This is the 3rd Santa Fe we have bought from this dealer 2nd from this salesman, he is great! (We live about 90 miles from the dealership) When he filled up the vehicle before we left he pointed out that it only showed 3/4 tank full, but since we had to bring it back to get the simonize done he said keep an eye on it and they would get it checked out when we came back if the problem persisted. When I brought it back to get the simonize done I told the Brandon Landers in service that the rear cargo light did not work, the air conditioning system would not blow all the way after driving many miles, and the fuel gauge was not working properly. He pointed out (not in a friendly tone) his people were busy and if I wanted to make another appointment to bring it back that was my business. I pointed out that I lived 90 miles away and it was a brand new vehicle. He took me to my salesman in a manor that felt like he wanted me out of his hair. They gave us a loaner car until they can fix our new Santa Fe. My salesman called me the next day to tell me that they ordered the parts for the cargo light, said they checked out the A/C and drove the car over 75 miles but could not duplicate anything wrong with the air system, and so far they were unable to find anything wrong with the fuel sending system, and asked me if I was ok with the loaner until they got it fixed, I said fine. Then I got a phone call from a gentleman (Brandon Landers?) in service to tell me that they could find nothing wrong with the fuel system and asked how many times I had fueled the car. Then he told me that they would have to fill the car with gas to see what I was talking about. I told him my salesman had pointed out the possible problem before I left the lot. He said he would have to pay for the charge me for refiling my new car so they could check and see if I was correct about the problem. I asked him since it was a new car and not working properly couldn't they just fill it up so they could fix it? And he asked didn't they give you a car with a full tank of fuel when I picked it up? I said yes and he said well you don't get 2 free tanks of fuel from us. I decided not to argue with this man on the phone it would not be good to make him mad at me when he was in charge of fixing my car. Once everything gets fixed and we get our car to drive I do not know that I will come back for service because I do not care for this service persons attitude toward customers.

Recently, we needed to replace a vehicle that got totaled due to hail damage. We have been happy Huyndai owners for years so it was a no-brainer that the replacement would be another Hyundai. We needed to test-drive and look at several models before making a decision. Rick showed us all the bells and whistles, explained the differences, and answered all our questions. We felt that he really helped us buy the right car instead of selling us one. He was friendly and patient, and most importantly never pressured us into anything (that would have been an immediate deal-breaker). We also appreciated that the dealership accommodated our schedule. Once we agreed on the price, Natalie helped us navigate through all the paperwork. All in all, it was an excellent car buying experience. We highly recommend this dealership, and Rick specifically, if you think your next car might be a Hyundai. And really, even if you don't. Because in our experience, driving a Huyndai makes for a fun day.

Chris never acted like a salesman. He acted like a friend that told me everything I could possibly want to know about the different models I was curious about, and when I said "not really for me", that was it, we went on to something else. He was informative, and seemed excited about the cars. He never asked me what I wanted my payments to be, or about credit. He was just a new friend that showed me what I was interested in. I would definitely look for Chris when looking for another vehicle purchase. I met Natalie once before when I was looking at hyundai elantra for my daughter attending college in Nevada. She was extremely helpful then, even though she knew I was probably not going to purchase the car from her. Kind of difficult to buy here and get it there. She showed me the same car my daughter was looking at in las vegas, told me I could call here if I needed any help. I did purchase the car from a hyundai dealer in North Las Vegas, and they sucked. This time she handled the financing. She got me a better rate than than my bank, and described in detail all of my options with financing as well as extended service and warrantees. I left feeling very happy with my purchase, and feel very comfortable with going back if I have any questions, concerns or needs.

This is a superb dealership that I have worked with for over 20 years. I have bought 5 different Hyundai vehicles and the service has been impeccable. I like the entire staff and have always used their service department for my oil changes and other services. I have never had an issue the entire time I have worked with them. Had a great experience buying my Santa Fe from Lance Beavers and Ricky High. Extremely knowledgeable. Fair trade in and easy financing. They stayed after hours to deliver my vehicle because they wanted us to have the car that night which I didn't expect them to do. Finished the financing the next day and they ended up getting us a better rate.

We have bought two Hyundai's from Natalie Traut at Billingsley, a Veracruz and an Azera, both of which have been very good cars. My wife and I were very specific on working with Natalie again on this purchase. We meet with Natalie, on this purchase, only to learn she now is in the financing office, and no longer a sales person, yet she still came out and worked with us on this Santa Fe. She also brought Lance with her and recommended we work with him. Natalie told us that if we needed anything she would take care of us, no problem. Because Lance was her recommendation, my wife was good with that. Before our purchase was complete we had met more of the Hyundai family at Billingsley, all of which were very professional and courteous to us both, which is saying a lot as I can be very ~um, difficult ~demanding.. My wife loves her new Santa Fe Ultimate, so I am happy too. Thanks again to Natalie (finance), Lance (sales), and Ricky (sales).

We bought a truck three months ago. That experience was what you would expect from a dealership. Lots of back and forth about the price. They were always trying to make us feel like we owed them for doing their jobs. We expected the same thing when we went to the Hyundai dealership.However, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and low pressure. We informed them that we still wanted to test drive other vehicles and they didn't try to pressure us to make a decision. They said "We completely understand and think you should drive other vehicles before making a decision". They were also very upfront about the pricing and worked with us over the course of a few weeks. They eventually found the vehicle we wanted and brought it in for us to test drive. Once we started talking about financing, they were able to beat the rate my bank (A well-known military bank) was offering. I was surprised. We would absolutely recommend this dealership and our very friendly, patient, and competent sales associate (Angie). Don't underestimate the quality of Hyundai. They have come a long way in recent years.

I had been to every dealership in Lawton looking for a new car to buy that was low cost and good fuel economy but it seemed like evne else was trying to push something g on me that I didn't want but when I got to Billingsley Hyundia I met Angie and she showed me what I was interested in and wasn't forceful she didn't seem like she was just trying to fill a quota but them she explained to me that I could buy a quality pre owned vehicle but I'd actually come out ahead if I went ahead and bought and new 2016 model she sat me down showed me the numbers and explained to me how I was saving money long term by buying a new car with all the rebates. So long story short she was great helpful and not pushy because of that she made the sale and got me into a brand new Hyundai Elantra and I absolutely love it.

These people are rude and a fraud. Service Is horrible, workers are rude, and most of all their repairs are half done jobs. Then I get blamed for their mistakes. I've heard so many bad things about this place... But never had I ever thought a dealership would try so hard to put out a bad name. If you want some advice.. Take your money and business elsewhere. Meaning, for cars and for service.

As owners who keep new cars for a long time (average 10 Yrs.) we were not familiar with many features that are now standard on newer automobiles. Shawn Landers took his time showing us all the new features available on the 2015 Sonata. After test driving one, we asked for time to look at other manufacturers models and consider our options. We received no high pressure sales pitch, just a confident explanation of what their dealership offered. We chose the 2015 Sonata Limited with the ultimate package. Billingsley Hyundai did not have the color and options that we requested, but Ted Kagle quickly found us one and gave us a very reasonable price through their AARP affiliation. Paper work was handled quickly and with a minimum of hassle. We are very comfortable recommending them to anyone who is searching for a new automobile.

Recently I purchased a Hyundai Sonata from a smaller dealership. I brought this vehicle in to your dealership because I wanted to have it serviced by an 'Authorized' Hyundai dealership.I had already dressed my concerns with 1) the sound system with a tape stuck in it; 2) my vehicle has over 150k miles. The only response I received from your 'service department' was - 1) For us to fix it we would just change it out with a new one. But we don't open them up and take it out.Never did your service personnel ask If I wanted this service performed, even after considerable inquiry. Never did your personnel ask if I wanted to schedule other maintenance for my vehicle. I can only hope that other 'Hyundai' dealerships do not give the same consideration to their customers that your dealership did to me. This 'treatment' would give me great concern in ever purchasing a vehicle from you or even another Hyundai vehicle.Respectfully, David RichUpon trying to send these comments to the dealers website it would not take them. It continually asked for an email or phone number after I entered them.

She did not try and put in something that was beyond my budget. I told her the things that were important to me and she recommend the Sonata.
