This was easy. No high pressure. Art was very accommodating and easy-going. The car is pre-owned, but in fairly good shape. They listened to any concerns after the test drive and even changed the tires and replaced a wheel bearing to fix the problem. Their motivation was high.

We purchased our first brand new car in 22 years! Absolutely love our new Fusion! Our sales representative was AJ. AJ was great to work with. He showed us each car we were interested in & took us for test drives. He even washed the cars before we test drove them! AJ explained the pricing and buying processes to us very well which made the whole process very easy. The purchase of our car went very smoothly & quite fast, I drove it home that day. All of the staff at Blue Springs Ford were very warm & friendly and great to visit with. We're very glad we went to check out the inventory there!

My daughter was using my car and the engine light came on. I live 2 1/2 hrs away from Blue SPrings Ford but my daughter lives in Blue Springs. I called them and they got the car in that day, repaired it and even called me a couple of times with reports on the progress. Everyone person that I talked with was so friendly and nice. I talked with Wes and he was extremely helpful. When my daughter went by the dealership to pick up a car seat that was in the car, the man in the shop even offered to take the car seat for her and put it in a rental car that she was using. These kinds of things just don't happen very often and I just want all the people at Blue Springs Ford to know how thankful that I am that they helped my daughter in her time of need. Wonderful service, friendly, helpful employees and great service!

My experience was very well organized. We bought the car pretty -much site unseen from the internet. Communication with salesman was very good. When all our ducks were in a row, we called and told the salesman we would be coming. Half-way into our trip, we even received a call from the dealership to see if we were on schedule. Once there everything followed like clock work. A little wait for the finance manager, but we understood how busy he was at that time. Very good experience. was also impressed with dealership and the community involvement of this dealer.

Tyson Young is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with and now is the best sales manager. Everyone in the service department is absolutely top-notch! Mike J. is my advisor but the service manager Ryan J. is always willing to make sure they go the extra mile. Even Chris S., Mark S. and Marnette are unbelievably courteous and helpful. If you go to any other Ford dealership, you are depriving yourself of the best automotive experience that is available in the market today. I brought my Ford Edge in under a warranty recall and the experience was great. I was running late but they still worked me in. The whole staff was friendly and they didn't try to tell me that I needed any extra service. My only issue was that I asked for an estimate to update my SYNC (it requires a dealer update) and they forgot to call me with the estimate. But overall was a great experience.

I bought a used F150 in May 2016. The salesman told me there would be a warranty, but when I went to sign final papers, I was told no warranty. After much discussion, the GM agreed to give me a 90 day or so many miles warranty. Right away I noticed a shuddering when I was driving at times, and took it back within a week. Long story short, I have been told it is a bad torque converter, intake gaskets, bad fuel, low fluids, broken hose, etc. and have had to put out $232 of my own money to pay the 50% and the same night...yep you guessed it! It still has a shudder. I tried to call this morning to let them know it was still happening, but there has been NO response. Ivwas told the GM is a super nice guy who takes care of his customers, but he needs to make sure the people working for him are doing the same. At this point, I will warn everyone I know to stear clear.

We dropped our car off at 06:30 a.m. on a Tuesday for oil change and any recall work. Also, if time an estimate on recent hail damage repair. Our car was the only car inside or parked outside the Quick Lane for work... We called at 4:00 p.m. since we hadn't heard that the car was ready and always pick up on the way home from work. The Service desk said they had been very busy and were finishing up and it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. They called back about 4:30 and said they just got done, the recall work (air bag) took 4 hours. They are just finishing up. They had the car since 06:30 a.m. We arrived about 4:45. No time for hail repair estimate, only if we wanted to wait around til 06:00 p.m. We had elsewhere to go after work, so we declined waiting another hour and 15 minutes. Car had not been washed. I guess we will have to make another appointment either at BS Ford or elsewhere for an estimate on hail damage. Kind of a hassle day.

While the PU was in the service bay & being inspected the tech found problem with the alignment. I had it serviced at another dealership north of the river(Ray) county & asked them to check the alignment, which I believe was never done as well as rotate the tires never done. I kept going there for service till the warranty was up & you people showed me what was happening that was it for that dealer. Besides that we moved to Blue Springs.

The Ford F150 that I purchased had defective construction concerning it 4 x 4 actuator assembly and related mechanisms. Through the grueling Ford buy back process Blue Springs Ford lived up to their promises written and verbal. In my buy back experience I had unique opportunity to see first hand the executive, service, sales, finance, and collision departs. I received a recall notice for my 2010 Fusion and though I'd never been to Blue Springs Ford, it was nearby and more convenient. Wes McGowen in service checked me in and explained the process of a recall when I'd already had the fuel tank replaced several years prior to the recall notice. He was so incredibly helpful and professional and even called me back after I'd left (in well under an hour!) to let me know what their warranty department said about possibly being reimbursed for the expense I'd already incurred. Can't say enough good things about Wes and the whole service department. Including the lovely ladies in the cashier office!

I bought my Mercury Milan from Blue Springs Ford in July 2010. Since then, I have had my car maintenanced at their Quick Lane servicing center, where I have always had a great experience. I recently had some recall work done, was able to schedule my appointment the day before getting my car into be serviced, received a follow-up call the day the service was performed to ensure that the time still worked, and was able to pick my car up with all repairs fully completed when I got off work. I appreciate the high level of service provided by Blue Springs Ford and particularly Sam Bell who has taken care of me the past few times I've been in.

We arrived at the dealership to look at a used car. It was a Toyota Camry. Jimmy Sheets came over to us to see if he could help us. He took us over to look at it, and take it for a test drive. By that time we were pretty sure we were going to buy it. We had to go get our older car that we were going to trade in, and it was late on Saturday, May 7, 2016. Jimmy started the paper work while we went to get the car. We finished with Jimmy, and went to see (Rebekah)?, and then finished with Josh Paige. We walked away with the new/used car. I did bring the car back on Monday, May 9, 2016 for a minor repair on a door lock. They gave me a loaner car to drive. They took the car to get that fixed and we picked the car up today Tuesday, May 10, 2016. That was a quick turn around. The process was smooth and easy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I bought my vehicle at Blue Springs Ford new in '05. I had a very pleasant experience buying it. The service department is very good as I never have had a problem with them. Occasionally they will try and get you to pay for easy service such as changing your air filter or wiper blades which anyone can do themselves for half the cost but they aren't pushy if you tell them no. However, beware of the used car sales department. I had inquired about trading in my vehicle with the intention of buying a newer but used vehicle for better gas mileage. I had already gotten four other offers for my vehicle including two reputable area dealerships. Blue Springs Ford used car made a laughable offer which didn't even come close to the other offers I already had and wouldn't budge either, so I walked out. If they were willing to screw me on my current vehicle, I can't imagine that they wouldn't screw me on a newer purchase. Then, for the past week, the sales guy has been blowing up my phone wanting to know if I was still interested in selling my vehicle and purchasing one from them. I guess he thought I was kidding when I said I had better offers. If you are going to lowball me, don't be surprised that I won't do business with you! First impressions are everthing.

My family has always owned Chevy's since Grandpa was a GM employee. My Dad & brother have already made the switch to Ford several years back - I am the last to make the change. I've had my 2016 F350 Lariat for only 2 days now but have pulled my 4 horse trailer with it twice and have used it as a 'truck'. I really like a lot of the features Ford has to offer and they way the truck sits up more than Chevy. I don't have anything negative to say about either my new truck or Blue Springs Ford. At this point, I would highly recommend them both. Check back after a year or 2 and I'll let ya know if I still have the truck and have become a permanent Ford owner :)

Brought my 2014 F-150 in for Quick Change. Service advisor was very pleasant to deal with. I teased him about getting my oil change, tires rotated and a car wash in 20 minutes. He said give it about 45 minutes. I also brought in a new air filter to see how to install it, he said they would be happy to install it and they did. However-- did not get to see anyone on how to get it installed-how many clips, hoses or whatever to get it installed. Waiting area is clean has drinks, pastries, TV, internet access. Dealership cares about their customers.!!

I was blown away by the experience I had with you! I didn't purchase my Ford through you but I was treated like I did. I was told by another shop I needed a $4k repair, you fixed it for well under $1k. My car was also ready two days before you said it would be and much to my surprise my car was detailed when I picked it up. I probably had the the award for the dirtiest car when I brought it in. I have an older Grand Marquis and it would not start as the battery was dead. We've worked with Service Advisor JW at Blue Springs Ford for many years, and I took the car to him to diagnose and fix. The issue turned out to be a power drain in an aftermarket CD player installed years ago in the trunk which was periodically shorting out. This was not easy to spot and I credit JW's years of experience in determining what had happened and how to fix it. Since apparently water had gotten in through the trunk gasket, the gasket was replaced and the CD disconnected. The car has run perfectly since then. It is not always obvious what is causing problems, and JW's extensive experience with Ford products gives him a sixth-sense on where to look. Bottom line, he gets things fixed when others can't get the job done. I would highly recommend asking for Service Advisor JW at Blue Springs Ford. He is excellent!

My wife and I had been looking for a different truck for quit some time. Found a couple if trucks at Blue Springs Ford. We went in one Saturday and test drove them both. One was a Ford and one was a Chevy bith 2015's. Chayse and the Sales Manager Jason were both very friendly and easy to deal with. Told them we would think about it and left. We never got the "annoying phone calls" from them at all. We did go back and buy the 2015 F150. Very satisfied with the truck (1st Ford I have ever owned). Have already recomended them to some friends. I would go back there again.

They advertised a 2015 Chevy Cruze with 21,000 miles online for $13,500. I spoke with the sales man about it and was ready to come and buy it. As I was headed out the door he calls to say they sold it but they have a similar one with 4,000 MORE miles for $15,200. I told him I wanted the price I originally saw that they sold the other for. He told me there was no way he could make that happen. I called the manager to give him the opportunity to make it right and received no call back. I feel that I was lied to and the other car was probably falsely advertised. I will be buying elsewhere.

Yesterday, I called Fords Service Department and talked with Tyler. She suggested I bring my car right in. I took my vehicle in to have a "tire pressure" warning and a "check engine light" re-checked. Wesley checked my vehicle in, we discussed the issues, he suggested I have them do the the recommended oil change, as it only had another 100 miles to go before it was due. I left my car with him. He made a call to confirm that a part was required for my car, had it special ordered and the work was performed by Brent. All this only took an hour and a half. Wesley got me a coupon for the "works" package, so i was able to have the tire pressure issue, the check engine light and the complete check up performed in one visit. Wow! Fords' really had this! Thanks, Fords.

Love the global sun roof, heat and cool for all seats, plenty of leg room for 5 adults, lots of cargo space, love the automatic fold down seats when haulting. Ambiant interior lights, oo-la-la, love all the Snyc technology and GPS navigation within driver's view. No more GPS sliding across the dash or digging for phone from purse. For my husband, great motor and safety features. Air bags in dash, curtain and back passenger seat belts. All wheel drive and weather floor mats. Had purchased 2 other cars from this dealership in years past and remembered the quality service. Sales person was excellent, treated me like the knowledgeable lady I am. Answered questions directly, even looked up a couple of points about under coating that I was interested in. Suggested Ford mobility as an option for disabled spouse. Took 5 days to decide, but wasn't pushy to buy car and available for answering followon questions. Rest of staff was just as professional from greeter at the door, delivery manager and finance manager. Excellent overall experience.

I bought my very first new car from Nick Bundy, at Blue Springs Ford. It was a great experience from the beginning. After wrecking my car in November 2015 I was looking for a car. I had been looking at new cars prior but I was not in the market to buy. I had test drove a few different models before coming to Blue Springs Ford and had decided that I liked the Ford Escape the best! I came to Blue Springs Ford because of their prices!!! I had several conversations with Nick via email before arriving for a test drive, and when I arrived to take my test drive and put a hold on the vehicle Nick had everything ready and waiting for me. I fell in love with the car after driving it. I wanted to add a tow package to the car as well as a few other minor things and they were able to schedule everything within a week and I was still going to be able to pick my car up on the 2nd of January. My great grandmother always did business with Blue Springs Ford because they treated her right!!! And so far they have done everything they could to go above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with everything and that every step of the process has been easy and hassle free. Another thing that I really loved about Blue Springs Ford is that they didn't hassle me or try to get me to buy something that I was not interested it! Several other dealerships called and emailed me multiple times trying to sell me a car and that got really old really fast, but Blue Springs Ford only contacted me after I contacted them and on the day I went to test drive the car, Nick didn't pressure me to try and buy another car and the price was exactly as we had previously discussed.

Blue Springs Ford Complaint - Blue Springs MOI brought my Subaru in to have a MO State Inspection done on it. Several things had failed according to your mechanics. First was one of the bushing links to the Sway Bar. You wanted to charge me well over $200 to fix it. The part cost me $11 and it only took me about 10 minutes to replace it.Second was the inside drivers side tie rod. This was going to be in excess of $300 to fix. The part cost me $36 and it took me only about 20 minutes to replace it. Your mechanics told me that there was excessive play in that wheel but I could not feel any play. The only thing I found wrong was that the dust boot was torn. I replaced it all anyway but for 900% less than you were going to charge me.Third was the rear brakes and rotors. Your mechanic said that the brake pads were worn and that the rotors needed to be replaced. It was true that the pads were at the end of their life, but they had not worn down to the metal yet. There was no scoring on the rotor and it had lost less than a millimeter on each side. Both were well within range. You wanted to charge me well over $300 dollars to replace them and to replace the pads. I had already purchased the rotors and pads for about $90 and it only took about 10 minutes per wheel to replace them. This was money that I should never have had to spendYou wanted to charge me nearly $200 to replace the drivers side headlight assembly. I bought a new one on eBay for $36. It only took me 10 minutes to install it.All total, you were going to charge me $1289 to do all the work you said I needed to have done to pass inspection. I spent $173 on parts and about an hour to do all of the work. You guys are crooks. You are the reason why mechanics have such a bad name. I will be spreading this all over the internet so that maybe you will lose a lot of business from unsuspecting people who don't know any better.

My experience was very well organized. We bought the car pretty -much site unseen from the internet. Communication with salesman was very good. When all our ducks were in a row, we called and told the salesman we would be coming. Half-way into our trip, we even received a call from the dealership to see if we were on schedule. Once there everything followed like clock work. A little wait for the finance manager, but we understood how busy he was at that time. My experience at Blue Springs Ford was like none other. Salesman Jake Bockover had everything ready and prepared for me to follow through with the exact vehicle I wanted. Very happy with that part of the service. Didnt ever feel like he sold anything to me. Felt like I got what was already mine. Not so happy with the customer service in coverage and extras for my car. Felt like i was pressured into getting certain items and then when installed it was not completed properly and the process to get that taken care of was a little more stressful than i expected. But overall? Outstanding service on the sales side of things.

This review is specifically for the Used Car dealership, I made the mistake of going into the new car dealership building looking for my salesperson Larry Luther and was met with a very snobbish lady at the front desk who dismissed us quickly by stating you are looking for the used car dealership the next building over, emphasizing her word on "used" as if she was disgusted. It was all in her wording and facial expression, she was not kind at all, I wasn't the only one who caught this. I went next door with no intentions of buying a vehicle if the people in there behaved the same way this lady did. I was not met with any hostility when I entered, the people there were very relaxed. I meet Larry Luther, he's nothing like the lady I just encountered, he is very respectful, he explained all the paperwork thoroughly, assessed my transportation needs and ultimately I bought a vehicle with no money down. The only drawback was I was not given many choices of vehicles to choose from, besides that I would highly recommend the dealership to others and recommend asking for Larry Luther as your salesperson.

Took my F-150 in for a whl alignment one afternoon. Service was quick; less than 1 hour. However, as I was driving home, I noted the tech got grease on: steering wheel, carpet, console lid, and left armrest. I called and left a message for the Service Mgr, and expressed my dissatisfaction with the dirty interior (it is beige-which shows any dirt very easily). I received a message back from my Advisor-Sam stating to bring the ruck back in so they could clean it. I had to clean it as soon as I got home as it was nasty and I knew the longer the grease stayed on these surfaces-the worst it would be. I felt this was a weak recovery effort on the part of the dealership. It appears no seat covers/floor mats were used, or if they were-the tech wasn't careful about not making a mess in my interior. I just moved into town and this was my first visit. I will take my F-150 to another local dealer for my future service needs.

Word of mouth truly is the best form of advertising. My sister had just purchased her car from Chase at Blue Springs Ford and had such a pleasant experience, we decided, since we were in the market for a truck, we would check them out. Chase helped us find exactly what we were wanting, was so very helpful/knowledgeable and professional without being the "in your face pushy say anything to get a deal" kind of salesman we had previously encountered at other dealerships. After we had our truck a couple days, we encountered a couple minor issues. We contacted Chase and he immediately,.. after profusely apologizing even though it wasn't his fault,.. made sure they were addressed and corrected. Mike in the service department fixed the issues and did a great job and I might add, very quickly. We own 16 Fords through our fleets. One truck broke down in west/central Kansas, and my first call was to them. They would not even listen to the symptoms I was seeing, and told me if I wanted their help, I needed to have it towed to them. I told him I was 425 miles away, and that was unrealistic. All I asked for was a guess of what could be wrong to know if it needed to be towed somewhere, or if it was something as simple as a blown fuse. The advisor told me it wasn't his problem, and I should look up the nearest dealer and tow it to them. After reminding them off the amount of business I have been bringing to them for a decade, I asked if it was too much to ask what could be broken when I had no Oil Pressure but the dipstick levels were good. The advisor hung up in the middle of my question. I called back and asked for the Service Manager, and when I told him what had happened, his response was he didn't know what else his advisor could have done. I asked if they had a list of what to check when the engine wouldn't start. He said there was no such thing. He told me these trucks are so complicated that without plugging in an expensive code reader, there is no way to know what is happening. After I told him I had a code reader with live data feeds with me, he said that it would need a certified technician to know what the data meant, and refused to even talk, and said I was unreasonable and there was nothing they could do. I asked if this was really worth my business, and his response? "Apparently it is". I called another dealer. In five minutes, we had concluded "correctly" that there was a internal leak in the high pressure oil system. Fixed, done, and back on the road. I do not plan to go back to Blue Springs Ford again. If sixteen vehicles are not worth their time to answer a couple questions to get you off a highway curb, is yours?

Get everything in writing. Had set appointment and it "wasn't in the system" so I got charged for a rental when the original person I made the appointment with said they could provide one just as long as I filled out a review. $70 for 3 hours and less than 20 miles. Additionally, on numerous occasions I have been spoken down to and made to feel like an idiot by the service department. I know it has to be quick and you're trying to get everything done but you don't have to be rude. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Salesman Nick Bundy and manager Jason where great to work with. Both were very personable and HONEST. My Dad and I purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. We live two hours from the dealership , but the price is what attracted us originally.Before we went to see the car Nick informed us over the phone that the car had a a small paint chip in the hood that would be noticeable.After we came to an agreement for the purchase of the car ,Nick and Jason pulled enough strings to get the hood fixed and repainted that same day. Saving us a four hour round trip for another day. The most impressive part of the dealership was the service after the sale! We had paid for the car and had it at home for the a day before we had noticed the windshield had some scratches in it that went unnoticed at the time of purchase. My dad did some research with a local glass company and called Jason to discuss the problem. I remember my dad saying " I suppose we will have to drive two hours back and have them look at it!" Jason said "no problem he would just put a new windshield in and bill it to the dealership." We would recommend Blue Springs Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I researched the car I wanted, (a CMax Hybrid) met Javier Ferrar in the showroom and he located a CMax equipped like I wanted, and Javier had it brought to Blue Springs Ford for a test ride with my wife and I. While I was there, Bob Balderston, President of Blue Springs Ford, was taping a commercial in the showroom. When he was finished, he came over, introduced himself and chatted, asking if I was satisfied with the customer service. A nice, friendly touch. When I returned with my wife, we took the test-drive while Javier explained the features of the CMax Hybrid. We re-entered the showroom and worked out a great deal on the White Platinum CMax and I got a great offer on my trade-in. Overall one of the best, least painless car purchases I have made. I highly recommend.

Mark Eggers was my service advior for my service this past Wednesday. I had a recall on my F-250 Superduty pick-up. I also advised Mark about a sound comming from my right rear wheel brake. He not only made sure that my request was attended to, he discovered the source of the high pitched noise. He ordered the brake bracket that was cracked and the brake lining that was worn from the defect. This was under warrenty & he got me back in for the repair within 1 day! The parts had to be ordered. When I went to San Diego last month, a ford dealer there advised me that I was just hearing things. SERVICE IS THE SUM OF MANY SMALL THINGS DONE WELL! I bought a used 2014 dodge journey a little over a month ago. The salesman was very reassuring and promised everything was checked over and given the motortrend protection. Well as soon as I left and got on the highway at 70 the car started to shake. I called back and the salesman said we did an alignment so it's warranty take it to dodge. A couple days later we realized the passive entry isn't working, again salesman says take it to dodge. Now went in to get first oil change and the tech says did you know you have a transmission leak? When I looked it was noticeable the transmission leak had been there a while and looks as though someone tried to put gasket sealant over top without removing the pan and resealing it. So I understand dodge made the product and they do have the warranty. But a salesman says they do a full inspection of over 100 things and somehow missed two obvious and something critical like an oil leak? I think they looked for a quick sale and washed their hands on dodge warranty. I won't go back!

Woke up and decided that we would buy a new car, it was so cold that our cheeks hurt after 5 minutes of on the lot browsing. We were looking, debating, trying to figure out what we wanted and Mike Hanson appeared with a smile on his face even though the wind was shipping at about 15-20 mph. This is my second purchase from Blue Springs Ford in the last six months. While my family and I were living overseas and getting ready to move to Missouri, we knew we would need a vehicle as soon as we touched down in Kansas City. Nick Bundy to the rescue! My car was involved in an accident and the insurer's insurance sent me to Blue Springs Ford Collision Center for the repairs. They were not my first choice but they were the guaranteed provider for this insurance company and so I agreed. My car went to the shop on November 11, 2014. I received updates from the insurance company every couple of days in the beginning telling me they were looking at the repairs needed and should have a timeline for me shortly. This went onn for almost two weeks before I was given the first idea of when the car would be done. When it approached that day, I was called by the insurance company and told it would not be done as they just realized they didn't receive a part needed for the repairs and so it was moved back 10 days. Right before that day I was contacted by the insurance company and told it would not be done because the person working on my car broke their ankle right before Thanksgiving and now my car would be delayed again as they did not have anyone immediately available to continue the work. I was then given a date of no later than Thursday, December 11. I had not heard from the dealership or the insurance company by 3:30pm that afternoon and so I called my contact at the insurance company. he put me on hold and then came back and said it was not done but would be finished tomorrow. He gave me the phone number and asked me to call them directly around lunchtime to check. I called around 1:40pm and was told it was being cleaned up and I would be called when it was finished. I received a call from Heather at 2:05pm telling me my car was ready to be picked up. I said "Great. I get off at 3pm and I will head your way." I drove from Kansas City, Ks to Blue Springs after work. Dropped the car at Enterprise and walked around to the collision entrance. Upon arriving there the door was locked. Signage on the door says open 7:30am-6:00pm Monday-Friday. Nothing about 4pm. I rattle the door and a female comes to the door opens it and says we closed early today. I'm going to tell you I lost it with her. I have been waiting to get my car back for 39 days! I was not pleasant and demanded to be given my car. I was given my car very nastily and I left.Why was I not told they were closing early? I told them I was heading their way when I got off at 3pm. Why did it take 39 days? I spoke with my preferred shop and it would not have taken that long. I would never recommend this shop for repairs. The time involved was crazy for a big dealership such as Blue Springs Ford. I realize my car was not a Ford but they advertise that they work on all makes and models. They are the preffered provider for a large insurance company. Again, they are not a small shop.

One Saturday afternoon, we walked in to Blue Springs Ford just look at vehicles, as the engine was going out on our current van, and we were looking for an SUV to replace it. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I receiver an acknowledgement from Paul Chaples, just an acknowledgement at first. I was able to search and compare what I wanted. I was able to converse with Paul via email, I withheld my phone number at first. We communicated specifically on what I wanted in a truck. He responded with suggestions and web links to trucks I may be interested based on my criteria. Even addressed my color preference. Once on site Paul addressed my needs down to the my question about it fitting in my garage, it did. Never once did Paul try to steer me in a direction other than what I wanted. He stood by the Ford product and want they represented but didn't once press me on a decision. Actually I was the first to say let's see if we can close the deal. This is the second vehicle I have bought from BSF. Rochelle (sp?) was great to work with and answered all of my questions. My only gripe is when the financing was put together, some of the rebates had to be taken back to get the lowest payment. It would have been nice to know that could happen up front. Ultimately, it did not affect my decision to buy. This is probably more of a gripe with the whole system than this particular dealership but it seems to me that the financing side of the purchase experience could be simplified considerably.

I got into a car accident in the beginning of February and took my car to Blue Springs Ford Collision Center for repair. I dropped it off on a Monday and they didn't even bring it in to do the estimate until Friday. After they finally started working on it the following Tuesday the total came to a little over $5000 for the repairs. They called and said my car was ready for pick up. As soon as I walked up to my car (2011 Ford Taurus Limited) I saw that there was what looked like a dent in the hood and that the front grill and bumper was not lined up right. I brought this to their attention and they took it back in to fix. They brought it back out and I thought everything was ok until I drove it. The car pulled hard to the right. They had done an alignment so it shouldn't have done that. I brought it back and they denied that their was anything wrong as the specs showed that it was aligned correctly. I said it pulls to the right and I had tested it on several different streets. I also pointed out how the front part of the car and the hood weren't right still. They continued to deny everything. I called my insurance company who sent out an inspector. As soon as I told them the insurance company was sending an inspector they took my car back to realign it. They continually denied the fact that they had adjusted the hood and that's why it wasn't lining up until the insurance adjuster got them to admit it. I ended up having to take my car back 3 times before they finally got it fixed right. They advertise that they are perfectionists and do the job right the first time. What a huge lie. I won't ever let them work on my car again. I am extremely upset about how I was treated. I lost time at work because I kept having to bring my car back and my boss was not happy.

talked to sales rep several times and never waivered on the price I was willing to finance. He finally agreed to what I wanted for my trade in and verified with me the amount I would finance. He even quoted me a monthly payment amount including interest. When I drove 2 hours the following day to do the paper work and take home the car, he said the price was $1,000 more than we agreed to. After pointing out proof of the amount we agreed on, he than said that maybe he figured wrong, but that the $1,000 over agreed upon price was the only price he could sell it for. Larry Luther was great. The first time we came, he walked us around and even though we didn't find a car that time, he didn't call us and push! When we came back a week later, he remembered us, took us for a test drive, and walked us through the repairs and financial stuff. Larry introduced us to everyone and continued to contact us through the process of getting the car up to top standards. What impressed us the most, was offering to walk our daughter through the ins and outs of the car since she wasn't with us when we bought it.

As I am a retiree of Ford Motor Company, I have always closely observed the buying car experience, starting at walking in the door of the dealership for the first time. I was impressed with the first hello and the front desk and her introducing me to Brian Metz, Blue Springs Ford sales rep. The ending result was the wife and I buying a new 2014 Ford Edge. I went to look at an Escape, Brian says, take it out and drive it. We decided we wanted to compare the Edge, Brian says take it out and drive it. The wife and I really looked over both, and did settle on the Edge which was best for our needs. Brian then found the car that we wanted on a regional search, I mean he really was tuned into our wants and needs. Thanks Brian! Dealership was really clean and fresh looking. Did a test drive in a Ford Ranger and Larry was very professional about alot of the attributes of the safety features of the truck. The overall experience was very top of the line treatment. I visited Chayse Starin, over a period of 14 days. He was cheerful and helpful. Chayse always answered any question posed to him and helped me define what type of vehicle I was looking for to replace my 15 yr. old pickup. We were looking for a replacement through him and on the web. We had found another Ford Escape at another Ford dealer, but he explained that if bought the Escape through Blue Springs Ford, we would receive the 10 year/100,000 mile power train warranty offered by his dealership. Otherwise to bring in Escape we found on the web, only a 6 year / 60,000 mile warranty would be possible. This added benefit help sway our decision to buy through the Blue Springs Dealership. Josh (finance manager) was very helpful explaining the loan options to my wife and I. We appreciated both of their efforts to meet our expectations.

I went into the dealership this morning with the idea of a test drive and see about a price. I ended up leaving with a new Ford Focus Titanium hatchback. Very friendly staff, not pushy at all and they listened to what i said. I pretty much knew what I wanted when I went in but it was refreshing to be helped and not herded. I don't buy new cars very often, I think because it takes me several years to get over the experience. I would say that I will have to change my opinion about buying a new car now, overall good experience.

I bought my first "new" car in years from Sandy last June. Loved my car, Sandy made the experience very pleasant. Great cumstomer service. Spoke with Sandy in December she made a follow up call to make sure everything was going well and that I still loved my car. I told her I did and everything was great. A month later my car had an accident and was not repairable. I called Sandy up left her a voice mail told her what had happened and left my number. Sandy called back within the hour almost as sad as I was that my car was gone. I told her exactly what I was looking for, she said let me check I will call you right back. I purchased my '06 Navigator in March '10 from this dealership and this was the reason for having it serviced here. I have had multiple issues with their service department, ranging from bad attitude of service advisers, to poor workmanship, and finally not standing behind their work. The issues have ranged from having to make multiple return trips to have leaking tires repaired, multiple times; having a break pad and rotor job result in poor breaking, and a drag sound coming from the breaks after completed; with the final case being a 100K tune up which included a plug change, fuel and air filter change that resulted in an immediate drop of fuel mileage and a poorly running vehicle. On three separate occasions I had taken my vehicle in to have leaking tires repaired. Each time, I had to return for a subsequent attempt to repair with in a day or two of the prior attempt. The worst occasion was when I had returned the vehicle for a second time and complained to my adviser that the tire was still leaking and to make sure it was fixed properly, as I was leaving that afternoon for a trip. He assured me that everything was ok. Needless to say, 2 hours done the road I had to pull over with a low tire. After change my spare, I stop at a local repair facility. They informed me the previous attempted repair had failed.I had to have my brake rotors and pads replaced. Upon have all 4 sets replaced and leaving the dealership, I noticed a reduced stopping ability, a vibration during stopping and also heard a dragging sound coming from the wheel wells. I notified the dealership at the start of business the next day and dropped the vehicle that evening. The response I got was less than ideal. The service department didn't really feel there was a breaking issue and the dragging sound "was probably just the breaks working in". They attempted to "reseat" the breaks by several hard stops in the parking lot and felt that took care of the problem. After picking up the vehicle, the problems were still evident. I returned the vehicle to have the problems addressed. This time I was told that they would "try to rebleed the brake lines, even though they don't normally do that on a brake job any more...", and that the drag sound might be coming from a sheet metal guard that could be dragging, or some of the chrome plating that was coming off the inside of my rims and getting in between the pads and rotors. After these attempted repairs. Still had issues. Next meeting was with the Service Mng. He test drove the vehicle...."The noise was there, but he didn't know what was causing it." He didn't feel the breaking was really too bad. There was nothing else they were going to do.When I took my vehicle in for the 100K mile maintenance (101,078), the spark plugs, fuel filter and air filter were all changed, as well as oil change. I was told I had to run the "Platinum" spark plugs that were good for 100K miles. That portion of the bill was $275. Prior to the "tune-up" I would average 15.5 mpg in the city and high 17's/low 18 on highway trips. The following morning I notified the dealership of a rough idle. The very next tank of gas my mileage drop and average of 2 to 3 mpg and the vehicle still had a rough idle and intermittent hesitation. I notified the dealership of all of the symptoms again. At that time they told me it was probably a bad tank of gas, and to run fuel additive in the next couple of tanks. I had a half of tank of gas in the vehicle at the time of the maintenance, with no problems. All of my local fuel purchases are from the same location (which also happens to be an establishment that the dealership informed my that Ford recommends). Even though I didn't feel the recommendation would make any difference, I followed their instructions. After running 3 to 4 tanks of fuel through with additives as instructed, there was no change. When I called back to discuss the poor performance and significant drop in mileage, I was told it was because of the seasonal change of fuels and they would be happy to run a $98 diagnostic for me. After the last issue, I switched my service to another dealership. I have tried a couple of minor thinks to get the fuel mileage back up, but after a period of time (30k miles to be exact) rough running and engine missing were getting too bad. I took into my new dealership. They told me at the time the 100K mile plugs that had been installed were bad and need to be replace again. A possible symptom was thought to be a bad coil. However, after finally breaking down and spending another $100 on the diagnostic, this proved to not be the case; and a physical inspection showed the plugs to be bad. When I called and informed Blue Springs Ford of these issues, I was told I would be contacted by the Service Manger. A week later I still had not heard back, so I called to the Service Dept again. As the Service Manager was not available, I spoke with the Service Adviser I had been using all along and he questioned why they hadn't seen my for so long. I explained to him the situation and reminded him of my history. He assured me he would call me back that evening. Three days later I again called and spoke with the same adviser. He informed me he'd spoken with the Service Mgr and owner and they weren't interested in working with the me on the problems.Yes, I will admit from the initial 100K mile tune up to now, more than a year has elapsed. However, they have in my service history all of the records, reoccurring complaints and phone calls discussing these problems. Their poor performance, lack of concern, inability to return even simple phone calls when promised is why I will not take my vehicle back to them for service, and the attitude of the ownership is why I will never buy another vehicle from them.

To start, I had the great experience of winning a 2014 Ford Fusion at the Chiefs game halftime on Dec 21st. I was contacted by Josh Page that week to arrange to pick up my new car. I was currently driving a Nissan Titan and was interested in trading up to an F150. I found the truck I wanted at a local KC dealer online, and within about 3-4 emails over the weekend to Josh he obtained the vehicle and offered good trade value for my truck unseen, and accepted my first offer price on the new truck which was very reasonable. I drove down to KC on New Years eve and Brian Metz assisted us in transaction paperwork and went over every detail of the new truck and helped set up all electronics. Together they were very helpful and available and the transaction was the smoothest I have ever experienced. There was absolutely no pressure even though I was negotiating price on new vehicle using free credit from the Fusion which was honored in full as cash down on new car. I am very pleased with the whole experience, and thankful for opportunity to win a new car. I am very happy with my new King Ranch F150.

Our sales rep Mike Schwally is absolutely amazing and made this process as fast as possible and he showed so much care and concern! My husband and I had shopped at locations in Lees Summit, Blue Spring, Independence and Overland Park-I found the van online and made an easy phone call - Mike assured us he would do whatever it took to get us in the car and he did! The management team worked together with Mike to make this happen for my family and I cannot say how much I appreciate it! I recently purchased a slightly used Ford Escape from Blue Springs Ford and worked with Paul Chaples. I was not planning on buying a new car but thought it the best option due to the costly repairs to a much older vehicle. Financially, the timing was horrible and I was extremely stressed about the whole car buying process. Paul made the experience completely bearable. It took me three visits to decide on a car and several emails and calls to him along the way. The finance department was also fantastic about securing a great rate for me and finding the best payment option for my budget. I also had an unxpected repair after I bought the car that fell under the warranty and involved the dealership providing me with a new rental car. The repair was made within a 24 hour period. I will defnitely go back and look forward to working with Paul for other car purchases.

Found a great 2012 Lincoln MKZ in great shape with little over 30,000 miles. Gave us a fair trade-in on our car, even brought down the price from their "lowest price", and drove off with the car the same afternoon. BAD SERVICE. After 3 years, Took Ford Taraus vehicle in because of lighter by ashtray never worked since it was new. Never needed it till I got a cell phone car charger and tried to use it. Shop said to leave it at 8:30 and they would call me. 5 hours later they called and said I needed a whole new assembly. I was exasperated and explained it had never been touched. I said I was going to just come pick it up, and said "don't do a thing". They carged me $25. just to look at it. I took it home and my ex-husband opened up the side panel below the center of the dash on the passanger side, and found the connection piece just lying loose in there. He plugged it in and it worked just fine. I went back and got my $25. back and I was P. O.ed... If they did that kind of service on a cigarette lighter what the heck would they do with the rest of my car... NO THANK YOU!!!

We had talked to a salesman who was sick the day we arrived to talk about buying a car. Richard Dunfield helped us and took us through the steps to make the transaction. He went over many of the new products on the car. Showed me how to use them. Took us to the next rep who went over paper work. We did not understand all and he went over that with us. Although he had us sign a extended warranty that we were not sure we needed which added several hundred to the cost of the car. one son said at our age and being unable to work on our car ourselves that it was probably a good deal.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Our salesman, Richard Dunfield, was wonderful to work with. He took the time to listen to what it was we were looking for and what our price range was and he made it happen. Unlike some of the other dealerships we visited, Richard was not pushy at all and was very respectful of our position in the car buying process. Richard, along with his managers, were very patient with us and bent over backwards to accommodate. The overall process went incredibly smooth. Everyone we dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and professional. If you are looking for a dealership that offers great new and used cars without the high pressure atmosphere that most dealerships have, I highly recommend Richard Dunfield and Blue Springs Ford. This was the first car we have purchased from Richard and Blue Springs Ford and it certainly won't be our last!

I called the day before 9/27/13 just inquire on a Ford Focus Titanium Sedan, I was connected to a salesman by the name of Javier the nicest guy you ever want to meet. We set up an appointment for my husband and I to come in Javier did the paperwork that day we went in 9/28/13 and walked out (drove a way )in a brand new Ford Focus Titanium and much to our surprise b/c our credit is a little less than perfect we got a very low APR. Definitely buying all cars in the future from Blue Springs Ford.

We went to buy a new car and was a little fearful as we have less than perfect credit but we were able to get the exact car we wanted with a super low APR. The customer service was excellent are salesman did everything that he said he would do total honesty and the finance manager did as well. I have never been one to leave reviews unless I thought it was important to share with other potential customers. I was fortunate to come to Blue Springs Ford today to purchase a used car. I went here due to a reference of a co-worker, contacted the Manager Ron, and he started the financing process over the phone. When I got to the dealership two days later, I worked with Chase who had everything set up and waiting for me, including the car I was interested in ready for a test drive. Disclaimer: I hate spending money, and never once felt pressured to buy or anything. 2 Hours later. I had my car, with reasonable payments including an extended warranty that we discussed on the phone. I know buying a car is painful, but these guys and girls do an excellent job.

2 wires on my exhaust gas temp sensors got pulled out and I needed them to get replaced. I already had the codes read and simply needed the repair completed. They didn't tell me this untill I got there but the service department won't even look at the truck unless I pay $209.00 for them to plug in their diagnostic computer and run the check. That's before parts or labor. BTW, you can buy a brand new tuner and diagnostic computer for about $300. I understand that diesel repairs can be expensive, but this is a simple case of the dealership trying to take advantage. I will never do business with them again.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Paul Chaples recently at Blue Springs Ford. I must have contacted Paul over the course of 3 days at least 20 times with a myriad of questions over price, features, comparisons, trade in issues, options, etc. etc. etc. Paul was patient, thorough, and very responsive to all my issues (and I had quite a few). Not once during the entire process did I feel pushed or pressured into my purchase. This is true even of the, "dreaded finance room," that I have learned to loathe in my previous car buying experiences at other dealerships. I must say that this is a first for me - not feeling pressured at any point in the sale. Kudos to Paul and Blue Springs Ford for making my experience a great one! Paul Chaples and Blue Springs Ford gained a new customer for life!

Came in to look at a 2013 Explorer that I found on Cars.com and even though it was a busy Saturday morning, I was in and out in about 90 minutes. This included the test drive, paperwork, final detailing of the Explorer, etc. Kevin did a great job, no pressure and he moved the paperwork right along once it was in the back office.

I will NEVER buy another car from this place again or have them work on anything on my car. The buying process was not bad but them selling items that they do not have in and us waiting 5 months with us contacting them multiple times and them not trying to contact us at all to fix the problem. And after 5 months when we again tried to contact them they tell us we can get this other remote start for an extra 100.00. It has just been horrible since we bought the car. They treat you right until they know they got your money then they don't care after that! HORRIBLE business!!!!

They did not have a car with what I wanted by the time I had decided to purchase a car. Sandy who was the most amazing sales person I have ever encountered told me she would call me when they got one in that had everything I was looking for. Sandy called me the next morning let me know they had a new car come in that day that she thought I would really like. I went and test drove the car and fell in love with it and purchased it that night. The entire process was painless I did not feel pressured to buy and they actually cared about what was in my best interest. Taylor was very knowledgeable about the cars they had available on their lot. He knew the price, mileage, and the different features on each of the 4 models of Escapes we looked at without having to consult a list or look at a window sticker. He was very comfortable with the features of the MyFord touch system for only having worked for Blue Springs Ford for a few months. I would definitely recommend buying a car from him.

Management will not return phone calls and the dealership will not issue me a title for my vehicle even though my car is paid for in full. They are continuing to hold my title until they recieve money from a government rebate, which is not contingent upon the sale of my car. My check has been cashed and cleared.

BS Ford attemted to sell me a previously wrecked vehicle, did not disclose this info and when I had a body shop check it out, was given a $1500 estimate for repairs to make it safe to drive. The salespeople of course tried to deny all this despite the visible broken parts and the detailed estimate i had in my hand. EXTREMELY dishonest dealer!
