I''d been searching for a midsize SUV for several weeks, and gone to a half dozen or more dealerships in the OKC area. Even though Bob Moore CDJR was on the far side of the city for us, and had a relatively low dealer rating, I am so glad to have made the trip. The total time to close the deal on a Durango, including the drive to and from the store, was much less than I had already spent in other, nearby places haggling with salesmen (many times less informed about their own cars than I was) and going through the normal "shtick" and not even closing the deal. David, my salesman, sought to understand our family needs, and was well informed about the car I wanted without trying to push me into a more expensive model. Kevin, in the finance office, made the expected pitch for the extended warranty, but was not high pressure. If it were only this way everywhere, I'd visit dealerships more often.

I purchased my first car from Bob Moore CJD in OKC and it was a great experience. I went in about 30 minutes before the dealership closed and was expecting a rude salesperson due to my late arrival; Savat came out with a huge smile and was more than willing to help me! I test drove the car I wanted and then went in for financing. Kevin Bennett was a great help when it came time for me to finance the vehicle. I was in and out of the dealership in 1 hour and 32 minutes (I KID YOU NOT) with the car of my dreams! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

Dealership added an extra $1,000.00 to price in finance department and didn't tell me. They said we'll get you out of here asap and told me to sign about 10 different places. Finance only told me what my payments would be, didn't review finance contact. Also, beware of them throwing in warranty that you don't ask for. When I confronted dealership about addIng an additional $1,000 to price, they lied about official negtitian price. Be sure to keep all documentation from the dealing process, they will LIE.

Purchased used 2014 Pro master truck with 3,000 miles on it, Did this on line so truck unseen but basically new. Requested title be available and wired money per there directions. We had some paper work issues which I had caused by missing signatures but emailed back and forth taken care of quickly. When I get the truck, no 30 day tag, no title, no second key, back door does not latch caused buzzer/alarm to go off. Radio was locked down would not work. Took the truck to local dealership as soon as i received it. Bob Moore check off / review of vehicles is pretty weak or non existent. Called back in and salesmen kept working on getting title. Had truck for going on two weeks with no tags.I came to find out it was dealership truck and used by them, never had been titled before. At the end of the day solid truck but not what I would call a good/professional experience.

Don't even think of buying a used non-certified car, they are rude crazy mfs. I bought a Honda Pilot from them. While test driving I found that the steering was vibrating a little when I apply break, I did notify the sales person, so during the deal I overlooked the issue and got deal done, next day came in with the issue which i forgot to mention, but as needed to move out of OKC, I ended up paying the money for fixing the issue. Please do not trust these rude people, All are rude sales persons, manager and General menager

I bought used Honda Pilot recently, while I was test driving the car I found 2 issues with the car, during the conversation for rate I overlooked the steering vibrating issue. As I was carrying the other car I left the bought one at dealership when I came back to pickup and driving the car I tealozed vibrations increased significantly and the other problem which they fixed regarding the tire pressure came back proving nail in the tire, but they ended up charging meoney for rotor replacement which was causing steering vibrations

Our experience with our salesman was not bad at all, in fact he is the nicest guy we dealt with while being there. Shortly after picking out our car and number crunching/bargaining (which I hate) we got passed on to the finance department. We signed out papers our papers, agreed to a deal, and were on our way. 2 weeks later we were called to come back in and renegotiate the whole deal because apparently on the day we left they in fact did not have the deal done on their part with the bank. So we had to go back in and do this process all over again! The manager there was very disrespectful to my boyfriend, and he actually made me cry because I felt so uncomfortable with the way he was speaking to us. Needless to say, they did not send us a customer review, because they knew it would not be a good one. That is why I am posting this on here!

We found a car that we were interested in purchasing, it was a year old acura rxd. I called a day ahead and asked for an appt. to test drive the car. The next day I called and told the Sales Manager I was running about an hour late but we would be there... We showed up and no one knew anything about us coming...and had no idea where the car was. There were at least 10 gophers sitting in the cool showroom sipping coffee or cokes but absolutely no coordination... finally, I told them we had other appts and were very disappointed in their desire to sell us a car. The car was found in detail area and when brought up front it was not ready by any means for us to test drive... or impress us to buy. We quickly left the dealership and will never set foot again in this dealership... they were not motivated to help or solve problems... why should we give them our biz? sorry but I have been in sales too long, you treat the customer a bit better, no a heck of a lot better than we were treated.

Many dealerships don't get it. This one does. It's all about the customer. I was treated with genuine respect and friendliness. More time was spent on the Jeep which is great (This is my 3rd Jeep 1st new one purchased in Oklahoma as the others were purchased in PA and IN) and not on the price which was refreshing. The negotiation process was quick and hassle free which in my opinion is a rarity where other dealerships lack in this area. I have felt its an elongated drudgery of a guessing game process with persons of questionable character who many times live up on the raised platform or behind the magic curtain never to be seen. Not at Bob Moore, here they make the effort to meet and sit with you, look you in the eye and listen. I was clear on what I wanted and needed after an opening quote and lots of research in the market and Chuck and Jay made it happen very quickly and efficiently. Also I was in the dealership on Saturday and Monday nights and both times past closing and I never felt rushed as Jay and Chuck and the other team members stayed and answered all my questions and worked on a quote for my trade. It's called, "do what it takes mentality" which is a hallmark for me and its great to see others have it. Just for the record this is my 2nd positive experience with the dealership. A few years ago they financed my purchase of my formerly leased 2007 Chrysler 300 which I just traded for my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee at a time when I was in the midst of financial challenges due to a relocation to OK due to the bankruptcy of a former employer and I was again dealt with professionally and repectfully. They showed to me the customer mattered and quite frankly they helped me out when others wouldn't to buy out an expiring and already extended lease. Like I said the dealership gets it. Two separate and very positive transactions years apart with different employees is not a coincidence. It's management and employees caring about what and how they do what they do.

This dealership needs some serious help in management. On our first trip to the dealership, me and my wife were prepared to purchase the vehicle that we had found online. Our salesperson, Tom, was great, very helpful and very friendly, but when it came to the negotiation process that's where it all went downhill, credit to Jay the sales manager that night. I had told Tom that I was also in sales just to kind of help the process go a little smoother, and told him exactly what I was wanting to do and the numbers we had in mind. Well after 3 trips back and forth from the sales office, we were still not where we needed to be. Me and my wife were then on our way out and Jay comes waving us down as we are pulling away and offers an extra $500, but still not near where we needed to be. Then on Monday, Gary Moore called and asked why we weren't able to make the deal and I told him that we were still a little away from where we needed to be and he seemed surprised that they were unable to come to that agreement and immediately offered the deal we were looking for. We are pleased with the product but not at all with the process.

I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara from this dealership on December 28th. Over the past month, I've visited roughly half a dozen Jeep dealerships all across the state in order to get the best deal/service possible. I wouldn't say I visited every dealership, but a good chunk. In any case, Bob Moore was BY FAR the best experience. Everyone was very friendly, the atmosphere was laid back, and my salesman Cecil Smith could not have been of better assistance. His low pressure, haggle free, seemingly sincere attitude was truly a pleasure to do business with. He and one of the managers, believe his name was John, made my family and I feel as comfortable as possible and were very helpful with any questions that we had. I know that there's always good and bad everywhere, but take it from someone who did A LOT of research and A LOT of visiting to competing dealerships. Save your blood pressure, stress levels and most importantly money. Go to Bob Moore and see ole Cecil. Not only has this dealership earned a customer for life as long as I'm able, but I'll be sending anyone in the market to go buy from this lot. Thanks again...you made my experience a great one.

I live in the DFW area and found a deal on AutoTrader for a new Dodge Laramie Truck at Bob Moore Chrysler, after conferring with the Director of Internet sales and another internet salesman on the price of the truck, I decided to make the 3.5 hour drive to purchase the truck. After talking to a floor salesman the price jumped $6000, after numerous attempts to explain the false advertisement they lowered the price to try and make amends. I eventually bought the truck, but it still was about 3k higher than what was advertised. I will never again do business with a company that will false advertise, I still have all emails from the Internet Director and the salesman for verification. This is not a quality business.

I called twice to make sure the vehicle I wanted to see was available because we had an hour drive to get there. Both times the internet manager (MARK STANLEY) told me it was available. My husband and I arrived and were told that the vehicle had been sold. To whom, you might ask, to THEMSELVES!!!! WTH! They actually had the xxxxx to tell us that they had sold it to their company! Then they said they could order us one just like it for $4000 more than the one we went to see! Bait & Switch? I think so! 2 hours of drive time + gas money wasted!!! Be very cautious when dealing with Bob Moore. :(

During July & August 2013, I was looking for a 2013 Ram Limited. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Robert Waggoner. After inputting my name, etc into the computer, he told me that 2013 Limiteds were unavailable. I left the dealership, knowing he was wrong. I eventually found the truck I was wanting online & advised the dealership. To shorten the story, I made appointment with the dealership to discuss buying the truck. Mr Waggoner said he would be there, however, he was not. As I was walking out of the showroom, with the intention of NOT returning, I was greeted by Mason Baker. He was professional and courteous. I stayed and discussed the truck with Mason. I told Mason that he is the reason I will buy the Limited from Bob Moore and that he should get the sales commission instead of Robert Waggoner. In summary, Bob Moore seems to be a good dealership, but I cannot give a high rating because of Robert Waggoner, Mr Waggoner doesn't seem to be willing to "work" to make a sale.

This was the very first time we have purchased a vehicle that I wasn't totally stressed and drained when it was concluded, nor gone so quickly! The Internet sales person I spoke with informed me that they had a car I had searched for for weeks was on their lot. At this time I Informed the Internet sales woman that I lived over 3 and a half hours away from them and at this time asked her to make sure it was on the lot and that it was the correct price. She confirmed that it was both. About 15 minutes later I got in contact with the same Internet sales woman to ask if this car had a 3rd row seat she also confirmed this. At this time I informed her that I would be on my way shortly to come buy the car. At this time the woman asks if she could take payment over the phone. I informed her I would be there in about 3 hours and 30 minutes and they would have their money in hand. She then informed me of the sales manager and that I would need to speak with him when I got here. I made the trip to Oklahoma City. When I talk with a sales person the sales manager was not available but this sales person would show me the car and so on. At this time he leaves and comes back to inform me that they do not have this car anymore. At this time I was very upset the sale person told me he would do what he could. He even informed me that the car I was looking at did not have 3rd seating which was a must!!!i would have to say after this bad start my sales man was great and I truly believe they did what they could to get a deal made. So far I am happy with my car that they sold me! Financing manager that I delt with was also spectacular! My advice would be to by pass the Internet sales team at all cost! But as for the rest of the departments they were great!

i bought a 04 dodge ram 1500 hemi on the 8th of july 2013, i went to bob moore on express way by myself. after signed all the paper, i have to go home and leave the dodge truck in the dealer and pickup the truck for the next day. next day i went back to get the truck, i checked the bottom of the truck again, i saw the spare tire is missing, but i swear it was there on the day i purchased. and the didnt fill the gas full to the truck.

Terrible business I bought a dodge Durango there I paid cash the next day the transmission went out. I called them they said I will call you right back and get it towed. No one called back it was Saturday so I had to wait until Monday to try again . When I called back Gary the used car manager said what do you want me to do ? I told they said it would be towed he said no bye. I called and talked to James the manager he said get it towed there we will make it right I went there they told me to have it towed there. They would diagnose the car and and go from there . I waited all day no call. The next day I got a call from Aaron in service department (great guy ) he told me the transmission would cot 3000 to fix and Gary would be calling me waited all day no call. Next day he said they would pay 500 of the three thousand . I told him I couldn't afford that he said come back in we will get you in a different car I thought we'll that's great when I got there Gary would not talk to me he had a salesman show me two cars I kinda liked one all though there was writing inside it all over broken cup holders bad paint on hood the other car was a piece of junk so all though I was trading down I would take it he said ok but it is three thousand more. I requested my money back he said ok come back tomorrow I will write you a check but come back after three he said so I waited went to get my Check and the finance manager came out and said they would not write a check it would have to go back on my debit card I explained I needed the money back now and requested a check he promised me that the money would be there in 24 hours four days later no money I'm still waiting horrible people managers were rude I will never go back there I suggest you don't either hodge the salesman and Aaron In service department were great they are the only ones who seemed to care .

Mr. Wagner had found out from friends that I was looking to get rid of my car and find something else to drive. He called me and was very nice and I decided to stick with him from the first phone conversation we had. I live in Texas and after talking to him several times I drove up to Oklahoma and he had some vehicles picked out that was in my price range. I was very pleased with Bob Moore and Mr. Wagner. We had to car shop with our two kids who are 3 and 4. We were thrilled when our salesman told us there was a playroom. He even chose to sit at a computer by the playroom so we could keep an eye on our kids. While there, everyone we encountered was either friendly or at least pleasant. The showroom was clean and inviting. Our finance guy was awesome! We are pleased with our purchase and have recommended Bob Moore and will continue to do so.

2 sales men (both fairly new to Bob Moore Dodge) met me quickly in the parking lot & introduced themselves and asked if they could direct me to where I needed. Online I had requested a quote on a Dodge Ram 1500, & was looking for the gentleman I had been in correspondance with. I did not know that he was an internet sales assistant and that they could show me around the trucks. They offered to go get the keys for a test drive and while they were getting the keys they let me look around the interior. After the drive I was satisfied with the handling, but not the color or package I was Interested in. That was when they introduced me to Dave Hodgkinson, who was more than helpful in crunching some #'s and finding out what the price options were for the truck i was looking for. And in the process, was able to locate the truck I was wanting, but not knowing exactly when it would be delivered & ready. One of the simple things that made the experiance with Dave was taking down my personal info asked for my date of birth, and realized that tomorrow was my birthday and shook my hand & wished me a happy birthday, and on op of locating the truck I was looking for, he was able to work out a monthly payment that was very acceptable. And agreed on the purchase of my new truck. This was my first time I had ever been to a dealership by myself buying a vehicle, and every step along the way at no point did I ever feel pressured, or obligated to do anything. I was very pleased with my experience with Bob Moore Dodge & without a doubt keep doing business at this dealership

I hate pressure sales. The first thing I told Don was that I would not buy anthing as long as I felt pressure. He made sure that nothing was forced on me and when I left he did not try to stop me. I came back the next day and we made a deal. SImple no pressure and customer service.

I had two cars to trade. I originally looked at 2 used vehicles to purchase. However, after speaking with Brandon there was a new 2012 Town & Country which actually had more upgrades than I wanted. I told him that it was just too expensive with the upgrades. Between Brandon,the sales manager and me we got the price down to frankly what I would define as an 'incredible' price. With this deal under control we looked at a used Smart Car for my son. It is a great automobile for him. Going from 16 mpg to 41 mpg for a young man just finishing college and starting in the labor force sold it for us. Now my son is 6ft 3in and believe it or not he fits in this little car.The finance deal we worked out was fantastic also. A great rate, with the payments ending up $70 less than I was paying for the trade ins.The only problem was that I wanted the SmartCar to be looked at by the service department. I was told to be at the service department early. I got there about 7:15 the next business day only to be told that the dealership did not have the equipment to service the car. But they were unable to tell me where I could take it. Very frustrating to get up at 6:30 on my day off. I waited until Brandon, my sales rep, to get into work. Within 5 minutes he had the name of a dealership who could look at it.All in all though it was a good experience. Professional, friendly with a down to business without being pushy attitude.

I came back to this dealership because of the friendly atmosphere, Everyone I meet was very courteous, never a negative attitude. This is the second car that I have bought from them. Both times I have felt like family. Even when I could not make a deal on the first visit I was treated fairly, unlike when I went to Norman Jeep and Chrylser on the mile of cars and could not come to terms on the deal with Matthew Azcueta internet sale manager, he literary said "F.U." to me as I was leaving. Yes I would highly recommend Bob Moore to everyone.

I went in to see the 2011 200 Chrysler Convertible I had seen on the internet. But first, I had filled out a form to receive a $500 Internet coupon and right away I got a call from Curtis. After speaking with him, I decided to go see the car. When I arrived, the car was sitting at the front door with my name on a welcome sign on the dashboard. Curtis came out and meet me and then I took a test drive with Robert. That was on a Monday and the rest of the week I thought about the car and test drove others. I had many follow up calls and emails from Curtis and even the GM. I went back in on Saturday, test drove the car again and bought it. We paid for the car up front so I don't really have any feedback on the finance process.

When we were told that either saleman would call they did with in 5 mins. of the time they told us. They are some of the best sales man we have ever worked with. I came in to check out a truck I seen online, it was everything it claimed to be. The negotiations were settled that night, or so I thought. I had already made a arrangements with the bank and needed a purchase agreement to finalize the deal. Due to the lateness of the hour we decided I would come back in the next day to pick up a purchase agreement. The next day I sat at the dealership waiting for a purchase request for 4 hours. In the 4 hours it was explained to me they didn't release purchase agreements. Then the manager who did the purchase did the agreements was "appraising a vehicle". It was decided I word come back the next day to pick up the agreement. Once I arrived the third day I finally received the agreement only to have the bank explain to me the purchase agreement because there numbers did not add up and there was misspelled words (wanted me to pay more then agreed and spelt make and model wrong). The bank called bob Moore to speak to a manager only to be put on hold, and eventually Hung up on. When the bank called back the receptionist explained "I knew I Hung up on you. No one came so I didn't know what else to do". While they talked to the receptionist the manager called me and told me the number we agreed on didn't include the "fees". If I would come back and use there finance dept he could drop the fees. On the fifth day my original salesman called and said I would have to come back in and use there financial dept because "they sale hundreds of cars a week and its too much for the management to write agreements for every sale. And that's what finance was for". On the sixth day the agreement was finally faxed and I went to pick up the truck. While at the dealership to pick up the vehicle it was demanded they run my credit and I speak to finance about getting a loan without explanation. When I asked it was told to me "I don't know why, its just policy. We run everyone's credit; do you want the vehicle or not". I decided to continue with process because I had me mind made up about the vehicle. The salesman said he would make sure there was gas in the car before I left(never had gas put in). After waiting 2 hours I finally spoke to finance. The financial advisor was very professional and took the time to answer all the questions I collected over the buying experience. He apologized for lack of customer service and timeliness of the deal. He advice me to share my story with management (I emailed them but never heard anything back). After finally getting my concerns off my chest I felt better. I could finally relax after staying on my toes for all week long.. after signing the last of my paper work he asked what the first thing I'm gonna after getting my truck. I answered, honestly remove every bob Moore sticker, decal, and plate holder.. I don't want anyone to know I gave my business to this establishment. He asked if there was anything he could do to change my mind.. at the time I couldn't think of anything. But now I have something , id ask him to share a quote he told me that night.. "The most precious thing to me is my integrity, and I won't compromise that.. I hope the folks at bob Moore remember there customers are people with jobs, family, and lives.. hard to enjoy life if It takes a week to seal a sale that coulda been in 2 hours. I won't be back, but hope the next guy who comes through atleast gets offered a cup of coffee.

During our visit we were immediately greeted and placed through credit pre-approval. We sought to purchase a used vehicle for my husband, and left with a 2013 Chrysler 200. Daniel and Wataski worked tirelessly to get us into a vehicle that we could afford, without stretching our budget. They both worked to create an environment that was positive and soothing as we test drove several vehicles, and never once used high pressure sales to close the deal. My husband and I initially traveled to Bob Moore to look at used vehicle we found on the internet. They were very helpful and allowed us to drive the vehicle home for the night to make sure it was what we wanted. We decided that maybe it wasn't the best vehicle for us at this time and took it back the next morning. After speaking to our Sales person Joe, he brought in the big guns... Mr. Wataski Franklin, the General Sales Manager. Mr. Franklin is the best!!! He listened to what I had t say about what we were looking for and our situation. Within no time we had several options for us to choose from, that was in the range we could afford. Scott Boyd was our Finance person and we worked very hard to get us the best rate possible. Very nice too. Buying a vehicle, new or used, always takes a good amount of time, but at Bob Moore someone was with us every step of the way. We were offered cold drinks and food and they have a nice waiting area. I am happy to say that we are proud owners of 2012 Chrysler 200S, thanks to Bob Moore.

The only thing we have a complaint about is that after all our paperwork was filled out, n offer was made from Wataski (probably not spelling his name correctly) that if we could come up with a 1000.00 cashiers check deposit (even though we had been very adamant that we wanted to put 500.00 down) that he would give us an 800.00 check for our tags. My husband and I then shook on the deal with him and upheld our end. We have been calling the dealorship since about ten minutes after leaving asking for this offer in writing and are told that the process is for the dealorship to request a check and that it will be mailed with our title paperwork. I was told that when I came back up there with the cashiers check that Friday that I could get something in writing. However, when I dropped off the cashiers check the gentleman in finance that I spoke with said that Kenny was at the GMC site and had all our paperwork and so he could not give me something right then, but that he promised I would have something in the mail by Tuesday documenting what we were promised. It is now Friday and we have yet to recieve this documentation and our last couple of phone calls have not been returned. We are very happy with our car and how we were treated on our initial visit to the store. I just hope that I can still say that I am happy with the dealorship when the paperwork arrives hopefully containing the check we were promised, because I have no idea how my family will otherwise pay for our tags, title and tax.Trista Baldwin

Be VERY wary of this dealer. They will NOT disclose any notable imperfections unless yeah ask about them specifically. I called and asked about the condition of the vehicle and was told it was in excellent condition. I disclosed that I live 5 hours away and am planning on making the drive down there to test drive this vehicle. Upon further inspection of the photos, I noticed what looked like hail damage. I called back and asked specifically about it and he said, oh yeah, it has hail damage. I had taken off work to head down there and was ready to make the 5 hour drive. Glad I took one more close look at the photos before making the trip. Again, asked about condition of the vehicle, and he said excellent. Apparently hail damaged is still excellent condition in his eyes.

Although I ran into a minor snag over some paperwork that caused me to be at the dealer for a few hours longer than I planned, in the end, the people at Bob Moore helped me find a solution and got me on the road. They did exactly what they said they would do and they did not try to pull any tricks at the bottom line like many dealerships do. They were all professional and courteous and I would not hesitate to buy another car from the same group of people or recommend friends and family members to the do the same.Thanks Eric, Wataski, Joe, and Mike. Overall good experience. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I marked a four on customer service because of the wait time. We sat and sat and sat. First time in we left because we had been sitting for so long. We had to wait around a long time the second time too. Since we did purchase the vehicle my husband was able to leave in the old car and not sit around any more. Didn't get the price I wanted either (hence the score of four) but wasn't too far off. Still feel the dealer got the better price. Would have scored a five if I got the price I was asking. But all that aside, I love my new car. I would purchase from them again as well.

I went to this dealership wanting to buy a truck... The customer service department would not budge on the price, they added misc fees to the purchase price... For example they added a fee for processing... REALLY?The sales manager(s) were EXTREMELY rude when I would not accept their offer of $100 under the purchase price.. That is an insult (in my opinion)..Also, I was buying the car closer to their closing time so they continued to try and rush the sale need I remind you that I live out of town so I needed to make a deal that day so I did not have to take off work to come back. After that the finance department hassled me numerous times while working with my bank to get the draft sent over.Overall, I was very disappointed with the service I was provided... I would NOT reccommend this dealer to any of my friends/family simply because I do not feel they are truly there to provide superb customer service.

This time I knew what I wanted, what I was willing to pay and the amount of time I had to spare at the dealership. When I arrived, Roger already had the car set aside that met my expectations, delivered a price within my budget and had me in and out in less time than I had alloted him.

Purchasing a vehicle from 2000 miles away can have its challenges, but Michael Whitaker did everything possible to make the transaction as smooth as it could go. They even picked my wife and I up at the airport. It was the easiest auto purchase I've ever done. I would highly recommend them to anyone !

We drove from Dallas to buy an 08 Honda odyssey for a great price. It was one of the easiest car buying experiences we have ever had. Our only complaint is that the car was almost on empty when we drove it off. Honestly they couldn't fill it up while we were doing the paper work? I had other dealerships offering to pay for my gas to drive up to see them. All other places I have bought a car from make sure the tank is full.

Jason was very friendly and informative. I felt like he really listened to what I was looking for and didn't try to push anything on me just to make a sale. I really think he went above and beyond his responsibility to us as a customer. When it comes time for us to buy again I do hope to be able to do business with him again. Everything with our experience was done in such a friendly and honest way. I would definitely recommend Bob Moore to more people. It was so refreshing to work with a dealership with that type of honesty and respect to the customer. Car salesmen have a bad wrap but Jason Jones and Bob Moore do not fit that profile at all. Thank you to both. :)

I first inquired about my Jeep Compass via the internet. I was immediately contacted by Tia Rivers, an internet sales representative. She was very helpful and a delight to work with. When I arrived at the dealership a couple of days later, I was greeted by Cecil Smith. He had Tia come meet me, then we went for a test drive. He was very courteous and knowledgeable of the vehicle. I appreciated the "no pressure" "no nonsense" approach by everyone involed. I'd previously been to other dealerships and they could not touch the professionalism I was shown at Bob Moore. J.R., who assisted me with the financing aspect of the transaction was so helpful, and broke everything down for me, was thorough, answered all my questions and made sure I understood all the terms, etc. before I left. It was a pleasure doing business with Bob Moore and will no doubt, when the time comes, be a returning customer.

we have had the worst and best of jeep dealer experiences. we went to four jeep dealerships before finding the final dealer that we actually bought from. the first four experiences were horrible! the sales guys knew absolutely nothing about their products. we were actually insulted by one guy for pulling up to a jeep dealership in a "worthless" land rover. at that point my wife almost refused to let me buy a jeep.we finally found a fantastic dealer, bob moore chrysler jeep, in my hometown of oklahoma city. the only problem is that it is 700 miles from nashville where we are currently living. the distance however proved to be no issue!the sales guy we worked with at bob moore jeep was jason jones, and he made the transaction super easy! i told them that i wanted to order a 2012 wrangler unlimited rubicon with a bunch of specific options directly from the factory, and that i wanted to pay tread lightly price at 1% below invoice. they happily obliged. i also wanted a few specific aftermarket modifications to be done at the time of purchase including AEV lift kit, AEV front/rear bumpers, new wheels/tires, and exhaust (AFE Y pipe). jason and his parts guy, josh, researched the products i wanted, ordered them, and coordinated the installation with steve from their service department. all of the extra parts and installation costs were then rolled into jeep's 0% financing. everything went without a hitch and the quality of install was great!the guys at bob moore jeep are an amazing group of guys to deal with, and i am so happy with my jeep and the installed modifications. i would highly recommend them to anyone.

I just bought a vehicle from this dealership and opted to have a towing package added. Since it was late on a Saturday and they only work on these on weekdays I opted to go back Monday after work to pick it up and leave it there over the weekend. I was reassured several times that I would receive a call as soon as it was ready considering the dealership is in OKC and over 100 miles from me. Instead, I waited until 4pm Monday and had to call THEM about the status of my Jeep and dealt with a very disinterested sales person. Guess once he sold me the Jeep I didn't matter any more, he acted like he wasn't even sure who I was even though it was only 2 days later. I'm now regretting even giving them my business.

My experiences with Bob Moore, and particularly Bob Moore Dodge Chrysler Jeep has been some of the very few positive experiences that I had enjoyed when buying and looking for a new vehicle. David Hodge, my salesman, is especially friendly and knowledgeable, and knows what I want and how I like to work, and makes the car buying experience there very enjoyable, which is the way it should be when you purchase a new vehicle. It should be positive, and you should leave excited, not worn out. Frank, the sales manager, and I have worked the last two deals there together and he is both very professional and very easy to work with. I really only have great things to say about my experiences with Bob Moore, and will continue to do business there as long as they continue to operate in the manner that they current use. The people were friendly, but I feel like they weren't really concerned about what was best for me financially, they just wanted to sell me a car. When I told them the payments would be too high, they just worked on guilting me with how much work they had put into this deal and how I was letting them down. I think they made some valid points about the fact that my car was in not so great shape and I would be stuck with negative equity, so I should maybe make some hard choices, but then they did not give me all the information they had on those decisions, so it wound up making those decisions more difficult. Also, they owe me a tv Sirrius system that they charged me an extra $1200 for since they did not have a van with one and since it was close to closing did not seem to want to look for one. They have not contacted me about getting it installed. I have had to be the one to keep bothering about them. I just don't feel like they really cared about what was best for me during the sale and certainly don't after.

We were helped right away and the dealers listened to what I wanted. They were very friendly and didn't try to push me into buying more than I wanted or needed. The color I wanted wasn't available at their location, but it was delivered by the next day as promised. We dealt with two dealers who worked together well, and the finance worker was also friendly, thorough and quick. He also wasn't pushy in selling more warrenties then we needed, but did give us good advice when we were considering our warrenty options. All of the other dealers walking by were also friendly to us. They have a very nice and clean facility with comfortable seating and vending. We came here because we heard customer service was great, and I would pass the word on to friends that I agree.

Trivial stumble in finance over GAP insurance but not substantial enough to give low rating. We've regretted getting rid of older Jeep a couple of years ago and couldn't get other dealers to work with us until we talked to Bob Moore. Mike worked tirelessly and with a friendly helpfulness unmatched in our previous dealership experiences. If I overheard correctly, Mike worked several hours past his off time to make sure we were taken care of. LOVE our new Jeep!

I called Ralph from MWC and said 'this is what I want, and this is what I can spend. Can you work with me?' He said yes. My husband was very concerned, because I had been told that very thing multiple times by other dealerships and then was let down. But not at Bob Moore, NW Expressway! I got there, spoke to Ralph, he matched me with David H., and I drove the van I had looked at online. These gentlemen were very helpful, and were able to work with me. I do wish I had driven a couple more models, and really inspected this vehicle more. It's a great van, no issues, but I didn't realize that the Grand Caravan SE was so far on the strip-down to the basics list that I wouldn't even have automatic running headlights! Boy was that a shocker when nightfall came. :( But, I told Ralph which van I wanted and what I could spend, so I can only blame myself for not knowing more. The only thing that I have had a problem with is that the van is out of alignment, and the Service department is very busy. :) Overall, I am very happy that I purchased my vehicle from Bob Moore.

I had been researching and calling multiple dealerships outside of my immediate area due to the terrible customer service received from our local dealership in Amarillo, Texas. I had asked for many quotes and prices. Cecil Smith from Bob Moore in Oklahoma City immediately got the information I was requesting and connected me with the appropriate manager to make the deal over the phone. I drove 275 miles to find the deal made over the phone was exactly what I was given with no further discussions or problems. The amount of time spent at the dealership was the shortest time I have ever had to handle. It was an awesome buying experience. They sold for an honest price. They were not pushy. They were substantially truthful. We bought a 2011 1-ton dodge diesel truck. We were not upsold; we were not subject to the game-playing that is pervasive in new car dealerships. I asked for, paid for and was promised an option for the vehicle I purchased and was not given the option but still have to pay for it. I asked for a 730N media center which, according to Dodge.com includes steering wheel mounted controls and auto-dimming rear view mirror with microphone and voice activation. I was going by the Dodge website and thought I was buying all the above. The sales rep and manager are telling me the 730N media center DOES NOT include the steering wheel mounted controls and auto-dimming rear view mirror with microphone. They claim these items are included in the additional sound group option which I did not purchase. According to Dodge.com, this is not the case.
