I stopped by to do my 10k service and oil change. I made appointment online 2h before arrival. Once I left my car for service I went to their pretty comfortable waiting area, I wish they would have tea( there is a hot water but no tea bags), but it’s very minor. My car was ready much faster then expected. Everyone was nice and helpful. I also got a video of them servicing my car, and mentioning tires/brakes levels. Overall great experience!

Bernardi Toyota service was outstanding! My car was serviced incorrectly by an instant oil change shop and I had to have it towed to the nearest toyota dealership, in this case Bernardi. Bernardi technicians were incredibly professional and very knowledgeable. Service advisor Vivien is amazing! She helped me find a rental car on very short notice so that I wouldn’t have to miss work the next day! Vivien gave me great advice on how to proceed with my issues and kept me updated on the process the whole time! Bernardi Toyota and Vivien are high class professionals and I will be bringing them any Toyota related business I have in the future!

So, whatever you do - don't buy at Bernardi Toyota - found out a month after I bought the truck (2016 Highlander) that they never properly transferred my registration over from my old vehicle.After calling them multiple times (At least five times) asking "wheres my registration" I finally checked the registry online to find out they never registered the truck. I came very close to just returning the vehicle today and demanding a refund.They also still owe me money for my "trade" - which just needed a title search. They originally said 7-10 days for that to come in - one month later - still waiting for it. So they basically have my old truck, with the keys, and the money that I put in escrow for the trade - and I have nothing but a promise that they will call me when title comes in.Suppose to fix all this Monday for me, not happy that they royally dropped the ball. Horrible customer service that basically had be driving illegally.I'll never buy from here again and I am making sure that this review goes to every car site there is.Did I mention, they never call you back after you bought the car and have issues with it? However, when I was in the buying process all they did was call me to try to close the sale. Horrible . . .

I called this morning and requested a specific vehicle which I was told was in stock. I called again while en route and left a message with Manager "mike," about this same vehicle. Mike called me back, we spoke to the price and the vehicle, again advised me that the car was in stock. Upon arrival, lo and behold, they had the same model, different vehicle pulled up. Of course this one was $1000 more than the vehicle I was asking about. I was then advised that the vehicle in question was sold the day prior. Thanks for being a typical cars salesman xxxxxxxxx, Mike.

When I was at Benardi Toyota on February 7, 2015 the service advisor Manny Martinez was not helpful and not informative. Mr. Martinez couldnt explain to me why I was being charged for the oil consumption test, so I declined the oil consumption test. When the oil change was done, he stated that he went ahead and did it anyways, even though I declined the service. I never heard of a service department completing repairs against the customer's wishes. [I was told about the oil consumption test in more detail at another Toyota service department].Also, when I asked Manny for a shuttle after being there the first hour, he stated, "There are no shuttle drivers today." When I was at Westboro Toyota and Acton Toyota of Littleton, they shuttle you wherever you need to go, so it was weird that he said I couldn't be shuttled. The small highlight is that because he recognized the mistake that he made, the oil change was discounted from $30 to $16. I think that was the last time I went to Bernardi Toyota and because of this, I have to travel to Westboro Toyota or Acton Toyota of Littleton for service that I can get closer if Bernardi was more communicative. Plus, I was there for 2 1/2 hours, which was crazy! And during lunch time when I couldn't get shuttled and get food for my child. When I tried to call and speak with someone, I left VM's and even put an email through their website, but no one ever returned my phone calls or letters that I wrote. It doesn't seem like Bernardi Toyota cares to follow-up with issues with the intent to fix them in the future. Maybe they will in the future - there's always hope. I gave the date of service, along with the exact amount of the oil change cost in case someone from Bernardi wants to research the repair job and reach out to me for follow-up. The phone number is updated in the customer database and I can always add an update to this if I receive contact.

I went to Bernardi looking for the best deal. Arab Al Awadi was great in showing me the new car. He understood that I did a bit of research on the car. So he explained things that are necessary and did not repeat things I already knew. He was so good in closing the deal with me.The finance department (Hoss & Kevin) went out of thier way to make sure I get the best deal for my loan. They kept me informed all the time. Head of finance was a very nice person. When I closed the paper work and down payment, it was the day before the thanks giving. They were closing early. So I told Arab Al Awadi that I am ok to take my car delivery the day after thanks giving. But he did not relent. He did all he can and called before thier early closure to tell me my car was ready. Wow!And I was also pleasently surprised by thier "extra 1 year" maintenance - making it a total of 3 year. Which is something I did not find at other new england toyota dealers.Overall, I have been more than pleased with Bernardi. They did thier best to get me the right deal and finance.

So went in to buy a new truck, I was shown a truck but I'm not a fan of black vehicles Dell (sales rep) say's No problem we will get whatever color you want, Great we said gave me a great price put down a deposit and waited and waited and waited and finally called... Yes we will have one on Thursday great!! NOPE the other dealer sold it from under us??? We will order you one it could be up to 6-8 weeks fine we said In the mean time I am finding the exact truck at other local dealers I call and ask how come I can find this truck and you can't we don't deal with them ?? So I finally call Mike Knox GM I will get involved personally!!! GREAT I think. Then I get a call from Steve a New manager he says we can't get the truck come get your deposit THIS IS FOUR MONTHS LATER!!!! I call Mike Knox again and email the owner Zero response from the owner, Mike says we are looking some more, all the managers that we're here when you made the deal have been terminated, I tell MIKE KNOX GM we are going on Vacation we will be gone for a week, don't worry I will call when you get back. BOOM back from vacation and the deposit is in our held mail, I call and leave a message for MIKE KNOX GM and of course no response, I leave a message for Dell no response...... REALLY WHAT A JOKE THESE GUYS ARE CLOWNS ..... STAY AWAY FROM BERNARDI FOR NOW AND FOR LIFE LOSERS

I don't believe I would recommend any Toyota Dealership at this point. I'm trying to buy used RAV4. I put a deposit down online. A deal fell through with another dealership but I contacted Bernardi to see if they still had the vehicle I put a deposit on (within 1 day) "TYLER" said, "yes, come in and test drive the car is still here and available". I drove in within an hour and suddenly the vehicle was "under contract" I asked why all of the sudden ist gone now. They had me test drive vehicle and during the test drive the salesman tells me I can't use my own financing and that the dealership has their own financing that you have to go through. I called "Jason" the manager to find out if true during the test drive as I wouldn't even bother. He said that it was ok I could use my own financing. Then, I got back and signed contracts. The next day I went to contact my lender and insurance agent but noticed that Eddie the finance person didn't give me the RMV1 that I needed. I emailed and called to request that he send me the RMV1 it took him forever to do. I called the dealership and "Brian" the sales manager said the car was sold. Also, the finance manager put the wrong purchase price on contract and had the wrong amount on the sales tax (over charged me). THANKS for WASTING MY TIME. -AND, they still have my $500 in a debit and they have my $1000 check. VERY DISHONEST AND MISLEADING. BUYER BEWARE do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or ladies....bring a MAN with you maybe that will get your car transaction finalized. I will also be lodging a formal complaint to Toyota headquarters about how this dealership held up $1500 of my money while I'm trying to use that to purchase a vehicle somewhere else. THANKS FOR NOTHING BERNARDI TOYOTA OF FRAMINGHAM!!!! -And, my finance person said that he was shocked of the lack of integrity of both the Toyota Dealerships that I had to deal with. They led me to believe that I would have a vehicle and now I have to look all over again while I'm spending a lot of money on a rental and while they hold my money. I'd like my money back right NOW. They also misrepresent the purchase price. Online it said $15900 but on the contract they put $15990 and they put the incorrect sales tax even with that amount. Eddie the finance person was very nice in person and wrote up the contract with me. I felt that he had turned my experience around but then realize most likely intentional that I didn't receive the RMV1 that I needed to complete everything on my end. I'm also going to lodge a formal complaint to the Comptroller of Finance for holding onto my money. I made a debit deposit on the vehicle on 8/11/15 and was never credited back to my account and it now 8/13/2015. This dealership get NO stars from me.

I had brought my vehicle into the Bernardi service center for a state inspection. What I witnessed was a very busy service center with many employees and customers. I was shocked to see how fast pace attentive and friendly the staff was.While waiting for my inspection to be done I was approached by a man wearing a shirt a tie unlike the other employees ( assumed he was a manger ) He said good morning with a smile he then proceed to walk over to another customer a older women to explain the noise was due to a plastic shield and that she did not need brakes! She was admit that the other company tried to sell her brakes. The man explained to her you do not need brakes and that he apologized for the other company then he proceeded to take her to the repair area. The women came back over to the waiting area where I asked her what was the deal with her brakes were? That I overheard her conversation she was so delighted and that man come to fid out he had given her a business card ( He is the Director named John Dowdan) In a world were honesty and acts of kindness are a lost art this man was kind and professional. No wonder why the staff seemed friendly and kind.

Went there to buy Toyota Care Plus for my 2014 Toyota Tundra Limited .First I went to srvice department and told them that I want to buy Toyota Care package .He said that I have to go to Financial department ,went there waited for financial department manager about 30 minutes ,not a big deal . Manager said ,I do not know how to process this ,never done toyota care plus . He told me that he will need to make a phone call to Toyota ,but he is busy know and I will need to wait at least for 2 hours and suggested me to go to dealership where i purchased my car .I said that I will not wait for 2 hours so he can make a phone call and I left . Went to Wellesley Toyota dealership service department and bought Toyota care plus under 10 minutes . DO NOT GO TO BERNARDI TOYOTA ,SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO WELLESLEY TOYOTA.

We recently had a very bad service experience with another Toyota dealership. After speaking with Toyota headquarters, they agreed to have different dealership fix the problem. We had no prior experience with Bernardi Toyota. We were pleasantly surprised with the service and care we received at Bernardi. John Dowden, the Service Manager, personally handled the issues, kept us informed of what was happening and what they found. Our experience was everything you would like to get from a dealership when you bring a car in for service. Communication was excellent, but most of all, we appreciated the honesty about the situation. We will drive the few extra miles to come here.

From the first phone conversation I had with their internet team and the continued follow up answering my emails with the concerns I had I knew I had to visit Bernardi Toyota. Great experience working with Marc Ehrgott when a 2015 Toyota Corolla was purchased in November, 2014. No sales pressure and great service delivered (pre sale, during sale, and post sale). For several weeks I have been looking for an Avalon Hybrid. On the internet I found several in the color and trim that I wanted. I reached out to many dealers. Even though, Brock quickly called me and was pleasant I decided to go to a dealer that was closer to my home. Sadly, I had a terrible experience from the minute I walked through their door. I left, as I could not do business with a dealer that treated me with disrespect. Fortunately, there were other similar cars available. But, now it wasn't about the color and trim of the car I wanted, but more about the sales person and dealership. I drove home and checked my emails from the other dealers. Bernardi's emails were informative, professional and also personable. I was in touch with Brandon and Brock. They couldn't have been nicer! They were always pleasant and never pushy. A nice big plus was the reasonable price :)My husband and I decided to purchase our car from Bernardi even though its almost a 3 hour drive from our home. We actually got stuck in terrible traffic which made us an hour late for our appointment and past closing time for the dealership. We were met by Dell and also Brandon with smiles and handshakes. We were not rushed during our test drive or the paper work. Vinnie stayed and carefully explained all we needed to know about our new Toyota and about purchasing a car out of state. He even recommended a nice resteraunt for dinner. To find a dealership that works together as a team is unique and what makes this dealership Shine! We had a great experience and would make the trip again!

I started this process contacting Brock on line. He answered every question and sent me all the information that I requested. Bernardi Toyota:I just wanted to let you know that my service rep. yesterday, Manny, was excellent. When he first came outside, I could just tell that he "knew" my 2006 Highlander. I was very pleased with the service I received just several days ago at Bernardi Toyota.First, I was concerned that the thin, dark sponge strip hanging under the car in the front was a frayed belt issue. Service representative Manny assured me that it was not, and told me what it actually was. He then "measured" the exterior of my tires, and talked to me about having almost bald tires. He was very cognizant of my vehicle, and was able to present me with the various options I had, including, most importantly, the "4 for the price of 3" tire deal, and realignment. We even talked about our kids. In between the different dealers I had dealt with while shopping around for a Corolla LE, Aydin at Bernardi was by far the best one I encountered. Right from the moment my friend and I walked through the doors to the moment we left, we received nothing short of respect, hospitality, and help from Aydin. He is truly one of the few rare salesmen you would meet at a dealership that was truly genuine, had a lot of knowledge about the cars, went out of his way to help you, and didn't try to swindle you. He treated us well and gave us the best price out of 5 dealers we had seen that same day. I would say his friendliness and great personality really made the difference and this is what customer service is all about. It's totally the opposite (of the salesmen from xxxx) at Westboro Toyota, who treat you like a number and so rude almost as if they were the only Toyota dealers around & that you HAD to buy from them.

They were just above my lowest price of six but another dealer closer to me was the lowest.However, I highly recommend them and Brandon in particular. He answered all my questions and respected the process I was using to choose a dealer. When I gave him the option to lower his price, he was honest and said he could not and respected my choice. This is so very different than the old days of nasty negotiation. I will certainly include Bernardi if I or anyone else is looking for a car.

I have had the chance to work with Guilerme Nahra, who was also called Guil in the dealership. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable about cars. I came in late afternoon on a busy day and I did realize that he had had a long day. However, he walked me through the options that he think would be a good fit for me after carefully listening to my requirements. He then nicely let me test drive all the cars that I considered, during which he explained the difference between the model. Unlike other salespersons that I have worked with, I did not feel the hassle to buy when working with Guil, for example, he did not ask for any kind of commitment to run a credit check. I ended up with a model that I really liked, and was excited enough to not realize it didn't come with floormats. I called Guil up and the problem was solved quickly and nicely --- his manager offered me free floormats. Overall, my experience with Bernadi Toyota was great.

We bought a 2014 Prius V model 5 at a very good price and we received a fair value for a very old trade (196,000 in fair shape). Joe matched the offer I has received using Edmunds for another dealer. The entire process went smoothly and was very open. There were no surprises in this transaction. No hidden costs, no last minute changes. I walked in the door at 11am to start negotiating and I was out the door with my new car by 3pm. Pretty good timing.I highly recommend Joe and Bernardi. Beware of them sneaking things in to the "Scheduled Service"! Also beware of them changing the price of replacement parts and be ready to be pressured to review as 5 stars:1) Recommended Service - If you want to perform maintenance according to what Toyota recommends, bring in your Toyota maintenance book (that type of "special request" can't be handled during booking), and have scare tactics thrown at you.On multiple occasions they have tried to sneak doing extra work in as routine maintenance (changing the coolant, brake fluid, or transmission fluid). Do they tell you this goes beyond what Toyota recommends? No, because they don't even know what Toyota recommends "there are too many cars with different service requirements". I had to show them how to get this information off Toyota.com This seems to happen more often at major service intervals (30k, 60k, etc). When I point out that the maintenance guide provided with the car does not call for these things until a later mileage, they say that's what their book says to do. They say theirs is preventative maintenance and try to scare you into thinking your parts will fail early if you don't do what their book says. "We don't want you coming back with a clogged radiator at 62k miles. Have you ever seen what calcium deposits in a radiator can look like?" They say driving in the Northeast qualifies all the cars to follow the severe driving recommendations and that all the dealers in the area follow them. "Call them and you will see." You know what? I did and other dealerships are purely by the book - the Toyota maintenance book not the Bernardi book. The Toyota maintenance book says "perform these service items only if you drive primarily under the conditions listed (dirt roads, dusty roads, towing)". Heck, Bernardi tries to go beyond what Toyota recommends even for severe driving conditions! I guess they'll do or say anything to try to get an additional $150 out of you.2) Changing the price of parts - they have different grades of brakes for instance. When listing the prices on the phone, they charged what they said was the "gold" price for the "silver" option. Honestly, if they quoted the right prices to begin with, I would have gone with the "gold" option because it was only a few bucks more than the "silver". The associate played dumb about it when I picked up the car. It may have been an honest mistake but I list it here in case anyone had a similar experience.3) 5 Stars - Feels much more like "review me as 5 stars or don't review me at all" than "review me honestly" or "let me know what I could have done better."

I went there last week to buy a new car. Once I got there I was measured by what I was dressing and was treated like crap! I explained that I was considering a Yaris, a Prius and a RAV4. The first salesman passed me to someone else (probably because he was too special to deal with a guy like me) and the second salesman said something like "this one is out of your range". What? My range?!? What do you know about me?!? Well, at the end, I went to the Westboro Toyota dealer where I was treated like I should and closed the deal cash in a RAV4 Limited 2014. You guys are too arrogant to have me as customer! I rather go to a place that values the customer and not how he/she looks!

I needed a new car in the worst way and didn't have the best credit rating in the world. In fact, I only went to the Toyota Dealership to prove a point that my credit was so bad that I couldn't lease a car. Then I met Felipe and everything changed!Even with my credit being in poor shape, he was considerate and extremely helpful. He was able to work with me and the bank and I was approved to lease a brand new 2014 Toyota Camry!I had no idea when I entered that dealership that I would walk out the owner of a new car but Felipe was able to pull it off. He didn't make me feel pressured in any way but wanted me to have this car just as much as I wanted it and worked with me until we reached an acceptable agreement that worked out financially for me.Felipe is a wonderful sales person and knows his stuff. I test drove a couple cars and then fell in love with the car I am driving now. Everyone at the Dealership was wonderful. The place was clean and they even had a waiting area inside that offered coffee, juice and snacks.I recommend Bernardi Toyota to everyone that asks me about my new car and I tell them to specifically ask for Felipe if they want the best service and no pressure.I have not had a new car in over 30 years and now I do thanks to Felipe - I was so fortunate and lucky to have had him be the one I walked up to when I entered the dealership. I was searching the internet to buy a Sienna . I emailed the Bernardi Toyota and some other Dealers. Few minutes later I got a call from Mark offering to visit them. The next day at 10am(appointment time) I was stuck in traffic when Mark call me and asked if I was okay and if I was on my way to visit them? WOW that surprised me. I got there 5 minutes later, Mark was already waiting for me and introduced me to Dan. There is a phrase that explains my whole experience at the Framingham Bernardi Toyota - " YOU NEVER GET A SECOND CHANCE TO MAKE A GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION" and it was exactly for that great first impression that I bought my new car at Bernardi Toyota . Since there was a stop sale on my heated seats (as you may know by the news reports on it) I did have to wait for my car. Mike called me to update me on the status of the parts and repairs until they were done. The original salesperson moved jobs during my buying experience but they DID honor his promise to throw in free all weather floor mats. I haven't used the service department other than for the seat repairs so I can't comment on that. I will update my review when I get my free oil change in a few months.

I came prepared with information about the car as well as a potential trade, and he was patient with me in the negotiation process. He was always quite friendly and respectful throughout the process and I felt I received a good deal. I also worked with Brianna Willander in the finance end of the deal. She was friendly and informative, and she explained the technicalities well but wasn't "pushy" with any of the optional coverages. Pretty typical I guess. Found what my wife liked via autotrader.com at Bernardi. Emailed about the vehicle they answered back via email (pretty responsive, no pressure, good job here). Set a time to go check the vehicle, and the sales person (Patrick), was very polite and cordial. We drove the car and then talked price. I was already approved for a loan from my credit union, but was told that the only way to get the advertised price was that I *HAD* to finance through them. This was not posted anywhere I could see, so I didn't like that. But I was assured they could match the rate and term I was already approved for, so I was willing to go along. Met with the finance person, and was told that there was no way they could match the term I was already approved for! They were reasonably close, but still didn't like the tactics of nickle and diming you and breaking assurances right out of the gate. The used car had a few very superficial clear-coat scratches that I asked the sales person to have the prep team buff out, he said no problem. While doing the paperwork they prepped the car, and I received the normal up-sell offer for additional protection warranties, etc. declined and wasn't pressured too hard. I realize this is normal and it wasn't pushed too hard so I'm fine with that. Some folks feel more comfortable with purchasing it and that's fine. So being dark by the time we took delivery and drove home thought all was well. Next morning looking the car over it seems they vacuumed and washed it, but the clear-coat scratches are still there. I can fix them myself in 20 minutes, but the fact that I asked them to fix them, they agreed, and then ignored it bothers me. Overall the experience was pretty typical of what I expect from a dealer, so I rate them as average mostly. Sales person was pleasant, but not effective at resolving anything I asked for.

Mike Goeghegan could not have done a better job. He's very relaxed, knowledgeable, patient and doesn't pressure you at all. We spent a lot of time negotiating because I wanted a ridiculously low price and he didn't harass me when I left the dealership without buying the car. I came back later with my wife to wrap up the deal and got a very satisfying price. The finance guy was great and didn't try to force me to buy anything I didn't want. In fact, he didn't pressure me to buy anything and even got me a lower rate. This is very rare, trust me. The sales manager was excellent and gave us more discounts on accessories when he didn't have to. This is a great place to buy a Toyota. I started my search for a new Prius through the AAA buying program and it resulted in leads to three dealerships. I immediately began receiving calls/messages from them. Most of them were rote and mundane, but Harvey's initial contact seemed to be a more sincere and friendlier pitch for my business. That, coupled with the fact I had bought a car from Bernardi Honda 20+ years ago, guided me in my decision to go to Framingham (even though they were not the lowest quote). When I stopped by I was immediately introduced to Harvey who called upon Dell to work with me. Then it was off to the races :) Within an hour Dell had: looked at my specs, walked the lot with me for the right vehicle, let me take the car for a test drive and introduced me to a colleague to look at further options. He was attentive throughout the process, ensuring I was satisfied with how things were proceeding. When it came time to finalize costs, he listened carefully and worked with me to reach a price that was mutually acceptable. In fact when I returned two days later to pick up my new car, I brought some research showing different (lower) pricing for the add-on options and once again he worked with me to reach a compromise that worked for both myself and the dealership. Once all the paperwork was taken care of, Dell spent as much time as I needed explaining the mechanics of my new hybrid, as well as how to locate and work the accessories. It was a whirlwind three days for me. Throughout that time, whether at the dealership or on the phone, Dell was very conscientious about keeping the focus on meeting my needs. For these reasons, the car-buying process was not stressful and I drove off the lot a very happy owner of a 2013 Prius C!

We walked out with a new Venza and never visited the other two places because Dell persuaded us this would be the best deal for us. And so far, it has been the best deal. He is not only persuasive but customer friendly. When we had to provide a deposit earlier than the Finance Manager said, he personally came to our home to pick up the check. When I came to Bernardi in late December 2012, I was in the market for a new car. Bernardi was the first place I visited. It was my luck to be assigned Arquimedes "Ark" Rocha as the salesperson. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and not pushy. In the end, I bought my new plug-in Prius at Bernardi and didn't visit another dealership. I priced the vehicle I bought on line and found the bottom line price was fair. When I went to pick up my new car, Ark very patiently explained everything I needed to know to get the most out of my car, including hooking up the blue tooth connection between my phone and the car. Over the last year I have been to Bernardi a few times for regular service and inspection. It is easy to get an appointment, the service people are helpful and explain things clearly, and the service is done promptly while I have waited. Simply put, Brandon and Dell salvaged what could have been a mediocre experience through their responsiveness and desire to make sure I was happy with the deal I received on my new FJ. I very much appreciated Dell's straight-forward approach to the sale, and I didn't feel like I was being jerked around at all during the price negotiation. Brandon was absolutely great when it came to getting my questions answered, and making sure they were directed to the appropriate individuals. To be fair, if it wasn't for some inconsistencies between what I was told regarding several extended warranties I initially purchased (that were later removed when I signed a new contract) from the finance manager and the fine print contained within the documentation, I would have given a 5 rating of my experience across the board. However, as individuals, both Dell and Brandon get a 5 rating.

He knew all about the features of the car, answered all of my questions. We began our search for a 2014 Corolla LE by doing a great deal of research online, and requesting quotes from several dealers by email. Brandon responded to our request promptly with a good price, so I called and said we were very interested and asked for his best price. He asked if we owned a Toyota because we would qualify for a $500 rebate, and I said, unfortunately no. He said fine and to let him know if we were interested. The next evening I called and Brandon was off, so I spoke with Mark. I told him that while Bernardi was not the lowest price, they were close, and based on reviews and the positive sales experience of our daughter that we would like to come in and finalize the deal tomorrow. He said that was great, and they would have the car ready for us to buy. Also, he said that any price differences would be ironed out in person. I made sure Mark knew we were driving almost 100 miles each way and we would need to do everything in one trip. We made an appointment for 1:00 pm the next day. When we arrived at the dealership, we briefly met with Mark, who then brought Aydin over. As it turns out, Aydin knew nothing about our emails and tried to start from scratch (a waste of 15-20 min.). We told him we wanted the black LE and he said fine we could do the paperwork and pick it up in a couple of days!! We were extremely upset...we had just driven 2 hours to get there. At that point Ark became involved in trying to get our car there from Bernardi's supplemental lot about 15 minutes away. He finally came over and said he was sorry, but our car was not available and we couldn't buy it today!! He also stated we had a great price and couldn't move on the price. He felt that the price quoted included the rebate we didn't qualify for. Certainly not our fault. We ended up walking out and going to another dealer down the road, and bought our new Corolla a few hours later. All in all, a big waste of time. If you don't have the car on the lot, how are you going to sell it??!! Why spend the time negotiating by email, setting up an appointment, driving two hours, only to be treated as if you had just started the process?

Great place to service your Toyota . Very helpful after having my vehicle looked at by a non Toyota place local to the area ..I was almost taken advantage of by another garage . Thanks to my gut instinct and getting another opinion by Bernardi service team Ashley the director guy John he was really good. They took me to meet the technician he was a master certified it cost the same if not less for the same service they showed me and then showed me the other work I did not need.I will file a complaint against the other shop . Thank you Bernardi service for saving me lots of money and you guys are honest.

I have been in Bernardi Toyota many times for service. Always it was ok, sometimes not happy with the work and sometimes for good customer service I went back. This last service appointment was out of all standards. I called and made appointment for next day. Drove there and service rep told me there is no appointment for me, when I asked to see the person who made my appointment, I have been told she (Andrea) doesnt seat in that building and she is in some place in Framingham. Some people working here have NO customer service skills at all.Bernardi Toyota , you are not the only one offering service for Toyota, there are at least 2 other dealers on rt9, who will gladly take my business.

I have been looking for a car for a while, and the 2014 corolla was one of the cars I wanted to check out, so I call to ask for a test drive and talked to Ian, the car was not in the showroom so he give me an appointment 2 days later. I called the next day to make sure we're still on schedule, and I get a confirmation that all is good. So I go there, and the car is not there, obviously I wasn't happy with how things went especially after 2 confirmations for my test drive. Jerry shows me the specs of the car on paper which I can see online pretty easy, even better with pictures and I ask him to give me a general quote, Jerry replies by saying to go see the prices online as well, basically returning my answer to me, I explained that I work with a preferred employer so "online" cannot give me the numbers I need to see. After that Ark comes over with some numbers which had no truth about them at all: I asked for a 15,000 miles/year lease, and he gets me numbers for 12,000. I asked for all the other expenses to be included, then he says this does not include no other expenses except the car price, we had to do the calculation over and over again although I made it clear he should include everything in the first place. Mind you, all the calculations were done on paper by hand, nothing printed or run by their systems like other dealerships do, just Ark, thinking and writing numbers infront of me. In all cases, I leave, and 2 weeks later Jerry calls me back to see if I'm still interested in a drive, when I said I leased another car, he starts talking crap about the other car and telling me to come back to them if my car ever broke, although his knowledge does seem to be missing a bit of research since the car I leased has way higher consumer rating than the Toyota.I have been visiting dealerships for quite a while now, and this is not the first time I do that, but I don't think I saw anyone that unprofessional, rude, and has no respect for appointments and customers whatsoever.

First let me say, I would rather have a root canal then buy a new car from a dealership. Being 76 years old, this is based on a lot of previous purchases. Being a prior Toyota owner and very happy with the same, it was time to buy another. With help from my insurance company, three Toyota dealers were recommended to me. One of these was Bernardi Toyota in Framingham , Mass. Upon arrival and expecting another "High Pressure" sales pitch I was unprepared for my reception. Being met at the door by my Internet connection, I was warmly greeted and directed to an informal waiting area and told someone would be there shortly to assist me. Sal Sassone quickly appeared and our discussion began. Sal was the greatest. None of the high pressure sales pitch I expected. After our introductions, I explained to Sal what I was looking for. Sal answered all my questions, made suggestions on some of the options and paint colors and what was available. Our "perfect car was not available at Bernardis, but Sal checked other dealers and quickly located exactly what we wanted. An exchange between dealers could be made. Long story made short, papers were signed and Toyotas 0.0% financing arranged. Sal subsequently picked up the car and delivered the same to us in New Hampshire a few days later. Once again Sal took all the time necessary to show us all the features and how they worked. There may be other great sales folks at Bernardi's but I definitely recommend Sal if you want a "no pressure", knowledgeable, courtesy filled purchasing experience.A well satisfied N. H. resident.

My experience was great. I am happier with this car than I thought I would be and am glad I bought it. Everyone was professional and open. Sami Hatoum, our salesperson, got the model and color car I wanted. He was great after the sale too, as we left items in the car we traded. He patiently took my son out to the car to retrieve our personal items and was extremely kind to our exuberant dog which for some reason (unknown to me) our son decided to bring with him.

I was coming in from out of town to purchase the vehicle. I already knew exactly which vehicle I wanted to purchase and already test drove the vehicle before coming in. With that said, most of my communication and negotiation was done via phone and e-mail. Regardless, I still was expecting a typical unpleasant car purchasing experience, even if I had done most of the work beforehand. Thankfully I was wrong! It was very hassle free, the dealership stuck to the price I had negotiated, and it was an overall great experience. Jerry specifically was fantastic- very friendly and accommodating. He made it a very quick process overall (for instance, it was around 5:20 by the time we were done with all the paperwork, 20 minutes after I could have gotten my service sticker, but he went ahead and got it done, preventing me from having to come back to the dealership again the next day). As my first actual car purchase, I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks Bernardi Toyota and especially thanks to Jerry!

I started my search online and received info on the style of car I wanted in several dealerships. I traveled to all of them and dealt with a lot of sales people. Sami was informative about the vehicles, relaxed about the closing the deal, which ended up taking 3 visits and over a week as I reviewed vehicles and prices at other dealerships. Sal is a great sales adviser. He works in the interest of his customers and Bernardi so and the end it becomes a win win situation for both parties. When i walked into the dealership, Sal professionally introduced himself to me and told me he was going to be my sales adviser and was going to be working with me. I was very upfront with him from the moment i walked into the dealership. I told him i don't want any pressure sales and i that i want him to make sure he is making money if i decide to buy a car, but at the same time i don't want to be cheated. Sal put me in the car i wanted, gave me the best deal possible and made my car buying experience the BEST it has ever been. This is my 6th car and when i say its the BEST experience, i mean ITS THE BEST. Everytime i see Bernardi's slogan on TV which is Bernardi for now Bernardi for life... I think of Sal because he really lives up to that. Sal takes great pride at his job. After i purchased the car, Sal took the time to set up my blutooth, went over the manuals with me, even washed my license plate because they were so dirty, LOL... introduced me to service and made sure my first appointment was set up. Sal is GREAT and i will always recommend people to him. Michelle in finance was also great and she knows her stuff.

I had planned on visiting 3 dealerships in the area and making my decision on a used Toyota Tacoma. Bernardi was my first and turns out my last stop. This dealership seemed different from the get go. They were only interested in making me happy. The price I paid could not be found for less anywhere on the internet, including Ebay and Autotrader. Still, I would have loved a little "nod" to the customer, such as some kind of monetary deduction somewhere, no matter how small. Like I said, I didn't ask for much/knew what I wanted. I set up my appointment with Ian; I was honest with him, I told him that I had gotten quotes through Consumer Reports and Bernardi was the most competitive. I set up an appointment with Ian and unfortunately had to reschedule twice. Ian was patient and courteous and when I finally made it to Bernardi, he greeted me and we talked about what to expect from the new car purchasing adventure. I told him that this was an exploratory visit, I wanted to test a couple of cars, and I DID NOT WANT TO BE PRESSURED. I told him the first time I hear, "let me talk to my manager," I was out the door. I asked him to find me a low-pressure sales person who could explain the differences in hybrid vehicles. Ian had me wait a short time until Sal Sassone was free, and then we began what was to be a surprisingly pleasant experience. Sal never once pushed or prodded me. He answered all the questions I had about several vehicles. I was joined by my partner and Sal was friendly and respectful to both of us. He knew his product line and offered opinions only when I asked for them. We drove a couple of cars and I left saying that I'd call the next day with my decision. I did follow through the next day, without any pressure from Sal or anyone else at Bernardi. I bought a new Camry Hybrid and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Sal helped me through the financing phase, got my phone set up with the bluetooth available on the car, introduced me to the service people, got the car cleaned, license plate put on and ready to go. He later followed up with me to get my car registered, and inspected. I cannot recommend Sal highly enough. He and Bernardi made a stressful event that I was dreading an easy, enjoyable experience.

Great experience buying a new car at Bernardi Toyota. Brandon, Dell, and Michelle were all easy to work with, low pressure, and helpful. I used Consumer Reports/True Car to start my email contact with Brandon. We had the price and details settled over email before I walked in. Dell was extremely helpful in getting all the details done and I was given a very fair price for my trade-in. I think it makes a lot of sense to do your research in advance, know what you want, and be informed through resources like Consumer Reports. Bernardi Toyota was respectful of the work I had done in advance and that made the whole process painless.

My vehicle is a 2011 Toyota 4Runner that has 17k miles on it, I was told by the service dept that the recommended service at this mileage was to perform a 4 wheel alignment and 4 wheel balancing, I told the Service Mgr that it did not need it at this time but I was told it really should be done based on manufacturers recommdations. I told them my vehicle was running perfect but they insisted it should be done, so at a cost of $170 I agreed. Since then the vehicle has been back to service 3 different times to fix the alignment and balancing and to date it is still not fixed. The vehicle sterring wheel vibrates and schimmy's terribly at about 60 mph, once I go over 60 the entire vehicle shakes, rattles and schimmy's, but still the Service Mgr and Service advisor tell me (oh that's normal) and there's nothing wrong with it. Clearly the service Tech had no idea what he was doing. Now the car drives like a 10 yr old piece of junk and still Bernardi says nothing is wrong with it....I am extremely disappointed with this dealer, not to mention this is not my first purchase with them so I am not a new customer, I've been with them for about 6yrs+ now and this is the way I am treated. VERY UNACCEPTABLE!!! The dealership should be very ashamed of themselves for letting this continue instead of just fixing the vehicle properly. I will now need to bring it to another Toyota dealer to have it fixed properly and ensure they have qualified Tech's to fix the problem. I would not at all recommend this dealer for service, they dont care about thier customers becuase if they did they would have gone out of thier way to fix thier mistake, and thats exactly what it is, thier mistake!

On two different occasions, I tried to contact via online chat to ask a simple question about the car. All I got was big dealer tactics to get your personal contact information. I explained that I don't give out personal information because having done so in the past dealerships keep your information forever and call and email you forever. After repeatedly stating that I didn't want to share any information, the person on the other end of the chat refused to answer my question and ended the chat... on two different occasions. Not only did Bernadi loose my business, they ruined it for other big dealers and continue the tension and distaste of buying a car.

I bought my first Toyota from this dealership 2 years ago and have like my experience to this point so it only made sense to return to them. That being said, this experience was the best I have ever had from here or any dealership. Abdullah started the experience-his appointment was late and he didn't want me to sit and wait for the next available sales person. Then Jerry became available - I had my mind on something cute and sporty they both suggested the Rav4 - I was skeptical - but in the end (and after a test drive) I did choose the 2013 Rav4. Jerry got me into the limited version and somehow he and Marcos got it so it is lower than what I was paying on my Camry. Oh, and some firsts - this is the first car I actually got to choose the color on (poor Jerry so patient as I went back and forth) and the first time i got to drive a car off the lot the day of purchase and the appointment was under 8 hours.. all in all I felt like I was the number one customer - every wish granted. I wish I could move this dealership to TX.. I loved them before, but this time they really out did themselves!!

I stopped into Bernardi Toyota on Friday to look around. I had no intention of test driving at that point. I looked around and asked Jerry about a car. He told me it was the new Rav4 and I fell in LOVE. Jerry took me out for a test drive and got me started on the initial paperwork. While I wasn't planning to test drive or purchase, the support of Jerry and the Bernardi team helped me to feel more at ease with the car buying process (and trust me. I was FREAKING out). Jerry went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and reassured about my decision without feeling pressured to buy. Ultimately, I did end up purchasing because I wanted to! I had the opportunity to work with Michelle, who patiently led me through the financing process, working with me every step of the way. Buying a car is a huge decision and investment and I can't thank Jerry and Bernardi enough for making my experience so wonderful. Ill be coming from Western Mass again if we are in the market for a new or used veihicle again!

Sal is a great guy. He is good at listening, tactful at communicating, and is willing to understand customers' needs. He does not jump on making recommendations too quickly or pressure the customers into a purchase. He acts as a great liaison between the customers' requirements (on both the goods and the price) and his employer's interest. I've been able to purchase a new vehicle at a reasonable cost. my son and I were fortunate to be greeted by Jerry Encarnacion on Saturday afternoon, we were seated to talk about what we were looking for - we had an exact budget that we had to work with, we thought we had done our homework ahead of time but we were actually asking Jerry to offer us something we could not afford, he explained our options based on our input and listened to what we were saying and asking about, we did not want to finance, wanted to make a cash transaction, we misunderstood the fact that cash sales no longer offer a reduction in price, Jerry fully explained this to us, we decided to look at a used Camry and test drove it - while we liked the car we later realized that with the complete package (taxes, paltes, RMV, etc.) that we were way over budget, thus we thanked Jerry and said we had to bow out, he offered financing but we were not interested in that - we thanked him for his time working with us and he was very kind and professional, he didn't try to sell us anything we couldn't afford and did mention other options in our price range - sadly we left, as we were about to leave the lot Jerry ran out to give us his business card and we all thanked each other againcalled some family members to assist us with the purchase of the car we drove which took a few hours, we were actually able to come up with the asking price and called Jerry back, the dealership was actually closed yet Jerry was still there, he took the time to talk with me and check on the vehicle again for us, we decided that I would come back in the next day, Sunday, to complete the transaction and made an appointment, he did tell us to allow about an hour and a half to do all of the paperwork, when we were walking in we saw Jerry with a customer and he greeted us and said he would be with us shortly, he ended up meeting us right on time which we appreciated, he was polite and thorough explaing everything and asking us if we had any questionsas a rule I dislike dealing with car dealers but I have to admit that it was a pleasure to do business with Jerry Encarnacion - you can take pride in knowing that he is a true asset to your dealership - we've purchased thru Bernadi in the past and I would consider them again in thefuture - as I'm sure youwill agree, a salesperson can make or break your business - I am a happy customer thanks to Jerry's assistance!

I would recommend Bernardi Toyota to anyone looking for a new Toyota or Scion. Brandon was excellent at the start and then Dell Silva took over once we got there to see a vehicle. Both were so pleasant to work with throughout the whole process which as we all know can be a very trying experience. A deal was done in a very short period of time and the negotiations were not pressurized at all. The finance gentlemen was also excellent his name was Edwin. Once again no pressure at all. We picked the car up today and everything we asked for was done, the car was immaculate and Dell walked us through every aspect of the vehicle.I would not waste my time going to another dealer in the metrowest area. I have bought many many cars and this was by far the best experience.

I inquired online with several area dealerships about purchasing a new Camry but after a good discussion over the phone with Brandon Keddy I decided to stop by the lot and see what they had to offer. I met with salesman Brian Martin and he showed me around the lot giving me quite a few options on Camry's and other options I may have been interested in. The price and options detailed to me by Brandon were accurate and Brian was a polite, outgoing, and friendly salesman who gave me the full set of options without really pushing me one way or another, which I liked. Long story short I left in a Camry and would recommend Bernardi to anyone in a similar position as me.

My purpose for coming into the dealership was to have the frame of my Tacoma inspected as my mechanic had told me it was rotting. I was not expecting to hear that I shouldn't drive it home...even though it was 12 years old with $190K miles, a busted catalytic converter and a broken seat. :)I was then introduced to Jerry and he was very friendly and understood that I was having difficulty with the news. He was patient and listened to what I was looking for in my new car and offered a variety of different options. When I made my decision, he was working as quickly and efficiently as possible to get it ready for a test drive and then to get it ready for me to take home. It was freezing that night and he took the time to make sure the car was heated before we left.I have had several different questions from items left in my old truck, to financing, to inspection questions and he has taken the time to listen to and answer each one.Michelle was also very helpful in explaining my options for financing and taking me through the process step by step. After having a less than stellar customer experience at another Toyota dealer we came here expecting to not be able to reach a deal,but, the truck is unique and thought it was worth a look. Jerry's attitude was great as he presented the vehicle as a subject matter expert; soon after I developed the confidence to ask him any question that came to mind--- he answered all my questions and never looked annoyed at the amount of questions I had and I never felt rushed and he never looked rushed even before I decided whether to purchase or not. My wife, who dislikes the whole car buying process, commented that she too would make the trip out here even though we are 1.5 hours away as she felt Jerry was solid and professional and made the buying experiences feel comfortable and reasonable. When the check engine light on my RAV4 came on, I went to the nearest dealerBernardi Toyotaat the first possible moment. Two months before the same thing happened, and it turned out to be a failed engine coil, which in turn resulted in a blown muffler (backfiring). I arrived as Bernardi opened at 7am. I hoped to have either a resolution or alternate transportation within an hour so I could get to an important out of state meeting that morning.I immediately explained the urgency of the situation, and asked if they could help. The ASM said he would see what he could do. But it quickly became apparent that he was more concerned with how much money they could make off me than helping me as a customer. He started to walk around the car to check the tire treads and the light bulbs for sales opportunities. When we went to the desk, I reiterated my urgency. I told him my number #1 priority was a diagnosis so I could make plans. If it turned out to be just the oxygen sensor, I would pay the engine scan charge, take my car and leave. Otherwise, I wanted to get a rental and hit the road. Completely oblivious to my urgency, he continued to press for other work I could have done. He asked about an open recall. I told him that ONLY if I decided to have repairs done, I would authorize the recall repair, plus a 5000 mile service. I emphasized at least three times that any work was contingent on first having a diagnosis.I asked how long he expected it would take for an engine scan. He told me he would see what he could do as soon as someone came in. I suggested it was perhaps best if I just rented a car and he could call me on the road with a diagnosis. He said no one from the rental department was there yet. I went to the waiting room and hoped that the response would be as professional it was from an out-of-state dealer the last time this happened. I was very wrong.I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half with not a single word. Nothing about the diagnosis, nothing about a rental. By 8:35am it impossible to make my meeting, so I needed to get home to solve my new problem. I went and told the ASM I wanted my car back. He called the service bay and was told that the diagnostics had been sent to him. According to him, they just finished and sent them. He then told me that it was the number 4 engine coil, and it would be $280 plus tax to repair it, and this was on top of the $112 plus tax to scan the engine. Total charge: $400 to diagnose and replace the number #4 engine coil. When the number #6 coil failed two months before, the total cost including scan was less than $170.I told him I would pay the $112 and be on my way. He then informed me that in express violation of my instructions, they did the recall work and the oil change. When I told him that was outrageous, he said there was nothing I could doI had signed the authorization. He went on to complain that I should be happy that even though I had no appointment, he managed to do the work I did not come there for.Later, I took the car to another dealership for the repair. They told me that the first dealers scan was badly done. They missed an intermittent problem with a yet another engine coil. This jived with the information I gave Bernardi (and which they documented on the intake order--an intermittently flashing engine light). So not only did I pay Bernardi $112 for 5-10 minutes scan (I watched it done when the first engine coil failed), but they did not even do a good job of it. Bernardi later said my car was hooked up to the scan tool as soon as it entered the shop at 7:45am, which was more than 45 minutes before I was given any information. This is not surprising since they had time to do a recall repair and 5000 mile service after completing the scan. It also implies the ASM was not telling the truth when he told me the scan information had just been sent.A few other points on the customer service culture I experienced at Bernardi:* The first time I was hit with an engine warning light, the out-of-state dealer I pulled into immediately understood my dilemma and went to work to help me. At Bernardi, the ASM immediately checked my tire wear and complained that I did not have an appointment. I guess I should have had the foresight to schedule my car breaking down.* If they indeed finished the scan before 8am as is implied by the service manager, and they had gotten me in the rental car, I could have made it to my meeting. But they were not concerned with my needs. It is still unlikely I would have had any work done given the exorbitant price quoted, which I suspect is why they went ahead and did the other work contrary to my instructions.* When I informed the ASM that the 2006 RAV4 was the least reliable car I ever owned, he said that it was not true, and statistics back up Toyota quality. Apparently my individual experience counts for nothing; the four times I have been left in the lurch by my RAV4, and the two times I have stood by the side of the road waiting for a tow truck are meaningless in the face of industry statistics.I strongly urge anyone to avoid Bernardi for Toyota service.

We saw a used vehicle online at Bernardi Toyota on Friday night before President's Day Weekend. I arrived at Bernardi Toyota in Framingham Saturday morning a few minutes after opening. Sal was waiting to greet me and my eight year old daughter in the lobby. Within five minutes of our arrival, Sal had the vehicle we saw online the night before waiting for us. The vehicle was a very slightly used GMC Sierra 1500. During our test drive, I was so impressed by Sal's knowledge of the GMC product I asked if the Sales Team is specifically given spec sheets on the used vehicles that arrived on theToyota lot. Sal told me he felt it was important to be able to educate his customers regardless of which manufacturer/model he was selling. They took my nine and a half year old Ford F-150 in for trade at a very fair price. The process was made so easy by Sal and the entire Bernardi Staff. I left Bernardi Toyota after just a few hours, having been 1. able to negotiate a deal that would fit into my family's budget; 2. having been educated on after market options available to us down the road; 3. having been fully financed; 4. with an INCREDIBLE new (used) vehicle AND an INCREDIBLE deal. In addition, ALL of this was facilitated in an AMAZING short amount of time. Sal and many members of the Bernardi Staff took time to continuously check in on me and, in particular, my daughter. She was so well cared for by the team (with drinks, TV, snacks) she didn't complain once! I can't remember the last time my daughter did not complain during even the shortest errand. THANK YOU SAL, BRIANA, MICHELLE AND THE MANAGER/S WHO APPROVED THIS TRANSACTION. As I told Sal, my family is truly appreciative of everything you did to help us! My husband and I came to Bernardi in February to purchase a new Camry after our last vehicle was totaled. We worked with Dell who was very accommodating and easy to work with. We got a great price without wasting anyone's time with the back-and-forth. They even took care of returning our rental car to Enterprise so we could drive it home right away. We returned in September to purchase a second vehicle and went straight for Dell. He basically just told us to pick the one we wanted, he gave us the same deal as we got in February with no hassle, and we picked it up a few days later when it was ready. Easy experience, we would definitely recommend both Bernardi and Dell. The place seems geared towards efficiency and ease, at least from our experience.

I originally came across Bernardi Toyota on the internet while I was perusing new vehicles. I did have an initial interest in Toyota as a brand because of their positive reputation and the site had a number of appealing options but early on in the process I was unsure if I could afford the purchase. After my initial inquiry online I was contacted by Brandon Keddy and was tremendously pleased; I shared my concerns with him and made it clear I did not want to be talked into anything. He was beyond understanding and assured me that I would find a car at a price I was comfortable with or I would leave the lot, no hard feelings. When I arrived, Sami Hatoum was equally as easy-going as he showed me around. I ultimately drove off in a new Camry and while I'm extremely happy with the purchase the real reason I am writing this review is because I felt comfortable throughout the whole process at Bernardi, something I don't usually feel at a car dealership. I'd recommend Bernadi Toyota to anyone and absolutely will be coming back 25 years from now when I'm done with my Camry!

I visited this dealer to buy a 2012 camry. First visit we did not agree on the price so I walked out, then the dealership called me twice in a day or two, and agreed to sell me the car at the price I was looking for, so I went back to dealership that evening, then to my surprise they hiked the price by a grand $$$$$. How can they renege like this? Luckily it was not a long drive for me, so no inconvenience but still I am extremely perturbed and angry about this situation. Staff was not very friendly, and treated me as if they were doing me a favor by selling a car. Will never visit this dealer again and certainly not recommend it to anyone else, although this is my personal experience, but overall am absolutely dissatisfied with the whole experience.

I purchased a Prius V model 5, which was in short supply. Although it required over two months to get the vehicle, the salesman was pleasant and helpful, keeping me informed. I was able to negotiate a fair price, with little pressure. Finallizing the transaction was simple. The dealer prepared the paper work and registered the vehicle (for a fee), but this was helpful, as there are many fewer Registry offices in MA. The salesman took the time to review all of the controls and answer my questions.

service department is a rip off bought the extra care service did not cover the service ( engine burning oil) i did service at the dealer at 35k and got all my regularly scheduled oil changes at jiffy lube i noticed the car was burning oil at an unusual amount for such a new car i took it to them they changed the oil and told me to come back in a bout a thousand miles to check the oil level i came back they said it was fine a couple weeks later in about another 800 miles i brought the car back to them cause i noticed it was blowing smoke now i need a whole new engine on a 2008 rav4 73000 they told me they would charge me 600-800 to check to open the engine to diagnose the car now 2500$ to put car back together without even fixed since extra care warranty ( rip off) denied the claim would not recommend

Excellent deal on a great vehicle and they honored the online price mistake. I found my used vehicle (2009 VW Jetta Sportwagon SE) online at a great price and I inquired on the web to see if it was still available. I was contacted back within the hour by Brandon Keddy. He provided exceptional customer service and had the vehicle ready for us to test drive when we arrived at the dealership. We then took a test drive with Ron Gamble. Ron provided zero pressure, which was just what we wanted.When it came time to talk numbers, they would not budge on the internet price of $13,991 (we found out it was a mistake and the price was supposed to be $17,491). I usually wouldn't believe it was a mistake but I did realize it was a great price. We put down a deposit on the vehicle and they held it over the weekend for us. I also found a $500 off coupon on the website, and they honored that as well. I paid for the vehicle the following Monday morning and picked up the vehicle the next day. The only negative feedback was the Manager who went over the paperwork with me at the end, whose name was Rob. He rushed through all the paperwork, and did not carefully go over the numbers with me. This resulted in a $500 price mistake that was quickly fixed once I pointed it out. Maybe he rushed because the dealership made a mistake on the price and did not make as much profit as they wanted to, or maybe they even took a loss. Either way, I'm still a buyer and should be treated the same as any other.The next day I got the cold shoulder. When I picked up the vehicle, Rob and I made eye contact and he didn't say anything. I was right in front of him at the desk and he couldn't even say hi. The keys to the vehicle were hanging on the desk right next to him but he didn't pick them up for me, rather he paged the salesman Ron to come get the keys. Overall I would say the experience was a 4 out of 5 stars.

I first came across Bernardi on the internet while I was looking for used cars, I was checking out Nissan Altimas and while Bernardi is primarily a Toyota dealership they had a used 08' model that caught my eye. I inquired online and spoke with Brandon Keddy who ended up being as excellent a sales rep as I have ever encountered while car shopping. I live in Boston and at the time had no vehicle but I liked the Altima so when I mentioned that I was going to take the commuter rail out to see it he actually offered to drive out to me in the car and allow me to test drive it around my area. I obviously accepted but what I ended up liking the most about the experience is that even after the generous test drive I was not heavily pressured to purchase the vehicle. Of course, I did end up buying the car and am confident that I paid below market value for it which was nice as well but the customer service impressed me to the point that I have already referred more than one friend here and would recommend to anyone.

My first contact was through the internet in which I requested a test drive in a Rav4. I received a reply from Brandon - almost immediately! I made an appointment for the next day at 9 a.m. I was greeted by the friendly receiptionist and then introduced to Bruno Medina, sales rep. Bruno explained the different options from basic on up and asked exactly what I needed/wanted in my new vehicle. He showed me the inside of the vehicle and explained everything about the car - ALL my questions were answered. I mentioned I had concern that the Rav may not fit in my driveway. We went inside to speak to the sales manager - Arthur Caouette. He said - if you are concerned - drive it home and see! I live 20 miles away and was quite surprised I was allowed to take the vehicle that distance alone. I was very happy and relieved that the Rav fit fine in my driveway. Upon returning to the dealership - I was greeted at the door by all in the showroom asking if it fit - all were happy when I smiled and said No problem! I sat with Bruno to discuss a price as we were joined by Arthur. They gave me a price and I politely informed them that I had to do my homework and shopping. Both gentleman asked me to return to get the best deal possible and would match any deal I got from another dealer. I then went to another dealership, although treated politely - it was nothing like Bernardi. Bernardi Toyota is very friendly, welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I slept on the information I had learned and the next day, again emailed Brandon and got a response within minutes. I went to Bernardi, made a deal and drove my new Rav 4 home later that day! I met with Michelle to handle the financing - she was very friendly and made sure I understood everything about the car, warranty and the financing. I had a GREAT experience there and wouldn't hestitate purchasing any future vehicle from Bernardi.

Arthur Caouette and Marcos Torres listened to my needs and requests and helped me to determine which Toyota would work best for me. It was the most positive, pleasant and fun car buying experience that I have ever had! At no time did I feel any pressure whatsoever. Arthur and Marcos have a service mindset which came through in a positive, professional way. I felt like I was working with a trusted friend and colleague during this experience. They found a vehicle at another location that met my needs and got the vehicle to Framingham. While I was waiting for the delivery of this new vehicle, they arranged for a loaner. It wasn't about selling them me a car but rather helping me find what vehicle would work for my situation and needs. Rob Cassim was able to build a finance package that worked for our budget AND we were able to get an extended warranty and some additional options.I would highly recommend these gentlemen and this dealership. This is our second vehicle that we have bought from Bernardi. I also would like to put a plug in for the great service team as well. It is not only where you buy your vehicle but where it will be serviced as well. I have had great service experiences with John Hansen. He takes good care of my vehicles.

Anton was very friendly, helpful knowledgable and efficient throughout the sales process. He took the time to explain and test drive on two occasions first with my wife and daughter and a second time with me and my two duaghters. I came back a third time with a TrueCar price that he was able to match with minimal effort. I had 5 other dealers obtained thru TrueCar that was willing to match the price, but I came back to Anton becuase of the personal attention and the professional manner in which he treated my family. Thanks Anton, keep up the good work and we will see you next time when my other daughter needs a car. It is very important for me that the sales process is relaxed and simple otherwise I walk away, and with Anton I did not walk.

Just bought a brand new 2011 Toyota Corolla .... This was a great experience. I was immediately greeted by Iurii (Sales) . They listen to the customer and I got a great deal with little pressure . I had recently been to 2 other dealerships and it was not pleasant at all .The team at Bernardi Toyota did a fantastic job and we met everyone there. I was really impressed with the entire staff and the fact that we got a good price and wasn't there all day long. My only regret was not purchasing the vechicle on Saturday 9/24 and working with the Sales Manager, Jim Lucido. He seemed to have a better understanding of customer service than the other sales manager we dealt with.

I got my 2005 toyota corolla to bernardi toyota for a mini service and they told me that there was a leakage in my car's power steering line and it needed to be replaced. They asked me to make an appointment when I was ready and bring in the vehicle for repairs. I called up a few days later and made an appointment for the work.Took my vehicle to the dealership on the appointment time and was told that my car will be all set in 4 hours. I left the car and went back. About 3.5 hours later, the supervisor called me to tell me that they do not have the parts. Though this dint go as well but the dealership was very good in reacting to this and they explained to me the changes they were putting into the process to see that this is not repeated. They offered me a free rental for the period when they had my car back for work and also offered me a great discount.

My car "died" in my driveway after returning home from work. I called Bernardi Service and then AAA to have my car towed in to be diagnosed. It turned out to be the starter and a valve vacuum switch (?)I received excellent service over the phone when I initially called. The next morning, I received a call from Todd Downes at 8:30am with the diagnosis and again at 11:00 to tell me the car was ready. The service was prompt and Todd was very courteous and thoroughly explained what was going on. It was a pleasure to work with him.Other than the cost (YIKES!!!) I was totally satisfied with my experience.

I got a recall notice in the mail about an ECM issue with my 2008 Toyota Corolla, so I scheduled an appointment to get it repaired at Bernardi Toyota. My service advisor (Erin) was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful -- but not pushy about trying to sell additional services, which is a refreshing change from many dealers. The waiting area was comfortable and they had coffee, internet, and HDTV. The repair was completed within an hour, even on a Saturday morning, which I imagine is a busy time. They also provided a complimentary car wash. A very quick and smooth experience!

I got several quotes from other dealers for 2011 Camry LE. One quote is $204xx from another dealer. I stopped by Bernardi and test drive a car with 143 miles, at the same time somebody checked my 1998 Camry for trade-in value. After all these done, negotiation started, the saleperson brought up a price of $214xx for the 143 miles new car, the trade-in value is much below KBB value. I said: show me your best price, tell me you are willing to compete with other dealers. That guy dare not to answer me these questions and just want to push me sign. Eventually the manager came out, said: this is invoice price, we can't go below $214xx, blahblah. I had to show the $204xx quote again, they just didn't want to look at the quote. I visited so many delaer, this is the only one who had no any aggresivenese and gut to compete price, they just want to fool around and survive by cheating and lying.

They made the experience fun. I feel I got a great car (had my mechanic check it out and he gave it an A+) for a very fair price. Also got a fair price for my trade in. Was treated with respect and actually had a lot of laughs in the process. Car was waiting for me when I brought to my mechanic, with a full tank of gas. On delivery, Yuriy, my sales person, went through the entire car with me, just to make sure everything looked good. I would definitely buy another car from them...new or used. Leslie

We were in market for 2011 Toyota Sienna LE AWD. After visiting 3 dealers, we visited Bernardi. Sales person Marcos took good care of us. They had Sienna that we were looking for. We went thru what we had mind (invoice cost, trade-in value etc.) Without any sales pressure, deal was closed in 30 mins. Business manager Jimmy was quick and concise to our needs. He was not trying to sell those aftermarket options etc. Overall we had a very good experience and will recommend to friends and family members.

My husband and I have now purchased 2 cars from here in the past year. We were very pleased. Our latest purchase was my venza. We went in just looking and ended up with a new car. The salesman Ron greeted us at the door immediately with a friendly smile. He asked what we were looking for and took us to see them. Once I got to test drive the car I fell in love. The car was a little bit more than I wanted to spend, and the car that was closer to the payment I wanted didn't have the features. When we went back into the show room John, the manager was able to work with us and get us the car we wanted for an affordable price! We went in on a Sunday and I didn't want to pick up the car until Friday because I was going to be out of town for business, but when I returned a day early, the staff was very accomidating and able to process everything in a quick and efficient manner. Since my original salesman Ron was off this day, Marcos was able to assist me. He made sure that I got everything I needed. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly and made sure that I left a happy customer. Also all of the guys at the desk in show room were very friendly and helped with anything I needed when it came to paperwork I had to fill out. Overall I was very pleased with the service and will definetly return when its time for a new car :)

She has demonstrated exceptional follow-through skills, been detail-oriented and always appears interested and happy to help the customer! I was a 4-time honda accord lease customer always driving a standard and i was apprehensive about the switch to a camry and automatic. however, she made me feel assured during the entire process, which lasted at least a few weeks. she never made me feel that she was becoming impatient with my indisiveness and always desired to help with concerns or questions. she provided so much information about the camry and their dealership, so much so, that i never saw the vehicle nor her until the day of the signing the actual paperwork. she asked me a few times if i wanted to see and test drive the vehicle first, but i told her that she provided such a great visual of the car and its features, and that i was certain that i wanted to work with her and her dealership. i could have gotten a better price elsewhere, but i felt the better quality was with jessica and bernardi, so i paid more for better quality. i have called her in the meantime, since picking up the vehicle, just to ask a few basic questions, and she always answers her phone and patiently listens and then patiently answers my questions, which i should have already known. she has always made me feel welcome as a customer, and never hesitate to call with any questions at all. it is nice to know that you do not lose touch with the salesperson that you obtained the vehicle from! her presentation of the car and the dealership was very impressive as well. i will recommend everyone to her!

We did not have a good experience at this dealership. I made it clear to them that I'd like to do some research before buying. I was told that they would be interested in buying my trade in even if I did not buy a car from them but came back with a ridiculous trade in value. We worked with Pavel who seemed nice and fairly knowledgeable and he showed us a few cars. We then test drove one but it had a large mileage and the price was high. We said we would have to think about it. Pavel then called his manager (John) who tried to pressure us into buying the car we drove. Pavel also said he did not sell many cars this month. I found the experience to be bad and not helpful.

Pleasure to do business with. Sales rep (Marcos) was knowledgeable, curtious, follow up was excellent. Marcos made a point of showing us the features of the car, including a second test drive he suggested to point out answers to some of our questions. After we purshased the car, he made a point of helping us to set up our bluetooth, program radio, etc. He took us through the car in detail from the trunk to the dash so we were really prepare to drive out of the showroom. Finance manager was also very helpful throughout the registration process. Good stock of cars to chose from. Everyone pleasant and helpful.

I should note that not one other dealership replied, and I was a buyer ready to purchase if I could make the right deal (and I knew exactly what I wanted). I put $1000 down on the car that evening, sight unseen, after just a couple emails.I was nervous coming in the next day because I figured while we had worked out much of the deal by email, the old bait and switch tactic would be pulled. I was greeted warmly by Pavel and he treated me with respect and courtesy the entire time I was at your dealership. The deal discussed by email was honored and the entire experience was better than I could have ever imagined. Pavel, Rob and even the other salesmen walking by were wonderful to me. Heck, they even fed me pizza and coke as I waited for insurance paperwork and a new license plate :)I only briefly met the service department but I was impressed with the way it is run. Overall I cannot thank you and your team enough for such an EXCELLENT buying experience. I have told many people how well it worked out. I thank you so much for this. It is my first time buying a car on my own and now I know there is a good dealership out there.I will be giving everyone EXCELLENTS on the survey I receive. I really was impressed. Marcos was great. He was relaxed, friendly, no high pressure sales. He had the car ready for me when I arrived. After I bought the car, I returned a couple of days later to pick up the plates and mentioned that I hadn't realized, but the rear seat was missing one of the headrests. Marcos didn't blink, he went out to the lot, found a matching headrest and put it on. I'd gladly recommend Marcos and Bernardi Toyota in general.

Everything went excellent! My sales person Jessica was not pushy and very helpful through every part of the process. We had been looking at the Highlander for several months and Jessica gave us everything we were looking for to make the leap to get the purchase. I really appreciated the extra steps she took with setting up my bluetooth and the walk through for service appointments and where everything was at the dealership was very helpful and not something we have had before when purchasing a vehicle. I interacted with a new sales person by the name of Pavel. He was a good listener and tried to answer any question or concerns I had to the best of his ability. I then interacted with Mr. Garcia (Miguel) who was the Used Car Manager. I had some verbal requests in which they were all addressed by him and eventually I picked up the car. On the same day of the pickup, I noticed an issue from driving on the highway which had not been noticed before, and again, Miguel was very proactive in listening to my concern and having the issue addressed. For this issue, the car was going have to stay for a couple of days and Mr. Garcia instantly made arrangements for my having a free car rental for the duration.Over-all, I have no apprehension of recommending this dealership to anyone interested in the purchase of a car, given my positive interaction with both the sales individual as well as his manager.

These guys charged me $90 just to hook my car up to a diagnostic reader to begin discovering what was wrong with my car. You can buy your own diagnostic meter for about $70 a Sears or any auto hardware store. Then they replaced my thermostat and charged me more than $200 for parts and labor, when what I needed was a new catalytic converter. After four visits to get my inspection sticker approved, I finally wound up going to Boch Toyota in Norwood. They immediately discovered the problem and fixed it for $700. I called Bernardi to find out how much they would have charged me and they said $1,400. On top of that experience, they tried to sell my son a car that they said was in perfect condition and had never been in an accident. I found a long crack along the underside of the body upon inspection, which the salesman brushed off as minor damage. We again ended up going to another dealership and were very satisfied. There ya go. Do not go to this dealership.

Salesman was very cocky and disrespectful - didn't want to bother his sales managers with a number until I signed to a price that I was willing to pay. He told me his relationship with the sales managers was important to him and didn't want to keep bothering them until I signed. Told me that I would get 1.9% then said the sales manager overrode him and it was 1.9% for 36 months not the 60 that he quoted me. I had purchased extras to be installed the following week along with an inspection sticker. When I showed up for my appt. I was told that due to the impending snow storm they wouldn't be working??? I had to get very angry and speak with a service manager named Sal just to get an inspection sticker on my new vehicle - when I had mentioned to the service dept that it was illegal for me to drive the car without an inspection sticker I was told that it was my problem. When I went back the following week to finally have the extras installed, again, no appointment. I waited 30 minutes to speak with a manager or someone at the dealership that would take responsibility and finally left.The business manager called me and was very apologetic, blaming it on the salesman; she ended up bringing a rental to my house and taking my car back to have all extras installed. Michelle is definitely trying to make up for such a negative experience but I would never recommend this dealership.

Sorry to say I did got Boch first and they played around with me for three weeks and then finally said no they could not help me, but before they gave my answer I got so mad that I applied on line to your company and I received a call with 20 minutes from your internet sal person Brandon Reddy and he said that your company could have me. I had the best experience I have ever had purchasing anything on my own at the Bernardi Toyota Scion dealership. From my initial phone call with the internet salesman, to walking into the dealership and being greeted by a very warm and friendly receptionist, to the night I brought my three-year-old little girl in to pick up my new car, I was sporting a smile and beaming with pride. As a single mother I felt that my needs were understood, and met, better than I could have hoped for. Artie Johnson is a wonderful person, and a great salesman. It's clear that he cares about the people that work with him, and takes time to listen to his customer's needs, and does not push his customers into something they do not want. This is something I've not found at other dealerships and it was a refreshing change. He was great at answering any question I had, and we had really nice conversations throughout the test drives and during the whole process during the four hours I was there. Artie was a very big part in me purchasing my car with this dealership. Even when my little girl came in with me, he was kind to her and remembered her name. That blew me away as I'm sure that salespeople work with many customers during the week, let alone the end of the year during the busiest of sales times. Al Salas was equally as kind and I thoroughly enjoyed my conversation with him during the paper signing process. He made sure that everything was taken care of with my trade in, and that I was comfortable with every document that I was signing. These two gentleman put me at ease and truly made me feel like I was understood and that they were working hard to get me an amazing deal on my new Toytota Matrix. Marcos greeted me at the door with a smile on his face. He was cordial and understanding throughout the entire negotiatios process of my "leasing" a 2010 Corolla LE. More importantly he expedited the delivery process of the vehicle in less than 2 hours so that I could drive the vehicle away. Before doing so, he explained all that I needed to know about the vehicle's operation and features from under the hood to inside the trunk. I will certainly ask for Marcos Torres when I return to Bernardi Toyota Scion to purchase a pick up truck sometime in the future.

Bernardi Toyota went out of their way to work with us to meet our needs. Even when we thought we wouldn't find what we were looking for among the used inventory, and were planning on moving onto a different dealership, Bernardi continued to try to work with us. We ended up not only buying at Bernardi but buying a brand new car! We honestly didn't think we'd be able to afford a brand-new car at this point in our life! We were thrilled with how willing they were to work with the price, and the 0.9% financing is phenomenal! Bruno was a great salesman and we enjoyed working with him. He worked really hard (but not annoyingly so) to make a sale, and he made us feel as if he truly cared about making sure we left happy. After spending a little bit of time with him, I found myself liking him so much I was actually more inclined to buy a car just so he could make the sale! Also, the man we worked with to finalize the financial aspects of the sale was very helpful and friendly. He made us feel very comfortable and put us at ease with what can be a very anxiety-inducing process.The dealership and its employees were very accommodating to our little boy, and made shopping with a two-year old very easy! The kids' room is a great idea, and it made us much less stressed than we would have been at another dealership! These guys try to force you to make deal instantly and then grab your credit card and don't return it until you sign the purchase agreement/invoice. In addition, one person makes one commitment and then other person overwrites it and say something else. I will never go back to this dealership.

Went to purchase a certified Toyota Sienna. John showed us several that looked to be well maintained, and we selected the one with the fewest miles. Price negotiations were fair, and we didn't feel that he tried to pressure us into buying options we did not want - he laid them out, explained the benefits, and accepted our choices (we did make it clear that we had done our reasearch and knew what we wanted up front). After looking a several other dealers, we came back to Bernardi, and John tied up the deal quickly and within half a day we had our car. I would recommend John and Bernardi to others.

Initially all of my business was conducted over the phone since I was traveling. Josh and the other members who helped me out were extremely conscientious of my time when they called and made the entire over-the-phone process very easy. They had to locate the car I really wanted, and even though it was difficult to find the exact color, they did! And in a very short amount of time. One I got there, they were opening the door for me, serving beverages, and being about the friendliest folks I've ever met at a dealership. The four people who stuck out the most for me were John at the front desk - super friendly, Jess who opened the door for me several times and was a great liaison, Michelle who put all the documentation together very quickly and explained things thoroughly, and finally Josh, who saw me thought from beginning to end in the friendliest, most efficient manner I've ever seen.

So, I called the dealership because I saw a car online in their used inventory that I was very interested in. I specifically asked the sales rep (Josh) on the phone to go out into the parking lot and "eyeball" the car himself because the description online called the car a sedan but the picture was clearly a wagon. He called me back to tell me that it was indeed a wagon, and confirmed that he had seen it with his own two eyes. I told him I wanted to be sure because I was driving in from some distance away (almost 100 miles!), and I didn't want to waste my time. When I arrived at the dealership, I asked to see the car and was seated in the waiting area. About 10 minutes later, they come back to me to tell me that the car I was interested in was sold and then tried to talk to me about another car. I thought the bait-n-switch thing was frowned upon....wonder if the GM knows that this is going on?

When I enter the front door, I was nicely greeted by the repectionist. (Not sure of her name). She got a salesperson and he (Bruno Medina) came promptly. Very friendly and had terrific customer service skills. John Martin the Sales Manager was great too. So was Dave the business manager. When it comes to buying cars it is a team effort and all of them were fantastic! Even the guy who did the care inspection in the Service Dept and all the workers in their office. Hats off to all the employees throughout the place. But if I had to pick one in particular Bruno. Bruno was the one who worked closely with me and was extremely attentive. Give Bruno an raise!

My family and I have been doing business with Bernardi Toyota since 2003 when we leased our first car. This time we chose to purchase a 2011 Camry. The salesman, Marcos Torres, immediately approached us when he saw us looking at vehicle in the lot. He has a friendly, helpful manner, willing to accommodate the needs of the customer. He readily showed us the models we were interested in seeing, having us sit inside and test drive those that we might want. He pointed out the newer features in the vehicles as well as the similarities to the lease vehicle I was returning. When sitting down to complete the paperwork, Marcos was gracious and worked with us deciding on the financial aspects with the managing staff. Although I was not able to purchase a car, my experience at Bernardi was amazing! My wife and I arrived there at 10 minutes before closing and were served until 10:30 that evening. John M., Luciano M. and Nathalie F. served us so kindly even though it got later and later! When we left, we had a signed lease in hand! But then came an additional kindness. Due to personal reasons I had to return the very next morning and request the lease be rescinded, and it was. How very amazing! Overall, I had a great experience with this dealership and with Luciano. Of course there was the typical exchange of "You have to go lower", "But we're already losing money", "No! Of course you're not losing money, otherwise you wouldn't be selling it to me!", but they were pleasant throughout and eventually we settled on a great price. Salesman reviewed all options and models of the type of vehicle we were looking for. Salesman then made great effort to match the vehicle we wanted and offered exactly what we wanted to pay. We had a test drive of a similar vehicle - same model but with different interior features - and both my wife and I were able to evaluate it on different road surfaces. There was also an identical vehicle on the lot (already sold) that we were able to examine closely, and from which we confirmed our interior features. The car we purchased was available in two days for pickup Overall a great experience.

I had a great experience leasing my new Toyota Venza. I am actually a returning customer to this salesperson and dealership. Two months ago we bought a 4x4 Toyota Tundra Crewmax Limited Platinum for my husband and we were so happy with the whole process that now I decided to go back and get a new car for myself too. We contacted Dan and scheduled an appointment to look at the Venza. Dan was extremely helpful and professional again and helped us with the selection process by showing us all the different models and options and comparing and contrasting all the features and figuring out what is important to us. He was very product-knowledgeable and I felt comfortable I was getting a good car and a good deal. The sales manager William Phillips was great too. He made me feel appreciated as a returning customer. During the financing process we dealt with Nancy who helped us come up with a monthly payment within our budget. I was happy with her work as well.After I signed the contract, Dan commnicated very effectively with me over the next few days and let me know the status and when the car would be ready for pick up. It took a few days to get everything squared away but due to his calls and messages I was not worried at all.Overall, I am one very happy customer. I was treated well and felt appreciated. I am happy with my car which drives very well; I am happy with the whole sales team, especially Dan Cushman, and I hope he is still there in three years when my lease is up.Thank you.

I first contacted Bernardi Toyota via the internet requesting an equote on a particular vehicle.After several email exchanges with Josh Wainrib (internet sales), he invited me in to at least visit the dealership.I took him up on the invitation. When I arrived I met Josh and he then introduced me to Dell, a salesman.This is very common practice where the internet sales hands off to a floor salesman. Personally, I dont like that but Josh did take the time to help with the sale.Dell (salesman) very nice, professional and good mannered. He jumped right into the typical scripted sales questions. Having talked with him at delivery (few days later) I am sure he may not have been 100% that day, which with the weather swings its no wonder. As process continued, he must have walked 10 miles in the time we were talking; heck my feet were sore just watching him. We went back and forth several times. By then I am sure Dell needed a new pair of shoes.Mind you, I used a number of web resources to reach my ultimate number that was so low and a dealer would throw me out of the dealership. The last round they came very close to that number.Sitting with the finance agent, I was presented with several add ons, warranties and other accessories. To be honest, the presentation was excellent, low pressure and very informative. Tacomas do not have any viable incentives but I was able to get an excellent financing rate, through on of their banks. One thing I liked was I worked with Dell and Josh the entire time. Many other dealerships I visited, someone from the tower would come down and put the pressure on me after the second offered price. Obviously, Dell was given a couple of numbers to work with, he worked with me. Bernardi Toyota was the 17th car dealer, fourth Toyota dealer, I paid a visit to on this long road to getting a new vehicle. Out of the 17 dealers, 6 dealers I would revisit, with Bernardi being one of them.If you are looking for a Toyota, you owe it to yourself to pay a visit to Bernardi Toyota. added April 21, 2010Tuesday Bernardi fulfilled the purchase agreement with the installation of the remote starter, sticker and registration. I have to say i am somewhat disappointed in the quality of the remote starter that was installed. This was not the Toyota OEM remote start this was installed by a subcontractor, which did introduce some pretty new scratches on my steering column and dash.The price of the starter was higher than what one would expect to pay for an after market unit and installation. I wanted to do the entire package and have it covered under the warranty, so I paid the price. For what you pay at the dealer you can get a FULL security system and starter with lots of bells and whistles.At the finance office, there was a brochure with minimal information regarding the product. In other words neither the finance person nor the brochure tells you what you are purchasing while you are sitting with the finance person. I failed to ask so it is 100% my fault, but hopefully you won't have to make the same mistake..The unit works fine, but for the price it doesn't have some of the basic features such as antigrind protection, valet feature and transmitter bypass.My recommendation would be to completely bypass this step and seek out a professional installer. Doing so, there may be some warranty issues if something does happen. I have had 4 remote starters put in new vehicles, other than my latest purchase, I have had 1 go bad. That was due to a computer in my Dodge going failing shorting out the parking brake and headlights, a very common issue in the dakotas and durangos (google dakota flashing dashboard, its scary). The installer was extremely sloppy and introduced some deep scratches in the dashboard of the new vehicle. I am not sure this installer knew how to remove dash board panels properly.The remote starter purchase and installtion was certainly the low light of the purchasing experience and I would recommend staying away from the remote starter offering.

We bought a new Tacoma in November and were so happy with the salespeople, service, service staff and overall experience at Bernardi Toyota. When it came time to buy a second new car we immediately went back to dealing with Ammar. We love our new Highlander. Ammar took time to make sure I can fold seats, replace center seat attachment, and operate all the bells and whistles in the car. Ammar's follow up is, was and we expect always will be outstanding. Dan stepped in to help when we needed to test drive a car when Ammar was not available. His technical knowledge of the car was amazing-and he explained many of the components in a fashion that was understandable to someone who knows little about a car. Natalie makes you feel like your are long lost friends. John crunched the numbers knowing that buying a second car in four months is a challenge to a young family. Our experience here has turned two former Ford drivers into Bernardi customers for life-or as Ammar would say-we are part of the Bernardi Family!

Was referred in by another Bernardi Auto Group employee, who is great. Notwithstanding having arrived with a referral -- having purchased elsewhere from Bernardi -- I was sold a car that to the trained eye (i.e., a dealer) had been in a significant collision, though I was shown as a representation of the vehicle's condition and history, a Carfax which had no such accident registered. There were a number of additional problems requiring maintenance -- some typical for a car of its age (2002 w/36k miles), and some that should have been fixed in advance of the vehicle being sold (bubbled tires, torn axel boot requiring replacement of the axel, tail light leaking fluid, cracked plastic wheel well where vehicle had been in accident but not repaired correctly). Eventually settled with General Manager on splitting the bill of repair, which I thought reasonable of him; but, I had to agitate strongly for this outcome.I should, though, never have been sold a car that had been in an accident -- or at a minimum, the presence of such a condition should have been made clear to me. To my trained body shop professional, whose services I had used in the past, it was instantaneously obvious that the vehicle had been poorly repaired. The same sentiment was shared by Bernardi's body shop manager when he, on my encouragement to the General Manager, inspected the car post-transaction.Post-transaction and on being advised of vehicle condition problems -- the used car manager, Miguel, articulated on more than one occasion that the car was "used" -- an opinion I thought typical of someone trying to avoid responsibility. I am happy to receive any inquiries in this respect. drough.mba1999ativey.caUPDATE 1: Peter Cronin, from the Bernardi Group team, called me to investigate further the matter set forth above, in respect of which I relayed the details to him. I will report back as to whether an agreeable solution is found.UPDATE 2: Left car at Bernardi Acura to so that it could priced at auction, and sold if the price were agreeable. 3 weeks after leaving the car I emailed Peter to see if they were having trouble. Was told that it would be sold at the next week's auction and needed to have the hard top placed on it. A dealer representative was to come by the house before the following week's auction to collect the top, but never did. Four weeks later I just collected the car and gave up. Peter did make a good effort on his part, but his colleagues at the Acura dealership let him down. Ironically the Toyota dealer's GM is now the GM at the Acura dealer.Now faced with selling the car in its current state, and bearing the financial loss. Considering my remedies.

I leased a 4Runner about 1 year ago and because of the excellant service Ive received from Bernadi, I told a freind about it and he went to the dealership to purchase a Camry. We met and worked with Ammar. So glad we did. He was right upfront with the pricing, we told him where we needed to be payment wise and he was able to get us this price without all the usual hassales you get with most car dealerships.I am a straight shooter, upfront, honest kinda person and thats the way I wanted the sales person to be with me. Well Ammar was just that. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to purchase a Toyota to visit Bernadi and specifically ask for Ammar. Bob is so great.. This is my second car from Bernardi.. I bought a brand new car 21 months before but got into a car accident so I had to get another one. I called Bob right away and he was go helpful and friendly. He really went out of his way to help me with getting the right car. I am young (28) and I know that he has a daughter my age so I would ask him to put on his DAD pants and give me advice. He was really great. He helped me pick out the right car once again. I would totally come back to Bob again if I needed another car. Lets just hope not too soon!!! I love him but if I see him that means something bad happened! I even named the new car after him, Bob! Bob the awesome car saleman and Bob, the 2009 Toyota Matrix!!!

Director of services was attentive to my concern and provided insight and solution to the calibers.No one has posted a review on Bernadi service, which is key afters sales. I have/had two 4 runner's and both were serviced by Bernadi, after major service to my first 4RUNNER never ran the same and finally gave it up and traded for a non-Toyota. My second 4RUNNER has 30K miles on it, at 30K service Bernadi said I need to replace calibers and breaks and the cost, $1000. The car only has 30K miles and needs calibers and breaks replaced?

I bought the toyota 2010 highlander because of its safety, and perfromance ratings. Before I walked into the dealership I wasn't sure I could afford it. Ammar not only convinced me to lease a new 2010 rather than buy a used 2008 but he made it affordable for me as well. I am in sales myself and I appreciated that he recognized I was not interested in BS. I wanted the facts and the numbers and I told him where I needed to be. If it made sense for both parties we would move forward. We explored many options and came to an agreement. The next time I am in the market for a car I will go to Ammar.

When I went to pick up my new car the whole purchase was reviewed, we went through the car so I felt comfortable driving home, and he showed me where to go when I take my car in for service work. I can't say enough about Bernardi Toyota of Framingham! After a bad experience with a Toyota Dealer much closer to home, a friend mentioned the GREAT experience he had at Bernardi Toyota. I was really just about ready to give up with Toyota, but decided to check Bernardi out, and give Toyota one last chance.From my first step through the front door at Bernardi, I was simply taken away from everybodys courtesy and attention.And this is even before they even knew why I was there. We purchased a new Toyota Highlander and it was BY FAR the easiest car purchase I have ever experienced! My husband spoke with Ammar about a bad experience that we had had just days earlier at a different dealership. Ammar listed to everything we had to say and he walked away and came back with a sheet of paper with the numbers all printed out and itemized. My husband glaced over it and immediately put out his hand to shake hands with Ammar. It was that easy! Ammar had listed and had delivered a price that we were more than happy with. He is personable, honest, thorough, and he truly listed to what we were asking for. I just picked up our new car today and I'm thrilled. My experience at Bernardi Toyota was simply phenomenal. I purchased a brand new Toyota Corolla LE at a very good price compared to the 8 other dealerships I checked within the same few days. Ammar, the salesperson, was a very friendly guy who worked very efficiently and answered all of my questions with a good sense of humor. I did not feel intimated or pressured to buy the car, but rather, Ammar was able to sell me the car simply from his professional, yet flexible manner of fulfilling my requests and answering my questions - this made me feel comfortable and ready to buy the car. This was the fastest that I have ever walked into a car dealership, test driven a vehicle, negotiated a price, and finally purchased the vehicle. John Mansour was the sales manager who was also a very friendly person to work with and was very straightforward and open to listen to me when negotiating the price. In the future, I plan to come back to Bernardi to buy cars and I would highly recommend others interested in Toyotas to try Bernardi if they want top notch customer service.

When I brought in my Rav 4 for servicing, (had only had it since Oct. 07) I just wanted to look at the prius to compare. After conversations with the salesman and several rides, without pressure, I knew that I wanted the prius. All my questions were answered. The salesman took care of all the details, thoroughly went over all features and went beyond what I expected in the way of service. Everyone I spoke with, whether briefly or at length, was friendly and upbeat. I have always felt the service dept at Bernardi was the best from having three other Toyota vehicles serviced here. I would recommend this dealership extremely highly. The 2 salespeople with whom I dealt were uncommonly knowledgeable about the 4Runner product as compared to other dealerships. Also, in the breath-of-fresh-air department, they were extremely forthright as to pricing, and did not attempt to play any games with me. I spent time looking at many different SUVs across many makes and models, which necessitated visits to literally a dozen dealerships. In my opinion, Bernardi was number one in professionalism. They are a pleasure to deal with.

Jeff Muchnik is an incredibly friendly, insightful salesman whom we'd recommend to the ends of the earth.Unfortunately, his bosses are better at mangling sales than managing sales. I bought a car from Bernardi Toyota earlier after getting a pretty good Internet price quote. I got angry at myself for not walking out when a $300 documentation fee magically appeared -- mandatory, but not part of the quote. I was also told the finance guy "had" to go through the spiel on the Simonizing. Nevertheless, the car was a decent price, so we went back to Bernardi when we were looking for the next one.The bad taste in my mouth quickly got worse. We got a surveyor asking us how happy we were with our new car ... before we'd come close to closing. Then the next day, a sales manager named John left a message at my home to confirm an appointment that night with a different salesman. Then John Martin, a different sales manager, calls to confirm the same appointment with the salesman I'd never worked with, for an appointment I never made. I took this to be another pressuring sales tactic and called. John Martin denied ever having called me, though both messages were still on our machine; he never tried to explain how another salesman somehow got involved to undercut Jeff Muchnik; he never explained where this magic appointment came from. Instead, he argued with me about whether I felt harassed, which in turn felt like harassment. He gave me his word the phone calls would stop. We returned to work with Jeff Muchnik on the premise our old car was getting totaled, something that wound up falling through. Then I got a message from a Toyota surveyor. And then another one called.The sales managers in essence lied, broke their word and either were blindingly incompetent or playing high-pressure sales tricks. On top of that, they offered what turned out to be a terrible price. I only hope Jeff Muchnik's talents and charisma are some day discovered by a different dealership.

I had been shopping for my first new car for almost a year when I was referred to Bernardi Toyota. I first met the GSM, Steven Aswad, who set me up with Sales Rep Steve Fahey. Mr. Fahey and Mr. Aswad worked very hard to accommodate my specifications. They answered every question, handled every issue, and found a perfect Black Camry SE just for me. Every employee I met was polite, helpful, accommodating, and treated me with the utmost respect. They never grew frustrated with my demands or my lengthy decision process. Mr. Aswad went above and beyond to make me feel like I was his only and most important customer. My car was delivered with everything I wanted, detailed to perfection, and gleaming. I have since returned for service, which was excellent. I am so happy in my new car. My experience at Bernardi Toyota was exciting, fun, and I would do it all over again. I have recommended this dealership and my sales reps to all of my family and friends.

I was looking for a new car, and stopped by this dealership on the way home from work just to "look around". I was greeted by a very courteous staff, espaecially by Jeff. He worked with me tirelessly to find just the right car for me within my budget. I was there so often, I felt like the employees were more friends than salespeople. We finally found just the right car for me, and I LOVE it! Jeff and all the sales team were professional but very friendly at the same time. I have had all my service done there as well, and have had nothing but superb service. My wife and I dealt with JR as we were considering a used 2006 Toyota Sienna XLE. We ended up deciding to postpone the purchase due to the current market turmoil but our experience was excellent. JR was more knowledgeable than most sales people we have ever dealt with and we really had a great time while in his company. He clearly loves his job and his exuberance was not phony or choreographed. I had my past Camery services by Bernardi (by Davis Oler) only. Then I purchased a new 2007 Highlander from Bernardi and have it services by Davis. Everytime I get the car back it is clean and everything that was requested is done. This time I had it detailed and I got it back and WOW it looks like a brand new car. When I called to schedule the appointment Brandy (the scheduler of service) was very easy to plan the time and day with. Thank you again for being such a great dealership. This dealership has a good selection of new vehicles to choose from and the staff was very knowledgeable and professional in our dealings with them. While we have not had a need for any major service, the vehicle was nicely detailed and prepared for pick up and we could not find any imperfections. While the price of vehicles is always more than I would like, and negotiating a purchase is always stressful, I felt this dealership appeared to sell a good product for a fair price, so that plus the overall friendliness and professionalism of the staff led to a positive experience.

I emailed this dealer because I wanted to take a look at a used Lexus IS250 they had on their lot and was asked by Ron Mason to come in a take a look at the car. I also wanted to test drive Toyota Corolla 2009 models, so decided to kill two birds with one stone and go there to test drive the Corolla and checkout the Lexus. The Lexus was sold the day I get there, but I test drove the Toyota Corolla RSX and the LE. No pressure test drives, drive as long as you want, where you want. Wanted the RSX and Ron gives me the Internet Price, there is also a 1300 Consumer Rebate on the car from Toyota, which brings the price down to within a few hundred dollars of the Honda Civic EX that I was also looking at. Decided to go with the RSX, haggled a bit more on the price with the sales guy, the usual, let me talk to my manager etc. and then closed the deal! Picked up the car three days later after giving them a certified check from my bank. I only didnt like the 299/= doc fee that was non-negotiable, is it a toyota thing or a Benardi thing?

Do not go to this dealership EVER!! They will scam and screw you every way possible. Not only are there prices ridiculous so is everyone that works there. No wonder why every time I went in there new people were always there. They can not keep anyone. For example. Brought my car in for a check engine light because I was in the framingham area. They charged me $94!!! To tell me my gas cap was loose!! I brought my car to Ira toyota of milford before for a check engine light and it was the same problem (would of thought I would have learned) and they CHARGED ME NOTHING!!! You cant charge a customer $94 for that when it takes them maybe 20 minutes to hook up to a computer to say its the gas cap. They are ridiculous There is a reason no employee stays with them they are inconsiderate and they suck! BEWARE

Test drives with this dealership were fine - the salesman, Scott, was friendly and put no pressure me during the process. However, one of the cars I was interested in had an unusually high asking price (as in, at least $3000 over what a certified used car of that model, age, and features should cost - in fact, pretty similar pricing to a certified used car 2-3 years younger). I figured that negotiations would simply require a little more give-and-take than usual from both sides. Wrong. Almost immediately after starting negotiations, the sales manager (also named Scott) appeared, gave me a new high price, and abruptly refused to negotiate further when I didn't accept it. He then proceeded to offer me another car that, while an upscale version of a larger model, had an asking price at least $5,000 below what I knew it should be. Talk about red flags and great ways to raise suspicion and irritation in your customers. I ended up buying from a different dealership that was actually willing to price their cars and conduct negotiations properly.

Not well treated by manager at Bernardi Toyota! STUPIDITY OR PREJUDICE AGAINST OVERSEAS!I WAS interested in buying a brand new Toyota Sienna a LE AWD, around U$ 30,000.00 at Bernardi Toyota, 1626 Worcester Rd. Framingham - MA! I offered U$ 10,000.00 download payment first to have 0% interest rate. They say that I do not qualify to have such rate because I do not have credit history in USA. They offered 12% interest rate! However, I had mentioned to them several times that I have secure financial history in my country. I also mentioned to them that my wife and myself are physicians, I got my PhD at Harvard School of Public Health, I am associated professor in Clinical Immunology in Medical School in University of Parana Brazil (one of the 10 top high Universities in Brazil), and I am in USA to work at Massachusetts General Hospital as a Research Fellow. I also mentioned that I just rent a house in Newton by U$ 2,650.00 per month. THEY DID NOT CONSIDER THAT IMPORTANT AT ALL. I decided to increase the download to U$ 12,000.00. The manager whose first name is Scott said that even that was not possible to decrease the interested rate. I asked if I increase the download payment to 90% of the car value he could considered 0% interest rate. This manager named Scott clearly mention in front of my wife and my two young daughters that TOYOTA DOES NOT CONSIDERED YOU SUITABLE FOR SUCH SPECIAL RATE. This all have Mr. Rick, the salesman, as witness. If this is the case, I considered that the idea of business from Toyota dealer in USA is different all over the world. Not only that, it expresses important signs of STUPIDITY and PREJUDICE AGAINST OVERSEAS. A man as any other with such a comprobable information has to be well treated specially in front of his family! NO CREDIT DOES NOT MEAN BAD CREDIT! However, for sure, TOYOTA lose a client, a business and gained someone that is going to buy with another dealer. NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED IN SUCH WAY IN FRONT OF HIS FAMILY! I want to make clear that I will spread this fact to my family, all my friends, students and colleagues in USA and in Brazil by e-mail, phone or any means. I will make clear to them that TOYOTA does not care for his clients no matter how hard for years, they have being building a image of hardworker, honest and decent man for his family. I bought my 2003 Toyota Camry in December of 07. When I test drove this car the steering wheel squeaked and the brakes has a squeal to them. The salesman reassured me that this was "normal". In April I brought the car in for it's first scheduled maintenance and told the service dept. that the squeak in the steering wheel was now louder as was the squeal in the brakes. They said for a fee they could take care of the squeak, I declined saying they should have done it for free (which another dealship did) since it was like that when I bought the card. Then I was told that the front brake pad had missing shims and bent shims, pad and rotors were aftermarket and shims were roted off. They wanted to charge me, I declined, and after being a little more assertive that this car was like this when they sold it to me, they gave in and a month later they took car of the brake repairs. Since May of 08, I have had replace the battery (it was the original battery), and have been told that the PVC valve is cracked and should have been replaced at the 60,000 mi maintenance, (I didn't own the car then) Bernardi should have seen this in their pre-certification "safety" check. I have had it with this dealership and will take my car to Acton Toyota where they are honest and upfront and no surprises.

Went to Bernardi with husband looking at either Sienna or Sequoia. Sales rep was very helpful showing us all of the features, test drive, telling us of the GREAT deals they are offering on Sequoias right now.I went back the next day by myself ready to buy the Sequoia. Waited for a what seemed like forever for them to review my trade in.I decided to add the backing up sensor feature - almost $1K extra. Everything was going well until they brought me the price quote... I informed my sales rep to give me their best deal. I don't want to or have the time to be going back and forth negotiating. Well Sales Rep comes back with offered price - basically by adding the new feature and them deducting an amount - the price quoted was sticker!! I was shocked to say the least - so much for a GREAT deal. I was asked - "what do you think a GREAT deal is?" A Sales Manager then came over and brought me a computerized sheet that showed Invoice price and basically indicated that they can't come close to it....I got up and left - but had to ask for my keys back.Basically I felt that they were trying to take advantage of me being a woman buying a vehicle....I had done my homework - I knew list, I knew what others were payinf....I felt they were totally trying to pull a fast one. Even the night I was there with husband initially looking at the vehicle - A sales manager comes over to my husband to whisper how good a of deal they could give us....!Their loss - I had my title of my trade in and checkbook in my pocketbook ready to go. If I end up with a Toyota - it surely won't be from them!

Sales is good but after service very poor, service at Bernadi Toyota is not as good as it use to be, everytime my car goes for service something breaks soon after. I have two 4Runners and got rid of one, one to go. I will not buy a Toyota again. Toyota quality is no longer good as it use to, quality drop due to mass production.

I have given this rating because I have had a wonderful yet freindly and personable experience with Bernardi Toyota. I knew this was the dearlership to buy from the moment I walked through those lovely clear glass doors. I was greeted right away by a diplomatic professional salesman, Irving Espinosa, who instantly cadered to my needs.This was very suprising especially when it's been over 5 years since I've purchased a vehicle. This experience was totaly different from the last. I was not pressured into anything. I sat at a table and my whole experience was like talking with a freind or several friends about Toyota. When Bernardi Toyota makes a promise, they deliver. They are also known for the exceptional customer service and amazing follow-trough abilities. I got a great deal on my New 2009 Toyota Corolla because of this dearlership. I was very touched that someone could actully care about and listen to what you have to say. They also take pride in what they do and very proud of what they do. One way to know this is in a small vestibule near the main entrance they display all of their happy customers on the bulletin board. When I learned of this I thought it was a nice gesture and a way of patting themselves on the back for job well done.When you do great work it really shows sort of speak (display in vestibule). I would like to take a moment to categorize my responses.Customer Service:I gave Bernardi a 5 because I have never been treated so well at a car dealership. The great service started when I walked in, they were the only dealer that didn't immediately try to de-value my trade in even though it was an SUV. I was trading my SUV for a Prius, they worked on the deal very hard and were able to get me top dollar for my trade and were also able to get me into a Prius in 7 days..Quality of Work:The time and attention paid to me and my wife was excellent, the dealer made the extra effort to get things done, and done right.Friendliness:In the past I would approach car dealers with apprehension, and it was always justified, but at Bernardi they spoke in clear terms and with honesty.Overall Experience:My overall experience was a great one. I would definitely recommend Bernardi Toyota to anyone who asked, not only did they work to provide a great deal, they also made me feel comfortable with the process. Price:The Prius is selling at or above sticker price, so the only way to make a good deal is to get more for the trade, and they made that happen.Keep up the great work Bernardi.ThanksSteve

I purchased a "Certified Pre-Owned" Camry from Bernardi Toyota. I was originally looking for new car. Very large selection of new and used vehicles. Very helpful staff from sales, finance manager and the preparation crew. Car was spotless and we had a very pleasant ecperience when all was said and done. Salesperson, Artie, was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The sales manager, Miguel Garcia, was most gracious and helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend Bernardi Toyota to our friends.

Sent inquiry through the internet. I received a quote from them on a Camry. A real quote. Not one that had extra rebates (college grad and military) to make the price lower like what other dealers did. I contacted them and we arranged a test drive. Went very well. They know their product well there. I bought that day on the price I was quoted. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

I travel most of the day and when I can gwet my Tundra (which I love)I have to take advantage of it. Bernardi toyota gave me an extremly difficult time about not having an appointment they took the trock finnally and made me wait almost three hours I have been to other dealers and been in and out in less than an hour for the same service.

I was looking around for a Tundra for a while and debating what I wanted. I had finally decided on a double cab. I had made a deal with another dealer before heading to Bernardi, but after a month of not finding me the truck I wanted I went looking elsewhere. I had been to two other dealers who were not overly helpful but I thought I finally was able to get me what I wanted and told me I could get it and they would find it for me. Frustrated after no answers , I went to another website to find help. One of the guys on the message board recommended these guys. I was at the table for twenty minutes and realized I was finally getting straight answers, all I had wanted was a rear window to slide down and was shown the right truck and features I wanted. I have been in my truck for a while now and have nothing but love for it and Bernardi. I can only show praise for the knowledge and respect I was given by the Bernardi staff.

About three years ago, my credit was awful. I could not get approved anywhere on a car loan until I went to Bernardi Toyota and talked to Gil Rogers and Miguel Garcia. I was approved on a lease and they told me if I paid it on time for three years, then my credit would be re-established. I talked to Gil many times in that three years. I asked him alot of questions about how loans and credit works. My 3 years was up this past summer, but when I went to the dealership, Miguel told me that Gil was out on sick leave and wouldn't be back for awhile. I eventually bought a car from Bob. Bob was great.The manager Steve Aswad was great too. Alot of gadgets on these new cars. I know how everything works thanks to Bob! But thanks to Gil, I got a 5.9% rate. Three years ago I had trouble getting three times that. Thank you Bernardi Toyota!!!

I was looking for a 2007 Camry and was deceived by the sales manager on the quote, he quoted me a price over the phone with Option C that includes everything, navigation, stability control and heated seats and asked me to come in immediately to the dealership, I told him that I will get there tomorrow. Luckily I called him back asking him to e-mail me the quote and the details that we talked about. He sent me the e-mail which was good, but skipped the navigation system, i called him back telling him that he missed it and I wont come in to the dealership until I receive that e-mail but he denined the fact that we ever talked about navigation and was asking for $2000 more. If I wouldn't have called and asked him to send me the details in an e-mail, it would have been the classic bait and switch. Later I realized that he was giving me option A (basic) and still quoted me higher for that, I rather spend more money and buy it from somewhere else then from here.

I walked out of this dealer without buying a car. They quoted me a price via email and prmoised they could get me any color I wanted. I went to sign up the deal, and they told me that "this never happened before, but we misquoted the price in the email" and they wanted to charge an extra $300 to find the color I wanted. They sent me a new quote via email, and I got a better deal at Ira III in Milford, who were friendly, low-key and didn't use "bait and switch tactics."

While the negotiations were fine, the delivery was one of the worst I have experienced. we were rushed through so the salesman could deliver another car(even though we had made an appointment at his conveniene). They could not figure out how to activate the bluetooth, nor did they take the time to show my wife how to work the nav system. They offered one financing rate which we signed for and then reversed themselves. they called to ask us to come back. When we did, the finance person had no idea why we were there. I have purchased many cars from this family of dealerships. All have been superior EXCEPT this one. I would go anywhere else

I placed down a deposit on a used Corolla which carried a 24-hour refundable guarantee. I later went to Lexington Toyota and got a better price on a newer (still used) car with lower mileage. The next morning I went back to Bernardi to get my refund and which they first tried to refuse, then they said it could only be issued by the salesman that I dealt with (who conveniently was not available). I waited for close to an hour when finally Ron returned. From a few feet away I could hear the other guy say, "there is nothing you can do", soon after which I got my refund. I loath this establishment and will never return, and I highly recommend others stay away as well. If you want a Toyota, I recommend Lexington or Acton.

I have never purchased a car where the dealership was so friendly and fast. Bernardi Toyota has genuine concern for the happiness of their customers.Other dealers take hours to get to the same price. Shawn told us up front what we were upagainst (we owed too much money on our trade), he also said they had the only guy in the state that can figure out difficult loans...Gil Rogers. The "Sales Assistant" who helped us was very knowledgable and nice. Then when we talked to the "Sales Manager", he was rude condescending and pushy. Even if he were offering a better deal than another dealership, which he was not, I would not buy my car there. He was the typical sleazy car salesman that makes car shopping a nightmare. This is the 2nd time I've been to that dealership, first time was 5 years ago when I bought my previous car and I had the same experience. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I thought I'd try again. Unfortunately, nothing has changed in 5 years.

Recently I gave my car for a Timing belt Service. They gave all the quotes on the parts but never revealed how much they charge for the parts. When the service was over they have charged me 94$ per hour on the labour totalling 430$ on Labour alone and 250 for the parts. Even the Luxury car dealers won't charge 94$/hour. Have I been cheated with this price or do you guys think its a fair price for Toyotal Labout charge?? Appreciate your feedback.

totally aweful from beginning to end. 2 different prices on the internet, and a 3rd price on the window of the car. Car was totally scratched up, and they said I would have to accept it that way, even tho I was paying $25k for a car. Then at the last minute they tried to hit me with bullshit fees. I had already gone $2k over the most I wanted to give for the car, so I would not budge, but niether would they. I can't believe they would offer so little when a customer is paying tens of thousands for a car.
