Not only was Jen outstanding throughout the entire buying process, but she tailored the car to our needs, instead of simply making a sale. She went above and beyond. We also were able to work with Eric, who sold us our Malibu back in 2013 since he is now in financing. He, too, was outstanding. If you're considering a car purchase, make sure you come here. I went in to purchase a car to replace one lost in an accident. A friend had suggested that I go through Sam's Club auto purchasing to save money. I was extremely happy to see that I could stay with Bill Kay because they were one of the dealers. I really didn't want to deal with a new dealership. Buying a new truck or car is supposed to be an enjoyable experience and IT WAS. How can you beat that? Tom was easy to talk with and there was NO pressure on making a quick decision. The rest of folks that you have to talk to when making a purchase were just as pleasant and helpful as Tom. Both the salesman/managers that we talked to were friendly and actually listened to what we wanted. The price for the trade-in of our classic vehicle was very fair (we had tried several other dealers). The were very helpful and took their time explaining the features of the car we purchased. The payment process was a bit tedious but I suppose that's to be expected.

Nobody applied pressure or interference of any kind. When I ultimately made my decision, the staff there provided all the assistance that I needed. Great sales person poor finance department and no communication after the sale. I was asked to buy gap insurance which I agree is great but when I added the car to my insurance they said I already had it. I attempted to contact the finance department by phone with no luck. I then emailed my sales person who emailed back and said someone would call me. I finally made the long drive back and was not happy when my original finance guy said it's easy to cancel and could have been done over the phone. I was the even more annoyed to here there would be no refund but a credit instead which I would have to wait for because the loan hadn't been processed yet. If the loan hadn't been finalized I should have been able to re do it without the gap insurance to which I believe finance must get a bonus for selling so no refunds. After talking to a sales manager I accepted that I was screwed and would wait for the credit.to show on my bill. I have made 2 payments and no credit and even though 3 people, my sales person, my finance person & the sales manager all knew how mad I was no follow up. The only correspondence from Bill Kay is repeated requests for survey completions which I didn't want to do with negative emotions. Thanks I hopeDave Rippinger

I went to buy a car for my son. They showed us a car and it broke down on the test drive. They fixed it and raised the price $500. They had a different car and when we saw it had an oil leak. They said they would fix it. The mechanic there said it needed a part but they sent it elsewhere and they said it was fine and they just cleaned up the oil. After a test drive we could see it was leaking. They said they did an used car inspection but they would not tell me what they inspected. They gave me an inspection report which was 4 lines. One line said they changed the oil and a second line said they changed the oil filter. They avoided direct simple questions so avoid telling the truth. I had the money to pay cash for the car but we had to request our deposit back because they would not fix what they said they would. I would not buy a used car from them! I can't trust them!

I went to this dealer with my hopes and dreams high. I wanted to invest in a new car so I could avoid problems and repairs down the road or a least for a few years yet this is what i got right away!..I bought a New 2016 Spark Ls at this dealer. The worst new car for being new! It makes sounds when you turn the wheels and when you change from R to D. I took it to the dealer for inspection and the service department told me that they did not heard or find anything wrong with the car! after they gave it back to me to take home it was still doing the same so I ask the sales man and the mechanic if i could show it to them and after they heard it. The sales man thought it was the wheel and the mechanic said it was the brakes! but the mechanic Robert said NOT to worry it was normal for the brakes to make sounds! I told him that the car was very stiff and he answered that it was just the way the car was built! I am still worry the I am stuck with a car the will keep giving me problems! this is what I wanted to avoid 1st and most!...I try new cars before and they do Not make sound or have problems brand new unless they are defected! I am NOT happy with this car but the option to change it they said it would cost me to lost $2600 !!!...I am NOT rich person !I can NOT afford to loose that much money for one week use!!! So I am stuck with this piece of crap!! and I am NOT happy about this!! NOT AT ALL!!!

The costumer service I received from Paul L and Joe K was out of this world. I walked in and they treated myself and my family like we were old friends. They were extremely knowledgeable about the used car I was interested in and explained to me everything I would need to know about the maintenance and the up keep of the car. They really made me feel confident in the purchase and for the first time after buying a car I did not immediately have buyers remorse. They made sure I purchased a car that is safe and affordable for my family. I will be purchasing all of my future vehicles from this dealership, and I would recommend everyone else does that same.

I received a message from Ryan to call him back. I forgot about the call until the next week, which was nice not having someone bombard me with calls. I called and Ryan told me that they were interested in buying back my 2012 Cruze. I agreed to have someone call me back. I didn't plan on purchasing a new car that day, but when David Grelck called me back, I decided to see what they had to offer. I had already been looking at the Trax because of the email that David had sent out the day before stating that they had deals going on. David was very pleasant and personable. We talked like we were old friends. He showed me the Trax that I had asked about and then we walked around the lot looking at other models/colors of other Trax. When I saw the pearl color on another vehicle, David said that he would check to see if the Trax came in that color. He checked his inventory and when they didn't have it, he started searching other Chevy dealers in the area. He found the car I wanted and came up with some pretty good numbers, so how could I pass this up. I got a very good trade in on my Cruze and they made sure that I had all the promotions that I was eligible for. The wait was typical of any purchase, but the time went by quickly talking to David about his house and dogs. Then I went into the finance guy, Eric, and we flew thru the paperwork, even though he explained every step of the way. He was a pleasure to work with also. My car was out of town, so I was able to pick it up the next day. I was greeted by David and he went through all the features of the car and set me up on OnStar. I had a wonderful experience, got a great deal, and own the car I dreamed of having!

The showroom was very clean and organized. We were never pressured at anytime to purchase a car. Bill gave us the deal we were looking for in a TRAX LT. It had more features than we were looking for, but the price was still within our budget. Bill explained all the features and showed us how they worked. David was able to help me find the exact truck that I was looking for and made sure multiple times that everything was explained, I had no questions, and that I was 100% satisfied. When we had first gotten to the dealership I had my 2 year old daughter with us and he even went out of his way to make sure she was happy and content multiple times. Once we had finalized everything with David we moved onto Eric and he was exceptional as well. He also made sure everything was explained to me and went over any questions I had in depth. I did my due diligence in researching my new vehicle purchase. I am a long time Chevy Truck owner, and was on the fence about downsizing from a Full Size Truck (Tahoe Z71), to 2016 Colorado. I searched every Chevrolet Dealer from Glendale Heights, to Glen Ellyn, to St Charles, to Naperville, and finally Bill Kay Chevrolet in Lisle. I was fortunate to be introduced to a seasoned Professional Sales Representative (Bill Baresch). Bill''s knowledge and experience made our negotiations an absolutely pleasant experience. I went in knowing what I wanted out of the deal, and Bill worked for days to make sure we reached the goals. Bill also saw to it that the additional Oprions and Add-ons I requested were performed within a requested timeline, and kept me apprised of the progress until those goals were met. The day I took delivery of my new vehicle, Bill took the time to go over the entire set up of the Onstar, linking my Phones through Blutooth, as well as demonstrated the vehicles controls. I have bought several new vehicles over the years, and I can honestly say, this was by far the most positive experience to date. Nicely done.

Bill Baresch took the time to get to know me and what my preferences are from the 1st time he sold me a car in 2007. Bill has sold me 5 vehicles. He is efficient and professional in all his actions and his knowledge of the product line is outstanding. This was a program car and had a few minor repairs that were needed He worked with the service department, even coming in on his day off to ensure all items were addressed. I also had some dealer installed options added Mark Bowling the service manager also kept me informed of the order and repair status and explained each repair that was corrected and the actions they took. from my 1st car in 1976 to this last purchase I have never worked with and better dealership. I wish other customer service organizations would model their teams after the level of service and professionalism Bill Kay provides.

My sense is that since they deal with so many Corvettes you get a more knowledgeable team to match what you want and what you want to pay for it.If you're in the market for a Corvette, give them a try. Recently, we helped a friend purchase her first car (a used car) as she needed reliable transportation to and from school. We had spoke on the phone and Bill had the truck I was interested in ready for inspection as promised. I recently purchased a pre-driven, 2014 Equinox. My experience began when I arrived at Bill Kay dealership with my girlfriend. She was getting the oil changed on her 2003 Corvette. I had been looking around for a newer vehicle, with some miles, to replace my aging 2005 Malibu. Bill Baresch approached us in the show room. He asked if we were looking to buy. I told him I was actually looking for a used Equinox. I gave him some parameters and he immediately began his search. After a short while he discovered that a 2014 Equinox parked outside was still available. I took it for a test drive and was sold on the vehicle. Eric P. was very accommodating. Bill and his trainee Casey, were great. I would recommend this Dealership any time.

My husband was looking at the latest mailing that came from Bill Kay on Friday. "Look at these low payments! We could afford to buy you that new car that you were thinking about." He didn't realize that they were for leasing, but we both thought maybe the 2016 cars would be on sale now. I had looked at a Spark, so I went online to see what Bill Kay had in stock. The first one that caught my eye was a new shade of purple. It was darker, and more intense than the previous years. That got me going. I really missed my purple Z28 Camaro, that I had bought in 1998, and since Bill Baresch had custom-ordered my husband's new 2016 Camaro SS back in September, I called him, and asked if I could come by and check out a Kalamata Metallic Spark. The rest is history. He got me through the whole process without even needing to disturb my husband's nap. I have re-established my own credit, thanks to the fantastic financial team, and was home in time for dinner. My husband is taking the same loving care of my new wheels, as he does with his own SS. Hand washed and waxed first thing the next morning, and dusted off, and detailed daily. He's so thrilled with his new Camaro, I'm surprised that my lowly 85hp Spark is getting so much attention. When we needed a new air conditioner yesterday, my car had a big enough cargo space with the rear seats down, to do the job, when his Camaro couldn't. Bill always treats us like royalty, and is a great down-to-earth kind of guy. The staff had my car washed, and prepped for me, and when Bill handed me my keys, he sat down inside and helped me figure out some of the many features my car has. We have purchased a number of new Chevrolets from Bill Kay, since 1997, and have high praises for both the sales and service departments. Thanks Bill!P.S. I had to dye my hair a lovely shade of purple to match my new car, hubby thought that my orange hair was passe' like the orange Aveo that I traded in. Maybe if Chevy makes a new Camaro in Purple in a few years, I'll be ready.

I purchased a classic corvette that I followed for two months on the internet. Jonathan kept me up to date until I could visit the store. (200 miles distance). the vehicle was just as he described and was cleaned and ready for us ( my wife and myself) to test drive. No pressure to buy. I have been in the market for a manual transmission convertible for nearly two months now. Have been doing tons of lookiing online for the right car. During my search, I happened to drive by Bill Kay Corvettes and Classics on Ogden in Downers Grove. Despite not having considered looking at a Corvette to fit my bill for a new car, I wanted to stop in to look at the cars, since I am definitly a fan of classics, and the Corvette is surely an American classic.I was greeted by Jonathan Forkal who offered his assistance. I mentioned why I stopped by and added that I would be interested, since I was there, to look at what's available in my price range. Why not, afterall? I have to admit I was most likely out of my price range. He knew right off the bat which cars were in my price range, and requirement for a convertible with manual trans. I wasn't sure I liked the choices, so I mentally upped my price range. Meanwhile, Jon had to attend to an issue inside, so I walked the lot alone to look at the cars. Upon his returning, I asked several questions about a few of the cars that interested me, and I focused on a 2003 anniversary Corvette. I looked it over with him, asked several questions about the car (since I really didn't know much about Corvettes - especially if I was considering owning one. I decided to take a test ride with him after asking about the price which was more than $ 10k over my target price range.Jon let me drive the car wherever I wanted to go (within reason, I am sure) and I decided the car was willing to up my price range making the Corvette a great contender for a purchase . Jon worked with me on the carfax history, and online price comps with NADA. I also had access to my own pricing tools like Edmunds and KBB. We easily settled on a price with dealer manager Rick's approval, and I eventually drove off with a 2003 manual trans 50th anniversary Corvette convertible. They even let me keep my Jeep at the property so I could drive the Corvette home and get my spouse to return to pick up the Jeep the next day.The car was nearly immaculate when I loooked it over, but Jon even commented on how it needed to be detailed for delivery. They do a great job detailing their used cars. Everyone who has since seen the car has been very impressed with its near-new condition despite being 13 years old . And I am really enjoying the Corvette, allowing me to feel like a teenager again when I drive it.To summarize: friendly, no-pressure, knowledgeable, helpful, enjoyable experience. They made me feel at home as opposed to typical dealerships where all you want to do is make a deal and run away from the less-than positive experience.If you are in the market for a Corvette of any age or a classic like the 1957 Chevy Nomad that was on the showroom floor at the time or a 1971 Lincoln Continental that they let me drive a couple of miles since I am into antiques vehicles and they were willing to do a two car deal with me, be sure to stop in and ask for Jon. I worked with Joe Komendanchik on the financing. I was able to get very good financing for a used car with my high credit score, and I even purchased a 3 year/36k mile nearly bumper to bumper warranty despite not usually buying warranties for anything. Joe was patient with me as I hemmed and hawed for what probably seemed like hours. I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision with a warranty. Joe walked through all the warranty choices available and worked with me a bit on the price. I feel I made the right decision. He even let me leave a deposit on my credit card and return later that week with a personal check for the balance of the cash portion of the deal. Again, I felt that ai was being dealt with as a valued customer and not just another opportunity to make a few bucks with overcharging on financing or selling me something I didn't need or want.I was met with a very friendly hello and congrats on my purchase from everyone who worked at the dealership despite their not playing a direct part in the deal. How often does that happen?! Despite my living in the city and being nearly 30 miles away from the dealer, I am definitely planning to have my car serviced at Bill Kay. I am anticipating the same level of friendly, straight-forward service when I do.

No Hype Nonsense that often a Consumer feels when purchasing a new vehicle. All the information was put on the table and procedures followed without a hassle. We didn't have to wait 30 - 40 minutes for the Car to be ready to test drive it, all the transactions were done smoothly, professionally and comfortably. As in any business or trade, there are employees who do the job because they have to and everyone comes with their own style or approach. Here at Bill Kay we felt as if our Salesman (Paul Labak) actually was able to take pleasure in doing his job. His demeanor and attitude all worked in his favor. I have seriously over many years walked away from car dealerships because of the Salesman's approach and over all demeanor.

I had not heard of Bill Kay Corvettes and Classics before I saw an ad in a local paper. A friend of mine and I went to look at a Corvette and met Jonathon Forkal . We spent almost two hours talking Corvettes with him. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and genuine. Not your typical used car salesman. We didn't find anything to buy that day, but he left a great impression. After looking again at their website I noticed a Corvette I overlooked and called him about it. After returning for a test drive I bought the car. One of the most comfortable car buying experiences I have had. No pressure, no BS, got all my questions answered promptly and a fair deal on my trade-in. Overall a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used Corvette or classic car.

I would like to share my awesome service experience at Bill Kay Chevrolet. First off my 2014 Camaro SS is not an everyday driver and only has 2000 miles on it and its 2 years old. The car has never seen snow or rain and only comes out on the nicest days and I never leave the car unattended (EVER). This car is extremely special to me and I dont like anyone near it. So when searching for someone to service this car I did my research and some recon and noticed their service department has some classic corvettes being restored at their location. Full restores including frame off restorations.. Once I seen this I was comfortable with leaving my car with them because I felt that my car would receive the attention that it deserves. It was clear that they were car guys!! I dropped the car off with Mark on a Thursday morning and he was extremely friendly at 6:55 AM. From there they offered me a shuttle to the Metra station at no charge. Big bonus! They called me later that afternoon and told me the car was ready to be picked up. Once I got to the dealer I had a few questions regarding what was done on my car. Without hesitation the young lady offered that Scotty (one of their Corvette gurus) worked on my car and would be available if I had questions. Scotty pulled my beast around back and shared that he recognized that this car was mint (in his own words) and chose to work on it. He also shared with me that he placed fender covers on her to ensure nothing got damaged. I asked several questions and he was more than accommodating with his responses. Great guy!! Long rambling story.. Bill Kay Chevrolet is a very knowledgeable and professional place to bring your high performance or family car for service.. I give them 10 starts!! Thank you!!

In some prior auto purchases at different dealerships, I felt that I was more informed on the model vehicle that I was planning to purchase by looking online at different features prior to visiting the dealership. I did not feel that way about Jose.....every question that I asked was answered completely without needing to discuss it with another sales person or the sales manager. The negotiation and paperwork were both handled efficiently and the truck was ready at the time of pick up.

Usually I leave after I have found the car I want because I find it stressful to deal with all of the "bargaining" that goes on, and my husband does the rest. I was contacted by Noel and David, they told me to come on down to get my car. Now, I'm not a person with great credit, but I have ok credit, and a loan on my car already. I was a bit hesitant. Well, we got there, took the car for a test drive, like it, and drove off with it. No BS, everything communicated on the phone played out as described. I first contacted Jonathan in April 2015 to inquire about purchasing a used Corvette. Although I was not financially ready to make a purchase yet, he continued to email me during the year with information about cars he had in stock and other events at the dealership. My experience with Bill Kay was very good. I hate the back and forth wheeling and dealing. Although I was buying the vehicle used, I still didn't want to deal with the wheeling and dealing. I told David Garza, my salesman what I could afford for payments, what vehicle I was trading in and how much I could use for a downpayment, then put the ball in his court. When he came back to me, my financing had been approved and my payments were less than what I had told them I could afford. Once the paperwork was ready to sign, I worked with Eric Pieroni. He walked me through all of the paperwork and offered me the extended warranty program. Now my used vehicle has a bumper to bumper warranty until 144,000 miles. Overall, it was a very easy, and fairly quick experience. I would definitely recommend using Bill Kay Chevrolet

We were allowed the freedom to walk the lot and look at the cars that were available. We thought that we had found the car that we wanted on-line, but being able to view all the cars pointed us to a 2015 Impala LTZ that we would not have considered otherwise. We test drove the car and purchased it the same day. Shawn, our salesperson, was patient and very low key. No pressure to buy, buy, buy. Or the famous "what can I do to get you into this car today?" The decisions were all ours.

This was the first time I've ever ordered a car directly from a manufacturer. It was nice being helped through the process, explained what options were available, shown how they look on the car, what they cost, etc. I was shown around the dealership to the various departments so that I would be familiar with them. Sales, Management and Finance were very patient with me through this process and very explanatory as to how things work and what to expect. They gave me a good value on my trade and a good, straight forward deal on the new car. When I'm ready to trade my new car in, I will return to place the order for whatever the new one will be.

I was able to test drive a vehicle, bring it to my house to get my family, I was informed of financing programs that were being offered as well as a list of which vehicles were on the lot. My salesman spent quality time explaining the features on the vehicle and setting each of them up. All terms of the transaction were fair and up front. Based on the purchase experience I would recommend a friend or family member to go to this store.As a note, when I walked into the GMC/Buick store down the street where I was completely dismissed by the sales staff at that store. They shipped my expensive Corvette by an incompetent transporter who caused $3000 in damage to it. This is after they had promised to ship my car by a reputable car transport company who would take very good care of it. I complained about who they picked but they ignored my concerns and sent it by them anyway. This car was advertised as a Certified Used Car with an extensive inspection done yet there were several things they did not disclose. One was that both rear shock absorbers are leaking, they very expensive to replace. Also there are some missing screws holding the right side skirt on. Could be more issues since they didn't bother to disclose these.

I brought my 2012 Cruze to the service deparment on or about Dec 15 because there was a tapping noise coming from the engine and the emission control warning light was on. There was also a burning type smell that seemed to be coming from the engine. The next day Mark called to advise that he had to get permission from GM to fix the car. Something about out of "process" and he needed an ok from GMThat Friday I was called and told to come and get my car. The car was started and waiting for meAs soon as I walked up to the car I heard that tapping sound and the emission control light was still onI went in and told Mark, he said "no it is fixed" and that a cylinder or cylinder head had been replaced so everything should be in good order. He went on to say that he had someone from "QC" drive the care al assured me all was in good order! It was not and I had to insist that he come out and see for himself.He agreed that the car was not fixed and he would call me when the car was ready. He again stated that this may take a while. I had a loaner and just wanted my car fixed. I told them to take their time, to make sure the car was properly taken care of and wished everyone a Merry Christmas.I received another phone call on 12/30 telling me the car was ready. I was and still am having some serious back issues and dreaded having to go to pick up the car, but I was happy that it was fixed and decided to go and pick the car up (during rush hour down Ogden). I got the care, no tapping sound but the engine sounded out of time and was just not running right. I attributed this so, or should I say hoped that, the reason was because it was sitting for so long. WRONG!! As soon as I pulled out and got approx. 1/4 or 1/mile down the road I noticed that the emission control light had come on AGAIN and the engine was not right. The acceleration was poor, it sounded like the timing was off. The performance was sub par, certainly not the car I was used to. I turned around and brought the car right back. I will admit to being angry and frustrated and was reminded by some lady, don't remember her name, but she said that this was "only a machine" and she would hate to be the mechanic that was going to get yelled at the next. I found her words of no comfort.I did not hear from the service department until on or about 1/4 or 1/5. Mark left a voice mail stating that my car was all "shiny and clean" but did not use the word fixed. When I called him back he said was wanted permission from me to keep the car overnight so that someone could drive it around (whatever that means as I thought he did that twice already). He went on to tell me that he replaced the cylinder head or the whole cylinder. There have been different versions of what is wrong and what will/was done so I am confused.I am at the point where I am skeptical with anything anyone from your service department has to say. I feel that I am being lied to, or at the very least, the victim of omission of truth. I am not confident that was is being told to me is accurate and I am not comfortable with any of the conversations taking place. I simply don't have any trust in to what I am being told.My car has been in shop since December 15. It is now Jan. 11 and I have no idea of what is wrong with my car. No one explained to be why the cylinder would trigger the emission control light and why, when the head or entire cylinder was replaced it seemed to have no affect on the engine performance. Does anyone know what they are doing?What is most frustrating however, is that my past experience with Bill Kay has been nothing less than excellent.

My 2012 Cruze engine began making a tapping sound on or about 12/11 followed by the emission control light going on the next day. I read the manual which recommended that I make sure that that gas cap was tightened as that may have been causing the issue. I proceeded with that recommendation and the emission light went out but the engine continued to run poorly with the tapping sound still audible. I brought the car to the dealership on 12/15. Mark B called me the next day and said he had to get a hold of GM to "get permission" to go out of process to fix the car the way that he thought it should be fixed. I was left with the understanding that this would require taking apart the engine. On December 18th, I was called and told my car was ready. The dealership had the car running and ready to go. As soon as I approached the car I could her that same engine sound and it sounded totally out of time. I also looked and saw that the emission control light was on. It appeared that nothing had been touched. When I went in and told Mark, he said not, the car was fine. I insisted it was not and had to ask him to step outside and see for himself which he did. He agreed that there was still something wrong with the car. I then got another call on or about 12/30 telling me that the car was ready to go. Once again, it was off to the dealership to pick up the car. Once again, the car was running and the engine did not sound right. I attributed this to maybe sitting idle. I left, did not even get a 1/4 mile down the road and I noticed that. along with the engine running very poorly (timing seemed off), the emission control light was still on! Turned around and brought the car right back to the dealership. Don't rememeber the lady's name but she agreed that the car did not sound good and saw for herself that the emission control light was still on. I will admit to be pretty frustrated and expressed my disappointment with the service, or should I say lack of service that was being provided. She reminded me that this was just a machine and that she would hate to be the mechanic that was going to get yelled at the next day. - Hardly my concern! I did not hear from the dealership until either 1/5 or perhaps 1/6. It was Mark again, leaving me a voice mail saying that my car was all "shiny and clean" and ready to go. I could not help but notice he did not use the word fixed. I called him back and asked him exactly what was wrong and what did they do differently. He said he replaced the cylinder head (I thought that is what they did the first time but I will admit to being pretty confused at this point). He also said the "real reason" that he called was that he wanted my permission to drive the car overnight to make sure all was in good working order. I would like to mention that Mark told me that last two times that we spoke that the car had been driven and that QC advised all was in working order and that the car was good to go. Mark and I agreed to speak again on Monday. I am and will remain skeptical of any and all information that has been will be given to me by this dealership. It seemed to me that no one knew what was wrong with the caer, that I was deliberately being mislead or lied to. I felt that the expense to fix the car properly might have been big dollar amount and perhaps people were trying to avoid what had to be done and just doing the bare minimum. I don't know about cars but I do know when I am very uncomfortable with what I am being told. I am disappointed in everything that has happened. I want my car back in good working order and some to tell me that this will not reoccur when the warranty is over. I intend on taking this to GM as well.

Prior to Bill Kay, I visited three area dealerships to investigate the Corvette Z06. Only one of these would even allow me to sit in a car. Apparently they did not recognize that I was a cash buyer. A friend recommended Greg Cantu at Bill Kay. He, and associate John Forkal, not only arranged several test drives, but also provided the opportunity to try various Corvettes with differing options, from coupes to convertibles, manuals to automatics. These gentlemen were exemplary professionals, dedicated to customer service. I was highly impressed with the Bill Kay facility as well. I have owned many automobiles in my life, this is my 20th Corvette, and I can honestly say this was the most impressive car-buying experience I've had. We ordered our new car based upon pricing that was given Online. Very little was known about the new 2016 Chevrolet Camaros. Bill Baresch helped us put together a custom order before production even started. Many of the luxury options were included in the basic price and we didn't want to pay for things we didn't need. Bill kept us informed via email as to the status of our order. Several months later, we were informed that our new car had arrived, and were able to take our Camaro home with us. We never thought that Chevy would build more Camaros. Our 2002 couldn't last forever, and when Chevy addresses the weight issues that were bogging down the speed of the 5th Gen, and brought out a completely new Camaro SS for 2016, we knew we had to have one. Yes, there is a closer dealership to our home, but they made it quite clear early on, that we would not have a great experience, if we ordered our car through them. Can you imagine sending a customer away who is begging to order a new car? So we came down I-355 to Bill Kay Chevrolet, still only 15 minutes away from home. After all, we had purchased three Camaro Z28s from them previously, and they had always taken good care of us. As soon as we had an idea of asking MSRP in August, we began our journey of waiting until we could place an order for the car that we wanted. Our chance finally came in September, and Bill Baresch walked us through the new car build ordering process. We got the car that we wanted, without spending money on options that we didn't. This car had so many luxury features built into the price, we didn't need to add anything besides the dual exhaust and the split spoke wheels. It was nice getting updates via email from Bill, about our order. It only took about 10 weeks for our special order to arrive, and we know we made the right choice of both the car, and the dealer. We drove away, commenting that this was by far the most pleasant car buying experience, that we ever had, from start to finish. We were treated like family from the moment we walked into the dealership, to the moment we drove away in our new car. Thanks to the whole Bill Kay Team for making our new car wish come true.

I've consistently enjoyed working with the internet staff for setting up service appointments. The conversations are quick, easy, and professional. At the drop off, things are very efficient, and getting a ride to the train station is a huge benefit to coming here for service. At the end of the day, they pick me up too. This time, I even paid over the phone and my car was waiting for me in the parking lot - great! About the only criticism I can give is that some of their service writers are still in the habit of "upselling". I understand that this is how business works, so it's not a big deal...

After a very simple discussion on price I was able to purchase the truck without any of the normally expected negotiation pains. I went into Bill Kay today to buy a pre driven car. I go to school full time and work part time, so I only had so much that I could spend on a car. I went in, sat down with Bill Baresch, who had previously helped my mom lease a new car, and told him the most I could put as a down payment and about how much I could pay each month. Being a student with nothing in my name, I have 0 credit, so I wasn't sure how well it would go over, but Bill was able to work miracles with the help of his friends. I was able to buy a 2013 pre driven Chevy Equinox without a cosigner and extremely reasonable monthly payments that were within the numbers I had given Bill at the beginning. They worked a miracle and were able to give me exactly what I went in looking for. On top of all that they did for me they were also all extremely nice and helpful when it came to having my questions answered! I would recommend them to anyone in a second and if you are looking you really should go there!

When servicing my 2014 Stingray, I take my dealerships very seriously. I live less than 2 miles from a local Chevrolet dealer that also sells Corvettes, but I would rather drive 30 minutes to Bill Kay's because I know they will take care of me and my car. When I first brought my Corvette into Bill Kay's over a year ago, I was warmly greeted and was even introduced to "Corvette George". Corvette George showed me around the service garage and even showed me some of the classic Vettes that he was restoring there in the shop. The fact that a dealer is trusted enough to do restorations on classic corvettes speaks volumes. So, it was this personal treatment that made the most impact on me. It was nice to see a service department that was warm and friendly and nice enough to give me the personal treatment. With that said, I will continue to come to Bill Kay's for all of my service needs for my Corvette. Thank you.

Started having problems with this car 3 weeks after purchasing. Keep in mind, I was told that this car had been thoroughly evaluated with their techs, was in great shape, they were giving me a fantastic deal, and all that was really needed were new tires. Which I was okay with. Come to find out, front and rear brakes were completely rotted out. Cost me $1200 to fix front and rear. And my mechanic tells me that the car looks like it's been sitting for a very long time because of some other issues that needed to be fixed. Inner workings were starting to bend in and collapse. Please forgive me. I'm not very good with the technical terms. Another $500 to fix that stuff. And my mechanic is a long time family friend. What he tells me, I know is as good as gold. These guys will mislead you, act like they're in your corner, and then couldn't care less as to what happens to you once you leave their lot. Regardless of the ratings on this site, lease this place alone. And leave Quan (sales) and Eric (business manager) alone, too. A bunch of crooks.

I called during a busy day to get an oil change. I was told that I could bring my truck in and hopefully have someone freed up in an hour to service my vehicle. Within 30 minutes I had someone working on getting my truck serviced, and I was in and out in no time. The service was also a huge help especially with how packed they were. I had no problem being welcomed as family when I walked in the door, and without even having to ask I was shown current recalls on my 2015 Silverado and got scheduled to have the problem fixed the following week. Also, I was seen sitting in the waiting area with a book open I was studying, upon seeing me the employee directed me to a more quiet area with less noise and disturbance. The service blew me away at Bill Kay Chevrolet, and I have been bragging about how well I was treated and welcomed there as a customer. They had no problem bringing me in and giving me 5 star service even on a busy schedule.

I have bought several vehicles from Bill Kay and everytime from start to finish, the staff was friendly, helpful and patient.I was not pushed, or hurried and everything was explained completely. The dealership has a huge variety of vehicles, of which I wish I could buy 10 more! The building is clean and comfortable. My salesmen Rick and Gary, are the funniest, entertaining people and I enjoyed the whole process!The service dept. was great communicating and servicing my car in a timely manner.A+ dealership

I have dealt with Bill Baresch for the last four vehicles that I purchased. He takes the time to figure out what you need and explains the choices to you. There is no "hard sell" or trying to sell you more car than you need. Bill has been my go-to guy at Bill Kay Chevy. since they opened in Lisle. The Service department as well as the Parts department have always done right by me. I have had chances to go elsewhere and I have tried other dealers but I keep coming back to Bill Kay. I normally do not write reviews, however; after my awesome experience at the dealership this weekend I must share my thoughts. This was not the first time that I have done business with Bill Kay. My first experience was excellent and my most recent one this weekend was even better. Jennifer Senders my sales person was perfect the first time and even better the second time around. She knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to assist me as needed. When she found out that I was in the market for another vehicle, she called me and made herself available to assist in any way. When I got to the dealership, she had everything ready to go-no hassle. I also did business with John Miniuk as before and this man is a financial wizard. He was there to assist to ensure my success. And he did! Awesome experience. No regrets. When I need another vehicle I know where I will go without a doubt. Rich.

From the moment I came to the door and my salesman, Bill Baresch, opened it for me and greeted me with a smile until the moment I left with my new car....the experience was excellent. We scheduled our 2013 Equinox for routine maintenance on a Saturday morning. In fact, Jason was able to get us in on "short notice." However, the night before our appointment, the "Check Engine" light came on in 2010 Malibu. Well - Jerry Smith was the friendly staff member that checked us in. I explained the issue with the second vehicle, and Mr. Smith told we that he would have it looked at when we came to pick up the first vehicle. Good luck buying a car from these guys. I emailed them asking about a car I found on this site, and asked if it was still available. They responded telling me about four different cars and answered none of my questions about the car I was interested in. After asking again if they still had the car, they said "sure, just come on it!" despite the fact that I told them I lived 2.5 hours away. At this point, I'm guessing they probably don't still have the car and stop emailing them. Two days later I get another email from them saying they have been trying to email me but I never responded. I remind them that I did respond and didn't get very far. Again, I'm told to just come on in and see them. I tell them I'm now working with another dealer to purchase my vehicle. Now, for the very first time, they try to actually provide some service and tell me they'll beat any price blah blah. I drove 8 hours to get the exact car I wanted, and don't regret not buying it closer for a minute. These guys need to get their acts together learn how to handle an online inquiry.

Rachel did a nice job taking the car in at the Service desk. She then came to see me after about a 1/2 hour to let me know what was happening and arranged for me to get a ride home. She called me when the car was ready (a little earlier than her original estimate) and sent a car to pick me up. The work was done right, the cost did not vary from Rachel's estimate and check out was fast. Probably one of my best experiences at Bill Kay Chevy.

I recently purchased a classic Corvette from Bill Kay Corvettes & Classics - my first purchase of a classic car. Although I had done a lot of research, there is so much to know about these vehicles. Rick Peterson and Jonathan Forkal were very helpful in educating me about the features that each model year offered and things to consider during ownership - well beyond the sale. It was a long decision process for me, but their team was patient and supportive. Jonathan in particular was very helpful during the decision process, returning calls quickly, ensuring my questions were answered, and generally helping with the sales process. Rick and Jonathan are supported by a strong service department at Bill Kay with extensive experience servicing Corvettes, including classics. After the purchase, George Wronowski was very helpful addressing some items with the car that I knew before purchasing the vehicle required attention. George's knowledge of classic Corvettes is amazing, and it's clear that he enjoys helping Corvette owners better understand their cars and getting the most out of them. Needed to buy a quality used car for my son in college. Stopped in at Bill Kay Chevy on Ogden and prepared to painfully deal with that typical obnoxious pushy salesmen. It was the furthest from that. I brought my 2003 Corvette in to troubleshoot a transmission leak. It was quickly diagnosed as a gasket leak in the transmission oil pan. We saw a car we liked on the internet, but really wanted to go into the dealership to buy our car. We were greeted by Bill B. and asked him about how we could get the internet price on the car. We looked at the car and knew it was for us. Bill worked with us to get the right price, a fair offer on our trade in. The service department employee attended to our needs right away. We got our vehicle back sooner than expected. They even washed it for us. When I had my Ford serviced years ago, the service department would return my keys and tell me where my vehicle was located. At Bill Kay, they drive the vehicle up to the customer. I feel that Bill gave me a fairly good deal on the car giving the options that it came with. The process was also fairly quick, the test drive was arranged promptly and the title/loan work was also expedient. Bill was very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with him the the other associate. Very disapointed and feel cheated. Well they tried. I went the day before to established a trade in price for my used car. Quan said $6,000.00. I know I couldnt get that. But I did have a written quote for $4100.00 already. When it came to trading it in. He could only give me $3000.00. If my wife wasn't with me. I would have walk out there. After the sale of the car. The called asking for $1000.00. I said I thought you added that to the sale. I noticed it was Higher than Quan quoted. I told them I would get back to them once I check on the bill of sale. Because the finance guy was in a hurry to leave that day He didn't go over the sale properly.. After checking out the bill of sale. We found an $500.00 add on that know one could explain what it was. Then I noticed $2000.00 add on for extra car insurance I didn't ask for. Not to mention Quan dismissed my Extra GM point of $500.00. It took me until the End of June to get my money back. Because they lost the paper work. Strange though. I was thre every 2 week reminding them. It was the worst experience I ever had. I felt cheated and lied to on many levels. I did have good service in the service department. They where very helpful. But I was disappointed I had to wait 3 hours for them to change a tire. And I had a appointment In the end. I also cut up my GM card. I don't think I will be buying GM after that. I guess buy 6 new cars or so didn't mean anything. John Basso.

Finding myself in the market for a new car, i shopped around online and came across Bill Kay online. I picked out the car i was interested in and went to the dealer. I was greeted by Bill Baresch as well as Chris Baumann. Chris spent a lot of time working with me on which payment option(s) would work best for me. Bill sat with me in the car explaining every little detail on all of the features on this car. I had a bunch of questions and was able to answer without hesitation. When I picked up the car, it was spotless and ready to go. He walked me through all of the vehicle setup (onstar, xm radio). The entire process couldn't have been easier. I had a very great experience at Bill Kay Chevrolet's Service Department. I really think that Rachael Mislich really went the extra mile to make sure my Chevy Traverse was running properly for my out of town trip the week of the July 4th. After I had a 75,000 mile service check i still didn't think my truck was running smoothly. I took the truck back to Rachael the next day and the service guys didn't notice an issue but Rachael drove it and identified the issue and actually spoke with her manager to see if the steering column replacement was covered by GM and it was. I was able to have a smooth ride for the holiday and continuing to not have any issues.

We purchased our first Corvette, had many question about C4 vs C5. Our sales rep Jonathon Forkal was extremely knowledgable, helpful and spent quite a bit of time with us to explain. He worked with me throughout the week as I was traveling, was very responsive and helped resolve a couple issues. I felt the price of the car was fair, and Jonathan was upfront about the pricing and what we could expect to pay. It actually felt like he was as excited for us as we were to become Corvette owners. Car was in great shape and even after all the recent rain it was shiny and clean when we picked it up. We did need a new windshield and Jonathan championed getting it done for us, even to the point of arranging for the vendor to come to our home and do the job when they could not complete before us picking it up. It is nice to deal with someone who has a passion for cars and customer service, well done.

We have been long time service customers and have trusted Mark Bowling, the Service Manager for many years. He said that if we wanted to get a new vehicle to tell him because Bill Kay would help us out. As most of us know, buying versus leasing can be as struggle. I had my Equinox in for service because the check engine light was on. That problem was corrected and I took the vehicle home. The next day the check engine light came on again. I called the service department and they said to bring it in and they would check it out. I brought it in but the repair was going to take some time because they had to get a part. I had to be in Peru, Illinois on business so the service manager, Mark, set me up with a courtesy car and they had the car fixed and ready to go when I got back that evening. Great courteous staff.

Jordan kept me informed through out the process and explained everything step by step along the way, even when there was a delay in communications with the bank. I looked up my car online and found this dealer. Before I came there, I reserved a test drive and ask them to send the bill to me. Paul is very nice, he is my sale assistant offering me any help I need. When I arrived to the dealer, the car parked outside where I can saw it. For the documents, they are pretty patient and wait for me to finish all the insurance stuff.Anyway, it is a great experience to purchase a car there

I'd like to say that this is now the third truck I've bought from this dealership In the last two years. I get solicited often to buy cars but have always been treated above and beyond any other experience I've had. I wouldn't consider going to another dealership as the people at Bill Key Chevy truly take care of clients as if they were family. Buying a car is always a strange situation where the purchaser always feels that they are being taken for a ride. Bill Kay Chevy is different. I will always recommend them.

I had a situation where a hole was formed in the plastic deck above the rear bumper. This occurred within 40 days of owning the vehicle and was simply formed by setting down a grocery bag in extreme cold weather. It was -40 wind chill so everything was cold and frozen however I never would have expected a grocery bag to cause this damage. Though only the size of a silver dollar, it was unsightly. Initially I was told this was NOT covered under warranty. However, after further review, Bill Kay agreed to replace the bed under warranty. This is the kind of respect and positive service that keeps me bringing my vehicles into them for service. Please note that I have brought in a GMC Yukon, a GMC Acadia and Honda CRV. So not just Chevys !Thanks,

I ordered a new Stingray Z51 3LT last November. Much harder to get than I imagined. Chris Baumann finally found one in TN and arranged to get it up here. My wife and I came in to close the deal and were very happy about how easy Chris, Jonathan, and Lee made it happen. So easy that we decided to buy an Equinox too. Chris took our trade-in, sight unseen, and offered a fair price on the new car.Done! We came in the next day and again the guys made it fun and easy. We new that we would be excited about a new Stingray but the Equinox is a pretty cool vehicle.

Stopped by to kick some tires and couldn't pass up the amazing deal they had on the 2015 Equinox. I was able to test drive a couple of cars without any pressure to purchase. Just bought a 2015 Chevy SS from Bill Kay Chevy and couldn't have had a better experience!I have been communicating on and off with Bill Baresch for a few months (this vehicle is built in Australia and it takes 3-4 months from order to delivery) and he was great the whole way through up to and including delivery today! My experience started out on the Internet as I selected to Corvette Z06 I wanted to order. It was sent out as request for quote to many local dealers. After repeated calls form dealers saying "come in and we can talk price" I got a call from Bill Baresch from Bill Kay Chevrolet. Bill was a Corvette guy and was willing to discuss price over the phone. I knew what I was willing to pay and Bill was able to make it work. He ordered the vehicle and shared the order detail with me. Over the following weeks Bill stayed in touch with regular updates on the progress and finally announced my cars arrival. Bill arranged from an early Saturday pickup and I was in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half. Half of that time was spent with me just taking in the car. Very poor isn't even enough. I would give them zero stars if I could. They don't return calls. They sent me a title 40 days after purchase date and still haven't paid off the vehicle I traded in. I paid a penalty for registering a vehicle late and bow the bank is calling say I am past due on my payment from the car I traded in over 30 days ago. Don't trust their practices. Extremely bad business practices. I have even contacted General Motors about them.

The Service Department at Bill Kay has been maintaining my cars for at least 15 years and I know that the technicians are as good as they get. I was told by a service manager at a tire company that my brakes were in need of repair. He told me that the pads were nearly down to the metal. WELL! I took my car to Bill Kay and had them inspected. I was expecting to need a complete brake replacement. The service manager called me a few hours after I dropped off the car and told me the brakes were in great shape. He said that I could run these brakes for another year or more. THANKS FOR THE HONESTY BILL KAY!!! Since the car was in the shop I chose to have some regular maintenance work performed. New Car Purchase or continued maintenance on my 2010 Impala will always be at Bill Kay.

Although I had an appointment with Bill (who was a very nice guy), he spent most of his time servicing 2 or 3 other customers. His initial offer was very low for my trade-in and was asking full sticker price for his vehicle. There were two possible major issues that needed repair on his vehicle and that further distanced our negotiations. Finally he sent in his strong-arm closer (Frankie?) and we just could not come to a reasonable deal. My KBB and Edmunds prices were no where near the numbers he was talking about. As I left the dealership Bill wasn't even around to say good-bye. I was prepared to do a deal that day with cash and title in hand!

I drove 5 hours to buy a vehicle from Bill Kay. Was very excited because I was searching for 3 months trying to find a SUV with the low miles. Everything went well until after I left. I bought the vehicle on 2/19/15 and traded in my other car for it. After a few weeks I called to see where the title was. My sales rep Bobby Nichols answered my first few calls and said he would find out for me. When I called the finance papers were wrong and they had to resend to me and I had to sign them again. I sent them back and waited another week. Still no title to register the vehicle I just bought. So I tried calling my sales rep again and left messages with no returns. So I started to call the dealership over and over. I was always put into voice mails. Still wouldn't get any calls backFinally the day my temp tag expired I called and was able to get in touch with Chris Bauman. Chris told me he couldn't get to my deal to let me know exactly what was going on. So he said he would call me first thing that Monday at 9:15 and let me know. Never got a call back. Monday I called and Bobby answered his phone. I told him Chris was supposed to call and didn't. I told him I didn't have title and couldn't register my vehicle and my temp tag was expired. He said I should get it soon and I asked him if I could get a new temp tag so I can drive my vehicle to work and pick up my kids from school. Bobby said he would try and find out and call me back. After a hour with no call back I tried to call him again but got voice mail. Left voice mail but never got a return call. So I called the dealership and asked for Chris. Got his voice mail also and left a message. Still no return call.So Tuesday I called and more less had to demand to talk to someone that knew where my title was. They connected me to Sharon and she said she would see what was going on. I also asked her to check on getting a temp tag to me so I can drive. She said they can't because the dealership will get fined. She called back and said she had the title and was mailing it and it would be 2 more days. I emailed Jason Kolodzinski to try and get a temp so I can drive. I told him what had been going on for the past 3 weeks. I never heard from him as well. So Wednesday I got a call from my lean holder on the vehicle that I traded in. Now remember it had been over a month since I traded the car in. The lean holder said I was late on my payment. They didn't even send the payoff of the car I traded in. At this point I was furious. I had to use the live chat on the website to get in contact with a live person. I was put in contact with Lee Whitted. Lee was able to get the payoff and he was the only one that would answer my calls and worked promptly to try and get this mess taken care of.I finally received the title today 3/27/15. I went to get my plated and register the vehicle i purchased. Since the title was dated for the date of the sale I had to pay a fine for registering late. Not even anything i could have done!!!With all this being said. I know I may be only 1 of a few customers with a bad experience. But I feel everyone should have the right to know that they were very unprofessional and didn't seem to care about a customer that was stranded. I couldn't drive the vehicle without having plates and I had the other lean holder calling me for money. Not only will I leave a negative comment here but I will also email General Motors and complain about the practices of this Chevrolet dealership that Bill Kay represents.

He received a promotion and now needs to commute to Lake Forest. He found a 2102 Equinox on line that he was interested in so I called Bill Kay the owner and he put me in touch with sales person Bill Baresch. He couldn't have been more helpful. Bought a certified Chevy from here. I had some initial concerns with the car a few days after the purchase, but the staff there took care of things very well. They listened to me when I expressed my concerns about a few noises that had popped up after driving the car for a while. and took care of them right away, giving me a nice 2015 loaner car for a couple days while my car was in their shop. There was a problem with the radio which my salesperson thought was initially just a programming glitch. Instead of wasting my time with trying to fix the non-functioning usb port, they just ordered a whole new radio for me. When they got the radio in, they were able to squeeze me in on short notice to replace it.They really seem to want their customers to be satisfied with not only their vehicle, but with their service as well.

Five years ago I called Bill Baresch to talk about purchasing a used vehicle for my wife. He made that buying experience wonderful. He is a very patient and thorough person. There was no pressuse at all durnig that process. I thought back then that we would be back for another vehicle. Last weekend we went back to see Bill about replacing our 2002 Chevy Trailblazer. Again we were treated to a great buying experience. We purchased a used truck from him and could not be happier with both the buying experience and our new vehicle. He has been very helpful answering questions about the new technology I didn't have on my old truck. We will be back when it's time to replace the first vehicle we bought from Bill. I didn't have a lot of time to go car shopping in person, or go to multiple dealerships. So, I started to look for ideal cars on-line. I sent an e-mail ahead to Bill Kay, to show my intentions. I got a quick response from Jennifer. I informed her about which car I wanted to see, set up an appointment, and told her that I that I had to be in and out quickly. I needed to get my personal stuff from my old car at Gerber, have a deal for the new car, and return my rental car all before the end of the day. When I pulled up, she was waiting for me at her desk as promised. The car I saw on-line was pulled up front, ready for the test drive as promised. She helped me find better financing than what I had been pre-approved for through the bank, bonus! As for the rental car, Jennifer made sure that it got back to the rental place for me. I didn't have to worry about trying to get the rental back while having my new car.I was very pleased with my experience, and I would recommend Bill Kay to my friends and family. Workers are great service is good as well. Only this time it went in for on star repair that failed 3 weeks after buying the car. Can't say it's the shops fault but I believe something on the vehicle is failing. And to date is not working. And hopefully nothing else starts to fail in this vehicle.

My experience with this dealership was the best ever. I have never walked into a dealership financed before I got there. I went there expecting to get the run-a-round for a used car, but left with a new car. I have always had to wait hours, but the John in finance had everything done before I arrived. I missed my appointment two times and for first time a service advisor followed up with me every time missed. It was great to get a reminder and make sure take care of repair. When walked in I was taken care right away. They made it very easy to drop car off and get on my way. After receiving a pricey estimate on the damage from an auto shop in the area (and not an exorbitant one, this car was on its way out) , I decided to forego repair and purchase a new Chevy. I called off work, and started frantically calling and texting friends and family to get advice as to where I should go to make my relatively uninformed purchase. I had been half-heartedly looking into buying a new car, but another round of repairs on my old car forced me into making a decision quickly. A week later, I am so happy that I did. Bill Kay made viewing and driving the right vehicle so quick and easy. My salesman, Bill, made me feel at home immediately and helped me with everything I needed. He was extremely attentive, got me into everything I wanted to drive and helped me decide on the perfect vehicle. It was my first time buying from a dealership, and Bill helped me get everything together - going through the benefits of leasing vs. buying, helping me with pricing options, helping me get insurance, and everything in between. Dean in finance worked lenders hard to get me the best possible rate and lowest possible payment. I was blown away by the affordability of the vehicles at Bill Kay and by how much each and every employee treated me with respect and helped me get to where I needed to be. Amazing experience!

My wife went to get the oil change the other day. Keep in mind we had an appointment. We have always got our oil changed here and its been okay but typically the wait time is a bit long. Well, this time they some how forgot about our car being there and after two hour wait and several other people getting their car services before us my wife asked what the issue was. The manager misplaced our paper work and forgot about it. So I gave them a 2 for how they did but a 4 for customer service because they redeemed themselves buy giving my wife the oil change for free and were very apologetic. Just an added note. We did buy our Acadia from them and it was a positive experience. We did need to nogiate a little but they got us an excellent financing and interest rate.

The service was excellent from the moment I sent in the inquiry for pricing. I new my credit was was less than exceptional, yet Noel stayed in contact with me. He continued to provide me with information and guided me on what the best course of action would be. He set me up with John in finance who paved the way for me to come in and make a purchase. That's when Paul reached out and let me know he would be the sales person handling the actual sale of the car. The day that my financials were all in order I arrived to be greeted by Jordan who told me that Paul was off that day. I handed him a list of the cars I was interested in and he started the process. He took me for a test drive in the car that I was approved for and was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you to everyone who helped!!!

Started out the day with my 97 Suburban needing to be replaced. Did not want to buy a car in the worst way. Would have rather rented if I could. Left 2 dealership near my house and cried in the car. Went to Bill Kay near my husband's work and didn't want to throw up when we walked in. Actually felt comfortable! Totally different atmosphere. Really laid back. Bobby Nichols was amazing. Felt like we could talk to him. He really listened to what we wanted and what we used a car for. His bottom line price was not a hassle and was less then we thought it would be. He's a great guy. Ordered some after market upgrades and so far the service department has been amazing. Worth the drive for me. Will be making the drive for routine maintaince from now on. Great place.

MARK gave us a very gracious welcome, quickly completed the paper work and discussed suggested maintenance for our low mileage use. We all know the process of buying a vechile can sometimes take forever but we didnt have to spend all night there. They moved the whole process along at a nice pace.
