Found a vehicle I wanted on their site, Dustin contacted me right away after I submitted my request to look at it. He communicated with me all day and put me with Terrance when I went their to look at the vehicles I was interested in. It started to rain as soon as I got there. Terrance moved the vehicles into the repair shop so I could look at them. I fell in love with the Arcadia I drove. Terrance was not pushy (like most car salesmen), he just kind of sat back and let me talk with my husband about it. I decided to get the vehicle and the whole process went nice and smooth and they stayed after close to get the deal done so I could take it with me! Everyone who helped me was extremely nice! It was actually a very pleasant experience. I even left my expensive sunglasses in my old car and Terrance made sure I got them back!! I didn't even call and ask about them because it was my fault I left them in there so when Terrance seen me up there he chased me down and said I have something for you, I was super excited because they are my favorite pair!! Thank you all for everything!

Had I not called to follow up on my vehicle, I believe there would not have been movement on following up for at least another day or two. The information I provided to the initial representative was not passed to the others. Additionally, it used to be best practice for a quick vacuum of vehicles to be done prior to returning them to the owner. Mine was not, and my paperwork was left in my seat rather than being returned to the envelope in which I had it originally. On a separate, more important note, I only have my vehicle serviced at this dealership. I am perplexed as to why the problem was not identified during normal servicing, if the multi-point inspection was truly occurring with each oil change/service. Service with Bob Moore used to be fantastic, now it is inconsistent at best, sub-par at worst.

I made an appointment to see a 2012 suv. Drove 120 miles one way. The car would not even start. They said, well it ran two weeks ago. Really!!!After watching and waiting an hour and a half for them and the service department to get it started, I had to leave. They only needed to replace a dead battery, but were to cheap or something. Do business at your own risk. And if you need service, may I suggest going somewhere else

Notice salesmen that were at this location for years are now gone. Notice when you first pull into the dealership the salesmen run out like a bunch of desperate idiots. Why are they doing that? If you're even driving into the dealership for an oil change the salesmen are literally running to your car. Whoever the manager is that actually trained car salesmen to run after every car that pulls into the parking lot is a complete idiot. When I pull into a decent car dealership the salesmen at least wait until I park and get out of my car. I cannot stress enough how these people run around this car lot looking like a bunch of desperate hungry seagulls. Stupid. Plus the fact that salesmen that were here for years went out with new management makes me think the managers are idiots. Also look at these reviews. Read the reviews from 2012. Wow. What a difference from recent reviews. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

vehicle listed on autotrader and bob moore's site. called to check if available, no answer, so thought since I'm 10 miles away it would be worth the drive. carfax shows no wrecks; when I arrived salesman found the vehicle sitting in back with front end (crumbled hood) and rear bumper damage(impact, and not minor). obviously wrecked, but not reported. Salesman suggested it may be in back waiting for their in house body shop to fix. funny thing, if they fix in house and don't report, an unsuspecting buyer will believe the carfax is accurate in showing no wrecks. makes one question what else is going on with this vehicle and the others on their lot. This vehicle was not marked down due to the damage either, their asking price was a good amount above blue book. caveat emptor with this dealer

Justin Payne took really great care of us. He was friendly and extremely easy going. I've had a previous horrible experience with a car dealership (NOT affiliated with Bob Moore) and I lost my faith in buying cars from a dealership...until now. From start to finish was an awesome experience. Justin Payne and the other staff did not pressure me at all or use any sales tactics to make me buy a car. They wanted to make sure that I was making the best decision for my purchase. Even when I got in the financial office to sign the paperwork, I had some doubts only because of my own fears of purchasing a new vehicle. William Bones was extremely helpful and even stopped printing the paperwork because he wanted to make sure that it was something I really wanted to do; that put my trust and faith in buying from them. I didn't feel hassled or like I had to buy even if I didn't want to. Of course, we purchased a vehicle with them and I am a very happy customer. Justin, Eric and William took great care of me and we will definitely buy our next vehicle from this dealership again. I've already told 2 people looking to buy a vehicle to purchase it from Bob Moore and ask for Justin! Kudos to you all for making me believe in dealerships again!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from here on February 12th. I had the vehicle one day and noticed that on the passenger side door the vehicle had been in an accident. I called the dealership right away and they did fix the damaged area. I was really happy with them for doing the repair on the vehicle. Now after having this vehicle only three and a half months and putting a little over 1500 miles on it the transmission goes out. I took the vehicle back up so they could tell me what was wrong with the vehicle. Well today I get a call saying that the transmission is out and needs to be replaced. I was told that it will be over 4000.00 to replace or 2200.00 plus parts for them to take apart and fix. I explained that I have not even had this vehicle four months and yet it has needed two major repairs. Be careful of buying a vehicle from here, because you may end up with a lemon like me.

I requested information on a vehicle that I had seen online. I stated via text and email that I did not want to drive to their dealership to see the vehicle and waste my time if it would not fit my needs. I was assured by their staff that it would meet my needs and it was a beautiful truck. After 4 emails, 4 phone calls and 5 text messages from various people at the dealership, I finally said I would come and see the vehicle. When I arrived the truck was not on the lot and the salesman that I spoke to asked me if I was sure that I wanted to see "that truck"... .. I should have followed my gut and left right then...but I did not. He went around back to get the truck so that my husband and I could see it. First sight, DIRT/MUD caked on every inch of this truck that I have been told is selling for "a great price for this kind of truck and what do you expect for such a low price"... REALLY!?!?! 2007 with 161,000 miles for $11,259.....MORE LIKE A PIECE OF CRAP!!Other than the MUD/DIRT caked outside, the tailgate was missing and in its place were tie down straps crisscrossed across the back, the MUD/DIRT was caked all over the inside as well... including under the rear seat!! There were cracker crumbs all over the floorboard, and soda(?) stains all over the seats. It looked and smelled as though someone had been living in this truck. ALL 4 tires were BALD, it was visible that the truck had been in some type of accident as there was damage to the front end where the bumper had been popped out..but the plastic was broken. And to top it off, the check engine light was on and the salesman just said "but that could just be an O2 sensor"... Or it could be any number of things!!!!!! WHAT KIND OF DEALERSHIP PUTS A VEHICLE UP FOR SALE THAT HASNT EVEN BEEN CLEANED UP YET?????? And then doesn't even tell a person who asks about that vehicle!!???!?!?! And now to top it off, its two days later and I have received 3 more phone calls and 2 more emails from them!! Why, I said that I did not want the truck and that you had nothing else that I wanted on your lot!?!?! NOWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE AND PHOTOS OF THIS TRUCK DOES IT STATE THAT THEY ARE "STOCK" PHOTOS....(The only actual photos of the truck are of the Steering Wheel and the Odometer) That would have saved me the trip!!!!!

The truck I drove from Antlers OK to buy that the salemen an random callers from the 6000 phone number was not there, 7 hr round trip. Then they offered me a low ball price for my trade an didn't even try to meet in the middle when I found a truck i liked better than the one I found on line at Bob Moore's website, I had more knowledge of the trucks online prices then salesmen. I wonder how much to rent bill board in okc to say don't buy a stick of gum from Bob Moore.?

I have purchased many cars, getting a new one at least every 2 years in the last 10 years. I purchased a 2012 Armada about 5 months ago. The vehicle appeared to be in good working order, but once purchased and a little more inspection many issues came about. Within a week of purchasing the vehicle I noticed the cowl top and windshield were broken (which you get to hear all the road noise as the wind blows up the cowl hood when driving) I called, messaged pictures was told I would see a check only for the windshield. Never even saw that. Also, started to notice a very annoying squeak from inside the vehicle which come to find out is the entertainment center retaining clips are broken, a $300 part from Nissan, $500 after install. Now 5 months later and temperatures spiking over 100 I've noticed that the AC doesn't cool off the car at all. It was blowing just enough cold air before the summer to not think anything was wrong. Took it in and the filter was so clogged that the mechanic actually took a picture of all of the debris, obviously been that way for a LONG time! The car also had door seams that were falling off when it was opened. Since the purchase I also noticed the car shakes so bad when braking on the freeway you almost lose control of the vehicle, it needs rotors and brake pads... not something that can be worn down in 4-5 months. I have spent the past week attempting to get someone on the phone to let them be aware of how thorough their mechanics are before they sell a vehicle, and that's an impossible mission. I will never purchase a car from a Bob Moore dealership and will make sure not to take my vehicle to the Bob Moore Nissan dealership either. In my opinion, if it says Bob Moore they don't care about quality. This is the worst used car ever purchased from a dealership. I purchase used cars from a dealership to not have $2k+ worth of damage/repairs needed within 6 months.

We recently bought a new Buick La Cross from Bob Moore Buick in Oklahoma City. They are the most Friendly Dealership in OKLAHOMA. Got a great deal on a new Buick and had several choices to pick from, all with the color we wanted. We have bought many new Vehicles in the past but Bob Moore is my choice from now on. After talking with them on the phone since we live in SW Oklahoma we visited their dealership in a couple of days and received the royal treatment. There was a salesperson waiting for us to arrive and he was ours for as long as necessary, we test drove three Buicks. We were introduced to the Sales Manager, The Service Manager and made our first appointment with him. They offer snacks, drinks and a nice waiting lounge. Later when we were ready to buy we were escorted to the Finance Manager for a pleasant buying experience. He explained all choices on interest rates, extended warranty and answered all questions we had. While we were with him, even though the weather was bad, they cleaned the car in and out so we would at least leave the lot with a clean car. We can't say enough good things about this dealer. Believe me I have had dealers in the past which were not even close in comparison. Also the tin of fresh cookies they sent us later were the best. I would recommend them to all individuals and families who want a no hassle, friendly experience whether you buy from them or not. Thanks Bob Howard and your sales team for a professional buying experience.

After a rough outing at another dealership I called the New Car Manager (Gary) and told him what I wanted and had viewed a 2015 Sierra Denali on there website. I wanted some items changed which he did with no issue and negotiated price, after he gave me his best price up front, I shopped several dealerships including a very large one in Dallas, that dealership even told me "if they will sell you that truck for that price you need to buy it" and so I did! My only difficulty was with how the vehicle was initially and follow up 'Detailed'. Nothing major but I always tthought a 'detailed' vehicle would be close to as clean as a new vehicle would be. The first time there were what appeared to be broken dog biscuits in the center console and in the spare tire lowering compartment. After the second time, there was was a half dissolved piece od candy in one of the rear chair rails and the windshield was left spotty with wax.

I took my 2013 GMC Yukon XL Denali (only 21,000 Miles)(almost $70,000 vehicle) in for oil change and tire rotate and balance on July 21, 2014. I mentioned a noise that was coming from the front drivers side. They said "If it keeps bothering you let us know" I told them I was having it serviced because we were going on a trip to Montana and I wanted to make sure everything was okay to travel. Well that noise ended up being a differential seal that blew out while I was 40 miles past Casper, WY in the middle of nowhere. There are 6 people in our family and they would only give us an economy car from Enterprise that would only seat 5 people. The towing company charged us extra mileage $170 because it was further than he was supposed to go. The tow truck driver was nice enough to give us his personal vehicle to let us drive back to our motel and use for the night. (if GM were as nice as this person we would not have a problem) Also since I was pulling a camper they do not cover the expenses of towing that and Enterprise does not allow you to tow anything on any of their vehicles. If it were not for my wifes family (6 Hours away) coming to tow our camper then we would have had to pay to have the camper towed somewhere. GM also only supplied us with a room that slept 4 people and we had to pay another $115 to accommodate our family. We got a call a week later from Enterprise saying they needed to charge someone for the car rental because GM only paid for the first day. What would have been just a seal has turned into a major repair because when the seal blew out it got too hot and froze the axles. Now they can not find the axles for our vehicle and we are stuck in Montana with a vehicle we are paying for out of pocket and that will not even accommodate our entire family. I am very dissatisfied with the service department, because they just blew it off as not a big deal when I mentioned the noise!This has caused us a great deal of expense for us and GM. GM only provides a weak attempt to help when their vehicle breaks down when it is under warranty.

I've used Bob Moore for car purchases and much of my service for 30+ years. Much of my family as well. The experience is almost always pleasurable. The only case here was the long answering time and hurried response. Understand things are busy, but a truly excellent customer service would be feeling like you are there only or ultimate concern at the time. Service was excellent, but this was the first time I ever felt like I was a bother. Nothing anyone said, just the rushed feeling and latent response. Again, everything was fine, but expectations have been set in the past. And, I know with Spring Break nearing and the past weather, you guys are likely being slammed. I've chalked it up to an isolated incident. You guys always do a great job, and I'm glad you are in my area.

Sales Consultant CB was very patient and did not attempt to exercise high pressure sales tactics at anytime during the several months we had discussions. That was very much appreciated. He knew exactly what I wanted in a 2014 Sierra 1500 and did not try selling me something short of that. CB was both very helpful and knowlegeable. And, on delivery day, he took as much pride in the subject vehicle as I did and was exremely particular making certain it was exactly what I had requested, that it looked extremely clean and sharp and to see that it met my total saticfaction. I wanted to purchase a extended warranty for my 2012 pickup that I purchased at their dealership and was informed that I could no longer include the CNG equipment with an extended warranty. When I bought the CNG conversion from them I was told that my 36K miles or three year bumper to bumper would cover the CNG and I could purchase an extended warranty any time before it ran out. I choose to pay a higher price for my conversion because I trusted GM and am a long time customer. I was given two prices for the extended warranty at the time of purchase, one with the CNG which was higher and one for the truck without covering the CNG. I now have 20k miles and have had to take my truck to the dealership several times with problems with my CNG conversion. I decided to purchase the extended warranty that covered everything and was told that it was no longer offered. I really like my truck and am deeply disappointed in the warranty that was offered for my purchase. I believe that GMC may not have faith in this product. The service department has been wonderful and I can only offer the highest recommendations for their help.

I brought my '95 Deville in for an oil pressure issue at 8 am Monday 9/9/13. The person I talked to in service said they would call me when the problem had been evaluated or fixed. I had not heard from them by noon, so I called. I was told it would be ready by 2 pm and they would call. Again no call ,and I had to call. When they sent a courtesy car a little after 3 pm for me to get the car I was told that 2 sensors had been replaced wrong and I would need to bring the car back the next morning.I had the car back at 7:30 am the next morning (9/10/13). I was told it would only take 30 min to switch the sensors, but it would take awhile to get to it. Again I was told that they "would call" when it was finished. I called again at noon. It still wasn't ready. But they would call. I called again at 3 pm and was put on indefinite hold.I called at 8 am on Wed 9/11/13. It was finally ready. But now their courtesy car was out on a run. I called back at 10 am and was told that their driver had to make a run to Enid early that morning, but I would be "1st on the list" when he returned. By 1:30 I had had enough and had to walk 2 miles to the dealership. When I got there I was told that they had been trying to contact me for 2 hours to arrange a time to get me, but they had the "wrong number." When I went to pay the bill, I was told that they would "have it around to you" in just a minute. I went outside to wait. While I was outside someone brought my keys outside and gave them to me. I was beyond furious at that time and figured if I wanted it today I'd have to go get it myself. After walking around 3 lots I was approached by someone in service and they told me that it was in another lot. He directed me to the lot and I was allowed to find it on my own.In conclusion: Would I recommend Bob Moore Buick GMC for service. Not only NO but "O?ssss NO!"

I have had 4 Buicks purchased from this dealership. I have only used them to do routine service on all cars. Never have had a problem between services. My ONLY complaint is the time it takes to do these routine services. Of course I admit I have no idea of what it takes but sometimes up to 3.25 hours seems excessive.

I, Stephanie, completed the application for financing online. Tony met us at the parking lot and from that point on we were assisted with kindness and professionalism. I told Tony and Brady/Bradley what I wanted to buy (Buick Enclave). They did not try to sell me anything else. My husband, Tony and I went on the drive together where Tony pointed out all the features he could about the vehicle, never assuming we should already know what they were. Tony was very patient with us as we drove a bit too far and asked a million questions and he answered them all (even the dumb ones). Financing was over before we knew it and Tony was right there with our beautiful new vehicle waiting to assist us further in going over exterior features as well as helping us setup OnStar and the device that allows you to speak over the vehicle system through your cell phone. Saying that Tony was patient really is an understatment. He was very nice and very professional.Overall our experience at Bob Moore was amazing. We have always purchased our vehicles at Hudiburg but our experience with Bob Moore has made a believer out of us. Scott was great, he needs a bit more experience but he handle the sale pretty good. The delivery of the car could have been much better. Although Ralph had agreed to fix the hail damage and the console clip and, after much arguing about it, the back seat. The car was filthy. It needs to be washed and the tires needed, at least, a coat of Armour All. couldn't get a straight answer on where my paper work was that stated what the dealership was going to fix. I felt like if I left without those papers that nothing was going to get done so that is why I scored just ok and not good or better.

I started working with Scott Boyd from Bob Moore Buick GMC looking for a truck for me and a cheap first car for my son. Scott was very professional and patient with me and worked extremely hard to find a good fit for me. They just didn't have anything at the time that worked for me. A couple weeks later I found a used truck at the Bob Moore Chrysler Jeep & Dodge next door that I was interested in and worked with Kendra Moore as I learned Scott had been promoted to finance. Long story short the truck was sold before I could get back with my trade. So, Kendra, who is also very professional and extremely patient, pulled out all the stops to find a new 2012 GMC truck that would fit in my budget instead. All in all, aside from the wait for it to be detailed, this was one of the more pleasant car buying experiences I've had. Everyone was very nice and helpful, even finance which is where my experience usually takes a turn for the worse. They even filled up the tank without me asking or having to argue and haggle like some other dealers I've dealt with. Hopefully I won't have to find out how good their service department is for quite some time, but if they are like their sales staff I'm sure I'll be happy with them as well. I would definitely recommend Bob Moore GMC or Bob Moore Chrysler Jeep & Dodge to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
