I highly recommend doing business with Bob Jass. From the women in the office who answer the phone to the personal help you get by the service manager Matt cannot be touched by another facility. Bob Jass and Ryan Easter have kept a small town feel. They really do treat you like a neighbor. I love how there is never a push to buy new parts for my car but I am always informed on my safety and givien an honest opinion on how long or when to really look into replacing things. We have purchased several new vehicles from Bob Jass Chevrolet and with the exception of it taking ONE YEAR to get a defective OnStar system replaced in our 2009 Malibu, we have been very happy. We should NOT have had to go through the OnStar mess and if Kate hadn't gone to bat for us, we would have left the dealership.

I had a really great experience with Bob Jass Chevrolet. I had limited time and budget, and the Bob Jass team was able to work with me on both. They worked with me over email since coming into the dealership was difficult. They were willing to provide out-the-door pricing and negotiate with me over email too. Many dealerships didn't want to do this, and were difficult to work with when I asked for pricing. The icing on the cake was when the Bob Jass team drove the car to me to test drive and inspect. The car wasn't available at the time I had available to go to the dealership and look at it, so they scheduled a time to bring it to me when it fit my schedule. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, courteous and honest. Top notch service and a great buying experience. I would be glad to business with them again.

We were looking for that "right car" . We did get in touch with other car dealers in St. charles, Geneva, DeKalb, and Sycamore area with not much luck at all. We decided to have the car built to our specifications and with Steve's help and advice we got our "perfect car" in 8 weeks. No hassles, no pressure and we knew up front everything we needed to know. Was shopping for a pickup and went two a few dealers Naperville, Oswego, Sandwich & was directed to go to BOB JASS Chevrolet in Elburn by two gentlemen I was speaking with at a restaurant while eating breakfast. I overheard the one telling the other about the great service he received and how the salesman (Leonard Baumgarter ) followed up to make sure he was well taken care of, two years after the purchase. The other replied, I just picked up a new Impala a couple months and Leonard came thru with a fair deal again. I thought these guys were making a commercial, so I had to find out for myself. Now I totally understand why they deal with Leonard at BOB JASS. The level of professionalism I received was nothing like Ive seen in years. If your in the market for a new Chevy its your loss if you dont see Leonard at Bob Jass Chevrolet. No pressureNo extra fees.

The sales department at this dealership is very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and did not try and "hard sell" me. Steve gave me all the information and let me make the decision on my own. The delivery went smooth and they even had the plates ordered, ready and on the car after I showed up. THAT, I have never experienced before. They had all their ducks in a row, very organized. This is my second purchase from them and will not be my last. This was our first experience with Chevy (we've been Honda people) but were interested in the Traverse as an alternative to our minivan. Ryan Easter spend lots of time with my husband on the phone and through email, explaining the cars features and why we would find it better then our Honda Odyssey as well as working with us to find (what we felt) was a fair lease payment. In the end we were able to get a slightly better car then we expected (because it had a better residual value, something Ryan brought to our attention). The receptionist, I believe her name was Kate, spent a good 45 minutes with us showing us how to set radio stations, use the bluetooth, helped us set up our Onstar account, which was very helpful a few weeks ago when I locked the keys in the car and needed to take advantage of the service, if setting up the account had been left up to us, I would STILL be locked out of the car. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car.

This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Bob Jass Chevrolet and Mr. Leonard Baumgartner. The entire experience continues to be most pleasurable. This is the kind of experience I think we all wish for when purchasing a new or used car - no pressure, straight forward, honest, concerned about the individual, and willing to go the extra mile. This is not a mega-auto mall where you will be swept in and 15 minutes later you will drive out with a new vehicle priced less than "dealer cost". This is a dealership and Mr. Baumgartner is a professional where you will establish a long business relationship and a friendship....the kind that is based on a good old fashioned iron clad handshake. Good Deal! My family has been buying GM vehicles ever since my grandfather worked for GM's locomotive division. I am personally, a huge fan of Chevy Trucks. I just bought a used silverado 1500 and am so far really happy with it. My family has been buying from Mr. Jass since before I can remember. I have known Kate Kersten, my saleswoman, for a very long time and I know that even if I didn't know her well she would never try to sell me something I didn't want nor needed. Also, I know that Adam at the service desk is a good guy and that the sales staff and the service staff are good honest people that stand behind their work. As a truck guy I'm pretty handy with a wrench, but if I ever have a question or problem I just call up Adam and he's got the answer. So, my advice for anyone looking for a new vehicle is to go to Bob Jass. The other dealers are just too grabby. Bob has the fairest prices, best staff, and oh yeah don't forget its a Chevy.

I initally contacted the dealership through their website. I requested a quote on a particular vehicle, a Chevrolet Malibu, that was in their dealership inventory. I timely received an email presenting their quote in addition to a video contained in the email of the actual car I was interested in. I was impressed with the personalized video describing the Malibu and all of its features. I then visited the dealership and test drove the car. The sales staff was professional and very knowledgable in the features of the automobile. I purchased the Malibu and my car buying experience was excellent.
