I purchased a Nissan Rogue which I am happy with, however, I turned in a leased vehicle in March 2016 when I made my purchase. The dealership didn't ground the car until July when I received bills for the car and I realized that it was still at the dealership. I went in and the General Manager told me that this wasn't his problem it was mine. He said it wasn't his responsibility to do this. Nissan tells me otherwise. I now have this on my credit report which Nissan is trying to help me get taken care of. I have bought 6 Nissans at Moses in Huntington and 1 at Bill Cole. I will go back to Moses from now on.

The salesman was great, manager was great, financial dept. Was great!! All my business was actually after closing time and the involved staff stayed late to accommodate my deal!! Will do business there again!!

One of the maint. managers when my car was brought into the shop reported that I needed new cv joints and new brakes/rotor or drums on my car. Did not ask if or when I had last had them looked at. Just said they were very bad. Sad thing was those items had all been replaced less than two months before. I knew there was a noise and knew what the cause was. So first impression was not good. I got the impression that all he wanted to do was perform a service that was not needed. The only good thing was that the replacement of the air bag on the vehicle did not take as long as anticipated. I was not shown the defective part so will have to assume it was replaced. (Air Bag Recall)

our sales person Tom was great and very helpful and the finance man was great also, they actually made car buying an enjoyable experience. Very pleasant, very helpful and not pushy like some places we been. I would recommend that if you are shopping for a vehicle you need to try Bill Cole Auto Mall before making any decision.

Financial person raised the deal at the very last moment. Totally unbelievable. I have bought probably close to 20 vehicles in my life and I have never experienced anything like this. Bill Cole take notice, you had better straighten this dealership up before you go out of business. I hope you don't plan on running the state of West Virginia like this.

We found a new Honda vehicle on cars.com at this dealer. We sent them an email that we were interested in buying it. We received a telephone call from them within the hour. The representative confirmed the price and that the car was still in stock (in three different colors) for that price. He also told us about a bonus trade-in special that they were offering through the end of the week for all new car purchases. We went the next day and test drove the car. When we started to complete the paperwork, we were very disappointed. They did not honor the cars.com price, and they did not honor the trade-in special that we were promised. This happened despite the fact that we told them about the cars.com price and the trade-in special that we were promised when we arrived and when we spoke with the sales manager. We left the dealer and went to another one to buy our new car. We cannot, in good conscience, recommend this dealer.

Britton Huffman is a quality salesman. His honesty and willingness to show and tell us about the Honda Fit pretty much sold us on the vehicle. The dealership couldn't keep the Fit..they sold as soon as they got one. Britton called us when the dealership got the vehicle in, we test drove the Fit, and we were sold. Could not believe that after I bought a truck with a tow hitch to tow my boat, I could not tow it until I got a wiring harness installed at an extra cost. I did not know it was not wired until after I got home and looked to see where the wires were at. Pretty crappy business, would not do it again. Probably has nothing to do with the dealer, but Honda itself. Unbelievable.

We were just out running errands and decided to see what was available that we might be interested in. We were there a few months ago, and I fell in love with a used red GMC Terrain. We didn't even test drive it. But we later decided we'd like something more economical. The salesman was extremely courteous but did not try to pressure us at all. We told him our preferences, and he did everything he could to meet them. I did really want a 'red' 'red' vehicle. What he brought to us was a maroon Honda CRV EX-L. It did have 'red' in the name of the color..it just was a different shade than what I had in mind. I'm adjusting. We drove home in torrential rain on Saturday, and the car was not moved the next day. I drove it to work today, and so far, I am loving it. Still learning all the features. We asked a million questions of the salesman, and he had a million and one answers. He didn't try to feed us a bunch of baloney, so we had confidence in him. He was genuine. So far, that's my story, and I'm sticking to it!

The people at this dealership provided the best car buying experience my wife and I have been through in years. There was no haggling or game playing involved. I simply told them which vehicle we wanted and how much we wanted to spend, and they made it happen. This makes the second car we've purchased at Bill Cole... for this reason. The only thing I might suggest is to the dealership is to refrain from screwing that big, ugly, plastic license plate box onto the front bumper. For those of us who do not require a front mounted license plate, there's no need for that box. But if I remove it -- which I want to do -- there will be two holes in the bumper. This must be a relatively new practice. We bought an Accord last year at Bill Cole and it came without the ugly box attached. I understand the idea is to include a Bill Cole plate on the front of the car. But this should be done with the customer's blessing...not forced. Thanks.

I got my problem fixed. I was comfortable in the waiting room. The person I talked to was very friendly. I had questions and he answered everyone of my questions. They were quick about getting my services done. I couldn't remember the person's name that I spoke with but He was nice and friendly and had all the answers. I will come back for more services.

After having a very bad service experience at a different Nissan dealership I brought my Juke to Bill Cole's Nissan and even though I hadn't purchased the vehicle there the service department and staff were excellent to us. Worked in a timely manner, communicated well with me and treated me as if I was their only customer. Great experience! I plan to have my Juke services by Cole's Nissan only in the cuter and if I purchase another Nissan it will be from Bill Cole! Thanks

I bought a new Versa in November. I at this time receiving the free oil changes but due to the wonderful service that I get I am bringing my truck to Bill Cole's to get serviced now. I felt welcome from the time that I pulled into the garage until the time that I pulled out. The service men are friendly and willing to explain everything to customers what is going on or that is wrong. The service area is clean and the service is great!

Salesman....excellent. Car...awesome. My only slightly negative comment would be that I like to think through my purchases. When buying the warranty on top of the purchase, I didn't feel fully prepared to pay extra for this. I wished I had some more time to have thought that through. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Although my 2013 Nissan Maxima was not purchased from Bill Cole's Nissan lot, the service department treated us as if we had purchased it from them and was very nice and was very informing on what they had found on our car. Would recommend anybody with service issues on a Nissan and lives in the Pikeville or Floyd County area to take it to Bill Cole's Nissan.

I bought a truck from bill Cole in Ashland and they have lied to me miss lead me now the truck has a warranty issue and they say there's nothing they can do I paid a lot of money out for a warranty that's not worth the paper it's written on don't buy anything from them you will be lied to
