I initially had a bad experience trying to schedule a visit. I had spoken to one Service Advisor, who said he would get back to me. After 8 days he still hadn't gotten back to me so I contacted the Service Manager. Within an hour I had a phone call from a different service advisor named Paul. My experience went from awful to great. Paul worked with me to figure out what exactly my 60,000 mile service contained. He took the time to answer all my questions and had me scheduled for two days later. That was perfect. When I dropped the car off, Paul kept me up to date and even let me know when it was found that my windshield wipers needed replacement. I have always had my Jeep serviced at Best because that was where I bought it and have always had great experiences dealing with the Service Dept. I initially thought the time had come to just switch to a local service company. But after dealing with Paul I will stick with Best Jeep for all my service. Paul represents the best in Best.

Think twice before you go to Best in Plymouth for an inspection sticker. They failed my 2016 Ram 1500 Big Horn for a safety inspection, said my front ball joints were severely worn and would be about $1,000 to repair. There is no clunking sound or any indication of a front end problem. Tires are wearing even. I was shocked the ball joints needed replacing at 60K miles. I brought the truck to Plymouth Tire Pros to get another quote for the repair and was told the ball joints were fine and did not need replacing. I then asked a friend who is a mechanic for the DOT to check them and he also said there was no movement. I don't know what is happening at the dealer. There are manufacturer's specs for the ball joints so for Best to say they need replacing they should have had a certified mechanic confirm the specs, not just the inspection tech. I can't imagine there is money to be made as an inspections facility, but condemning expensive parts for service work...makes you wonder. Get a second opinion/quote before you have them do any work.

I was overly impressed from start to finish. Scheduled appointment online which was easy and then confirmed at least once by Best. Marty my service rep was so pleasant and thorough and followed up on everything we discussed. Efficient communication all day long and easy (even for me) payment and pick up with automated service. My vehicle was washed and ready !!

I will start off by saying the staff was very kind and polite. I just had a problem with the way my particular service claim was handled. I called at the beginning of the week looking to make an appointment to have my recall repaired and also to have the dash light diagnosed. The service rep said sure that should be no problem and scheduled me for an appointment later in week. I showed up that morning of the appointment and they took me right in. I explained I had an appointment for the airbag recall and that the airbag light was on and needed to be diagnosed. The service rep said sure thing and took my keys. After less then an hour I had the secretary at the desk come over to me with paperwork saying my vehicle was all set. I inquired if the airbag light was dealt with and she said she was unsure. After she inquired with other staff it was presented to me that the light was still on and not diagnosed. When I told them that that was also the reason I came there I was told that I only had an appointed for the airbag recall and not the airbag light. Then they proceeded to tell me I need to reschedule the following week for the light diagnoses. At that point I felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a customer at that point. Your dealership failed to book the proper appointment for me and instead of trying to correct it I was suppose to try and take time out of another day to get back in there. So I then proceeded to take my vehicle to a regular mom and pop shop where my vehicle was taking in without question and repaired within hours. I was even given a rental car free of charge for the duration of repair. I had hopes of a good first time experience in a new dealership but unfortunately it didn't turn out that way.

The service executive, Marty was considerate, candid and very professional. He kept me apprised of the efforts to discern the problem with my Jeep's transmission which turned out to require a new front differential. It took a week but he saw that I had a loaner car and timely updates on progress as the new differential had to be shipped in form the midwest. All in all it was service with a smile.

I showed up to the dealership just as the last few employees were leaving for the night. The gate was mostly closed. A car drove up and AJ introduced himself and invited me to visit the next day. I did and was very fortunate to be greeted by Jim Sorensen. His genuine nature, friendliness, and laid back demeanor is a rare find in any sales field especially car sales. I enjoyed looking at the options that best suited my needs. He knew what to show me because he took the time ask and didn't try to push me towards something else. Though I understand Jim is there to sell cars, I really got the sense he genuinely wanted to make sure I got what I was hoping to find. Jim won my business. I wanted to buy a truck he showed me and with Cheyenne's even handed negotiations with me, the numbers worked. I truly felt I was treated with respect and everyone's interest were taken into account. A big shoutout to AJ for inviting me to visit and an even bigger shoutout to Jim for exceptional customer knowledge and service. In the end it was Jim that brought me back to Best and convinced me to jump brands and leave GM!

When my Jeep was ready I received an email and a phone call. Mike let me know that my brakes would need to be replaced but not until my next scheduled oil change. Again, I was not pressured but I appreciate the information. The new dealership looks great and even though i used the shuttle service (which i love!) He took the time to show me all of my vehicles features and even set up my Bluetooth and programmed some can channels for me. My initial contact with Best was via Paul who dealt with my somewhat dire circumstances with utmost professionalism and integrity. He understood my situation - having countered a problem on the road and living up in Boston- and gave me comfort that from a somewhat far distance he was acting in my best interest. After I picked up my Wrangler for a tire rotation, I recalled that there is a Jeep icon on the rims. When the car leaves the factory the icon is in the upright position on the spare. I wondered as I drove home if the mechanic knew this and would have the attention to detail to put the spare on correctly.When I got home I got out and looked. It was correct.

Very courteous staff. We were welcomed by all staff on a Saturday morning when my van overheated on our way to the cape. We were treated very fair for an unannounced drop in. I will recommend Best to everyone looking for a vehicle and will visit them for my next car or truck purchase.

My overall buying experience was absolutely flawless! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by their friendly staff. Mike Mullen listened to my needs and wants in a vehicle as well as financially and landed me on the right Jeep. Nathan in Finance worked efficiently and got me approved so I could take delivery of my Jeep as soon as possible! 5,000 miles later I came in for my free oil change and was again greeted by their friendly staff, Cheryl. I worked with Michael Gilbert and my oil change was done quickly. They also gave me a FREE car wash! Out of every dealership I have been to whether it was purchasing or servicing I have never met a friendlier and more knowledgable staff than BEST. They live up to their name and recommend them to everyone!

The lovely Katie greeting me promptly when I came in and making sure i was taken care of properly. Then my service advisor followed up and made sure I was back on the road quickly. Wonderful service beginning to end. The car wash was a fantastic touch. Thanks guys.

Veronica was great. She really made sure I ended up with the car I wanted. Since I had to wait for it to arrive off the truck, she checked in with me to keep me abreast of where it was . When it arrived she worked with me to get upholstery changed. it came out beautiful. Veronica is a real asset to your dealership.

My Rubicon emission light was on and when I spoke with Katie, she went the extra mile contacting the insurance company to make sure this was covered with my bumper to bumper and also looked into a rental for me. When I got there, I was unsure where to drive or park and out came Don, flagging me in to the car port like a a friendly air traffic controller. Paul went over the process of what the technicians were going to do. As Katie promised, I had a rental that was delivered to me (a sweet 300). Not quite as cool as my Jeep, but whatever, it was a nice change. I live closer to another Jeep dealer that I promised myself I would NEVER go back to again after a hellish experience and WOW! I am so glad I went out of my to see these folks. I will keep coming back for oil changes and any other services my Rubi needs. Did i mention the free car wash voucher for the car wash next door? Or the fridge that anyone can help themselves to? AND they fixed the emissions. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

I visited a few dealers before purchasing a car. Most dealers weren't as upfront as Best. Not to mention they have a very reasonable dealer doc fee. The sales team was very friendly as well. I would recommend them for sure.

I had a really great time working with all the sales associates at Best Jeep. They were attentive and willing to find me exactly the car I wanted. I visited a few dealerships because they were closer to Boston but found Best Jeep to really be the Best in both service and price.

I liked being greeted in the outside entry by the "friendliest" woman helper. Snowing out, freezing cold, and she's smiling and authentically happy to see us! Great start to a great experience. I can't say enough about our salesman (tall) Mike Mullen :) Yes he was friendly and knowledgeable, but what really impressed me was the way he "LISTENED" to me and my husband. He found us a car within our budget, with all of the features that were important to both of us even though most of the inventory was covered in snow (no easy feat!) And I'll think of him fondly every time I open the sun roof :)(inside joke) I appreciated Brian's no nonsense approach with our trade and his help with meeting our numbers. I'm not comfortable with bartering. (hate it) So I really liked the way that he talked to us in realistic (friendly) terms and we reached an agreement that worked for all of us.And Jess made it all happen by approving a number my husband was happy with! Thank you for my new car Jess!Thank goodness for Ken who helped us figure out the math and move the process along. He really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout the visit.And then there was Natalie, besides being super smart with the numbers, she's so personable and patient. She answered every question I had about extra warranty coverage in terms that were understandable.
