The process could not have gone smoother. Working with Dennis and Greg turned a somewhat remote transaction into an extremely professional and welcoming experience. They walked me through the process before hand so when I arrived everything was ready to go. I wouldn't recommend anyone looking for a BMW to check here first!

Had a great experience working with Tia Chalos at BMW of Greenwich. She was informative and did everything to make the deal happen. Her follow up was great, and best of all she had a professional style that was not too aggressive. She definitely is someone I would recommend. I have been to other dealerships and Tia was the best interaction by far. The dealership was very efficient and there was no feeling of a hard sell from any department.

I went to purchase a car for my wife Ended up buying one for myself. The salesperson Ross so friendly not pushy with the sale, so nice to have someone by your side and do all the things you want to do with the car! I'm from NY the salesperson here don't have time to spend with you! They know right away that they are going to waste there time so they just want to walk away from you and disappear! NOT ROSS he stud by us and answer all questions and test drove cars did not purchase anything, came back next weekend and gave us all his attention and knowledge. We we're so happy we purchase 2 cars. Just for being happy.
