This dealership is wonderful! I set up a test drive online after closing time and the next morning received a phone call from Leah confirming my appointment. I arrived at the dealership and was pleasantly greeted by Michelle Canova, the saleswoman helping me. We went over to her desk where she handed me the keys to the car I was going to test drive and told me I could take the car for a drive on my own and to let her know when i returned. When i got back Michelle was more then helpful with any questions I had about the vehicle. The negotiation process was hassle free and very timely with no sketchy sales tactics. I arranged for a time total the car to my mechanic, Michelle was more than accommodating with my hectic schedule making this a very pleasant and easy car buying experience. I was treated with respect and my time was not at all wasted like at many other dealerships. I would 100% recommend this dealership and Michelle to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle!

I found the service to be fine, though a bit slow. The chairs in the waiting room were torn up and very unprofessional for an upscale automobile dealership. I would recommend a waiting room face lift, especially for those of us waiting well over an hour. Doesn’t give a good impression. First impressions 101 guys……….😐

Such a wonderful dealership! I consulted with many BMW dealers around me and chose to drive 1.5 hours to Crystal Lake to get my dream car. Throughout the whole process leading up to the purchase date, the staff stayed in contact with me keeping me updated on the financing status, purchase status, and steps needed in advance of the purchase day. Due to technicalities, financing was a rollercoaster, but at the end of the day, Leah, Heather, Michelle, Ralph, and Jim all teamed up and got me an AMAZING (truly) deal on my dream car! In 2 hours from arriving, I had a new car! Such a respectful, not "pushy" staff that earned my respect and business for years to come. This place is worth the drive! Tried buying a used car from them but was told so many different stories about a concern I had with the car that I can't tell if they were outright lying or incompetent or just making it up as they went along. To their credit after we became really irritated they did get to the bottom of the issue and actually showed us the problem with the car on the hoist, which revealed they were "wrong" about what they previously told us. In that sense they were transparent. By this time we had a bad taste in our mouth about the whole thing and walked out.

He was very professional and conveyed good people skills which is important to me.. Mike was able to answer any product questions and was able to share and provide me with options for financing. The customer service along with pricing, and financing exceed my expectations. I'm very happy with my new Mazda CX-5 and my wife was surprised and excited over our new car. I brought my 2015 CX-5 in for an oil change, their employee damaged my vehicle when backing it out. My vehicle is pearl white , they said they would take care of the damage, 5 days later they called me said my vehicle was ready, when I got there and inspected the repair, the paint did not match and the paint job was terrible over spray on the window ledge, orange peel paint was clearly seen and then there was another dent in the door which wasn't there when I brought in , then they damaged the inside door panel also, I wasn't satisfied at all with this so they re-did the job again, 3 weeks later now my car is ready supposedly for the second time, again i pointed out that you can clearly see where now they completely buffed down the crease in the body, clearly can see where this damage was so now i brought it back again for the third time to get this body damage that THEY DID to a brand new vehicle done "PERFECT" i only brought my vehicle in for it's second oil change and it has been nothing but a nightmare. They did the damage!!! My car was perfect when I brought it for ONLY an oil change and now they have damaged my vehicle even worse, and expect me to except this type of repair....ABSOLUTELY NOT! Now its there again haven't had my vehicle for a month now been back and forth to this dealership 4 times now when this should have only been a simple 1 hour oil change. This is ridiculous!!!

I'm not one to write a ton of online reviews but I have been dealing with this dealership for years and it has always been a pleasant experience. Years ago we purchased a MKV GTI here and utilized this dealership for all service on that vehicle (of which there was much, it was a VW after all.) Every service appointment was handled professionally in a timely fashion. After trading in the VW on another vehicle I was always looking for an opportunity to purchase a vehicle from Anderson again. Many years go by and we are in the market for a mid sized luxury SUV. The process of ordering the vehicle was smooth and appraised trade-in values were more than fair. There were a few snafus on the BMW side but the folks at Anderson always did all they could to keep us happy. Hoping the opportunity to purchase another vehicle here arrives soon. I have my eye on an M2 if and when they come to the US.

We been thru 6 dealership when we are shopping for our Mazda 5, 5 of the dealership will talk bad about other dealership up front and most salesman will put alot of pressure on us to purchase and seems very unpatient, however, at Anderson, they never said anything bad about other dealership and the salesman are very patient and down to earth on what they can do and what they can't do. Also Anderson does have the best price in town and are willing to work with you so you get the best deal and go home happy. I will definitely be back when it is time for me to trade in my other car. I recommend all my friends to give Anderson a chance to help you to find your next dream ride :) Thank you Anderson and specially to my salesman Phoenix Nelson and Manager Nick.

Very interesting experience at Anderson. We purchased a used car from them. The lot itself was very nice and they had a good selection of vehicles. However, our experience was not an enjoyable one...ranging from misclassification of the car we purchased (advertised and labeled higher model than it was...actually a base model that we purchased) to having the finance manager get into a heated verbal argument with our sales rep (who was a great guy) and then berate him to us as we were trying to wrap up our purchase. Unfortunately, this enjoyment didn't stop there. We licensed our vehicle in a neighboring state and therefore they elected to use a titling company. We had numerous delays and didn't get our tags till 6+ weeks later (the 30 day temp tag expired and the car sat in our garage for 2 weeks b/c we couldn't legally drive the vehicle). Anderson never once called us to advise us of the delays. We consistently had to call them (2-3x a week) to call them for status. In true 'used car sales' fashion, Anderson blamed the titling company. We ended up calling the titling company and they advised us that Anderson submitted the request multiple times, but didn't have all the required documentation and had to routinely request the information multiple times...adding to the extended delay. All in all, our experience was brutal and I would have a hard time recommending this dealership. Customer service doesn't take much and unfortunately Anderson didn't appear to care about it once they received their money.

Only if I could give zero stars...RIP OFF!!! Broke more things than they fixed. They call themselves certified, but they are hacks. I wish I could tell more people how bad this service was. I will only go to MW now.

We wanted a Mazda and members of our family have bought Bmw,s. and Mazda,s from Anderson Motors with good things to say about service. After test driving CX5 Grand Touring with Brian Myers as our inside guy we were sure it was what we had to have but they had to get us the Soul Red! they did and we picked it up today. We are happy! Fair deal. Good people from reception to sales. Thank you Brian for your help and patients in setting up our phone etc.

I was shopping for a used Chrysler Sebring convertible. Every other place I had visited, prices were low, but the quality of the vehicle wasn't up to par (High mileage/Physical Body Damages). Anywho I had found my Chrysler on cars.com at this dealership. It was originally out of my price range BUT somehow these great men, Nick(Sales manager) and Dan Busch (Finance Director) worked a miracle and got me financed for my car!! This was my first car! They are persistent and really do care about their customers. Overall, I left the dealership extremely pleased with my purchase and felt I got the best deal possible! These guys are awesome!!

Bought a new VW Jetta TDI Sportwagen in Las Vegas, when major repairs on current car made it expendable. Drove the new car home ( To the Chicago area - on less than 3 tanks of fuel ) and have had it serviced at Anderson several times. twice for scheduled service, once for minor repair. Great people to deal with, only wish I could have given them the initial sale, but they will get my next purchase.

Overall, we had a decent buying experience and we are very happy with their staff. I a person that goes through a lot of cars, and what surprised is that in this dealership we were in and out in a relatively short amount of time. Literally one of the quickest buying experiences we've ever had. However, it is worth mentioning that our first trip to their maintenance department resulted in grease being left all over the steering wheel and door panel. I would have never expected that from a BMW dealership. The small maintenance infraction put aside, we would definitely go back to buy another vehicle from Anderson BMW.

I really appreciated how easy Anderson and made buying my (new to me) Audi. I contacted my sales associate (Cassandra) initially through the online chat option and she was extremely helpful. I set up an appointment to test drive the car via the chat and when I arrived everyone was welcoming and very helpful. Working with Cassandra was wonderful - no high-pressure sales pitch or rushing me into any decisions just being helpful any way she could. I was pre-approved but Anderson was able to get me better financing and saved me quite a bit of money on my payments. Cassandra got all the information she needed from me via email to make the financing and paperwork go very quickly when I arrived to purchase the car. Everything went smoothly and I was on my way home in my new Audi knowing I was treated very fairly. Great experience and I would recommend Anderson and Cassandra very much!
