Great dealership. Loved the atmosphere and the staff. I was a little reluctant to buy a Lincoln as Ford motor is a foreign brand to me. Billy made me feel right at home. He's honest, kind, fun, extremely professional and walked me through everything. Erik in finance was great and so helpful- he went above and beyond. A wonderful place to buy a car! Everyone was so friendly, professional, welcoming, and definitely made us feel we were in good hands. I wasn't even going to buy a car yet but Daniel was so helpful. He asked a few questions to get the feel of what kind a car I wanted. He showed me one car but I didn't care for it. When he pulled up in a different car, I told my son "that's my car." Daniel knew what I wanted. Sure enough, the paper work got done and I drove away in my car. I love my car very much! It fits me... I just got it yesterday. My wife Teal and I bought a pickup from Erin and Richard Palmer, who was in training with Erin. They were both wonderful during the purchase experience. During our test drive we noticed a few things that needed to be corrected. Both of them jumped at the chance to have the service department make the adjustments. We were told that Richard even inspected it when it came out of the detail shop and had it sent back for correction. When he’s ready to work on his own we would have no problem working with him or Erin again on a vehicle purchase. We enjoyed laughs along the way too. We enjoyed their time and would do it again. My sweetheart and I stopped to see if a low mileage Lincoln MKX was in our price range. I had the good fortune to work with Tero Davis and 20 minutes later we'd agreed on the price. Working with Nate Palmer on financing the car was another very pleasant and informative experience. Finally, I met Dai Vu, the Parts and Service Mgr who sprung into action (on a Saturday, mind you) arranging to get me a second key for the car. Three hours after just stopping by to have a look, I'm driving home in a beautifully detailed Lincoln MKX. And to top it off, all the folks I worked with at Bloomington Lincoln went a long way toward convincing me that car dealership staff really are good people and not out only to separate me from my money!Gordy

my wife and I purchased this car from Chris Tema. everything with him went excellent. I was very selective in what car I wanted. the car was priced in line with similar options and mileage from other dealers. I went to them because of my current credit issues. the only problem we had was the 21 day permit expired and didn't get license plates till a week passed the permit. other then that everything else is just fine on car.

I am someone that never takes the time to write reviews, typically because I forget to, but I had such an amazing experience with Bloomington Lincoln Ford it would be hard to forget to leave a review. Nate Bash was my sales consultant and he went above and beyond to help me find my perfect car. This was my first time buying a car on my own, so I was very nervous that I would be taken advantage of or rushed to make a decision. Nate gave me a pressure free experience and explained the pro's and con's of the different cars I was looking at. He was very knowledgeable and honest which I really liked about him.I ended up purchasing a 2014 Ford Fusion which I couldn't be more happy with. When I purchased the car, I saw it in the dark, and did not see a couple of the minor scratches and dings on it. Bloomington Lincoln Ford took responsibility for it and had them repaired. I recommend Bloomington Lincoln Ford & Nate Bash to anyone looking for a new car.

We drove over from WI to purchase (cash deal) a 2008 Van on January 29, 2016. While prepping vehicle the sales person Jennifer noticed Tire Sensor light on, she took into service they tried to reset sensor and decided it needed replacement, we waited at dealership while they supposedly went to local GM to get sensor and reset. We left dealer and were only 20 minutes down hwy when light came on. We were in rush hour traffic so couldn't stop immediately to check for flat tire etc. so we pulled into Woodbury Mall immediately put a call into call Jennifer our salesperson. were told she was with another customer so we checked tires to make sure tires weren't flat/low pressure and when they all checked out fine we drove unto our hotel in Hudson . We again called dealership from the hotel parking lot around 5:30 pm and spoke to Gary the sales manager. We asked if we should come back to Bloomington Lincoln and Gary stated we should take it to our local GM dealer get it repaired and send him the bill. ( WE HAVE OUR PHONE RECORDS ) We were staying in Hudson that night to visit our daughter at UW River falls, and decided to double check on Saturday in case they wanted us to bring the van back before we headed the 4 hours home. We were again told to take the vehicle to our local dealer and send bill. We did as we were told, after having a second sensor repaired back home we sent bill to Jennifer, waited 2 weeks then called , amazingly it was lost in mail. So my husband faxed it . another 2 weeks went by no reply finally Jennifer returned our call and couldn't remember any of it, After a heated discussion I was able to jog her memory, she said she would investigate it. Nothing again. We contacted again and got Gary he too has given us the runaround. Here we sit another week or two has gone by completely ignored with a $300 dollar repair bill . So we are filing with Better Business Bureau and hopefully others will not be put in our situation. Beware we have seen many poor reviews on various websites, Don't bother trying to read or write any reviews on their own website, strangely that section of their website is "Unavailable" which leaves me to think they have much to hide.

I just purchased a Ford Fusion from Bloomington Lincoln. I was not sure if could get financing with no money down. Tema helped me and reassured me that I could come in and basically sign and drive away with no money down. Well he was right and treated me with the upmost respect and dignity. I have been looking for a Ford Fusion Hybrid for the last 3 months- after a lot of searching I was able to locate a Titanium version of this car- it is everything and more in a Fusion I was looking for. If that wasn't the best thing the price was amazing, it was about $1000 cheaper than KBB, I was seriously considering this deal as too good to be true, but it wasn't, I have bumper to bumper protection on this car, Jenn was so helpful and so so sweet- she made me feel comfortable, did not push anything on me. If I was to make a suggestion was the rest of the crew sorta just hung around while Jenn was running around helping me and others out. But overall great team, good atmosphere and really helpful people. Thanks Jenn, I have already told everyone I know about how helpful and insightful you are-

brought a 2014 Ford Taurus Limited Edition with 31,000 miles for almost $23,000. I complained about the noise from the rotors the same day but was told that the car had set up and would eventually go away. Once this never went away, I called them to complain but was ignored. The only way I ended up speaking to someone about the issue was because I went into the dealership. They had their own service department fix the rotors..they refuse to pay the full cost and stated that they would split the cost with me. I paid them $225 only to find out that they tried to turn the rotors and couldn't but still chose to put the same rotors back on the car anyhow. They noise continue and I complained again but was told they fixed the issue and would not do anything else for me. I took the car to tires Plus in Apple Valley only for them to tell me I not only need rotors but tires too. The tires were so bad because they had 0% thread left on them. Which is illegal for anyone to sell a car like this to another person especially a dealership. I complained and they accused Tires Plus of trying to get money from me. So I took the car to another reputable dealer" Apple Valley Ford" and they told me the same thing. The representative was so upset he called Bloomington Lincoln to advocate for me. They told him I brought the car as is and he said that was ridiculous. He told me to go back up their. He said that dealerships are required to do a safety inspection and they should have done one. They didn't even tell him that they were the ones who had put the bad rotors on the car after they told me that they fixed it. I'm taking them to court. Their own service technician stated that the car was dangerous for me to drive but the owner decline to fix the rotor and replace the tires.The staff is rude all the way up from the service manager thru the owner. Please be ware of this dealership...they are your friends until after they have your money..I call them frenemies...friends/enemies...PLEASE BE WARE

I found a vehicle posted online that I was interested in so I made a call and went to test drive it. Unfortunately, the vehicle posted had been sold, but they had another car that truly fit the bill. It was priced right and Jennifer did a great job in providing high level of service to get answers to my list of questions. There were a few items post sale that she was also diligent to resolve. Researched several dealerships online inventory on Black Friday & found the perfect vehicle for my families home daycare. This is the 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from Bloomington Lincoln and, again, the people and service I've experienced is nothing short of superb. They make you feel totally calm and relaxed. I just bought a new MKC, and I love it. I was ready to trade in my 2011 MKZ for a new MKZ; I didn't know about the MKC. I told my salesperson, Heidi Thompson-Groves, that I am taking night classes across town and want to make sure I have absolutely no problems during the winter. She listened to what I was saying and really understood what I meant. She showed me the MKC and pointed out that not only does it have the AWD I wanted, but it also had higher clearance than the MKZ. When I came back the next day, I was set on the MKC. I loved working with Heidi--she was never pushy and she got me into the right vehicle! I really appreciate how comfortable I felt through the whole process and how confident I feel about my purchase. This was the best car buying experience I have had.

I had been looking for an AWD used Ford Edge for about a month with low miles and was not having any luck until I looked on the Bloomington Lincoln website. I could not believe my eyes when I saw only 16,000 miles with an awesome price tag on a 2011. I contacted Tim Grove for confirmation on the vehicle listed still being available and had confirmation back within moments. We drove about 1 hour to test drive the vehicle wondering what was wrong with it the whole way for such a reasonable price and low miles. We were met by Tim as soon as we reached the lot. Tim who was so friendly and helpful showing us everything about the ford edge and all the little extras the vehicle had. Tim was not pushy at all in any of the process. He was very informative and then gave us time to talk it over alone. It didn't take long and we were purchasing the vehicle and driving it home. Tim was awesome making us feel comfortable and the buying process going very smoothly and fast. I have already referred Tim to relatives I know are looking to buy and will back myself when we need our next vehicle. The customer service is wonderful and the prices are awesome !! I purchased a 2012 MAZDA 3. My car had been totaled and I drove a Mazda rental while the insurance company was deciding the fate of my car. I decided on thus car, because it seemed like a decent car and a decent price. It was only slightly more than the payout from my insurance company. When I picked up the car, after it had been "detailed", there were food scraps, some not so small, under the front seat. In addition, one of the keys was missing as well as the jack and the floor-mats. The salesperson had assured me that it had not been a rental car and had never been in an accident, or suffered any damage. He said it was a company car, but not owned by a rental company. It took many calls, emails and three trips before I finally got the jack and the floor-mats. On the third trip, they took the jack and floor mats from another car. They never ordered them as they said they did. It is now 10 months and I still have not received the second key. In addition, just this morning, it was pointed out to me that one of the back doors is not the original door. It is now law-suit time.I strongly advise to make sure you have everything in writing. Most people dislike buying cars because of the "games", but you should not have to worry about providing the basics, like the accurate history and floor-mats, jacks, and keys. I paid for the car, so do I did not have a lender to help me with the battle. If you buy a used car, please take the time and effort to have it looked at by a third party- and I cannot stress it enough, please get everything in writing that the sales person and/or the manager agrees to. If not, you may have similar problems. After I handed over the check, the sales person made no effort to provide the things he agreed to (key, mats, jack etc.).

I have bought my last 3 cars from Bloomington Lincoln and each time Chris Tema has been the salesman I have chosen to work and have received fair pricing on my vehicles. Chris is approachable, honest, and he really has the customers needs as his first priority. I recently leased a 2014 MKZ and was very apprehensive about it because I had never leased before. Chris showed me all of my options for purchase and the pros and cons of buying a car and leasing a car with the option to buy. I feel I got a good deal and Chris was able to negotiate fair prices for the down payment and monthly payments. On the third day I had my car, I had an incident happen to me on the freeway that did some minor damage to my car. I called Chris at 7:30 in the morning and he answered and was quick to calm me with the assurance that he would help me. I took my car in after work, Chris contacted a body shop that works with Bloomington Lincoln and arranged for my car to be inspected. Chris also put me in a car to use while mine was getting repaired and in the end I did not have to go through my insurance to get the car repaired because Chris was able to negotiate a low price for my repair. I had a very good experience working with Rocky Foster. I did not intend to buy a car while there, I was just looking, however I did make a purchase that day. I feel that he gave me 110% of his attention and worked very hard to find something that I could afford and start to build my credit back up. Rocky was the most honest dealer I've ever dealt with. He said, "this is my profession, my word is my bond. If I can help you find what you're looking for, I will. If I can't , I will tell you I can't or the steps you need to do so I can." I tried 15 cars and SUVs before I found the one I wanted. He was very patient with us and showed us everything they had in stock that would fit our needs. In the below freezing weather. And with a smile. The negotiation process was as per the norm. We left feeling we got a pretty good deal for our new used vehicle and a fair trade-in value for our old one. (Note for management: get Nate a space heater, really. His area is ridiculously cold - and for the great job that he did for us - he deserves one and so do his future clients!)

Integrity & Character is this a dealership of principle?I went into purchase a car. My salesman Cory Grambart was who greeted me. The rest is a nightmare. BLM hired this guy as the manager confessed knowing that he had a criminal history of theft, swindle, fraud, forgery, etc. to give him a chance, BUT they didn't supervise him or hold him accountable in any way. The let him go where he stole temporary licenses to cover a car he had stolen and was trying to get rid of. He used their computer programs to set up scams, falsify documents, bank information, etc. He took all my information claiming to have submitted me for a loan and stated I was approved. He never did any of that. This all took place at the dealership, in the Dealership and under their management. All confirmed when I visited the Dealership by Noah Hanneman one of the Managers. On the premises of BLM this salesman sold me his car which had been placed by the front door of the dealership and shown me at the front door. This salesman went to use my car that I was turning in. I trusted BLM and trusted the salesman as a result. The salesman left me a car that had been stolen and had used the paper temp licenses on from BLM and took off with my car to total it as it finally was returned by Wisconsin police. It couldn't even be driven. The car he sold me was repo'd. It had been a straw purchase through another dealership, but hidden under BLM. So through this meeting at BLM and under belief and trust of their name, their integrity, their character a dealership of principle I trusted them and in the process lost two cars and my life. I was just sued for the damages he did on the car since I didn't want it any more. This theft happened in 2009. This salesman still harrases me. They found my USAA bank statements, my TCF bank statements and my BLM loan application in his private home when it was searched. When I called the Dealership to located Cory Grambart I was told by staff he never worked there. So I went in person and spoke with other salesmen and they remembered me and had worked with him. Noah apologized, but when I asked why Cory Grambart was no longer working there, he said get a subpoena. Knowing I had trusted them, believed in them they apologized, but did nothing to help me even get another car. When making these postings I have been sent eMails of strong language. Not once have they offered to make it right. Not once have they wanted to speak to me to even help me. I want people to know that Identity Theft happens in places like this as it did with me and it still follows me. BLM has not even addressed this with me. To this day I get sick going into a dealership and emotionally struggle as to what happened to me and continues to happen to me. People need to know it can happen to them. Laws need addressing and changing. This one time walking into BLM has destroyed my life and continues to bring damage to me. BLM has not tried to make it right and that speaks volumes to their integrity, their character and being a dealership of principle.

I have been looking for my newest vehicle for awhile (about 8 months) I went to this dealership due to them having multiple that met some of the requirements that I had. I was originally paired with a different sales person, who didn't care about me as a person, and instead looked at me as an easy commission. I was introduced to Mike in the middle of my buying process, and things immediately changed. Mike decided to get to know me as a person, and talk to me about the vehicle I had chosen and all the perks of it. Mike recognized the importance of the relationship in the process and is the reason I continued with the process of purchasing the vehicle I did, instead of walking away after being lied to multiple times by the previous sales person. At no point did Mike make me feel like there was a rush to sell the vehicle and instead wanted me to be confident in my purchase. Mike went out of his way for me to meet with the finance team, and to close the deal on the vehicle. Mike continues to impress me by continuing to go above and beyond to make sure that I am not only happy with my vehicle but with the dealership as well!

I purchased a 2011 Ford Edge from this dealership after looking online and finding, what I thought, was a decent deal. I test drove the Edge and found that 1 of the headlights was not original and brought it up to my salesperson. I was told that the vehicle was NEVER in any accidents and offered no reason for the headlight. The salesperson actually argued with me about the vehicle being in an accident. Other than the headlight everything appeared normal to me and I figured it was a deer hit and nothing major since the V.I.Ns on the fenders and hood all matched the rest of the vehicle. A deer hit me, damaging the driver fender and headlight, within 3 weeks of purchasing the vehicle and I took it to my nearest Ford dealership for repair (NOT BLOOMINGTON LINCOLN). I was told that there was numerous parts loose in the front end and I noticed then that front passenger fender had a small ding it. I asked the gentleman repairing my Edge about this since it was the opposite side of the current damage. I was told that the Edge was in a previous accident, both front and rear bumpers didn't line up perfectly and the loose parts in the front end was from the previous accident. The gentlemen even took the time to show me what he was talking about and did some minor repairs to the front end for no charge. I took the Edge back to Bloomington Lincoln shortly after that and told them about what I had discovered. I was told that they were considering not taking my Edge back due to the extent of damage that I had just informed them of, WTF!!! After a few threats of a lawsuit (and a few choice words) they eventually took the Edge back and I took my business elsewhere. I will never return to Bloomington Lincoln for ANY reason and will tell everybody I know about my horrible experience EVERY chance I get!

When my husband and I started looking for cars online, I emailed Bloomington Lincoln about a Ford Edge they had (yes, had .... because I bought it!) listed online and within one business day, Rob had responded to my email. He was very friendly and helpful via email and when we finally were able to connect on the phone. We live in WI and working in MN, it was easy for me to run over there and look at the car. But my husband is unable to get there easily and especially with having a 2 year old that we have to pick up for daycare. Rob set up a salesman, Nate, to get the Edge cleaned up so I could drive it home and show my husband. Awesome customer service! So, I brought it home Thursday night and Rob was okay with me driving it until Saturday until we could both get there. Thanks, Rob, for being so flexible! We got to the dealership and worked with Nate on the sale .... what a friendly sales guy! Rob and Nate were both very respectful and responsive to our needs and made sure we were happy with the Edge. We went on to financing and were not happy with our trade in offer, and after being treated with discourtesy (only downfall of our experience) by the "finance guy", Rob went to Ted (the "big cheese" he says) and asked what he could do for us. He finished out our sale and gave us a better offer on our trade to ensure we were happy. Between Rob, Nate and Ted, we had a wonderful experience at Bloomington Lincoln! I will definitely be recommending people to this dealership!

Car buying isn't the most fun experience ever. It gets even less fun when every dealer seems to need you to actual walk in and twist arms to get their "Best price that is actually lower than we said our previous best price was." After helping my girlfriend through her car buying experience I've learned two important things:1. Stay away from franchise dealerships (Morries, Luther, Walser, etc). Their margins are a lot larger (because a parent company is making a profit too), and the sales people seem to be a lot less able to negotiate. We often got the "our hands are tied" or "that price is our best price." The problem is, after walking out the door, showing them more competitive prices, etc...this all changes.2. Its more than just the dealership, some salespeople really are relentlessly salesy (I know its there job, but good lord, tone it down).Bloomington Lincoln was like a little mirage in our car buying experience. They have a pretty wide selection of used vehicles, their internet prices are pretty competitive and they continuously beat all the "chain" dealers on price, etc. Also, make sure you ask for Nate. The guy was the only sale person we dealt with the entire process that was really less concerned about price all the time (ie: selling cars), and more concerned about helping you find a car. I know this sounds trivial, but man does it make a difference.I can only rate this a 4* because we only dealt with one salesperson (even though other people seemed friendly)...and, after all, its still car buying, blah. But, if you're in the market for a sweet used ride head over here and ask for Nate and save yourself the experience of meeting with endless car salesmen stereotypes.

I bought a 2012 Mazda 3 with just under 29,000 miles. The car had no mats and no second key. I was told it was a "company Car" and it turned out to be a rental agency car. I paid cash (check) so did not finance. I cannot get a straight answer. Even though he implied the second key was "around somewhere", I can;t get straight answers. I could not get the sales guy to follow through on promise for floor mats. I had to stop in and get them from two different sales people. It also did not have a jack for the spare and never got a response from sales, so I had to go in and get one. I asked what my options were with car I did not like, and what the warranty covered and still nobody is responding with answers. Bad mistake on my part buying from him/them.

Worst dealership in the world. The way they treat their customers and staff is repulsive. I bought a car from here two years ago. While buying the car, they tried to swindle me, made jokes about me being a female, and then suckered me into an extended warranty plan. The warranty plan did not cover anything and when my car broke down (which it will when you buy from here) they said that nothing that was wrong with my car would be covered. Imagine my surprise! My parents recently bought a car from here (even though I did not recommend it!) and they were given a car that as soon as they left the dealership lot started to make a noise. My mom took the car and there was over 2000 dollars worth of parts that needed to be fixed. She called Bloomington Lincoln and the owner told her to "suck it up and that there was nothing they could do." Please for your own sanity and pocketbook DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!

We bought a 2010 Lincoln MKT from Bloomington Lincoln Fri. Sept.27, drove off the lot at 5:45 and went to our daughters home in Blaine. We didn't drive the car until Sunday AM back to Iowa (180 miles). On the way home we noticed a "cranking" sound and so put it the garage. We called our salesman ROB the following AM and he told us to take it to a dealer and have it "taken care of" and then call him. Our appt. was Tues. at 1 PM, the dealer is 26 miles from our home. The repair dealer found out it needed a PTO and would cost approx. $2000. He was sure Bloomington Lincoln would take care of it. He called and spoke to them, I called and spoke to them, and they very cruelly told us both that we bought the car as is, and so we would be responsible. Both the Repair man and I were horrified. They were unkind, cruel and have NO business ethics. We certainly thought they would stand behind a $25,000 car that had a problem such as this. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER!!!! They are untrustworthy and terrible people!!!

Last year in July 2012 I purchased a 2009 Ford Fusion from this dealership. Since then the car has had problems left and right. The tire pressure monitor light was on when I purchsed the vehicle and I was told that the issue would be resolved once air was put into the tire, this was done and the issue was still not resolved. I was then told I needed to pay $130 to figure out what was wrong, in my opinion this should not have been the case considering I was sold the vehicle this way and given false information. Shortly after I had to contact the dealership and speak to a manager who then authorized the repair to be completed free of charge, I dropped off the vehicle on my way to work, my car was there all day and the problem was still not resolved, the service center didn't know what the problem was, it then became a back and forth thing of dropping off my car every week to try and get the issue resolved and I didn't have time for this. The car still has the same issue today on top of the window not rolling up and down, car charger not working and now the car is overheating. I'm now stuck in a 5 yr loan that I have to pay for a vehicle that is falling apart. Since I was approved with a very high interest rate I cant afford these costly repairs on top of the car payment, the wwarranty I was talked into buying is worthless and the only solution given by this dealership and their service center is to pay them $130 on top of the car payment, and inaurance to figure out what may be going on...plain and simple I wish I had made a different choice a year ago, I regret this purchase, this experience was worse than buying a car from carhop.

Why? I was treated worse than I ever have been in my 30 plus years of buying cars. I am a professional single women and have bought many cars 'all by myself' for many years! They did not honor appointment times, making me wait, not just a few minutes, up to an hour or more!! They jerked me around on the price, the interest rate, the finance guy especially, never saw him smile in 3-4 days of the buying process. I felt like a teen age girl in there, not taken seriously - I even over heard a few 'blonde' jokes as I sat and waited and waited. When they delivered the car to me, I had to send it back twice (not once) to be re-cleaned. Straws in the back seat, dirty ashtray, yes really!, and change under the seat. Not to mention dust on the dash, scuffs on the leather - this is coming out of the detail department!! My trade was 100% spotless, and done by me in my driveway at home! Never would go back there or recommend. Old school dealership like from the 70's- 80's. BAD BAD> The unfriendly finance guy actually called me a week or so later to tell me the title was in - he was all nicey, nice on the phone and told me my sales guy had been fired. My sales guy was sort of a doofus, not very knowlegdable, made up answers to questions when he really didn't know, but he was nice, friendly and respectful. Finance guy asked about my experience - I told him. He didn't like hearing the bad news and HUNG UP ON ME!~!!! JOKE! get with the program its not the 70's any more.

Buyer beware. I bought a 2004 kis amanti from these guys and they said it was not a salvage. Got the title in the mail and right on it was salvage in big red letters. I tried for months to settle outside of court when they would not work with me at all I brought them to conciliation court. The verdit was found in my favor.

Mick, and the entire staff, was very attentive to our needs and wants. He never pushed us out of our comfort zone of price, mileage, or condition. The night before, we made an appt to test a particular vehicle since we live 1+ hrs away. We arrived at the scheduled time and were escorted out for the test drive. It was the wrong car. Turns out, there was a mix-up between the 'online contact' and the 'on phone contact'. The car we intended to drive was sold the day before. Mick apologized over and over and offerred to show us alternatives if we were interested, but did not pressure us into it in any way. Once we agreed to search again (since we were up there), he was hard at work finding the best match to meet our needs/wants. It was the car that brought us there, but Mick's helpful service KEPT us there. He literally spent the entire day with us as we checked them out one by one. We found one that was just brought in and not even checked, cleaned, or priced. Not a problem for the team at Bloomington Lincoln Mercury! They let us drive it as soon as we asked and sent it through inspection to provide us additional details afterwards. Even the service techs were extremely helpful and informative. We found no problems in working out a price both sides were agreeable to, and the business office was top notch to work with. By the time we were done with the paperwork, the car was cleaned inside and out. Mick set up our phone for us and ran us through the details of the car one more time. Never once did he make us feel like we were a bother, and he really set out to find something to meet our needs and something we would be happy with. All members of the team at Bloomington Lincoln Mercury greeted us with smiles and exceptional service. I have shared what wonderful service they provided and will continue to do so for anyone who asks. Thanks again and we are more than pleased with our new ride.

I had looked for vehicles for weeks, I had been to numerous dealerships and got nothing but the run around. I saw a vehicle that I was interested in, and called Bloomington Lincoln. I talked with Casey Junker for a few minutes and knew that I was in good hands. I drove up to Bloomington on a Friday evening to look at a car. I arrived around 5:55, and the dealership closed at 6. Casey and his team stayed until 8 that night making sure that I got the exact car that I wanted. Casey was very personable, friendly, energetic and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable making a big purchase with him and his team. Every person I have met there has been fantastic. I live an hour south of the dealership and wouldn't think of going anywhere but Bloomington Lincoln. I have been in a few other times since purchasing and the service has been outstanding. I trust Casey and his team, I have never been able to say that before about a dealership, let alone a car salesmen. I would recommend Casey, and Bloomington Lincoln to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. I can't wait to buy another car :)

I stopped in on a wed evening looking for a used vehicle. I had some kind of idea what type of vehicle i would be looking for. Mick was there in the lot and asked if he could help. After telling him what I was looking for and the price range i was in. He showed me many options and guided me through the lot and was honest about what vehicle might be a good fit for me and which ones he thought we should eliminate from the search. We test drove a couple vehicles and he was very helpful and honest. At no time did i feel that i was being rushed into a purchase. I returned the next day and purchased the vehicle we test drove. Mick and his fellow employees made the process easy to understand and were very helpful in answering my questions and concerns. I had an issue with some maintenace that i thought should be repaired at there cost on the vehicle a couple days after the purchase and they took care of the problem with out any hassle. It's been my experiance that once you purchase a used vehicle your on your own, I feel the team at Bloomington Lincoln exceeded my expectations of great customer service and look forward to dealing with them again in future purchases.

I got Rob's name and number from a friend, who said they had a great experence with him. Rob helped me find a car within my price range. He never once pushed a car on me or showed me a car out of my price range. The car that I bought from Rob had just came in as a trade and Rob called me right away to come look at it. He said it was prefect and it was!! Rob and the Bloomington team were very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed all the help I got. They never once talked to me " like I was a girl and knew nothing. " Since buying my car I have moved to Coon Rapids but still bring my car to the Bloomington dealership to get oil changes and any work that needs to be done on it. I wanted everyone to know that I had a GREAT experience at Bloomington Lincoln. I was recommended from a friend to go and see Rob Steinmetz. He had helped out my friend get into a car even though she was going thru some tough times. I had been treated very poorly at a few car dealerships and Keisha told me call Rob. He was very nice on the phone and we set an appointment. When I arrived he was fantastic, very enthusiastic and positive! Within a couple of hours I was driving home in a beautiful Chevrolet Impala. Rob walked me thru the whole process, introduced me to the service department for future needs and even introduced me to the sales manager Ted. Here is my most generous review yet of ONE STAR...I'm quite envious of those have had good experiences here because I had a bad experience 2 years ago. My husband and I noticed that this dealership had several great deals online. However, upon working with a few different sales people at different times, we noticed that the cars in the ads were never available and had "just sold" and that "it had body damage anyway." One time we went and walked through the lot on a Sunday looking for 3 supposed Lincoln MKX's that were under $21k. We found none of them. We did get lucky a few days later and found out that one had just been traded in from a lease. They assured us that it was in perfect shape and we didn't need to do anything (this is where we learned our lesson from ever trusting the word of a car dealership). We jumped on the deal. Yes, the vehicle has driven just fine. Have we had issues along the way? Yes. No, it was not in the perfect drive off condition. Shame on us for that one.Since then, we have been very vocal to those close to us to NEVER even STEP FOOT into this dealership.Then my parents for some reason FORGOT this past month and got lured in by a 2012 vehicle for a great price. Of course once they drove the 25+ miles to the dealership they found that it had side body damage. Was that in the ad? You answer that question yourself. My dad thinking that maybe it was worth it, caved and decided that he would look into fixing it himself. After sitting on the vehicle a few days, he brought it back on the 4th day where they told him that in Minnesota that there they do not need to take back a vehicle and then only offered him the trade in value of the VEHICLE HE PURCHASED 4 DAYS BEFORE. Upon speaking with others that work and own dealerships, they said if customer service was a concern, they would have easily taken it back as there was no title or licence due that quickly. So then they talked him into overpaying for a Volvo since they added the deduction of the initial car purchase and then confused the crap out of my parents by making them pay here and there. So I think I'm safe to assume that these folks took some money home directly out of my parents pocket. I'm gonna spare you more ridiculous detail but will give you the latest hurdle they have been dealing with.My mother called concerned that her vehicle's check engine light came two weeks ago. The person she spoke with told her to come on in, then when she made concern about them potentially charging her for checking it (they are paranoid with everything now), they then told her that "it probably was a dummy light anyhow since they check their vehicles". Are you serious? The individuals involved in this sale have taken advantage of the fact that my parents are first generation uninformed consumers. Fortunately, I have assured them that they have resources to bring this attention to. Unfortunately, I am the one who has to bring forth all available resources. When I have made calls, I get the voicemail, and then nobody returns voicemails.You can take your chances and play roulette and see if you have a decent experience but if you shop here after my warning and everyone else's (look on google...and do your research, talk to people). it's your own xxxx fault for buying a car here.

If you value customer service do not go to this dealership. My experience was only thru a family member & not directly but having worked in customer service myself, I could not believe how poor customer service was at this dealership. After my daughter trying to contact the manager numerous times for the problems she was having with her car, while I was there with her, the manager was paged, several times & never answered. We were then told, " oh he has migraines, you know, like Percy Harvin." We never saw or talked to a manager the whole time we waited. In fact my daughter never talked or was contacted by a manager until today when he emailed her & asked her to take down her review of this very dealership. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

HIGH TURNOVER WITH VERY LITTLE KNOWLEDGE between dealers and receptionists! I talked to so many 'new' people in a month, it was nuts! Also, the manager 'Frank' was never to be found when I had a question or concern (a week after buying a car from an admittedly shady dealer, he disappeared) I would have to leave a voice mail, which was never returned. SO MANY issues with this place, I couldn't believe it. Problems with the car only after 37 DAYS and Service couldn't find anything. They had my car for 3 DAYS I called once at the end of every day for an update and they had nothing to report. They also were hesitant to let me pick it up. When I picked it up, they wanted me to $168 even though it was under warranty to check it!!! I asked for Frank, he NEVER showed up after paging him (He apparently had migraines?!) They let us go and I took it to Metropolitan Ford in Eden Prairie. They had it for 4 hours and found that the transmission fluid was low and a leak in the Axel. Something they say BLOOMINGTON should've seen right away. BLOOMINGTON IS USELESS. I filed a report with BBB for service and for their product. I will NEVER go again and advise no one else to. Instead go to Ford of Eden Prairie!!!!!! They were wonderful!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! awful experience. Bought a used MKS that stated it passed inspection on Carfax only to find out after it needed about $4k in repairs. 1st trip back to dealership was in the shop for 48 days. Then found out they didn't fix everything. Took a total of 5 trips to get all issues resolved. Given loaners off the lot that didn't HD air in the tires. Treated very poorly. They have good deals because they are SCAM ARTISTS!!

I called them on a used fusion. When I asked them about whether it was in an accident, I was told it had a clean carfax. When I drove to see the car, it's front bumper was loose, it was missing the passenger side mirror and had a huge dent in the passenger door. I took a picture of it it demonstrate to folks the type of cars that BLM sells.

Per-approved for a car so went to dealership waited 2 hours and finally left when Rick never helped us after paging him 3 times. He sent a note apologizing so we gave him another shot. We Had all of the paperwork and money down (per what written in an email from Rick) and the finance guy said we needed 3x the money down and that we couldn't get the car we wanted. He said "that's not happening" we were so frustrated and mad that we just got up walked out. Drove home which is 50 mins away from this unprofessional dealership yet again without a car. DO NOT GO TO THEM THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!

As I read previous reviews, I ask myself, did I go to a different dealership? I had nothing but a GREAT experience! Rocky is the bomb! He took my situation and made it nothing but a win win! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The car I bought was the newest vehicle with the lowest miles I've ever had! Rocky made sure I was HAPPY when I left and was very thorough about how the process would go BEFORE I got there. And, when I got there, NOTHING CHANGED! How many people can say that when we talk about car dealerships. I will definately tell my friends about my experience with Rocky. He's definately the guy to see! You can beleive I will be reaching out to him when it's time for my next car! Thanks Rocky!

I was looking on this dealerships website for a used car. The prices seemed to be significantly lower than other dealerships I had been to, so I decided to go and test drive some vehicles. The first thing I noticed was the huge selection. I walked around for quite a while, no sales person to be found. I went inside to see if I could get a sales person and 3 guys were just standing by the door shooting the breeze. One guy in particular made a stupid comment to me, I should have just left but I decided to stay and drive a car. The guy who was helping me was not very friendly and made me feel like I was a waste of his time. I noticed, upon closer inspection that all of the cars had flaws. Some had significant amounts of scratching, evidence of fender benders and hail damage. It was quite apparent at that point why they were cheaper. If I could have rated this dealership lower I would have. Don't wast your time, don't go to Bloomington Lincoln Mercury.

Looking at 3 different model cars, all 1 year old. Was told they were all the same price, but salesman would not tell me what the price was after several attempts. Wrote up the sale on a 09 malibu for 15,900 and still not being told the price until it was on the purchase agreement. I got home and checked their Craigs list ad for this car, thinking it was all 3 vehicles were selling for less. It was still on Craigs list for 12,900. I was LIVID!!!!!! DISHONEST AND DECEITFUL SALESMAN!!!!!! I called back, salesman gone for the day, demanded to talk to manager! Read him the Riot act. Asked him how he would feel if someone did something like this to him? I also threatened to call the Better Business Bureau and will put a stop payment on my down payment check if not resolved!!! He said he understands, and come back tomorrow and they will have new paperwork for the 12,900 price that it is advertised at. I came back and they followed through I feel only because of my threats and an uncashed downpayment check that would stop the sale of the car, which is not what they wanted! VERY DECEITFUL PEOPLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. THIS DEALERSHIP WILL NOT STAND THE TEST OF TIME WITH BUSINESS PRACTICES LIKE THIS!!!!!

purchased a a mkx lincoln 2007 and was told that this was a good car on the gas mileage, which was horrible. I was spending more on gas than the payment itself. I returned to trade the car in to get something I could afford both gas and payment, and was talked into a upside down loan and paid more for the a 2008 lincoln, stating from the sales person that i would be paying less in gas. I was there for 5 hours, it was horrible, and my kids had to sit and wait. After I left the lot the low tire pressure light came on. I called immediately the next, because they were closed until Monday, they told me that it was their problem. I explained that the light popped on soon after I left the lot. I returned 3 times with the same problem. I was assured that everything was taken care of, really! After I had a full inspection, I was told by another tire company that I had 3 nails in 3 tires and 2 tires are not legal to have on a car. Apparently, the service department just kept resetting the trouble light. Don't buy a car from this company they do not honor their word

Had to do all the work myself. Sales guy said he couldn't look on computer to see what inventory he had. Most of the cars on the lot were junk missing parts, different colored paint, and smelled like smoke inside. When you go to a lincoln dealer you expect the best, not a car hope dealership. What a joke.

Horrible. No communication, low trade value, slow, tol I would have 2nd set of keys, got charged for it ($105). Signed the deal on an "out the door price" only to find tabs expired. $196 more out of pocket. Had paint problem on roof that I was not shown and didn.t see until I got home. Had to pay 1000 for that. They gave me a loaner had completely empty tank. Paint job wasn't verygood. Wanted to bring car back after I got home and noticed thepaint damage and was told I couldnt get my old car back unless I paid the 1000 they had dinto detail and safety check. Worst experience ever, would never go back.

Then he let me try it to make sure its what I want. I now have a newer suv and feeling good about it. Also sat down with pete and worked out the payments with him he was very helpful in asnswering my questions and they were very fun doing business with them. I purchased a new vehicle from Rob Martin. The vehicle had three flaws that Rob assured me he would take care of. The service department was closed at the time I purchased the vehicle. The leather on the steering wheel was peeling off in a spot, the snap that holds the driver's floor mat was broken, and the engine bay was dusty and needed to be cleaned. Rob Martin promised that all these things would be taken care of the following Monday when the service department was open. I called the following Monday and Rob said I should wait until my license plates come in and save a trip. The receptionist called a few days later to say I should come in a pick up my license plates. I asked to speak to Rob and was transferred to him. I reminded him of the work he promised would get done, he said fine, come in. when I showed up, all I was offerred were excuses and how that isn't his responsibility and I should talk to the sevice department. I talked to the service manager, the sales manger, and of course Rob. All I got were lame excuses and a complete run around

If you desire good customer service, DON'T GO HERE!The sales and finance dept. all had "answers (insert excuses or lies) for every question we asked.They were rude and clearly were rushing the process in order to make the sale.I drove one block away and my spouse noticed a headlight was out, and a service button came on, on the dash. I contacted them only to hear that there is nothing they can do or some flimsy excuse to try and reason the problem away. They are ONLY INTERESTED IN THE SALE!!Will NOT go back.

Traded in my Alero for a Ford EDGE '07Left the lot and low tire pressure instantly came on.Tried to patch the tire and was told 3 of the 4 tires were in need of replacement immediately as the tread was 2/32. The 4th tire? Brand new. They only replaced one of the 4 tires on a AWD vehicle, a big no-no.Also, less than a 4th tank of gas when purchasedwindshield wiper had broke and scratched the windshield, so that will have to be replacedwindshield washer fluid line was brokenSplash guard was damaged causing loud screeching noiseWill never go back and they will not work with me. Pushy, lied about warranty, paperwork, did not check the car keys, sent us home with an empty tank of gas. Unwilling to fix a part that is broken, did not clean car like promised. Horrible experience, pompous manager, Never will deal with again, trying to return the car!
