I had a great experience with the salesman Mohammad who is very professional. He was communicative and detailed about the whole process; the car’s information as well as the loan’s process and details. He responded to every text, phone calls as well as emails. He answered every question I had and found the answers to those he didn’t know. Mohammad, was so through with the process it took the finance manager, Luke less than 5 minute to close the deal. I highly recommend BMW of Mamaroneck.

Very uncomfortable environment in this place.. not warm and welcoming at all.. I didn’t have a bad experience there, it was just a very odd energy in the room. I can’t explain it. Usually dealerships are warm and welcoming. It was just creepy.. all of the staff that had been there for years was gone and replaced with new faces. But that wasn’t the problem.. I was standing in there for about 45 minutes before anyone even said hello. Just strange.

Very happy with my experience, Lee was very helpful and good at returning calls and providing me with the information needed on a timely basis. This is the first time that I have bought a car out-of-state and via the internet. You hear so many bad experiences and this one has a happy ending. Great price and great sales staff. THE BEST!From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were greeted by 2 kind and welcoming receptionists. We requested to speak with the manager. Within 5 minutes, Hugo welcomed us to his office. Hugo was kind, thoughtful and very receptive to what we were looking for. He began to run numbers and provided us with an outstanding opportunity to lease a 2016 X1. Before anything was finalized Hugo provided some additional options and we test drove the vehicle. Upon our return, we signed the papers and we were all set. Hugo and his team are full of integrity and care about the customers needs. This is the best BMW dealership!

It has been about a week since we picked up our new (and first ever) BMW from Mamaroneck BMW. We worked with the salesperson, Rani to find the right car for our family's needs. We love Rani and the staff at the dealership. .No kidding the experience from the front of the house to the back was outstanding. In particular our experience from the first interaction with Rani was professional, and he was attentive during the entire process. Note, we can tell from experience, how outstanding Rani and the entire team at Mamaroneck was as we dealt with four other BMW dealerships in NY and CT before buying this car. By -far this team stands out. Management should be very pleased with the results- Rani was great to deal with and we are still singing his praise.

In summary, I could not be happier with my experience at BMW of Mamaroneck and my new car. From the minute I walked in I was greeted and treated as a valued customer. Rani Holmes was my client advisor and a real pleasure to work with. After our test drive we looked into a couple of possibilities and found the best option available. I didnt want to wait for a custom built convertible since Summer has already begun. Rani and I communicated via email and over the phone and he was always courteous, attentive and responsive.Once my first choice didnt work out, I got a call from the Sales manager, Kristen Zallo. She has the best demeanor and attitude I have ever seen on a manager. Believe me I know. I work for too many crazy ones. Kristen and I went over new possibilities on the phone and after only two hours called me back, with the car of my dreams. I never told her, but I when I first came in I really wanted a white convertible with red interior. Well, she and Rani did it. Within a week I had my car and am thrilled! I have everything I could want or need in this model. The Finance manager was also a pleasure to work with and everyone the dealership is a true professional. They were all so excited about the car. I would recommend the dealership and all the folks who worked with me without hesitation. Because of them BMW has earned a customer for life.

I recently purchased a used BMW from BMW of Mamaroneck. I love my car and the deal was pretty good. The customer service provided by the staff was okay during the buying process....until I drove my car off the lot. I was lied to. I signed the papers and the car was already being payed for and I did not receive it for three days. There has been several problems with my car already and I was never notified of any of them. I was told the car went through 72 point inspections, but somehow none of this came up? They have fixed some of the issues, but not until I am at the point of nagging and nagging them. Lighting issues, Brake issues, radio issues and even tire problems. The people who work there are very nice, but almost IMPOSSIBLE to reach. When you finally do reach someone, they tell you the right person will get back to you, then they rarely ever do. I was happy, but VERY stressed. My cars issues are minor, but need fixing. It's almost a month later. That's my experience. P.S. This is a BMW, not a Honda. Expensive to fix. Should be Courteous in satisfying the customer fully for such a prestigious dealership.

My family and I was so excited going into the dealership to buy a new BMW X5 for my wife. We were greeted by a receptionist at the front desk, she asked us if it was our first time at the dealership, as we were looking at the new cars, we replied "yes," as I continued to browse, she basically insulted my wife by telling her that the used cars are at a different location, my wife replied "I didn't ask you where the used cars are, I came to buy a new car!"After my wife told me what happened, I immediately complained to Kristen Zallo (MGR). We left and bought a 2015 Porshe Cayenne S from Porshe of Larchmont.

I bought a pre-owned vehicle here from C. Robertson. The car itself was a great deal and I was happy with the initial buying process. Robertson was very friendly and responsive at the onset of the transaction. HOWEVER, things fell apart as it came time to finish the deal. I was trading in another car, but for some reason they couldn't full explain, BMW of Mamaroneck requested that I get a clean title from the DMV (mine had been sold with a signature on the back). At the DMV the staff there told me there was no reason that should be an issue and they hadn't experienced dealers asking for that in the past. So that was 1 unnecessary DMV trip. Robertson gave me a temporary license and permit for the car I was buying while they registered the new one with the DMV. I made it clear that we simply wanted to transfer the old plates from the car I traded in, but they got me new ones for some reason. So I had to go back to the DMV to exchange the new, unnecessary plates and also pay for the 2nd set of plates. Bottom line, once Robertson thought the deal was done he became difficult to reach and sloppy. There was over a month of going back and forth on the phone and with the DMV, really ruined my experience. Having to make two needless trips to the DMV was very inconvenient; we all know how unpleasant waiting in line at the DMV can be.

I'm normally don't write reviews but I felt compelled to do so because I had such a great experience at Mamaroneck in particular with Anthony. I was nervous to go alone to buy my first new car but Anthony removed my fears in the first 10 mins of our meeting. He was super patient and clearly informed me about the cars, my options and the contract. He wasn't the stereotypical sleazy car sales man by any means. He made me feel comfortable while still being professional. I'm glad to say that I am now a proud owner of a new 328xi and I'm loving it. If you truly want a professional, honest, quality experience you should visit BMW of Mamaroneck and ask for Anthony.

HORRIBLE place to buy a car. I will NEVER even to my worst Enimie recommend this place to anyone. Customer service sucked. First I would call this place constantly and only get voice mail I would never get calls back. They Sold me the car and I didn't receive my plate for at least 2 months. They let me drive my car with expired registration and expired plates, They Messed up my paperwork, Then I told them my car jumps in the air and they told me they would fix it no problem on them they made me make an appointment to fix my car and then on the day June 2nd to fix my car they tell me that my warrantee won't fix it bc it's not dangerous. Even though the car hops into another lane everytime it hits a bump it's not dangerous. This place messed with my money my paper work and they don't even care they think a car wash and detail is going to make a person happy.

I just purchased a used Range Rover from Mamaroneck BMW about 2 weeks ago and could not be happier. I have a lot of experience with dealers (ok but mostly bad) and I must say Mamaroneck BMW was awesome. As soon as you pick up the phone and call you are greeted by Maria who is very friendly and such a nice person. I had the opportunity to work with Craig Robertson who is very genuine and a stand up guy. Craig answered all my questions and assured me that the car I was buying was in great condition and will last me a long time. I am very happy I got to work with Craig because I genuinely felt that he had my best interest in mind. He even followed me in a company car so I can drop off the rental car I was using so he could drive me back to the dealer and leave with my new car! And to close the deal you have Landers which is very knowledgable and great at what he does which is securing financing so you can leave with your new car. Landers was also very honest in his recommendation on getting a certain warranty for the car. I had my mind made up that I was not going to get a warranty but Landers walked me through the different options and made me realize that a couple of dollars more a month can save you from financial disasters down the road, god forbids anything happens to the car. Especially an expensive luxury car. I could not be happier with my experience at Mamaroneck BMW and I hope to be back. Next time I'll be back to pick up a BMW 7 series. If you are looking to buy a BMW or any used car that lands at they're dealer be assured that's its a quality vehicle and not some car that ended up at auction and was fixed up to mask problems that will come later on. Pick up the phone and take a trip it's well worth it. I live more than 45 minutes away from this dealer and have at least 5 closer BMW dealers but I will always go back to Mamaroneck BMW.

My wife and I started looking for a BMW X1 about 3 weeks when one of my coworkers got one. She would not stop raving about this guy from Pace BMW named Craig Robertson. I went to a local dealership in NJ and the deals were full of compromises in the vehicle and they had a pathetic bid for my trade in.So i finally gave in and emailed Craig on Christmas Eve. Craig responded to me stating he was out of the office, but first thing Thursday morning he would be on the case. I gave him my "wants/needs" and my budget. He found a car that was an exact match of my "wants/needs" (not at his dealership) and a few other options he could deliver quicker with more flexibility within my budget. I decided i wanted the car i originally asked for, and Craig hit my budget spot on..Since we agreed on the deal, he called or emailed every day to keep me in the loop of exactly what was going on. Today, New Years Eve he got the vehicle in. He emailed/called/texted me (at the perfect frequency) keeping me up to date on the status. I sent him an email at 3pm saying i was going to head over shortly. He called me right away, and told me to hang out, because he didn't want me wasting time at the dealership. When the vehicle got there, he called me right away offering the flexibility to take the car tonight or the day after new years.I showed up at the dealership at 5:24pm and asked the front desk when they close. They said 5pm (with a warming smile). By the time we got all the paper work done it was 6pm. Craig spent a full 45 minutes teaching us how to use every function on the car. We were very apologetic that he had to stay late on New Years Eve. He didn't rush us out at any point and treated us first time BMW owners like royalty. There were several people including Kristen (who stopped by to apologize it was so late.), the finance manager, all of who made us feel so welcome 1.5 hours after their official close of business.....wow?!.. They worked their butt off on 1 car, and they were delivering tons of vehicles this week.I know BMW is about superior quality, but never in all my car buying days have I met such a superior sales team.I want to personally thank Craig and the Pace BMW team for delievering an amazing gift so late. I will recommend Pace to anyone, and especially Craig who set an example of what modern pressure-free luxury car buying is... It was truly a pleasant experience.. If they can hunt down my car, and deliver it three hours after close of business on new years eve with incredible friendliness, then i can guarantee you will not be disappointed.Check out Pace, but ask for Craig...

I acquired by last BMW from another dealership and they were keen on retaining me as a customer. I received all the BMW corporate loyalty info and swag, but the local dealership did nothing additional. They were inflexible on pricing (I already knew what to pay and they were way too high) and they tried to sell me a vehicle I did not want. When I went to Pace, they were welcoming, flexible, gave me a price within the range I should be paying and their follow up was spot on. The people I dealt with at Pace were straight up and had great attitudes. When I compare my dealership experiences there really is quite a difference. Pace was simply great. If you are looking for a BMW, do your self a favor - go to Pace first.

I had a very good experience when I bought my last BMW, but my experience today was exceptional. The dealership was very busy as there was a promotion underway. The courtesy and professionalism I experienced was second to none. None of the staff at the dealership ever appeared frustrated or aggravated. There was no high pressure sales behavior from anyone. Landers Hall, my sales rep, was informative and very knowledgeable. He was patient and worked very hard to make my purchase financially satisfying and worked things out so that I got exactly the car and options I wanted in a price I could afford. It also didn't hurt that he was very sociable and easy going. Of course this could not have been possible without the assent and assistance of the ever patient and relaxed Sales Manager, Bernie Fee. Mr. Fee clearly set the pace in the showroom. The atmosphere clearly a reflection of his cool and calm demeanor. At no point did I feel condescended to or taken advantage of or overlooked. I was simply shown what was available, asked what I liked and Landers and Bernie set to work and to make the deal happen. They made me an extraordinary deal after it looked as though the numbers just wouldn't add up. I never thought I would leave a dealership feeling elated, but they made it happen and I am very grateful to them. Everyone in the dealership was cheerful and helpful. Since the transaction finished late, instead of just showing me a few things about the car and leaving me to my own devices, Landers without prompting invited me back to the dealership at my convenience to further go over the cars features, Now that's a professional attitude.I highly recommend this Dealership to anyone interested in buying a BMW.

I don't what happened to all those positive reviews, maybe the excellent sales persons were all busy, but when we went in on a Sat afternoon, no one seems to care, no one came to greet us. And we were looking at the cars, people passed by, not interested to talk to me at all. I had to go to the desk to ask how does it work in their shop. A little disappointed so we left. No sure will go back again.

In May when my lease was about to be up on my Q7 I was undecided as to whether I wanted to stay in an Audi? So I started my internet search looking for a good deal for "THE CAR". I was looking to move into a Mercedes or BMW? Well after a week or so of surfing and calling different dealers I was still undecided UNTIL.... I looked on the PACE website and found a few Speacials. I immediately called PACE and was transferred to Landers Hall. We "CLICKED" instantly, we conversed for about 30 minutes. Once our conversation was over my mind had been made up. Once again I would be driving the "Ultimate Driving Machine/BMW" AND!! I would be traveling from from Baldwin, LI to Mamaroneck, NY to lease "THE CAR" from Landers Hall at PACE BMW :) Landers is AWESOME!!! I visited a couple of BMW dealers - and while all of the sales people were okay, Kristen is in a league of her own and is a star. Kris picked me up at the Mamaroneck Train station in the car that was to be mine - we test drove it according to my schedule and route - she explained the car and its functions as we went along.Back at the showroom, no hard sell - just got me a great price and then a great lease deal. Within 90 minutes of meeting Kris for the first time, I committed to a fairly fully loaded 535 xi - picked it up two days later (yesterday). I am a very cynical person and do a lot of research on price and incentives before even walking into a showroom - that is why i visited two other dealers before buying from Pace; I didn't get the same feeling from the others that i did with Kris. Over the past 17 years, I bought 11 Volvos from the same dealer. I liked the dealer and lthe same salesman sold me all but two of the cars. But i have outgrown the staid Volvo and wanted something better.The F & I guy- Mike Steingberg was very honest and low key - no hard sell at all. The paper work took less than 20 minutes, start to finish, when I picked up the car.I am very glad that I went with BMW, with Pace and especially with Kris. Now i have to get back to driving my new car.

Lionell went above and beyond with explaining to me in detail the overall performance of the 5 Series to ensure that it suited my personal needs. He explained to me in depth the model, features, interior color scheme, exterior color scheme and accessories for the 2012 BMW 528xi that I was leasing. Unlike, when I purchased a car in 2003 from another dealership the Finance Manager at Pace BMW Mike Steinberg did not make me feel like I was signing my life away on the lease documents. Furthermore, Product Specialist at Pace BMW Shaun was extremely patient in explaining to me all the technology in my new car. My sales advisor Lee Porrazzo was excellent, there was no pressure and he worked hard to meet my needs and get me the deal I wanted. The cars they choose are in excellent condition and you can tell they really care about customer satisfaction. I own a 2011 BMW 550 xi and I can say with out question i will never own a BMW again. Now this is not due to my car but totally due to the horrible service provided to me by PACE BMW and Greenwich BMW where I purchased the car. The car is notorious for getting side wall bubbles and I have been in at least seven times this year to replace the tire. Not once had the dealership or the service department has come up with a loner which equates to an incredible loss of my time. This a 75,000 dollar I would expect a totally different type of service. Pace BMW is totally useless and all I get are apologies rather than solutions or even a loaner!!! Good bye Pace BMW and now I will go to Darien fro now on.

I have purchased and leased 3 cars from Pace BMW and one of the main reasons I have kept coming back is my experience with Rani Holmes. "Car salesman" is frequently used in a negative light but Rani exemplifies what it means to be an excellent car salesman. I say that not because things went perfectly because the first time I dealt with him, the transaction got botched up in a number of ways and it was Rani who took all of the responsibility and, in fact, straightened out a bunch of things that I knew were not his fault. To me, that was more important than anything because rather than make a bunch of lame excuses as to what was going on, he shouldered the burden and made them right. A great person and a great salesman.

I was given a monthly payment on my new car which I accepted. Upon signing the purchase order, I left the dealership to get some lunch when the manager who was helping the sales person called me to tell me that he made a mistake and the car was going to now cost me over $100 a month more. Classic bait and switch. Unfortunately, I had to accept the deal because it took so long to get the deal worked out that I had no time to go elsewhere and was leaving on business the next day.Upon receiving the car and attempting to activate the free year of SeriusXM radio, I was told that the free year had already been used by the dealership. I was told by the sales rep at Pace that they would take care of it. As I type this, still no resolution. Overall, I had a terrible experience and wish I had gone back to Greenwich BMW which gave me much better service although it's well out of the way from my home.

My saleman, Rani Holmes, went out of his to make sure that I was satified when I ordered my first BMW. But since then my car has been in service every three months like clock work and now I'm told that BMW states that a loss up up to a quart of oil in 1600 miles is acceptable for my 335d with less than 20K? Really?! This is not my first diesel but may be my last BMW. Could have had two VW's for the price.

We bought a new 2012 BMW X3 in late 2011. After owning the car only one week, the power steering system completely failed. Pace gave us a loaner (a new 5-series sedan), and attempted to fix the problem. After a couple of weeks, they decided they couldn't fix it, and the necessary parts would take too long to arrive from Germany, so they ordered a replacement X3 for us. We realize BMW-USA had to also approve this resolution, but we felt that Pace had gone to bat for us and wanted to make the situation right. Our sales person, Rani Holmes, was responsive and on the ball, making sure we were informed every step along the way. What could have been a very frustrating and maddening event turned into a much more pleasant one, because Pace and Rani did their best for us.

Pace/Greenwich website is terrific for scheduling service appointments and requesting parts. I had checked BWM USA's site for the part numbers to get rubber floor mats for my F07 with X-drive without any luck. I sent an online parts request to Pace asking about the availability of rubber mats. A couple of hours later, I got a response from Rudy in the parts department that the mats were in stock. When I stopped by, he had them pulled aside and ready to go. Great experience.

I usually work with Audley for service issues. Audley's pretty good returning phone calls. My last trip in to service was an emergency because my brake warning light lit off. I drove directly over for a night drop off on Wednesday night. Audley must have been on vacation because I wound up with another service advisor who I had to chase down an hour before closing on Thursday to find out what was going on with my car. Nothing diagnosed. Same thing on Friday except they got all the parts but weren't going to be able to make the repair that day. The service advisor told me I could pick the car up (with completely faulty brakes) and bring it back Monday. Never offered to do the work on Saturday which I had to request. Didn't hear back from them so I showed up an hour before they closed on Saturday hoping the car was done, which it was. Zero communication. All in all, I got a $3200 bill, no car for the better part of three days and no offer of a loaner. My ratings of "ok" were based on the three previous times I was in for service with little or no incident. However, this was bad enough that there was no way I was going back to them for my 85k inspection.

Horrible experience. Bought a certified 328i convertible from them with only 20k miles on it in January, 2010. (Name of sales guy - Vincent Morabido). Within 4 months, the hard top would not close. Apparently the car was in an accident, which was conveniently NOT detected during Pace BMW's 300 point certification for pre-owned vehicles. This accident probably has caused alignment issues which in turn triggers the roof to not close. My personal mechanic was astounded by the fact that Pace BMW certified the car. He said anybody could tell there was severe body damage and that the paint job was done on real cheap. My local BMW dealer said same thing but refused to put it in paper because of fear of backlash. Now every 6 months or so, the roof refuses to close. And the body paint has started to peel off. Called Pace bmw (both Vincent and his manager) many times, they refused to do anything about it because a damaged roof doesn't mean the car is not drivable, hence they are off the hook. I tried to reason with this guys many different ways, but to no avail. Simply do not understand how a dealer like this is allowed to sell BMWs.

I went to 6 dealers in the past 48 hours -- Pace is leagues above the rest. The staff was pleasant to customers and to one another. Rather than seeming to be in competition with one another for a sale, or to avoid grunt work, the staff at Pace works as a team and that feels very welcoming. There was no pressure, no hype, no tricks or gimmicks to sell me something I didn't want. I did appreciate the coffee and cookies while I waited and their courtesy counter was incredibly clean. I bought a preowned car. The sales staff was prompt getting the car ready for our test drive and I was encouraged to take my time to inspect the vehicle without any distracting sales blather. All my questions were answered clearly and honestly. After I made my deal, signed my papers, handed over my initial downpayment, the car was re-washed and cleaned and gassed-up. I got a great deal. At other dealerships I felt that negotiations and any concessions were given resentfully and that I owed the sales persons something for their time and consideration. Pace aimed to please. The finance department at Pace had me sign quite a number of papers -- most of which were having me acknowledge services and protections I didn't know I had! After I qualified and agreed to terms of a loan they shopped my loan package again to try and make the terms even better There is no comparison between Pace and any other dealership I've been to. Thanks! Anthony Lu is a very knowledgable and pleasant person to work with.

I recently bought a new 550. The a.m. radio had serious static. The satellite radio and the FM are and always were fine. I consulted with the fellow at Pace's service center in Port Chester. He was very average, didn't really try to figure out how a new car could have such an issue. When I was first dropping off my car, Fabian Bonici was nearby, heard the description, scrolled through his substantial knowledge data base, recalled that he had heard of a similar issue. I foolishly stuck with my regular service person at BMW of Greenich/Pace/s service center. He got it fixed, told me they didn't even recognize an issue, etc. I should've realized that guy wasn't for me. The fix helped slightly, but I figure for $70k I should be able to listen to a Yankee game on am without it cracking. So I brought it back, asked for Fabian. It took them 3 days to figure it out, address the casing. In fact, after the first attempt to fix it, Fabian checked it out, took it on highway, hit some bumps, applied some torque and the problem returned. So he told me they need another day or two to figure it out. I picked up the car today and it seems finally to be fine. So I rate Fabian Bonici as in a class by himself and Pace/DCH gets good marks for having a guy like him on staff. The supervisor Robert Radison is pretty good too. The first service advisor, who I had used for a few years on my prior car - - not too good. So Fabian gets an A+, DCH/Pace/ BMW of Greenwich gets an A-., and the first service advisor does NOT get a good mark at all.They did have a good valet pickup service and all in, I'm sticking with them.

First class in all aspects of the service experience. From the facility, to making every effort to go above and beyond to accomodate, they are top notch. Never have to wait to get in for service - they make sure to fit you in and address your problem immediately. I have dealt primarily with Norbert and he has been terrific - whenever I have had an issue with my car he has made sure that the car has gotten looked at immediately. My car once had a problem over a weekend/after hours and soon after I left him a voice mail he called me back to tell me that he would meet me at the service and get me a loaner car. I rate Anthony Iu a 5 in every aspect of the survey due to the information he relayed to my when purchasing my BMW 328I. The price was compatible to the prices I seen in other auto shops, however the big difference was PACE BMW was a pre-owned BMW. The 5 year warrantee and the tire warrantee was a great offer. Mr. Iu also was knowledgeable when setting the blue tooth in the automobile and with the functions of the convertible top, and key functions. It was a pleasure having Mr. Iu serve me and if or when I decide to upgrade I will be sure to contact Mr. Iu once again.

In general, dealing with sales people and car salesmen in particular is worse than having a root canal. However, Anthony realized that I dealt in humor and made me feel like an "old" friend and made the process much less tedious. Although I had done much homework before I entered the dealership, with Anthony's help and suggestions I feel that "we" made the right choice. As I prefer to pay cash and own my car outright, Anthony showed me how to save $1,200 by taking out a loan. Anthony also went out of his way by sending my permanent registration to me in Florida as well as a follow up call on the day Derek Jeter got his 3,000th hit. I don't know if he is an actual Yankee fan (as I am) or if it was a sales ploy, but in either case it was a nice thing to do. Lastly, as I am a football fanatic, he went out of his way to find me one of your promotional mini footballs with the BMW logo on it. My wife got a car, I got a football and Anthony got the sale. THANKS.

When I first met with Anthony, I was planning to buy an Audi A4. However, I wasn't entirely happy with the sales people from Audi, whom I had met with, so I decided to stop by the Pace BMW dealership. Right from the start I explained that I was leaning heavily towards an Audi, but I wanted to just check out a 3-series before I made my final decision. Even though I explained to Anthony that at that moment a BMW was my distant second choice, he gave me his full attention, never once making me feel as though he was just going through the motions. In an honest and open-manner, he highlighted all the qualities of a BMW compared to an Audi, while remaining positive. Anthony's straight-forward and friendly approach generated so much credibility in my mind that I started to reconsider my leaning towards an Audi. Anthony showed me a few different vehicles that were available in the pre-owned inventory and within my price range. After he took me for a test drive, I was convinced and decided to purchase a 2008 BMW 335xi on the spot. He was just as helpful throughout the entire closing process and I was very pleased that all of the arrangements had been made to register my vehicle and get the license plate. He was also willing to work with my insurance agent, making everything very easy for me. I remain pleased with my purchase and with my interactions with Anthony. I've called him a few times since buying the vehicle, and he's always been very eager to help answer my questions. He is a positive reflection on the dealership as a whole, and I will buy my next vehicle from PACE BMW.

After having tried two other BMW dealers, Pace was referred to me by a friend. I had my doubts because they had been purchased, along with my favorite BMW dealership by a large conglomerate. My fears were that I would be treated as just another number. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that I was wrong. I was greeted very nicely by the receptionist who promptly introduced me to my Sales Rep. Luis Solgar. The purchase could not have gone smoother. Luis was very patient and informative as we had several color/option changes along the way. He got us want we wanted at a price better than expected. Throughout the process he kept us informed as the vehicle was built, shipped and on its arrival. Luis even helped us with a lease extension on our other BMW while this one was on its way.Overall I am very happy with Pace and Luis, so much so that they are getting me another vehicle.

We worked with Luis Salgar for X5 xDrive35d. I think he was the best car dealer I have ever worked with. First of all, he begun with reasonable pricing that we can talk further. Secondly, he did the paperwork without any mistake as I had one bad previous experience and I was very careful on that. Thirdly, he informed us about the progress of our order. Overall, dealers of premium cars are more consumer oriented and treat you better. But as I have experience with three German and one Japanese car dealers, he is by far best.I also believe Pace BMW management is quite good. I guess they treat people according to BMW manufacturer standards.

Norbert couldn't be a more thorough and nice guy. I certainly enjoy working with him. I was looking for a 2011 550i x drive in dark graphite metallic with the m sports package. I went to mt kisco bmw (they didn't have any and tried getting me to buy a 550i without the m sports package) then went to prestige bmw (they didn't have any either and kept me there forever trying to get a different 5 series but i wanted what I wanted) then I went to westchester bmw (they HAD ONE but it was sold I almost cried) then I went to PACE BMW in mamaroneck and they had one but i found a slight mark on it I didn't like. I discussed it with Bernie (manager) and he was willing to give me my $500.00 deposit back and while we were going inside he said he just wanted to see if there were any others around the area. I figured the answer was no since i was at all these other dealerships but he said he found one which is exactly what I was looking for. He said it was at the port and that he would get it sent to him so I can see it. I got a call when it came in (1 week) examined the entire car and it was PERFECT not a mark on it and I got it. What I was looking for is not one of the easiest cars to come across as i realized by going to all these dealerships but what I can't get over is how (westchester bmw,mt kisco bmw,prestige bmw) tried getting me to buy something else and didn't even try to find what I was looking for and when I went to PACE BMW bernie located another car for me (exactly what I was looking for) while he had one sitting in his lot with a very slight mark on it that I didn't like ( if you don't have perfect vision you would have never seen it) I thank god for Bernie otherwise I wouldn't have my car & I also thank Landers Hall for being a very professional salesperson. I have NEVER seen a dealership go so out of there way to help someone. Again THANK YOU VERY MUCH Bernie (manager) & Landers Hall I LOVE MY CAR and can't wait to buy another one from you. Anthony helped me pick a car that was in my price range and that I am very happy with. During the selection process, I never felt pressured to make a decision and I felt that the advice and information s that he provided was honest and thorough. Anthony is straight-forward and made me feel as though he was trying to build a long-term relationship rather than just make a one time sale. After I picked out a car, Anthony made the closing very easy for me and took care of everything such as sending the vehicle information to my insurance agent and getting my plates and registration. All of his co-workers who were involved in the closing were just as friendly and honest as he was. Lastly, Anthony and Pace BMW helped me get a very fair and favorable auto loan through BMW finance. I am happy with the car, the loan, and the service that I received. I will definitely go to Pace BMW and Anthony when it comes time to buy another vehicle and in the meantime I will recommend him to anybody I know who is planning to buy a car. Lastly, the dealership was very presentable and the atmosphere was comfortable - I felt welcomed at all times, a reaction that is always the case with other luxury car dealerships. I purchased my car through Vince at Pace BMW and financed it through Mike. I was due a credit card refund of $ 500. Thus far, it has been two e-mails and and one unreturned phone call. So much for GM Joseph caring about my experience and asking me for feedback - I tell him my concerns and he never responded. Not exactly the service level I'd expect from BMW.The sales mgr just called me to tell me it "wasn't their intention" to keep the $ 500 for a week, which is true because another manager told me their policy is to process refunds in two weeks. It was their intention to keep the money for two weeks, not one! It seems as though it is the dealer's policy to unjustly enrich itself by holding credit card refunds for two weeks. This is pretty anti-consumer and not what I'd expect to find from someone representing the BMW brand.Next time, I'll drive down the road to Mercedes and recommend others do the same.

I could not have been any happier with the experience I had at Pace BMW. This was my first time buying a car, and I had a lot of concerns at the beginning of this process. I had gone to other BMW dealers, but walked away empty-handed because they could just not add up to the service I got at Pace BMW. I walked in on a Monday, and drove home in a perfect 2009 328xi on Tuesday. Landers Hall answered every question I had, and I really felt that he went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal possible. He made me feel comfortable with my purchase, and I still feel today that visiting Pace BMW was the best decision I could have made.I would recommend Pace to anyone interested in buying a BMW, and I would recommend Landers to anyone interested in the best service you could ask for.

Update: After writing my review below, I received an email from Pace bmw's sales manager right away, asking how they can resolve this matter. After a series of emails and phone calls between us and their parts and service manager, they've decided to replace my rear windshield and 3rd break light for free, also tint the rear windshield since mine was tinted. They've even sent someone to us to drop off a loaner and pick up my car, then also arranged for someone to drop off my car near me and picked up the loaner, instead of having us driving up all the way from Queens to Pace again.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Both me and bf picked up a 328xi from Pace earlier this year. We both asked to transfer our old license plate to the new cars, but that never happened to bf. He received a new license plate in that mail, which means none of his parking permits are usable now. He contacted Pace and was told that it'll be sorted out, weeks past, months past, bf called numerous time and left numerous voice mails, with no reply.As for my car, my third break light fell off the rear wind shield, bf took my car to Pace for service, and it was finished in 10 minutes. But my beige colored roof was covered with black greasy finger prints, and Pace refused to clean it up. On the second day, my break light fell off again. Instead of fixing it properly, Pace used double sided tape to tape it back in place. Bf took it back to Pace again, only to be told that the entire rear windshield needs to be replaced because the brackets that hold the break light are part of the windshield, and that's not covered under warranty. He also requested Pace to clean up the dirty finger prints they left in my car, they cleaned up half of it, left more black marks on my beige colored leather seat, and took quarters out of my center console. For some odd reason, I've never received any surveys about any of the services that were performed at Pace. Is it because they know what kind of answer they'll get? I have no idea. But if I do receive any of those surveys, it'll be "extremely unsatisfied" for all categories.

The experience at Pace BMW was excellent. We have purchased 2 M cars from them and could not be more satisfied in terms of price, service, and customer care. They are very professional and concerned about the customer. Tom Forte has been the best SA any customer could ask for. I can always rest assured when he's on the job, instant replies to my e-mails and always quick to handle anything I need. I could never see myself doing business anywhere else.

Adam our salesperson was friendly, informed and thorough in both showing my wife and me various models of BMW's and making sure everything was in order when we leased a car. In addition, he has continued to follow up post purchase to insure we are satisfied with the car and if we have any questions. Equally as important I never felt pressured and when I decided to purchase the negotiation seemed more than fair. I would definitely recommend Adam as well as the dealer to future BMW purchasers.

This is my 4th BMW. I used to shop at a dealership that was nearer to my house. I had actually decided not to go with bmw this time around as the dealership never seemed to be able to accomodate me to my satisfaction with Scheduling Service, length of time to service, and availability of a "loaner" vehicle when mine was to be in the shop. Additionally, the salesperson that I had already purchased 3 vehicles from did not bother to follow up with me at the end of my last cycle. Fortunately for All of us I happen to meet Adam Momtaheni. What a gem!!! Nice, friendly, knowledgable. Basically, everything I require. Alas, I am still driving a BMW and I am very thankful. Adam has even called to follow up just to see that I'm happy with the vehicle. I cannot tell you how many people we give his name to...... at the insurance office that I own!!! Too bad for westchester bmw...

I went to the dealership on a Friday to see if I fit into a BMW 128 convertible. Adam Momteheni was assigned to me. He took me out to the yard and I sat in a 128 and determined I fit comfortably. I told him I would return in a few days when I was ready to make a purchase. After doing my homework and learning the true cost of the vehicle and options, a few days later, I went back to the showroom and met with Adam. We hammered out a price with which I was comfortable. I signed a contract and gave him a deposit. I met with Mike and was approved for the lease very quickly. I picked up the vehicle on Friday, May 28th. Adam did a thorough job of explaining the vehicle's features & how everything works. I am completely satisfied with the entire purchasing experience.

This is my third car I've gotten from Pace BMW and David Voetch. Every time I've been there, I've gotten prompt attention and walked away with the deal I wanted. They felt very collaborative and did not push at all. I knew what I wanted going in, and I am fairly well informed. They respected my position and agreed. I was so pleased with Pace...I had a trade in and they were very fair about the car and made the deal so much more pleasant!! When I got the price for the car the car had to be ordered. They kept me updated on where the car was in the factory process , boat, etc and were very accurate on how long the process would take. Kris is really no nonsense and was incredible when the car was delivered...she even programmed the garage door opener and phone for me! She is detail oriented to be sure I knew the new car before driving home. I can't recommend her enough!!

I wanted a 2010 535xi wagon and Pace had an excellent selection of these hard to find cars. My wife and I arrived at dealership without an appointment but receptionist immediately assisted us and called Adam, who was the next "up." We were debating between pre-owned and new. Adam took us to Vince in pre-owned who was very gracious but did not have a suitable low-mileage vehicle. He returned us to Adam who together with Gunn Park put together an excellent deal very quickly with no pressure, no nonsense and with great professionalism. Worked from cost up and was up front about figures. Mike Steinberg as F&I manager did not try to force expensive add-ons but we did follow his recommendation for the tire/rim coverage. Worth it in NYC with the potholes. We ended up making a deal at about closing time but Mike and Adam stayed two hours after closing to have all papers in order with new car and trade. Yes, trade. First offer was a bit low for trade, but they quickly upped the offer by $1K, which approached KBB on the vehicle. Was able to drive home that evening. Despite the late hour and bitter cold, Adam took all the time we needed to explain vehicle operation. We returned next business day for clean up of car and detailed pre-delivery. Could not be happier with the deal or the dealership.

The entire sales experience was everything I expected from a BMW dealership. The price was negotiated with professionalism. I have never had such a bad (ongoing) experience with anything related to a BMW in my life. Besides causing more problems then they fixed when my car was taken in for routine servicing, they do not return phone calls, provide loaner cars (in fact, they left me waiting in the hot sun for 45 minutes at the Rye train station for their "shuttle.")It's been 40 days of ongoing hell since I left my car there. My car broke down on the NJ Turnpike within 24 hours of picking it up. My original service guy was Doug Imhoff. His boss is Bob Teunison. Someone named Ed was supposed to call me with a "follow up" call to make sure I was happy with the service (not the answer he was looking for.) When I called Bob on Saturday, August 15th to tell him the car had broken down because someone in his service center had forgotten to replace the nut on the alternator drive belt he was so apologetic and couldn't have been nicer. Said they'd take care of everything. Said he never left the office without returning a phone call (I called him because Doug doesn't know how to make outgoing calls). He never calls back. All they have done is drive me insane and cost me time and money. The story goes on and on. It's a nightmare. Just do yourself a favor - AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

I came to Pace BMW distraught from my experiences from other BMW dealerships in the area. I was even considering going to Mercedes or Lexus because of this. Luckily my faIth in BMW was restored by the sales team at Pace. Gunn walked me through the whole sales process and even offered me a test drive, something that was not done at other stops. I decided to try Pace because it was the next closest. When I came in I was greeted by the salesmanager who introduced me to David. Everything went smoothly and after my car came in from germany it was exactly as I ordered.

When I shopped at other dealerships I felt that there was constant pressure to make a deal. At Pace BMW they gave me the best price right off the bat and allowed me to take my time making my decision. When I picked up my car the paperwork was a breeze and Gunn spent over an hour and a half explaining the features of my new 328xi to me. It was a great experience and I have already recommended some of my friends and family to go buy cars there.

This was my best car buying experience ever. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. In addition, I got a terrific price on my new 2009 335ix. Any question I had was answered right away. The whole process was low key, and, contrary to most of my previous car purchases, I didn't walk out of the dealership feeling that I had been screwed. After the purchase, I was kept informed of the progress of the car as it went through production and delivery. When time came for the pickup of the car, filling out the paperwork was pretty much a breeze. Mike had everything ready for me. I felt none of the usual pressure to sign up for lots of extra services. Kristen spent over an hour taking me through all of the car's features, including synchronizing my cell phone and setting the satellite radio presets. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

David Voetsch did a great job giving up front pricing on a new 3 series. I did everything over internet and phone and while dealers like DeSimone BMW conveniently left out the car they wanted to sell me was an exec demo w/ 9500 miles and only 3 yrs left on the warranty even though I clearly specified a new car, Pace gave me all fees up front and gave the best price of 12+ dealers I shopped.When picking up the car I took a quick train ride from Grand Central to Mamaroneck where he picked me up and spent a good 2 hours walking through all features of the vehicle. They gave me free wheel locks and BMW carpeted mats (not incl) w/o me asking. Though they ran out of the matching color mats for my interior, I got black ones and they will send me the others upon arrival for free. Great thing is PACE is part of DCH family of dealers and they have 4 BMW dealerships. I can go to any one and receive same quality service incl loaner cars, etc.

Where do I begin.... I purchased a 2006 330 XI fully loaded with all the goodies. The car is equipped with Run Flat tires, which do very bad in absobing bumps. It gives you a tremendous loud bang and a horrible jarring feeling. I could not beleive this was a "ULTIMATE DRIVING MACHINE". Not even my Ford or Mazda were this bad. I hit a pothole and it totally shredded my tire. I spent $350.00 on a new one, only a month into owning this car. After owning the car only a few months, i had a check engine light, which was the result of a faulty gas cap. It was replaced free of charge. About a month later, the oil light came on. I had to bring the car in again for service and they added some oil (about a quart) and charged me $10.00. A few months after that, my head light washing mechanism go stuck on the open position, had to bring it in again. A month after the last fix, the car begins to squeek when rolling. I brought it in once again and they told me it was a faulty caliper and brake pad grinding on the disc. Not a month after, the same sound again. I got fed up and just drive with the squeak. I am returning the vehicle today, since the lease is up.About 2 months ago, in August, I was asked to go to Pace to test drive my next car. I was interested in a certified pre-owned X3. They gave me a "Top of the line X3 and claimed it was the best possible combination with the top level options. Once I began my test drive, I decided to check the glove compartment, where I found a $10,000 receipt for front end damage to the car from the result of an accident. I quickly drove the car back and asked the sales guy why they would certify a crashed vehicle. All he could do was say "since the car was certified, it means it was not a big accident". He said he could drop the price by $1,000.00. WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU THINK I WOULD WANT TO SPEND 35K on a crashed car??? I quickly got out of there and left. I would never trust this dealership.Overall, the BMW experience left alot to be desired. I would never want to own a car that gives so many problems when new. I can imagine all the expensive repairs they will need when the warranty expires.

Purchased a 328xi.I was greeted promptly and with a smile.Howard (salesperson) was really knowledgable and helped me choose the car that suited me. The manager dropped in to greet me, always a plus from my point of view.The negotiations were a breeze. If car buying was this easy in the past, I would have purchased a car sooner. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car from this dealership. When I looked around the dealership, I noticed the other person that was being helped was being treated w/ the same amount of attention and respect.

During my first of two visits, the car I was most interested in test driving, a manual transmission 328xi, was unavailable, but I was told by Adam that if I returned the following weekend, he would be sure to have one. I did return the following weekend, but when I asked Adam about test driving the car, he glibly said that the dealership had gotten one in during the week, but it had immediately been sold. He suggested I try the automatic transmission 328xi that was available, and I reluctantly accepted the invitation, since it seemed that that was about as close as Pace would be coming to allowing me to sample the car I actually wanted to test out. When Adam gave me the car, the gas meter was already on "Reserve," making it somewhat uncomfortable to go beyond a 5-block radius of the dealership. When I returned and asked Adam when I might actually be able to try out the car I was hoping to buy, he said, in sum and substance, that I would not have that opportunity, because they do not get many manual transmission cars. Instead, Adam offered me the opportunity to order the car that I had not yet test driven, as that was the only way, according to Adam, to get such a car onto their dealership's lot. There was no hint of an apology at failing to have the car available to test drive, despite the promise of that opportunity the previous week. There was no mention of trying to obtain a manual 328xi from another dealership to facilitate my wish to test drive it. There was nothing said or done to make me feel valued as a customer, and there was certainly no incentive to return to the Pace dealership. The treatment there was shabby, to say the least, and this Adam fellow's talents appear to lie in repulsing customers, and not making sales. Adam had nothing but a sneering, grandsiose and unfriendly attitude, which apparently has not gone unnoticed by other posters to this site. There are many places to buy a BMW in Westchester County and the surrounding area. If you are going to be plunking down the hefty sum that a BMW will cost you, the buying experience should at least be pleasant. I won't be buying mine at Pace, and I suggest that anyone thinking about making such a significant purchase avoid this dealership as well.

Agree mostly with the low ratings here. It is an old school type of dealership like some reviewers have said -- salesmen who claim to negotiate with managers about getting you a "good" deal, the slick guy in the hat who does trade-ins, clueless receptionist girl...Personally, I like the service from the off-site service center in Port Chester much better than getting service in the crowded Momaroneck service area.I am looking at Lexus now. Not as performance oriented as BMW but their cars are a nice balance of luxury, performance, style, and reliability. So, not really shopping there again. I guess I would try another BMW dealership if I were buying a BMW again. I see a lot a licence plate frames from Westchester BMW around Weschster. Also, see lots of BMW of Manhattan plate frames too. Don't know if they are better.

My wife and I went to buy a new 2007 X5 from these guys, and had a sad experience. Walked in and told the receptionist we wanted to purchase an X5. We pulled up to the dealership and parked right in front of receptionist's desk with our 2004 X5. She didn't ask who we had dealt with 3 years earlier, just handed us off to a young sales guy named Adam. This became an issue later on as Glen Hendrich had sold us our X5 years earlier, and somehow it was my responsibility to remind the dealership who we had dealt with previously. The newer sales guy, Adam, was joyous that we were previous buyers coming in to replace our car, but was nervous about stepping on Glen's toes. Hey, I shouldn't have to deal with your internal sales staff politics when I come in to drop $75k on a BMW. If I was supposed to be assigned to Glen (he did a competent job back when I purchased the 2004 X5) then your receptionist should have taken a moment to ask a couple of questions and set us up with the right sales guy.Adam tried to get us to do a test drive when all we wanted to do was choose options, put in an order, and leave a deposit check. It seemed like he tried everything in the book not to close the sale. Picking options was like pulling teeth when it should have been a fun experience. Finally, Adam quoted us a price, and we asked what the dealership could do about a discount for us since we had purchased two X5s from Pace previously, and intended to be loyal in the future. Adam goes to talk to his manager and comes back and tells us that $500 is the best he can do and that his manager had yelled at him for asking for that discount. After a couple of "gee, I hope my manager doesn't fire me for asking for a discount" we excused ourselves and didn't buy from Pace.Now, I heard that Pace doesn't even do service and maintenance at Mamaroneck any more. You have to drive out to Port Chester to get service. So, why buy from Pace at all? If you live in Larchmont or Mamaroneck, you can't even go local for service any more. I don't know who owns Pace, but you have to send their management out to a Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton to see what 5-star service is like. Pace has a lot to learn about selling luxury items to an affluent clientele. And, that's coming from a 2-time buyer from Pace. I won't be buying from them again.

I had a horrible experience at Pace for the purchase of a 2007 X5. I felt as if I was selling the car to them.Even after setting up an appointment with our client advisor, he shrugged us off (and continued eating his pizza), pushed us into a test-drive vehicle and disappeared altogether. He called me a couple days of later asking if we were interested in making a purchase, without any reference to his disappearing act. He kept going on about all the options we should be piling into the vehicle. Very pushy. In the end, I told him that we were still evaluating our choices, at which point, he said: "Call me if you end up making your mind."I wrote a letter complaining about their service. They never wrote back. Talk about being completely disconnected with their customers.In contrast, I was treated like royalty at Westchester BMW. On top of that, their showroom is spectacular, client advisors stand behind their products and the dealer discounted prices.Stay away from Pace! They're a waste of time.
