It took all of 1 week with a newly licensed 16 year old to realize we needed a third car sooner rather than later. My husband had been researching slightly used SUVs for over a year and BMW of Bloomington had a Honda CRV in stock that met all of our requirements. Bob approached and offered to go with us on a test drive. We did; I loved it, and we bought it on the spot. We paid a fair price, the car is in fantastic shape, and I will be certain to take advantage of the lifetime of free car washes! From start to finish, we had a great experience and I highly recommend Bob to others looking for a new or used vehicle.

I bought about one and a half month ago my BMW 328i coupe from BMW Bloomington and the overall experience was great. When I went for the test drive Bob Lambert was waiting for me at the main door with the car ready. He came with me and was talking about technical specs while I was driving, which was really helpful. He was really nice and professional. I didnt feel pressured at any time to buy it. After we sealed the deal, the paperwork was easy. Bob was explaining to me each document I had to sign, and he answered all my concerns. He is a really trustworthy professional. After the purchase, both Bob Lambert and Eric Smith have been in contact with me to make sure that everything was good with me and my car, which is something that I really have appreciated. I would recommend Bob Lambert and BMW Bloomington to everyone who is looking for professionals who really care about their clients. I've been a customer of Bruce Spencer's for about 10 years through a local business where we purchase a handful of company cars each year. I live in the Peoria area and have always purchased my personal cars locally. I decided with this last one that I would go to the guy who has been so good to us over the years. Bruce and the team at Sam Leman BMW of Bloomington are amazing. This is my first BMW and I can see after only having it for a month that I will be a BMW driver from here on out. Bruce at Sam Leman BMW made my car purchase very easy and seamless. I purchased the car after seeing it on line. I live about 2 hours away so I needed to make sure that the vehicle was as they said it was in an effort not to waste time. Bruce was very accommodating. He took extra pictures of the car where there were some imperfections and was very accurate in describing the vehicle condition. A fair negotiation with out all the back and forth we got it done in a timely manner and they honored the numbers we agreed to prior to my going down to take delivery. I would very much recommend Bruce and Bloomington BMW

I worked with Larry Quinn on purchase of a new 2016 X5. Larry was prompt with appointment time, called or e-mailed reminders so I did not forget, and was helpful in explaining the features of the new vehicle. Buying process was a bit long and drawn out, but believe this is cultural at BMW and not a reflection on Larry. Overall....very satisfied with experience and outcome.

I went the the bloomington bmw to see about leasing one of their cars. I was pleased to have met Bob, who was very friendly and not at all pushy like a lot of sales floor staff can be. He listened to my wants and needs and helped me get into the car of my dreams. He is always available via email/phone for questions, and treats his clients like family. I attribute much of my good experience to him and the rest of the sales team at this particular location.

reasonable negotiation on the purchase of a used 2011 BMW 328xi. I never felt pressured to buy or intimidated with the process. This will be my first BMW, and I would consider a new car the next time.

I have bought four BMW cars from Bob Lambert at BMW of Bloomington. I would not go anywhere else. I love new cars but loathe the car buying experience. BMW Bob has changed all of that. He has been absolutely fantastic for all of our purchases. I highly recommend him. The staff at BMW of Bloomington is great!

BMW of Bloomington's customer service far exceeded my expectations. So much that I was comfortable driving from St. Louis to make a car purchase and it was well worth it. They were able to work with me ahead of time to ensure a smooth transaction when I arrived. Everyone I dealt with was an absolute professional. Will do business with again!

We were pre-approved for financing and were there from 11:30 am until 5:00 pm. We purchased the car and then decided that it was unsuitable due to the ride of the car and my back problems. We sold the car to another dealer because we did not want to do further business with this dealership. We wanted to cancel our service and maintenance contracts. The General Manager would not been cooperative with canceling the service and maintenance contracts and returning my money, which was $ 4,000. I have had to contact BMW North America and the holder of the insurance company to work out reimbursement. Doing business with BMW BLoomington was a nightmare!!!! Extremely poor customer service to which the General Manager stated, "there is no excuse" with arrogance and no apology. Read over the contract VERY closely before you sign...look out for the service agreements and warranties. Be very careful about what you sign and what it covers...get it in writing.

They made me a proposal on a deal on a new BMW. Said needed a couple days. Went back to them to finalize pick up a few days later and reneged on what had previously agreed on. Wanted $1500 more out of me. E-mailed sales manager my dissappointmentl. Did not even have the courtesy to respond.

Drove over 4 hours for a used convertible, through overcast cold rain. Larry in sales had vehicle inside and clean. Vehicle was better than shown or advertised on the internet. After a test drive, and conversation with the service foreman James about potential adverse things to watch out for as the vehicle already had 126k miles, a short negotiation with Scott the sales mgr, we reached a fair deal for all. Paperwork went smoothly through Corey in the Business dept. While this was happening, the car was cleaned again and filled with fuel! Also, the car we drove down in ,which was filthy from the drive, was washed as well! The convertible performed flawlessly on the return 4 hour trip, and a couple of phone calls about various things on the vehicle on subsequent days were promptly answered. All this on an as is no warranty vehicle for under 10k!!! I wish I was in need of another vehicle now, as I would again make the 4 hour drive to deal with this dealership.

I have bought a bunch of cars in my time (around 17). This is one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with in 3 different states. All of the sales folks are very courteous (even the ones you are not buying from). Tyler and Scott put up with a very tight buyer in myself. They offered me a fantastic deal on a used BMW, that was just more money than I wanted to spend. All of my friends said I was crazy for passing on that deal. I eventually bought from an individual instead of the dealer and they still treat like I am a potential customer. I have referred a couple of friends there and they were very impressed as well. One of them just traded with them yesterday. If I am buying from a dealer in Bloomington, it will be with BMW of Bloomington.

I was wanting to trade my vehicle in on one of theirs. The Manager there offered me about $7,000 less than what my car is actually worth according to the Kelley Blue Book value. If he didn't want to make a deal on his car then he should have just told me that. He was basically just wanting me to give him my trade. No thanks, I'll do my car trading elsewhere.

I have bought my very first car, a Mazda 3, from Sam Leman and enjoyed a wonderful experience. As a college student they were very conscientious of what type of car I wanted and needed now and in the future. All the people there were very welcoming and I felt taken care off.
