Pam was great! She is quite personable and therefore our talking was not as clinical as other places. She made me feel like I was discussing buying a new car with a friend instead of a salesperson. I have to give Jason props too. He was quick with getting paperwork done and made it painless.

I've always had good interactions with them, unless I have to talk to Kip in the parts department. He always makes me jump through hoops! He'll make you answer a bunch of tedious questions because he's too lazy to pull your account up. Then he does a bunch of "I guess" and "I'd have to assume." Employees like this make it tough for me to continue to support a business. Management needs to reevaluate his position. If you don't want to come to work, sign up for unemployment. Good day, sir.

My experience in purchasing a new GMC Acadia Denali was excellent. Sonja, my sales person, was very knowledgeable about all the features in the vehicles I was interested in. She had vehicles ready for me to test drive quickly, and answered all my questions readily. Once I’d decided on the vehicle I wanted, the trade in went smoothly as well as the F &I portion.. I am totally pleased with my buying experience at Bob McCosh’s dealership.

I had driven and picked out a 2020 Buick Envision that was white. When we sat down to finalize the paperwork I said that my only let down was the color. Pam went and talked to another sales person who had the same vehicle in black "on hold" for their client and let them know that I wanted it. In the end, Pam was able to get me the black vehicle. I am very pleased.
