seen this "used" car on the internet advertised for 3995.00 so i drove the hour and a half to go for it "with cash in hand". when i get there the car was not only beat up , but the sales man tries to tell me that the book value of the car is over 7000. but they are trying to move this car so they will give me this special price of 6995. then when i called the sales man out on it , he got so mad ,and started yelling and screaming at me . thats not the way to do good business . not to mention all the problems that were noticed about the car . NOTHING BUT LIARS , AND SCAM ARTISTS !! try and sell a car for 6995 because they say it book values for over 7000, problem with that is KELLY BLUE BOOK says the car is only worth 3230.. i can go on and on , like the gauge cluster has been switched , so the miles they claim it has , is so far from correct . bottom line is ...... IF YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO , SCAMMED AND ENJOY BEING BAITED AND SWITCHED . THEN THIS IS THE DEALERSHIP FOR YOU . I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM , AND I WOULD "NEVER" RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. NOTHING BUT LIARS WHO TRY AND RIP YOU OFF . sorry some people know more about your car then you do. would rate them lower then a 1 but it dont go lower

I enjoyed my Jeep purchase from start to finish. I have also received exemplary service one year after my purchase and I'm looking forward to many more years. Bill Hanna welcomed me into the dealership like I was family. He provided me with a great and informative entertaining buying experience. He extended the best price from the minute I walked in with ho hassle, which is one of the many reasons I chose to purchase my vehicle at this dealership.Mike McCarthy, of their finance department, provided a no-pressure professional approach to inform me about additional insurance options and finance options. John Delanoy provides service for my Jeep as required. I have had excellent service from day one and always provided with a loaner vehicle. Each individual I have mentioned and dealt with at this dealership has increased my customer loyalty overtime. It is always a pleasure to walk into Binghamton Chrysler Jeep. In 2009 we purchased a Town and Country in Waynesburg, PA while visiting my daughter. Needing a dealership close to home, we chose Binghamton Chrysler. They have always treated me with utmost respect, as if I bought it from them. Then we purchased a 2010 Town and Country for our business from them and have been totally satisfied with the service we have been given. Now that I am a widow and travel much to see my children, John makes sure that my car is in tip top shape so I don't run into trouble. When the time is right to buy another vehicle, I plan on doing business right here!

I made an appointment at 10 in the morning with a salesman to see a specific used car. The price was unlisted, so he quoted me a price over the phone. He knew I was driving 1.5 hrs to get there. When I got there for the appointment at 3:00, he did not know what car I was interested in, and when he went to get the keys, he found the car had been sold. CarGurus.com listed the car as having been on the lot for 75 days.

They went the extra mile to find the vehicle that we wanted - color, equipment and accessories. And they made us a fair offer for our trade.

These people are on their own schedule if you have time to sit around while they do their thing going at a snails pace this is the place to go. And once they get your money don't expect any thing more from them.

After purchasing two vehicles at the same time, because we had purchased trailer hitches as well, we were refused delivery on the vehicles until the parts arrived, and were installed. This took 2.5 weeks! Another week passed before we received a phone call stating they were available for pick up. We scheduled our appointment, (took time off from work..losing pay) to find the dealer to be closed. No call or text cancelling the appointment. After a second attempt to pick up, were told he could not meet, do to "having plans". After a month, and STILL no vehicles, we requested our money back. A week later and still no refund, nothing but a run around, we have filed a complaint with the BBB. Other dealerships within an hour away know of the misdealings of these guys. Do yourself a favor, and shop elsewhere.

While car shopping last year I stopped by to see what they had to offer. I was interested in a vehicle and went inside to get more information. While inside the salesman gave me an application for credit. I told him I was not going be to the one financing the vehicle that my mom would be since my credit wasn't great. He told me that they weren't going to pull my credit, that they would just keep the application on file until my mom came in. Well that was a LIE! They did in fact pull my credit and now I have a hard inquiry on my report for nothing! I didn't even buy a car from them! Just goes to show that if they lied about that, what else are they lying about?

This dealership did not take the effort to fully look over the car they sold me. They told me they just got the car on the lot the day I bought it and I feel like it was not fully inspected. I have since had to spend a lot of money fixing it up. I am a college kid who is very inexperienced with cars and I felt like they just wanted me to leave. I was actually trying to get another vehicle there for about a month and it took that long for them to get that car ready. I was leaving for school in less than a day and they just gave me the car that I have now. They were friendly, don't get me wrong, but they sold me a lemon and I should filed suit a long time ago. I guess it is too late now, and this has been a huge learning experience for me.
