This was our 2nd time buying in the last 2 months. Our son bought his first truck here and Joe made us a return customer. We went back to test drive a used 2011 SS Camaro we saw there on our prior purchase. We truly liked the used car but after much consideration, we decided to by a 2016 Camaro instead. We were very comfortable with Joe once again and his personality makes the experience of the dreaded car shopping easier to do. He knew we were looking at 2 models--one on the lot and the most interested one on the showroom floor. After taking the lot 1SS out, we asked if we could still drive the 2SS from the showroom. Without any hesitation, we were on the road in no time. We received the 0% interest with no problems and Joe did everything possible for any other type of rebate or incentives that were offered. Since we were comparing 2 different models of the Camaro, I wanted to confirm my information between the two cars stereo system, suspension, safety features and other options. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and knew the CORRECT answers to my questions I was verifying so we could make sure we were definitely getting exactly what we wanted.Talked to Nate during "the in between time" and what a great guy he is, too! I would also recommend him if you are checking out vehicles as well.Hoping when we take my car into for oil change service during the warranty that we have the same great service. from the service department. I would highly recommend Joe for a great buying experience--new or used.

So I purchased a car in December with creditbthatbwas not the best and Joe helped me get the best deal possible....he even called to update me on the interest rates he was getting for me, everytime he called it was lower! The previous dealership I went to gave me the MAX interest rate and Joe got that down more than HALF! I went back to him for another car in January and he did even better the 2nd time around!!! My whole family knows about him, so he's definitely our go to dealer now!!!!!

After being in a car accident on Christmas Eve 2014 I found myself in need of a new car after my insurance company decided to total out my old car. Not knowing anything about cars I was nervous about purchasing a new car, and wasn't even sure I would be approved from the lenders. My step mom recommended that I should meet up with Dennis Parker at Bob Bell Chevrolet, and he would look out for me and help me find the car that was right for me. Needless to say she was right. As I mentioned before I knew nothing about cars, and Dennis was very patient with my lack of knowledge and millions of questions. Not only did Dennis take the time to explain all the different features of all the cars we looked at, but me being a visual learner he also showed me what he was talking about when I didn't understand what he was trying to explain to me. We test drove many cars, because thanks to Dennis I started to figure out what I didn't want in my new car as well as what I really wanted and needed in my new car. The best part was everytime Dennis had to run in and out of the cold on this very cold day in January to grab a different car key he never made me feel rushed. Dennis did everything with a smile, and reinforced that he wanted to make sure I was happy and that I loved the car I decide to drive away in. I'm now the very happy and proud owner of a 2015 Chevy Malibu. I never thought I would have drove off that car lot in a 2015 anything, but the finance department there was excellent. I was able to get deductions off the car for having my old registration, for being a college graduate, and working for Johns Hopkins hospital. Needless to say I walked away or better yet I drove away feeling extremely blessed in my brand new 2015 Chevy Malibu thanks to Dennis Parker. I even got the opportunity to deal with the service department, and the team there was very professional and answered all my new car owner questions.

I came in to trade my 05 ford escape that honestly was a piece of crap.... bought it from BERMANS AUTOMOTIVE (they suck, that is all!) I wanted a chevy cruze and even if it were the oldest year i'd be satisfied because I knew I was going to have a high payment (from paying off the ford escape). Anywho, Joe Evans did whatever magic he could and the genies in that management offices made me THEE HAPPIEST PERSON ALIVE. I DROVE out with a 2014 Chevy Cruze with less than 5k miles, for less than 500 a month. 500 sounds bad but if you were paying off a car and another your driving....trust me. it is not bad at all. They even have me covered if i get into an accident. These guys know there stuff. I wish they would've been my first car buy. (P.S. my credit is not good either!!!!)

I came into the bob bell dealership on the 23rd to look at the new malibus. I've owned them in the past and really enjoy everything about the cars. I was met by Nate Schafer at the door. We sat down and he took all my information to ensure that we picked out the right car! During the test drivery Nate was really knowledgeable about the car he was also super personable we were able to joke back and fourth and that made the buying experence that much more enjoyable!!! I scheduled an appt in advance for 7a when they open. They told me they had 7/730/8/830 all available. Thinking I can get in and be in priority, I sat until 830 and had to go ask about my oil change and when it would be finished. Best part there's 2 mechanics sitting in the room where you check in, chatting about boats and drinking. My recommendation- don't take appointments and not touch the car for an hour and a half. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Usually they get the car in about an hour after my 7am appt..

Im writing to express my gratitude for Mr. Evans as an awesome salesmen and my dissatisfaction for the dealership service department. Several months ago my daughter began to smell a strong odor of antifreeze coming from the engine compartment of her Chevy Cruze. She took the car to the service department and the problem wasnt resolved. Within a few days she began to smell the antifreeze inside the car and the passenger compartment floor was wet. After several attempts to fix it and a handful of emails to Bob Bell, we finally took the car to Jerrys and they fixed most of the problem and remarked that a lot of botched work was done on the car including a heater core hose that was sliced and never installed properly. We sent a few more emails and letters without response so we started lemon law proceedings. On one visit I went with my daughter to explain the possible fix and the service desk person (Mr. Christensen) walked away from us and never returned. My daughter was so anxious to get rid of the car and not have to deal with Bob Bell Service Department any longer, she went to Norris Honda and bought a new Civic. Over the past few years Ive purchased five NEW vehicles from Bob Bell and have been sworn to purchased domestic cars and to influence my daughters to do the same. After years of convincing my family that they should be proud to buy American vehicles, I really dont have a lot of ammo to keep that battle going. As we spoke of when I was buying my Colorado, my wife will be in the market soon for another vehicle and she wanted another Equinox or switch to a Traverse. On Friday she confessed and told me that she was so impressed with Norris Honda, their lineup and all of the incentives that shes recently been looking at a Honda CR-V. As I stated in Mr. Evans Dealer Rater review, I really hate dealing with Norris Auto, but somehow Bob Bell has lost touch with the level of customer service that its repeat customers deserve. I still think Mr. Evans is an awesome salesperson and a true gentlemen, however; Im almost certain that I will not return to Bob Bell after the treatment my daughter and I received over the past year concerning something that Jerrys Chevrolet fixed in one visit and without being belittled or spoken to in a condescending manner. I'm not sure what has happened to Bob Bell service department over the last few months to a year, but after what I witnessed at Norris Honda, You folks should pay them a visit and take some notes. I feel betrayed.Steve G.

I first visited Bob Bell Chevrolet just to get a close up look at an Equinox and test drive it to see if it was right for me. When I pulled into the parking space on the parking lot, John Ladd came outside to meet and greet me and my friend. He was very friendly and courteous. We entered at sat at his desk. He asked me questions about the kind of vehicle I was interested in. Questions that no car dealer has ever asked me before. After we talked for a few minutes, he had a clear idea of what I was looking for. He went to get the vehicle for a test drive. From the minute I looked inside the car and he began to explain everything. We looked under the hood, around, and through the entire vehicle. John shared features with me. Before we even went on the test drive, I had made a decision based on the knowledge, courtesy, and honestly of John Ladd. He made me feel comfortable and able to trust him. Not like other fast talking car dealers who seemed more interested in a sale than customer satisfaction. Since I didn't plan to make a purchase that day, I didn't bring anything that I needed. John asked me to return and he would see what he could do for me. I returned two days later and drove off the lot with my brand new Chevrolet Equinox 2013 in less than 2 hours. John helped me set up everything with OnStar and answered all of my questions about the car. Before leaving, he gave me his card and told me to call him or email him if I have any further questions or concerns. This was the first time I was ever treated this way at a car dealership. Not only am I pleased with Chevrolet but also Bob Bell and John Ladd. I definitely will return for another purchase when needed and would recommend Bob Bell Chevrolet to any and everybody I encounter who is looking to buy a car.

Bought a 2014 silverado that was transferred in. Overall process was good. Very dissatisfied with the fact that they only had one key and fab available at delivery, and truck had no mats. Well they got me a key no eta on fab, and said mats are backorderd and gave me a cheap $5 set to use that I should have left instead of taking. 2nd purchase in < 2years post sale service very dissatisfied probably won't be returning. It was all good they got paid and I am still fab and matless.

I started the week off searching http://cars.com for deals on a Chevy Colorado. To my disappointment I found a big goose egg in the local area. The wife suggested reconsidering the F-150 at Norris Ford because they were giving a $7000. discount bringing the truck of my interest to $28,000. At 4pm on Thursday March 21st I took the F-150 for a test drive and was somewhat content with the findings. At 6pm I showed up at Bob Bell and was inquiring about a previous internet conversation I had with Andrew Supa about transferring a Colorado 4X4 in from another dealership. As I began browsing the lot, I was met with (sales associate) Joe Evans. Mr. Evans invited me into the dealership to discuss locating the vehicle I wanted. I informed Joe that I had already done my homework and found several between the Eastern Shore and Pennsylvania. I simply said I'll give you a rough idea what I want and lets see what you can round up. Mr. Evans returned by saying, "tell me exactly what you want", "I'll get it here tomorrow". So I gave Joe the exacts, Joe made a phone call, talked to his manager and the truck I really wanted was on its way. I went home that evening and again did a little more homework to research that truck and calculate the financing just to cover my hyde. On Friday March 22nd at 6pm, I returned to Bob Bell and as I arrived, I noticed the truck I asked for was there, right out front and was exactly the one I wanted. This is the fifth vehicle I had purchased from Bob Bell in recent years. On March 22nd two awesome things happened, I purchased another really cool vehicle from Bob Bell via a top notch salesman and I didn't make the mistake of having to deal with the dreaded local Norris Ford dealership. At the conclusion of this truck deal, I again was tickled because the numbers I had crunched and calculated in the previous evenings were actually not as good as the deal the financing manager offered. The consultant Joe Evans was very knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in and showed me what I wanted, answered my questions and provided all the information to allow me to make a good decision. The other employee's Camille, David and the manager were very helpful also. All the employee's were very curtious , knowledgeable and not impatient at all. They waited long past the time they should have left work for my car to be finished to my satisfaction. They helped me get the best deal for the car with rebate allowances available. I feel they went above the normal procedures to help me with my purchase and I am very happy with my new car. I would recommend them to friends and family without a second thought.

I bought a car at this location about 1 month ago, I was told by Bryan Davison that my car had the remote start. I thought it was such a great feature and it was one of the reasons why I purchased it. Bryan told me that I had to set up an account to get it all activated. So, I went home, did what I was told, and it still didn't work. I called Bryan asking about it, he said he THOUGHT my car had the remote start, that is why he told me. So, I purchased a CAR thinking I was gonna get this nice feature, and I didn't. The other issue I'm having, it's been a month since I purchase the car, and my car still without tags. All I wanted was to use the old tags on my new car. Bryan told me I was gonna get a phone call letting me know when I should come back to pick up the hard tags because the names had to be changed on the registration. I don't sell cars, I trusted what Bryan told me. Long story short, its been a month and nothing is resolved. I went back to speak with the General Service Manager, George Cuff, and he treated me like an idiot, he didn't even said sorry for the inconvenience. He blamed on Bryan, who no longer works at Bobbell anymore. When I told him I was going to speak to my lawyer, he simply said, " ok, go and speak with your lawyer", turned his back and left me there alone. Extremely disrespectful!At the day of the purchase, everybody seemed so nice and helpful, but of course, now that the purchase is made, they don't care about their costumer.

Bob Bell Chevrolet had advertised a slightly used Jeep Liberty at the Kane St, Baltimore store. We had compiled a listing of similar vehicles from a number of area dealers and found the staff at Bob Bell Chevrolet to be the most accommodating and willing to work with us to complete the purchase. We were impressed with their "low keyed" approach to the negotiation process as well as their "no hassle" process of transferring the tags and registration from our trade vehicle to the vehicle purchased. We were surprised to be able to drive the new vehicle home the same day as purchased. Having bought two cars from the Bob Bell organisation , I'd highly recommend them.

Joe Evans was my sales dealer for my 2013 Chevrolet Cruze. Joe made every effort...even gave me his cell phone number to call him on his day off to ensure there were no issues with my purchase. Every call I made, he answered. Every question I had, he answered. This is why I'm am writing this review. I wish more dealers were like this top notch individual. I was absolutely dreading my first official car-buying experience. I found a great deal online for a Honda Element, and I suddenly had my heart set on it, but the thought of actually going to the dealership had me so nervous, I just didn't want a car at all anymore. All that changed, however, after working with Joe and Jared. I stopped by just to check out the car, and Joe helped me out; we set up an appointment to come back (with my parents, of course, because I had no idea what I was doing), and I already felt more comfortable. When I returned, Jared and Joe worked as a team to help us. The part I was REALLY dreading was the test drive, but Jared made it an easy experience. Spending hours at a car dealership on Saturday is probably not most people's idea of fun, but after walking away as the new owner of a Honda Element I realized that it can be a positive and enjoyable time... if you work with Joe and Jared!

My husband and I had the best buying experience this past week at Bob Bell in Baltimore. The experience was remarkable and memorable. Andrew was very thorough in his answering of questions and was respectful and patient in our 30 some odd calls to his cell phone about different features and benefits, as well as pricing. He was also very knowledgeable of the other dealers inventory and pointing out why his was the best place to shop. After arriving at the dealership, having already worked out price and negotiated vehicle options, we also dealt with a very kind gentleman named Steve. Also part of the process was "patient" Marty who spent over an hour with us dealing with our trade and new financing questions. I just wanted to take the time to thank them and know that without their time and patience, we would not have even made the hour and a half trip to Baltimore to purchase this vehicle. Thanks again.

I inquired about a truck, was assured by Andrew Supa that the truck was on the lot.I made an appointment at lunchtime to buy the truck.When I got there Andrew Supa would not come out to see me but sent another salesman to tell me that it was sold just hours before. If so he knew I had an appointment with him and should have let me know not to drive the 50 miles I had to travel to get there. I guess with the new regime in charge, they won't be in business long if this is how they are going to try and service customers.

My husband and I had outgrown our Pontiac G6 with the birth of our little girl so we were looking for a new family car. We came across the Traverse. We had done A LOT of shopping for this particular car when I came upon the one at Bob Bell. We were very picky about all the things that we wanted on the car because they aren't cheap. This car had all the bells and whistles and then some that we were looking for and it was in our price range. I called to see if the car was still avaible and talked with Joe. We set up our appointment and Joe called to confirm. When we meet him he was very friendly and very thorough in his explanation of all the features. He was very patient with us and worked to get us the best deal possible. My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received. We did not leave with the feeling that we were just taken advantage of. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a new/used car. We were impressed not only with the car and Joe but also with the bellcare package.

They have a very good web presence and after I found the car online on a Sunday I called and left a voice mail. Jared called me back promptly and was very friendly, professional and was not pushy like some experiences Ive had at other dealerships. We set up a time to meet and he had the car ready and out front. During the test drive Jared was very knowledgeable and showed me all of the great features I didnt even realize they had. I had a great experience while we made the deal and filled out all of the paper work. They gave me a great price and even a warranty on a used car! They also have a new deal with free oil changes and inspections for the life of ownership which is great. As I wasnt trading in a vehicle they were very accommodating to helping me get two cars back to my house. I will be back next time I am in the market for another vehicle. Worth the drive from my house in Silver Spring up to Baltimore.

I purchased a 01 Ford Winstar van on 9/19/12 and two days later I started to have issues with it. I took it back on 9/21/12 to have it looked at and it sat and noone looked at it. I took it back on 9/22/12 and tried to get my money back and my old truck but was not able. George said that he would let me use a loaner vehicle for a few days so they could take a look at the vehicle and that it may take a few days. The front doors were not locking or unlocking properly and the it wasnt starting properly and had cut out on me at a red light. They kept the van for 4 days and I picked it up on 9/28/12 and the passengar side door still does not lock and unlock properly. Sharon in the service department said that I would have to bring it back on monday 10/1/12. I was unable to bring it in on monday,so I called and told her that I would bring it in on Tuesday 10/2/12. I recieved a phone call that Sharon spoke with the sales manager and that they would not be paying for anything else on the van and that anything else would be at my expense. They did not fix the problem with the locks in the first place. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone! I will never even use the bob bell for life care either, I don't care if it is free. This has been the worst experience with a dealership/service department that I have ever had.

We were shopping for our granddaughter and after visiting some of the local dealerships and being pushed around to buy something that was out of our price range. We went to Bob Bell Chevrolet and met David Lucke a nice salesman and not pushy at all. He took his time and listened to our needs and to what we wanted. VERY DISRESPECTFUL I have never been treated so badly by any dealership in my life. I was working with Bryan Davidson and I told him my sister and I would be in between 5:00 5:30. When we arrived at 5:10 Bryan was not there. I was told he had gone home for the day. That was very disrespectful and very insulting. Since the day before when I first walked into the dealership, I was not taken seriously at all. The sales manager blew me off and basically told me to go home.The next day when I brought my cosigner in, Bryan was not there even though he knew I was coming in.We left and headed to Heritage Chevrolet and bought an Equinox there and my brother-in-law traded his car for a Malibu. The salesman at Bob Bell should be ashamed of themselves.

To all concerned,I walked into Bob Bell looking for a used replacement for my falling apart Ford van. I have had a few automobles in my 40 years of driving, some new but most used. I was greeted upon entering with a smile and told someone will be with me shortly. In about three minutes I was introduced to Joe Evans. With a smile to relax me Mr. Evans asked how he may help me today. I explained I was just looking. Mr. Evans said that was fine and that he can answer any questions I may have. I thought for a moment and said to myself, I am going to give this guy a try. So, I asked Mr. Evans about his inventory. I was asked just a few questions that took less than 10 minutes, and I was on the lot looking at trucks, my first cholce. I choose one and I liked the way I had been treated so I called my wife and asked her to met me at Bob Bell Chevrolet on Kane Street. When my wife Charlotte arrived I excussed us and pulled her aside to tell her I liked the salesman and he showed us the truck. We gave Mr. Joe Evans our information to check our credit. We talked and agreed to look at cars, to find a new family car. My wife and I told Mr. Evans and he smiled and gave us a tour showing all our choices in a short time while answeing all our questons.We agreed on a 2012 Malibu. The price was in our range, right color and the test drive was good. Our Malibu was ready the next day per our request. We signed the papers and we were now 2012 Malibu owners.Most important to my wife and I was the joy in the feeling that for the first time in our lives we bought a car and felt that we were not ripped off. So I am 5 months pregnant and currently have a 2004 Saturn Ion. I contacted Joe Evans who is a friend of mine and we used to work together at a PT job. I expressed my desire to own a small SUV that would be easier to get the baby in and out of! I also told him around what I would like to pay per month and he started researching. The first vehicle he spoke of was an Equinox that just came on the lot but upon inspection a day later found out that it wasn't as good as he had hoped, then he went and searched some more. Within a day he had found a 2006 Saturn Vue with only 54K miles on it. That same day he went and got the car himself from their other lot and had it waiting for me to test drive. This car is FULLY LOADED! Leather, heated seats, wood grain, onstar, XM radio, moon roof and a huge trunk with cargo space! It will be PERFECT for puting my little one in and their stoller and things in the trunk! So at this point all we were waiting for was approval for financing. Luckily we were able to obatin that the very next day! I got a great rate and the perfect payment amount for my budget! Joe was great and kept in contact with me the entire time! I know Joe personally however I know that he treats everyone like this, not just me because we are friends! I would HIGHLY recommend Joe and the team at Bob Bell Chevrolet to get exactly what you are looking for and friendly service at the same time!

He was possitve about me and told me to come in even afta I tell him about all my finnancial problem. He even says that I never know I may even able be to get a nu car. And the story goes like this. I have been needing to purchase a car as the car I had was gone. Not working anymore. I did not just walk into Bob Bell Chevy in Baltimore, a co-worker of mine recommended Bob Bell. So I went to Baltimore to see what they are about. As soon as I went in I was greeted by everyone and John Ladd took care of me right away. He test drove with me the vechile I bought and it was great. I was debating about buying the car or keep on shopping. John Ladd ended up telling me "take the car home for the weekend and drive it. If you like it you keep it, if you don't just give it back and we will still shake hands. Just him doing that is what convinced me to buy the car. He GAVE me the car for the weekend. WHO DOES THAT? There was no pushing of a higher priced model with options I didn't need nor want. I left my 2006 Chevrolet Aveo in the care of this service center's 's mechanics and was told that the PCV valve kit needed to be replaced. After having the part shipped to the service center and waiting 5 days for my car to be returned to me, I was told that it was repaired. When it continued jerking and stalling, as it had before the part was replaced, I took it back to be fixed. Maybe something else was wrong with the car? After two days of reprogramming, I was again told that it was fixed. When I received the car two days later, it took no more than 48 hours for it to experience the same exact symptoms. Clearly their diagnostic skills were lacking, and this experience was a waste of time and money. I have no reason to recommend this service center (or dealer, for that matter) to anyone, as I have had a horrible experience.

Called Matt for a used car. We wanted specific items in car. Matt called with the perfect car. We were at Sutliff in Harrisburg , PA test driving a car and told Matt we would make the 2.5 hour drive becasue he was so willing to work with us and searched for excatly what we wanted. I was disapponted int he lack of perks...for example:- a lounge area with coffe, sodas, snacks would have been nice to have during down-time; - after buying a car it would seem you would leave with a full tank of gas.- perhaps a staff member could have given a final sight check of the car before we left; (we noticed scratches on the bumper which will require buffing and painting; this should have been addressed before we leftOverall, we are very happy with vehicle we purched today, and will more than likely return in the future.

Everyone at Bob Bell was great. David worked with us and found the exact car we wanted. I wanted specific features in the car but the model we were looking at did not have them. So David searched and he found what we wanted in the next model up. He gave us awesome pricing and got the car there right away. I couldnt be happier with our experience there. The only problem I had was that there was a defect with the window trip on the driver door. Which is not the dealerships fault but the manufactures. But David took care of it and I will be getting a replacement part. I really appreciate the time and effort everyone took to help us with our new car. I love it!

They had 3 different managers and the sales person working on me. The sales person went back and forth with his manager on pricing. I printed off the inter price for the vehicle I bought and it was 44285,00 and I took it with me. The very first price gave me was over $48,000.00. I told the manager that price was not the sticker price I printed out of their inventory. Of course he gave me a bull of a story. He than said I could order one with less equipment on it. I said ok we can do that. He came back with a price and when I tried to negotiate the price, he told me there was no red cross sign on the lot. I told them originally I was paying cash for the vehicle you would have thought they would have treated better than that. While I was sitting there I was thinking why they would not make a deal on the avalanche since I was paying cash and it was the end of the momth. Lo and behold another different manager came out to me and askedif i would buy the avalanche for $41,400 and I said yes. Remember they wanted over $48,000on the first go around. What a scheme they have when dealing with the customer. After I signed all the necessary I told them I would be back that night with my wife and have the check for them. When I returned that night to pick up the avalanche they lost a set of keys. Really professional. They told me they bring it to me house the next morning. And as I expected they did not bring them to me. I finally had to drive down the dealership so they can make a new set of keys and program them. I only bought the avalanche because they were the only dealership that color on stock.Never again will I buy anything from that dealership. They are a bunch of con artists. I have been vehicles for 45 years, and I never experienced anything like thois. The salesman was fine to deal with, but the managers deal with a fork tongue.

I was looking to purchase a new Chevy sedan. I came on on a Thursday afternoon and Gaurav, my sales consultant, helped me test drive a whole bunch of different models, and walked me through the different options. I told him what I was looking for, and he worked hard to give me the car that best fit my interests. He was completely honest with me, suggesting less expensive options when he thought they would be more appropriate for what I wanted, and not trying to push models or options I didn't need. When I made my decision and came back on Saturday morning to buy a car off the lot, he picked me up at my apartment, he arranged it so I could get my title and license plates done right at the dealer (and save myself a trip to the DMV), and he walked me through all the new options on the car I purchased. An honest salesman more interested in helping me get the car that best fit my needs, not simply trying to make me spend money I didn't have to -- that's what you look for in a car dealer. And with lots of Chevy dealerships to choose from, honest guys like Gaurav make the difference. I would definitely recommend to my friends to buy cars from Gaurav and Bob Bell Chevrolet.

My husband and I recently went looking around for our dream truck, a 2500 Chevy silverado with a crew cab, 8' bed, duramax diesel, the full package. We had just got off of our midnight police shift, starting at 08:30am and first went to Fox in laurel, Maryland. We told them what we wanted, they had first told us what we were looking for did not exist. We test drove a very basic Chevy silverado diesel, liked it, however, it was not what we wanted (package, color, everything). It also did not have an alarm system or automatic locking doors. They were trying to get us to purchase this, for about $50,000, the same price as the fully loaded truck we wanted. Then they ran a search they said of all the dealerships around the area for the kind of truck we wanted, said it does not exist, and tried to throw other trucks our way that didn't even appeal to us. So disappointed, we told them we were going to grab a bite to eat and think it over. When we left there we called up numerous dealerships around our area looking for this truck, no one had it. We called JBA Chevrolet in glen burnie, Maryland, they said they had it. So we drove there, and came to find they just told us that to get us there, they did not have it. Then they told us they could find it for us and have it brought over from another dealership, and told us they found one in Virginia. We also received a phone call from Fox in laurel, Maryland stating they miraculously found the same one in Virginia, as well. JBA told us it would take about three hours for it to arrive, for us to go out somewhere, eat, do whatever. Fox in laurel, Maryland called us as well and said they had the truck coming to them too, that it was on the way. That was around 2:30pm, we were so exhausted, depressed, did not know what was going on, and actually took it upon ourselves to do a search for this truck in Virginia. It was not in Virginia, our dream truck was at Bob Bell Chevrolet in Baltimore! We spoke on the phone with one of the managers, who was very nice and professional, told him what we went through all day, and he said no dealership is getting this truck, if we want it we need to go there, and yes it is really there. We were ecstatic and immediately drove there. As soon as we pulled up in the parking lot, we saw it, our dream truck, right in front of u! Fox in laurel, Maryland lied to us, 1. Telling us it did not exist, and 2. Telling us it was on its was (from Virginia), JBA Chevrolet in glen burnie, Maryland lied to us, 1. Telling us they had it, making us drive all the way there for nothing, and 2. Also telling us it was on its way there from Virginia. Well we found it, and NOT in Virginia. The entire staff was very welcoming and professional upon our arrival and entire time there. Melanie Sersen was awesome working with us, assisting us with our paperwork, also gave us the manual and keys! The manager came out to greet us, shook our hands, and was just very genuine and appreciative. You hardly ever see managers AND staff that have such positive attitudes, and are so professional and willing to help you out- But Bob Bell Chevrolet in Baltimore has all of that. Even our dream truck! Once we finished all of our paperwork with Melanie, we met with Lisa Henderson. She was absolutely fantastic, really helped us out and took care of all of our financial work. She did it quick too, we even got our license plates! Between her and Melanie getting us all situated, we were in and out of there less than 2 hours. It was such a great experience, we were very satisfied with everything. Our only complaint is that we did not go there first, that we wasted our time at Fox in laurel, Maryland and JBA Chevrolet in glen burnie, Maryland. Do yourself a favor, skip all the bullsh*t and go straight to Bob Bell Chevrolet in Baltimore, they'll treat you right and really do have what you are looking for!

On December 31,2011, I purchased a Cruze from Chris Francis, Mike Beck was the manager on duty, David Kirn handled all the finance paperwork. I brought in pre-approval loan documents from the Security Plus credit union. After several conversations with The Security Plus credit union throughout the month of January, I discovered that somewhere in the paper signing process that TD Auto is somehow the company that is handling my loan. My credit union left several messages and I myself have left a message for Dave Kirn and emailed through the site and emailed the salesman Chris Francis directly and I haven't received a response. When my credit union finally received a call back from Dave Kirn, he indicated to them that I never furnished any pre-approval documents and that they are claiming no fault in the situation. In essence they just called me a liar. I am no liar. I handed my pre-approval documents to Chris Francis, he handed them to Dave Kirn and while Kirn drew up the paperwork for the sale he had it sitting on his desk and gladly pointed out on the paperwork where the APR matched my pre-approval documents. There's no benefit to me lying as my credit union was offering an additional quarter percentage off my APR for with scheduled automatic payments. I now understand the consequences of my trusting these people to honor my finance request and for not fully reviewing the documents, because now I have to go through the trouble of refinancing my car loan. This was my very first time purchasing a new car and I learned a very important lesson and the next time I purchase a vehicle this wont happen again. These employees, this dealership switching lenders on me, they gain a monetary incentive by selling my loan to another lender. Its sneaky, deceiving and dishonest and they probably do this every day. I will never do business with them again. Maybe they should take a minute to check out the mission statement on the Bob Bell Automotive website. "Our employees, officers and directors are required to conduct the Company's business with the highest ethical standards and treat all customers with fairness and integrity to earn and maintain their trust."

This has been my worst car purchase experience. We negotiated price and agreed on the sale on Friday. The manager told me we could not finalize the sale that day, to call on Monday. On Monday the dealer told me that the price went up. Neither the dealer nor the manager would return calls; they would eat while on the phone or tell me to "call in ten minutes as he is working on something". Very unfriendly and unprofessional. The sale process was very long and the dealer did not send us the Title until much later, of course after several phone calls and after complains to the management. They would lie about having something done when it was not done. It seemed like we were bothering them and they were doing us a favor selling us the car. If we did not need this particular car we would not buy it from this dealership.

Scamsters. Quoted price on Friday for Suburban, negotiated it and accepted. went to buy it on Monday morning, they had changed it. Car was not shown till last minute, pre-delivery inspection not done, was asked to sign blank finance papers. Was told bank approved finance at 5.9%, went to sign papers, and had 6.74% written on it!Saleman delivered car with one set of keys and said the 2nd set would be available in a couple of days.Called them after a week, today, and was told by the sales manager that "don't expect it, but IF we ever get the 2nd set, we will give you a call!!"General manager-courtney appeared to be concerned when approached, but did not correct the issues.Car is sold. Money's in the pocket. Who cares about the customer?This is my worst experience ever with any auto dealer. Skip this dealer, find another one who might actually care.

We were held waiting at the dealer while our vehicle we were planning on purchasing was located. We were never informed when first arriving it was missing and that the process would take so long, even though we had communicated our son was in child care and needed to be done by a certain time.After waiting and having the actual vehicle switched out on us for a third time we finally got down to financing. At 4 hours into the process with a 2 year old melting down who was two hours late for bed the finance guy would not take no for an answer on the dealer add ons. He proceed to get in an argument with myself and my wife.Complaints to the sale manager about the delays and treatment by the finance guy have gone unanswered and bob bell lost a long term customer.

The sales staff was great before I bought the truck. Did not have the truck I wanted in my price. Mentioned that they had a Manger's Demo at the BelAir location. It was the truck I wanted at the price I wanted and they transferred the truck to Baltimore location. Stayed after closing to complete the deal and arranged for me to get the truck the next day. Picked up the truck and found several parts for the bedliner and tow hitch missing. Sales person said she would look for them. Several weeks later and multiple attemps to contact the sales person I am still without the parts. Ms. Sersen will not return my messages.Great service before the sale. After they have your money they want nothing to do with you and will not return messages.

We recently had a very good experience in purchasing our 2011 Chevy Traverse from Bob Bell. We had done most of our home work before entering and knew they had the vehicle we wanted and the price we were willing to pay. John Ladd was our sales consultant and was a pleasure to deal with. We had to wait for quite a while to get to the financing part of the transaction do to high sales volume at the time, and John made sure we were taken care of during the whole process. He sure loves cars and takes great pride in knowing his stuff about all different makes and models and small details. Two thumbs up John, really appreciate your service and personal touch you added to the whole transaction. The rest of thae staff was good too. Definitely worth the 2 hour drive to get the vehicle we wanted.

I found a vehicle online that I wanted to purchase. The dealership wanted more for it than the internet price, even though I walked in with a check in hand from my finance company. I liked the vehicle, and was surprised to learn (aftr we finished the paperwork) that it had previously been a short-term rental, which is not on the disclosure statement. We were informed that they only had one (electronic) key for the car, but would order another which would be received within a few days. It has now been 17 days and we have not gotten the second key, despite numerous calls.When we got the car home and put the back seat up (it was folded down) we discovered that it was full of beach sand and bits of melted chocolate. When we asked the kids to clean the car out, they discovered a (wrapped, unused - fortunately) CONDOM in the compartment with the jack. The date on the wrapper indicated that it had expired in January of 2008, although the car is a 2010. I am clueless.Helen was wonderful and processed the paperwork very quickly, getting us out of her office within 10 minutes, which we appreciated.Overall, I expected the car to be cleaner inside when we picked it up, as the salesman knew 30 hours before we came in that we intended to purchase this vehicle. The specific nature of the "debris" left behind by a previous driver, whether a past renter or a member of the dealership staff was particularly inappropriate.

We found the car we wanted on cars.com which directed us to this dealer. When we got to the dealership, the salesman immediately met us outside (good or bad depending on if you like that kind of thing) and brought us inside to take down our information. We went for a test drive and I really liked the vehicle. When it came down to numbers this dealership was pathetic. They tried to sell us the car for thousands MORE than what it was listed for on the internet saying that the internet price didn't include MD state inspection and freight. Inspection costs about $100 tops and why is there freight on a used car!?!!? So, why the bump in price by a large amount? No reason. Then the manager came out and tried to make it sound like he was giving us a deal by lowering the price a couple thousand dollars even though it was still MORE THAN IT WAS LISTED FOR ON THE INTERNET. So, we said thanks and left. Then, the internet sales manager noticed our inquiry online (unknown to him that we were just in there I guess) and we told him about our experience. His response? "OK, have a nice day." Wow, we will NEVER go near this place again. Talk about your worst bait and switch tactic and 3 hours of my life I'll never get back.

When I walked into the car dealer, Mr. Wheatley walked up to me and introduced himself and asked how could he help me. I explained my situtation to Mr. Wheatley and we went outside to look at cars. He was very attentive, patient and understanding to my needs. When, my husband arrived, we selected the HHR (2009). He offerd refreshment while we waited. We went through the process of filling out the paperwork and then I meet with with Ms. Silberman. I enjoyed my visit with Bob Bell and would recommend Bob Bell to anyone purchasing a vehcile.them to everybody.

I wanna start off by saying a nice sales lady named Mrs. Banks greeted me in the lot I was with my mom. I looked at a few vehicles and test drove the Dogde Avenger 2009 and loved it and loved the sales lady approach! However, when it was time to appraise my trade a nasty attitude used car manager approached the table stating I'm lucky he likes the sale lady cause she's gonna loose money by him selling me the car and taking my trade! Very unprofessional of him! My mom also witn essed another sales lady with short blonde hair rolling her eyes at my mom and I! Obviously that lady was mad cause she wanted the car I was purchasing for her own customer! Also the managers forget there are customers in the showroom and they are in the office talking loud and saying rude things! If it wasn't for thhe sales lady that helped us get the car I tell you my mom and I wouldve walked Ms banks was nice and friendly but I will never buy from Kane street or Bob Bell again! Management sucks! Also I received a thank you hand written card from Mrs Banks that was nice of her however I will keep in contact with her but buy another car from this place is not gonna happen I live in the area and will go else where to spend my hard earned cash.

Ben was very patience with me during my recent buy. I have brought 4 cars from Bob Bell. He answered all of my questions and patiently showed me each car I was intereseted in. I was ready to leave but he took the time to show me how to use the blue tooth that comes with the car. I am not in to tech stuff, but I do like the blue tooth. I am glad he showed me several cars and helped me pick-out my cardinal red SUV.

Everything was taken care exceptionally well and in a timely matter. I had received a couple of estimates for the work and was astounded when I compared the estimates. This dealership has satisfied my entire needs. I have bought two vehicles from this dealership and I have no complaints. Every worker is very knowledgeable of any problems. Ms. Whingerd covers all bases. She never lets anything slide without a perfect review. Mr. jackson is very contentious of any specific problems in all the work he performs. Mr. Jackson will always communicate with the specific costumer if anything is wrong with their vehicle. Mr. Andreasik is one of the best salesmen I have dealt with due to the fact when I spoke to him about purchasing my vehicle he always told me " to think about it a couple days before purchasing," and also, "shop around" to see if he is giving me a fair price.
