Found the exact vehicle I was looking for on cars.com and contacted Chuck Kiminky at Bill Walsh Toyota. From there the process was seamless. My wife and I drove almost 4 hours to see this vehicle even after being disappointed by other dealerships misrepresenting thier vehicles. From the moment we walked in the door everything was prepared (as we had done as much leg work ahead of time via internet and email as possible) and ready... except they were still Hand washing the van which was great. I will say that the interior could have used a more detailed person cleaning it because they did miss a few spots on the seats. but that is pretty common. i got to drive the vehicle all the home and am completely impressed with our purchase. I will be contacting Bill Walsh Toyota the moment we get this van paid for so they can start looking for our next Toyota. Thank you Bill Wash Toyota and Thanks Chuck Kiminky!!! In the past we have purchased most of our vehicles from large dealerships. None of the larger dealerships had the black Corolla S Premium were looking for, but Bill Walsh Toyota had one in stock. We were pleasantly surprised how quick we negotiated the price, signed the paperwork and were on our way in our new car. We appreciated that they did not try to pressure us into buying all the extras such as rustproofing, paint protection and an extended warranty. We would definitely go to Bill Walsh Toyota again when we are looking for a new car.

The truck that we were interested in buying was as described. We drove 1 1/2 hours to see it. Mike and Dave were great! We feel that we got a fair deal on our trade-in. They didn't try to pressure us into buying an additional warranty or rustproofing, etc., which was most appreciated. Overall, this was a very smooth transaction, and we would recommend buying from Bill Walsh Toyota.

My service experience for my Toyota Camry is always very positive. The Bill Walsh Toyota facilities are always top notch, but it's the people who work there to attend to the customer's needs who keep me coming back. I have worked with service advisors, Dan and Kate, for over 2 years now since I got my Camry. It's great to see the same person with whom I have established a relationship there (no on-going staff turn-over is nice), and Dan and Kate are truly great at what they do to help the customer get the best service that's needed - trusted for its high quality and at the right price.

We shopped for a new Highlander in the suburbs and locally and we found that Chelsea and Chuck were very friendly and answered our questions quickly. They gave us very clear comparisons between the models we were considering and helped us decide on an XLE (actually a little bit less expensive that what we thought we wanted). The price we were quoted by Chuck on our email was exactly the price we were shown in the showroom, too. It was a very pleasant experience and Chuck spent more time making sure we understood the equipment on our new Highlander than it took to actually purchase the vehicle. Bill Walsh Toyota is a very new, clean dealership and the staff is all very helpful.

Salesman unwilling to negotiate price or trade., Had no vehicle desired instcck with options wanted, told to accept price before looking for a vehicle. When told there was one with options desired at another dealer, salesman said "then go there and you'll be back..." Bought it at other Dealer, got $300 more on trade and came down $1500 lower than Walsh price.

I hate hate hate this place. I would not recommend anyone to this place. In fact I tell people all the reasons why you should never ever ever buy from Bill Walsh, especially the Toyota dealer. I bought a used Camry. First, when I bought it, they backed it up into another car. Okay accidents happen and they offered to fix it. I bring it back and they kept it for 3 days. I come back to all my finish off the back end and they tried to tell me that it looked good. My dad had to come in and argue it. So finally they finished it after another week. Second, all my paint literally fell off my front end. When I took it back to them, again Dan argued with me about fixing it. I asked for the car fax and it said they repainted the front end when they got the car in. There goes another 3 days of them fixing my car. The last issue I had was it. My check engine light came on so I took it back because I have a 100,000 mile warranty and a disappearing deductible. They were going to charge me 100 dollars just to hook it up to the computer. I can do that myself as well as Auto Zone or O'Reily's or pretty much any man. I was going to be charged 100 dollars for that plus labor. I have a warranty and deductible. My car had 46000 miles on it. I was so furious I took it a local shop in my town and told him Id pay for the part and labor just because I dont want anything to do with Bill Walsh Toyota. Since the mechanic is my friend, he wouldnt work on my car because he knows I should get it fixed for free. He then called my warranty card and Bill Walsh to explain everything. I did get my car fixed for free but Dan didnt do it. Katie did. I have no problem with Katie and will only be consulting her with my car problems from now until my warranty is done. After Im over 100,000 miles, I will not be returning to Bill Walsh. I even called Bill Walsh himself to tell him about my problems and he is no better than his employees. I am a 19 year old girl. I dont understand everything about cars but I do know some things coming from a family of mechanics. They talk down to me and think that I am an idiot. Oh I almost forget. Dan told his employees about how "rude and b****y" I was and then a mechanics wife messaged me on Facebook telling me to knock it off. That woman, mechanic, and service representative had NO right to say what they said. I will never enjoy going to Bill Walsh Toyota and I make sure to warn everyone about that awful place.

Love my 2011 Hyundai Tuscan, purchased at Bill Walsh Toyota. Dave Brooker was especially helpful, explaining all the options, buttons and how they work, before I left. This is the first foreign car I have owned so some things are a different from a Chevy. Dave even let me take the car over-nite so I could drive it more before making a decision. Was looking for an internet price on a RAV4. Chuck Kaminky of Bill Walsh Toyota gave me a rapid response and a price with no runaround on pricing. I have received the runaround in the past elsewhere and consider it a major turnoff. Went to dealership to view/test drive the vehicle. It was clean and ready to drive. Chuck did an excellent job of explaining features and the test drive was varied and long enough to evaluate the vehicle. Final price (had a trade in) was reasonable per KBB numbers. Paperwork went smoothly and quickly and we were out the door with a new vehicle in several hours.

Bought a 2006 mercury mariner about 6 months ago. At first oil change our mechanic said this was the WORST air filter he has ever seen. He couldn't believe the mariner would run. A little while later the shifter handle started to rattle. Our mechanic put in a new one and couldn't get it out of park. He had to figure out what parts WERE MISSING and order them to get it fixed right. He said someone intentionally broke the shifter handle and rigged it just to get by. These are a couple of things they should of caught in their 126-point inspection. I tried contacting the dealer and THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. I would never buy another vehicle there again.

Although not the dealer's fault, it took 16 weeks for our custom order vehicle to arrive. We had been told 8-12 weeks. We contacted the dealer three times during those weeks to get an update. It would have been nice if they had contacted us periodically, especially once we had bypassed the 8 week mark.

Chuck was awesome and very helpful! He was knowledgeable about the car I bought and gave me a FANTASTIC deal! The only thing I was disappointed in was the car didn't get cleaned before I took it (if it did they didn't do a great job on it) and the gas tank was empty. Other than that great experience!

vehicle was not described well at all. This was an internet purchase. Pictures and description very very very poor.I bought a 1 way plane ticket, I had to pay for shuttle from Ohare (most dealers will pick you up at nearest international airport for free).Then I found a lot of bad scratches all the way around vehicle. On the phone I was told normal wear and tear for a 7 year old vehicle with 85k miles on it. I get there and it looks like someone drove it through a barbed wire fence, then backed up to see what they hit. Quaility of vehicle....its a Toyota, need I say more.Dealership...you could eat off the floor...that place is nice.Truth be told, had the damage been disclosed, I probably still would have bought, but maybe negotiated on the price. I dont recommend buying from this dealership over the internet without inspecting, or sending someone to inspect. I know I bought a used vehicle, and I don't expect it to be "like new", but damage is damage and should be disclosed

As far as I know customer service was good but I will have to wait and see what happens when we have a problem. No work was done on the car so I can't rate that. everyone was very friendly as I would expect when one is buying a car!.The overall experience was goodbut I don't think we were fully instructed about the capabilities of our car. for instance we were not told about the trial satellite radio. We still don't know for how long we have a trial. The price may have been great but we really didn't check anywhere else to see if we could get a better deal!The manual talks about many features that it may be equipped with but we were never told what we had and what we didn't have. Likewise the manual mentions an A or B in many cases and we were not told which one we have.

The car I saw advertised was just what I wanted The trade-in-value they offered immediately was fair and the people I met after driving 350 miles where friendly and professional On the way back the "check engine" light came and later the wiper began to rattle and the brakes made a noise sometimes when pressed a little harder.The car came with 3 month warranty.I reported what we experienced and asked for advise, also about details of the warranty ( what was covered and the process ) we did not claim anything just asking for info. Result: No answer,no reaction This is a fancy dealership with unacceptable behavior after the sale.

This is the first new car i bought for myself but we bought a 2010 Scion XD over the summer for my spouse from chuck and i had the best experience with him, i never felt pressured and he explained the most important thing to me which was the safety of the vehicle we were buying, i came into bill walsh looking for a used care and found a nice 2011 Toyota corolla which i thought was a great price for a used car i immediately asked the gentlemen that came out to have chuck come help us, chuck was very pleasant and informed us that the car was actually new i feel both times that we got a wonderful deal and for me buying a car is a wonderful experience thank you bill walsh for the great service

There wasn't any hardsell. They answered all our questions. They were patient at giving us all the time we needed. We stopped by the dealership when it was very near closing time, but they didn't mind. Tai still let us take a test drive on the interstate and took the time to explain features. When we decided on the car we wanted, they found one in 24 hrs and didn't charge us to have it brought to their lot as some dealers do. They also gave the same price for cash and financing when other dealers wouldn't. Tai also offered to set up the bluetooth for my phone before we left which was very nice. It would have taken me a while to figure that out. We were very happy. Would recommend them without reservation. Every interaction with them has been great.

Like most I don't like buying cars due to the pressure of the negotiations. I got a fair quote via the internet and a fair price on the trade in. They were extremely helpful in the financing, as I already had a great rate...they found one a little better. I wish they had been a little more thorough on explaining the options ie. radio (XM set up) and how the hands free bluetooth worked and helped set that up for us. All in all a good experience, and I would not hesitate to buy another car from Bill Walsh Toyota...via the internet!

I was looking for a 2008 Avalon and researched all dealer inventories in Wisconsin, IL, IA an MN. I also looked at all the dealer ratings. While a smaller dealership, Bill Walsh had excellent ratings. I chose to drive 2 hrs to do business with them. The car had been sold new by them 3 years before and they had done all the service work. I asked and received all the service records on it. Initially I was prepared to pay cash and then decided to finance the car. So I also worked with their finance department.The whole transaction 2as a very smooth and pleasant experience. I worked with Troy, the sale manager and the finance manager. I got a sense of integrity throughout the whole sales process. It was also a completely pressure free experience. I had probably visited 10 other dealers at this point and did not get the same feeling working with most of the others. Nor were their ratings as high as this dealers.I would not hesitate to do business with this dealership again.

I never really liked going in to look at cars as I always felt pressured to buy buy buy. When I went to Bill Walsh, Tai came out to help me take a look at the Toyota 4Runners that they had on the lot. I remember that it was about -5 degrees outside and windy, and she was happy to be out in the cold for some reason! She went over all the vehicle specs, all the options, and then asked if i wanted to go for a test drive. Normally i would have said no, but she was very easy to work with, so we took a test drive. Absolutely loved the vehicle, drove like a dream, and i knew it was the vehicle for me! I had to wait a few days to get my finances in order before i could buy the vehicle, and she did not pressure at all, and called to see if there was anything she could help with! She ordered the vehicle I wanted and it was in a few days later. When i got there, it was all ready to go. She got the phone system hooked up and blue tooth all set up, went over the fine points, and I was out and off! She has called 2 times since I drove off the lot to make sure that everything was going well and see how i was liking the vehicle. I have never had a salesperson that i trusted as much as Tai! She is an asset to Bill Walsh, and when I finally decide to get my Toyota Tundra, I will be going straight to her!
