Chris helped us with our trade in of a Ford F-150 for an Acura SUV. We have traded lots of cars in our 25 years of marriage and this has to be the best experience ever. Chris is the most polite and respectful young man I have met in a long time. Chuck gave us a great deal on our trade. Now the bad news. The standard service on the car was not done. The oil level was at 15%, the brakes vibrated when stopping, the airbags didn't work because of low voltage and the tires were very worn due to bad alignment. This all happened on the first day I owned the car. I am going back to the dealer to resolve these situations or return the vehicle.

Brought my ford e250 in for front end alignment and it took 3 hours for completion.. A week later my van was still out of alignment.. Went back in and they quoted $1000 to fix and replace the entire front end.. I rejected that work and had my brother in law check it out.. The bolt for the ball joint caster was almost completely out... I took the van to Nicholson tire on hey 5 and they had it fixed for $50. I have been a customer of NGA ford for more than 20 years, I will never go back to this dealership ever again. I will tell all of my family members and friends to never stop by here again.

I drove 3 hours to purchase 13 Mercedes Sl 550. I purchased my trade in from a Mercedes dealer in Atlanta and just thought I got great service til I drove to North Ga Ford . I would definitely recommend North Ga Ford to anyone and it's amazing of all the specialty vehicles , motorcycles , campers not your normal Ford Dealer really enjoyed visiting them and doing business.Thank u North Ga Ford I will be back !

My wife alone had a screw in her tire on her way to work. See pulled in at app 745AM, to see if they could patch the tire. There was no one in the waiting room. She was told they could not fix the tire, because they were short handed and they did not want to get behind schedule. So they told her to go up the road to another auto shop. She arrived and they don"t open till 8:30am. I have dealt with this dealership for years, and this has changed my opinion of the service department. A couple of weeks ago I had an oil change on my car and when I went to get it the tires were never rotated. the tech just stated "I thought I did". Fortunately I was home and able to help, but if I was not available I would of held Ford responsible for putting her in danger.

I recently had my one of a kind, Black Ops, Shelby tuned F-150 vandalized in ATL. I insisted to my insurance Co that it be brought to where I purchased...I'm glad I did! 3 weeks after the incident...my bad xxx truck is awesome again! I worked with Chris on obtaining the new Shelby F150 and he was great! It was quick and we communicated by e-mail, phone and text around my busy traveling schedule to make this come together quickly. He answered all of my questions very timely and some were before work and well after work. He helped get the deal put together and got the truck ready for me as I live in FL. He came into work early to help me pick it up and a few other things I asked for. He was professional, courteous, accommodating and I made a new friend. He spent the time to show me the vehicle but was also moving fast to help me get back on the road for my 8 hour drive home which was very fun in the new 700 hp Shelby truck. He also followed up with me on my trip home and took some pictures and video for me as well. This was a very pleasure purchase and I would recommend Chris and this dealership to anyone based on my wonderful experience!

I was looking on the internet for a particular California Special Mustang in Competition Orange. Found the exact car was in stock at Blue Ridge North GA Ford. We drove the 80 miles from our home to their showroom. There we were greeted by Sales Associate Chris Hoeppner. Chris took me for a test ride and answered all of my questions. I have been dealing with North Georgia Ford since 2009 after a really bad wreck. I looked and test drove many cars from different dealers and I got very frustrated! One Saturday afternoon, my fiance asked me, are you ready to call Tim? Crying, I said, yes. I made my first deal within 15 minutes, my edge was delivered by the following Wednesday. Two weeks ago, I purchased my fourth car from him, a 2015 explorer. Tim, Keith and Chuck have not steered me wrong. I have bought all of my vehicles, site unseen, and the vehicles have never been nothing but superb! Tim stands by what he says! They have called and checked to make sure I'm happy! I will only buy vehicles from North Georgia Ford! I'm already researching my next purchase for my soon to be 16 year old! They make you feel like family! Thank you Tim, Keith and Chuck!

I brought our 2007 Mercury Milan in with front end noise and a warning light for the air bags sensors. The charged me $103.13 for the diagnosis without fixing anything. They gave me an estimate of $342.61 to have the front sway bar links replaced. I had them replaced by another local repair shop for $145.00 who did a high quality job in one day. I do not plan on using North Ga Ford for service in the future.

I had just been in an accident with a 2014 Ford Focus Titanium. My insurance company paid off on it.I wanted another one and the original dealership didn't have any available. I called Blue Ridge and was told they have one. It was the sedan version. Idrove almost an hour to get there. I saw the car and it was spotless. .looked brand new. Took a test drive and came back the next day to take it home. So i went from a hatch to a trunk and no moon roof but no biggy. It had a little more than 8000 miles on it in July of 2015 and iot now has 15,000 plus and has performed flawlessly from day one.. There was one problem. I live I n NC and wanted to pay with a check. I thougt it wasfunny that t&e bank i deal with is home based in GA not more than 40 milesnaway fro m them so i jad to get a bank draft.. Since my other car was paid for i didn't have to go through financing it. Great ride grate people.

The first time I stepped onto the North GA Ford looking for my first car. I was overwhelmed with friendly representatives that gave me a tour of there whole lot. I had not the smallest clue of what car I wanted, but I knew it had to be sporty and classy. After I took a look at their lot they had nothing I was interested in, but they were very supportive about my decision and told me to come back in a few weeks and they'll find something of my likings. Few weeks later I get a call and it the North GA Ford and they told me that they had a car they think I maybe interested in, so at that moment I took a trip to there dealership. When I arrive, again, I was help immediately by one of North Ga Ford's representatives. They took me to the back where they had a fully load 2010 Audi A5. It was a very impressive car but still not my taste. After they they kept brining in car that were amazing but still I didn't want them. They then finally told me to pick out a certain car that I wanted and they will have it special delivered to their dealership just for me. At first I was very doubtful that they would do that but I gave it a shot any way. The car I picked out was any model Mercedes Benz CLA 250, but I gave them a car that I would like it to look like. The representatives then said that they would be right on it. Again I was doubtful but in about a week after I get a call that they had the a car. At that moment I headed towards the dealership. As I pulled in there I saw the same exact car that I told the representatives I would like it to look like, and I knew that was the car I wanted. I was very impressed with the determination, persistence, and patience that they showed towards me. I was very happy with my Brand New Mercedes Benz CLA 250. I would recommend this Dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle and for myself I will be coming back to use them for any future car situations.

I wasn't sure what was wrong with my car, due to what other mechanics told me. Although I live 135 miles away from North Georgia Ford, I decided to take my car there. I knew that I would get anhonest answer from this dealer. My husband and I have bought our last seven cars from Tim Ford, whom is the owner of N.G.F. Tim has always treated us right. You will leave there feeling satisfied and knowing you got a great deal on your car, not hammered by a car salesman. I will continue to goto N.G.F., unless Tim buys a dealership on my side of town.

Me and my wife had been looking for a used car for about a month. We had never even considered buying a new car. We went to north georgia ford and test drove a couple of cars. Chris our salesman was awesome. He listened to what we wanted out of a car. We told him our budget. He showed us a ton of used cars, they have an awesome selection. Finally we found one we wanted to buy. Chris asked us if we had considered buying a new car. He explained before we went through the process of buying used, the pro's and con's of used versus new. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. So he talked us into a test drive, just to keep options open. I wasn't too sure at first but then we drove a Focus hatchback. It was great. It was fun to drive, sporty, and had tons of great options. The best part was yet to come, it was within the budget we had set for the used car. It made our choice very simple. Once the decision to buy the focus had been made, the finance department performed one miracle after another. They moved mountains and found us an unbelievable deal. Just an overall great experience. Went to renew my warranty on my 12 year old Escape. My husband wanted to purchase a new vehicle instead. Decision was mine. After 12 years with my Escape, it was time for a new vehicle. I was really leaning towards just renewing my warranty, but my husband was leaning towards a new car. After much discussion, David Skillman and Tim Ford suggested I just test drive both the Escape and The Edge, no high pressure, and then make up my mind. The Escape was nice, but I wasn't convinced. The Edge, well it didn't take me long to know I was driving it home! No high pressure, just lots of great info on both vehicles. went to Georgia for our honeymoon and went with some friends to Cherokee North Carolina to a casino in there Ford F 150 Tonka truck and I fell in love with it coming back from the casino our friend called Tim Ford at 11:30 p.m. at night so I could discuss the truck that I bought with him over the phone tim was very nice on the phone and told me to come visit with him and he would make me a good deal on it to drive back to Oklahoma we went in the next day and talked with Chris the salesman and Tim came in a few minutes later and gave me the low price on the pickup and it was a very good deal he treated me right he got the interest rate down very low which really amazed me we purchase the F-150 Ford Tonka Truck pick up left it there for a day to be detailed and have some other work done on it that I wanted done and then picked it up on Thursday evening Went to Atlanta the next day and dropped off our rental car turned in our return flight tickets from Atlanta to Oklahoma City and drove the pickup home on Saturday and Sunday of the weekend and had a good trip. The people at North Georgia Ford treated me well at the dealership like I had known them forever tim is a very good dealer he knows his vehicles well and he treated us with respect and I will buy from him again

I only scheduled a test drive to compare vehicles in my preferred form factor. There was absolutely NONE of the "pushiness" or unprofessional demeanor as I perused thier stock on hand. Once I selected an appropriate vehicle the test drive was geared towards MY preferences.Afterwards, the invoice price was revealed along with every possible incentive and the salesman showed genuine interest in fulfilling MY needs. The Sales Manager was gracious and we came to an agreement easily without the usual gamesmanship. I met the Service Manager who made suggestions regarding how to facilitate the first few scheduled maintenance visits. The entire process was amazingly quick and I drove away with a new Fusion that prefectly fits my lifestyle. 2011 Ford Fusion advertised "Ford Certified" with 172 point inspection and 18,700 miles on it. Was convinced by Tim Ford to drive 245 miles to see this car as it was a "very nice car" We drove 4 1/2 hours and saw the car had mismatched tires and rear tires were bald and one of them was plugged. The car also showed signs of hail damage that had been repaired and most of the car had been repainted and was mismatched paint. Most of all the odometer showed 11,000 more miles than what was advertised. and the oil had not been changed. The 172 point inspection must have been done by a blind man!

I was in Blue Ridge working on a real estate deal and stopped by North Georgia Ford to look at F250s. I stopped by a couple times with different questions while I was in town and they were always helpful.When I left Blue Ridge to head home to Key West. I told them I needed a Lariat that had no moon roof due to my height. and I would order one when I was ready. I got a call a few weeks later telling me that they got a truck in just like I wanted.. Asked me if I would like to up fit it through Tuscany for the Black Ops package. I had been shopping all over for this very pricey truck. after checking with the owner Tim about pricing, I went ahead with the deal. They were the best deal I could find for this truck anywhere by thousands and I liked working with them. After a few weeks ahead of schedule the truck was ready.. I drove up to pick it up and all promises were fulfilled and the truck was ready. We got to the deal and it was exactly what they said it would be. No pressure sales and no bait and switch. If more dealers were like this they would sell more vehicles and people would not hate them. I enjoyed working with Tim and Marshal on this project.. I now live in Atlanta more than 90 miles from the dealership, but I intend to keep traveling to Blue Ridge whenever I need a car or truck. I don't believe I can offer any higher praise than that.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from North Georgia Ford, I dealt with tim each time and was very pleased with both deals. The first purchase was about a year ago when I purchased a 2007 Dodge Dually and last month when we purchased my wife a 2013 Chevrolet Equanox.Both vehicles was low mileage and very clean. David! He will take great care of you!! Most of this deal was done over the phone and email. I didn't want to spend half the day in the dealership and have a bunch of back and fourth. The sales manager was honest and worked with me to sell their vehicle to me for an outstanding price. David was excellent, honest, prompt, professional, and friendly!! I have bought two cars from North GA Ford. I am very satisfied, was treated well, at least compared to other dealerships I have bought from over the last 60 years. Car sales organizations have a spotty reputation due to the process that has evolved for buying and selling cars. It has become somewhat sleazy and a game of offer, counter offer, sometimes not the most honest process. But, as car dealerships go, North GA was okay and treated me well, danced the sales dance and I ended up being happy with the results. Their service department is now being run by Lilly, a young woman who has been a real asset to them. She is the most organized and effective service manager I have seen there. SO... steps in the right direction. Thanks Lilly for finally figuring out what was wrong with my 2011 Expedition and fixing it!!! All in all... good dealership.

The unit I inquired on was a Alass A Tiffin motor home with a price of 92K, Was given a price quote over the phone and scheduled an appointment to check it out based on a great price. The salesman and I discussed the unit in detail and I decided to take a day trip to north Georgia. Made a call the morning i was to make a 6 hour trip from NC to dealer I called the salesman to make sure we were still on go. Had to leave messgae could not get salesman ,made several attempts. Upon arrivial was giving the news that they were sorry but the stated price of 84K was for another older unit.The unit I wanted was 124K. Several hours later and with a lot of run around I walked out while waitig on the salesman for his second trip to the back office to talk with his boss. I would consider this dealership to be less than horonable based on my dealings. I did recieve a call from the sales mangaer on my way back trying to make a deal that was still way north of what we had tqalked about over the phone. Maybe I was one of the few treated like old car salesman use to act but it was no a good or useful experience.

Typical bare and switch operation. Travelled from Chattanooga to purchase a Chevrolet Aveo that was advertised on Auto Trader.com. I applied for advanced financing and was told I was approved for the car. I called at five minutes to seven, they closed at seven, to confirm that the car was still available. I was told it was there waiting on us to arrive tomorrow. After making the long drive we were told the car had disappeared,they had no idea what happened to the car,maybe it was taking to the auction,they really didn't know what happened to the car.Then they offered to make us a killer deal on any other car on the lot. All of the other cars were several thousand dollars higher and had higher mileage than the car we had come to purchase. Oh, did I mention they had our phone number and could have called us before we drove that far since we were told they discovered the car was gone before nine that morning. I say run don't walk away from this dealer as fast as possible.

Less than a month ago I bought a used car cash outright. Saw the car fax report which included their recent repair to the water pump. The car started leaking anti-freeze a week later. Spent time to determine the issue. The timing cover gasket was leaking. There was wax over it to stop the leak. The gasket was supposed to have been changed when the water pump was. Went to Ford since the issue was created when they "fixed" the car. They denied using wax to seal it and wanted to charge over $700 to repair their mistake. Took it to another mechanic, ASE certified who fixed my car for less than $200. He discovered many bolts had not been tightened when Ford repaired the car. I almost lost the idler pulley, because it wasn't bolted and bearings stripped. Less than 500 miles driven and the driver has a broken back and the negligence shown by Ford could have cost someone their life. Over an $11 part and 10 minutes to tighten what they loosened. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM or LET THEM REPAIR YOUR VEHICLE.

When he got there it ended up being slightly different than we had been told (We would not have purchased it if we had known that it was a different rear in it) but my husband still thought it was nice inside and looked good on the outside too plus he had driven so far to get it...he wasn't coming home without it.So he buys it and he gets about 200 miles from the dealership and the truck starts messing up. He thought that it wouldn't make the rest of the trip so he pulled over, parked it, unhooked our car which he was towing home and came home.He called the dealership and they were SO very UNhelpful now that he had already signed the contract...beforehand they were falling all over themselves trying to help us out.They would NOT take the truck back nor would they do ANYTHING.After my husband got home they said HE would have to pay to have it towed to a nearby garage...so we did...to a special diesel mechanic in Ashville NC. We were told that the EGR had been fixed in the truck by the dealership...the mechanic said it had never been touched. Plus an injector died which is what messed it up on the way home. On top of that all of the injectors would need to be replaced ($3000 just for those) for it to run properly. On top of THAT he said it looked to him like someone that had no idea what they were doing had gone through the engine and left out bolts and possibly cracked the reservoir. Add to that the fact that once he got the truck running it through about 15 codes and the turbo wouldn't turn on all the time. He unhooked the EGR valve and the turbo started working better again but the EGR would need deleting.He also commented that in his professional opinion, someone had stopped the codes from coming up just long enough to get the truck sold.We got the mechanic to write everything up and fax it to the dealership...to which they responded, we will give you $650. The total for just the first things that needed to be replaced just to get it running was $4400! They are a bunch of liars and thieves.Do NOT buy from them!!! PLEASE!!!

I recently purchased a pre-owned, non-Ford vehicle from this dealership and I am very happy with the transaction. Jim Bowen and his team were very friendly, communicative, and professional. After noticing this particular vehicle in Autotrader, I contacted the store to verify that the car was still in stock. Since I am in Atlanta, I spent several days emailing back and forth with Jim about the various questions that I had. Jim accurately portrayed the good and bad points so when I arrived in person to inspect and buy the vehicle everything was in order. The facility is very clean and well organized. I received a quick thank you from Jim and the store owner shortly after taking delivery and all the tag and title paperwork was handled efficiently. I took a day off to go to Blue Ridge to purchase this vehicle sight unseen. The drive from Atlanta was very nice and the local barbecue is very good!

I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants the best car buying experience. Every time we are in need of a car, this is the only dealership we go too. We drive 2 1/2 hours just to go to this dealership. I have never had someone go so far above and beyond their job to make sure that we are happy, informed, and totally satisfied before we walk out the door. It is also family friendly which is a major plus since we have 4 kids. We have purchased five vehicles from them and if we are not happy or something goes wrong we am taken care of quickly and with respect and courtesy, which is something you don't see enough of these days. There need to be more dealerships like this one....better yet just go visit and you will see what I mean.

I must start out by saying under no circumstances would I EVER recommend this dealership!!! I found a vehicle from their "online store" very reasonable priced. I sent a online request of information about the vehicle on a Sunday night. Before 9am on Monday morning (we were sleeping in due to a holiday). Salesman Rev. Eddy Hensley called us. I told Rev. Hensley that I was interested in the vehicle found out more info on the truck and explained that I would be calling him back in a "little while" because I would have to talk to my wife before we could make a decision on coming down for the purchase. (Over a 3 1/2 hour drive one way). Within the next hour, our breakfast was interrupted 3 times, to which should have been a sign of things to come with Rev. Eddy Hensley calling. He was telling us that he needed to know if we were going to come purchase the vehicle. After explaining to him the "situation" my wife and I had with purchasing a vehicle he said, I understand, and we could call him back after we discussed it, which was agreed by both parties. Less than 7 minutes later we got another call, again interrupting our family breakfast. Rev Hensley informed us if we really were interested in this vehicle that we would need to put a deposit down by a debit/credit card, due to the fact that other parties were interested in this vehicle. I again informed him that I still hadn't gotten a chance to talk it over with my wife since it would be her primary vehicle to get our young children to school, sports activities, doctors, etc... We hung up again, and I again tried to proceed with breakfast and within 10 minutes the phone rings yet again, and it was Rev. Hensley calling. This time I answered and told him that I needed a few minutes due to we were trying to have breakfast that it had already been interrupted and that if we were interested we would be calling him back within the hour. He then informed me that if we did not make the decision on the vehicle and place a deposit, the vehicle was going up for auction that afternoon, even though he told us there was 4-5 more interested parties. After talking it over with her, we agreed that we would go down Tuesday morning. I called him back to insure that the vehicle we picked out would be available to us when we made the drive down. I asked if I could send a Money Gram or Western Union to hold the vehicle until we got there. He informed me that it had to be by card and promised that it would be secure. Against my better judgment, I agreed to give the information and informed Rev. Hensley that we would be driving down the following day to look at, and test drive the vehicle. He said you have 24 hours, and after that you will not get your deposit back if you fail to make it for the test drive.Tuesday morning, after getting the kids off to school and making arrangements for them, we took off from Knoxville, TN to Blue Ridge, GA. Almost 4 hours later and a beautiful scenic drive we pulled into the dealership. It was the first time I have driven my 89 Ford Mustang GT (classic) onto a lot and a salesman didn't come try to open my door! I make my way in to meet this Rev. Eddy Hensley, and he seemed like a pretty nice guy. We introduced ourselves and he shook our hand and went to get our vehicle. After a brief moment he comes back with our vehicle of choice and was getting us ready for a test drive. He takes my license in to copy it and apparently while he was in there ran my card through that I had given him to hold for the deposit. First thing I am NOT comfortable with having the salesman going on the test drive with me, I am a Soldier, 2 time Iraqi war veteran, if I cannot be trusted to test drive a car without a salesman, there is a HUGE problem in this world. We go on the test drive and he is telling me where to drive to and which way to go. The vehicle had a few problems, acted as if it was missing and had some vibrations in it. It didn't want to pull a hill, or even go over 60 MPH. He assured us that it was just in need of a good tune up and it would ride like a new one after. He also informed us that this truck had belonged to Tim Ford, the owner of the dealership, (even though it had been a northern truck for 6 years). He also kept telling my wife that this was a great deal for this vehicle because it was a $50,000 vehicle new, to which my wife replied that it was not a new vehicle and wasn't $50,000 when this particular one was new. It was pouring the rain, not one time did they offer a umbrella or some type of cover so I could check the vehicle outside and underneath. He asks us if we were ready to purchase the vehicle and my wife informs him we need a few minutes alone to talk it over. In the middle of our decision making process, we asked Rev. Hensley and a few of the other floor salesmen about the vehicles fluid levels to assure us that the vehicle would make the long drive home, also if they were going to put any fuel in the vehicle before we take it home. They went into telling us that the vehicle had went through their certified pre-owned inspection and insured us that all fluid levels were up to specs for the vehicle we wished to purchase, and that it would make the drive home and then some. They did say they would put $20 in the tank. We discussed the purchase price and agreed that for the price it was an excellent investment, even with the salt damage from it being a northern vehicle. Rev. Hensley then proceeded to take us into his office to do the paperwork to which we were shocked to find out that there was a $400 "admin fee" added to the price we were quoted, which we were not aware of when he had given us the total purchase price over the phone the day before. We still agreed to the purchase of this vehicle. We then in turn, went into another office to complete the finance paperwork. We sign the purchase agreement for the vehicle. We were told that the title would be in the mail the following day. It is then that we find out that Rev. Eddy Hensley failed to inform us that we would have to bring cash for the remaining balance owed. I asked Marshall, (the finance manager), if I could pay with my debit card to which I quickly got a NO for a response, which in my mind, made no sense to me seeing how a Debit card is cash. I then inquired using my credit card or writing a personal check, again to which I quickly got a no, due to it being from out of town. Marshall informed me that Tim Ford made the rules and that they cannot be changed. He then told me that I could drive down the road to their bank inside of Ingles and get a Cashiers check or cash transfer from my debit/credit card for the remaining balance. Aggravated at finding out that they will not take a check from a Soldier that is still currently protecting this country, I go down to this bank to where that they tried to run the card for the cash advance and somehow it ends up locking my bank account up and by this time I cannot fix it and my bank is now closed,( the employee at the bank was beyond excellent and went above and beyond, out of her way, to help me). I proceed to go back to the dealer and inform them of the happenings at their bank. I also tell them that if something cannot be done with my check/debit card, that I want all paperwork torn up and void the sell. During this time while I was being scrutinized and jerked around with the finance people, my wife wanted to take the keys to check the lighter to see if it worked. She was denied the keys to OUR vehicle which we had just signed papers on. Rev. Hensley just happened to have with him in his wallet, a wallet worn blank check. He then offers to write a check for the purchase price to the dealership where in turn I would write a check to him. After a few minutes of waiting they come out and it is agreed. Finally getting the keys to the vehicle, papers in hand, my wife asks about the security/lock code to get in the vehicle for the keyless entry on the door, to which she was informed that first thing the next morning we would get a call with the code. However, they did NOT put $20 in gas like they said they would, they did NOT call with the lock code, they still have NOT sent my title, nor did they even care to bother with calling us the next day or any of this past week to make sure we even made it home with our vehicle. We got home, did the tune up on it, had to change the oil because it was low, and found out that there was no wiper fluid in the vehicle, and that no transmission fluid showed on the dip stick. When calling to inquire about the title, fluid levels, and the code, we were put off and put off with no return calls from Rev. Hensley until my wife called a fourth time to which she was told Rev. Eddy Hensley would call her back within the half hour. The gentleman she talked to asked why she was calling and she told him about the afore mentioned issues. He told her that they do not do vehicle inspections and check fluid levels on used vehicles that come on their lot and he didn't know why they would have told us that (Rev. Hensley and other salesmen told us that it had been inspected and everything checked out). She waited an hour and called back, only then about 20 min later did Rev. Hensley return her call. When she explained to him what we had found, and questioned him about the other concerns, he then tells her, "I was trying to do you guys a favor by writing that check for you, and the other problems you are having with the fluids is, well, I just didn't know, I assumed that everything was fine, and we are only human and we all make mistakes. I don't know what else you want me to do." He kept saying that "he was being nice and just trying to do us a favor in getting us in this vehicle". He then promised to call us the following Monday (today) with the title and the security code information. We have still yet to get this call. All of this coming from someone who says they Pastor a church and would never mislead or give false information to anyone. If I was a member of this mans congregation I would want to find another shepherd to lead his flock. I have never had a problem with Ford. I now own four Fords, including the recently purchased vehicle from Blue Ridge North GA Ford. I am very pleased with my purchase, but it is the staff at this establishment that I have the problem with. Whether you are a veteran, or an everyday Joe, wanting to buy a vehicle, BEWARE!!! I am a 21 year veteran of the United States Army, and still serving full time in the military and I do not think I deserve the treatment that my wife and I received, and are still receiving from this dealership DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP !!! GO ELSEWHERE !!! And, all this over a $1600 rusted out 2000 Ford Expedition...???

(2006 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4) I had emailed and received 2 responses confirming that the truck had not been smoked in. One of them from Tim Ford, the owner of the dealership. I also called yesterday and asked the same question to another sales person (Mike) who confirmed that it was clean and he didn't think it was smoked in. I explained that I was leaving work early to make the 2 hour drive and didn't want to waste my time or his. He said that 90% of their sales come from people driving further distances than me, and that it was in your dealership's best interest to make sure I don't leave without buying this truck.When I got there, I opened the door to the truck and could immediately tell it belonged to a smoker. The smell is obvious. I test-drove it anyway and checked the cigarette lighter, and sure enough it was filthy with cigarette residue. I showed this to the Mike while we were driving. He apologized and said he didn't notice. It took me about $30 in gas, and over 4 hours of my time yesterday. In my line of business, 4 hours equals between $600-$800. I don't know if they think customers are morons, or if their people are ignorant or purposefully misleading. But I will never buy from this dealership, even if they have exactly what I'm looking for at half the price. They wasted my time and my money, hoping that I either wouldn't notice, or would buy anyway.Two thumbs down. Buyer beware. Don't believe a word they say.
