These guys are awesome! We bought a Ford Escape from them last year, and a Subaru a few weeks ago. I would totally recommend them. They care a lot about their customers and the conditions of their cars. My Subaru came at a great price. I had a quick mechanical issue after buying the car, and Ed gladly offered to take the car back and have it fixed. Service was quick and the people are nice. I'm super happy with the car. Big thumbs up :)

Sep 16, 2021 Up front advertising and pricing. Inquiries answered promptly. Small, family owned business. Accommodating and attentive staff. Photos and description of vehicle advertised matched actual vehicle shown. Purchasing process made painless. Concerns pointed out during the purchasing process were addressed prior to acceptance of vehicle. Concerns noted after purchase, in the process of being addressed. While I specifically interacted with Ed, Charlie and Mike, all staff I encountered, were; courteous and helpful. I purchased an extended warranty on a 2014 vehicle with low miles. Clean interior and exterior with minor wear and tear noted. At the time of this post overall: Very satisfied.

These are great guys who take pride in working well with customers. They showed me the car outside of their regular hours, which made it possible coming from the city after work, AND they picked me up at the train. The car was very clean inside and out, a quality used vehicle with a great service history, and priced fairly. Transaction was easy. They took care of everything. Thanks, Charlie, Ed, and Ricky.

It was a great experience working with Bianco Motor North and Ed, the general manager. We don't know much about cars but Ed was very patient about guiding us through the process and was very attentive to our needs. We came in with a specific car in mind, but after understanding more what we were looking for, Ed recommended a car that met all our needs and more. There was a small problem with the car after we took it home but Ed immediate agreed to take a look and get the issue fixed. The entire process was easy and smooth and truly exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Ed and the entire Bianco team if you're in the market for a great preowned vehicle!
