would recommend Mike Meyer to anybody that wants a great car buying experience, and if you don't have great credit- don't worry- you WILL get financed. I am "sold" I have already told my friends to go see Mike and I highly recommend to anyone reading this to go see Mike. Nissan Roadside Assistance provided a $100 allowance for changing my flat tire. Spoke to Josh and mentioned that I wanted the old tire repaired or I would buy a new one rather than putting the "donut" tire on the car. It was past 4:30pm - quitting time for the techs - and Josh asked one of the gentlemen to stay and work on my car which he was happy to do. After some time, Josh came to the waiting area to inform me that my rim was bent and the the tech had pounded the rim straight again and that the tire was back on the rim and held air again just fine. These individuals could sold me a new tire AND rim but instead fixed the existing parts so that they functioned fine! This service department is is obviously run with courtesy, honesty, and integrity and is a credit to the Berlin City group. I will never take my car anywhere else!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by Mike Meyer. I was in a hurry and Mike worked with me to get my vehicle appraised, test drive the Nissan Armada and work out the numbers quickly and very professionally. He was very knowledgeable about the Armada and was very personable. I came back the next morning to make final arrangements with the sales manager and do the paperwork. I feel I was given a fair price for my trade-in, a Chrysler Aspen, and the dealership was willing to work with me on the price of the Armada. I did a lot of research and shopping around before I had contact with anyone at Berlin City Nissan so I came in prepared to deal and knew where I wanted to end up for a final price. I feel they were upfront and did quality work.

While we didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from this dealer, Mike Meyer was terrific to work with. He offered prompt and full information in response to email inquiries, followed up with more details by phone without being at all pushy, and spent appropriate amounts of time with us showing us the Nissan Versa and Honda Fit that we wanted to test drive. He listened to what we were looking for in a car and dealt with us candidly and honestly without high pressure at all--he made what can usually be an aversive, low-trust situation into something that was actually helpful and informative. I was genuinely sad we didn't ultimately purchase a car from him because he really did a great job with our efforts to gather information about vehicles. I would not hesitate to go back to this dealership, and Mike specifically, for future car purchases.

I would Like to give thank to Berlin City sale group especially to my sale person David , who really work hard in my case and help me to buy my great car for my family. also I would thank to scot who working day and night to put the deal through. To me Berlin city auto deal was the best not only because I got my car there , I financial a lot of cars from different deals at those dealers I did waste a lot time going back and forth and endless papers who. however in Berlin city dealer I just took only two day and it done. Berlin City Portland was AWESOME to deal with. Many dealerships are pretty hard core trying to make the sale and that's what it's all about. I did NOT get the feeling that I was being sold, more that they really were doing their best to work with me and make me happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend Berlin City!!

As a customer, I leased a 2007 Nissan Murano from another dealership 39 months ago with a dealaership in Southern Maine. The lease was to end on August 6, 2010. I spent two and a half hours with a salesman at the dealership I leased the car from. I asked for all my options and drove two new vehicles, a Murano and a Rogue. Upon leaving that day, the salesperson was to send me options and prices by e-mail. The next week I had not received the e-mail so I called the salesperson. He said he must have the wrong e-mail address. I gave it to him again but keep in mind, that address was already in his system, at least in the service department where I had had my Murano faithfully serviced for 39 months. He said he would send the information again that day. After a week went by, I had to call again as I had not received it. I called again and then said I had decided to purchase my vehicle. He was then to send an application for purchase in the mail. He asked for my address, although once again, he should have had and did have it in his system at the dealership. Oh, well, it never arrived after another week went by. I called again and left a message, and heard nothing from anyone in three days. It was then that I called Berlin City Auto Group, spoke with Scott Walker and within a few minutes had explained my situation and he made an appointment for an inspection for my car (required) and an appointment with him to fill out the paperwork for purchase of the Murano at 1:30 that day! Everything was completed within an hour or so and I was on my way home owning my car including the car being washed. I have already made a service appointment to address a needed fix on a warranty situation before it might become more difficult to handle. The service at Berlin City was excellent, friendly and obviously professional. I look forward to their service and to purchasing my next Murano or Rogue with them within a few years. Thank you to all those I met that day.

I recently went to have a Service Engine Soon issue resolved. They did a great job to diagnose and do the repair of a faulty diagnostic valve in my fuel system.Four weeks later my fuel line disconnected from the fuel pump causing fuel to be spilled everywhere (including under the rear seat). Fortunately I was near a VIP garage and the VIP garage reconnected the fuel line to the fuel pump. The VIP garage manager stated I should report it to Nissan as he had NEVER seen this happen with just a 3 year old car. I called Berlin City since I felt it was too much of a coincidence that they had just worked on the fuel system and then 4 weeks later this happened. Josh & Dirk agreed to give me credit towards future service work to cover the cost the VIP repairs.I recognize that Nissan did not have to do that and I appreciate their attention to customer satisfaction and will be visiting them in the future if my Sentra needs servicing.Regards, Carl Poirier

Mr. Yeaton, the Service Manager, and his staff went far out of their way to take exceptionally good care of me. On the rare occassions that I've needed service on my vehicle, the staff was courteous, prompt, efficient, thorough and honest. They made sure I fully understood and accepted each line item and I felt that they took care of me in the same way they would have a member of their family. The staff is professional and committed to making any service experience a positive one. My next purchase will come from this dealership, without question.

Our experience in purchasing new Nissans from Berlin City has been excellent. The ownership really seems to care about the satisfaction of their clients with their new and used cars. When we purchased a new Honda Pilot they even had a "New Owners Meeting" to share information with those in attendance on particulars of their cars and how the dealership could be of service. Their mechanics and service managers were in attendance to answer questions.The service departments for Nissan and Honda have been excellent, also. In fact, that's the primary reason we looked first at their dealership before purchasing a new car. We knew we would be treated fairly and professionally by the service staff. Both Nissans and Hondas are very well manufactured cars, but to keep them running at their best we go to the dealership for warranty and non-warranty work. They work hard to ensure their prices match or come close to matching non-dealership parts. And they have not performed their most expensive services if a less expensive option might work.Thank you all.

If I could rate this dealership with a 10, I would. Dirk recently helped me with a bad accident and a failed repair on my rear axel. He helped to to fight with the insurance and get me the new rear differential that my Nissan Frontier desperately needed. He did an amazing job and I am so thankful that the work was done profesionally by Berlin City Nissan. He handled the negotiations beautifully and helped me to get my truck repaired correctly. Josh was terrific and supportive as well during this battle of the insurance versus body shop. I can't say enough nice things about this dealership. They are professional, knowledgebale friendly and incredibly supportive. I would never take my vehicle to another dealership. They are the only ones I trust with my Frontier. I will return to this dealership for all of my repairs as they do a great job and treat their clients with respect and support in tough situations. I also love their shuttle service so that I can get to work while my car is being worked on. Pete, Jerry and Steve have been fabulous behind the wheel of that shuttle bus and have been courteous, helpful and pleasant. Berlin City Nissan should be proud of their hard working employees, I know I appreciate them greatly. Thank you for a job well done, Jeannie Munro - a very pleased customer

I brought my car in for what I thought was going to be a small repair and ended up needing thousands of dollars in work. The service department worked with my warrenty company to get as much covered as possible, they gave me a loaner car while the work was being completed, and the repairs were done within 2 days of me walking into the dealership without an appointment. They were extremely nice and treated me with respect. They kept me informed of the progress of the repairs and were considerate of my schedule.

this was the 3rd nissan we bought from you in less than 2 years. we rolled and totalled our last one 4 days before we bought one this time. we were led to believe we were buying the exact same car we had before, but with automatic transmission,thus costing $1000.00 more than our last car. after we gave you a check for the full amount, we discovered at least 4 things that were not on this car..like cruise control, a trunk that opens without a key, switches to move the outside mirrors from inside the car, and a mirror on the passenger visor. when i went back to your dealership that evening to discuss my disillusionment with the honesty of what we had been told... i was told we had gotten the best deal they could offer and it was no big deal to them if i returned the car. i would have serious qualms about recommending your dealership to friends or family after being treated this way. we shopped almost exclusively at your dealership because we felt you have a good product, but i think the fact that it WAS our 3rd car in 2 years should have brought more compassion and respect during this transaction. i will say that before i pointed out the missing items, matt...the salesman... was kind to me. however that did not translate into trying to make things right when i came back. matt, the financial assistant, was too slick. also, he messed up our title application...which was discovered when i went to register the car. we paid the total amount with a check. he had listed chase morgan bank as a lien holder. i am thankful our town clerk noticed that. i called matt immediately and he told me he would fax the new application to our town hall within 5 minutes. 20 minutes and at least 34 phone calls later, i still had not received it and our town hall was closing. so i drove back down to so. portland from gray and scott helped me get it straightened out. he was very helpful. i hope you will take a serious look at this and make some adjustments in how you do business. i would need some kind of reassurance of honesty before i would do business with you again. thank you for your time. judy carlson

We arrived at the dealership late afternoon, around 3:00 PM and Sondra was extremely patient with us as we test drove five different cars. Sondra was very knowledgeable about each and every one and took the time to listen to what we were looking for in a car. Sondra, Guy, and Scott were all extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. We did not feel rushed at any point, even after still being there after closing! We would definitely recommend Sondra and this dealership.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They were able to locate a vehicle for me which which was extremly difficult to find within an extremely reasonable amount of time (1 day). The staff was knowledgable about their product and very informative regarding any questions that I had regarding my purchase. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership to others interested in the purchase of a new nissan.

Jose was great, he clearly is an asset for you. We went to two dealers and Jose had the skill and personality to make the sale. He also has had great communication since the sale. The only thing that could be better is the scheduling of the 3000 mile checkup from the service dept. This appt was made for us, left on my voice mail, and I have long since forgotted the date. I would rather have a teaser reminder that an appt needs to be scheduled, that would be more efficient for me.

Working with both Keri and Jason was a great experience. Keri was very helpful when answering questions about the vehicle and was also very patient with any other questions I had. She took the time to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. And, as a first time auto buyer, she was very patient with me. Jason was also very helpful. He actually made sure that I understood how my payments would work out with several different warranty options selected. Both employees were great to communicate with, and all over the phone!

We bought a Nissan Titan in 2004, also an Xtera the same day. Since that time I have traded in my Xtera, but have had nothing but BIG troubles with the Titan. One transfer case, new brakes, rotars, wiring harness, seatbelts, all within 36,000 miles. Within one year, the transfer case went again. After that was repaired, the motor went with 80,000 miles on the truck! The service department basically said oh well, your loss. We can't give you more than $3000 trade in, because we the dealership will loose to much money. What about us, the customer! We paid $35,000. for the truck. I guess it doesn't matter how much money the customer looses, as long as the dealership doesn't loose money. We since have purchased a 2008 Ford, and love it. Never again will we buy a Nissan, nor will we ever buy again from Maine Mall Motors. They don't care about the customer, after the vechile is out the door, and the service department never returns calls in a timely manner, and has very poor customer relation skills. We highly advise against buying anything from this dealership, and never bring a vechile for service there!

Went in looking to compare with Toyota. Sales person was great, but finance mngr was incredibly rude. I was ready to buy after dealing with my sales person, after talking with finance guy I left angry and put down. I was trying to discuss the price but didn't realize that it was closing time. Obviously the finance person had somewhere to be because he was slamming books and rushing my sales person. I hadn't even been introduced to him but he felt the need to interject his opinion into the conversation. His comments were basically that I could either buy a new car at full retail or their used demo- I was lucky to be getting any price reduction. Turns out there is a reason people buy Toyota- I could get a better deal with less out of pocket! If you are looking to shop Nissan there are other Nissan dealers within driving distance- go elsewhere.
