after purchasing the honda fit with great service from the new sales person. it was time for them to offer to purchase our car. it was like they will give us 500 if we spend 1500. this went on with 4 different sales people and managers. Every time an offer was made to purchase our car it lead to spending more money for their option for the purchased vehicle. They were very very persistent , not taking no for an answer.

Kind of pricey, but no more than any other dealership for repairs. Explain exactly what they are doing and the cost and how long it will take. Polite, not rude like some CR dealers who sell Hondas. They are not pushy about routine maintenance and if you should do it immediately or your car will fail. No scare tactics.

When we set out to buy our small SUV, I was certain we'd walk away with the CR-V. We specifically looked for dealers we knew wouldn't strong arm us into a purchase and were willing to work with us despite our not being immediately ready to make our purchase. Billion's staff did just that. They were professional and willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had a great feel for the CR-V (the vehicle I was sure we would end up with). We elected to go with the Mazda for some of the features it had and feel of the vehicle. However, we loved our experience at Billion Honda and would recommend this dealership to anyone.
