Service is always excellent. I was greeted with a nice smile by Victor. Brandon is very professional. He discussed what needs to be done in detail and the price. Sending me text and email to let me know when my vehicle will be ready is big help for me especially I have a very busy schedule. Steve did a great job sending me a video of what was done and inspection under the car and the hood. I have peace of mind that my vehicle is in good condition. Thank you for the loaner.

Morgan was super helpful and knowledgeable. He also narrowed down my search to the exact car and did it right away. Great service and great environment. All the people I interacted with actually seemed to like their job and super cordial. I had to wait awhile in paperwork but not their problem just a lot of activity going on when I was doing my transaction. A+++.

Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! We got exactly what we wanted with our new X7. Ron Hansen is so great to work with. He went out of his way to advise us on what to get and even more importantly, what not to get to save us money. Ron followed up every step of the way and continues to even after the sale. I would recommend BMW NW to anyone who wants an honest, hassle-free car buying experience. 5 stars all the way!!

We purchased our BMW X5 in 2019 from BMW Northwest. We live in Portland, but made the trek up to the Seattle area to purchase the vehicle because of the exceptional service that was provided from the moment that we made contact with the dealership through an email until the time that we drove off in our new set of wheels! We came back to Portland and had our routine service done through the local BMW dealership a couple of times, each time receiving terrible service. It was awful. Not exaggerating! So, as we made a decision to get the vehicle's routine service done, once again, we coordinated it with a short trip that we were taking to Seattle. This time, our experience with BMW Northwest was with their Service Dept, and we received the same level of premium service by our service advisor, Dave, that we did from the Sales Department. From the moment my feet walked through the service door, while I was waiting for 2 hours in the lounge, to the moment I drove off the lot, I left knowing that this dealership knows how to do it right. I didn't have one question left unanswered, and I felt like I was the priority, even though their was a waiting room of other customers. The customer is at the forefront of BMW Northwest's business model and they have managed to bring it to life across all departments. It was a breath of fresh air to experience the exceptionally high standards that this company has set. Other companies should take note! Thank you BMW Northwest, Service Advisor Dave....and everyone else that created such a lovely service experience.

I’ve serviced my car at the BMW Fife location for three years now. Each time, they provide superior service. They are knowledgeable and answer all of my questions. They’ve earned my trust because they never pressure me to fix items that don’t need repair. Most importantly, they finish the work quickly and get me back on the road timely. Love them
