I know some people like these guy, but I have just constantly had odd experiences here. I went to buy a car for my college daughter and told them we wanted to stay around 12k and the rep continuously did not listen and triend to get her into a 25-30k car. She is a 19 year old teacher. Then I have called parts and usually got decent help until I got some grumpy guy that continued to complain and when they did not have a part in stock (For $81 when elsewhere the same exact one is $15 aftermarket- $40 same part and mfg) he grunted "We pay for the catalog, so we won't give part numbers over the phone" Yea, that's the way to give 5 star customer service. Can't give a part number you can easily get on line. Quite your job grumpy or move to a dept you don't have to talk to people.

Went to ford for sole purpose of purchasing the Bronco, the window sticker said the price was 30,500. This was in our budget, so we decided to take the car for a test drive, while waiting on a dealer plate, we were informed by an associate that the dealership was charging 4,000 more than the sticker price. We asked why and our associate had no idea why. I feel as though they were basically trying to rob me. I think there actions are incredibly dishonest. If there sticker would've had the amended price. We would have been able to make an informed decision before any potential test drive. BAD BUISUSINES!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL TELL ANYONE AND EVERYONE WHAT THEIVES YOU ARE!!

Finally a young man approached us with no greeting. Asked what we were interested in and what we wanted to spend. We said about $20,000 and then asked for a price on a particular car and he said he would go inside and get it for us. He slowly walked across the parking lot kicking stones and then stood behind a car. We waited and watched him and concluded he wasn’t at all interested, and so we drove out. Not another soul shopping for a car there. What treatment!

I ordered a 2016 Tacoma with Bill Dube at a very good price. At first the communication was not the best as I had to keep calling in to check on the status rather then them calling me. After a few weeks I was told they could get me the exact truck I ordered but only a few days later they told me Toyota did not accept the order/changes and they could get me a very similar truck but not the exact one I ordered. The difference in the truck was only a certain package so it was still very close. I decided to still order the truck. It took approx. 2 months to get delivered. Although it took some time, Bill Dube did come through with their promise. Thank you for being honest and keeping you word!

Ashley in Internet sales was very helpful in giving a conservative but informative quote before our arrival. She was great with email contact (phone was hard as I'm a teacher) and set up our test drives. When my boyfriend & I went into the dealership we were greeted by Brian & he showed us several vehicles we were interested in. We took a RAV4 for a test drive & knew instantly it was the vehicle for us. We had a pretty rigid idea of where we wanted to be financially and Brian listened to our needs & never pressured us. He didn't make us feel inadequate or unable to afford the vehicle of our dreams because we were firm with our financial needs. Brian & the team were finally able to meet us where we needed financially and get us into our dream vehicle at a price that was perfect for us. We met with Chris in finance who was down-to-earth and very approachable. He explained everything in buyer-friendly terms and offered personal opinions that were exceptionally helpful. Our inspection was taken care of while we waited & when we left we were personally invited to an upcoming 'new owner night' at the dealership. My boyfriend & I couldn't have asked for a better first-time leasing experience. We would recommend Bill Dube to anyone & will do business with them in the future. We love our RAV4!

My overall service experience was very good. The service associate at the counter was very friendly and professional. My only issue is one of me not doing my homework. When my leased 2014 Corolla was sold to me I was told it came with a no cost maintenance plan and the sales associate was very clear about there being no maintenance costs through the 3 years (or 36,000 miles) lease of my vehicle. In my mind a 'no cost' maintenance plan meant that there would be no costs to me for maintenance when that's not what it means at all. The plan does cover oil changes, tire rotations, inspections and any warranty items but everything else is my responsibility. For example I had to pay $37 for a cabin air filter at my 15,000 mile service. Like I said, I'm chalking this up to me not doing my homework and remembering the advice that nothing is free, even a no cost maintenance plan.

We purchased a 2011 Nissan Sentra. We knew it wasn't going to be perfect but we decided to give it a try. Yes, we found a few issues which we took up with the service dept. I will tell you that we have heard horror stories about your service dept., but our only concern is how you treat us. We were pleasantly surprised with how everything was handled. We have one outstanding item left to resolve but we were sent to Somersworth Nissan to have the problem looked at and hopefully resolved. We also leased a 2014 Ford F-150 (new) and when an issue arose it was taken care of (it was the same when we bought our 2008 - new). So far so good. We still have that one issue with the Sentra and as soon as Nissan can check it out we'll be back for the resolution.

This may be my last car, as I am retiring; however, I never know. In any event, I would not even think about going to any other dealer than Dube. I have not had a previously owned car since I was in my early thirties but have had many new ones. Dube Toyota Ford Scion has been the best experience I have had, with the person finding my car, the salesman, the financial manager, and the manager. I did hear a sound in my car, called the dealer and they had me bring it in the next day. They found the minor problem, fixed it, explained it so I understood it and I was on my way. I found the service and the service workers excellent and left feeling like I was really someone special.

Purchased a Toyota Prius C. Started as internet search with Ashley and JJ to find out what was available and the price. Negotiated with them a bit and arrived at price. Met Jason, sales guy, at dealership and took for ride. Experience with all was very low key which I liked. Vehicle was purchased with financing through them which was fine. Only suggestion I would make is that prior to final meeting with finance guy, we are told about service options in advance. Although a very good guy, service options with financing was more aggressive than sales portion. In addition, one is not allowed to think about it and come back a few days later if your intent is to pay for service on time. (At least as I understood it). Chose no service option, just basic Toyota coverage. If had data in advance, might have made a different decision. However, really not that big of a dealThanksRick

Staff was great. It's to early to see how the work holds up. Work was done in a timely manner. One piece of molding I ask them to fix they put back on after being ripped off by the wind. I could have done that myself. They put it on and said if it comes off again they will epoxy it. I wanted it fixed not just put back in place, to come off later, and another trip for fixing. A major complaint I have with all Toyota dealers is every time it's checked they tell me the battery terminals need cleaning. For a minimal fee of $25 - $31.00 they will clean them. Since the first oil change this has happened no matter where I take it. It would take a good tech. 5 minutes to fix it w/o asking. It would be a done deal until a battery change if they coated it with a corrosion inhibitor. Give a little you may be surprised in the benefits.

When I arrived at Bill Dube Ford I was immediately greeted by Andy Boston. He was friendly, helpful, and determined to make sure I walked (or drove) away with what I was looking for. He ensured that all of my questions were answered with confidence and detail. At no point in my visit did I feel pressured to make a purchase however confident that I was making the right one. This experience erased the idea that many buyers have about dealers and dealerships. In no way did I feel that Andy was only doing it for his dime or convenience. I will NEVER use another dealership or dealer. Andy's efficiency and positive attitude made the experience and atmosphere stress free and enjoyable while I made the decision to drive away in my RAV4. When we went inside to figure out the logistics of the purchase Andy showed his strong will to have me leave in the car I fell in love with. He worked with his management and financial team and together they created exactly the deal that I was looking for. I don't have amazing credit and they made the phone calls and sacrifices to make sure that I was happy. I would also like to mention how attentive and welcoming the Bill Dube Quick Lane is. Since I had my last car I have been going there and like I said about the dealership, I will NEVER go to another location for a service. Thank you Bill Dube and a HUGE thank you to Andy Boston!! I recommend this location and dealer to my greatest ability.

We bought a Ford Escape, I would have like more for my trade and wanted a bit more of a car than what we got for what we paid. Sales guy was great, def. will recommend him to others. There was a pretty significant mix up when the sales manager put the numbers together so after signing we had to go back in and found out we owed more. No happy about this at all, wish it never happened. Something so important like calculating numbers was so easily overlooked. We were at the dealership longer than we felt necessary. I really wish once we sat down we stayed in that one spot but no we had to move three times in the time we were there as the sales guys don't have there own desks. I wouldn't give the dealership 5 star but def. give the sales guy a 5 star and then some.

After getting my new SUV with Bill Dube Ford, I was so very happy. I absolutely love the vehicle and it's exactly what I needed. Then someone smashed into my new car (I wasn't in it so that was good) and pushed mine into a vehicle in front of me. To say my Escape looked like an accordion is an understatement! So, I called Bill Dube for help. I didn't know whom to call or what to do. I had never experienced anything like this before. I was very upset. Even though it wasn't their responsibility, the fellow (I forget his name) who took my call was calm and walked me through how to get my vehicle towed, and recommended a body shop for me that was local to where I live. He calmed me down and got me through a very difficult situation. Then they also worked with the body shop to get everything we needed to make my vehicle like new again. I am doing my "happy dance". I have my SUV back again, and it's just like new...again! Calling Bill Dube Ford is just like calling family to me. They are more than just a car company!

the staff member (gentleman in his 50's) who wainted on me was very efficient, pleasant and helpful. However, there was a young woman behind the desk who felt compelled to force her opinions on people coming in for service. She was very disparaging toward other service providers in the area, and spoke loudly and at length. I found her insistence on forcing her opinion on other customers to be highly disruptive, obnoxious, and certainly not what I preferred to have listened to while waiting for my car to be serviced.I'm sure the young woman is sincere and well meaning, but this behavior is not pleasant.

I dealt with Harley and found him to be very personable. It was quite easy talking to him. He wasn't a stick in the mud, you know all business. He laughed with us and at the same time was very informative about the car I was looking at (the Focus). Being a Sunday, and after looking around all day, we were kind of rushing things a bit. That rush also included putting Harley on the spot and not letting him do his job. Harley, being true to his commitment to Bill Dube's, has been in touch with me since and has assured me that I can call him anytime about issues that may come up. He has set up my complimentary oil change for me already and is now handling my touch up appointment for me.Good job and Kudos to that young man.

I just bought a 2015 Tacoma Double Door, 4x4, L/B. My salesman was Shawn McKinney. He was top notch! I was in there 5 separate times before I finally bought from Shawn at Bill Dube. He never rushed me or made me feel pressured. He answered all my questions and pulled out vehicles which I was interested in, on several occasions. Each time he compared the options and trim lines for me. He offered me test drives on several occasions (I only needed to take one). He also searched the area for me, once I settled on a specific truck. I shopped Rochester Toyota, Portsmouth, Epping and Saco Maine. Then I came back to Dube to give you a "last look". At first you guys were WAY high, and after a second try you came up with an acceptable price. Shawn always got back to me with answers and even called me on this days off! Customers buy from people, not from companies. I felt comfortable with Shawn, and I believe he treated me fairly and honestly. I have now purchased four cars at Dube in the last 11 years (3 new, one with 10K miles). I have sent three friends to Dube's, who bought cars in the last three years. I will continue to recommend Dube's for Auto Sales. On the negative side, Dube's Service Dept has a reputation of being very high priced, and that of pushing un-needed work on the customer. This has also been my experience. I just priced a new transmission (for my 2011 Sienna AWD). You were almost twice what your competitor was! A new Toyota brand transmission is around $3300 (not dealer cost), and the work should take about 15 hours. I was quoted $6800, which works out to be around $235 per hour of labor!!! I do not shop Dube's for service work and I highly recommend against Dube's Service Dept. to my friends.Also, you "signed" this request for feedback "Bill Dube Ford". You tout yourselves as a family business since 1975. Well then make it personal! The man working the desk (didn't get his name) was friendly and professional, the waiting room was large, bright, clean and had WiFi so I was able to work on my laptop while I waited. I recently had my first service done at Bill Dube on my 2014 Ford Escape. The experience was nothing short of stellar. Ian checked me in after I found out the quick lane could not do recalls. That did not upset me as it was my fault for not getting the recalls done earlier. Ian was very accommodating and respectful. He kept me updated with the progress and my car was completed in the expected time period. The only suggestion I might have would be to have recalls (at least the easier ones like mine was) available at the quick lane. If it requires a certified Ford mechanic, then have someone trained in that at the quick lane as well. Other than that, Bill Dube considers to go above and beyond for their customers.

Well, if you're an old lady you'll love the overheated/underventilated waiting area. Twenty feet away is a pleasantly cool sales & show room area. It's not fun waiting for your car to get fixed. Hello...HVAC? Service guys are fairly lackadaisical about making more than a token effort and you'll never get more attention than a appointment a week later. And bring wipes...mechanics leave grease on the steering wheel. But in reality, this is actually a better than average shop and I still recommend it.

I had to write a note of gratitude with the fantastic service I received in the Service Department working with Ian Cavanaugh. My car was inspected for the state of NH, I had what is called "the works" done (oil and filter change, tires rotated, multi-point car inspection, battery and brake test), and the oil pan replaced. My car was kept overnight at my request during a snowstorm, and Ian kept me informed the each day of its progress. When I picked up my car the next day, it did not look as though it had been wiped of snow... to my delight, it appeared as though it was garaged the whole night! What a treat! Ian called at noon and told me the bolt had been too rusty on the oil pan too remove and had to be drilled out, but he applied a discount of 10% that was on the website (treat 2) When I picked up the car to pay, Ian met me and I had definitely had treat 3#! The quote for the oil pan was $285, the "works" was $40, and the service department had a coupon for a $14.95 state inspection, but my total bill was only $266. Amazing... when do you ever go to a Service department and pay less than the quote? I always have this experience with Ian, which is why I will be going back and referring Ian at Bill Dube Toyota. He is an asset to this company and I truly hope you share this feedback with him. Best regards

The most amazing car buying experience ever!!! I walked in not expecting to buy a vehicle but just to look. I originally went to get a ford edge and was steered toward the venza. Turns out it had everything I wanted and more for the same money as the ford I thought I wanted. I was pleasantly surprised when the dealership let me take the car overnight to make sure that it was a good fit for me.The warranty information was discussed with me fully and the gap insurance was a great deal. The waiting room had popcorn and coffee and plenty of toys to keep the kids busy while I filled out paperwork. They even helped switch over the carseat for me. Our objective was to buy a 2013 Toyota Prius, but we were not sure which model. There were many more models available than we expected. Our salesman, Mike, was very knowledgeable about the differences among the many models we looked over. He was patient and understood that we were new to the Toyota lineup. He went through the ones we liked the looks of in great detail and clearly answered our questions, even though some were asked more than once. The buying process was straight forward, no gimmicks, no pass-offs to another salesman, etc. At the end of the day, we were confident that we had been given all the information we asked for or needed to make our decision. Post the car part, we met with a different Mike (the financial guy) who explained all that we needed to know about Toyota service plans and payment plans and then make our selections. All of it was straight forward and handled efficiently. We will go back to Bill Dube when we are next ready to purchase a vehicle.
