Repairs were addressed as communicated orally and in writing in a reasonable amount of time. It is reassuring to have access to a high quality and dependable car services as needed.

Most people reading this have had experiences with multiple dealerships. Some are good and some are bad. My experience with Bob Davidson has been positive. We had ordered one of the new Mach-Es and the process was great from Ford to the dealership. I have had the vehicle in for a chip update once or twice now and scheduling was easy and reasonable. The vehicle itself is nothing less than awesome and I'd recommend the Mach-E to anyone. If Ford uses the same development with the F-150 Lightning, it'll be nothing less than an absolute success. I recommend this Ford dealership for above reasons and also simply because this one seemed more interested in my business. I would purchase from them again.

Great customer service and an amazing speedy service. Long story short I had a recall on my mustang and Bob Davison was the only service center able to see me and take care of my problem in a timely manner from New York to North Carolina. I check every dealership service center and they all had the same 5 weeks waiting time with the exception of Bob Davidson. I was helped by Eric, he was very helpful and keep not just me but everyone in his list updated on the vehicle status. I can only describe him as a very helpful, knowledgeable and respectful gentleman. The final product from the mechanic team was amazing and seemingless. I am very satisfied with this location and will definitely look at this location again when is time to upgrade my vehicle.
