I would like to personally thank Paul Frey and team at Boardwalk Ferrari/Maserati for delivering yet another BEYOND AMAZING experience. The Service team (Paul Frey and Chris Williams) just go above and beyond...in terms of customer service. When Paul isn’t there, Chris steps right in and is able to answer any questions you might have. I do not have a brand new Ferrari or brand new Maserati. I have an old Maserati that over the years I have modified and had astounding service there at Boardwalk. Even though I am not buying or cruising around in a new Ferrari or Maserati I am still treated like I just pulled up in a Ferrari F40 or a 575 Super America. To Boardwalk Management, Paul Frey and Chris Williams deserve even more recognition as they set the bar of service and class super high. Please reward them with a day off or lunch - because these guys know their stuff. Paul always gets back to me with answers to my questions and Chris is right there with him. Chris has even helped me with my 1989 Bentley Turbo R. Boardwalk is first class and very very VERY professional. I will be a customer for a very LONG time. Kindly, Stephen

I brought my 2013 458 spider in for its scheduled maintenance. Making the appointment was very easy due to Steve's prompt email responses. He had my car ready the same day! This is a first for me at exotic car dealerships because it usually takes days. In addition to the quick service, my car was washed and vacuumed and looked great when I picked it up. Steve treated me like a valued customer. He is a great service manager and the service advisors should look up to him and emulate his customer service, attention to detail, and efficiency. I get my Cal serviced ar Boardwalk, and I asked about whether they could help me with the tire pressure monitoring systems on my Porsche 911, which were acting up, giving me warnings, although the tire pressure seemed fine. Paul and Steve graciously looked at the Porsche, and it turned out there were two small punctures, which they fixed. I really appreciate that they looked at my Porsche even though they are a Ferrari dealer! My Porsche is now a happy camper. They even delivered it cleaner than what I dropped it off! :)

Because it's a 100 mile round trip for me to get service, scheduling is an issue. Boardwalk and Larry Neighbors were great at helping to arrange a time that was the most efficient for me to be without my beloved California T's annual service. The quality of their service was excellent and performed on time, even including a wheel that had to be sent offsite for polishing. I appreciate their friendliness, knowledge, and especially the quality of their service.On an unrelated service comment, Boardwalk Ferrari Maserati goes out of its way to support auto enthusiasts and automotive clubs by organizing events and contributing as sponsors to activities. This is well-above and beyond what is expected of most dealerships, and I am genuinely grateful for their support. I hauled my Testarossa from Idaho to have Plano Ferrari service it. I was nervous at first, but after talking with Paul on the phone and meeting him in person, all that went away. Through the whole process he sent updates and pictures. Chris the mechanic, did great work! Paul was very polite and educated and always prepared! Great facility, I would do it again, and definitely recommend them!

Phil took the time to review and discuss the features of each model. We then got to look at the inventory and select several different vehicles to drive. Phil patiently allowed me to test and compare all of the vehicles. I had the chance to experience the performance of which each was capable. By the end of the day, I was confident that I had selected the correct vehicle and that I would not look back and wish I had made some other choice. Throughout the process, Phil was positive but did not pressure me in any way. Mike Letourneau assisted with the paperwork and did a great job; the whole experience was a pleasure.

I recently brought a Ferrari F430 Berlinetta I was considering to Boardwalk Ferrari in Plano, Texas for a Pre-Purchase Inspection. Even though I was not buying from Boardwalk, I was treated with outstanding courtesy. While in the showroom waiting to meet with the Service Advisor, we had the pleasure of speaking with Ken Murphy. This being our first visit to a Ferrari dealer, we had many questions. Mr. Murphy patiently and enthusiastically answered every question and gave us a wonderful tour of the facility. A true gentleman.Our Service Advisor was a young man named Paul Frey. I have always been enamored with the Ferrari marque; I have often been described as a fanatic. The young Mr. Frey matches my ardor for the brand. He is a true Ferrarista. I enjoyed a lengthy conversation with Paul about all things Ferrari. He took a personal interest in the car I brought in and ensured that it was in excellent condition. This gave me the confidence to proceed with the purchase. The issues identified during the inspection were corrected elsewhere, as that was the preference of the seller, who was paying for the work. Were it up to me, I would have had Boardwalk do the repairs. We thoroughly enjoyed doing business with Boardwalk Ferrari and would recommend them without reservation.

Unfortunately I got a puncture in an almost new Michelin that could not be repaired due to its location. I spoke with Steve and Paul about the situation and they immediately ordered me a new tire. I dropped my FF off on Tuesday and picked it back up on Thursday. The car was freshly washed (at no charge) and looking good as is always the case when I have it serviced with Boardwalk. Steve and Paul provide top notch, prompt service every time I've needed anything done.

As stated in the title, I need a thesaurus, because I'm running out of adjectives to describe the fabulous service I have received at Boardwalk Ferrari. My wife and I have owned our Cali for about 5 months and have had a flat tire fixed, new tires installed, a track inspection and a detailing done (on my Porsche). Steve, Paul, Larry and the crew always meet & exceed our expectations. We even enjoy giving our money to Melanie, she's always chipper & friendly! Everything is done on time or ahead of schedule. All charges are explained. Communication with the owner is excellent. It's fair to say that dealing with the people at BF has been one of the major pluses of our Ferrari ownership experience.

Larry and Paul in the service department are always there for me. I swear...they do not take any vacations!I have been servicing my car for 5 years and I have never seen such great service. No matter the issue...these guys respond asap. Even if minor; they have urgency. My knob for mirror adjustment broke off. They ordered the part but showed me how to use it so I could continue to drive. When the part came in; they replaced it in 30 minutes! I love my Maserati and I love these guys!

This was my first service visit to Boardwalk in order to have my tires swapped out from Performance to All Season for the upcoming fall and winter. I had the new tires dropped shipped to the dealership and arranged the service visit with Paul Frey. Paul was very helpful and friendly and after doing the initial walk around and explaining their process, he escorted me to their break / refreshment area, pointed out where the facility restrooms were and then on to the waiting area where I had access to watch TV and/or connect to the dealerships Wifi with my laptop. He came out to give me a status update on my vehicle once it was finished and checked with me to see if I wished to have it washed first. Then took me to their cashier to get finished up. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and it was a pleasant service experience even though my vehicle was not a Ferrari or Maserati. Will be back again.

I am probably not like most the clients that go through this dealership. This is my first exotic and maybe its just par for the course at this level, but the attention to detail was outstanding. I made my appointment in advance to make sure I could get a loaner and they put me in a Ghibli just like mine! They did say that you have to call early to make sure you get a loaner, because they are usually out, but if thats all I have to do to get my baby taken care of and get wheels while shes in the shop, Im sold!

Found them through recommendations on Ferrari Chat and decided to ship our 2004 360 Stradale from Seattle, WA for repairs. The results were fantastic - much lower cost than my local dealer for service work ACTUALLY needed to be done. Steve Fordham and Paul Frey have provided stellar service to me on my "new" 2014 FF that I bought in April. After my participation in the Ferrari Corso Pilota event held at COTA, the F1 track in Austin, I needed new rear fender liners due to a lot of tire rubber buildup caused by the slicks on the Ferrari Challenge cars. They ordered the liners and, while waiting for them to come in, had the car detailed to remove the cosmetic effects of me having fun, fun, fun on the track. When the wheel liners came in, Paul and Steve got them installed the same day so that I could enter my FF in the Ferrari car show being held at the Four Seasons in Los Colinas the very next day. My FF was voted First Place for front mid-mount engine Ferraris. A week later, my son ran the FF at a track day at TMS. Car proved to be very quick what with its four-wheel drive, V12 engine. My son literally ran the tires off of the car while having a ball. The front tires were so, so bare it would have been unsafe to try to drive the car home. So Steve and his guys arranged for the car to be taken by truck direct to Boardwalk. Four days later, when new Michelin Pilot Super Sports came in, Paul and Steve had the car reshod and in showroom condition. Steve, especially, went out of his way to ensure that I had a superb customer experience at Boardwalk by offering to match tire prices with Tire Rack so I didn't have to go through the trouble of ordering tires direct. Kudos.

I have not had my 2016 California T for very long. There were some issues, and very quickly transport was arranged from Kansas to the dealer. The car got there on a Wednesday, and I was able to have it back on that Saturday. The team kept me in the loop during the process, and fully explained the problem and solutions. I had special ordered some Lugnuts that were going to come in Thursday evening, but did not come in until Friday evening. I wanted the original wheels put on my vintage Ferrari for the concours event on that Saturday of Father's Day weekend.I received a call from Paul in service who said that I could bring my Ferrari in early on Saturday morning, so that I could show my car with the original wheels on it. Steve Fordham, the director of service, was there to assist me, along with his team and make everything go smoothly.He charged me a fraction of what it should cost to bring my car in line with judging criteria, and we ended up winning a second-place trophy because of his thoughtfulness. My nine year old boy was thrilled to receive his first trophy for our car, and the Boardwalk Ferrari team showed, again, going above and beyond the call of duty to assist the customer.

I only needed my license plates & the front bracket mounted and Steve stopped what he was doing to direct the guys in the shop to handle it. They both took great care in ensuring the bracket was lined up and the chrome caps fit properly over the screw holes. Such attention to detail for a minor need tells me this place cares about your car. Sorry I cannot remember the names of the two fellows that I dealt with after Steve.

I scrapped the lip on my right rim. Called Paul Frey and asked what we needed to do to replace it. He told me we can do a repair and it will look fine and that it was not necessary to replace a $4,000+ rim. The repair was only $220. They also checked my tire and found a nail. They repaired that as well. They did a service check up too. I'm very happy with their work and service, and will recommend this firm.

My interaction with Phil was exemplary. In our first conversation, he told me that his job was to help me navigate to what I wanted, which I initially thought was ridiculous, because I thought I knew what I wanted. Turns out I didn't. Phil very patiently explained the financial element of owning a Ferrari and why there were influencing factors well beyond the initial price of the car. He carefully went through the differences between buying new, buying used, and what factors had an impact on each of the models. It has to be a discussion he's had countless times, but he explained to me very patiently so I could understand it. I've only been close to a Ferrari once, I've certainly never been in a room that had more than 100 of them. I was more than distracted. There was zero pressure - it wasn't unlike chatting with someone at a car show.He was consummately professional, careful, and understanding. I get the impression that most Ferrari owners have or have had multiple Ferraris and are in a much different financial position than I am. Phil immediately understood that and was respectful and careful about it. He identified that I prefer texting to phone calls and answered my questions late in the evening, on weekends, and even while he was traveling for weeks before I made a decision. Ultimately, the decision I made was best for me, and I wouldn't have got there without Phil's help. One doesn't buy a Ferrari like one would buy a different marque. The process is just different and a little surprising for a first timer. 1) Buying a used Ferrari at the dealer makes sense for a lot of reasons. They aren't limited to what's in stock and they're not dismissive - I stopped by the dealer once while Phil wasn't there and everyone was respectful, kind and helpful. 2) There are lots of financial options. 3) If you buy a certain year or newer, maintenance and a factory warranty is included. Even if you buy an older one, you can still get a warranty on it. 4) they do have some new ones in stock. It was an immensely positive experience and I and am most appreciative of Phil for helping me navigate.

I have been a customer of this dealership for a decade since Boardwalk auto group acquired the store and have had multiple Ferraris serviced here. While the service has always been good, it became excellent after Steve Forman was appointed sales and service director. The staff is pleasant and helpful and greets you, remembering your name. Everyone is very knowledgeable and the service work performed competently. I trust them to the extent that I brought my <$1Million, 918 Spider to have them apply a clear bra and windshield tear off, which they did an excellent job of. If you know a little bit of what Enzo Ferrari instilled in his employees, well this guys at Boardwalk are the essence of that. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. My vehicle is a 35 year old Ferrari. They took the time to inspect every single aspect of the vehicle and not only did they do a great job solving all the issues, they treated me very good in terms of price. Checked the prices of the parts on similar businesses and you would be amazed on how competitive they are. I recently purchased a new car with Boardwalk Ferrari. After 48 hours of taking the car home the check engine light came on. I called Boardwalk Ferrari and Paul Frey in service took my call. He had me come down and ran a quick diagnostic and said it was nothing major and that I can drive the car and bring it in on Monday. Within 4.5 days they figured out the issue. Keep in mind these cars are not your typical service issues. All their services are ran through Ferrari of America. Paul did a great job keeping in contact with me. Made my car a priority to get in and out of their shop / service that week. I was happy to hear that everything was repaired / fixed within 4.5 days. I am always nervous that I will be treated unfairly and be taken advantage of. But, everyone at Boardwalk Maserati made me feel welcomed and treated me with a high level of respect and dignity. I discussed the servicing costs, extended warranty options and the general reliability history of 458s. Paul Frey and Steve Fordham were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. They were very knowledgeable, professional and above all made me feel very comfortable about making a decision that I would be happy with. I purchased a 458 in part due to the positive feedback these two gentlemen provided me. The car that I purchased, went through a rigorous checking process. The service department did all the work that was necessary to get the car into as new condition so that it could qualify for the Ferrari new power warranty. I visited the dealership to purchase a relatively hard to find pre-owned car they had. I was the first to get to the dealership, but had to leave for a couple of hours before I could finalize the deal. There were other customers who wanted to purchase the car, but they honored the fact that I was the first to show interest.

I brought my car in sure that I needed 4 tires as the right rear tire was losing air & and the 4 tires had 8000 miles. Paul Frey took the car to service to put on a lift. A half hour later Paul came out to me on the showroom floor with a Cheshire cat smile on his face.The right rear tire had a fixable screw and the other tires had plenty of tread. Thanx Paul.

I love my cars and have always bought cars that are beyond my means.. now I am almost sure that I am not the only one here :). The Maserati is my BIGGEST one ... yet ! With a big brand, you expect BIG ! Big on customer service, knowledge, friendliness, experience and sometimes big value for money, I got all of them and more at Boardwalk. Right from the time I called in to the time I drove off (which was incidentally the next day), Jeff was on top of things. The amount of professionalism and care that was taken was so much that I could not believe that it was his first week on the job ! An absolute gentleman who made my car buying a dream experience.Lorenzo did the demo for me the next day when I was taking delivery and he has a wealth of knowledge about these cars. I also think he pronounces 'Maserati', the way Italians do !After driving my car for a couple of days, I was very unhappy with the sound quality and did some research on the fixes. The next day I called Jeff who arranged for my visit where I met Paul from service. The dream experience continued here and not only was the sound taken care of, it was the way in which they addressed my concern that made me feel great, being associated with the brand. I guess it all boils down to the experience and the exhilarating felling of owning and driving a Maserati. They ensured that I was smiling from ear to ear. It was time to get rid of our CLS550 and drove many cars (MB CLS550, Jaguar XF-R, Audi A7, Porsche Panamera) and wanted to drive a Maserati, I always wanted one. After walking into the dealership I was greeted by Jeff Enderle and he was very helpful. We asked questions, he answered, we drove one and he answered more questions. When we decided we liked the car and were ready to talk money, Jeff introduced me to David and the three of us chatted. It was really quite simple. went thru options, choices, etc and came to an agreement on numbers. I am not one for making split second decisions on large purchases so I expressed to them that I wanted a day or two to review the contract , pricing etc and do some additional research. They said "sure, take all the contracts home and let us know". What? did I hear that correctly? Basically their philosophy was one that "no one needs a Maserati or a Ferrari, they want one, and its a great thing and should be an enjoyable experience..." Well, I did not tell them at the time, but that sealed the deal for me. Two days later I picked up the car and absolutely love it and the experience. When I get ready to get upgrade my other CLS 550 I will be back to look at that Quattroporte which absolutely stole my heart.Overall, one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a car, Jeff , David, Mike and the whole team there were fantastic! You cant go wrong with the team at Boardwalk !

Everything was completed properly and efficiently including a couple additional requests. I've always used the service at the dealership for everything from the annual service to aftermarket parts and services, and I've always been satisfied with the end result. I periodically take my F430 to the track and so my maintenance is probably more demanding than most owners. Steve Fordham has always been available to assist for blown clutches, fly wheel issues, exhaust systems and brakes, Steve has also saved me substantial money by recommending alternative fixes; for example, I had numerous chips on the bumper and valance from the track and instead of refinifhing the whole front he recommeded a touch up and a wrap to prevent future issues. I told him what I thought I needed and recommended a much less expensive and better solution, when is the last time you heard that about a car dealer!

I made a decision to purchase an exotic several months ago and made it a hobby to study. Hours on Auto Trader, Cars.com, etc. Two weeks ago my wife and I went into the dealership just to look at the Maserati's and met Lorenzo Amaya the Sales Executive. He was the best. Took his time and was very patient and informative without any sales pressure. We did not buy that day but I left knowing that I wanted to do business with Boardwalk if they could make the numbers work for me. I spent the next two weeks studying, calling other dealerships around the nation and gathering my facts. My wife and I went back this Saturday and bought our dream car from Lorenzo because the deal he gave me was second to none. It took less than an hour from the time I said I want that one until all paper work was done and we were driving it home. I recently visited Boardwalk Ferrari in Plano, TX while on a family trip from California. I had been looking for several months to purchase a 458 Spider or a F12 (I know two very different cars). I was immediately greeted by Phil Antinone who patiently listened to my needs and desires. Phil immediately went to work to describe in every detail the differences between the two cars and he was not rushed in answering all of my questions. I felt that Phil was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the cars. We proceeded to review the inventory and after visiting several cars I decided to purchase a 458 Spider. The sales experience was wonderful but the follow-up was just as great. The following business day Phil had called to inform me that the shipment was all arranged and that financing was in process. Phil kept on top of everything and kept me well informed. Mike Letourneau handled the lease of the car and Mike was just as professional and pleasant to deal with. Mike got the financing finalized with very little fanfare. It could not have been a more pleasant buying experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Boardwalk and specifically Phil Antinone and Mike Letourneau when purchasing a Ferrari.

My wife and I needed to have a new (spare) key programmed for our 2007 F430 (neither the car nor the key had been purchased at Boardwalk) and the shifting of the F1 transaxle evaluated. I received an appointment the next week. The work was done quickly at a very reasonable price and the car was even washed after the work was completed. Without exception, every employee was quite pleasant and helpful. We even had a pleasant chat with Sam-the-Salesman about new and newer Ferraris while we waited.The best part of the experience was that our service advisor, Larry Neighbors, completely answered every question I asked. Just when I thought he had forgotten about one question, without prompting, he said, Let me show you the answer to your question, and then proceeded to illustrate his response on another customers car which was on a lift in the Boardwalk shop. This shows a respect for his listener that not many people, let alone an automotive service advisor, demonstrate.I am quite pleased with my treatment at Boardwalk and will use them again in the future and will recommend them to others.

Purchased a 2011 Ferrari 458 site unseen from Boardwalk and Lorenzo Amaya. As you can imagine, being over 1500 miles away and spending this kind of money on a car I had never seen had me worried. The car is absolutely amazing with only 4500 miles it shows as if new. Lorenzo understated the condition of the car and way over delivered. Boardwalk service went through the entire vehicle and when it showed up, It seriously looked like a new car. The only downside for Boardwalk and Lorenzo is that they've set the bar so high, when I get my 458 spyder from them, I'm going to use this 458 coupe as the baseline to gauge against! Great job Lorenzo! Thank you so much!

Ive owned many vehicle in my lifetime from Mercedes, Cadillac, Jaguar, and Lamborghinibut never had the service level provided by Paul Frey. During service visits he has gone out of his way to get myMasarati running at its best and looking new. He even personally picked up my car at the DFW airport and returned it serviced and cleaned when I arrived back at the airport--all the while texting me with updates along the way. Another time he went the extra mile when the car was experiencing electrical problems and kept the car a few extra days...driving it to ensure no additional problems were uncovered. Also, Paul helped create the look I wanted for the car by coordinating getting the wheels custom painted and center caps that Ive been very pleased with.Paul has worked quickly, efficiently and thoughtfully always trying to assist with cost-effective repairs and making it convenient for me. A couple of Saturdays ago, my wife and I were shopping for her new car and went into the dealership unannounced. Phillip Antinone greeted us immediately and although we were just looking at the time, he spent nearly 45 minutes with us answering questions. We are first time Maserati buyers having owned numerous BMW's, Mercedes and Porsche's in the past. We had been to the nearby BMW (where I had purchased over 10 cars from previously) and Audi dealerships that same day and no salesman even took the time to introduce himself let alone spend time with us. After our visit, I went about price comparison on the internet for the car my wife wanted and exchanged emails with Phillip who made every effort to meet my price expectations. We quickly reached the sales price parameters and set up a follow up appointment with Phillip the following Friday. Once we arrived at the dealership, we made final selection of the car and Phillip's pricing was right on point with what we had discussed. He introduce us to David Gnader who helped us decide on the vehicle and final pricing. Everything was completely above the board and exactly as discussed and promised. Mike Letourneau went thru all of the sales documents with us, but did not waste our time trying to pressure us into buying any "extras" which we did not want. This is one of the most satisfying car purchase transactions I have ever experienced. These are great guys and know their business. Super sales experience!

Larry Neighbors is great to work withBUTWhen I picked up my car on a Saturday morning, it took almost 25 minutes to get someone to bring it around. First the receptionist could not find anyone to bring my car around. And it just got worse from there. This was particularly irritating. So hard to provide a rating -- Larry N is 5 star. The staff responsible for bringing cars around for pick up after service gets no stars.

Recently I had my car service for a faulty air conditioning unit. I took the car in in the morning and Paul Frey called about 3 PM saying the car was finished. When I picked it up the A/C was blowing cold air and the bill was exactly as Steve Fordham had estimated.The mechanic that worked on the car even came out to talk to me about the A/C unit and what was done to repair it.In addition I would like to add if you need your car detailed you need to talk to Quentin Forge he is excellent. He has done my car a couple of times and the results are always spectacular!

I recently had actually 3 Ferraris in for service at Boardwalk Ferrari. A 3 cars were purchased there so I wouldn't think of having them serviced any place other than Boardwalk Ferrari. I called service for a noise on the rear passenger side of the hatch. What was most problematic was I could not get to the car to service for several days which would miss the truck to the Colorado Rally .Larry Neighbors &Julie Summers got the car to the agency the next day very early in the am.The noise was fixed & the car was prepared for the rally and arrived in Colorado in time.

Purchased '15 California-T certified consignment w/800 miles. Purchased on 6/23/2015.I'm becoming increasingly annoyed with the post-sale customer service I'm receiving from Ferrari. I even communicated with the GM, Shane, and he assured me of service policies and etc. but there has been no hint of any action to contradict the lack of front office post-sale service or follow up. I had a few challenges with service but Paul Frey has been very good with communication and any efforts to resolve issues that I may have had for that department. Thank you Paul.I've owned multiple sport cars - 911, Maserati, 2 Gallardo's, and this Ferrari so I'm well versed on what to expect and what not to expect. I didn't expect the lack of purchase appreciation I rec'd from this dealership, at this level. Very disappointed in the POST purchase customer service.

My 360 Modena wouldn't start. Diagnosis revealed the factory immobilizer unit had failed. It takes awhile to get a replacement from the factory, but once received, it was installed correctly and quickly by Boardwalk's dedicated service dept. All my conversations were with Paul Frey and he is always polite and professional. Highly recommend.

Brought my new 918 Spyder for installation of clear bra front bumper, headlights, mirrors and windshield frame. In addition had the carbon fiber door sills and upper rocker panel area also were wrapped. A windshield tear-off was installed plus the carbon fiber removable roof panels received a clear wrap. Steve, the service director, stored the car in a protected area, next to the service write up, and placed a rope barrier around the car to ensure its safety. The work done was flawless. I had Boardwalk Ferrari add some aftermarket wheels, tires, and springs to my 430. Sara took care of the organization and everything went as planned. Paul was excellent to work with in the service department during all this and was my biggest supporter on the choice of wheels!! Steve did a fantastic job of beating my expectations by having the car cleaned from the engine bay, to polishing, to making the inside look like new. As a female, buying a car is something that I do not look forward to and until this experience it has not been pleasant (prior owner of a Mercedes and BMW). Lorenzo was amazing! I found some time in the vicinity of Broadwalk Ferrari, after a local very casual client meeting. I walked in, and was amazed with the beauty of the automotive pieces of art. I've never really thought a Ferrari was for me, but truthfully after being kindly approached by a highly knowledgable staff member Ken Murphy, I now understand why they are the best. He kindly walked me around the showroom floor... I had many questions, belt vs chain, colors and turbos, and liter size. He was extremely helpful in all ways, and highly involved yet patient with my minimal knowledge of the now, Ferrari Club. Ken recognized I was a pure car guy, not though an expert with Italian cars and gave me a tour with out any pressure at all. I was hooked when he started the F12 and I heard the purr and lope. I know I have to have one! He explained the different cars and I naturally asked more inquisitive questions Ken, was highly respectful in answering some but, at the same time was extremely protective of current client cars and customer anonimity( which I truly appreciate as well). Basically I know that no one has to slow down and spend their day to really make another feel welcomed. I now feel the addiction of Ferrari. My pt is to let anyone know that reads this, that in speaking with Ken I never felt a bias because of my age or how I happened to be dressed extremely casual...or other factors but he made me feel welcomed and I saw the passion in his actions and words that he loves Ferrari and I could feel that. I did not know what to love and live Ferrari was about, it truly took that time with Ken to turn me into someone that appreciates and strives to join the club because of the traditional and comradery. I have started my due diligence to see what piece of art would be the best fit for myself at this point. I can only say, thank you sincerely Ken, and Boardwalk... I can't even begin to tell you how utterly suprised I was coming in there. My wife, my son, and myself came in Saturday afternoon and we're treated with the upmost respect and courtesy just as if we were about to spend $275,000 on a vehicle. Lorenzo helped put me in my first Ferrari. I saw a car online and I loved it. By the time I got around to visiting the showroom that car was under contract with another buyer. Lorenzo took all the time I needed to show me other cars on the floor. Even when he knew I was not buying he was solid. A while passed and Lorenzo called me to say that the deal on the car I came to see fell through. I jumped on it and have been very happy with the purchase. Lorenzo arranged all the paperwork and delivery - It was more complicated than normal, for a variety of reasons, but the guys at Boardwalk made it happen with a minimum of fuss. Having worked with Steve Fordham several years ago as my service advisor on a prior vehicle, I knew that I would be in good hands. After spending several hours online trying to decipher the difference between a $200,000 458 Italia and a $290,000 458 Italia, I finally gave in and called a dealership to see if someone would be willing to help explain a few things. I had an unusual electrical issue with my Ferrari California. After delivering the vehicle to the dealership, I was notified within a few hours of the cause of the problem. The Boardwalk service team did an excellent job of repairing my vehicle and in very short order. In addition, by tapping into their vast experience, they were able to cut my repair cost by 75%. I cannot compliment them enough. My survey is based on my new car purchase experience. I gave this dealership a 5 because of Lindsey Redfern. David was helpful with the financing and very easy to work with but we did not interact with him that much honestly. Lindsey is the top sales professional I have worked with in my years of purchasing new cars (Ferrari, Maserati, Jaguar, Lexus, Oldsmobile, Chevrolet, Nissan, Infinity, Toyota, Audi). She stood out because I felt like she was on our side in trying to find something which would work without being high pressure. She was honest and gave us her full attention. She had no issues with multiple test drives or follow up questions. She wanted to gain our trust and make sure we were comfortable with our decision. Lindsey is extremely knowledgeable about the cars. Whatever we asked, she either knew in detail or if she did not know she researched it to ensure she gave us the right information. She did not try and hide anything and gave us the pros and cons. If I was looking for another new car, I would want to purchase it from Lindsey. I also want to mention Larry Neighbors in service. Over the years I have come to trust Larry as he has helped service my Ferrari, and I asked him his honest view on the required maintenance for the Maserati. His confidence in the car was definitely a factor in my decision to buy. Boardwalk has a great team of individuals and has been great to work with through now two car purchases.

I just wanted to drop a quick like to thank the service department at Boardwalk. I had the backseat access knob on my seat break on my 2012 Maserati Granturismo. I had purchased the car from park place, hence, despite having had some issues with them during the purchase process, I reluctantly called them and inquired about my part. I was rudely informed that it was not part of warranty and I had to pay $95 for the small plastic part even after I had mentioned that I had bought the car from them less than a year ago. I was going to be in the area of Boardwalk Maserati and hence called and asked if I could just buy the part from them. They were extremely friendly and replaced the part in 10 minutes and informed me that it would be covered under warranty. I understand that there is an inherent high cost of ownership for an exotic car and I'm certainly not complaining about the $95 which I was fully willing to pay If I had to, I was extremely impressed by the friendliness and the courtesy of the service staff at Boardwalk. I will definitely be going there for my next car and without a doubt recommending them to anybody I know that's in the market for an exotic.

I was referred to Boardwalk by a coworker (fellow Audi enthusiast) for service on my Audi S5. After emailing my questions to Steve, he responded quickly with detailed answers to all of my questions. After clearly explaining everything, he scheduled my appointment for me, with only a day's notice. Then, because of a scheduling conflict on my side, I had to reschedule. This is my first visit to Boardwalk and overall it has been a great experience. I have worked with Steve Fordham in the past at another business and when I needed to get a track alignment, I asked him if he could assist. I was a little apprehensive to take my BMW 1M to a Ferrarri dealership, not because I felt they wouldn't know how to work on it, but more so because it was not a Ferarri. Steve made me feel welcome from my first email and upon arrival took the time to give me a tour of the facility. He took the time to gather all the info he could about what I expected and wanted to achieve from the alignment. I only had a few specifics and then told them to use their judgement on what else would be needed to make the car perform better. I noticed a much better handling car even on the drive home. The ultimate test will be this weekend at COTA. I may not be able to afford a Ferrari, but no one treated me as if I couldn't. Top notch service and hospitality. Give them a shot with your non-Ferrari. You won't be disappointed.

He is professional, courteous, prompt, listens and most importantly, hears what I am there for. On both visits I asked for several things to be taken care of and each time everything was handled the way I expected it to be. He's also up front about what is and what isn't a problem. He was always readily available when I had a question, and kept me posted as the building and delivery as the car progressed. I had a terrific experience with Boardwalk...on and after my second visit after we called about the California we found on EBay. Originally, late one Saturday afternoon, my partner and I walked into Boardwalk and saw a red California on the showroom floor. We oohed and aaaahed about it, opened the door, got in, sat in it. I was in love! But it was a convertible. I didn't want a soft cloth top car. After a while Nathan came out, introduced himself and showed us that the top went up and was also a coupe. I was thrilled, especially after I was going to buy a SLS AMG but couldn't reach the gullwing doors to close. He showed us what the various buttons meant on the dash and console. I asked what the PS button was for...Nathan said "It's complicated...you'll never use it." I had a check in my purse and would have bought the California on the spot. But Nathan told us it was sold. We asked if he had any others available. He said it takes about 8 months to get a new one, but that he could find us one for probably less without as many bells and whistles which we would never notice (like the bench in the back seat or perhaps the Handling Speciale Package?). We left and immediately looked online Saturday night. Curiously, we found one at Boardwalk for sale. We were shocked that Nathan had not mentioned the car, especially since it was almost exactly like the one on the showroom floor AND with less bells and whistles. I assumed that Nathan would call me first thing Monday morning to tell me about the car that was on EBay (and maybe forgot about?). Instead, we finally called just before noon about the car on EBay and spoke with Lindsey. Lindsey explained that the car was at Bent Tree CC on display but would be back on Tuesday. We drove out Tuesday afternoon and she had the car out front ready for a ride. When I got in the car, she explained quickly and efficiently how it all worked and let me go. It fit me perfectly. I asked Lindsey about the PS button. She said "Oh my gosh, it's awesome! It's like a launcher, but you'll have to try it in a giant empty parking lot first to get the hang of it." She explained how it worked and what it was for without a hint that it would be too much for me to handle or that it was something that I would never use. Quite frankly it made me angry that the previous salesman assumed that it would just be too complicated for me to understand. I did eventually get an email from Nathan late Monday afternoon...but we had already spoken to Lindsey about the EBay California and felt that since she was the one that knew about the car, she should be the one that we worked with. She was of the ultimate professionalism and seemed almost more excited that I was getting this fabulous car than I was! Lindsey bent over backwards to make sure that I completely understood every aspect of the Ferrari that I was prepared to absorb. She offered to set up my iPod download, to have my new ride washed whenever I was around the area, future tutorials, and made us feel that we were welcome at any time. I love my new car and wouldn't have found it here in Dallas if I hadn't gone on EBay!!! I would underline that last sentence if I could.Sincerely,Kelli Herd

Sometimes making a new car purchase can boil down to pure emotion as well as utility. But emotions may not allow you to make the best purchase. Clouding the process is not knowing all of your options or products available. Our search for a new car lead us to Boardwalk. Our goal became to confirm our emotional side while balancing out the utility needs. Lindsey Redfern greeted us and quickly became our advisor answering both technical and silly questions regarding the Maserati product line up. While I chattered away asking many questions, the entire staff without exception made us feel comfortable, welcome and most importantly, like they absolutely appreciated our visit regardless of our purchasing decision. I have been a customer of Boardwalk Ferrari-Maserati for almost 5 years and I've always been treated well by all of their employees. My most recent visit was for regularly scheduled maintenance. Steve Fordham scheduled an appointment for me and kept me informed throughout the day of the status of my vehicle. I really appreciate Steve's professionalism! Boardwalk completed the service on the promised schedule and took great care of my car. In the same time frame Ken Murphy assisted me with an inquiry regarding a factory visit. Ken was very helpful and polite. This dealership gets 5 Stars from me for the respect they show their customers. Boardwalk F-M is the only dealership I've ever visited where I didn't feel pressured on anything. That in itself is very unique in the car business. Great job guys!

Even though I live in Houston, I came up on a Saturday afternoon to see an F430 I was specifically searching for. With Lindsey's knowledge, passion and excitement about speed, performance and Ferrari's, it didn't take much to progress making an offer on the desired car. End result, 5 days later it had gone through the certified inspection program and the purchase was completed. The entire experience from initial contact with Lindsey to driving away in the new car was the most pleasant car purchase I have ever been a part of or witnessed.Lindsey is exceptionally personable, professional, and has a great sense of humor. One can tell that she takes great pride in doing her job well.Brian is an indispensable part of the team. As the Finance Manager, he took the time to put the deal together in the most advantageous way he could for me. He took the time to explain the entire transaction very thoroughly.Larry in the service department is incredible. I worked with him before on another vehicle. I need some new tires mounted and balanced on my vehicle and I had worked with Steve Fordham at a previous dealership, so I asked if he could help me. Steve and the team at Boardwalk Ferrari did an outstanding job taking care of my vehicle to protect the very expensive carbon ceramic rotors while swapping the tires. They also made my father and I feel very welcome by showing us the coffee/drink bar and their lounge area with very nice leather couches and a big screen TV. I was actually a little disappointed when they told me the vehicle was ready as I was enjoying myself just hanging out. I have to say that is a first for me, wanting to stay LONGER for a service visit.

I came to Steve looking for some help getting an aftermarket suspension installed on my car. Steve was able to quickly schedule me based on my availability while beating other quotes I'd received for the same labor. I was promptly met at the Service department, and warmly greeted. We reviewed the work to be done, and while we wrapped up the details my coutesy driver was waiting for me. The driver was friendly and engaging, and got me back to my house safely. Later the same day I was informed my car was ready on time. Check out was easy, and my car was returned to me complete, clean, and in the same condition I left it. All in all the visit was a very positive one, and I look forward to calling on Steve and his team in the future for my service needs.

Very nice, non pressure sales experiences. I did have to upgrade car software to facilitate cell phone integration 3 days after purchase at dealership. I hate waiting and it took about 30 minutes. Let's upgrade all cars before putting them on the floor. Ken and Brian are very easy to work with and made the sales process effortless.

I must say I was truly impressed by my experience at Boardwalk Ferrari Maserati of Plano, and the purchase of our new 2012 Maserati GranTurismo Convertible Sport. The professionalism and customer oriented approach exhibited by Lindsey Redfern our sales consultant, as well as Enver (Sales Manager) and Shad (GM) is unlike any I have seen in the auto industry. Lindsey was most interested in understanding what our needs were for a new car, and then fitting the appropriate car to those needs. She spent a lot of time listening rather than attempting to push a specific model, car type, style, or brand. There are several cars in the exotic category but each one is very unique, special, and specific. She asked serious and thoughtful questions of both my wife and I such as; what are you REALLY going to do with THIS car? How do you see yourself in it? Are long drives a priority, or short blast on Saturday morning? Do you travel with more than 2 people often? She made it easy for us to narrow down our choices and focus in.When I indicated a desire to dispose of a current vehicle that has a very limited market, Lindsey immediately jumped in and offered to help. She called me the next day with a very fair offer for the car and we were able to move forward with the new purchase. We arrived at a purchase price quickly without any of the drama that most dealers attempt to put customers through. One email and we were finished arriving at a fair price. The closing with Shad took less than 15 minutes and the car was waiting for us when I arrived to sign the final paperwork. Lindsey did a quick briefing on the car and we were on our way, (with her cell phone number in hand if we had any questions). Both were incredible to work with... They listened to my questions, and handled the recall letter with efficiency and acuracy... They took excellent care of the vehicle all the way through the service, and offered suggestions to keep the car a perfect ten! The washing, waxing and cleaning from Quinton's group was just icing on the cake! Great, great job all of you! The Boardwalk experience didn't stop there.. After dropping the 355 off at service, I walked across the beautiful showroom floor to meet my ride home.. Sales consultant Lindsey must have seen the glow in my eyes as I peered onto the 2012 Maserati QP... She greeted me respectfully, confidently and with a smile... She had my attention as she shared with me the lineage of the QP both the good and the not so good.. She knew her product very well, and answered my questions thourghly.. If she didn't know the answer, she knew where to find it... Her follow up and follow through was outstanding...I had to have one! We arrived at a deal, Lindsey and I, working with Enver, and Brian.. Larry Neighbors was exceptionally helpful both during service visits and responding when questions or concerns occurred away from the dealership.Enver was always a gentleman when I visited the dealership even though I had purchased cars elsewhere. Boardwalk invited me to attend several events they sponsored the past few years. I really enjoy working with the Boardwalk Ferrari team because they are friendly, knowledgeable and fair. I have purchased 3 cars from them over 2 years, and each experience has been great. I would highly recommend them. The sales team is highly knowledgeable about the cars, technical specs and competitive vehicles. They are all very patient and never pressure the client. Everyone else at the dealership also fits this culture. The finance manager does a great job talking through the deal and explaining everything very clearly, as well as discussing different options. As it relates to new car delivery, I also appreciate that they take care of all non-factory modifications through their vendor network (clear shield, radar installation, etc.) so you just pick it up once. Then you can contact their service department if anything goes wrong, and they will deal with the vendor directly. Great service.

First class operation. I have a very limited amount of free time to coordinate buying/trading a car. I made one visit to the dealership. I told them what I wanted, what I would pay and advised them to call me when they found it. Within a short time Lindsey coordinated trading my Bentley and finding me the exact Ferrari I wanted. The price was more than competitive and the delivery process was smooth. After driving the car for a few days, I found that because I'm tall, the front visor began to bother me. When I called the dealership to ask for a cure they directed me to the service manager who advised "bring it in any time and we'll modify it for you." Three days later I drove the car to Boardwalk and while I had a cup of coffee they fixed the issued. They didnt charge me for the repair and the service advisor refused my tip. From Lindsey, my sales rep to Enver the sales manager, to finance, service, and delivery were all first class....the way it should be when you're purchasing a Ferrari!

The sales manager, Enver, took my wife and I into his office, spent a very long time with us answering our every question, showing us what to look for in a car, in short giving us a thorough and honest education on Ferrari ownership. We felt like he was very understanding about our wants. I couldn't have asked to be treated with more courtesy. Later, we were introduced to Lindsey Redfern who began a search for a car that was right for us. Over the next few weeks leading up to our eventual purchase of the most perfect, fabulous red F430 she, Lindsey, was more than just helpful. No other experience even comes close to the level of professionalism and attention to detail given by the employees of Boardwalk Ferrari. Although I deal primarily with Mr. Dunning, I have full confidence in his colleagues, and never feel as though I am anything short of family when I am at the showroom. Ferrari is a brand that embodies a passion for racing, as well as the lifestyle that naturally accompanies the most sought after name in Sports Cars . Ferrari is at the top of the Sports Car/Luxury Food Chain, and Boardwalk is the top dealer for Ferrari, in my experience. I would recommend Boardwalk Ferrari to anyone, without hesitation.

Boardwalk Ferrari Plano met my needs and personality. I wanted to upgrade my 360 without spending a lot of time and energy. They were able to provide me several options on the best ways to deal with my trade in while searching for what I was wanting.Once they had a car available that met my needs - I viewed it, worked with the Finance associates and drove off with my 430 in less than 2 hours. That is efficient.I will provide another review on this dealership when I buy my next car from them in the near future.

Absolutely great experience from pre-sales, sales, financing and service. I have purchased a few high end vehicles in the past, even from Boardwalk Porsche, but the Ferrarri experience, both in store and driving has been far superior to any other experience in the past. Very impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism of Lindsey Redfern and also the expertise and professionalism of Brian Benjamin as well. Wow! Is the only word to describe the single best car buying experience of my life!Lindsey is exceptional. I had a tough time deciding what I wanted to buy...and changed my mind several times as to what I was looking for...new vs used, blue vs black, grandtourisimo vs quattraporte etc...well you get the picture.Lindesy patiently help me figure it out over several months.I ended up with THE most beautiful car because Lindsey did such a wonderful job. I was so comfortable contacting her throughout the entire process...she is so sweet and has the best follow through and follow up. I felt so special through the entire process.Bryan, Enver etc are all so terrific swell.In fact, the entire dealership is outstanding! Wow! Need I say more? Nathan, Enver and Brian as well as all the folks over at Ferrari of Dallas are first class. They all clearly have a passion for Ferrari and are very enthusiastic about putting their customers first. I can't believe how knowledgeable they are about every facet of owning a high end sports car, not just Ferrari's, but others as well. It is clear that they not only take their job seriously and are incredibly professional, but it's apparent they have a true love for what they do. I have purchased many cars from them and I recall a time when one of my cars was delivered. Ferrari had a simple issue with one of the options I ordered. I was perfectly content with how Ferrari solved the problem, but that wasn't enough for the team at Ferrari of Dallas. They were visibly disturbed that the car did not come out EXACTLY how I wanted and they sprung right into action to take care of it; going well above and beyond my expectations. Finally, I especially like how you are treated like a close friend whether they just met you or you have purchased a dozen cars.I would recommend Ferrari of Dallas without hesitation.

I wanted to enthusiastically recommend Nathan Dunning and this dealership without reservation. I never thought I would get a deal on a new Ferrari 458 without waiting in line for years but Nathan Dunning made it work because he has the relationships built up with his clients which make him a top notch person to work with and a flat out miracle worker. A year before I was ready to acquire the car and the first time I met Mr. Dunning he spent time with me and my wife helping us solve a problem with car storage that has turned out to be some of the best car advice I ever received. The service department is also very friendly and makes you feel like you are part of the family. If you are thinking of getting a Ferrari you should get one here (I did)!

I've had the pleasure of dealing with the fine folks at Boardwalk Ferrari - Maserati on a number of purchases over the years and recommend them without reservation. The sales-people know their product (the greatest cars on the planet, by the way!) and provide discrete, personalized service. Boardwalk F-M also sponsors events that greatly enhance the ownership experience, such as in-town and out-of-town rally's, concorso's, race-watching gatherings, new product launch events, etc. In fact, Boardwalk's showroom sometimes seems to be a hangout for the "tifosi" (those whose blood runs "rosso corso").The service department is also fantastic. Although I haven't had many service needs other than routine maintenance and a couple of flat tires, I can tell you that Boardwalk Ferrari goes above and beyond what "ordinary" premium brands might do and gives you "Ferrari-level" service!In short, if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned Ferrari or Maserati and want not only a great buying experience, but a great OWNERSHIP experience, I whole-heartedly recommend Boardwalk Ferrari-Maserati.- Scott Obenshain
