This was my second new vehicle from this location. Dane and the sales team took really good care of me, my trade in, and a new vehicle. The truck I bought was built in March at the Kansas plant and sold to me in May here in Troy, Alabama. They gave me top dollar for my trade with zero hassle, literally the first offer was to pay my existing loan off in full. I could not be any happier with my experience. Nothing will ever replace the in person car buying experience. This was a start to finish one visit trade and purchase that took less than three hours. That’s really good time if you consider they had no idea I was going to stop in.

The service department here forgot the service. I was deliberately mislead about my car and had to call and get updates. After a week of delays and still no resolution I took my car to another dealership with 30 minutes who have already surpassed this joke of a service department. I gave them a 1 only because a zero isn't a choice. My recommendation would be find someone else to make your repairs.
