I would first say that I have been purchasing vehicles since 1984. I am very particular with my vehicles. I had my pride and joy an x3 m40i serviced at Bluegrass BMW- Unfortunately, when I had received it back, I noticed a new ding in the drivers door - I notified Dan Darden- who immediately sent Gerald, a very courteous transporter to pick up my vehicle. The door ding was repaired bringing back the car to showroom condition. Gerald then drove the car to my home. I received the vehicle back vacuumed, washed and waxed. These days when it is easy to deny responsibility, Dan did the right thing repairing the ding. This further justifies my faith in Bluegrass BMW- I did fail to mention that the service department has always performed top notch service in the three years which I have brought my car to this facility- addressing issues the first time around. We as customers have choices where to service our vehicles- As a busy professional I rest assured that Bluegrass BMW strives to provide exceptional service which rivals Lexus and Mercedes.

WENT IN TO GET OIL CHANGED. 2 DAYS OUT OF OIL CHANGE MY BMW ENGINE LOCKED UP & STARTED KNOCKING LIKE IT HAD NO OIL. THEY SENT A WRECKER OUT & TOLD ME MY LESS THAN 60K ENGINE HAD METAL SHAVINGS. HOW WOULD FRESH OIL HAVE METAL SHAVINGS & NOT HAVE HAD WITH THE OIL CHANGE?! I HAD TO PAY $14K FOR A NEW ENGINE. THE PADUCAH BMW DEALERSHIP WAS HATEFUL TO ME. THEY ACCEPTED NO FAULT! I NOW TAKE MY BMW ALL THE WAY TO BOWLING GREEN, EVEN FOR OIL CHANGES.

Purchasing my fourth BMW, I searched nationwide for the right car, price and dealer. Bluegrass got my business because they were the most straight-forward and professional dealer of all those with whom I was talking. Aimee and Joe were timely and transparent and, in negotiating my purchase, more competitive than other dealers who had similar vehicles. I got the car I wanted at a very fair price. I chose to fly to Paducah to close the deal and take delivery. I was picked up at my hotel, and everything was ready when I arrived. The terms of our agreement were fully met, the business manager explained all of the documents, and Aimee patiently talked me through the car's features. All of the required paperwork was sent in good order to my state's local vehicle registration office, so there were no hitches in getting it registered. This was, by a wide margin, my best BMW buying experience. I strongly recommend this dealership. Thank you, Aimee and Joe.

We had a wonderful experience. We received a quality vehicle for a fair price and a generous allowance for our trade in. Jamie and Corey were so courteous and helpful. We drove all the way from Murfreesboro to make the deal and don't regret it at all. They have a play area for the kids which was a relief as our 3 had made the trip with us.

I've never seen such quality customer service in my life! They, in particular Joe Langston, listened to everything I was asking for, he paid so much attention to what I was saying, and even though I was worn out, and rather straight shooting, he completely listened to me, knew I wasn't blowing smoke, and found me exactly what I wanted! This is the best place for quality service, just ask for Joe Langston or Kerry Lynn - You won't be disappointed! Joe is still working with me and the deal is already closed! He will go the extra mile for You - before, during and after the sell!

Was trying to trade my BMW 650i on a BMW 135i. Tried to deal with Karl, the sales manager. Karl tried to say that my BMW 650i was unable to be sold from his lot even though they are a BMW dealership. Would not even make me an offer for my vehicle. Tried to disparage my vehicle, even though it is a very nice car. I believe that this dealership will only make a deal if they can make a killing on the trade. Deal with this dealership at your own risk.

First of all, Denny Alvey, what a super guy and sales person. Denny is very knowledgeable about BMW vehicles. Denny will help you, answer questions , and show you a vehicle, without being pushy or trying to pressure you. Also, I think he's probably one of most honest sales person I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with a lot. Second, Amie Dudley, (her title is genius) and she really is. She knows the BMW inside and out, answered all mine and my wife's questions, and she told us if she didn't know the answer she would find out. I like that. Third, our new BMW528i answers all the questions. What a vehicle, the best we have ever had, and we have had a lot, even Cadillac's. Even the paper work was a great experience. Every person in this Dealership, is friendly.

Kerry, Aimee and Joe were amazing! Loved the attention to detail and all the personal attention to make this one of the best buying experiences of all times. I could have easily purchased in my hometown with 3 BMW dealership within 30 miles. When I walked into their showroom on vacation they made me feel at ease and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend going here for your next car.

This was by far the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. I had done my homework prior to stopping by the dealership. Had my trade in value as well as the price of the vehicle. I was preparing for haggling and the usual stress that goes along with the whole process. All the worry for nothing! They offered EXACTLY what I wanted for my trade in and the vehicle I was interested in was marked significantly lower than the fair market value! Needless to say, I was sold. Not only was the buying process painless, Denny Alvey was wonderful along with the other staff. Wonderful customer service and the best dealership around! Keep up the good work Bluegrass!

Finding the "right" dealership can often be more difficult than finding the "right" car. Bluegrass BMW is the RIGHT dealership! They strive to provide friendly, personal service that creates a repeat buyer! No, this is not my first, nor my second car I have purchaed from Bluegrass BMW, but my fourth! Each time I shop for a new car, I'm constantly amazed at the often less than "expected" service I receive from other dealerships.....but Bluegrass BMW's Sales Manager, Corey Keller, continues to make it the "right" decision for me to return for that next new BMW! Yes, I'll coninue to make the 4 hour drive to his dealership! Enjoying my new X3...thanks Bluegrass BMW! .....a fan in New Albany, Indiana!

I found this dealership on the internet while searching for a car. I contacted them about the car I wanted, and they made the process very easy. Cory was fantastic. We agreed everything over the phone. He even held the car for me a few weeks so it could be a Christmas surprise. Everyone I dealt with throughout the process was very professional and courteous. I will definitely go to them first when I purchase my next vehicle.

Buying my new BMW at Bluegrass BMW in Paducah, KY. was undoubtedly the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had gone to Cars.com and found the car I thought I wanted. There was a quick response to my interest on the website. I talked to both Denny and Cory from Bluegrass BMW on Saturday morning and my husband and I drove to Paducah that afternoon. When we arrived at Bluegrass BMW the car was detailed and setting out front ready for the test drive. We were treated like friends and guest in their home. They offered us refreshments and Denny was wonderful to work with and we even got to meet his beautiful daughter while we were there. We had agreed on a price in the morning and there was no haggling or additional charges when I was ready to complete the purchase. So important! After the purchase was completed Amy was great to go over all the features of the car and even set up my phone for hands free talking (I sure needed this!!!) and programmed the garage door opener for me!!! I had an email from Amy early on the following Monday to touch base and offer assistance with any questions. Cory has called a couple of times already to make sure I am pleased with the purchase and offer his services if I need anything. Again, the best car buying experience I have ever had. I WILL buy another BMW from Bluegrass BMW!

I live in Southeast Missouri and have purchased my last two vehicles at this dealership. I had a BMW 3 series and traded that for my current BMW X3. We shopped BMW dealers all around the Middle Tennessee area but could not reach an agreement with any of the big city dealers. After finding a car on the Bluegrass BMW website, even though their initial price was out of our budgeted allowance, we made the drive to Paducah anyway and were we glad we did. Instead of hiding behind over priced "true price" policies, like the big city guys, the down home folks at Bluegrass BMW worked with us until we were able to come to an agreement. I would recommend anyone shopping for a BMW or Honda to make the drive to Bluegrass in Paducah, KY. Not only will you be respected and treated like family the drive is scenic.

What a pleasant experience - the team was very helpful and professional and this has been my most pleasant vehicle buying experience to date. I may consider driving through to KY from Atlanta for my next BMW purchase. Bluegrass BMW is highly recommended.

I bought a new Honda Ridgeline in 2006 from Bluegrass Honda. In 2011, I was told that the battery was going bad and needed to be replaced. In early 2014, while the new battery was still under warranty, it went bad. When I called the dealership, I was told that the warranty would only be honored if the truck was towed in and the service department personally checked and changed the battery. I was told that they would not be able to check the battery until almost two weeks from the time I placed a call. I am a single nurse and this truck is my only means of transportation. I was told they had no 'loaners' and I would have to pay to rent a car. Can you imagine the cost? I think this is outrageous and I would not recommend Bluegrass Honda to anyone.

Responding to an Internet ad, my husband and I made the drive to Bluegrass BMW to see the X6 and found the car to be exactly as advertised. Kerry Lynn, our salesperson, was friendly and knowledgable and made the car shopping process as easy as possible. My husband and I never felt rushed or pressured. In short, we trusted Kerry to give us the best deal possible and he did! Aimee Byassee, the tech support, has been absolutely wonderful helping us (me!) take full advantage of our vehicle's Bluetooth capabilities. She responds promptly to texts and emails and is always cheerful and patient. My husband and I are pleased with the service we have received from Bluegrass BMW and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

Buying a vehicle from Bluegrass BMW wasn't just a process ... it was all about building relationships. Kerry Lynn isn't just "the guy who sold me my car" ... I consider him a friend now. Customer service always goes above and beyond...whether it's on the phone or in person. The buying process was comfortable, easy and confidential. I never felt like I was getting a "hard-sell" by any of the employees. I HIGHLY recommend you go to Bluegrass BMW if you're interested in buying the ultimate driving machine. Let me say that again...I HIGHLY recommend it. It is THE go to place not just in western Kentucky but in a four state region.
