Drove up from Massachusetts for a used vehicle and the Salesmen Seth Jud was top notch he spent a very long time with us and was very understanding and did not try once to force a sale. We were very happy with him. Then met the sales mgr. Mark Walton he was also top notch and had any issue with vehicle taken care of before we signed anything. This is the second time I bought a car through Bill Dodge, but the first time I went to the Brunswick, Hyuandi branch. Upon expressing interest in a Tuscon, the dealership worked with me to set up an appointment for an appraisal for my current car, test drive a couple of Tuscon's and answer any questions that I had. They were friendly, knowledgeable and above all very straight forward about what they could offer. As soon as I made the decision to purchase a new Tuscon, the sales manager was straight about the price they could give me, the deals I qualified for and how I could have the best experience buying my car. I got the discounted price up front and didn't have to worry about trying to haggle them down. I am very happy with my new car and happy that I chose Bill Dodge.

We were in the market for a compact SUV - hadn't considered Hyundai. After reading consumer reports, etc, we decided to visit Bill Dodge Hyundai to look at a 2016 Tucson. From the moment we entered the dealership until the moment our transaction was completed we were treated with courtesy and a patient, no pressure attitude. Seth Taylor was very enthusiastic, always smiling and answered every question (and we had a lot of them as we were leasing for the first time). If Seth couldn't answer, he called upon Luis who was able to. We did not leave with a car that day - decided to sleep on it - yet we were treated as if we were their best customers. We did decide to lease the Tucson and returned to finalize the transaction. Again, armed with a lot of questions regarding lease terms, etc. All three, Seth, Luis and Dave were patient and forthcoming. Overall, the most surprisingly pleasant car transaction we have ever had. A top-notch operation.

Seth sold me my first Hyundai in 2013. I purchased a fully loaded Sonata and loved it. I decided I wanted to try a Tuscon or Santa Fa this time around. We decided on the Tuscon. It had all the things my Sonata had, and more. I have bought many cars and have experienced pressure, but Seth always listens and is so knowledgable of every car. He really is an excellent salesman. Never pushy, always smiling and goes out if his way to find you the right vehicle. My Dad came in to have his Hyundai put through state inspection. The service department LIED to him and told him he needed over 3 THOUSAND dollars in repairs to pass inspection. NONE of those repairs were related to anything required by state law. I am urging my father to contact the state attorney generals office and report this dealership for trying to rip off a senior citizen!!!!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!!! I guarantee my Dad will never return here! Just because a person is elderly doesn't mean they are stupid and does NOT entitle YOU to their money!

Seth Taylor and his manager Ken made this the best possible car buying experience I've ever had. I spoke with Ken earlier in the week and informed him that I was interested in a specific vehicle and that I would be down in a few days to pick it up. He placed the car on hold with no reservations. He let me know that I Seth would be my salesman when I arrived. Seth promptly contacted me regarding my pending purchase and answered any questions I had. When I finally made it down, my new car was out front ready to go and all the paperwork ready to be signed. Seth was extremely patient with our children even when my toddler decided to throw a fit. We were in and out within the hour even with him going through all the options of the vehicle and I'm glad to say that I'm the proud new owner of a 2015 Veloster Turbo. While there for service on 11/06/15 I started looking at cars and began speaking to the sales manager, Al Lounder, then met with Seth Taylor who is a salesman there. Seth knows the inventory and all the vehicle features and benefits without looking them up. Just amazing !! The entire shopping experience was very easy. Well the things I dread most in life are trips to the dentist and trips to a car dealership, and not necessarily in that order. I had to do both this week and let's just say the trip to Bill Dodge Hyundai just changed my mind about new car buying. Here is the time line.Wednesday April 30 decided to buy a Sonata Hybrid, Wednesday afternoon receive a call from Patrick, told him what I wanted to spend and he said he would call back when the new rebates came out. Friday he called back and said he can do it for what I wanted to spend.Secured financing through my bank.Showed up on Saturday to all paperwork ready for signature and completed within 15 minutes. Nice to work with professionals like David. But the biggest thing and something that blew my mind was the integrity and honesty of this dealership. A mistake was made on the pricing that was in my favor and fully expecting them to change the deal because of it was shocked when they said they would honor the price I was quoted. Wow!!! Now that is incredible.Oh and no pushy up sales or add ons, phew.Then it was time for the vehicle walk through with Sean. What a great job he does. Very well explained and covered all the technological aspects of this incredible vehicle. Bravo Sean!I hope I am as impressed with the service after the sale as I am with the sale. Thank Bill Dodge Hyundai for selling cars with honesty and integrity and for changing my mind about how a car buying experience should be. I do a lot of travelling between my home and work. Because of that I needed to upgrade to a more efficient vehicle. I went searching first for a used Sonata at Bill Dodge used lot in Westbrook where I worked with Matt, after looking at my options I decided to go new. So being in Westbrook I went to the local Hyundai dealership which was not Bill Dodge and was very dis-satisfied with the pushy yet unresponsive sales team. I gave Matt a call back and told him what I wanted and he said they have a Hyundai dealership about 40 minutes away and could get one from them so I was very happy. I stopped in one day on my way back home and met Brock the sales person for Hyundai in Brunswick. He was very nice and didn't hesitate to start helping me and let me test out the car I wanted. He then went through about 4 other cars with me just so I was satisfied in the one that I had chosen. I left the dealership without making the purchase so I could think it over. At no time did anyone harass me or push me into making the purchase right then and there. Because I was in Westbrook, they brought the car down on 2 separate occasions for me and my wife to try. Never once did Matt, Brock, or any of the managers push us into buying the car or make any comments about how they had gone out of their way. To make a long story short, the deal took about 3 weeks to complete, but I did buy the car. During that time Matt and Brock reached out to me a couple of times which was nice but not overbearing or annoying. The price I got the car for and the buying experience I had working with both Matt and Brock was great. This was my 4th new car purchase and the first one where I didn't have buyers remorse from hurrying the deal or felt like I got the short end of the stick. I would definitely recommend buying a car from either of these guys and the dealership. Great Job to both of you I give you a 10 and will definitely recommend you to friends.

I contacted Bill Dodge and explained what we wanted and the price and Patrick within a half hour found a vehicle and then worked hard to get us a price we were comfortable with. I have owned a 2003 Hyundai since I bought it new and since it has given me 175,000 trouble-free miles, I was afraid to temp fate much longer. I began calling around Hyundai dealerships nearest me, namely, in Brunswick, Augusta, and Bangor.I also contacted each of these three by their websites. Every store responded, but Seth Taylor at Bill Dodge spent time finding out my story. What I wanted and when I wanted it and asked a thousand questions, never getting annoying, always friendly and he sounded smart.The other two dealers responded with a form and one made contact by phone, but his manner was not as friendly as Seth's. I know they both wanted to sell me a car, but one of them gave me the impression he was talking to me for his benefit, while Seth made me feel he wanted me to get something I wanted.Towards the end of the process, I was introduced to the service Dep't. Holly was super accomodating and friendly, as well.All in all, I must say this was the best car buying experience of my life. I'm almost 70 and have bought a few cars over the years.

Bob Couture greeted me with a friendly smile and handshake. I told him I saw someone driving a Tucson and wanted to find out more about it. We chose a car from the lot and took it for a test drive. I took the car home overnight and really liked it. There was no pressure to buy or lease. I came back a few days later to ask more questions and drove it again. Still no pressure. I liked his personality, he had a wealth of knowledge and was patient with me while I asked many questions (some of them for the second time). We talked to Bob and Stu about the situation and they went to work. Dave the finance guy also worked with us to find a solution that would fit. By the end of the day we got a wonderful deal that got us out of our broken car and into a new one. The whole team went above and beyond what they had to, to make it work for our family. We have a special needs child so having someone take the time and really care about you means a lot to us. They will be getting all of our business from now on. Pressure. The sales guy James, was fantastic in fact I am sorry he didn't get the sale but I know he was being pressured from the back end and in the end that reflected on my choice to leave. Calling is a nightmare, no one is available at their phone so you have to leave a message and then they'll call you back when they can. I wanted to finish this up in 1 day however when I was informed on a Saturday that I would have to come back Monday, after signing the paperwork and essentially owning the car to get it, that didn't sit well with me. Why did I go to another dealership that didn't insist that I pay for the brand new inspection sticker that according to you had to be put on before I could take the car, by Maine state law? And also why wouldn't you have staff on on a Saturday to put these stickers on?Here's a few helpful hints to maybe improve your service: LESS PRESSURE, get your sales people some computers or tablets! I had to go home to pull up the stock # of a vehicle that I went there interested in because no one knew what I was talking about. Get a politer finance manager and one who has decent phone skills, for some reason I had to call back at 5:15 on Saturday to find out what was going on, and then my sales guy had to do the talking because Chris was heading out of the office. And no call until after 11 on Monday after I left a message at 9. I was already at another dearlship.Your biggest mistake was letting me walk away after 2 days of dancing around. That's ok though, thank you for the better deal I got somewhere else and the 1 day sale I got there too!

I emailed Seth over the weekend about a car we had seen on the lot. I expressed that I had already driven another vehicle at another dealership which had given me an offer on my trade. He responded quickly and assured me he could meet the trade in value offered. On Monday morning we went in, met Seth, test drove the car and within 4 hours we were out the door with a 2011 Hyundai Sonato with 11K. The entire experience was not at all what I had expected. There was no haggling or high pressure. Seth was able to meet the trade in I was offered and also beat a loan rate I was given at my credit union. I would definitely recommend Bill Dodge as well as Seth Taylor to all of my friends & family in the market for a new car.

I needed a new vehicle considering my suv was draining my wallet, however, dealerships give me anxiety, however I had to do something, so I contacted Heather Sullivan at Bill Dodge in Brunswick, thru a referral my friend had given me. I told Heather upfront how I felt about sales people, managers, and the dealership itself. I was very nervous about even stepping foot in the door, however, when I arrived Heather greeted me at the door, and she had already done her homework, so I wouldnt have to wait around. She had brought up a Kia that I was interested in from the Westbrook location, and had also picked out a Hyundai for comparison for me to test drive. She was great! I wasnt prepared to buy immediately, but she wanted me to take one of them overnight, so I could really experience the car. I was very impressed considering I had no intention of actually buying one. The rest of the sales people along with the manager, Chris, was very kind, too. I did not feel uncomfortable there at all...it was really nice! I worked with the manager for the price that suited my needs and budget and he was able to make it happen. In 3 days of contimplating, I walked out of there with a brand new car! This was my best experience ever! Thank you Heather for making it so pleasant!!!

From the first time I walked into Bill Dodge, I was greeted with a smile and a friendly voice. James introduced himself and he was eager to help me. He asked me the reason for my visit and I told him I was curious about what they had for Hyundai Elantras on the lot. He was very helpful showing me what was on the lot, but unfortunately it did not meet my needs. When I explained I was looking for a 6-speed manual car, James told me that they were expecting one to arrive in 2-3 weeks and would I be interested in test driving it when it arrived. I said I was but I wanted to look at other cars as well. He gave me his card and told me to call him anytime if I had any questions. After a week, I decided I wanted to put a deposit down on that car and again James was nice and polite when I went to see him. Overall, I had a great experience and I would recommend to anyone that they visit this dealership and ask for James Parr.

This was my first time buying a car on my own, i was worried i would feel pressured and end up settling for a vehicle i didn't 100% want. I went to a few other dealerships and felt as if it was work to leave, and i felt pressured to make a decision asap. I was a little unsure about going all the way to Brunswick (since i live an hour away) but after the first time i spoke with Seth on the phone i felt comfortable. Within a few days of going to the dealership i had purchased my vehicle, i am a 100% satisfied with the vehicle i bought, the monthly payments i have and the service! While waiting for paper work and such i wasn't left alone to just sit there and wait. Other salesmen spoke with me and the time flew by. If i had any questions they answered them and if it was a question they were unable to answer they told me where to find the answer. I highly recommend Bill Dodge Brunswick to everyone. I have heard horror stories about car buying and i have seen first hand just how horrible of a experience it can be, buying my car was fun it wasn't stressful. It was how buying a car should be! This is the 3rd vehicle that I have purchased at Bill Dodge Brunswick. I started with a 2007 Soonata GL. My next car was a 2008 VeraCruz GLS. And just the other day I purchased a 2011 Tucson Limited. Bob, the salesman has been an exceptional person, his demeanor prior to the final sale is just as good as when you sign the final paapers. The service is also another reason that I have returned to Bill Dodge. When I walk through the door I am greeted by Chad in a very professional manner. I came in to have the oil changed and 15,000 mi service on my Santa Fe (that Bob sold me two years ago). I saw the Entourage on the lot, Bob showed it to me, I made them an offer, they made it happen. I traded for my two old dogs. They had difficulty getting into ...and riding in...the Santa Fe. The Entourage is lower and has more room for them. I was clear in my offer and got absolutely no "sales pressure" from the people involved. MY KIND OF BUSINESS DEALINGS.

Me and my wife needed a new vehicle,we had gone to a few other places that didnt provide very good customer service and didn't seem to willing to help with our situation. charlie was amazing with looking for something that was in our range and kept me and my wife laughing the whole time. Melissa did an outstanding job going over the finance part of it. She really does love her job and it shows. My wife & I purchased a 2010 Santa Fe from Seth Taylor, whom we found to be very amiable and conscientious. He was exceptionally well informed of all the features and functions of the Santa Fe. When we purchased the vehicle, he took us around and showed us the various departments at the dealership and had an accurate answer for every question posed to him. The finance officer, I forget her name, was very helpful and professional. She went our of her way to find the best financing available for us, beating our own banks' rate by several percent. The two gentlemen who worked with me took all the time necessary to search their inventory, and saw to it that I had the information I needed to make a wise choice. Items were addressed as I wanted. Work was done in a very reasonable time frame. I needed regular servicing as well as a warning light checked out. I also asked for a damage estimate. I had originally asked for my windshield to be replaced but Dan contacted me and was up front about the entire process. Turned out to be more convenient to have that work done locally. I appreciate him being straightforward.

The visit was for a recall item and a warranty repair of the mirrors. I was greeted like I was checking into a good hotel - friendly smile and caring attitude. I added a tire rotation and was assured that I would be taken care of in a timely manner. I asked to be called when the work was done and they actually called me withing 3o minutes of the scheduled appointment. When I picked up my car, they showed me a very dirty cabin air filter that they had replaced and I quickly paid my bill and had my keys. I was impressed with the overall feeling I had from this experience.

My wife and I had been browsing for a car to replace our 1999 Honda CR-V for some time and hadn't really thought of Hyundai until she saw one on display in a mall while Christmas shopping. After thorough research on the internet (quality, safety and price) we went to our local dealer (Bill Dodge Hyundai)to test drive 2 vehicles that were on sale. Both were priced well below Edmund's TMV. Seth Taylor was the salesman who greeted us. Seth was very friendly and gave us a complete and accurate showing of the vehicles, we also test drove both. Seth was never pushy during negotiations and I feel that we got a very fair deal. I would also like to thank General Manager Mike Hurd. Mike took the time late on a Saturday to come and chat with us and to personnally help us get the best rate possible for financing. Mike also helped us with an item overlooked during negotiations, thanks again. The car was ready on Monday for pick up at the arranged time, was clean and ready to go.

I went to Maine to buy a BMW from Bill Dodge Auto Group. The car was delayed and the group offered a Hyundai Veracruz as a loaner. It was an outstanding vehicle and I think anyone considering a SUV should consider the VeraCruz. It handles great and even has a cooler in the center console. It had lots of nice features. I got to see several dealerships in the auto group and both were clean, well maintained and everyone that I met was friendly and helpful. The whole Bill Dodge dealership group treated me very well and Mike Hurd was a pleasure to work with. I didn't meet everyone but I feel confident that others in the auto group want to work with buyers. Great bunch of people!Thanks for all of your help.

I had a problem with the ESC warning light a few days after purchase. Not only did Bill Dodge Hyundai get me in the day I called, there was no charge for replacing the switch.

The reasons I bought from Bill Dodge Hyundai:Bob Couture is a NO Pressure sales person. He is very knowledgeable, and listens to your needs and concerns. He worked with me and was very impressive. The General Manager looked at my trade-in gave me an initial NO Pressure price for buying a new Sonata. He then contacted another buyer who buys hi-mileage vehicles and the General Manager then raise the trade-in price making a good deal a better one. I appreciate the effort. The Office manager offered me a good loan without pressure even though I paid cash. I wasnt sure I was going to buy the car but with the simple offers and no heavy pressure made it easy to say YES. I am impressed the organization.
