All day I have been trying to reach someone to talk about buying a new Porsche and a couple of questions about their service department. The only person that actually answers the phone is the lady that answers this dealerships core phone number. I get transferred and only get voice mail. I have decide to call the Porsche dealer in Tampa and Sarasota.

1)I had to wait 4 hours to get one tire done. 2) The most disappointing part of my visit was: I was treated not like a customer. I was told the battery may have to be replaced by the Service Consultant Natalie Swain. Her explanation wasn't professional so I one of her coworker (Mirnes Cukojevic) explained what needs to be done in detail. During my conversation with Mirnes Natalie interrupted and said "I TOLD HIM EVERYTHING IT'S UP TO HIM TO GET IT FIXED OR NOT" staffs around that area were shocked by her attitude and apologized for her unprofessional behavior. Bad customer service is always bad for business. even-tho I was disappointed by customer service, the technician did a good job replacing one of my tire in 4 hours and washed and vacuumed too.

My wife and I went to look at a car on a Friday evening around 5pm and drove off the lot with new car the same evening before 9pm. Mike Grace, our salesperson was very professional and communicative prior to our coming to the dealership. Upon our arrival we were treated as long time customers. We were never pressured or felt uncomfortable. All of the persons we interacted with were friendly and professional. Mike was outstanding and has followed up several times to determine if we were satisfied with the vehicle. In addition, Corinne, "the genius" was outstanding with providing knowledge and set up of the multitude of features on the vehicle. We were introduced to the staff and given a tour. Overall, it was an excellent and pleasant experience.

My car has a starting problem, so drove it to the dealer. Spent $135 for a diagnostic to find out that the car "may have to reprogram to fix the problem" for another $200. I accepted it. The next morning, I received a call saying that reprogramming doesn't fix the problem. They found out that the car need to replace an electric sharp sensor which will cost $1500. This is way too much from what I thought $300 would fix the problem. Now, I have to pay $300 and the issue is still there.

Last week I got my new car VW Jetta 2016 at the Bert Smith dealership in Saint Petersburg, FL. My salesman Chris Gigon was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He was very friendly and courteous from the moment we were introduced to. The negotiating process was smooth, Chris Gigon was flexible, and he even went an extra mile to get the best deal for me. I felt no pressure, and I was very comfortable during my visit. I was offered water, coffee and snacks, as these little details add up to the buying experience as well. My salesman and the entire staff (sales manger, finance manager) provided me with all the information, answered my questions, didn't waste any time and the whole buying experience went like a breeze. By the way, a courtesy shuttle service I used to pick up my car was superb! The next day the car was ready, waxed and polished, filled with gas, so I could just hop in and enjoy it. Really great pricing and service! I highly recommend! Thank you!

I had a minor problem with my X-3 while here in Florida on vacation. I took the vehicle to the service department. After explaining the issue all the service personnel said was " Ok we will take care of it." And they did. Never asked any questions i.e. "Did you buy the car here?" Excellent employees

I have tried for 2 weeks to get an appointment to get my X6 serviced and, unbelievably, I can't get through to anyone in service. I have been put on extended hold many times and no one picks up. When I have got through to a voicemail and left a message, no one returns the call. I have never seen anything like it. I am a long time BMW owner and I bought the X6 from them. I am done with them - made one call to a competitor and got a service appointment right away. Lousy dealer - they lost m business.

The "engine malfunction" came on in my 2015 x1. Following the instructions to "drive with caution" and bring in for service, I did, without an appointment, because obviously it seemed important to have it checked. I knew I'd have to wait. The greeter asked the name of a service person, but being it was my very first service with the car, I did not have a service person. I was surprised that after being there for 2 hours, that not one service person came over to introduced themselves to me, or even said "good morning" . The greeter, was the only person that made any effort to check on my car, and keep me updated. After I was told that the car was fine, no service needed I waited, and waited and waited. I was told it would be out in "several moments".....I waited another 25 minutes until I finally asked if I could go get the car myself. The young lady who was the greeter, thank God for her, drove my car up. Now, here's what upsets me most, no one explained why the engine check light came on. I never spoke to anyone but the greeter. Not acceptable.

My wife and I were moving from Ecuador and had to hit the ground running on arrival. A hundred things to do so we had to be as efficient with our time as possible. We decided on 5 mid size cars and started contacting dealerships online and explaining exactly what we were looking for and what the "out the door" price had to be UNDER to get our business. I had owned a Passat in the past and loved it so I was a bit partial but the other cars were also highly rated and we would go with whoever met our criteria. Kelly Curtis, the sales person with Bert Smith VW was the only one who came back and met ALL our requirements. Exterior color, interior color, options and price. He was also very professional, courteous and patient all the way through the buying process. We arrived in Tampa from Ecuador at midnight and the the following morning he picked us up at our hotel, took us to the bank and then to the dealership where we got our first look at our car. It was all we had hoped for and he stayed with us throughout the process of closing the deal. No surprises or added costs. Then we took him to a near-by restaurant in our new car where he bought us breakfast after which we dropped him off back at the dealership and were on our way. The whole experience just could not have been any better.

Bert Smith BMW is a family owned business and it shows. From the moment my husband and I walked in, it seemed like we were coming home to family. Granted, I had bought a new BMW there once before (which I still have, 16 years later) and there were lots of new faces, but the feeling that we were cherished customers (maybe because we were prior BMW customers or maybe just because they are that professional) never changed. I am not an easily satisfied customer. I walked in not knowing if I wanted to buy new or preowned car. I looked at both. Meanwhile the salesman in both departments educated me along the way on the features of each series. Because I have a neck problem, I was intrigued with the blind spot detector and overhead camera to assist with parking. I ended up deciding on a 328i sedan. I wanted it in dark blue, with Venetian beige interior, which they had in stock. That car didnt have the Driver Assist Plus package with the blind spot detector and overhead camera. Rather than trying to talk me into the car on the lot, the salesman and general manager immediately got on the phone and found one from a dealer on the east coast. Even though the east coast car was more money than the one they had in stock, they gave me the same savings as if it came from their lot. They said my car would come in about a week. My car arrived in two days. It is a dream. Back to that 16 year old BMW that I still have. I had a recent rear collision with a two foot stone wall, which pretty much wiped out my rear bumper. Otherwise, the car is in top shape. Rather than trade it in to buy the new car I decided to keep it. Here is whyBert Smith BMW offered to cut the cost of repairing that car almost in half. Im feeling the love. Thank you Michael Mitchel, Mel Steves, Michael Grace and John (in the body shop).

Been a customer for over 5 years having purchased 3 bmws and using the service department during that timeframe. Generally, decent service performed in a reasonable timeframe. Considered average. During 2015 and my latest visit - had the misfortune of meeting the Service Manager - Don Corey. Mr. Corey was rude, overly aggressive and attempted to intimate me - in almost any other situation, a court ordered restraining order would have been needed. Mr. Corey's attitude and demeanor permeated other service personnel during the process. I was over billed for their error in installing a battery and not fully resetting all systems at the time of installation. Considering Mr. Corey's overall demeanor, I question whether all of the services charged for were actually performed. I did not receive sufficient value for the money spent. Overall, the dealership management should be aware of the significant decline in their BMW service department and should take immediate steps to fix it. Having found reviews of this dealer in other forums with similar unfavorable comments towards the service department and Mr. Corey, I hope the dealership ownership takes note and acts accordingly.

The Bert Smith dealership is by far the best!!!, I went from dealership to dealership looking for the Golf TDI in my specific color and package and was promised that they can find something for me by the end of the month or that I should take the one they have in stock. Kelly Curtis and the people at Bert Smith found the exact color, package I wanted within one business day. Being in the military, I felt very welcome thanks to Robert, he was prior military himself and understood what I was going through, I needed the car ASAP and would not settle for the first one I saw. Robert did a good job in making the process very quick and professional, since I cant really take a day off "protecting America's freedom". Kelly Curtis went above and beyond to deliver the car, took the time out of his day to make sure I was taken care of to the moment I was in my new car. Spent several days communicating with Tom Heinz (salesperson). After we had agreed on price, he never followed-up until our email to him 11days later. WOW. He was disinterested in completing the deal even after we were 99.oo% almost complete. Therefore, we finished the deal with another dealer, better price and communication which was lacking at Bert Smith. Bert Smith dealership/salesperson seemed less interested in selling a car for a "fair price" and more interested in premium for their dealership, which resulted in a lost sale. One in the hand beats two, well, you get it. Good luck fetching only the price you want, compromise is what sells.

I own a 650 convertible, and I find it extremely aggravating that this well known dealership would not top off my oil because I did not buy the vehicle here. It is well known that these models burn oil within a thousand mile, yet your employees seem to ignore that and proceed to tell me that I can go to where I bought the car and get it topped off. I am degusted with the way I was treated and will never go to this dealership again. I suggest that future customers seek service elsewhere and to avoid Bert Smith BMW, there employees should take better care of their customers rather then treat them with utter disrespect and practice better service

After calling the dealer but not having a ride, the sales manager Nathan Jones retuned my call with in Moments with in moments. He answered all of my questions,then made some some suggestions that he felt would best serve my needs. After considering the options Bill Gunnett came by my home with a car. It was perfect the from the exterior color to the interior options. We drove to the Dealership were I was introduced to Nathan, the transaction was smooth and simple. I decide to purchase on the spot. Bill Gunnett Was amazing going over the details of the car, showing me the GPS and assisting me with auto insurance. The Dealership it self was very impressive very clean and professional with a warm and friendly feeling. After leaving the Business office I felt so good about the purchase. The first time I called Bert Smith was a year ago in an effort to convert my boyfriend from an American to an European car driving experience. I made an appointment with the first guy who picked up the phone and was excited enough to believe that I will drag him to the dealership. So I did, and Bill skilfully helped him make a choice - he loves his M3 series convertible! Thinking back, I believe my recent car transaction was even faster and smoother. Bill had heard that I'm looking for a Mercedes SLK or CLK convertible, and tactfully popped in few times with updates of their inventory. One day he drove a new arrival to the office as he believed this is would be the car I was looking for. And he was right - it was my car. Fair, respectful and accommodating - I know it sounds like an oxymoron but this was my experience at Bert Smith. And Bill is a big part of it. It took us less than 2 hours from start to finish, financing and warranty paperwork included!! I went to pick up my detailed car on the next day to find out that they are pet friendly and love puppy visits! I don't plan on shopping elsewhere: these guys rock!!

I thought when I bought a high end car I would be treated with respect. After my last service experience with Bert Smith BMW, we are selling the car and buying another high end car that has a service department that actually cares about their customers. It was not one service experience from Bert Smith BMW that was bad but many. The final one was a battery replacement, I was told one reason by Eric on why my battery went dead (made no sense to me) and when my husband called to get an explanation - Eric gave him another reason that actually made sense. I requested a loaner (I know it was last minute but I did not know my car was going to die) and I was told by Eric that I could get a loaner that was promised to another customer if I got to the dealership in 25 minutes. I could not get there in 25 minutes so Eric told me that was the best he could do. Fifteen minutes later the sales manager calls me and wants to know why I hung up on Eric when he was trying to help me. I did not find Eric helpful or polite through this whole experience. Then I found the trash from the battery installation in my trunk when I was cleaning my car to sell it. Nice touch!! I do want to say that when I dealt with Natalie I was treated respectfully at all times unfortunately I did not always have her as a service assistant.

Today is the start of the 6th week my wrecked BMW 535i has been in the body shop. I am told it could be 10 weeks due to not enough staff or racks for the cars. I am VERY frustrated and simply do not understand how it could take so long. If staff or facility is needed, make those changes to serve those who purchase cars from you - your customer. The buying process was fine, the customer service not very good.

I had at least four people offer to get me water and coffee. My only concern was waiting two hours and 15 minutes when I was told it would the one and a half hours. This is my fourth BMW, my second X5, and I have been a customer of Bert Smith for about 20 years. I do not think I would ever buy a car other than a BMW and would never go anywhere but Bert Smith for service. In particular, Natalie Swain has taken care of my car for most of that time and is excellent. Natalie has a good knowledge of BMW's and the issues that may arise. I have occasionally been pleasantly surprised when she called to say the problem was not what I had feared but was minor and the car was ready at my convenience. Even as my cars got older and needed service, the tech's were very good at diagnosis and repairs. I have never felt they were trying to add anything that was not needed. On the contrary, they have said something did not need to be done, or at least not for another year. Great job, Natalie! And thank you to the Tech's for such excellent service!

So I was quite happy to bid them farewell and go to my second choice in cars that fit what I was looking for. That is a 2013 BMW 335i low-mile, warranted, car that I feel that Bert Smith BMW made me a fair price on, so I bought it outright. I am a Senior and I usually buy my cars and sell my older cars without much of a hassle. I purchased a 2013 X3 in December of 2012 after a major car accident totaled my 2011 328i (as well as saved my life.) Several months ago I took my car in for service and my loaner was a new 328i. While I simply adored my X3, I remembered the exhilaration I felt with driving a car. I tried for many months to surpress my desire for a car, but then I noticed the 428i gran coupe that came out with its sporty design and appeal. Three weekends ago I could wait no more and decided to visit Bert Smith and had the pleasure of working with Michael Grace. I only test drove the new 428 i gran coupe and I loved it but I felt I needed to make a slow and rational decision. We spoke of financing numbers and left it at that. The following weekend I submitted my credit application and was approved shortly thereafter , but I still felt the need to wait my dectision out. The Friday after that weekend I decided to pick the car up and feel very confident in my decision to purchase. Throughout the process, I felt no typical "sales-mentality" pressure and was assured consistently that the final decision was mine. Having purchased a vehicle from Bert Smith previously I had dealt with a prior sales advisor with the same type of "no- pressure" engagement. I realized that this is not only an individual characteristic, but the way Bert Smith does business always. They not only take great care in their business but so do their associates. I am currently sharing my experience with a fellow co-worker that is interested in purchasing a BMW in the near future and can do nothing else but recommend Bert Smith, as well as Michael Grace and Anthony Capasso, the finance manager with a 10 star rating.

I have been working with Bert Smith BMW since moving to the area in 2009. I already owned a BMW, so I started my relationship as a service customer. They were always professional and accommodating. I was also impressed how quickly they took survey feedback to heart. I had a minor issue with my first visit because they would not offer me a loaner vehicle if I hadn't purchased my car there. Having only just moved into the area, I thought that was short sighted and included a brief comment about it in my survey. The service manager contacted me the same day I submitted my survey, apologized for the limitation, and updated it so that I could have a loaner in the future. This simple bit of customer service brought me back to Bert Smith when it was time to buy a new vehicle in 2011. Both my 2011 and my 2014 buying experiences were great. I recently worked with John A in sales to purchase a new 2015 model. He was extremely knowledgeable, as well as very friendly and easy to engage in discussion. He did not try high pressure sales on me. He simply informed me of options and packages and let me decide which were best for me. He even discouraged a few options for me, not because they were bad features but because they simply wouldn't have much value for how I needed to use and drive my new vehicle. That is putting the customer first. I worked with Anthony, the finance manager, for my final purchase. Again, a great experience. Same no-pressure approach. He laid out my various options (lease, buy) and offerings within each, then let me make the choice. He also outlined the extended offerings such as extended warranty, wheel/tire coverage, etc. Again, no pressure or sales pitch. He let me know what they covered, the costs, an informed opinion as to their value with regards to my needs, and let me choose. Overall, a great experience, and a company I would highly recommend in future.

I showed up at Bert Smith 2 weeks ago just to test drive a BMW. I've never driven and BMW and could not explain the joy I felt once I was behind the wheel of the new 428i. I immediately knew that I have found my new car partner for the rest of my life. This was my first Porsche and I was blown away. They rolled out the red carpet from the moment I first called to when I came in for the test drive and purchased. They made the process hassle free and Rhett Graham is a great sales person. One of the things that impressed me most was how they worked as a team throughout the process. Our sales consultant, Mr. William Gunnett, took us under his wing and guided us through the whole buying process. He went over and above making us feel comfortable. From the moment that we walked in the door at Bert Smith Volkswagen we felt right at home. The sales staff were friendly and courteous, but more importantly they did not waste or time and delivered exactly what they promised. The sales manager Gregg Baldwin offered us a deal on a brand new top of the line Passat that we honestly thought was too good to be true. We kept waiting for some kind of hidden fees or charges, but they never came. He delivered the exact car that he promised for not a penny more. Melvin Munoz then followed up Gregg's outstanding service by helping set everything up in the car for us upon delivery. All in all it was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. They have earned a customer for life.

We were in the market for a decent used, wanted a convertible but didn't want to spend a lot of money since I work from home and drive very little. The first place we looked was the Porsche/BMW dealer, not what you'd think when you're not wanting to spend a lot of money. As Dan would say we saw the used car without her make-up since it was a recent trade. However, when we went back to pick the car up it was as shiny as a new penny. Although we live 500 miles from Bert Smith BMW and were on vacation when we bought this car, I would certainly purchase from them again, although I may fly down rather than drive both ways.

I purchased a new BMW 535i in late Dec 2013, brought it in 3 months later in April 2014 for a New Car Detail. With no scratches, no swirl marks, no paint chips and no damage on the car whatsoever. After receiving a phone call that the car was ready, I arrived at the dealership at 3:30pm. Inspected the car to find swirl marks on every part of the car, a long, 1/2 inch in width,mark down the middle of the hood and several scratches. I was told by Eric in service that this could be fixed and the car was taken back to service. I waited one hour and re-inspected the car after their detail manager "fixed" the problem. When I viewed the car again after waiting another 45 minutes, there were still swirl marks and the long marking across the hood was still there. They asked me to wait again. When they finally brought the car out again at 5:45pm the car had more damage then before, with paint chips on the hood, deeper scratches and swirl marks in the paint, there was also now a ding in the windshield with compound splatter across the entire window. The evidence was viewed by Eric, the Service Manager, Rich, another employee and William Stevens, Sales and they all agreed it was because of detail that this happened. I was told there was nothing they could do but escalate this to Butch their Service Mgr and he was gone for the day and weekend. I brought the car back on Monday and was told I needed to speak with Ron the GM. I asked to have the windshield repaired and $750 to take the car elsewhere to have the paint corrected and another full detail to correct the damage done to my car by BMW. I was then told that this was in the hands of the CFO, Larry Grainer. I spoke with him and was then told "this was not caused by our detail department" and he would not pay for the windshield repair, that I should run this through my insurance, nor would BMW cover the $750 it will cost me to have this repaired. I will NEVER purchase another car from this dealership and will NEVER take my car their for any kind of service. Very unprofessional and very unethical. This goes beyond Customer Service and instead of taking ownership for damage done to the car (witnessed by their own employees prior to leaving the lot) they would rather cover up a very bad detailing issue without apology or any kind of moral obligation to fix it. I highly recommend staying far away from this dealership.

After a multi-month search for the right vehicle, I recently purchased a CPO Porsche Cayenne S through Bert Smith Porsche from out-of-state. My sales consultant, Rhett Graham, was excellent throughout the entire process. His professionalism, responsiveness, and positive attitude were exactly what I'd expect when working with the Porsche brand. I received a very fair deal and transparent deal. I'd buy a Porsche through them again in a heartbeat. This being an out-of-state transaction, I did not see the facilities. The service department added a hitch to the vehicle and did an excellent job. Transportation of the vehicle was all coordinated by the dealership - very easy!! The vehicle did have a couple of small door dings when it arrived but the dealership immediately offered to pay for the debtless repairs!! They truly want their customer to be happy. My husband and I had owned a VW Jetta in the '90s. We loved it and eventually got into a larger car while living in TX.. We decided to go see the VWs while driving by the Dealership on Thursday. With the knowledgeable sales person, Frank, and yet not being pushy and know it all, he showed us very kindly and nicely all the different models of Jettas, with the options, XM Sirius Radio which interested us because we had one in our car. And the 3 months free listening! Also, the alloy wheels and hubcaps, cruise control, and oil change EVERY 10,000 miles! We test drove the vehicle before purchase, the performance of the engine, suspension and the handling of the vehicle during traffic time was satisfying and overall a fine car to own. Courteous, friendly management and office personnel, made it easier to purchase the car. Then, we couldn't have had a better sales person as Frank Putt, who drove us to an eating place, dropped us off and even picked us up in our new Silver 2014 VW Jetta SE. What fun to drive that car! He was patient and I eventually left that day telling him I would be back in 30 days to make a purchase. Our salesman Lee Polin was Top notch and had answers to every question he is originally from up north Like us and treated us like a High end Porsche customer. The problem with the car business we found in Florida is whether Volkswagen or Porsche the dealers operate the same way desperate for the sale and pushy Lee took his time and never pushed, after all we wanted the car we did not need the car. Tony C helped make my evaluation process fun. His enthusiasm and follow-up encouraged me to select this dealer over closer ones -- not to mention the car. Everyone on the staff I met was very friendly, courteous, and professional. I only gave them a good rating on price because Im really not knowledgeable enough to evaluate. Especially considering this car has only been available here a very short time as of the post. The computer systems weren't even fully updated for that model yet.

I really had no intentions of even looking at a BMW, when we pulled in the lot I was planning on looking at Subaru's and VW's to get a feel before I bought. Bill got me into a BMW 5 series, most comparable to what I currently drive and I was hooked. I never should have sat in that car. Still went and checked out some E-Classes elsewhere, but came back and looked at the 535 again... Came back the next night and knew that I wanted the car. Bill's personality is great and he is easy to work with. Even though it's his job to sell car's I didn't feel pressure from him which was great. A pushy salesperson spells death to a deal for me. Also if I don't like the guy I won't do the deal. Bill was great all the way through and has a really good sense of humor which helps in a stressful situation as buying a car can be no matter how great the experience, especially on a higher ticket item. I don't have possesion of the car yet, but when I do I am sure it will be as enjoyable as buying the car with Bill was. If not I know where to find him...

As I walked into the door looking like a deer caught in the headlights I was approached by Mr. Tony Cheung. He had a very friendly and warn manner about him and he asked me if he could help me. Well let me tell you. I have been buying cars since I was 18 and that is 51 years ago. I have never come across a car salesman that not only knew his product as completely as Tony, but he actually listened to what I had to say. We went through the lot and he went to cars that had the color and equipment I liked. He then explained so much about the features and HP etc. that I had to stop him several times and asked questions. I am so impressed with Mr. Cheung and the whole operation at Bert Smith BMW, that I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a car. What more could I ask for. They had the perfect car I wanted within the price range. Actually it had more options than I wanted for no addition cost. Your dealership was recommended to me by a neighbor after I complained of service at another area BMW dealership. He said that he and his father had both bought and serviced cars at Bert Smith dealerships and were always satisfied. This is the second time I've taken a difficult problem to your service department and worked with Natalie Swain. She's simply excellent. I had an unusual problem in that I was getting an adaptive headlamp message on my dashboard screen. Natalie had a scan done and it came up with both servo motors at issue. I was about to let the issue sit but she also found out that only one motor was likely at issue and that failure to do the repair could put the larger and more expensive xenon ignitor and computer module at risk. This prevented an additional expensive repair. I would recommend this dealer to anyone because it feels like a neighborhood business and not like the pretentious snooty dealers I've experienced with my current 5 series and with my miserable Audi A8 some years ago. Keep up the good work!

At age 64, I do not have that many new cars to choose from in my lifetime. I previously owned a BMW and was aware of the quality of this brand. Upon entering Bert Smith BMW we were pleasantly greeted by smiling salesperson Tony Cheung. His pleasant demeanor and professional attitude was what I was expecting, ok, hoped for in conquering the process of purchasing/leasing a new car. It was a though Tony could read my mind in what I wanted in terms of model, features and cost. Within an hour we test drove the new 320I and were locating models available in the color and with the interior features we wanted. In 2 days our new car, sparkling clean was delivered. Tony Cheung spent a great deal of time explaining the features and technology involved in the operation of the vehicle, it was like he was a special education teacher for us technologically challenged adults. He added our 2 bluetooth cell phones and offered his assistance at any time should I have any operational questions. The financial transaction of signing the lease and payment options was a snap! There was never any pressure or double teaming that I have experienced at other dealerships. I also want you to know that I am not a relation of Tony Cheung. I came in with the intention of leasing a brand new car, after Bill educated me, my husband and father in law on a Certified Pre Owned VW Tiguan I decided to purchase the car the same day. Bill really listened to what what my goal was and helped me to meet it. He is extrememly knowledgable and does not give off that typical "car salesman" vibe. He is very real and down to earth and will help you find a car you might have never imagined you could have. Dealt directly with Frank and managed to get a great deal on a new VW TDI. Both Frank and the Sales Manager (Greg Baldwin) went the extra mile (pun intended) to get the numbers where I needed them to be. The BEST part - delivery. Frank took the time to make sure I understood all of the important features and even helped me pair my cell phone before I left with my new car. We found the sales person, Bill Gunnett, to be very knowledgeable and professional when demonstrating the cars we looked at. He was not "pushy", and very calm. He had a good "sense" of what we were looking for by asking many questions, and he answered all of our questions. We felt he was very honest. He was professionally dressed and presented himself well. He was very competent in his salesmanship abilities. Bill showed us many cars and we tested three cars. We think the car we selected will be perfect for our "Florida car"!

I actually received a phone call from the dealer informing me that the car I was interested in had been sold. That was a nice touch. They also said they would put me in their database in case they got similar cars in. Another nice touch. I would recommend them just on this because if they cared enough to make that call, I think the rest of the service would be equally good.
