I went to Big Blue autos to purchase a car due to my low credit I knew it would be difficult to get approved for anything. David Ferretti was the salesman that helped me with getting a car. He was awesome he worked with me to find the best deal and he helped me instead of just trying to get a sale. I had a lot of questions and obstacles to overcome and he was able to answer all my questions and overcome all the obstacles I faced. Instead of just calling it quits he really helped me and fought to get me the car I wanted instead of me having to settle. I highly recommend anybody who is looking for a car to visit Big Blue Autos and talk to David Ferretti He will help you to the best of his abilities! Great service, and Great car dealership all around!

I bought a Chevy HHR 2008. They are very friendly, I obtained a good deal. However, the car must be completely clean, but it was not the case. The cargo bay, where the wheel and the battery are located were absolutely dirty, the same under the hook (we expect more coming for a dealer, isn't? A seller must check all parts to show respect for the costumer...maybe I am too exigent ? hummm...). Only one electronic key was provided, which is not proper. I am not comfortable knowing that one key is missing somewhere, so I am going to re-code the system. They provide floor mats, which is a nice detail, but not a cargo mat. Overall, it was a good experience, people are gently, friendly and educated. I couldn't say nothing about the facilities because they are under construction.

I recently purchased a 2006 Kia Sorento from Big Blue Auto. I found them when searching on the internet for pre-owned vehicles. I filled out an interest request, and received a call the next day from one of their salesmen, Clay. After a few days of phone tag we finally connected. He was very knowledgeable and professional. When I went to look at the vehicle it was clean, and a very nice vehicle. I decided to buy. I was treated very good by all those who aided in this purchase. I would very much like to thank them for making this purchase a very pleasant experience.

We bought a 2003 eddie bauer explorer that was awesome truck for the price.This is the second vehicle I've purchased here with outstanding customer service from all that work there. No hassle No pressure sales staff lets you browse, test drive, and make your decision at your liesure. they will help you with whatever questions and concerns you might have.Also exellent choices with financing whatever your situation might be. Overall a great car buying experience. 100% would recommend to anyone needing a nice vehicle at a nice price from a dealer who will gladly help you with your purchase and stand behind their products.

I didn't think I would be able to get a nice vehicle. Big Blue Autos got me into a 2006 Honda Accord with just 500 down! I couldn't be more satified. I love my new car and recommend them to everyone I know.

Hello my name is shawn and I had been to several different dealerships and all of them kept telling me NO, i figured i was going to have to do some buy here pay here and it never would help my credit but i heard about big blue autos from a friend so i checked them out. The guy who helped me out was very nice and didnt pressure me into anything. I gave him my info and about 5 minutes later we were looking at cars that fit into my budget. I had a great experience and anybody that has bad credit should check out them out because they have low mileage newer vehicles that are nice.

I had previous credit issues and was able to get financed for a Lexus with little down and the ability to rebuild my credit. I have never been more impressed by the professionalism or quality of customer service provided by the staff. I will never buy from another dealership and will recommend Big Blue Autos to anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle.

I bought my Bravada from them, it was very easy getting my financing approved, and Jason got my payment right where I needed it. The sunroof needed repaired when I bought my truck, and because it took a few extra days for the part to come in they let me drive one of their other vehicles while they fixed mine. They gave me a full tank of gas, and a couple weeks after I had my truck I noticed that one of my taillights was cracked (not sure if it was like that when I bought it or not), but I bought another taillight and took it back to the dealership and they changed it out for me and didn't charge me anything to do it! They made buying a vehicle a very pleasant experience! I will definitely purchase my next "new" car from them!

In a world where people are quick to criticize and slow to praise, you will not see many comments like this. I'm very pleased with my recent experience at Big Blue Autos. They were helpful in letting me choose what I liked, not pushy, arranged financing smoothly even with my recent bankruptcy, and fixed a few minor details that I wasn't pleased with. My kids are very happy to be in a bigger car and I love the gas mileage. We had a great experience. I would recommend them.

I was in the market for a new/used vehicle because my old vehicle was getting old, the transmission was going out and it was going on 15 years old. I heard about Big Blue Autos through a friend of mine and heard that they have a great selection of used cars and their staff are very friendly and professional. I went and looked around the dealership and found several vehicles that caught my eye, they have domestics and imports, older and newer. I settled on a Saab 9-3 and with the help of the salesperson, was behind the wheel driving it home that same day. Thanks to their guaranteed credit approval program I was able to get the lowest monthly payment possible with a very reasonable down payment. I would definitely recommend Big Blue Autos to all my friends and family and I know where I am going to go next time I need a vehicle. Evan at Big Blue Autos was very helpful and greeted us as soon as we got out of the car. We had already selected the van we wanted to test drive from their web site. Very courteous. Agreement was reached within an hour. Extremely pleased with dealership!!

Sales experience was pretty good. However on way to work from dealer lot check engine light came on. Turned out neither catalytic converter was functioning. Dealer's position is that car was bought "as-is" and that includes faulty catalytic converters which I am getting replaced at cost of $400 (dealer cost at shop they contacted). Dealer unwilling to share in repair cost.

The rep was nice and friendly. On a very hot day he offered us several cold drinks and appeared very flexible towards our whishes and comments. During the negotiation process we easily reached agreement on a fair price and believe we have bought a good vehicle.
